James and David helped me out during my visit. These guys are awesome. James helped me within seconds of walking in the door and found the bulb I needed in less than five minutes. David gave me good instructions on how to change the bulb after he personally walked outside to inspect my truck. Thank you so much guys for making me feel so valued and appreciated.

So disappointed with their service. I went there twice to replace iPad screen. The first time they cut the main button and replaced for free and i paid for the screen (we had a iPad charging problem after this repair). The second time I went because the button didn’t work well and the screen cracked again. The day they replaced the screen: it cracked again 5 min after (so for the 3rd time). The protection screen is clean but the screen is completely cracked (i am the one who cracked it with a light pressure to get the ipad in its protection case!). I am told their warranty doesn’t cover it and i have been told that the damage were due to my usage and not due to their work (completely crazy). I do NOT recommend this place for any screen replacement. RUN AWAY! It is not worth it. And let me add: I called them and they never returned my call. Their product for iPad screen replacement is not good quality: if protection screen is not broken but the screen is, you should be worried.UPDATE: when i did the first repair, i took a second iPad belonging to my other child and it appears that the issue we are facing on that specific iPad to “keep it charging” is also related to the screen replacement we did there. You need to be aware of all problems coming with their repair. I replaced the iPad with a new one and i took Apple Care. It is by far the best approach in terms of cost saving!Answer to owner: let’s be accurate : the screen was damaged nothing else! I could even bring back the « most » damaged iPad to you and the other one but obviously it is easy to claim i am 3 months late. I came to your store 2 weeks after the repair and your employee refused to recognize the isse because the screen cracks were due to my usage (i called you back less than 24h after getting the iPad back). So i guess quality of the product must be the issue at the end. I won’t accept your interpretation of the situation. At the end, it costed me a repair and a new iPad. Just sharing facts! But thanks for answering several months after my initial review. At least you looked at it!

4-1-2022Fantastic employees.Lonny and Charity are absolute Rockstars.*Quick story: I was annoyed to have to replace battery/fuses/stereo parts, especially on a Sunday afternoon...but obv had to do it…and I showed up close to closing time…and everyone there was super cool about my situation. I was seriously blown away with the customer service.Felt compelled to write a review because of the incredible service.These are good people. I spoke with two people there, both I do not have their names. The young man, about 19 was super nice and carried on a conversation with me while a young lady took care my battery issue. She also was amazing, patient and knowledgeable. People like her will keep me coming back for years. Thank you for having a happy and knowledgeable staff.

In-store pickup was great. Online ordering was also good .. however, I was promised a 10% discount for pickup and another 10% for signing up for text alerts. I was not granted the second discount. Be sure to bring in your old battery to avoid the core charge.
