I work in the hospitality and customer service industry and DO NOT recommend anyone order their bridesmaids dresses from this store.I visited the Savannah Bella Bridesmaids location a few months ago, I was looking for bridesmaid dresses for my upcoming wedding. When we first came into the store we were NOT greeted but instead were just stared at by the associate who sat at her desk on the phone. I understand (being only one person in the store) that you need to answer the phone but she just made it a very awkward first impression. Once the associate got off the phone she seems quite haughty and irritated. We asked to try on one of the dresses and the associate named Katharine offered to take the measurements of the bridesmaid I brought a long. We ended up finding a few dress styles that I liked and set up a show room for the bridal party. This was a website for the bridesmaids to view the dress styles and colors I had selected and each of them could choose which ones their preferred.The communication on Katharines part was very poor and all of her emails were extremely snippy and rude. I know many people in the Savannah area and in the Low-country who plan events -this can be a very stressful time...it is not supposed to be made even more stressful by having to deal with difficult and rude people. When I had to modify the number of bridesmaid she questioned me, this is not ANYONES business as to who is apart of the bridal party and who isnt! I was very shocked she had the gall to ask me this!About a month ago I wanted to add another dress style to my showroom (which Katharine did without any issues) and one of my bridesmaids selected the style and placed the order. about a week later Katharine was blowing up my email asking about the bridesmaids dresses and inquiring why one of the bridesmaids hadnt ordered yet. The bridesmaid in question had already placed her order but did not go through the showroom (which I would later find out is how Katharine would get her commission). Katharine then sent me an email requesting a collection of $30 because my bridesmaid had taken her measurements in the store and she didnt order directly through her (Katharine). I had no idea that this would cause such an issue and did know of any fee for measurements. As I said before, when we were in the store Katharine offered to take the bridesmaids measurements- If I had known I would have gotten emails requesting money from the store as If i had stolen from them or something I could have done the measurements myself...ON TOP OF THIS! My other bridesmaids dress order was canceled. According to Katherine the dress style that was added earlier to my showroom was an online exclusive and therefore she wouldnt get any commission off of the order. I truly got the impression that Katharine is not customer service orientated and really just cared about the commission she was going to get off my order. She rude no matter how you communicate with her, via email or on the phone she gives major attitude.This whole experience has been very frustrating and difficult. As I have said before i work in the hospitality and service industry where i deal with people everyday and I would NEVER treat anyone as she has treated me.I have been to other Bella Bridesmaids stores in Columbia and Charlotte and had good customer service- there is just something seriously wrong with the Savannah location.
Katharine at Bella Bridesmaids in Savannah is amazing! She helped with all of my bridesmaids dresses (which were stunning). Everything went smoothly even though most of my bridesmaids were in different locations! All dresses were received and fit great!! Thanks for all your help!
My family drove 3 1/2 hours to find my niece a dress for prom. This was our first stop, soon as we walked in they was so rude then told us we couldnt sit down because they had a bridal party (remind you we was standing up we was not sitting down we wanted to walk around to find a dress). All I can do was walk way before I flipped out but maybe its a good thing because she found a dress she feel in love with at a different store with people who was ready and welling to help the moment we got in the door!.... If I could I would give this place a -5
Beautiful selection of dresses for all occasions. The dress I ordered came from charlotte but I needed to try it on first before ordering and they were so accommodating. Even though she didnt have the exact dress she had me try on one almost identical from the same designer. It is Beautiful inside too!
This place is great for getting bridesmaids dresses. They were so helpful and patient with me, I couldnt have asked for anything more! Highly recommend for any future brides!
Horrible customer service. I walked in the store today and the employee did not speak when i entered. She did not say can i help you with anything or , I’ll be right with you.
The lady in at the time seeded so uninterested and was not helpful. Like I get it you don’t have to be all gleefull of everyone that walks in but at least be HELPFUL.

2021-10-14Katharine at Bella Bridesmaids Savannah is absolutely the best! I am so happy I used this shop for my bridesmaids dresses. I had a special request and she made it happen... and in under 3 months!! All my bridesmaids were out of town and she was able to get their measurements and have their dresses delivered, with minimal altering needed. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone!

2020-01-04I had an exceptional experience with Katharine at Bella Bridesmaids Savannah! Katharine helped me pick out bridesmaid gowns for my wedding day and was very kind and accommodating to my bridesmaids who came to try on gowns. She was also extremely organized and went above and beyond with communication! We ended up with five different bridesmaid gowns from three different designers (Dessy, Hayley Paige, and Joanna August) for my seven bridesmaids. They were all beautiful and high quality. I definitely recommend!

2019-08-27Katherine at Bella Bridesmaids is AMAZING! And the store has so many options for all occasions! I went there for bridesmaids dresses and took a couple of my bridesmaids to try on dresses, Katherine was more than accommodating! She is very helpful and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect! We ordered all of our bridesmaids dresses, including my junior bridesmaids dress, and my flower girls dress here! Plus she helped me get all of the groomsmens bowties and pocket squares ordered so they would match the bridesmaids dresses perfectly! Dream come true! Would, and do, recommend Bella Bridesmaids and Katherine over and over again! Thanks again Katherine!

We had an unexpected situation that arose 4 weeks before the wedding, but they were prompt in exploring all of our options, and making sure that we were taken care of! Situations can get pretty stressful, but I felt confident in their customer service and patience with my bridal party and I! Thank you for be apart of my big day and making every right 💕💕💕

2020-01-03I can’t recommend Bella Bridesmaids enough! Katharine was so helpful! We found our beautiful burgundy bridesmaids dresses at Bella easily. Several of my bridesmaids live out of state and Katharine made sure that each girl received her dress in plenty of time for our November wedding. I was so pleased with the entire experience.

2019-09-09From the moment we walked into this store we were treated with the utmost respect. There was a perky blonde associate, Katharine, who was very helpful and seemed to care about all of her customers, and shared her time with everyone as it was a busy day. I liked how she had many samples and seemed very knowledgeable on her inventory. The quality of the dresses were great for not only bridesmaids but she even had cute jump suits that could be worn not as a bridesmaid outfit. Overall a great experience in this store! Will be back!

2019-09-10I had the best experience at Bella Bridesmaids - wide selection, easy to order, and helpful staff! I had a large bridal party and allowed my bridesmaids to choose their own style, but in a certain color (I had 4 different colors). Bella Bridesmaids made it so easy for me to get my 13 BRIDESMAIDS styled on time and for a good price. A big shout out to Katharine, who was extremely organized, helpful, and fun to work with! This was probably the least stressful thing I had to do for our wedding. I highly recommend Bella Bridesmaids Savannah!

2019-11-15After looking at online bridesmaid dresses and trying a couple other chain places I was so happy that I stumbled upon Bella Bridesmaids. I was so excited that I was able to find the exact color I was looking for in some beautiful dress options. The quality of the dresses was amazing and they were reasonably priced for such good quality. They were even nice enough to mail a swatch for me so my florist could try to match the color of the dresses perfectly. The dresses came out beautifully, I’m really happy with my decision to go with Bella Bridesmaids!!

2020-04-06Katharine with Bella Bridesmaids was the best! I went there to look for bridesmaids dresses with one of my bridesmaids and I couldnt decide on a dress that fit all of my girls. Katharine helped suggest dresses and helped me find the ones perfect for my wedding! We couldnt have chose a prettier dress! Highly recommend!

2020-02-13I absolutely LOVED my bridesmaid’s dresses but my experience with Katharine was HORRIFIC. She was very demeaning to one of my bridesmaids in particular. She was rude about her size (which she measured wrong). When she took my bridesmaid’s measurements she told each of them their sizes no problem, but with the one bridesmaid, she wrote the size on a slip of paper and slid it over to her across the counter as if it were something to be embarrassed about. My bridesmaid was extremely angry. We decided to go a size down from the size she told that bridesmaid, and she proceeded to tell the bridesmaid that she needed to be working out more between then and the wedding and that she would have to lose at least 3 inches. Which was not true. The dress fit her PERFECTLY and she was absolutely STUNNING in it. She also recommended one of my bridesmaids order an 18 and the bridesmaid ordered a 12 and it was perfect. She obviously didn’t know how to properly take measurements and luckily we didn’t listen to her completely.At the end of the day, my girls looked so beautiful up there on my special day, but we definitely could’ve done without Katharine and her awful attitude.
