I went on a tour with Justin. He was absolutely horrible and rude to me. The whole time he was talking on his phone, running ahead of me, and wouldn’t answer any of my questions about the apartment complex. I cannot believe the blatant disrespect he showed to a potential future resident. Belmont used to be my first choice, but after seeing how the staff treats their residents, I will absolutely not be renting here.
These apartments are not worth the money. My daughter lived here, she didn’t have running water in the kitchen sink for over a year and they refused to properly fix it… she had to use a pot to get water from the tub just to wash dishes. ‘Pitiful” Office staff were very RUDE!!! I would not recommend.
My wife and I were interested in a 3 bedroom apartment. She found the place online, I placed a call and immediately felt like I was an inconvinience to the person picking up the phone. When we showed up to the place he did not show any interested in us moving there. When we asked about the unit we were interested he limited his answer to there is nothing available.We asked to see the available 2 bedrooms to take a look at the finishes, he relunctaly took us there and just stood by the door while we looked at the place. He did not asked a single questions about what we were looking for, or if we had any preferences. Honestly, the place looked really good but we were treat poorly. After reading some of the other reviews I realized that we have not been the only one. We were not even shown the amenities and getting any information was extremely hard.
I’ve been living here for about 4 years. Great safe place to live and not to brag but the location and view is everything. You will be proud to call Belmont placeyour home. The apartments are nice and newly renovated, grounds are kept up very nice. We have a beautiful pool area that I absolutely adore. The Fitness gym is nice and clean. We also have an amazing game room that my son loves and also a pool table which by the way is one of my favorite games. Great school systems. The office staff is amazing. property manager has always been helpful, hands on, and just an all around good person. If your looking for all this and more in your new home I would recommend Belmont place.
Tired of reading the reviews from people who either “looked” at this place or have less than a month here. If you want REAL reviews ask those who have been here for a year +. Moved in May 2020; we’ve dealt with non functioning a/c 5 times, have had the most insanely loud upstairs neighbors ( both times - previously and currently) Quiet walls? Ha! That’s a nice thought. Never any parking - I’d make a tow company a nice chunk of change if they’d like to come tow everyone who illegally parks. Gates work…. Sometimes. And when they don’t ( like the back gate) - it’s a free for all in and out allowing any and all. Communication is non existent - can’t ever get in touch with anyone in the officE- ever during posted hrs. There is no longer a courtesy officer on site so forget about 2am noise complaints. Every weekend there’s fire trucks or police present on the property. Rent has indeed increased. Overall; We’re here because of the housing market right now. It’s unfortunate.
I am a resident at this place and I’m trying to leave because of them. This group in the office is the most unprofessional group I have meet. There is one guy in the office his name is Wes and he is the only one that has given me the respect and has tried to help but the other two never.The other two people Keith and Jackson, have called me names yelled at me and lied to me. I’m not the first person that they have done this to. I have been asking for corporates information since I’m not allowed to speak to the manager and they aren’t even able to give me that information.
I APPLIED DECEMBER 2021, DID NOT GWT ACCEPTED FOR THE APARTMENTS, NOR HAVE A RECEIVED MY $350 ADMINISTRATION FEE BACK, EHICH WAS SUPPOSED TO BE GIVEN BACK WITHIN 30 DAYS FROM THEN, IT IS NOT MARCH 2022 AND I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE A DIME BACK, I WILL BE CONTACTING CORPORATE ON ALL MANAGEMENT FOR ALL OF THE FALSE WORDS I HAVE BEEN GIVEN WITHIN THE LAST 3 MONTHS REGARDING MY MONY BACK! I didn’t even want to give this community 1 star, if there was a 0 to chose it would have been chosen. The management and staff are very unprofessional and rude. I applied at Belmont place back in December, I ended up not getting through with the apartments due to the requirements and I was told my administration fee was sent the my old residence where i no longer stay at, who knows who got their hands on that, after I spoke with the manager he told me that he would have it resent out to my proper address the next day and I’d receive it within 30 days, it’s been well over 30 days, i applied to the apartments within the first week of December, we’re now going into the 2nd week of February and I have not gotten my money back. I’ve read reviews on how they’ve kept other applicants money and not I see exactly what’s going on now. I WANT MY HARD EARNED MONEY BACK, you guys do not deserve to keep money that does not belong to you. If you guys can’t return my money I’ll gladly come pick it up in person if need be. Thanks!
We moved from Los Angeles and have lived here for 9 months downside 1st. $30.00 valet, trash, plus trash maintenance fee gas and water plus admin and other fees have my rent at about $1,500.00 for a 2 bedroom 2 bath, but that is the cost of living in a luxurious enviroment though( this place would be much more in LA). The ladies in the office are super awesome I adore them all. Free coffee ( that I love), water, snacks (that my kids love) the gym, club house, modern conference room/ office that you can use for private meetings and bathroom are always sparkling clean. It has a tennis court and swimming pool with gas barbeque pits that are always well kept. Maintenance work orders are taken care of within 48 hours. Had an ant issue and saw a couple bugs, it was taken care of right away and have never seen them again. Free package delivery with a note in your mail box when it comes. Playground for toddlers, walking paths.Phone calls to the leasing office answered right away. Parking is great in the 8000 building and after. Next to an amazing hiking place with beautiful stream, Papaduex and Papasitios across the street. Right by the 75, walk to Starbucks, Target, Panda Express, Chickfli and more. 20-30 minutes to downtown or airport. Major mall, AMC movie theater 10 minutes away as well as Costco, Krogers and 4 to 3 star hotels for visting friends.I was looking for a three bedroom that we could move to some where else the same price as here and have decided after reading reviews we are staying put until we buy a house, no place better in the area.
The amenities here are great! Super convenient and stylish. The gym is my favorite spot and has helped me immensely in my fitness journey. Not only is the staff very responsive and helpful, they are friendly and caring too. This complex has made my move to Georgia so easy, especially with how close it is to the highway and the fun events that make me feel at home. You have live here!
Absolutely love the community! My family and I moved in a few months ago and everything was a smooth process. Most importantly I did encounter some maintenance issues a few times however, the process was smooth. Special shot out to the maintenance man Qua. Customer service is always top notch no matter the simplest maintenance request, and he gets in and out with the job done. I’ve never felt so comfortable in an amazing community!
Alisa did an amazing job greeting us, making us feel really comfortable. Answered all of my questions, and was very knowledgeable. They also let us know that they take pride in taking care of their residents by creating events for them to attend and be a part of! I even spoke with Janelle, who also gave me the same service with a smile, and treated me like a star resident! We are definitely looking forward to moving in here soon!
New manager is okay. Still a very unprofessional and unwelcoming staff, though. If I didn’t already live here, I wouldn’t move here just so I don’t have to deal with their attitudes. The complex is also still asking for good reviews at their food truck events in exchange for free food, but what’s new. Just know that when you read thru other “great” reviews. Sidenote though, Cest tout bon food truck is great 👍🏼
I had the pleasure of touring Belmont Place and I must say it is a beautiful community and well kept! The manager, Venelle, was very personable and answered all my questions! The team made me feel like I was already a resident from the moment I walked in! I’m definitely interested in living in this community.
It’s unfortunate that I have to write this review because I’ve truly enjoyed my stay in these apartments until the new management came in. They are more focused on community events and bribing people for reviews than actually caring about the upkeep of the community (I was literally offered something for free if I write a review at the last event). But unfortunately now, the valet trash is inconsistent resulting in trash left outside for days and increased pest problems. I’ve also had maintenance requests go unanswered for months, when they used to be taken care of within days previously. My oldest maintenance request has been “in progress” since July 18th. (Not to mention, the maintenance guy is usually just sitting outside in his truck doing nothing). The dumpster is consistently overflowing. They allow maintenance to literally leave ac units and other large equipment out on the street all day and night. Lastly, Keith is not and has never been friendly. If you call and get him, he acts as if your issues are an inconvenience to him. It’s unfortunate that they took over a complex that they clearly aren’t capable of running. Ignore the paid for good reviews. I Do not recommend.
I want to personally thank Justen Ruff, the Belmont Office team and Maintenance supervisor. These guys stepped in and did the right thing when no one was looking. My son lost his wallet and maintenance did us a great deal by finding it and bringing it back to us. I want you all to know that I greatly appreciate all of your efforts! A small gesture went a long way and I can’t even express how thankful we are! Again, thank you all!!!
Love this place! Recommend to anyone and everyone! Ive been living here for a few months and had little to no issues, and when I did they were solved swiftly. The rooms are spacious and the ac unit is great which is usually hard to find! Rooms are quiet usually and the walls are thick. Also I recommend the lady named Jodi she helped me fulfill all of my requests and is great at what she does!!!
I like living here the area is nice . But keith in the front office or the “assistant manager “ is a bit condescending. Always acts like simple questions are the biggest inconvenience. Really hate calling the office when he is there i dont get my question answered and if i do it’s always with attitude. Not very professional at all.
Updating my previous review because i am STILL battling with these demons working at the front desk, Justen and Keith. It has been THREE months now that I have been waiting to receive my administration fee back from this property. No updated calls or even a slight urgency to find out where my check has gone or when i will be issued another. HOWEVER, Amanda has come to save the day! She is soooo much more professional than Justen and Keith and she promised to help and keep me posted on my check. I thank GOD for her! As for Justen and Keith, I hope they were fired and taught a valuable lesson.HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I’m not sure who trained JUSTIN but he is the epitome of UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I am very surprised with Greystar and THESE REVIEWS ARE LIES!!! I WAS WONDERING HOW THEY HAVE A 4.5 review rate come to find out THEY ARE LITERALLY BRIBING PEOPLE TO SAY NICE THINGS LMFAO.
Toured with Venelle and the property is superb! There is a huge pool centrally located in the community, as well as an assortment of fitness equipment in the fitness center. I love that the property is gated and there are garages that you could rent for covered parking. I am looking forward to calling Belmont Place my new home :)
I just wanted to leave a great review on Belmont Place. I have been living here since October and I love everything about my apartment. The office staff is great especially the gentleman Keith. He moved me in and has been a great help since then, he is always smiling every time i come in the office to bug him about packages, well groomed and is a great asset to the company. I also worked with Tamara over the weekend who too is wonderful addition to the property. Keep up the good work.
The Belmont Place is a beautiful complex. The apartments are very nice with great features but what really makes it amazing is the staff! Alyssa by far gave me the best tour. She was very knowledgeable, professional & patient with all my questions. I highly recommend Belmont Place & Alyssa!
I wanted to share some details about the property and the front office. I have always loved the Belmont. I remember before I moved in, I stayed in another apartment about 15 minutes north. When we arrived in our new apartment, we were so surprised at the awesome the upgrades! The apartment is very spacious and the courtyard is very clean with additional curbside appeal. Also I would have to say, if you are coming in to the Belmont luxury apartments ask for Keith! Keith has been one of the most accommodating individuals at the apartment. The staff is lovely and he is always going above and beyond to help from walking through processes to just making sure we were adjusting to our new living environment okay! I would highly recommend! You will love. I’d also like to mention, the cherry on the cake is the newly renovated game area and the gym equipped with a huge tire and an entire section for weightlifting. They also have the peloton treadmills! It doesn’t get any better
This property is absolutely beautiful, the amenities and units are all newly renovated. The staff is wonderful, specially Alyssa! I loved touring with her she met all my needs and made me feel like I was at home. Thanks Alyssa for all your help, I will be applying today :)
I recently came into town to look for an apartment because I’m looking to relocate to Marietta and I found this beautiful apartment complex online and decided to check it out. When I got there I was greeted by Mrs. Chandler and she was amazing she really took her time and explained everything to me in great detail. She showed me the different floor plans and made me feel special. All customers should be treated the way Mrs Chandler treated me. I look forward to moving in there in the future.
I’ve lived here since Aug 2020. This place has gone downhill since Greystar bought this property from JRK Property Management. Don’t be fooled by these incentivized high-ranking reviews. This complex used to be a beautiful luxurious complex. Now it is anything but. Jodi, the property manager, is not equipped to juggle multiple tasks (which is an essential skill set for her role), or to effectively ensure that this property is well managed. She is nice, but nice doesn’t get the job done. There is trash everywhere. Tenants have received 0 communication about what’s going on, or when it will be resolved. There’s a unit with a window a/c unit in this “luxury” complex. Our gate has been broken for weeks. Despite me informing the leasing agents, our entrance lights haven’t functioned in months. Please consider moving elsewhere. Greystar is not capable of maintaining this property.
I recently toured Belmont place with a gentleman named Keith, he was so nice and welcoming with that smile. Keith was very helpful he toured us the model and the vacant loft, it was not quite ready but he was nice enough to show me. I will be applying and I look forward to my next year with Belmont place
I toured this property 5 days ago and I must say I loved it!! The location is great and property is clean🙂 inside the unit was even more beautiful! They are definitely at the top of my list! I can not leave out that the staff was amazing! My only issue is the water and sewage is shared and that is something I do not like! It makes me feel like I’m paying for others water bill and sewage! I feel if they do not live in my home I should not be responsible for paying their water bill or for their water bill to be divided upon me! We should all be responsible for our OWN individually water/sewage bill! I’m more use to “based on usage” properties. I was informed that the water/sewage ranges from 100-110 which in my opinion is high for an apartment and again that is because it is shared which means it is divided. Where I reside now after being here for a year in a half, my water bill has never been over $15 and I wash a lot as well I use my dishwasher every single night along with taking showers daily, but again that’s because where I live now water is based on usage.I was informed that the tenants at Belmont Place is responsible for paying for amenities like the pool, game room, fitness center and so on and what I mean by responsible for paying for usage for those areas. I do not mean you have to pay to go swimming or enter game room etc but tenants are responsible for lights that are use at the pool, the lights in the game room which are the arcades that are plugged up and so on. In my opinion I do not think that’s fair or make any sense although the property is beautiful I do not think that tenants are responsible for that, other than those 2 things again I must say the property and the inside of units are beautiful!! I fail to mention that it is close to a lot of stores like target, Ross, Marshall’s and restaurant’s like Papadeaux!!
Loved my experience with Jodi and her staff! I applied last week and theyve been very communicative and understanding with me. I even changed a lot of wants for my apartment last minute. Jodi didnt make me feel like a bother, she truly just got things done. I will be recommending this property to friends and loved ones
Belmont place Apartments is truly a place that gives service with a smile. I love living here. The apartments is a pet-friendly environment with a warm and friendly staff. From the application stage to move-in, the staff has been more than helpful and available. Whether its a need for an extra key or a forgotten password, the staff is patient, kind and so willing to meet my needs. Modern luxurious units with excellent floor plans, state of art fitness center; a saline pool with gas powered BBQ grills coupled with a Johnny on the spot maintenance department equals the best living for your buck. Im loving It!!! But if I have to be completely transparent the only flaw was the transitional stage with management and a few delayed response. But the new management was definitely an improvement to the community.
Updating my previous review, I have been staying in this complex for past few months and have been disappointed multiple times with leasing office agents. They are just rude, I have no clues why.I walked into the office as water in my apartment was shut down and Alisia Mcfarlane (the only agent in office) disrespected my presence by watching videos and singing songs to herself while I was trying to explain why am there.Sincere advice, if possible do not move here, there is no maintenance help, just one person for the whole complex! I am taking my good review back!***************************************************************************I have stayed in multiple apartment complexes in Atlanta, and my experience it’s the people who work there make it like home. Belmont is such place where people treat you a really nice.I’d like to point out how my maintenance team member John came in today to fix issues which needed attention. He was such a warm and talented person, in no time he addressed them and made it look so simple. He also suggested he and his team are here to help anytime needed!Am so glad I moved to this place. Am giving this place a 4 start as I just moved in. Will update my experience after few months again :)
I stayed at Belmont place for 2 years. My experience with the old management team was interesting (not in the best way). However, when the new management team came in, things got much better. Keith has always gone out of his way to go over and beyond to ensure that I was well taken care of and happy with my stay at Belmont place. He made my experience well worth it. Thank you for all of your hard work.
Don’t trust if anyone saying Keith is nice ..he never be nice with anyone in this apartment always never respond to any calls. Be ready for wash for your dishes for one month of your dishwasher is broken and be ready for with out A/C for one month if A/c is broken. If we call office when the maintenance person Will come they will say whenever they feel to come.This kind of nonsense response we will get from keith.
Maintenance request don’t get responded for weeks. Keith who is the assistant manager did a terrible job moving us in. No greetings or basic customer-service etiquettes, and we had to go ask to sign up for the Amazon locker and get our mailbox number afterwards. Those should’ve been taken care during the move in process. Jodi, the manager, only answers emails before you move in. If you email her after becoming a resident here she doesn’t care anymore and don’t expect to ever hear back from her. In short, the complex is good but the management team is subpar.
This place is amazing! We moved in and the staff has been great getting any concerns we have answered, any issues we have worked out, and any problems we have fixed! The staff is very nice and understanding with things and I love it here! It is extremely nice and the people in the community are very friendly! I would definitely recommend it to someone looking for a place to live!
I applied in December the guys that work in this office is very unprofessional, I’ve been waiting on my administration fees since December to be returned back to me. They lied and stated that my check stubs wasn’t accurate and hasn’t returned my money back, here it is March they would not answer the phone for me anymore or give me me any type of explanation!
Ive been a resident at The Belmont Place for about 5 months now. I can genuinely say that this is the place to be if youre looking for a home. Its a peaceful area with great amenities. If youre trying to catch a quick an efficient workout, they have a dope gym for that. If you want to lounge around, they have an amazing area with TVs, arcade games, and a pool table. Once you see the pool, youll see that it speaks for itself.The staff in the office are great, and quick to resolve any issues that you may have. The Belmont Place should be your next spot!
Be aware if youre trying to tour!!! I scheduled my tour in advance as I flew in to see apartments. I even received an email reminder about the appointment. However, when I arrived at 10am for my appointment, the office did not even open until 11AM. I called their headquarters who could see my appointment, but had no idea why this office wasnt open. I had maintenance call the leasing agent to see if it was an error. She just replied to him she wouldnt be in until 11. There was no apology for the wasted time. I received no phone call or email since. My husband and I even tried calling 4 separate times since they opened to try and get in and they did not answer once. If this is how they are before you sign, I cant imagine how awful theyd be once I actually signed a lease.
I absolutely love living in Belmont Apartments! Ive stayed in Belmont since Feb 2019. This has been the best place Ive rented from! The management, especially the manager Jill who is awesome, has been incredibly accommodating and helpful! Weve loved the pool and grill in the summer and going to all the community get together s!We have a 2 bedroom now and the space is amazing. The view is great, with trees surrounding the complex! Location wise, its really close to lot of great places, but nicely shaded away to feel private.The maintenance is always doing a great job with trash removal and cleaning the grounds. When we had an issue with some water damage, they were incredibly courteous and quick about fixing everything.I would highly recommend becoming a member of the Prestigious Belmont Community!
My fiancée and I visited a lot of apartments trying to find our next home. Luckily for us, we stopped by Belmont Place after having some not so great luck. We had the opportunity to speak with Tamara. Tamara was kind, understanding, and really worked with us to find what we were looking for. Tamara made a rather stressful situation for us into an enjoyable one and was even nice enough to let us know that we had been approved while she was out of the office for the weekend :) We are looking forward to our upcoming move and calling Belmont Place home in a few weeks!
This apartment maintenance is horrible after new management took over this apartment , you would need to wait one month for small reparis and I have been living from last two years and the manger new management manager KEITH always talk very rudely with everyone, I thought of renewing my contract next year but after seeing KEITH in the office decided not to renew my lease.Better avoid this place don’t attract for small parties they are conducting.
The customer Service was absolutely amazing. I cannot describe how easy it was to communicate with the employees, and also I would like to mention that the apartment floorplans are very spacious and chic, especially the two bedrooms. Overall a great experience, and I can’t wait to move-in! I definitely recommend first time renters & family’s to rent from these Apartments, definitely best in the area!!
I’ve lived here for about a year and I have nothing but great things to say. First, management is great. They are very nice and helpful unlike the previous management company. Yes, there have been some hiccups with the management change but I understand that everything doesn’t always flow perfectly. I highly recommend living here if you are looking for a great home outside of the busy city life.
I have lived in a couple different units in Belmont and I have to give it 5 stars. Great place, great staff, beautiful floor layouts. I love how it is right off 285 and 75. You are close to everything but far enough away not to be stuck in traffic. I stand behind my 5 stars the only issues of late would be the gate issues we have been having. I have to meet my guest at the gate to let them in bc of recent gate malfunctions. Also in two of the units Ive lived in have faucet leaks which dont help the water bill but we have had maintenance look at them and they were not fixed. I think its a more intricate issue that required more extensive service. Either way love the place would recommend 10/10.
Update: With the recent renovations taking place around us, Jillian was kind enough to offer us a transfer to a newly renovated apartment or to renovate our current apartment. Of course we took her up on her offer to move to the newly renovated space (1 floor up) and she helped make the process easy and effortless. We continue to love living here and appreciate the absolute professionalism we continue to receive from the office and maintenance staff.Whenever my family comes to visit they always comment on how welcome the staff makes them feel to the property. This has been the best property we have ever lived on.------------------------------My brother and I moved to Belmont Place about 5 years ago and we have absolutely loved it. The complex is safe and secure and our time there has been as stress free as a home can be. I can honestly say at the end of a long day that coming home to Belmont Place feels like a sanctuary and respite from the chaos of the world.Jillian and the staff at the complex is extremely professional and friendly and always greet us with a smile. I was pleasantly surprised one day when they even greeted my parents by name while they were visiting. The maintenance team always comes in to handle any minor issues we have quickly. It has been an absolute pleasure staying here.
Weve been here for almost 2 years now, we absolutely love our loft apartment! The location is great, so many restaurants and bars around. The pool is amazing, we are there almost every weekend during the summer. Havent really had any complaints, except for the gates breaking every so often. We enjoy going to the events hosted by the leasing office. Their catered food is always delicious and the leasing office staff are always very welcoming at the events. Jillian and Rachel are always very helpful when we have questions or issues! We look forward to renewing our lease for another year.
I have been living here for 3 years and I really enjoy it. The location is great! Apartments are spacious and beautiful! Love the fact that a washer & dryer is included. The property manager, Jillian is wonderful! She is always accessible and goes above and beyond for her tenants. She has really made living here a pleasure. Noelle in the leasing office has also been a pleasure to work with. She has a great upbeat attitude and really shows genuine concern for any issues you may have. I never write reviews but would be remissed if I didnt give credit where credit is due. Thanks Belmont staff!
5 Stars are fake. A/c not working. There maintenance is 20 year behind and the new owners cant catch up. Looks good up front but the inside terribly maintained. Crime is up and people around the area will come a steal your items.1 month later- A/C is down again. Going to the front office is a waste of time. We will follow-up on our follow-up.
Lived here for 21 months . Would recommend.Move in process was easy, seamless, and professional. Unit was very clean after moving in. No pests. Maintenance always fixes my problems within 24 hours. Safe, lots of families living here, leasing office is responsive and helpful.
I’ll tell you what... this place is a hidden gem.... and I will say Jill is the best and most amazing person ever. So, long story short I had applied and was misinformed about the unit I would be moving into. I immediately contacted Jill and told her my concerns and how I am tight on cash since I will be moving from across country. Jill doesn’t know me, never met me, and STILL accommodated me! Good people do still exist in this world... Oh, and Keith is really sweet and polite and will help you out with any questions or concerns! Definitely rent here.
Worked with Keith and Jourdyn and although the process was a little rocky, they were very helpful. Would recommend consideration of this location. Atmosphere is quiet and peaceful (so far), area is clean and seems safe as well. We are still waiting to hear back about our initial inspection check-in sheet for fixes, but other than that, so far so good. Thank you Keith, especially, you all did a great job.
I moved into this property back in November of 2018 and it has been great ever since! Jill the property manager was excellent throughout the whole moving process. The ladies that work in the office are curteous and prompt and I’ve never had a problem with reaching them over the phone. These are true luxury style apartments. They are spacious with hardwood floors and new appliances. Not to mention the easy access to interstate 75 and 285. If your a Braves fan, you will also enjoy the Battery which is within walking distance. This is a great place to live and the location speaks for itself. I would definitely recommend this place.
Beautiful property and nice and welcoming staff. I toured with Jodi and she was very knowledgeable. Pricing changes daily here, and it is more than I want to pay right now, but I’m checking prices everyday so I can move here! Hopefully I’ll be a Belmont Resident soon!!!
Beautiful property and the amenities are great! There is a arcade room that I visit frequently which has video games and a pool table. Management switched about 6 months ago and Jodi and her staff have been great. Much improved over the last manager. I definitely recommend!
I would like to give a shout out to the Maintenance guy Arnold. He was here helping out and he got my request. He came in, accessed the problem, and fixed it!! Now that may not seem lot more than the normal job thats expected...oh but it was! I was under the impression from a previous Maintenance crew that what was happening in my apartment was normal and I lived with it for 2 years...until it got unbearable. Arnold told me that not only was it not normal but he will fix it! ...and he did!! Thank God for those people that truly take pride in their job. Thanks again Arnold!!
Assistant Manager Keith Maxwell is a horrible and unprofessional person. I received an apartment paid the price on the website the apartment was listed for. It was told to me the price was incorrect and would change on Monday that was January 2021. I went online days later and saw a 2 bedroom for $1472. Paid what I was supposed to. He and the office staff dragged their feet on the paperwork. Then when I wanted to get my money back. I was told I had to wait 30 to 60 days. Since moving in. I have had problems. I made him aware of everything and he still refuse to do what is right. Maintenance has come in nureemous times to fix my dryer and and it still doesnt work right. This is not a good community and the office asst. Manager is horrible.
The management has changed since I have left so I cannot speak on them but the old JRK management was awful. I dealt with a lot of rude people who were very unhelpful. When I decided to terminate my lease early, I paid the fee to do so and then 6 months later I find out that they claim I never paid the fee and have been hurting my credit and a chance at a new apartment community. I never received any contact from them and they sold my information to a debt collector. I have clearly marked receipts showing I paid and the old management has not helped me at all and are impossible to contact. The new management has been helpful and nice but they no longer have my information. I highly recommend staying away from any community managed by JRK.
Im a new resident of Belmont. The staff Joshua, Noel and Property Manager Jill have been very pleasant, patient understanding and accommodating. I chose Belmont because of the welcoming and politeness of staff, cleanliness, well maintained Grounds, great business center and nicely renovatedapartments. They have courtesy door garbage pick up which is also a plus and maintenance responds fairly quickly to your request.I had a few bumps while getting into my apartment but once again the staff was really understanding and everything was worked through smoothly. They have contests that youre able to participate in that will give you credit towards your rent as well.I do think invoices and notices should be distributed a bit more privately, like through email or direct mail instead of being stuck to your door, to protect the privacy of tenants but all in all I really like my apartment so far and the amenities. As long as you stay current with rental payment you should have a pleasant stay at Belmont!
This is my first apartment in the Atlanta area living by myself. I expected a lot more. When I moved in, the paint in the master bathroom was two different colors and left completely uncleaned with a used shower rod. There is also a random splotch of paint that is a different color in the living room as well.The stove is also installed crooked and the washer had a broken part when I moved in. Both bedroom carpets were coated in black dog hair. There are cracks in the walls of the master and living room as well. And maintenance. I have had to contact maintenance three times to get two simple things fixed. I was told the bare minimum at move in about the amazon hub room. Apparently youre supposed to sign up though a linked email, but never received that email until I had to go ask where all my packages were ending up. The staff and management overall just seem to not care about anything. I have been given an attitude and a very clueless response about anything. I am told one thing over the phone and get confused looks and totally different answers in person. I recommended two of my friends to live here and since then I have revoked those recommendations. For now I am just waiting until my lease ends to get out.
Beware Building 8 at Belmont Place if you are looking for a hassle-free living situation. The walls were very thin and there were residents in this building that played loud music. There were also residents that appeared to smoke in their apartments and it either got through the walls or was in the ventilation system because it smelled in my closets and bathroom. I left with the impression that this was tolerated even though the lease had both noise and smoking policies. Even though location of these apartments was good, I would recommend looking elsewhere.
I have been living here so for about 5 months now and so far from the maintenance team to the office staff, have all been absolutely great to work with. As soon as you have any issue whatsoever they address the situation as quickly as possible the next morning. Jillian is a very understanding person when it comes to issues in or out of the apartment. She’s friendly, has a nice attitude, and always responds via text, call, or email unless she’s in a meeting. Very good place to live in overall. Landscaping is always looking nice, sidewalks always clean and most residents are respectful enough to pick up after their pets.
Living at Belmont Place has been nearly perfect since I moved in 2 years ago so I’ve renewed my lease again. The are lots of food and shop options nearby and it’s convenient to 285/75. The community is kept clean and the newly renovated pool, clubhouse, and new fitness facility are wonderfully luxurious amenities for the price. Of course there will be issues, as there would be at any multi-family complex and sometimes the corporate JRK team makes accounting mistakes; but Jill (property manager), Noella and the rest of the office staff, and the maintenance crew are all great! I highly recommend!
The apartment is so nice and i love the area it’s in, when i came into the leasing office the staff was so helpful but one of the staff member Justen was so nice to me and did everything possible to help me out and he made sure i was taken care of. I really appreciate his effort thank you so much
When I say I LOVE LOVE LOVE Belmont Place. I mean that!!!! MAJOR MAJOR shout out to Jill the apartment manager!!! She REALLY gets the job done. She’s so serious about your peace, happiness, and comfortability while you’re living there. I’ve lived at Belmont on two separate occasions and BOTH TIMES JILL HAS REALLY CAME THROUGH! She made it (moving in and out) so smooth and seamless. Belmont is my HOME. I wouldn’t live in any other apartment complex. Thank you so much Jill!
Since move in Nov 2020 it has been a complete nightmare trying to get maintenance requests in and our apartment concerns heard from nonchalant and rude leasing staff. We have been without a microwave for going on a month with no attempts from management to remedy the situation. Parking is a nightmare (due to high Airbnb activity in the area) ive had to park outside the gates and walk to my unit on too many nights. The area is also becoming more sketch for reckless activity. For instance, there was a full out high speed chase a few weeks ago where someone broke through the gates (that are still not functional) Looking to lease here? For the price and your sanity lease somewhere else. Trust me it’s not all what is advertised or sold. You pay luxury prices for below luxury units and old appliances which die out on you within less than 6months. You also pay for loud neighbors and no quiet hours or courtesy officers. Since greystar has bought out the complex it has definitely gone down hill. I’d tag my photos but they’re simply too much to note. Beware. There’s a reason for the high turn over in leasing agents..
I love my community because Ive been living here since 2014 when I relocated to Atlanta. The grounds are beautiful and safe. The swimming pool is amazing! Jillian and her staff have made this place home for me. Any maintenance request are handled within 24 hours if not the same day. I have rented both the 3 bedroom as well as the 1 bedroom loft in which Im currently living in. My apartment(s) have both faced the wooded area on the grounds. Family and friends love sitting out on the patio. Im a happy resident.
It has been great living here at Belmont Place! From location to amenities to management and more!Granted I did have an issue when I first moved in, but nobody is perfect.The Management staff in the office is great, and they were quick to resolve my issue.I would encourage anyone to apply to live here ASAP!
I have been living at Belmont Place for a couple of months now and absolutely love it! First, its so conveniently located to everything. 75/285 are literally right there. There is so much to do in the area. The apartment staff has been so courteous since my fiance and I have moved in. Jillian goes above and beyond to make sure that the property is well taken care of. You contact her and she takes care of business. She makes sure that everyone lives comfortably. They have an event every month so that residents can feel appreciated and also get to know who theyre living with. I have submitted a couple of maintenance request for minor things and they have been fixed within 24 hours! You really cant beat this place. 5 stars for sure.
I have been a resident at Belmont Place for almost 1.5 years now, & I absolutely love it! The apartments are very spacious and give you that home sweet home feel, and the customer service is awesome! Jillian, the Property Manager, as well as the entire front office staff are always helpful & super friendly.The Maintenance Staff are also great! I recently had an issue that needed immediate attention, & they even came after hours on the same day to resolve it.They also do a great job of planning a variety of fun social events for residents throughout the year, and its a plus that we are located just 3-5 minutes from the new SunTrust Stadium. If youre looking for a place to call home near the Cobb/Cumberland Mall/Powers Ferry Marietta area, I highly recommend Belmont Place Apartments!
I love my home.. Im not sure what keith may have down to that person in the reviews, it seem very personal because i have lived here over a year and he is very nice to me and my roommate EVERYTIME we come in the office or call. You cant say belmont place without mentioning Keith, he is the only original team member and i see why they kept him with the new company. Maintiance has been a little slow lately and i realize that they are staffed now so hopefully that changes and someone can go fix that lady dishwasher 😂😂WE LOVE BELMONT
The property itself was very nice however the service i received from alysa was not welcoming to say the least. She was very rude and it was if my questions i was asking was bothering her. she didnt even tour me she just told me the apartment number to the model and just sent me on my way. so much for customer services
Jordan, whom was my realtor was overall exquisite in helping me finding exactly what I wanted. Even with my picky taste he managed to find exactly what I was looking for, amenities and all. He’s wonderful and patient. I would definitely recommend him if you’re looking for a place in the Cobb County area.
Poor customer service. Toured with a leasing agent there and she told me she would notify me when a unit was available to tour. No one ever called. Took time out of my scheduled to drive up to the complex to come to a sign saying “Be back at 1pm” and it was 3:00pm.... Finally got a hold of someone (with an attitude) my 3rd visit only to find out that the leasing agent quit and the units were already sold. Complete waste of time. They never answer their phones either. This complex needs to work on their communication. I’m so glad I dodged a bullet. I stay at the Ellison at Kennesaw and it’s amazing.
We have been living here for about 8 months and we have already made so many great memories here. The staff is really great especially Jillian. She has made sure that our stay here has been comfortable. Any problem that has occurred within our unit the front office staff have done all they could to fix the situation. Recently we had a water leak in our guest bdrm and we were really worried if mold would become a issue since the rain water was soaking into the carpet. Jillian got a crew out to inspect the foundation,seal the leak, and had all the carpets in our unit cleaned as a courtesy. I really appreciate the maintenance guy I think his name is Julio. When he come to fix anything in my unit I know it will be done right. He never cut corners and he is always very attentive to whatever need to be fixed. There have been a couple of times Julio have done repairs in our home and brought things to my attention that needed to be fixed and he got right on it and fixed the issue with no problems. There isnt much to not like about Belmont Place. I will say the only con is not have a parking space when I come home anytime after 7pm. Parking spaces goes quick here. I really hope corporate will allow the property manager to give out parking passes soon because the residence desperately need them. Other than the parking we love the landscaping, the convenient trash valet, the nice kid friendly pool, our comfy home, and the wonderful staff here at Belmont. I give Belmont a 4.5 star rating instead of a 5 only because of the parking
I was on the waitlist for an apartment for a very long time for Belmont Place. We love the location and the look of the complex! Noelle and Jillian were very helpful and personable throughout the whole process. They really make it a point to remember who you are and make you feel welcomed. Jillian was super accommodating by letting us move into our newly renovated apartment a week early. We look forward to calling Belmont Place home!
Just moved into my apartment in belmont place December 2019. Jillian and Noella in the front office were very accommodating and helpful throughout the process. After move in they were available and open to any questions I had.The apartments are beautiful and spacious, along with the well kept grounds. I really appreciate seeing the upgrading and work being done on this property, I can tell the owners are investing to keep everything updated constantly. I can’t wait to see the new gym, updated pool and offices.
Honestly I’ve been a resident for 3 years going 4 now and I have to say this is one of the cleanest, quite,well maintained and peaceful neighborhood I have ever lived. Management and staff are very friendly and have been more than fair to my needs... I’ve had days that I needed a favor is so many ways and Jillian the apartment manager has worked with me tremendously. I’m truly thankful for that.The maintenance work orders are completed in a timely manner. This has been a great place to call home for that past 3 years. The neighbors are clean and respectful as well , a big plus ... Looking forward to another blessed year .
Huge thank you to Jillian, Keith, and Madison. Process went very seamless from applying to moving in. I appreciate the staff for the great communication. I did a sight unseen application which was a huge gamble. The day of move-in Madison showed me around the property in the rain and did a walk thru of my unit with me. Allowed me to take my time and check everything carefully. No complaints. I highly recommend this place.
Ever since Greystar bought this property it has gone completely downhill. The office staff rarely answer the phone and when they do they are always rude, unaccommodating, and unhelpful even if you are having a legitimate issue or need help. Since Greystar bought the property they have let the beautiful grounds become littered with trash, glass, and dog feces. There has been rowdy loud behavior into all hours of the night and the gate is broken nonstop! I cant say enough about how unfortunate it is that JRK sold this gorgeous property to this company who hires people with such poor customer service and compassion for their tenants.
The apartments are beautiful and the community is very peaceful. While all of that is good and well it’s the leasing team that keeps things in track. I haven’t needed to put in many maintenance requests but the two I did where addressed same day or within 12 hours. And always with a personal follow up from a leasing team member. Personally speaking I was an out of state move and needed an apartment ASAP. Jill, Noelle and Shay got me in within 48 hours of my application. Although this is a rental, while you’re here it’s home so it refreshing that there’s a leasing team that acknowledges this and do what they can to make you comfortable. This is also a great place for pet owners. There’s no pet specific parks/areas but they seem to attract respectful owners here and there are collection bags and trash cans in convenient but inconspicuous locations throughout the community as well as lots of grassy areas for play. Considering the proximity to 75 and windy hill, across from papadeaxs, I’m shocked at how quiet it is.

Most recently I had a problem in my loft, I reported it through the portal, a phone call came shortly after for clarity, the maintenance staff made a visit and explain the issue and The resolution was completed the next afternoon...
I was moving from Miami to Atlanta and had never been to Atlanta before. I read all the reviews on google maps and despite the negative reviews I still called The leasing office and spoke to Jillian and Daniel. They are amazing and the most hard working team I’ve seen at any leasing office. Since I couldn’t see the apartment available online, Jillian went out of her way to FaceTime me and show me the entire apartment. I was moving to Atlanta on Thursday and I first called Tuesday. By the end of Wednesday they had my application approved and ready to rock and roll. Once I arrived I couldn’t believe this was my new apartment complex. Beautiful entrance, the property is well maintained and kept. I’ve been living here for 3 weeks now and I haven’t had any problems with parking or any of the other negative reviews people have said. No roaches, or insects of any kind at all. Very spacious and gated community which I love. Gates are always closed and it’s nicely secluded from the main road which gives me peace and quiet. I have a beautiful view of Trees and a canal which makes me feel like I’m in a forest and a cozy vibe. All my neighbors are friendly and everyone says hi to each other. Maintenance is quick and efficient. They are always cleaning up and respond to your request within 1-2 days. Packages are all shipped to the leasing office so I never have to worry about my stuff going missing and I love the 24hr gym. Haven’t gotten a chance to use the tennis courts yet but can’t wait for spring. I have a 6 month old husky and he loves all the courtyards available to run around. Last but not least, after shopping around the area, Belmont is the best bang for your buck! I highly would recommend this place to any friends or family looking to move into the area. Did I mention Jillian and Daniel are awesome? ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I have multiple units at Belmont Place and cannot imagine living anywhere else. The apartments are beautiful and the landscaping is extremely well maintained. Jillian and Noelle are the BEST! Jillian is the most accommodating leasing manager Ive ever seen, she goes out of her way to make sure everything is taken care of in a timely manner. She seems to work 24/7 as shes always ready and willing to help with any issues.

Jillian the property manager is amazing- she is very approachable and always there for her residents. Also, I love how close it it to the highway! Thanks Belmont Place staff for everything you do.

I moved from California not too long ago, and I had such a pleasant experience because of Jodi. Her professionalism, and overall care made my choice very simple to make. Really proud to live in such a great community!
I have been living in this community before Jillian came to work for Belmont and I knew there was something special about her from day one, no one remembers your name and the apartment unit of a huge apartment community complex following the first meeting. But that’s not all. She is kind, courteous and has been a tremendous help to me; tell her something once, consider it done! She and her team do a wonderful job to keep the community 5 star rated. They also take the 48hr work order window very seriously which I greatly appreciate. Keep up the great work!
I’ve been having issues with this apartment and staff since I moved here in February 2021. During my initial inspection(on move in day), my bathroom was dirty and fixtures were molded, I had stains on the walls in bedroom, I had no light fixtures (which was promised during my tour), and my bathroom countertops were old, dingy, and dirty. Last month I had packages stole from the Amazon hub area.I’ve currently been without air conditioning for a month and a half. I put in my initial request March 15th. The maintenance man came by a month later on April 14th to put leakage sealant in system but it only worked for a few days. The Air conditioning stopped working again on the April 18th. I’ve put in multiple request since then and NO ONE has been to my apartment to fix the issue. The temperature in my apartment is up to 80 degrees and above some days. I can’t use my stove or oven, I can’t wash and dry my clothes, and I can’t sleep due to the humidity in my apartment.I went by the office yesterday to voice my concerns and see when issue would be fixed. The assistant manager, Keith, was rude and dismissive. He stated “ the maintenance man would get to it when he can and that I did not need to come back in the office.”These are horrible living conditions. The staff (particularly the assistant manager) are lousy. Tamara was very helpful. I emailed the manager and regional manager today, still no response.
Ive been living here for a few years now I needed to talk to management about a few concerns I met a young lady named Jodi she was very concerned about making sure I was satisfied with the matienance that was performed on my door. To say that she was good at customer service is an understatement thank you for following up to assure my door was fixed.We need more management staff like hers.
I had a great time living here! I really recommend this place to others. I worked in Midtown and I’d rather commute from here to midtown than living in downtown Atlanta. This area is very family friendly an nice neighborhood and nice restaurant! The most important thing, everyone in the leasing office are so nice and helpful! Noel and the manager Jill are awesome! They truly care about you and treat you as their friend! Highly recommend 👍
This place is fantastic! The property is well maintained and beautiful. The leasing staff is amazing, they are accesible and respond quickly to any inquires. The maintenance staff is incredible as well. They resolve any work orders that I have submitted typically within 24 hours. I have been very pleased with my experience at Belmont. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment home.
Love this place!!!!Location is great, right off of 75 and all the trees and courtyards around the property allow me to relax and get away from the busy city thats outside the complex.The staff was very nice and accommodating when I needed help making arrangements for moving in, and Noel is always wonderful to talk to whenever I need any help. She even stayed a little past closing time when I first arrived to help me set up renters insurance so I could start moving in on time.I once had a problem with my garbage disposal but as soon as I put in a maintenance request it was promptly fixed by the next day, which was awesome!To anyone looking at apartments around Marietta, I highly recommend you come and check out Belmont Place.
I have been living here for 7 months and I absolutely love this place! Its located right next to 75 which makes it easier to hop on the highway whenever you need to take a quick trip to Atlanta. Whenever I have a maintenance request, it is done within 48 hours. Whenever I need extra assistance from maintenance, they are always helpful. Jillian has been helpful since the first day that I moved in. They are constantly trying to improve the conditions of the complex. For example, they just sent out a notification stating that they will start pressure washing all of the breezeways. When I read other bad reviews about Jillian and the office staff, I would have to say that I just cant relate. The grounds are absolutely beautiful. They have shut down the pool area right now to properly clean the pool and the patio area around the pool for the summer. Im just waiting on the warmer weather, because this is the perfect complex to be in when you need some relaxation or some chill time with friends.
I have lived here for 6 months. Jillian and Noelle are very professional and go above and beyond in the office. Always very accommodating. Walter in maintenance is helpful and nice to work with. The property is always clean, the pool is sparkling, valet trash is a great feature.I am very glad I chose Belmont to live.
Jillian is a great manager, who is very personable and often humorous at times. She has a very difficult job, but seems to juggle the tasks very well. I have lived on the property for 3yrs. The location is very convenient to major freeways and it has been a great place to live. All apartment complexes have there share of problems, but my experience at Belmont Place by far has been one of the best.
Quite a great place to live! Pretty quiet and very easy to access i75. Units were updated recently and I have had no pest problems. Maintenance requests are taken care of swiftly. The landscape design makes you feel like you’re in a garden. The pool is really great as well! You can really tell the staff cares about this place.
My experience at Belmont Place Apartments has been great, other than one minor issue when the gate was broken. Awesome amenities with such a nice pool view and view of the new braves stadium at night. Location is awesome, like a miniature downtown. The management is excellent! Jill and Rachael has been very supportive and go beyond and above when needed. Very family orientated environment.
Belmont Place is FANTASTIC!! The office staff is always super helpful. The grounds are beautifully kept. There are two beautiful courtyards on the property and there are always resident events going on. They even handed out breakfast to everyone one morning! Its such a great community The inside of the apartments have beautiful with crown moulding, hardwood floors and side-by-side fridges! Keep up the good work!
Out of all the searching and tours of many apartments in the Marietta area, my family and I finally found what we had been looking for. These apartments are gorgeous and the amenities are amazing. Beautiful property , great staff, and they offer so many perks. The manager is always planning cool events for the residents which is something we really enjoy. I believe we have a Easter brunch coming up, hopefully they will have mimosas. Overall, GREAT place to live
While visiting GA, for a little family getaway, stayed in this lovely property. The Grounds are Beautiful and well kept. My sister was dancing to the great sound system at the pool..and while there was NO DJ in site..She sure thought that it was one of the nice people in the management office coming through the speaker. How Yall Doing Out There...... It was not..LMBO....But it sureeeee was funny!!!!My son LOVED the game room.Very nice, so far so good, and close to Stores and Food. ...lol when I get some kickbacks I will shout them out 🤣🤣🤣 ..But Stuff is Close by....
I recently moved to Atlanta, GA this year in June due to a new job opportunity that was given to me. On June 29th I visited several apartment complexes and ended my search here at Belmont Place Apartments. The Leasing Agent assisted and gave an outstanding tour. I fell in love with this place instantly!The Leasing Agent, followed up as promised and made sure my concerns I had with the move. In particular my concern was with the application fee and deposit. The Leasing Agent reassured me and told me she would assist me in any way possible and make sure Belmont Place was the place I would want to call home.After completing my application I received a denial due to something being on my credit report in error. I had valid documentation showing that the information was false. Julie, the Property Manager took the time to listen to my situation and helped me get things cleared up so my application would be approved. I then received my move-in date and a Welcome Letter. I was told by the Leasing Agent to follow up with me two weeks later to see if I could move in earlier.A few weeks passed with no communication. I then called the facility to follow up on the status of my renovations. To my surprise I was notified that the Leasing Agent who assisted me was no longer working there and I was assigned a new one. This Leasing Agent was new so there was a lot of confusion about my move in date and the deposit amount. Plus they were understaffed due to the holiday so I expected a lag in communication.Once things got cleared up I was able to move in with no problem. I have been living here for about a month now and can honestly say that I am very enthusiastic about my stay here and do plan to renew my lease. I have seen so many negative reviews for apartments because generally people feel so much more inspired to write reviews when theyve had a bad experience. Ive had nothing but an honest review that is worth taken into consideration.What inspired me to write this review was the hard work, dedication, and commitment the Belmont Place Apartments staff has shown me. They responded to all of my concerns in a timely manner and made sure that everything was corrected if there were any issues.Also, they make sure to follow up just make sure the move in was fine. An example of their level of commitment was went I noticed the carpet was severely stained by the previous tenant. Instead of shampooing it again they had new carpet installed. They even took care of moving our furniture when they came to install the carpet.The apartment layout here is fantastic! The new renovations are absolutely stunning. The floorplans are very spacious, never the least bit claustrophobic. Ceilings feel high and everything is roomy (bathrooms, living room, closets, etc). The apartments are SUPER insulated in my experience (weve hardly have to run our air) AND theres a ceiling fan in every main room which was a big deal for me since my last apartment didn’t have them. Our kitchen is beautiful, appliances all work great, our washer and dryer works without any problems, etc.The fitness center might be a tad bit underwhelming, but it is certainly proficient for anyone just looking for a simple workout. The pool is clean and warm during the summer, and the gas grills work fine. Trash and recycling are picked up from right outside your door (which is dope), and you live literally next to a lot great places such as The Battery and Cumberland Mall!The residual message here is this: living at Belmont Place Apartments has been a phenomenal experience thus far. It hasnt been perfect, sure, but I haven’t had an experience a negative experience worth venting about online to anybody because they make sure that they go above and beyond to make matters right. Alternatively, I do have a lot of positive experiences, and I know I will have more.I would like to thank Noel and Julie in particular for making my experience here a positive one!
I’ve lived here in a 3BR with my sister and son for a few years now and I love it here! The apartments are really nice and spacious! I didn’t realize how close the new stadium would be from here, literally a little over a mile away. Rachel who works at the leasing office is AMAZING. Every time I call in needing assistance or whatever it is she’s always on top of it... and she’s so sweet! I’m big on customer service so it means a lot to me to be treated with dignity and respect! It’s a nice friendly area to live in. My neighbors are awesome. I love the pool and the events that are hosted throughout the year. It’s always a great time with great people. Also there’s a new school (Brumby elementary) that was recently built 6 months ago and the new school is awesome. This neighborhood is in that school zone and it’s perfect for anyone who has kids, my son loves the new school. The school is right around the corner, I save so much money on gas taking him and picking him up from school. So convenient!!
Convenient to interstate 75/285, nice spacious apartments and the best office staff. The amenities are very nice also and there was always a community event planned for the residents. If I had any issues or maintenance problems arise the office staff handled them all very quickly. Over all I was very pleased with my time here and would definitely recommend this place.
I am never one to post a review and am a very patient and understanding customer, but I was very disappointed in the service that I received today. I scheduled a tour of the complex because I am a prospective tenant, and upon entering the leasing office not a single leasing professional or staff member was wearing a mask in the midst of a pandemic per CDC guidelines. We had an appointment and no one was prepared for us when we arrived. They were extremely understaffed and helping other customers/tenants. When we were seen for our tour, we were rushed through the tour and the staff did not provide quality service or answer all of our questions. On the tour, we asked the staff member to wear a mask, and he seemed offended that we asked him to put on a mask. How can anyone decide to make this place there home if they do not feel welcomed? I am extremely disappointed with the experience since I was looking forward to touring this complex.
This apartment complex is a complete joke. It looks lovely from the outside but once you sign that lease all hell breaks loose. They dont know what customer service is and how to keep their clients happy. They simply DONT CARE!!! I have NEVER written a bad review on anyone because I ALWAYS want to give them the benefit of the doubt, but I shouldve listened to the previous reviews warning me of this apartment complex. From ants, accessing my apartment without notice, to being lied to about pet policies and then having to go up there 4 times after the lease was over to close out our account and being told that the office does not handle that. I am truly disappointed and hope that someone from corporate will reach out to me to discuss their employees and my experience. This complex has so much potential with beautiful landscaping and wonderful location to be rated a 3. But now I understand why. I work in real estate and know first hand how to handle unhappy clients, but this is nothing like I have ever experienced before! I wish I could give them a 0 but the least I can do is a 1. BEWARE!!!
I lived here for 3 years and it is not worth the headache that the front office puts you through. The manager and her staff are rude and have no level of customer service. The property is poorly kept and there is pet waste everywhere. Their valet trash service is always not available so you end up paying for valet trash and still end up having to take your own trash out. They close maintenance requests without completing the job. Any concerns you bring to the leasing office the manager gives you an attitude and does not seem concerned about getting things addressed. They have gone though several staff changes throughout the 3 years I lived there and it has gotten worst each time. Upon move out they will nickle and dime you and place charges on your account that are inaccurate and then refuse to speak to you about the charges. Less than a month after moving out I received calls from a collection agency without even getting a date of when my move out charges were due. I was never late with my rent the entire 3 years of living here. I do not recommend this place to anyone due to the lack of professionalism of the staff.
I enjoy my experience to live here. Maintenance is prompt effective and adequate. Community is convenient, you can easily get to midtown in around 20 minutes through interstate 75 which just locates at the entrance of the apartment. I also want to thanks to the professional property team. Noella was so nice and helped me a lot.
So far so good. Jillian has always been responsive prior to signing, during my transition and thoughtful during my stay. I had a maintenance request and it was resolved by friendly Tracy in a timely manner. Miss Jillian even reached out to me on my first day of my new job to inquire of my wellbeing. A very nice touch.The grounds could use some tending to but nothing major. I am picky about cleanliness and think there could be some effort around this area. I have no regrets and would recommend.
Do not move here! I truly hate that JRK sold this property to Greystar. This property has gone downhill quickly ever since Greystar took over. These 5 star reviews are fake. The gate has been broken for what seems like 1 1/2 or 2 months now, the entrance lights aren’t working, the office staff is terrible, the crime rate has gone up, etc. Do yourself a favor, and move somewhere else.
It is a nice place to live, I work at the Marietta Technology Center and the apartment is only 5 min to the office. I love the fact that it has a quick access to the I75 and 255. So that allows me to take my way to the downtown in 15 min. The maintenance crew always keep the community clean and that is something that I really appreciate it. Finally, I would say that this community invests more in the apartments than anything else and that something that I love. There are other communities that have the pool and common areas super cool but the apartments are super old and dark, like from the 90s. At the end I spend 98% of my time inside my apartment than walking in the gardens.
No AC for months in the summer, rude manager whom doesnt answer its her job to manage the place, and even trasheir neighbors. While the apartment was beautiful I am SOOO much happier not living here. Oh and even though my fee to break the lease was paid in full the day after I got it they reported me to collections. Not sure what you are paying for living here. My apartment was not livable due to lack of AC in the summer and constant banging on the ceiling from the upstairs neighbors. Dont believe the maintenance guarentee or your rent is free BS. Not true. Packages get stolen and the complex is covered in animal waste. Front desk staff cant even write and email to save their life.
I had the chance of working with Jourdyn for my move in. She was very professional and helpful with the process of moving in. She even allowed me to call her on her personal phone just incase I needed help with anything. I highly recommend you work with her if youre considering this beautiful place.
I have lived at Belmont Place Apartnents for the past two years and just recently moved just for relocation. I absolutely loved living here, the property is beautiful and the amenities were very nice as well. Jillian, the property manager, and the rest of the office staff were always very helpful and quick to communicate if there was anything me and my roommates needed. Jillian has been very accommodating over the years and I would highly recommend anyone moving here. Great location and great place to live!
I love Belmont Place Apartments as a whole - the apartments are incredibly spacious and well-maintained, the grounds are beautiful (especially the pool), and the staff is above and beyond. The manager, Jill, is a particularly huge selling point. Before I even moved in to my apartment, Jill was sending me pictures of the view from my porch, and she touched base with me several times leading up to my move-in date. Since moving in, shes continued to be one exceptional resource - shes been friendly and welcoming since day 1, always remembering my name and any previous conversations weve had. I recently renewed my lease for a third year because Ive been so happy with Jill and her team, and how great the apartments are. Definitely my favorite out of all the places Ive lived in Atlanta!
I am yet to move to my apartment and it is already a headache for me. I applied February 5, 2020 then I got approve the next day. I sent the required documents and was told that the offer letter will be given the next day. Five days have passed and still did not receive anything. I called them and was told the they are working on it and will be sent the next day. Unfortunately, nothing was received. After so many follow up calls, I was told that my current apartment is yet to send the document that they need to process my contract. I called my current landlord and they told me they did not receive anything. The offer letter was finally given to me on February 25 and was told that contract will be sent the next day. After 3days, still no contract. I called them around noon and received the contract around 5pm. Upon review, contract sent was incomplete! It is 4 days before my move in date and nothing is finalized. I am VERY hopeful that our stay will be different from this experience considering their impressive reviews online.
My stay at the Belmont Place was an interesting experience. I lived at this residence for 2 years and during the tenure, I had multiple interactions with the staff. While the Belmont staff has great customer service and are pleasant when you arrive in the leasing office, their business acumen needs tremendous work. During the beginning of my lease, the office staff did not update the appliances and interior of my unit. I’ve lived in my apartment for 2 years and while the monthly rent increased at the end of my first year, they did not update the interior and appliances of my unit. The property updated the exterior of the complex, making changes to the appearance of the property such as the entrance of the property and gardens around the leasing office, but the truth is, they never made an effort to update the tenant’s units to match the modifications they made to the property. The outside of the property looks great but once you walk inside an actual unit, the carpet and appliances have not been renovated to match the appearances of the property.As I got further into my lease, I started noticing patterns with the maintenance staff when I made work order requests for my unit. One time I placed an order to change my water pressure because my shower water wasn’t producing hot water. The property staff finally sent some maintenance support to my unit after requesting someone to follow up with my unit after 5 days of waiting. I was advised they were short staffed and were experiencing trouble with acquiring longterm maintenance support. During that time, the property outsourced the maintenance support to a third party service. When the support staff finally made it to the my unit, they attempted to fix the water heater to resolve the overall issue. Shortly after working on the heater for 10 minutes, I noticed water was gushing on my kitchen floor but I assumed the maintenance support had it under control. Needless to say, after 40 minutes of water gushing all over my apartment, the maintenance support broke the water hose and it went all over my apartment unit. My carpet was ruined as well as some personal items in my apartment. You would have thought the property complex would have replaced the carpet in the apartment since it was THEIR fault the water hose broke. They put the cooling fans in the unit for 3 days to dry the carpet, pulled up certain areas of the carpet and I had to relocate my unit for 3 days while the carpet dried. This was rather difficult for me, as I work from home. I wasn’t compensated for my monthly rent and until this day, they have not removed the damaged carpet that was ruined due to the apartment’s negligence and failure to the fix the original issue, which was the water pressure in my shower. I have also experienced a week without use of my washing machine, due to an “easy fix” that took 7 days to resolve. There were several times that I was not clear on who the actual maintenance staff were, making myself and my roommate, skeptical to making work orders, for fear of not knowing who was entering my apartment with my personal valuables.Not only have I experienced issues with the maintenance support, I requested assistance for my unit filters for weeks. It took almost 2 weeks for someone to come out and check my apartment filters because the vents were clogged in the middle of Summer and it was extremely hot in my apartment. It probably took the maintenance support 6 minutes and 29 seconds to fix the filter issue in my unit. Again, while the property staff has been pleasant when I complained about the lack of urgency to my apartment issues, this type of lackadaisical behavior is quite frustrating and disappointing.I refused to renew my lease for a third year knowing my unit has not been renovated and the price continues to increase. This apartment complex is by far the WORST business organization I have ever experienced with. I would highly recommend NOT staying at this property and would definitely not deal with the property Manager, Jillian and her raggedy staff.
Very friendly staff. Anytime I’ve had a maintenance request, it has been addressed immediately! The office, pool & club area is clean and well maintained. I highly recommend this complex. The manager (Jill) has the “Chick-fil-A” attitude, you don’t see that very often in apartment living. I’ve personally watched her do everything from picking up small pieces of trash, to carrying off large bags of trash from the pool area, after a tenants bbq In the pool area. Keep up the great work! I’m proud to live at Belmont place because of the staff.
I moved to Belmont Place in December 2017, and have nothing but wonderful experiences to share. Jillian and her office staff go above and beyond to make the resident experience great. I looked at many other complexes in the area within this price range, and none were as nice and spacious as this one.There are great amenities such as valet trash that have really made living here even better.I recommend this apartment to anyone looking for an affordable and nice place in this area!
Staff has been friendly since day 1 - Noella and Jill have taken care of me as if I was family. Place has been so clean, new and HOMELY! Everything I have needed, they have taken care of me. I feel very safe & comfortable here and would recommend it to anyone in a heart beat. For the price, how close it is to the free, malls, other place, this place is definitely bang for buck.

2022-01-13The most unprofessional group of people I’ve ever met. I Went to look at the model apartment today, and let me just say I wasn’t welcome there. The leasing associate was on his cellphone with his friend and greeted me by saying what do you want. They acted like I was the biggest inconvenience and didn’t even bother telling me about the amenities. Every time I asked a question, I was told to look at the website. I really was hoping to rent a 2 bedroom apartment from them, but the professionalism and the customer service skills is not there. Overall just very rude for no reason! Don’t much care for management.

2022-03-02The current (at the time of writing this) manager, Ms. Venelle Jasmine is a patient, polite, and professional lady. She listens to your problems and gives her 100% to fix them.However, she is in an unenviable position of supervising a member of a royal family. Yes, you read that right! There is indeed a man working at the front desk who actually belongs to the aristocratic class. Talking to the tenants, updating them about their work orders, answering basic questions are beneath him. Clearly, his majesty feels that fulfilling the bare minimum of his job responsibilities is in itself a big favor he is doing for us tenants.You see, to this royal, the problems and issues faced by us lesser mortals (tenants) are only petty inconveniences. Consider yourself fortunate if his excellency even barely looks at you when you approach him with a query. We are, after all, the filthy tenants who are living at his mercy.My advice to all current and future residents of Belmont Place apartments is not to disturb his esteemed royal highness with your dumb problems. Instead, talk to Ms. Venelle. She will treat you professionally and tries to solve your issues as soon as possible.Long live the lord-emperor of front desk!!***I have lived in this apartment complex for two years (2020-2022). I was occupying a flat in building 11,000. My stay had been largely pleasant and comfortable. There were only two issues. My unit had a minor insulation problem. It took a year for them to fix it. In fact, the current manager Ms. Venelle Jasmine helped fix it soon after she took over as manager. The second issue is the back gate. It is almost always broken. Other than these, there weren’t any problems.

2022-05-24I have been here for 4 months so far and have liked it a lot! The location is great and has been so convenient. The staff here are very helpful and the portal, for paying rent and maintenance requests, is such a good tool too. They have events in the community which by itself is cool enough and a great workout center. I really suggest trying this place out! You’ll be happy you did!

I submitted a work order upon move-in for a few things that maintenance missed like certain outlets not working, AC unit not working, minor fixes in appliances…. And the maintenance man that came out - Felipe did a GREAT JOB and fixed about 5 different things in just a couple hours. Very quick, personable and KNOWLEDGEABLE!

2021-11-10My time here at Belmont Place Apartments has been very pleasant. The leasing office staff have been very helpful and communicative. Whenever I place a work order, it is handled within a timely manner. I also enjoy the amenities that are offered to the renters. The community is kept clean and safe which is also very important. Overall, I do recommend this apartment complex to whomever is looking to rent.

2022-01-07First I would like to say me welcoming was very warm and inviting. Keith assisted me and he was very knowledgeable about the property. Any questions I had he answered. He was very very nice I have been by lots of properties and they were definitely not welcoming as Keith They are definitely out my price rage but I’ll consider do the lovely antimies friendly staff. Everything about this property was amazing and beautiful if I can tell the would about my experience this is it lol . No place like it!!! I will be reviewing the information with my partner and deciding on if we want to apply. The last few apartments we went to were very rude it was very refreshing to be treated with kindness and respect.

2022-02-26This review is long but accurate.My experience with Belmont Place is the worst customer service Ive received.From the moment we entered we were met with Justins rude attitude. We both felt the wrath of Justin.Oh and please forget about trying to communicate, Its like pulling teeth. Justin will make you feel like your an inconvenience to him.At one point, he started ignoring our phone calls.Beware! make sure to ask to see the unit , you intend on renting. The apartments look nothing like what you are promised. False advertisement is an understatement.Prices are luxury prices, and these units are far from it.It baffles me ! how Justin still has a job.Greystar you are losing business by having this employee as the face of your company.

2022-02-10This people just don’t care. Not worth your money. Maintenance is a big issues for me here since I m living. Just waiting for my contract to finish so that I can move. I have requested maintenance for my garbage disposal. A week now, it hasn’t been fixed. I can’t wash my dirty plates. I went several times to the office no one care. And this it the first time….had a leaking from the wall, it took them two months to get it fixed…. Had to report them to the health department. Below above are things that I m dealing with. I don’t advise to live there please don’t especially if you have family….DON’T GO THERE
