Very pleased with my hearing aids and the Beltone office. Been wearing the hearing aids for over seven years with no serious problems. If I had any problems the staff would always take care of me.

Ive had hearing issues for 15 years. Ive gone almost deaf and thought I would never be able to hear. With my new hearing aids I can actually hear! Im so happy I came and Beltone helped me.
I had a ruptured eardrum on my good hearing ear back in March and lost all hearing in that ear. My bad ear had less than 50% hearing at that time. The hearing aids seemed to be working fine.After the rupture, I gained a small amount of hearing back in that left ear. I lost some hearing in my good ear at that time.I have noticed poor quality hearing from both ears. Better right ear was having some echoes and sounds like I am in a barrel. Conversation was difficult to understand. I gave up on TV.I called and scheduled an appointment. I told her what was happening and suggested a new hearing test because of hearing loss due to the eardrum rupture.During the visit, no testing was done. He said the battery was bad in that left aid. He replaced the battery and gave them both back to me. I told him there was little improvement in either aid and the right still sounded muffled and with an echo. He said it with this being an old house with high ceilings, it will sound distorted.After I got home, all of the distortion was still there. I called and left a voice message reporting it and suggested a hearing test.I am waiting on their return call.
I had a great experience with this company. Pat Allison explained as he went along with the procedure. He informed me after each of the procedure, what was happening to my hearing. I would highly recommend them to my friends.

Worse place ever refused to help me because I bought my aid at another place . I got my aid 2,000 cheaper at another store , out of town , compare prices. Also rude to me . Been with Bell Tone for 20 years , never had this problem.Not a good store,Go some where else
Ive had my hearing aids for seven years now. I will definitely get Beltones when I need new ones but mine are still working great!
My hearing aids work really well. Ive had very few issues and when I do the staff is quick to get me in and get it resolved.

My experience with Pat Allison has been excellent! I love my hearing aids that go into my telephone, and Pat has adjusted them, so it is now just great to hear so well when I am working with clients telephonically. I am older, and he is patient and very knowledgeable.

Tech was rude. Claimed they couldnt provide hearing aids covered by United Healthcare.Instead of a $750 copay for a pair he was trying to sell me a $2150 copay. Not no but HELL NO!

I have been going with my elderly father to his hearing appointments at Beltone Hearing Center with Mr. Pat Allison, BC-HIS located in Carrollton, GA. Pat has been so patient with my father regarding his hearing aids. Pat is always professional and very personable. He has worked diligently in getting my fathers hearing aids adjusted to fit his needs. Pat and his practice manager are exceptional. The office atmosphere is pleasant. And, the wait times are minimal. If you are having hearing difficulties and are considering hearing aids, I would highly recommend Beltone with Mr. Pat Allison and his staff.

I currently have hearing aids and saw Pat Allison L.H.I.S. When I arrived to have my hearing aids adjusted, I was treated in a timely manner and was treated well. My hearing aids were adjusted according to what I was able to hear and not hear and I am very pleased with the treatment that I received.
Pat allison has done a GREAT job for us. He is always patient and good natured, fixing the smallest of issues with a smile!
He takes the time to explain what his objectives are and to gradually get there with out a great deal of change at one time
I feel so blessed to have found such such great, affordable hearing aids. Plus a great person, Pat Allison, to fit and help me adjust to wearing hearing aids.The hearing sids were easy to get used to wearing. Plus the new technology! I can adjust the sound level, etc. with my phone. That is a great help in a crowd..Another plus: I purchased, from Belltone, a battery charger and re-charagsble batteries for my hearing aids. In the long run it has saved me time and money.
I have had my hearing aids 7 years now and Ive never had to have them worked on. (Thank the lord), however it seems because of the age of my devices they really dont want to fool with servicing them. I use to go every 3 months for new tips and have them checked, then with a new tech I was changed to every 4 months. Just went this week, now I have been stretched out to 6 months. I was told back last year that due to the age of my devices they would not be opened and checked again . I thought for 5000.00 I got a lifetime check up on them (theyve been trying to sell me new ones). As long as these are working I cant justify spending 5000.00 more and just do away with these. Mr.Pat is nice, but I miss Mr Ed.

Today we visited Beltone Hearing Aid Center in Carrollton, Ga. and had the best visit with Pat Allison ever! He was extremely professional from the moment we arrived to the moment we left! He took a great deal of time with my Mother in law, Edith Boyd! He found exactly the problem and successfully fixed it and completely explained everything he did to us in a way we could understand! 2022-07-06I am the caregiver for my 85 year old Dad. After a few bad experiences with hearing aids over the years, he was reluctant to try again. Since we came to this Beltone office, Pat has been patient and kind with my Dad. This is the first time he has felt like someone truly cared about his hearing. He is extremely happy with his new hearing aids and the treatment he received. Eventually I will probably need hearing aids myself and this is the place for me as well.

2022-06-28I am so pleased with Beltone! Im not the patient, but my Aunt is. She lives with me and I was constantly having to repeat myself and had to tolerate listening to a loud TV which was not good for either of us. She could hear the loud TV but it made me nervous which was bad for our relationship. Since I took her to Beltone, our relationship has improved so much. We can listen to the TV at a normal tone and I dont have to repeat myself near as often. The Dr. is so thorough, cares about the patient and also what the patient wants. Thank you all so much!

2022-01-06My dad was very reluctant to start using hearing aids but everyone in the office took their time and showed so much patience with him and answered every question he had. He is now very pleased and so grateful that he proceeded with getting them. Everyone in the office are also very professional and caring. I highly recommend Beltone, Carrollton location. I will be forever grateful to them for getting my dad back to his usual social self.
