Called store looking for specific items, which they had. Person I spoke with was very helpful and friendly. Arrived to pick up items 30 mins later and was greeted and taken care of by several friendly employees. Picked up a few extra things just because employees were so nice. Will go back soon.
I visited this store yesterday to purchase a comforter and shams. When I was ready to check out the cashier at pickup/returns walked off and started chatting with another employee as if there weren’t other customers in line waiting. The manager, a nice gentleman, went and got her (Nicole) so that she could come back to her register. Once I got to her register she didn’t not greet me, but instead as she was ringing me up she proceeded to assist another customer that walked up behind me. She was very polite to this other customer and also provided her with curbside pickup advise for the future. As she is still ringing me up and forgetting what she had scanned because she was so unfocused on my order/purchase. Once it was time for me to pay she asked me to sit my money on the counter, but she had gloves on, so I was totally confused. Then I asked her if she had a bag big enough for my coverlet and her response was “I can give you a medium bag and you can try”. My thought was that I’m the customer not the employee. So I asked her to put it in the bag. I was/am so disgusted by her customer service towards me that I truly want to return my entire purchase but due to the fact my coverlet and shams look amazing in my bedroom I’m not. But I can assure you that I will not be visiting this store again. I am huge on customer service and Nicoles actions were completely unacceptable. This is my very first review ever, but I just felt very unappreciated in your store yesterday.
Love this store! They always have the best in kitchenware, bath accessories and bedding needs. Always my to go place when when I need anything for the home. I also have unique accessories that you generally dont find too many other places. Also very nice clearance racks, if you can catch them at a good time when everything isnt picked over yet. And, if they dont have what you want, theyll order it for you right in the store and have it shipped to your home. If its something they carry and theyre just out of, you wont even pay shipping and handling.
Placed an order for three items online, received large box with only two items... nothing else was going to fit into this box; however, the tracking showed all three items shipped. There’s no chat available online. Email states 72 hour response time. 11 days later still no response the the original email. Decided to go ahead and call the 800# the same day because I wasn’t happy with the wait time on the email. Waited over an hour on the phone for rep in the Philippines that spoke very poor English and was told to call the carrier to file a claim. HOW can I file a claim for an item they never shipped?? After another 30 minutes a supervisor gets on line and says they “may” have to contact the warehouse. Whoever needs to be contacted, please contact them. It’s 11 days later and I have heard NOTHING! The missing item was a birthday gift along with the Margarita machine and soft serve ice cream machine that did arrive. Poor customer service to say the least. If I had not used $150 in rewards from my credit card, I would have just asked for a refund. Not happy at all. Currently on hold again for a rep for nearly an hour now.
Only location in and around Augusta! Its a really big store, the shelves are always stocked and the staff are always helpful. If they dont have it in the store, they can order it for you and itll be there within 2 days. Best place around town to go to for all your home furnishings.
If I could give no stars I would! My husband and I came into the store to buy new sheets. We found the ones we wanted with no price tag and asked a representative to scan them. We were told they were $99.99 but with 20% off we’d pay $79.99. However, when we got to the register, they scanned for $119.99. When I told her that’s not the price I was give by the associate on the floor she told me to go find her and bring her up to verify the price. I went and found a DIFFERENT associate who confirmed the price the first lady told me so I brought her up to the register. While waiting for the register associate to finish with her customers the floor associate discovered that the UPC code on the back of the sheets was labeled incorrectly(she even said it probably happened at the wear house). They called the manager who told them to ring the correct product price instead of what the UPC said! Terrible customer service in my opinion. It’s certainly not my fault someone in the wear house messed up the UPC codes and after being told the same price by TWO DIFFERENT associates, we should have been given the product for the UPC price. The ONLY reason I’ll be going back to Bed, Bath and Beyond is because I received a gift card for Christmas but after I use the card I won’t be going back!!!!! It only takes one bad experience to lose a customer for life!
I ordered an item online for pickup. The online system required credit card and details to be entered. I received an email that my order was ready. Although curbside service was apparently available I opted to go inside for pickup. Oddly when I went to pickup the item even though it should have been paid for it had to be rung up again. I had used an online 20% off offer that popped up while I was on the website so I had to try to locate it with help of the associate in order to use it at pickup. The online coupon showed “redeemed” so the associate had to do something to find the code to use. Now two days later I’m getting an email to make sure to pick up the item. This online order / pickup process is broken - they should allow me to have paid for the item online, especially since they took the credit card and otherwise had processed the order. And after all that the system isn’t updated to show I picked up the item?
I had a last-minute gift idea for a friends birthday - a travel makeup mirror with lights - and I could only think of a couple of places that might sell & have them in stock. One of those stores was Bed, Bath & Beyond and they did not disappoint. They had a plenty options to choose from and although I didnt walk in expecting to pay what I did, I got exactly what I was looking for. The 4 stars is for being open to shop in-store during COVID precautions, having the items I was looking for & for theyre consistently pleasant customer service. I couldnt give 5 stars due to the price of the item, which in my opinion was a little overpriced.
Everything for your home inside. Things for your bedroom, bathroom and beyond, just like the sign says!! Unbelievable assortment of kitchen pots and pans, pillows, sheets, gadgets for home and kitchen. They have alot of products if you are just getting married and need stuff for your home. National chain. They are located just off I-20 and Walton Way Ext. Theaters and restaurants and other shopping centers are very close by. Go check them out today! 😁👌👍🥰
I placed an order online. I was given the option to pick up and pay in the store. I called customer service to check on my 1st order because I received an email stating my order was cancelled and was told the items are only held for 48 hours. I replaced my order and customer service sent me a 20% off coupon which I used when I picked up my order within 2 hours of placing my order. This process was very convenient and efficient.
Large selection of things. But they always seem to be missing a few really useful high-quality products that I always look for. It seems like there are more fancy colorful I catchy gadgets than just good quality ones. They do have a great selection of Oxo but they lack in some other areas. Itd be nice to see good qualities knives sold here but most are block sets in the Independents they do have are average.
The lady at customer service was very nice and understanding when I came back in to exchange a dish drainer board that had warped. However, Im assuming the manager was standing next to her and looked at me multiple times with a disgusted look on my face because I was there. Other than Kevin giving a very dirty looked and being rude it was a pleasant experience today.
We wanted a comforter of the slightly green hue type color. Could not find it comforters take up lots of space. I can see how hard to keep something in stock might be. After an hour of looking we looked up about 8-10 feet above our heads and there it was the one she wanted. Oh thank God I was gonna lose my mind. Nicki one the store clerks help us find it. We truly had gone to Bed Bath and Beyond.
The selection is OK. Most of the sheets feel cheap and the pillows are not varied. They always seem short staffed and the workers never speak to you until checkout. They also are stocking extra junk recently (shampoo, medicine, why???), so its beyond overstuffed.On the plus side, you can return ANYTHING, even if its used. I returned sheets that got holes in them after two washes and they let me return them for a full refund, no problem.Its not my favorite store, but they have some good things, especially the kitchen items.
Im not one to post reviews, but occasionally I experience customer service that blows my mind so I have to give kudos where they are due. My fiancé and I signed up online to register for our wedding and set an appointment for Saturday morning at 10 a.m. which I unfortunately slept through and didnt call until 10:15 to acknowledge. When I called, they couldnt have been more forgiving and eager to reschedule. When we came in later that day we went to the front desk to ask about our appointment and the friendly customer service continued from there. We were guided to the back registry department and met with our consultant, Adrian. She was incredible from the getgo. Extremely knowledgeable about both the program and the inventory, and offered endless advice and recommendations as well as offered herself fully for further assistance, should we need it. Throughout our browsing of the store, she and Michael (I think that was his name) both found us to check on us multiple times and ensure we were having the best experience. Between the two of them and many other completely random employees, we must have been congratulated on our engagement 15 times. We left the store in awe of our experience and receipt of WAY above par customer service by all we encountered. This was my first time ever shopping at Bed Bath and Beyond and I extend many thanks to everybody there for making it such a wonderful experience.
Prices are always higher when compared to any other Big Chain retailer! One of the reasons I am giving it two stars is because the customer service is always good and the stores are always tidy even though it is very cluttered and things are always piled on top of each other.
So I was in desperate need of a last minute gift and I looked online they say they have it in stock but that doesnt make it true so I called in and this lovely girl named Channing was amazing she looked on the computer and it said they had one in stock ahe took the time and patience to look all over to find this last one and she held it for me until today so I could pick it up. She was a lifesaver! Wish there were more people like her in customer service! Sorry we didnt get to meet but Ill be looking for ya next time Im in! Thanks again girl!

2022-07-06Rachel (the manager?) and Jacob the cashier were amazing. They assisted me with no hesitation unlike Lisa (a manager) who basically accused me of stealing.Rachel and Jacob listened to the entire story and understood what I needed. I sincerely appreciate them and the time they took to help a customer. Awesome job.

2022-03-03They had my CO2 cartridges for a Soda Stream, so I could exchange them instead of buying new ones. That was nice. The staff was helpful, which is important to me. They were out of a few things I was looking for, but that is a problem everywhere these days. Overall, a good store.

2022-04-02I purchased Nestwell™ Pima Cotton 500-Thread-Count Queen Sheet Set. I thought the sheets seemed a little scratchy for 100% pima cotton and assumed that after multiple washes they would get softer. After 5 months of washing I question whether they are 100% pima cotton because they still seem scratchy. Bed bath & beyond has been my choice for quality sheets in the past, however the price continues to go up and the quality goes down.

2021-09-07Friday was the first time I used curbside pick up and it was the best experience I’ve had in this entire town. I’ve always loved bed bath and beyond because many times they’re the only store that has the things I need. And Friday was no exception. I wasn’t waiting two minutes. Great service. Definitely recommend.
