Absolutely amazing experience. I was referred to Louis when we were in need of a car. He was very friendly, no pressure or BS. Told him what we wanted and I had pictures of the car within a few minutes of our talk and we ended up buying it the next day.I cannot say enough how much of a pleasant experience this was considering we went to the 2 dealers down the road and 2 used car lots. Next time we need a car, we will be coming here again. Thank you so much for helping us get a great car for our family and changing my view on the car buying experience from a dealership. 10/10 will buy again.
I would give zero stars but it wont allow it. The spare tire kit in my vehicle was missing after having four brand new tires installed at this location. And when inquired about replacing exterior light bulbs, was told the entire bumper had to be removed. What a load of crock! They couldnt even close out a recall issue that was supposedly completed. Do not recommend taking your vehicle for service! All around thieves and lies!!
Avoid at all Costs!I wish we could give 0 stars. We had been contacted multiple times by them over a two week period trying to purchase our vehicle from KBB instant sales. We agreed to a sale number via phone and email unfortunately upon arrival they told us they would only honor the sale if we were to buy a new vehicle from them. To say the least this was the most unprofessional group of people we have ever encountered. We wouldn’t have cared if they didn’t want to purchase our car; however I do care you wasted our day driving an hour there and back to be jerked around.
Absolutely Great Experience in the Service Department! We were traveling between Florida to South Carolina to see a family member in the ICU. Our water pump went out while on the interstate and everyone at Bennett’s were so good to us! They ordered the part, drove us to a hotel and fit us into the schedule for the next morning when the part arrived. A Big Thank You to everyone who made this happen!
Of all the car buying experiences Ive had in my life, this was one of the best. I was looking to purchase a vehicle from there sister dealership, only to find out its sale was already pending, I gave the salesman my phone number in case something else came up, and within a day I received a call saying they had the same car available. The salesman made the purchasing experience very stress-free.
The salesperson Jose Rosario was amazing. I just stop there to browse since I’m not ready to make my car purchase yet. Jose took time to show me some cars and talk to me without being too pushy and I just love that. Im definitely coming back here to buy my car from Jose.
Worst service Ive ever had. Service manager Doug is a complete liar. Promised me he would get my vehicle issue taken care of first thing this morning since this was the 4th time its been there for the same issue. Ive owned the vehicle less then 30 days and has under 5000 miles on it. When you know im bringing my car in to find a random sound thats coming from possibly the transmission(so Doug says) you dont assign it to a tech that has a hearing deficit. When you tell a customer you cant get her a loaner cause Enterprise doesnt have any but i can get on their site and pull up 16 available vehicles for the next week. When i arrive at the shop and you refuse to even speak to me or my husband until we cause a scene in your show room. I will never step foot in that dealership again. When I show up to get my vehicle to take it else where its parked in the same spot i left it and the mileage its only 1 mile different then when you dropped it off and the drivers door on the inside is covered with dirty hand prints and dirt all over the floor.
Bought a used truck from them and had work done at their service center. Tahj is by far the best experience Ive had with a salesman. Aaron in service Id straight forward. He tells it to you how it is, no bull. Will definitely shop for a new car here the next time Im in the market.

This dealership has not only provided the best no hassle purchasing experience, but also has been absolutely over the top with their customer service after purchase. I have never dealt with a dealership that has genuinely cared for their customers like the team at Bennett Chrysler. I bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee in Feb. 2020 and I was so impressed with Brandon that I brought my in-laws to purchase a van in June. Brandon never pressured me or my in-laws to buy but he was ALWAYS available for any questions. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. What an amazing truck buying experience. I talked to Ryan on Friday by Saturday he found my truck and had all my paperwork ready to go for sunday pick up of my new truck. Hey, so let me tell you all about my experience with this dealership that resulted in a QUICK/SMOOTH 2 day process...I’m an Army Recruiter that live and work in Birmingham, AL. My brother sent me a FB Marketplace ad of a 2016 Go-Mango Dodge Hellcat that this dealership had yesterday. It was posted by Jason Young, so I messaged him. Within 10 minutes, he responded back to me and gave me his contact information. After speaking with Jason over the phone, he told me what all he needed for the trade in and preferably asking me what I was comfortable with for a down payment. I told him and he made it happen and I received a great deal on it. Yesterday we went over everything and today I drove 7hrs to purchase it. Within a hr, I was signing docs with the manager and afterwards I had the keys and the car was clean and ready to go. Jason, YOU’RE THE MAN‼️ Thanks again. I’ll definitely recommend this dealership to everyone I know looking for a vehicle.
I bought a 2020 4-door Jeep Willy’s and it was the easiest car purchase I have every had.I had bought a 2020 2-door Wrangler a month earlier from another dealer, but I felt it was too small.My friend saw the 4-door Willy’s they had at this dealership and the salesman Sean called me, did the deal over the phone. The next day he had the new Jeep driven out to Pensacola, and took my old Jeep back with them, paying me more than I had just paid for it.They gave me a great deal, and excellent customer service.I can not imagine buying my next vehicle from anyone else.Thank you Sean!
This is the second RAM 1500 4x4 that I’ve owned. If I decide to purchase another truck I’ll again go to Bennetts Dodge in Kingsland. I live in Fla. and believe me worth the drive. I needed to up date my Navigation maps and the I.T. Process was way over my head. I stopped in service center for help and a service advisor name Crystal went way Beyond the service department help, she spent her lunch time helping me achieve update. In today’s time when people don’t seem to have time to help people this young lady was first rate in customer service. She is an asset to Bennetts and their service department.
Amber was a huge help. My husband and I went there on a whim because I could not stop talking about the Jeep I now own. We test drove it, looked it over, they took at look at the Jeep I was trading in and we were out the door in two, maybe three hours max, with our new (to us) Jeep. They even ensured us they would get us a second key for the Jeep which I picked up yesterday and it literally took 10 minutes. Amber was amazing, the financing was fast and I now have the Jeep I want. They did not try to sell us anything extra or make us look at other vehicles, they only showed us the Jeep we came to look at and that’s it. I highly recommend going to them and speaking to Amber.
These people contacted my husband telling him he qualified for a loan to come pick out his vehicle. Sounded to good to be true but the woman kept calling saying the same thing. Finally my husband sets up an appointment with her and we drove down to Kingsland from Brantley County. Get there and we cant even see the woman we had an appointment with. They wouldnt even show us a car. Instead they wanted to do yet another credit check. My husband had told the woman on the phone our credit was in trouble thanks to covid. Well here they go again doing it then dont even show us the door just told us they couldnt help us. They could have saved us the gas money by not lying to us in the first place. Should have read their reviews before wasting our time and gas. Take your business elsewhere. The reviews are right.
This is my most favorite dealership locally of all time. The service department is the greatest. You will not find a Department that is more eager to help you. I have not had to deal with the sales department in a long time. Parts department is always there for you and they will get your parts in ASAP if not in stock. GREAT PLACE. Update I bought a new Jeep Compass in Aug 2018. The sales depth was great. Got an excellent price on my trade in and paid very little. Great experience as always.
From the first car we bought when we moved to Camden County 4 years ago, to buying 2 new vehicles this past week, we have always received the best customer service from Bennett.Brandon is our go to guy for all our needs. He is in your corner from the get go. He will do everything he can to put you in the vehicle you want.Brandon works hard to find it all, to the smallest detail (I know because I was very specific on what my 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee had to have and look like) if he can get it he will.You cant go wrong with Bennett, with Brandon, or anyone at the dealership.
Horrible customer service had a flat yesterday parked my çar near the service center came back this morning fór a new tire they didnt have my size the guy said he would call around to find me a tire I left the keys and info I ended up calling 3 hrs later to be told the machine that dóes the mount and balance was broken and they couldnt get to my car until Wednesday so I politely went and gót my keys went to Walmart paid for a tire as well as mount and balance had a friend of mine take the tire off ànd put it on right in the parking lot customer service was horrible I honestly think the only reason they are still in business is because of the military base and the fact that the newer cars come with a warranty so thats what keeps them in business. Only reason why the one star was giving is because I had no other choice in order to post this review!!
This is the kind of dealership you want! When we went there we told them what we wanted. Our salesman then went over and told the owner / sales manager. He then came over to us, introduce himself and asked us what he could do to gain our business , we told him and he agreed to our request. It was the best experience weve ever had with a car dealership, ever! We highly recommend them and will definitely consider them the next time we purchase a vehicle!
The absolute best car buying experience ever!Everyone is so friendly and competent. NO PRESSURE! These folks rely on their stock to sell itself. Terry was our salesperson. Talk about knowledgeable! He knew facts about every vehicle I looked at. All I had to do was give him a verbal list of my requirements and he showed the vehicles that fit them. Did not push anything on me. Didnt suggest anything over my budget. PERFECT GENTLEMAN!Donna went above and beyond. After visiting a few other dealerships where I had bad experiences, coming to Bennett Chrysler was such a relief. Louis made the entire experience easy, fast, and actually enjoyable. He was wonderful to work with and I would highly recommend going here if you are in need of a car.
I had a decent experience at this place when there buying my car, considering my car basically blew up on Christmas weekend. We settled on a deal, and we drove off in a great car. We accepted that the vehicle couldn’t be detailed BC their team wasn’t there to do it. That was fine. But the problems really started when I got home from my Christmas vacation. I had forgotten to turn off my autopay for my old vehicle, and Bennett took so long to call for the payoff amount and pay it, that my payment went through before hand. So I am now out a few hundred dollars! Then my temp tag was about to expire the next day, and I had no new tag. I had to call and get a run around until they decided to overnight me a new temp tag, and then that one too expired before I received the tag. That they had to rush and again overnight to me, but it was still one day late! And with that, is a Bill for unpaid property taxes on the vehicle! What??? We agreed tax title and license in our deal. This can’t be right! But it was! BC Georgia state laws are different, they omitted these taxes. And basically I got a “Sorry about that” from the lady every time I called! This experience has been the worst! I am out SEVERAL HUNDRED dollars after the worst vacation experience ever! I then spent a good half hour on live chat with someone who after making me recount the story and all the problems just said she would forward it to the sales team for explanation!! Ugh! I just wanted to file a formal complaint. And she wouldn’t even let me do that. WORST EVER!! And they make the worst cars ever too, never buy a Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep or Ram! They are super unreliable! 🤬🤬🤬
My husband went in here to do a buy out for his truck Feb 17.Anthony Burch offered him 24,2k for his truck. He went on vacation and we started working with Jacob. Jacob at one time said 24,5k buy out and 26k if we bought from them. I seen a Pilot I wanted to test drive and decided it wasn’t the right fit. Now this is a total of 3 days we’ve been up here. Last night Jacob told him to come up there to do the buyout and the guy wasn’t even there to do it. This morning we gave them the final decision that we didn’t want their car So because I didn’t buy the vehicle from them they came back on their offer on my husbands truck. I’ve been waiting on a phone call from Anthony the GM since 10:30 this morning. With no response to my calls. Only a call from Anthony Burch calling my husband a liar and saying he never offered that amount even though we have the text to prove it and the lack of respect i received from him was awful. No man should ever talk to a women like that.Bad business all the way around. The only satisfactory I have from this experience is with William in BDC who was nice enough to answer his phone and talk to me about the situation. I’ve called multiple times and left messages for Rod and Anthony and have heard nothing. I worked for dodge Chrysler of winter haven for 6 years and this is NOT the way to do business. I would give them a 0 but it wouldn’t let me!
Its the kind of place you can trust.Ive purchased two vehicles here and had a positive fair experience both times. It was in the service department that I had the most recent good experience. Id highly recommend them to folks needing maintenance because if they cause an issue to occur in your vehicle, even if its questionable if they caused it or if was pre-existing, they will make it right.
800 miles away from home we had a cooling issue in our Ram 5500. 6:00 am on a Saturday we pulled into Bennett Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram at 7:30. Explained what was going on and their service crew went out of their way to help us get back on the road and make our pickup time. Great people!
Brandon Eady is a fantastic salesman no pressuring and hears what you want and knows the inventory. He gets a feel for you if we have this truck i wont even bothrr showing you another and he was right it fit all my criteria he is very professional. He is upfront and honest and goes to bat for you. To sum it all up he is upmost honesy and doesnt waste your time i recommend him highly. Me and my significanr other are extremely happy with the 2019 chevy silverado.
Love the product, hate the dealership. Stole stuff out of my vehicle I traded in 5 minutes after the deal, didnt give me time enough to transfer everything out. If you know what you want, bring a check from the bank. Their financing is shady at best where they wanted to know where I wanted my payment at rather than options. Stay away!
We purchased a 2016 Chevrolet Trax LT. They had just gotten it in trade for another vehicle. My wife and I loved it. They replaced the tires, brakes, and serviced the vehicle.When my wife brought it home, we discovered the AC wasnt blowing very cold and that the windshield had a chip. They gladly took it back, went over the entire vehicle with a fine tooth comb, and what else can we say. Were vehicle pleased and look forward to getting our future vehicles from them!
Bennett was recommended locally above my closest Jeep dealer, so rather than get my sons 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee towed for free, I spent $135 dollars to have it towed to Bennett.The initial diagnosis was agreed to with my local mechanic who recommended them, so I authorized the work for a new transfer case. I mentioned to Josh that my son said something was hanging under the vehicle. He assuured me it was only the damaged transfer case shield and the new one would have a new shield on it.When I arrived with my son to pick it up he was shocked to still see the bright blue rope he used to secure whatever was hanging beneath the car. I went inside and questioned Josh, who led me to the mechanic that performed the service.He quickly said the bolts had broken off. Clearly this repair item was known and Josh simply looked at me dumbfounded as I reminded him this was a $2,600 repair and why couldnt this simple item be fixed. So he asked me if I wanted to fix it. I said yes and quickly left before I said anything else.I received a call later that day from Josh stating new bolts were put in at no charge. All was forgiven, things happen and he acted quickly to correct the issue.So the next afternoon I return to pick up the Jeep, the rope was gone. A good sign. I had spoken with Josh earlier in the morning and he stated a thorough check of everything underneath was done and that the car test drove successfully. I was going to give him such a good review, I was thinking to myself.Josh was not around, so I paid for the car and my son and I went out to do a last look underneath.Zip ties!? My son exclaimed. I was under the Jeep immediately. I couldnt believe it, instead of four new bolts, I had eight new zip ties. Seriously!Josh and the long bearded mechanic were nowhere to be found, probably for the best.My first time customer experience is actually a big zero stars, but google makes you give one.I suggest you spend your money somewhere else.
I was contacted by Chrissy on 03/30. She had seen my car for sale and wanted to know if it was still available. I confirmed that it was. She messaged me the morning of 03/31 asking me to come in as they were interested in my vehicle. I told her that my previous experiences with dealerships had not been great as most wanted to offer me less than KBB trade in value for it. Hence the reason I decided to privately sell. I informed her that I lived an hour away and didn’t want to waste either of our time. She told me that after talking with her manager, they could be in the ballpark of what I was asking for. To make things clear, I told her that I could not accept less than a few hundred dollars off of my asking price. She said she could not provide a firm price until they saw the car but that I would benefit from coming in. I told her that I would take the trip. She had informed that she got off at 12:00 but would plan on being there so she could meet me (I wasn’t able to get there till a little after 1:00). When I got there, I was greeted by Louis. He informed me that Chrissy had left for the day. I told him about the discussion that Chrissy and I had. We went out and he looked the car over. While waiting, I told him that we would be trading in my wife’s vehicle in a few weeks for a Chrysler Pacifica. I told them that if they are able to keep their word, we would come back in a few weeks (I first had to sort out the purchase of my new car) to purchase a Pacifica. Their offer was $5499.00 less than what I was asking for. On what planet is $5499.00 less considered in the same ballpark? Needless to say, I wasn’t very happy. As we were wrapping up, Chrissy messaged me to ask if i had found the dealership. Here was my response, “Yes, unfortunately it was a complete waste of time. I wish you couldve been more upfront. I’m not sure where a $5499.00 difference is in the same ballpark. Unfortunately, this eliminates y’alls dealership when I go to purchase a Pacifica in the next few weeks”. As you would guess, no response. And dealerships wonder why so many people dread dealing with them. Honesty goes a long way folks. My recommendation is to stay far, far away.
I was called by someone from here regarding an application I put online. I spoke to the same lady 3 times regarding whether I was for sure approved due to some things being on my credit, she said yes all I had to do is come pick out a vehicle and what not. I was like OK this is awesome. I drove an hour to get there for her to immediately pawn me off to someone else. The person she pawned me off with was extremely rude and kind of condescending. The only person there that was nice was the finance manager.I do not recommend them

He was very upfront with everything, was patient and understanding even with me asking to look at multiple cars not once did he show frustration. He was able to make a deal I couldn’t resist! Will definitely come back again in the future! Even as a women coming in to a dealership not knowing too he didn’t try to put me in something I didn’t want. I was extremely greatful for his service!
My niece broken down traveling from Florida along I-95 and Bennet Chrysler did a GREAT job getting her taken care. Josh the Service Manager was very helpful and understanding and got her car in right away and Donald did an amazing job troubleshooting the problem and expediting the part in from St Augustine Fl and had her back on the road by 11:00am the same day! Top notch service all around!! Highly recommend these guys.
Ryan is great! Very polite and chill. Not pushy or sketchy like a typical snakey salesman. We were just looking (had done our research already) and they offered a deal we could not refuse! The used vehicle needed a few touchups and they threw those in for free! Will definitely buy another vehicle from here, specifically Ryan! Car buying is PAINFUL and makes my blood boil but not at this place!
Wed 6/27 1030 am-ish. No one in the service department to help me. I had to ask one of the mechanics to check me in for an oil change. He was super nice and should be promoted since he has better customer service skills than anyone else in that department. Two women came in before him and didnt even acknowledge my existance while the second woman went ahead and helped a man that came in AFTER me....and after I had been standing there for 10 min. Yall can do better.
This Dealership sends false hope and misleads customers. We were referred to a Mark Murphy who called myself and my friend who was actually the one looking to purchase a car. Told us she was approved and advised us of all the paperwork that was needed even sent over cars that was available. When we got here everything was a lie there was no financing approved, the car he sent was conveniently sold 15 minutes ago. I can go on and on about the lies and mis treatment. Bottom line is they are dishonest and will tell you Jesus is here waiting on you, to get you to come in and buy something. I will be filling a compliant everyday with the BBB.
I was interested in trading in my suv and getting something comparitible with my Volvo XC90. It is a 2016 and loaded. She was very helpful and the amt for our suv was inline with Kelley blue book. I was pleased with all that but was unable to find a car that even came close to what I have.I certainly will not hesitate to contact her in the future should I change my mind.
My girlfriend and I were lied to twice by the salesman at both car lots about the vehicle we could be financed for. Went against my better judgement but we went to the lot just to see and sure enough instead of what we were told we could purchase they tried to sell us a sub not a pick-up like we were told over and over again. All I gotta say is just watch yourself if you shop with them they like to sell dreams.
Amazing Customer Service!Service advisor Keila Abbott was friendly, professional and efficient. She is a credit to the dealership, I’ve tried numerous dealerships to have an alignment done and a ball joint replaced, this is the only place in the area that was actually able to perform the service without excuses or the proverbial “our rack isn’t big enough for a dually truck “, story. We where so excited when we drove over an hr to get there and trade our car in for our first truck!! I had the impression that the salesman had everything already written up and ready to roll and all we basically had to do was pick it out and sign the papers. At least this is what he told me anyway. After a 6 hr ordeal, and trying to be put into something that was NOT even close to what we were looking for,waiting on our salesman to deal with 5 other perspective customers all the while just sort of throwing us off over in a corner to wait as he bounced around with them, they decide to tell us that if we could pay another 3 months on our car that we could come and get anything we wanted on their lot with NO PROBLEMS! . So we left, a little sad and more than pissed. Now keep in mind that we knew that they were checking our credit.... What we DIDNOT know was that they did a total of 9 HARD HITS to our credit looking for the right financing company instead of soft hits which dont hurt your credit score. Which we were not told about. This dingged us up pretty bad. WE WILL NOT BE RETURNING.....
We had an awful experience here. I didnt go there to spend time in an office while they looked up information on the product and features that I could and already had done at home. Should have left when they said the vehicle which we found online as being there, wasnt. A total waste of time. And if I come in looking for a very specific make/model, dont repeatedly suggest other makes/models....unless what I came for turns out not to meet my needs after all.
Bought my Dart from here when I was desperately in need of a car. They said they were selling me it for $13,000 but with taxes and all it was going to be $17,500. I asked for copies of the context and bill of sale and said I would receive it in the mail, I did not. I got service done and oil change done and I asked if my contract would carry over to any Dodge dealer if I move to Texas, I was told it was. Im in Texas now and my service contract cant be found now. I keep trying to call the financial manager and he hangs up on me. Worse customer service in the world. Worse dealership in the world. All these 5 stars are fake as hell. If I could go lower than one star I would!! DONT BUY A CAR FROM HERE!!!!!Update: now over a year since Ive bought my car, Ive been having leaks. I took it to them and they said there was no leak. After months of having to add air every 800 miles I took it to a different place. They saw it has been patched, and the patch wasnt on right and thats why it has been leaking. How in the HELL do you sell a customer a BRAND NEW car and give them used, patched tires!!!!!????? Stay away from this place, smh 😒😒😒
We were traveling to Florida when our Jeep warning light came on. We were close to Bennett Jeep and the service manager went above and beyond to correct our problem on a Saturday morning. The staff could not have been nicer and we were able to complete our trip with minimum delay. Thank you Bennett Jeep.
ABSOLUTE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER ENCOUNTERED ANYWHERE.I bought a 2015 Dodge Journey from here in Dec 2016 with 25kmiles on it. 3 months and 5k miles later ran into issues with the vehicle. Had a check engine light and multiple electronic defects happening. I live in Jacksonville mind you so I took the vehicle to the nearesr Dodge dealership in town. Claimed that the issue was due to a aftermarket modification. Which was obviously from the previous owner, and would not be covered under factory warranty. The Jacksonville dealership wanted $700 out the door to fix the problem. So I called Nate, at Bennett Chrysler in Kingsland, Georgia. I explained the details of the entire situation to him. He told me that they would accept full responsibility, and would take care of me. When I showed up to drop of the vehicle, Nate seriously impressed me. He immediately told his associate to get me a loaner, anything I wanted. A week later my vehicle was repaired, and didnt cost me a penny. Nate appologized for the inconvenience and told me if I ever needed anything again, to give him a call.Also the service department is hands down amazing. I called on my way back to pick up my vehicle. Asked if they could do an oil change as well. Technician on the phone sure in about an hour. Ok no biggie, I can wait around. When I got there, Jeremy the service manager, knew the hassle I had with my vehicle the week before. Jeremy had his team to get the oil change done immediately, and so it was.Now thats f******g service people!!!
In 2014, my father brought his 2009 Dodge Journey into Bennett Chrysler because of a known ignition issue. They said that if we repair it there would be a chance that it wouldnt fix it. My father saw a nice Jeep there anyways so he asked about it and they said that he could trade it in if he gave a little cash as well. He then signed it over to the dealership and they took it. Blah blah blah. They ended up forcing a 2010 Nissan Sentra on him...priced at $5,000. Decent price. Ugly car but its transportation. About 2 days after he bought it, he heard a VERY loud tick in the engine. The dealership refused to repair or even look at it. They knew about the engine problem. My dad is purchasing a brand new Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara edition in a few days and he WILL NOT be purchasing from Bennett. Theres nothing that could be said to change that. This is one of the most shady Chrysler dealerships in the U.S. for sure. That would explain all the reviews.
Went here to buy a used durango, gave them permission to run my crdit report to apply for financing, they were unable to match my apt with my bank and failed to tell me that they pulled my credit report over 10 times. This resulted in over 10 hard hits on my credit score and made me unable to get a decent apr on another vehicle, finally after 2 years the hits are gone, there are far better dodge Chrysler jeep dealers in the area.
In December 2017, I purchased a used 2017 Chrysler 300 (over priced). The sales guy (Alberto) call me everyday for a week bugging me about the extra key for my car I traded in for the 300. He previously told me he will contact the previous owner of the 300 to get the extra key for it. Well I sent my extra key and havent heard anything back about the key to the 300. Now its March 2018, I called to ask if they finally got the extra key for the 300 from the previous owner (after being on hold for 45 mins). I was told they didnt have it and asked if I would like to purchase a key for $250. I said HELL NO. They knew there wasnt an extra key, thats why I never received a call from them. These folks are the most shadiest low life MF I have every dealt with. NEVER AGAIN or WILL I RECOMMEND ANYONE!!
I recently bought a car from Bennett Chrysler Dodge Jeep and Ram in Kingsland, GA and it was the worst experience ever. For one they had the car in their lot, but the keys were in Jacksonville, FL. So my wife and I waited for over an hour, just to test drive the car. After the keys finally arrived, I test drove it and noticed the steering wheel wiggled around, So I told them after and they fixed it. I would most likely buy it. Little did I know that the problem was a bent rim, and all they had done was rotate the tires around. So I called and told them they sold me a car with a bent rim, their response was that they werent going to sink any more money into the car since they were losing money on this deal. So word to the wise DO NOT buy a car from them. I have also been recently told by friends that they were advised not to buy the car I bought. If I could give a lower rating I would.
We broke down while traveling from PA to FL. The service department got us in immediately; found the problem and fixed it!!! Glad it was an affordable fix because the husband was checking out the the new trucks 😂. Thanks to the service guys for getting us on our way..
Be very careful. Ripped alot of people off. Alot about making the most money off a person or sailors. Go to Brunswick for better deals except for the Toyota dealership which will try to sell you a over price vehicle. Toyota are great vehicles but just like Bennett not at the prices they charge.
Ive been a customer at this place for 2 years and its absolutely disgusting they way they will treat a valued customer. Myself & my grandmother have been purchasing 2 vehicles from them we have NEVER been late on a payment with either one. I entered Bennett Chrysler store on 2/1 just to get a routine oil change but instead I left with a cracked thermostat & when I addressed them & mentioned my car didnt come here in this condition so why is it like this now they simply said bad timing funny thing is the EXACT problem got fixed 2 months prior. Bad timing or bad business ? I believe my car was miss handled & someone isnt l owning up to the mistake. Save yourself the trouble NEVER go to this place! Louis Nelson is a con artist and so is that whole dealership!!!!!! PLEASE RIDE PAST DONT STOP!
Talk about amazing! We literally rolled in 45min before closing with a problem traveling back to MD. Shelby, Jacob and Jeff took care of us immediately and got us back on the road in under 30min. Worst place I’ve ever been too. Bring you all they way there just to screw you over. Will never do business here again. Your better off at a buy here pay here place. If they tell you it is a done deal all you have to do is drive there and sign it is a lie. Scammers for sure not only they don’t run your credit just once they run is like 8 to 9 Times.
Do not take your car here even for a simple oil change, I have 2015 Durango I have never had 1 issue, went for a oil change and 2 days later my check engine light came on, cylander misfire, new spark plugs and diagnostic over 230.00 a few days later all my sensors go crazy and now my ambient temp gauge is stuck at 66° and I have to spend just as much to fix this issue. Im starting to believe they break things so they get more money. I will never come here again!
Bought car 15AUG15 broke down while leaving the lot. Got repaired. then took it in for a tire rotation and oil change on 10NOV15. I ended up with a broke down car with scratches, broken seat trim and a new dented up oil filter and a car that would not start the next morning. Contacted service manager and was told that they would not fix any of it and did not want my business anymore even though i have an extended warranty that has to go through them for repairs.
Went to just look at a car, had a salesperson come out and walk us through the lot, didnt pressure us to buy, gave me his card and told me to come in later and hell gladly help us through the process. I am going to update this review if I choose to purchase a vehicle from them, which I most likely am.
Lied on the credit app never signed it. Never got a copy of the contract . Lied about income (being the fact I didn’t have any type of income at the time )They lied to the bank about optional equipment on the vehicle I was purchasing to the bank I did some research they are crooks and also breaking laws. Charles, one of the employees, contacted my BF this morning saying he wanted to purchase his motorcycle, which was posted for sale on Craigs List. He texted him (we have saved the texts, btw) and told him explicitly he would buy the bike for $1,500. He said he had the cash on him and promised that if my bf would drive the bike to him at the dealership in Kingsland, GA, he would have one of his dealership drivers take him home to Jacksonville. Once there, Charles proceeded to back out, offering only 1200. My BF was willing to take this now that he had driven to another state and dragged his two young daughters and mother out with him. Obviously a tactic... but there it is. But no, now that he agreed, Charles and his crony (the official MOTORCYCLE inspector at a CAR dealership - wink, wink) proceeded to try and undercut the price even more. Mr. Motorcycle Inspector checks out the bike. Although he isnt good enough at his job to identify the model of the bike, he DOES know this $2,300 motorcycle (per Kelley Blue Book) is now only worth $500. Yeah... riiiight. Obviously, these guys lure people to the dealership with false promises and then do a song and dance to undercut the price and hope that now that the potential seller has gone to all this trouble, they will accept a terrible offer. Well, lesson learned. But be aware, when we brought this to the attention of the dealership manager, Anthony, he was rude and hung up in our face. This dealership is criminal. Just Google it.Please, if you sympathize and want to stop these people from scamming others, SHARE THIS POST. Tell everyone you know, especially my GA peeps. These are the people that are ruining America by preying on those in need.
The sales manager Nate was a total jerk! Because we were trying to talk them down on a price, and decided to leave, the sales manager said, I will run your credit through 100 different financial companies and ruin your credit to make sure you dont get a car now! Yeah poor service!
Another slimy car dealership full of lies. cold called me saying they had a $35,000 approval and for me to come pick out my vehicle. I drive an hour out of my way each way only to be told I need a cosigner and three grand down when you already have a guaranteed approval?

Very very disloyal place DON’T I mean DON’T believe anything out of these people’s mouth what’s so EVER so back in December my brother gets a call from a salesman named James that no longer works there and I’ve heard 2 different reasons one because he was doing paper work wrong and then he just quit but I’m not sure but he completely lied to me and my brother he called my brother said yes we can finance you we just need a co-signer for a month and she can come off of it and I was stupid enough to believe him because I don’t really know too much about the car business so anyway I say yes as long as it’s just a month because I’m trying to buy a house he (James) looks right in my face and says yes he can come in and refinance it I said ok so I sign like an idiot and didn’t take the time to read all the paper work well come to find out when the bill comes in I’m the buyer of this car and my brother isn’t even on it so we’ve been fighting this ever since and nothing I can do right now because my brother never even had the credit to refinance and he lied so now I’m stuck not being able to buy a house until I get this resolved yes lesson learned read word for word before signing anything but never have I in my life have someone lie to me the way this guy did and then management won’t own up to his mistakes they just tell you oh well and get rude with you so from my mistake just warning others and if you don choose to go make sure to READ READ READ word for word and no it wasn’t that my brother lied to me because that’s what managements said maybe your brother lied to you I said no your salesman did because I came in because I wasn’t signing anything until I spoke with him so hopefully my mistake my not reading will be a gain for you to read alllllll of your information before signing

2022-05-03When I had a flat on I-95, I managed to do some damage to the truck, lifting from the wrong place (it was dark). We werent going to be in the area long, and hoped that Bennett could get us in soon, not have to leave the truck (our main means of transportation) in the shop. They were very busy, but given our awkward situation, did me a big favor getting the truck in, and fixed, right away. I should have written this review sooner, so I could thank by name the man who made it happen. I want to say Garret, or something like that. He seemed to be the resident expert in the shop.

2022-07-21Let me tell you little story about Tahj Garrard & Sean Nemec. Last year I wanted to trade-in & upgrade my Dodge Charger. Long story short - one particular car on the lot had everything I was looking for except it was the wrong color. It was grey, I wanted black. Went ahead and made the deal because, well, everything else was on point. That was a Thursday evening. The following Monday morning Tahj called my husband and told him to bring the car back. Over the weekend a black one ended up on their lot and he immediately thought of us and called. I have no idea what Sean did behind the scenes, but the payments were the same & it was as if the grey one never happened. These guys are so awesome. They didnt have to do that for us, but they did & I havent forgotten it. I dislike car salesman probably as much as you do, but these two guys really do care about making you happy and going the extra mile to make sure you keep coming back.

2022-07-21My wife and I have been dealing with Bennett Dodge now for what is about to be our 10th vehicle with them, and Tahj Garrard has sold us 8 of these. He has earned our trust and is the only salesman we deal with. As for the financing, Sean Nemec has always made the numbers right for us. The two have found us the vehicles weve wanted each time and made the purchase as pain free as possible. I cant say that Ive ever dealt with a better crew.
