In my years of home ownership, Ive had the displeasure and pleasure of dealing with a multitude of service personnel for various reasons. I can safely say without hesitation or qualification that Daniel Bearden plumbing is easily the best people weve ever dealt with for service.Daniel was the third different plumber weve had on site after moving into a 50 year old home in Rome, GA. Instead of attempting to fix a minor symptom, he took the time to investigate and found the root problem. He arrived on time, was friendly, knowledgeable, and caring.His employees were amazing as well - overall a great group to work with. Fair, honest, and with attention to detail. Hell become your plumber for life if you give him the chance. He deserves six stars.

Best decision I ever made was contacting Bearden plumbing solutions for my plumbing needs. I had some minor issues and things that needed to be addressed. They arrived within an hour of my call, they diagnosed my problems quickly and efficiently, and came up with a solution that worked and fit my budget. Unfortunately I ended having some water damaged areas, but Bearden plumbing solutions recommended a great damage mitigation specialist who have also been great! Do yourself a favor and if you need some assistance, these are the guys to call.EDIT (6/13/22) - I had a leak from my water meter and the folks from Bearden showed up first thing this am and fixed my issue in less than an hour. Daniel and Cody replaced two hot water tanks last year and brought everything up to code for a VERY reasonable price. They were courteous and professional and we HIGHLY recommend them.
Could not be happier with the experience of using Bearden Plumbing, they will be my first call for all my plumbing needs going forward. I gave them a call late Sunday evening and they came right out to try to get my hot water heater fixed. Owner was very upfront that based on the issues I was describing he might not be able to get it fixed that night, but will do everything he could. Was not able to get fixed and took the time to walk me through the issues with the heater before getting me scheduled for the next morning to get a tankless water heater installed. The crew that came out was very helpful and walked us through everything and ensured the system was preforming as advertised before they left. Overall we are very happy with the workmanship as well as how helpful and honest the owner and crew were.
Needed a handheld installed on finished tile work in fairly new bathroom . Other plumbers wanted to mess all my tile up . This group worked with It and turned out great .

I had a pipe on my water heater break Sunday night and was put in contact with Bearden Plumbing Monday morning. Daniel and i discussed our options over the phone and Cody showed up a little later that morning. While Cody did his job with professionalism, Daniel stayed in contact with me throughout the service call. I needed an underground natural gas line installed at my house. I had been working with another plumber and we were all set and scheduled. A week before the install, this original plumber ghosted me. He wouldn’t return my calls or texts.Daniel with Bearden Plumbing Solutions stepped up at the last minute and took care of this. He did a great job. His work is professional, and he communicated with me throughout the project. I appreciate Daniel and his team for going out of their way at the last minute to make this happen.
I found out over the weekend that my guest bathroom tub faucet was leaking like crazy. I looked on the Adairsville facebook page for plumber recommendations and found Bearden Plumbing recommended. I sent a Facebook messenger page to Daniel Bearden letting him know the issue and asking if he could take a look. I called him in the morning on Sunday and he was here Sunday afternoon.He quickly assessed the issues and gave me a quote and promised to be back out the next day to make the needed repairs. He even walked me through the house to show me and explain what he was recommending and why he was recommending it.This morning, Daniel’s assistent called to tell me he was on his way with a new water heater. He spent all day here working and replaced the water heater, the leaky faucet, removed a water filtration system that was not installed to code, and even repaired my leaking kitchen sink that was not part of the original request. He was very polite and friendly and even took care to cover the floor where he was working.Both he and Daniel went over everything completed when they were finished. They showed me each repair, showed me the difference, showed me what to do if i had any issues and where to cut off the main house or just the water tank, taught me about how to maintain the new water heater, and answered all questions i had. Both are amazing and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a plumber. They have my business from now on!

Highly recommend! A truly professional company with quality service. All of the equipment to accurately test and correct problems without any guess work involved. I had been fighting a slow bathroom drain for a couple of years. Cody discovered that the problem was not in the bathroom after all but caused by an issue on the other side of the house. I think other plumbers could have missed the actual problem but Cody kept looking because he could tell something was not right. They are the only plumber I would call.

I found Bearden Plumbing when I was looking for someone to help find a leak from a water line in my front yard. Daniel called me back very quickly and had someone at my house the very next day. Had a leak in the hot water line in our attic on Friday evening at 9:30. Was able to slow down leak till Saturday when we tried to find someone to fix it. Daniel was only one that answered or even returned our calls for help. He made arrangements for Sunday but arrived early and went to work. Handled himself very professionally and quickly fixed our leak. We plan to put him to work on several issues we have. Great job in a very timely fashion. Highly recommend! We recently moved into our new home & quickly found a few of the usual “new house” maintenance problems. Drain under the sink was defective & guest toilet needed replacing. Dan came out very quickly, & while changing out the drain line he discovered the pressure relief valve had failed & water heater were leaking. He & Cody knocked out the pressure valve, water heater, & sink drain that same day, & replaced the toilet a few days later. Awesome guys & awesome job.

I have now used Bearden Plumbing twice in the last six weeks. Daniel Bearden and the men working for/with him were very professional and efficient. The first time he came, he said that it would be a few days before they could get to my job. When I was distressed, he stayed on Friday night and completed the job and was so courteous. The second time he came, he quoted $1200 for a water heater replacement. When he investigated further, he found that he only needed to replace a couple of parts and charged $75. I trust Bearden Plumbing Solutions and will call them with all my plumbing needs.

We had the new-to-us house blues when our plumbing leaked and flooded the basement and the bathroom the day after we moved in. We called Bearden Plumbing Solutions, and Daniel showed up on a holiday and got things quickly but temporarily under control. He took the time to educate us about exactly what was wrong and what needed fixing so we could plan ahead and budget for the repairs we truly needed. By the time he left that day, we fully understood the problem and had the knowledge we needed to make some big decisions.When Daniel returned for the larger scale repair that was needed, he worked in tandem with the flooring team for the bathroom. He demanded excellence from himself, his crew, and even the flooring crew at every step. Weve used Daniel for a couple issues around our house. He has no problem giving advice to try to resolve a plumbing problem over the phone and always offers to come help. Hes super responsive and very reasonable in price. Our latest plumbing issue was the hot water heater overflowing. He talked me through (on a Sunday) what I needed to do to keep our basement from flooding and got everything replaced the next day. Great guy to work with and I cant recommend him enough!

I thought I needed a new washer drain line. My house is 55 years old and the plumbing wasn’t sufficient for these new high velocity washing machines that pump out the water very fast. Daniel let me know what needed to be done and also found where the cast iron pipe from my kitchen sink had rusted through. Even though he had to replace pretty much my entire plumbing, he was very fair in his pricing. Now hopefully I won’t need anything major for another 55 years! If I do, he’ll be the first person I call.I received 2 recommendations for his service.

I got my water bill today and it had tripled . I knew there was a leak somewhere. Called Bearden Plumbing about 2pm expecting them to say it would be at least the next day before they could get to me. They said they had a couple of jobs to do and they would come by after that. They got here about 6pm, found the leak and after about 30 min working in the dark, it was fixed. Then he didn’t even charge me because he had worked on my water line over 2 years ago. The leak was caused by roots and rocks. Not by anything he had done wrong 2 years ago, but he said he couldn’t charge me. They treat people the way they would like to be treated and I really appreciate it and recommend them for all your plumbing needs. They will treat you right. I wouldn’t use anyone else.
I had an emergency plumbing issue on a Saturday. I CALLED 8 PLUMBERS in the area. Bearden Plumbing was the only one that called me back & was willing to help. He answered questions over the phone, gave suggestions, & offered to come on Sunday. We didn’t end up needing someone to come out after all, but he will be the only one I call in the future.
Great response time! They are very professional and very knowledgeable in all aspects of plumbing issues and even went out of their way to not only fix the problem but to identify the cause of why I had the plumbing problem to begin with! My lesson learned is to stop looking for a cheaper person to do repairs and call the experts. Bearden is my plumber choice.

Ive lived in my home 46 years. Its been in my family since 1967. As a teen and an adult, Ive never had a problem where I had to call a plumber. Last weekend, my toilet stopped flushing and overflowed. I called Daniel, and he showed up just a few hours later. Within 30 minutes, my problem was solved. Hes my first official plumber, and my last. I hope to not need him often, but Im thrilled to have met him!

I called them on a Sunday, the guy came out about three hours later (very fast considering the day and how far out I live). He was fast and efficient. Replaced one part and noticed something else needed repair and replaced it also but all at a reasonable price. I saved the number and will be calling them for all future plumbing needs.

I found this company online Sunday evening. I called thinking that I would get a voicemail however, they actually answered the phone and was at my house to take care of my emergency in less than an hour! My plumbing issue and the plan to correct it was explained in detail and in a way I could understand it. They were very professional with fair rates.I called two companies before this one. I had to leave a message for an emergency service and have yet to receive a phone call back from either one. I’m so glad that I found this one!
We had an occasional sewer gas smell in our bathroom that other plumbers were unable to locate. Bearden Plumbing found it within an hour and corrected the problem at a fair price. Thank you!

I realized I had a water line break at the meter last night. I shut the water off and called BPS at 10:00 this morning. Daniel said he could be here by 11:00. He was here on time and by 1:10 he had fixed the break at the meter and replaced the water pressure reduction unit (may not be what it is called.) He was efficient, reasonable and the cost was exactly what he said it word be before he did the work. I am very happy with work. I will certainly call him again if needed.
Guy was great. He came out very quickly. He was not the person we really needed bc he concluded that it was our sceptic tank. Regardless he did a great job and gave some good references and was very knowledgeable. I felt the whole time that he treated us fairly and was upfront about costs. Definitely recommend and if you live in adairsville he will like drop what he is doing and make his way to you as he did with us.
I called BPS for a problem in one of our Bathrooms, Daniel came out on a saturday no issues and in no time. He knows his Stuff, Good Price, Good Guy. Nice to not have to deal with a huge Company

2022-01-14I was looking for someone to install a water softener on our well system. They came out to give me a quote and found that I had very old, bad copper pipes under my house and several other issues. We decided to have the entire house re-piped, install a water softener & filter and have the other issues brought up to code. It was a lot to take on but Bearden accomplished it all! Now I have no more plumbing issues! It was a great team to work with. I would definitely recommend them for your plumbing problems!

2022-01-15I chose this business based upon Google. I was not steered wrong. On time super professional great communication skills. Not to mention I called and they got me an appointment the same day.. Less than an hour to complete the work.The crew that came out Cody, Daniel, and Owen were fabulous. They even went a step further and once everything was done they cleaned up my toilet my shower and my bathtub from the issue I was having. Well definitely recommend and use if needed in the future. In my opinion they most definitely went above and beyond!!!

2022-07-15We were in a pinch and no one could help for a week, Bearden plumbing came out same day and found several things the builder had done incorrectly. The owner was a very helpful person and explained everything needing to be done. His team came out the next day and delivered with a great attitude what was a dirty situation. In 6 years living in Adairsville this is by far the best service we have used and We will never use another plumber.
