I wish I could give Dr. Berman and his fabulous team (Martha and Shelly) 10 stars for their amazing care and customer service! I have been going to Dr. Berman’s for chiropractic care 3x per week for the last 10 weeks and have felt significant improvement from accident related injuries. From my first visit and consultation I was met with warm, friendly, and welcoming smiles. Dr. Berman and his team will make you feel as though they are personally vested in your recovery and will go above and beyond to answer and address questions or concerns! Also, Dr. Berman value’s your time - I have never and have rarely ever seen anyone wait longer than maybe a minute to start therapy. Martha, Shelly or even Dr. Berman himself is always at the front desk when you walk in to personally greet you, almost as if they are WAITING FOR YOU (never the other way around). This is a well organized, efficiently run practice where the staff operate in sync for your benefit and care! The atmosphere is relaxing, not like walking into a Dr.’s office at all! A truly different experience! I work in customer service and I know what it takes to consistently provide this level of 5 star service… it’s not always easy, but as a patient of Berman’s Chiropractic & Rehab the focus is always on you getting better and nothing else!

During the three-month period of my treatment at Dr. Bermans chiropractics center, I received the best possible therapy one might expect. Dr. Berman and his two assistants, Martha and Shelly, were very caring, considerate, and compassionate towards the patients. Dr. Berman is truly a genius in the field of chiropractics. He offers a variety of treatments, which happen to be very effective in lessening and ultimately, alleviating pain from ones body. Dr. Berman and his amazing staff were the best ever!!! Now that my three times a week appointments are over, I miss them and will be contacting my insurance to be able to continue maintenance treatments. I absolutely Love Dr. Berman and his staff! They’re super sweet, efficient and they explain everything so well! I got into a car accident for the first time, and they walked me through everything when it comes to my well being. I cannot thank them enough! Dr. Berman and his staff are top notch! I called in at 2:30 and I was seen in less than 15 minutes. In my first visit I was expecting the same old run around about how I needed to come in and talk about what they are going to do about my physical condition. Not the case! I was seen, took X-rays, and did a number of treatments on site. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly and Dr. Berman took me from excruciating pain (pinched nerve)to be able to manage to walk out feeling much better.I would definitely recommend Berman Chiropractor to anyone in the Atlanta, Georgia area.

Dr. Berman is pretty amazing. He thoroughly explains your x-rays on your first visit. If you have any questions after that, he answers them to put you at ease. I have been going to him for years and every time I walk out of the office I feel better than I did when I walked in. His office staff is very welcoming as well. The best part about it... they are kid friendly. :-)
I came here as a first timer to chiropractic with many unknowns in my mind. The personal and professional care my husband and I have received here is excellent and exceptional. My pain has gone away and I have regained mobility in my neck and back. The same thing for my husband, his mood has improved. Dr. Neil, , Martha and Shelly are people that are very difficult to find. I began having neck/upper back issues late 2017, which began as minor, but worsened over the next 2 years. I sought out professionals to figure out what was going on, as there didnt seem to be any etiology. Spent 3 months doing PT (3x/week!), which helped a little, but only temporarily. At one point I couldnt even drive to work, and as a rehab professional myself, I knew I had to find someone/something who could figure this out. That person was Dr. Berman. He was able to pinpoint exactly what was going on, and within 3-4 sessions I could finally begin feeling some relief. Over the course of 3 months, I was able to go from 2 days between visits to 2-3 weeks between visits without pain. I can finally SLEEP and wake up without pain. Even better, each session was brief and I could be in and out in 15 minutes. And they allow walk-ins! The receptionists are also really great and help take care of any insurance headaches (because who has time?). I cant believe I didnt see a chiropractor sooner, would have saved me a LOT of pain, time & money. Highly recommend Dr. Berman!
Berman Chiropractic & Rehab is really awesome! They will take care of you. Everybody that work here is wonderful and caring. I can not thank them enough. They aren’t cookie cutters, and will not sugar coat things. They’re upfront and honest. They will treat you until you’re a 100%. The facility is nice and offers a chill and relaxing environment. They’ll welcome you with open arms and are flexible to accommodate with your schedule. They’re also consistent from beginning to end and will treat you the same as always. The most you have to do is probably paperwork in the beginning. You won’t ever have to wait long like other chiropractic businesses. So, if you want to get better and back to good health, then this is the place to go.

Dr. Berman is awesome. I started feeling pain relief after my very 1st treatment. There is never a wait, you are seen for your appointment upon arrival. All of the staff members are so kind and friendly. I highly recommend this Chiropractor office!
Dr. B and his staff are amazing. My mom and I was involved in car accident 2 years ago. With my mom being an elderly victim, I was very concerned about her therapy and healing. Dr B and his staff listen to our concerns, they was very informative and provided us with the best care, and a smile. Now 2 years today, my daughter and I became injured in another car accident. Me being 7 months pregnant was scarred to received treatment although my left side was in severe pain. After seeing a chiropractor group, I felt like I was sitting in a sweat shop and no one was truly concerns with my healing. I cancelled my lawyer and went back to Dr B. Him and his staff truly cares about your healing. Thanks Dr. B and staff, I wish there were more people like you who truly cares. ☺️
I have been very pleased with my experience at Berman Chiropractic and Rehab. My husband and I went there for treatment that lasted several weeks after we were rear-ended. Dr. Berman is very pleasant and patient-oriented and answered any questions we had. The staff are friendly and helpful, and everyone was especially kind to our two-year-old son who wasnt thrilled to be going to the chiropractor 3x week. They take care of all the insurance billing garbage so you dont have to worry about anything besides getting better. The office is very nice and the different treatments they use are very effective and helpful in conjunction with the adjustments the doctor does. Although my treatment from the accident is complete, I intend to continue to go there a couple times each month for maintenance.Please know that this is a genuine, unsolicited review that I am giving simply because I think that online reviews are helpful when making a decision about where to go for things like this. :)
The absolute best health care office atmosphere Ive ever gone to!👌🏽 No matter the role, ea staff member welcomed me or at least acknowledged my presence when seeing me. Dr. B(Berman) was very sympathetic & attentive to my injuries, pain & concerns. He did everything he could do to help me heal. A car accident is life changing & devastating in itself. So having the perfect team/support helping you get back to a sense of normality, comfort & healing is very important. And Dr. Bs role in my many steps of recovery played hugely. His actions were beyond affirmation that I could trust him in caring for me. All the ladies on staff are sweet, helpful & very professional. They all seemed to have enjoyed working as a team to make sure theire patients(me) needs were met & a priority!Dr. Berman & Staff, thank you all so much for all of your positive contribution to my life after tragedy, recovery. I have never believed in chiropractic services before however after seeing Dr. Berman my total outlook changed. Dr. Berman has been treating me for neck and back pain and his plan of care is much better than the orthopedic surgeon that treated me. The office staff are spectacular and I never have to wait more than one minute when I go in the office for treatment. When he does my alignment he always hits the exact spot where I’m having the pain. I went from barely being able to walk and turn my neck due to pain to being able to function daily with minimal pain. Exceptional service.
I love them. They are all nice. From the time I step foot in the door till my last day I really felt like Dr Berman really had my best interest at heart. Always felt comfortable and was always treat like family. Ill definitely miss them.
I absolutely LOVE everyone in the office! I first came there when my lawyer suggested I go there after a semi accident. They were very nice and I never had to wait a long time to be seen. After I was finished, I was in another accident with my son and I immediately called them to take us back. Needless to say, a year later Dr. Berman is taking care of me again and I actually enjoy going. I will recommend them to anyone who is having back issues or was in an accident. They are highly recommend by the Smiths!!!

This place literally helped saved my sanity! I injured my back at work, after a trip to the emergency room that helped nothing at all, I decided to limp in and pay Dr. Berman a visit. I was in so much pain suffering from a disc bulge that pinched my sciatic nerve, I was miserable! On my first visit I explained to Dr. Berman what issues I was having and to my surprise he knew exactly how to treat the condition after I felt like I was DOOMED! Very seldom do I see any business that maintains a 5 star rating across the board, but Dr. Berman and his staff definitely deserve 10 star if Google allowed it. In my opinion one the best places of businesses that Ive been a patron at, if only other businesses operated like this one, the world would be a much better place! I had a childhood accident that I forgotten about that ended up causing tingling sensation in my arms and fingers. I could not sleep properly and I had trouble driving my car doing ordinary things. I was in constant misery. DR. Berman identified a pancake fracture in my neck and after series of adjustments, all the tingling had subsided and I was able to feel normal again. Thanks Dr. Berman!🖖💪

Let me just say that im on vacation with 3 kids and woke up with a stiff neck! I was crying and called and when I went in got seen right away! No waiting amazing staff and doc and neck now feels great! They accomdated my kids so I could get seen! Love them!
As an active 55 year old martial arts instructor, I often tell the teens and younger adults that old age and treachery will overcome youth and enthusiasm. In reality its old age, treachery and a chiropractor will overcome youth and enthusiasm!!!Ive no problem keeping up with them but the post training soreness and the occasional spinal misalignment really sucks as you age. Im on the maintenance program at Berman Chiropractic which enables me to keep doing the stuff I enjoyed when I was a spring chicken, even though Im now an old rooster. :}

My time here with Dr. Berman has been wonderful! At first I was afraid to know how they were going to adapt me when I just had an accident. Well, here they explained EVERYTHING! You have questions here have your answers! They are amazing and friendly people. Dr. Berman really does his job so you feel better in no time! 2022-07-26I was in an auto accident last month that left me with pain and stiffness in my back. The treatments over these last few weeks have helped tremendously. Dr Berman has been great at answering any questions or concerns and is very detailed at explaining how the process works. I was left feeling very comfortable in moving forward with my treatments. The ladies at the front desk are so nice and kind and always greet me so warmly. They are attentive and very knowledgeable, and are the perfect example of how having a strong staff can really make everything flow smoothly. All in all, they are a great team and my experience has been amazing.

2022-07-28Fannnnnnnn freaking tactic experience!Ive been to dozens of chiropractors, over the last 18 years, all over the country.This doctor is the best Ive yet to meet. . . First off you do 2 therapy to get you loose before the doctor sees you, then he does a legit full service job. Most doctors do not do any prior therapy, and most do only spot adjustments... no no. This guy is great, keep it up!!!Staff was good too, they greeted me with a smile, and processed me pretty quickly.

2022-05-16The customer service is not only genuinely friendly, but efficient. Ive not had one billing or schedule complication in probably over 50 visits! The masseuse is the best...the massages are OUT OF THIS WORLD amazing. After getting chiropractic adjustments and massage therapy here, my pain is basically nonexistent. The whole team is just wonderful. Dont even thunk about going anywhere else.

2022-05-26I’ma barber at the grooming room which is down stairs from Dr Berman and I love his overall care, the staff is great and just a phenomenal job coming from a phenomenal guy and team. He’s helped us a great deal after our car accident and with my balance and overall walking better after. This is the only choice, by far if you want the job done right and to be treated fairly.

2022-05-18Its the little things that make a huge difference. Dr. Berman and his staff has one of the best therapy routines that Ive recieved. From applying gel to the injury location, to warming up my pads before treatment and topping it all off with ice or heat, was the perfect receipe to put me in a state of total relaxation.
