Best Buy in other cities:
Curb side order. It took them a while to come out, forever curb side was about to close so I understood. But they didnt put my products in a bag, which is fine for me but others may not want to carry their items in their home without a bag because of their neighborhood. The clerk didnt say thank you and have a nice day. I think that even though the order was completed online with ease, CUSTOMER SERVICE IS STILL IMPORTANT!!!
Its been over five years since going inside the store. I was pleasantly surprised with the layout and display of electronics, TVs, and tons of smart home products. It is worth a visit. Unfortunately, they did not have the exercise equipment that I was going in to look at.
Best Buy has so much stuff that it might take a while to decide what you really want! We went there to buy a soundbar for the television. The guy showed me about five or six in all different price ranges and it was kind of hard to choose, but I didnt have much to spend on it so we arrived at one of the less expensive ones. It has lots of features for the price and should be good for our use. Best Buy is great for when you need to see your appliance in action in person.
I appreciate the greeting I received upon first entering the store. A kind customer service representative took initiative and directed me to where I could find the items I wanted. Likewise, while looking at the merchandise I was approached by another cordial customer service representative whom offered assistance. Lastly, I was happily greeted by a customer service representative at the checkout counter. I didnt buy anything because of still making comparisons, nonetheless it was a good day to see such helpful & professional customer service representatives. Thank you, thank you, and thank you. ⭐💯🤩
The young lady at the register was extremely nice and had a very pleasant personality and very knowledgeable. I wish I could remember her name. (HER aunt loves my New Orleans Saints). I went in to purchase a modem. I saw that Amazon had it 30.00 dollars cheaper so I asked the young lady if they still honored price challenges and she said yes. The manager/supervisor came over to approve it but stated that Best Buy only take price challenges from Amazon if it states, SHIPPED AND SOLD by Amazon. I dont understand the logic behind that, but okay. She still honored it though. I started to just say ok ty and leave cause I was in no rush to buy a modem (Best Buy price $179.99 , Amazon price$149.99 Motorola 8611) cause Amazon would have shipped it that next day, but the cashier was very pleasant so I wanted help her stay in a job. Also why they dont open until 11am. A lot of customers left the parking lot.
As expected, Best Buy has great customer service! I went in looking at the PS4 gear and gaming PCs but got caught up at the cell phone section. It was fun testing out working models of the new Samsung 9 and Note 9. Prices arent the best, but thats usually the case with brick and mortar retail. What sets Best Buy apart from other tech stores is the Geek Squad. I love how knowledgeable the geeks are, and the easy installment plans they have, to keep your electronics running smoothly. Although they seem to have limited ability to maintenance Apple Macbooks.
Me and my mom both have been in the market to upgrade both of our TVs... on a budget of $400 a piece or less for each tv we have tried 7 televisions 5 from Best Buy and me and my mom has come to the conclusion unless you have around $612 or more there is just not a good TV out there for watching lots of movies on not streaming but from a Blu-ray or 4K player we are traditional in love are hard copies of movies. And none of the movies look good or sound good on any of a 7 televisions no matter how many settings were just or increase the frame rate or resolution or picture quality..... equality is still very poor...like 3 or 4. out of 10.
Well here we are again... I foolishly attempt to patronize Best Buy, and am predictably let down AGAIN! The Warner Robins GA location in particular seems hell bent on employing the single most incompetent team of managers ever to don blue pole shirts on the planet. Customer Service is NON-EXISTENT. Has no one ever heard of the C.A.L.M.approach? I have purchased exactly 2 items this month from Best Buy and have been furiously disappointed every time. No one handles problems with orders, if a problem occurs they act as if its some how your fault and treat you like a huge burden, instead of a paying customer who just expects to get what they paid for. Best Buys new company motto seems to be Over promise, Under deliver. BUYER BEWARE! Dont be fooled by a good deal. The hassle, disappointment and endless hoop jumping you will do as a result , is not worth the paltry amount of money you save.
I miss being able to just walk right into Best Buy and browse around for something I might want to purchase. Now, it’s like 4 people hanging around the front door as if they’re night club bouncers questioning why you’re there. I get that they’re trying to practice immediate customer service but dang… could you back up and let people into the store first? I might not know what I want just yet. I feel like Im going through the airport security checkpoint all for you to tell me that you don’t have the product I’m looking for.
I just left best buy in WR and had the best experience an employee by the name of Jonathan who works in the desktop and laptop area he went above and beyond to help me figure out the best computer and headset and other things to help me get started working from home I really and extremely appreciate everything he done for me and I will be coming back and recommending everyone I know because of Jonathan
This was the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had I ordered a small 32” TV for work. I am on Crutches with a broken ankle and my husband went to pick up the TV for me. After about 10 min of verifying the bar code and my sending things from email and confirmation, they told my husband that they couldn’t give it to him. He asked if they could call me and that wasn’t proof enough. Even calling my work number. So I had to go on crutches over to the store. Bigger deal than you realize! The same people didn’t even look at my phone to verify. Never asked me for an ID. When I expressed my being upset they never even said anything. If someone had just asked me for ID I would have felt better at that point. Maybe a I’m so sorry you had to come out. Something! We’ve bought several things from this store, but never again!
I bought a tv from them during the black Friday sale. When I got home the tv was cracked. I returned the tv only to find out that the one that I previously bought was sold out. The lady told me that they could order something similar and it would be the same price. After she totaled everything up I was going to have to pay $85 more. I shouldn’t have to pay extra for something that was damaged when I got it, and after I was told it would be the same price.
Terrible customer service. Needed help purchasing a refrigerator and washer/dryer… was going to spend a lot of money but no one would help me. By the time l was able to track someone down he had the worst attitude and acted like I was an inconvenience to him. Taking my business to Lowe’s.
Went to Best Buy to buy a new printer. Couldn’t get help for 20 minutes. Finally flagged someone down to help me and was told that if I needed help to buy a printer I needed to make an appointment. What. I just wanted to buy a printer. What do I need an appointment for. Went elsewhere and won’t be back
Scan to be waited on. Best buy folks standing around. Went in to purchase DVD and tv table. Well 30 minutes later left with no call. Been 2 hrs now still no call. I wont go back. I been here several times and I guess you have to know exactly what you want in order to buy it. No sales staff usually available.
I bought a TV here black Friday a mount the service tech plan the works for them to sell my TV not price match not give me the 100.00 gift card they say they would this store and company as a whole is trash and its only a matter of time before they are closed for good gonna send a delivery with jus a mount naw im good
I was serviced at your store yesterday and what a pleasant surprise. I arrived at 10:00 am and requested service for my new upgraded phone purchased directly from Verizon.I was greeted by a cashier who courteously explained that a appointment was necessary in order to be rendered service. I shared anexperience I had on the day before at an authorized Verizon retailer . With a puzzled look on her face she questioned another employee, who just happened to be a store manager. All my worries were put to rest.Ok, I was given an 11:30 appointment. Now, just look at fake. When I returned who was in the parking area servicing someone with a pickup but the manager. She said Welcome back and escorted then introduced me to Amber. The rest was gravy...LOLShe too greeted me with a smile and after some preliminary questions, the process began. Although this was a lengthy procedure, I never felt that I was left alone. She serviced other customers and periodically checked in on me. I was so impressed that I asked her if it was against store policy to give her a tip. Amber graciously answered, yes it is. So I gave her a heart felt thank you on a job well done.I would like to say her professionalism, customer service, patience, respect and honesty far surpassed any Ive seen in a long time.TOUCHE Amber!!!Finally, I am a proud 70 year senior citizen but not very computer-literate, needless to say patience is a must.
Great customer service. The store is very small and staff is very limited. The only downfall is there is no staff to answer the phones at the local stores right now.The computer services department is very helpful , I was able to ask as many questions about the product I chose. The employee was very knowledgeable about the products and guided with making the perfect selection in laptops .
Every time I visit this store(#1185 on Watson Blvd in Warner Robins,GA)the employees are pretending to look busy and they don’t help you. With the exception of 1 guy (Caucasian male, brownish/reddish hair, beard, clean cut, and very nice. He helped me on my trip there 3/15/21, and also when I was there on 10/8/21 he went out of his way on two separate occasions to ask if we needed help, and also gave the geek squad a good review saying they did an excellent job fixing his laptop that his son messed up. On my visit there today, the guy at the register wasn’t courteous at all and not paying enough attention to see that I had an “open box” item, and charged me full price. And when you call the phone number listed for the store, you get a call center and people who are even more rude, not caring, and very unhelpful. I also think it’s RIDICULOUS that the store doesn’t take phone calls. With that being said I won’t be shopping at Best Buy again.
Waiting a week for a laptop and still nothing. Tried to get one from best buy online and never received it. I had issues getting money back from best buy. So it seems that if best buy doesnt have it in store do not pay for it until it is available. I was told that I could get it delivered in 3 days since that didnt work out last summer we chose in store pickup on Wednesday 3/3/21 now the laptop is paid for and a week later STILL NO LAPTOP! Again if best buy doesnt have it available when you are paying take your money someplace else.
Went to get my screen replaced through Apple care and they would not replace it due to being able to see the inside right under the top speaker. They were trying to get me to replace the whole phone instead. Took it to two other phone repair shops and they both said it would not be a problem to just replace the screen. So unhappy with their service!
Would like to take the time out to acknowledge Jose, Aurelius, & Deniya for their exceptional job on correcting my concern. I greatly appreciate all 3 for the fast and friendly service they provided me with. Hard to find people in a work environment like that. They deserve a raise🤑
Cannot give less than a 1 Star review or I would. Funneled to an employee. He asked what we were there for. Told him a display to display cable. The employee says, all the way in the back corner over there. Real helpful (not). Finally find and proceed to the checkout. There are signs pointing to the checkout. We make our way through the maze to the register. No one is at any terminal. We stand at the checkout for several minutes, watching the original helpful employee talking with another employee. We are then waved to the Customer Service counter. There are two lines, we go to the line directly across from the person who td us to go there. He proceeds to call the next guest, which was the person in the line next to us. Then both lines became customer service lines aiding in refunds and technical support. After waiting 8-10 minutes, we left without the cable. Amazon will be cheaper and we can get it in about the same amount of time.
While members of the Greek squad were extremely knowledgeable, other regions of the store lack. At the mobile phone counter, I was serviced initially then asked to wait half way through my story for someone else staring their shift. After waiting over 6 mins, I left. Why give that particular store my business? Im an Elite Plus member with over $13,000 spent with Best Buy this year. #Disapointing
Went to take my laptop to the GeekSquad because I was having so many issues and I figured there was probably a virus. The wait was very long because there was a customer in front of me but once it was my turn the agent was very nice, even though he talked me out of way more money than I planned on spending, it was a better deal to keep my device protected.
I always have amazing customer service at this Best Buy.The people are laid back, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. As a middle-aged woman, Im used to associates talking down to me about technology, but Ive not had that here, which I appreciate greatly. (I was a software trainer at one time.)Love this location!
As a back story our stove died a week prior to going to best buy to get a new stove as they had the lowest price on the one we wanted. My wife doesnt like going to best buy because she says they are rude and not very helpful but i convinced her to give it another try. We got there found the stove we wanted and waited patiently for the first 20 minutes for someone to come help us. 20 minutes turned into 40 and my wife went to see if someone could come help us. The young lady at the desk was polite and told us she would get someone right over. Another 20 minutes goes by and we watch as associate after associate walks by on their phones or just milling around. We leave at this point and go to home depot where they are more than happy to help us spend the $760 that we paid for our new stove . Thanks for nothing warner robins best buy we will not be back again.
Place has a nice, clean and orderly layout. But holiday season has this place bare as far as the unique tech items that you want for the holidays. Im sure it is due to supply chains and companies not having a surplus of certain tech that we all want for Christmas. Not knocking the store because they dont make the products they sell... but man. Getting a new console that isnt Sony or Microsoft shoulda been a slam dunk Nintendo... but oh well. Maybe early 2021 we will get that surplus on store shelves.
The store is fine. Its Best Buy so its what youd expect. Never had trouble with anything IN PERSON. The bad review is for the hour and a half Ive been on hold trying to contact someone IN STORE. Theres no way possible for all the employees in this store and all the phones they have, someone isnt able to answer the call. Ridiculous. Also their online customer support are about completely useless. Not this stores fault but worth noting.
I appreciate Jeremiah doing his best to get me my order with many customers at one time. He has a great attitude and is very courteous getting the job done. The gentleman at the Shawn/Sean i wasnt particularly happy with. I felt like he had smart response with my question at the door. He should remember his customer service when dealing with people. I would do zero stars if it wasnt for Jeremiah. Ill rethink ordering if I have to deal with Shawn/Sean at this best buy.
If you like to shop while being ignored by the sales staff, this is the place for you. Was there for nearly 45 minutes looking at printers. No help offered eventhough several associates either walked past or were in the area. Thank goodness for Google so I could research their very limited stock of printers. Took much longer than needed. Due to urgent need and limited stock at other retailers I had no choice but to buy today otherwise I would have found the exit much sooner. Best Buy was my last stop today in my search and will continue to be my last resort. As expected, horrible customer service!
Just found out the return policy is 2 weeks. I have 2 products that have failed just outside of this window. Really frustrating that the store only stands behind the products they choose to sell for 2 weeks. Definitely not doing any more business with them if I cant trust that my money isnt being wasted on poor quality products.
I totally agree with Ashley Simon that the employee at the entrance way of the store where you check in not only has no clue what customer service is but exemplifies what it is not. Rude. Customer service is all that will keep an electronics brick and mortar store open. If Best Buy doesnt get this store focused on customer service their days are numbered.
The team members are always willing to help. You know how you go some places and you can tell some team members just dont want to be there and we all get that way sometimes. 99% of the times Best Buy team members are polite, waiting for you to ask for help in that not going to crowd your space, all you got to do is ask type of way. Most of the time I shop with them for electronics. The positive energy Best Buy team members give off helps a bunch when it comes to spending my money which is not a lot but I want to feel comfortable when spending that little change I do get. Best Buy has the best professional employees in Warner Robins.
Christmas Eve- busy of course, love that they directed you to your area of interest when you first walked in. No one was in the area I was in (printers), and no one ever asked me did I need assistance while I was there. So I give them 4 stars... I understand it was chaotic, but customer service is still important.
Be ready for the 14 day return policy. Give me a break. Still in the packaging and a receipt but forget about it! Lots of options in the market place but with a policy like that you arent one of them. Crrrrrruuuuuuuunnnnnchchchhhhhhh. Thats the sound of my Best Buy credit card running through the shredder. Then Ill pour gasoline on the remains just to make sure my wife cant piece it together and try to use it again.
This Best Buy is pretty nice, the best attribute though is the staff. Customer service is great and they are knowledgeable of product placement, and of the many different products themselves, but it’s the staffs willingness to help that sets this store apart from the other Best Buy’s I have been to.
Trying to speak with someone to reschedule appointment to install web root security on my tablet which I were told when I renewed this that it is compatible on 3 devices, cant get it on my tablet. No one answers, just music playing, then I am switched from person to person...customer service is not the way It used to be...
Employee at door asks what you need & gives directions on where to go..as youre looking lost employees walk by some speak some dont but none offer any assistance. Asked one for assistance he said he was helping someone else but didnt try to get another nearby employee to assist or say give me a moment just turned back around with his conversation. Didnt purchase what I needed, customer service says alot
Went to best buy because I had problem with me Email server. Could not talk to Geek Squad without an appointment. That service SUCKS. They have really gone downhill. This service was the reason I bought my last three computers there. They have lost my business. I got it fixed 30 minutes later elsewhere. Very small problem.
Nobody is available to help. Looking for a laptop for and couldnt get help for 30 min. Asked on my way out and was told customers have to walk back up to the front to request help from the person at the door. Dumb, not going to walk in find what I am looking for and have to walk back up front to get help, not when there are employees around the store. Wont go back
Its awesome. Friendly sales people, accommodating, helpful. Royel was my sales person and I dont think I could have had anybody any better. My visit took a while and she was concerned about the people that were in line behind her and I commend her for that. And she was also patient with me.
We visited our local Best Buy this afternoon and after our experience we shall never return. After spending thousands over the years we received the worst service imaginable. We were buying a laptop and several Apple watches for our kids for Christmas. We asked to look at the Apple watches and told they are not available to view . My wife wanted to try one on to see how it fit her small wrist. We were told that wouldn’t be possible also because of high theft of these items. We are senior citizens and assure you we aren’t criminals. I have operated businesses for 45 years and would not have ever treated my customers this way. We would have spent thousands of dollars today at Best Buy but carried our business to a competitor that appreciated it. Best Buy is headed to the way of Sears and other big box stores simply because they offer terrible customer service. Will never shop here again and will warn everyone that will listen.
Was not greeted on the way in and was just stared at. Heard others being greeted which isnt the biggest deal. Then I wandered around the store stopping at certain locations for several minutes and again looked at but no.communication with anyone, no one ever asked if I needed help with anything. This is the 3rd or 4th time Ive had this experience after spending well over 6k at this location last year. As a loyal customer I dont like being treated like a shoplifter
It seems they are always out of stock on items when online says it is in stock. Went in for a quick charging phone charger for my car. Guy says they are all out when online said there were several left at that store. Ordered online with in store pick-up so they would be forced to make an actual effort to find the product. 45 minutes later it was ready for pick-up. Makes me wonder how many sales they lose due to poor stocking of items.
Good customer service as always. I went there to buy a TV and other sale options for accessories like sound bar was offered to me. I am glad that I was offered more than I asked for, and it reflects that Best Buy is on top of there customer service! Competitive prices, and thats why I keep returning to buy any gadgets or laptops. My past to laptops were bought there as well and their products are always good quality. I wish they opened later than 9pm but that doesnt change my 5 star rating.
Had a great experience there. Sure beat Verizon, who made it clear they did not want to work with me since I was on the Pre-Paid plan. The staff at Best Buy were friendly, helpful, explained things, helped me to get what I needed. Have to wait for a SIM card to be sent from Verizon, then will go back tomorrow for everything to get set up. Thanks, Best Buy.
The two I dealt with in Best Buy cell phones were awesome. Erin and Will. Verizon would not sell me the exact phone I bought here, because I am on the PrePay Verizon plan. The employees at Best Buy sold me what I needed, explained what I needed to do, really helped the transition to my new phone a better experience. Thank you so much. I will definitely refer folks your way.
Every time I come here everyone has been extremely helpful and attentive but will leave you be if you want time to think about a purchase or compare products on your own. Customer service dept has always been on point and the Geek Squad has been flawless every time Ive needed them. Quick, easy, painless, enjoyable.I definitely recommend!
I give it 4.5...they arent perfect. And I dont expect them to be. I just hate when I ask a question (I already know the answer to) and they tell me a lie...I mean if u dont know then just say so. Also product knowledge isnt all that great. The same thing that happened with circuit city. Now I do admit I was in the other day and someone helped me within me being there 5 minutes. awesome!revision 11.28.2018I went in yesterday to pick up my items and to also return something. The lady at counter was very helpful. Her smile brightened up my day. She was very courteous and handled my needs promptly. I was very appreciative. I wish there were more like her. I have grown to love this store. Way better than the one in Macon, the sales people are much nicer and seem to know more about what they sell then the other store.
They definitely need to improve on their method of waiting on someone.I was in the store about 30 to 45 mins. When I received my text for help with an associate I was passed over.Instead, another woman who also had on a blue shirt, who did not get a text, was helped in my place.Associates should have called out the name instead of finding the lady with a blue shirt on.After going back up front and waiting another 10 minutes.........finding out what I wanted was not in stock before she even looked. She offered to call the Macon store, I immediately told her that I was not going to Macon.I found what I wanted on Amazon.Thanks.
The staff in Geek Squad were very helpful. We had been having some issues with one of our computers. The assistant store manager offered a refund or exchange on the computer. We accepted the exchange offer and the Geek Squad tech was very helpful by advising on which warranty was better to purchase for computers. Very satisfied!
Went in to buy a complete radio setup for one of my vehicles, knew exactly what I wanted when I went in. Asked for help to get items off of the upper shelf area and was told he would help me after he finished with another customer, no problem. So I waited for nearly 10 minutes on him to finish with his customer before me only to look up and see him helping another customer with computers all the while I am still waiting. So I went out to the parking lot and ordered all of the same things on Amazon!!!!! Never again will I step inside of a bestbuy store. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS THE LAST STRAW!!!!!!
Went there hardly anyone in store. But there were no employees either. Or maybe not enough employees I dont know the issues just know spent 40 min of my time for no one to help us heck even noticed spoke to nothing just stood at a desk looking crazy. So we left. Will not recommend this store at all. Im going back to Sears 😊
Ordered for curb side pick up and the item was in stock and the website said it would be ready in an hour. I drive to the store and after an hour I had not received an update that my order was ready.I drive through and spoke to an associate who said they couldn’t find the item in the store but they would email when ready. So I parked in front of the store and waited because it was near closing time and I hoped to get the item that I purchased before they closed. Rather than send an email/text update or get some response from the associate I had spoken to already they closed the doors and gate without fulfilling my order or letting me know they weren’t going to fill my order. I will not shop Best Buy again.
The Manager makes you tell him what you want to look at before he allows you inside. I bough my husband slim eye glasses for Christmas. .. and the box was empty when he opened his present! Also the Samsung expert told me a S-Pen for a Galaxy S10 would work in my Note20 Ultra. It doesnt. All around negative experience. I recommend sticking with Amazon.
I checked online for the availability of a specific phone case. Online it was listed as available but when I visited the store they could not find it. Wastes visit. One of the employees indicated they were in back but could bring them out until tomorrow. Again I visited the store after ordering online and they could not find it. Their products for my phone were in three different places in the store. This makes it difficult to shop and identify alternatives.
Dealt with 3 very rude employees, at least one of which was a supervisor. I already left a review during the hour I gas to wait in my car, just wanted to say thanks to Ryan. The fourth person I spoke to during the time between walking in and being told to exit because of this oh so deadly virus.Ryan was very polite. The other 3 (wish I got their names) could definitely learn something from Ryan.
Aside from being the only true electronics store available within 10 minutes of my location they are one of the most organized and clean electronics stores to visit. The staff are friendly and very helpful. I went in to look at a replacement laptop and of course found amazing models and deals. For those who are looking to building your own gaming PC, dont be disappointed to find very few parts to build with, they are not a full PC build facility. However they do carry a few graphics cards, some decent RAM (they do carry Corsair and PNY), and some processors. They have a wide variety of home entertainment components, kitchen appliances, and too many other items and services to mention on this review. Stop by for a visit, you wont be disappointed.
Horrible experience. Stay almost 30 minutes away and traveled all the way to the Warner Robins store to pick up my item. This guy comes up playing with his cast on his arm and no mask on completely ridiculous. Walks up to my window and asks for my ID . I proceed to tell this guy who is supposedly one of the mangers which was definitely a lie, I don’t have my ID because it was hit specified that it was needed when I place my order. But I have the card from which the order was placed with and the confirmation number and text. This unprofessional employee proceeds to tell us you need to go home to get it. Completely a horrible experience, I definitely cancelled by order and won’t be shopping at this location again. My husband order something earlier this week and did not have to show is ID or any proof of anything and that order was over $100.
I went in and was greeted. I went looking for a particular item and couldnt find it. I asked a sales person and they had no idea. I tried a section one and I was told not his department. I asked could you call someone. After 10 minutes, I left. If you know what you want and do not need any help then its a great place to go. Plenty of parking and handicap accessible. Wheelchairs can maneuver easily inside the store.
I would have given a zero, it the young man was kind enough to look a product up. When I decided to complain about the other man’s apathy, I realized he is a general manager. I looked up the product again and sure enough, it was listed as being sold at Best Buy. Just because he had never seen the product before, he just snapped, “No.” I will frequent a different store. Even if it’s out of my way.
Regardless of the time of year, even when very busy I have found help in a reasonable amount of time. I know some people feel like queen for a day and need immediate attention, but come on. I was there Black Friday and was helped in less than 5 minutes. This store is one of the better run, stocked and staffed stores Ive been to.
Embarrassing store. First walking through the entrance is scattered carts in the way of exit and entrance with 3 employees standing at the entrance booth area talking. This did not get fixed after the 40 minutes I spent in this store. Still same 3 employees standing 5 feet away the mess. Next, they shut down the checkout lines and had just customer service/geeksquad register open. This would not be a big deal if there wasnt a giant mess in the checkout area! Stuff all over the floor, and again multiple employees standing within 10 feet of this area doing nothing about the mess. Truly an embarrassing store. Finally when checking out the girl working the register was incredibly rude and short like I was bothering her. No bag no thank you have a good night or anything. I dont post reviews ever but I felt compelled to on this one. This store needs corporate or some sort of management to do a unscheduled walk thro and clean house. they bring a bad name to best buy.
Got lost in this store and spent way more than intended. The staff is so great I’ve only seen customer service like this rarely.I went in for a amazon home smart system. But I left with the google system because there was a lot I didn’t know because of the staff I made a good decision for my family. The bathrooms were fantastic ( no mystery liquids on the floor or “chocolate on the walls ) very nice. The only thing I could tell them to work In is making sure everything is priced my wife and I were going to buy the oculus rift but couldn’t find a price tag.And by the time we had gotten everything we had forgotten about it.Any way went for a amazon Alexa left with a google home system and a 75 inch tv. Just leave you wallet in your car they have some great deals.
We were very pleased with our experience at best buy. Our sales person,Cameron, was very knowledgeable about the current technology and was easy to deal with. If you are not tech savvy like me, then do yourself a favor and go to best buy. Theyll get you set up with exactly what you need.
They were offering a great deal on the Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 xl along with an additional special, unfortunately their inventory was gone other than three pink standard Pixel 3s. Macon also only had one and it was too close to closing to drive up there. The sales associate then told me the special was only good through the 16 of February and to check back Tuesday when the truck runs, but with no guarantee the special would still be available.Im giving them three stars solely on the professionalism of the sales associate for trying to help.
Personnel are always friendly and helpful. They price match online stores like Amazon and Newegg, which is a big plus. TV selection is always outstanding. Car stereo selection is good, but not always the best. A large portion of their business seems to be cell phones and accessories these days. The entire middle section of the store is mobile devices. They still carry some music...even on vinyl, but again, selection isnt the best. I also could do without the Cox Communications reps always asking me to sign up for service. Overall, it is a good place to browse and shop, so I visit on a fairly regular basis.
This Best Buy has the most awkward service.Ranging from Top notch to why are you bothering me.Ive had them help me with a small purchase with outstanding service, then turn around a week later and not be able to get anyone to help you with a $400 purchase.I shop here about once a month.I wanted to update this from 2 years ago. Over the last 2 years the service has been about the same. Ive never been in the store when theres more customers than employees, however the employees are usually busy talking to one another. You get about the same service you would at Walmart with twice as many people working.
Person up front greeting me was rude and seemed like she did not want to be there. Covid 19 is forcing me to buy online, if I cant check out the products in person when I have time to do so, then not going to buy from best buy and will shop around for better deals. Just lost an easy $300-400 purchase.
I went in to look at TVs, and of course I found one that was over 80 and fell in love with it...but my entertainment center will only hold up to a 43. I browsed around, not pestered by salespeople, which was spectacular. When I finally made my choice, an employee helped me to get it and took it up front for me. The whole process was easy, quick, smooth, and hassle-free.
I needed a router but didnt know anything about them. So I went to Best Buy for help with a purchase. The salesman asked me several questions which narrowed it down to what I needed. I left with my purchase. The whole process was much easier than going elsewhere & guessing for myself.
Staff helpful and courteous. Found a good deal on their website, went to store, found item in back corner of store for twice the price. At least they matched it. Had it pulled up on my phone to show them. Never just walk in and buy anything without checking online first. They get 4 stars for staff and convenience. Lose a star for trying to sell a $60 item for $120.
The girl with braided hair at customer service was one of the worst i have ever dealt with. Everyone else seemed to want to help, but she made it abundantly clear that she didnt have time to assist me with an issue that was the fault of Best Buy in the first place. I was guaranteed an order would be delivered within two days. Two weeks later i recieved it. No problem there, things happen. My issue is with this store having a terribly rude associate as a customer service representative. Best Buy in WR, GA i suggest you take notice of who you have representing your store.
I feel the gentleman in the cell phone department. Helped me make an informed decision. Concerning my next cell phone purchase ! Also upon entering the store the greeter was very helpful in showing me a cable. That would help me operate my GPS in dash with-out problem. I feel overall this store has made a 100% improvement over the last 3 times I was in this particular Best Buy of Warner Robins.
This review is for the best buy credit card team. I attempted to purchase a TV today. I tried to use my Best Buy credit card, a card Ive had for almost 20 years and has a zero ballance. And the purchase somehow got flagged for fraud. The employee helping me had to call someone, and after talking to him for 5 minutes gives the phone to me.The guy asked for my name 4 times before he told me who he even was. He told me I couldnt proceed without information that was located on my paper bill...... ....... Im in the store, sorry I dont have my bill with me. I handed the phone back after a few minutes and told the guy to just forget about it.Then they locked my card down.Ive honestly never been treated this way by a company. I just got done closing the account, I guess Amazon will get all of my electronics business from now on.
Best Buy in Warner Robins GA has the worst Geek Squad. I took my brand new updated Apple MacBook in to have my data transferred from my old one. After there for 6 hours I was told they couldn’t do it due to the new computer needing an upgrade. CRAZY! The new one was updated the night before. They wanted to charge me another $99 for this simple push of a button upgrade. I was told that most people were not smart enough to do this. After I refused I told them I would take my computers home and please refund my initial $99 because device was not rendered. I was told it was non refundable due to the rain a diagnostic check. I didn’t ask for that I asked for data transfer. Bobby the Supervisor was no help at all. DO NOT ASK THESE GERKS FOR NOTHING!
Service sucks here. There are several Best Buy employees standing around running their mouths while 2 employees are the only ones helping people get what they need. This is the 2nd time weve tried to get a phone here and after waiting forever!!! They dont have it even though online it says they do. Save your money and spend it elsewhere. Order online youll probably get it quicker and without the hassle. Best buy sucks!
Anything electronic I ever need is available here at Best Buy. The sales staff are always willing and eager to help me no matter if its simply a product question, comparison info, or for helping me to choose the product best suited for my needs. Theyre not high pressure and are quite knowledgeable which makes purchasing or shopping a pleasurable experience.
On Saturday morning I made a 4:20pm Geek Squad appointment to drop off my wife’s Apple Watch for Apple Care service. I arrived within the 10 minute window and took a seat at the counter because another customer was being helped. During a break in that conversation I stood and gave my details. I was told I missed the appointment window and would need to reschedule. When I said I was patiently waiting in the chair while he assisted this customer I was told he didn’t see me and I need to reschedule. I told him I’d take my business elsewhere and did. Apple, if you’re reading this, think twice about having GS handle Apple Care repairs. Their customer service is no match for yours.
Ordered a TV thirty minutes before closing in the parking lot because mine had died. I thought I could get it right then. I live on the other side of town and got real frustrated because it came back saying I couldn’t pick it up til the next day. Drove up to curbside pick up and Anthony went out of his way to help me get my tv!! He did not have to go those extra steps but he did. Thank you! Great employee!
The folks up at the customer service counter at this BB location are always great to interact with, every experience that Ive had with them has been a positive one. Shout out to Mr. Brandon one of the managers up there, he knows how to take care of his customers, guy should be running the place. I go out of my way to visit this BB even if the product Im looking for is cheaper and closer somewhere else, customer service is more valuable to me and excellent customer service is what I always get here. Thanks guys!
GO TO AMAZON! Worst customer service experience to date. Based on this last experience I will never return. Amazon has every item this Best Buy has. I strongly urge you consider other options before coming here.Bought a $100 item that broke almost immediately. They won’t exchange because I didn’t buy their $30 warranty. Sorry excuse for a big box store.
Black Friday shopping. Not nearly enough employees around to help or registers open. I understand what time of year it is but it happens every year. Every year retailers should be prepared and they just werent. But I would like to say thanks to the geek squad employee that went out of his way to help.
I would highly recommend that you do not use the best buy in Warner robins ga I paid for a radio and installation and got told they had too cancel my appointment due too there technician being out then they turned around and just canceled my hole order and never contacted me and its two- half months I will not be using best buy for anything else
This Best Buy employees lack the knowledge about trading in a phone when preordering the S20 Ultra. I went 2 times and still they dont know what theyre talking about. Heres my awful experience there. When you trade in a Note 10+ and preorder the S20 Ultra on the Best Buy website it values the Note 10+ at a $700 trade in value. These employees offered me $350 of trade in value for my Note 10+ which is complete BS! I felt like they were trying to screw me over but then thinking to myself they just dont know what theyre doing. I keep telling them no Best buy values my note 10+ at $700 why are you giving me $350 for my phone? The best buy employee say thats what our system says sir so thats what it is. I didnt wanna argue with these employees who lack the knowledge on this type of stuff so I didnt proceed with my preorder and left. I went to Best buy online and chatted with a random best buy employee on live chat and told them about my situation and what do you know they sided with me telling me that Im right and that theyll figure out why they are saying that. So the employee on the live chat told me to go to Macon because they talked to the employee about my situation so thats exactly what I did drove 30 mins away just to go to someone who knows what the hell they are doing. I walk in to the Macon best buy told the nice guy about the preorder and the $700 trade in value for my phone if I preorder the S20 Ultra and BOOOOOM!!! He gave it to me so so soooooo simple smart man indeed!! Now this employee at the Macon best buy knew what he was doing and I finally got my S20 Ultra preorder so Im coming back March 6th 2020 to get my new phone. Thanks a million to Macon best buy for knowing their stuff as for you Warner Robins best buy I expect way more because I had the exact same problem with you guys when the note 10+ was released and one out of all your employees knew what I was talking about and he gave me my $600 trade in value for my note 9 for getting the note 10+ . I hope this helps out other people who may be going through the same thing like I am. DO NOT get screwed over just because these employees at the Warner Robins best buy lack the knowledge on phones.
I love Best Buy! This is my home store. I have purchased a lap top, cell phone, refrigerator, t.v., and microwave from here all on separate occasions. I have always been satisfied with the customer service, product quality, price, selection, and warranty available. I recommend them to any of my friends/family wanting to purchase an electronic.
I just had the worst customer service ever. I went to buy an Apple Watch because they were on sale. I waited for the two sales associates in that area while they both talked to the same person who didnt appear to be a buying customer. One finally looked up and asked if I needed help. I told him what I wanted and asked what colors they had. He asked what color I wanted. I then mentioned the sale price and he told me that wasnt on sale. I told him the Macon store said it was. He then looked at the other associate who told him it was on sale. He went to get it and rang it up - never asking if I preferred bonus cash back or 6 months no interest. I asked if it had 6 months no interest and he said yes. After we paid, he put it in a bag, handed it to me and as we were walking away said thanks, hope you enjoy your watch. If it hadnt been on sale I would have walked out and bought it somewhere else. I was made to feel my $300+ purchase was not worth his time.
The crappiest experience. The sales associate wouldnt sell me a laptop that was already in the store, said I had to buy it online. I buy it online, it is shipped to me, had it for 4 days and the hard drive is bad. They send it to the manufacturer and it takes longer than expected to get back. Im fine with it as long as it works. It gets back to me and it still doesnt work. If its this much trouble, Id rather just use my desktop computer. I try to return it, its out of return policy, even though I had it for 4 days, so I had to exchange it and pay the difference. Thats fine but they overcharge me. After trying to work with them and their bull crap policies, on a laptop that didnt even work, Im never going back to them or any branch. They should be happy to make a profit and theyll probably try to sell that laptop to someone else. Good luck.
Best Buy took a page out of Walmarts book and moved everything around since last time I was here. I cant tell if its for better or worse yet, just different (for differents sake?) Lots of friendly help was offered so I could get to whichever section I wanted, and prices were pleasantly found to be competitive. Overall a good experience.
Always service with a smile. The staff is usually knowledgeable about their products (at least features) though occasionally youll run into someone who clearly doesnt have a clue. But even they are eager to find the answers to your questions. For a national electronics retailer theyre pricing is in line with all the others. And over the last 10 years theyve truly evolved into more than just a place you buy a TV at. With the addition of the Geek Squad and the various services offered through them, its become much more than just an electronics retailer.Of course as mentioned before youll run into a staff member who just doesnt know much, even in the Geek Squad.... but again, if they dont know - theyll get you the correct answers. And as far as buying electronics... I ALWAYS use this rule; NEVER BUY YOUR ELECTRONICS AT THE SAME PLACE YOU CAN BUY GROCERIES AND UNDERWEAR!!....Words to live by.
I visited the Warner Robins Best Buy this week in hopes of purchasing 2 Google pixel XL. I was excited to see that they were in fact available for purchase,as I do not like to finance my phones. Unfortunately my experience was so demeaning and deterring that I ended up ordering them directly from google instead. I had high hopes that I would be able to get them in time for Christmas for my wife and I, but they will not be arriving until the following week. I spoke with a sales representative named Ar’monie who clearly did not feel that my being there was worth her time. I was taken aback by the initial interaction; however, since I really wanted the phones, I ignored her attitude. She added to the tail end of the conversation that I would be charged a restocking fee if I was wrong and had to return the phones. The assumption that you have when you walk into a store like this is that you will be serviced by people that have expert knowledge and are proficient in what they do. I knew from researching on my own that I could in fact use these phones with my carrier, but she made me completely question my own research. This representative was disrespectful and unqualified to be of any assistance to anyone who walks through the door. Every effort that I made to clarify the ins and out of purchasing these phones and having them unlocked was met with unverified guesses. Her exact remark to me when I asked to speak with a manager was, “if you want to know something about phones, I know phones.” Afterwards, I walked around for a bit and delivered the news to my wife that we would not be getting the phones. During that time I was approached by the girl. It turns out that I was completely right and that I very well could have purchased the phones and used them on my current plan with T-Mobile. Because of this experience, I will not spend a single dime at this Best Buy ever again. I was willing to shop here purely because of the convenience of getting my phones right away. I understand that people have bad days, but with about 20-30 people working the floors at once, you can afford to give one person the day off if they are not up to the challenge of maintaining customer service standards.
First of all Ive read some of the reviews written by other customers who say they have had a bad experience at the Best Buy Store they were at. Couldnt agree with any. My experience with the Best Buy Store here in Warner Robins, GA has always been top notch. Couldnt ask for a better group of sales people to work with. Always around for me for any questions I had on certain electronics, etc. Very knowledgeable on the products. If they didnt know the answer they found someone who knew it.Very helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. Super people to work with.
Never realize how much I appreciate it when the workers smile and greet you until I go to this store. The inventorys not usually all that great and with the exception of the cashier on this particular day, the workers are pretty aloof. Those things combined, I prefer the Macon location.
For the longest time, this Best Buy was missing several key technology areas. Now it has what most Best Buys have had and it isnt a problem. I do find that the employees are following me around quite often. They may be concerned about theft, but how can I determine whether I want something or not without testing out the products in the store? Overall, this store is OK.
I am ambulatory and I found myself standing in a line with only 1 cashier who was tied up by a customer. A second cashier arrived and was promptly tied up by another customer. A third cashier arrived and was quickly bogged down by another customer. After about 25 minutes in line I finally was waited on. Not a good experience
One of the few Best Buy’s left locally. I purchased a display model TV and they did an excellent job preparing and helping me load the TV. The staff on hand was pushy about all the extras they “offered”, overall a very pleasant buying experience, which is rain in a world where retail stores are struggling to stay a float.
I was just now in this BB. I was there for about 30 minutes. I walked by at least 10 or more employees. Not one of them greeted me or asked if they could help. Two in computers were laughing while watching something on their cellphones. 3 others were engaged in their on conversation. A few seemed to avoid me. I found what I needed myself. The cashier was away getting sodas to fill the void next to her. I have always enjoyed BB, but I hope management sees this and does some more customer service training. If this was my business I would be very upset knowing just one customer was left like this.
Since the demise of Sears we decided to go with Best Buy to replace our washer and dryer. It was a great choice! The salespersons were knowledgable of their products and very helpful. They even helped us score a discount on an open box for the washer. Delivery was right on time and installed/balanced our washer/dryer in no time. The installer even called back the next day to see if everything was still OK. I will definitely go back for future upgrades throughout the house.
Every time I go to best buy I feel like im playing where is Waldo. Numerous sales associates passed me without asking if I needed help. When I finally flagged one down instead of taking me to the product I wanted the sales associate just pointed me to the general area. If there was a good alternative to best buy I would use it.
Had a super visit at BestBuy today! The wireless Samsung representative was very knowledgeable and kindly helped me get my mobile wireless set up properly. Then I ventured into laptops and tablets the representatives there took time to explain info I needed to know about the technology and product information. When I decide on a model I will make sure he is credited with those sales.
This Best Buy just keeps getting worse. Came in from out of town and needed some help looking for a product. They acted like helping a customer was such a burden to them. Ive only been here twice but Ill never come back. So rude. The only nice person was the female greeting people at the door. Should probably hire people who want to work there and help their customers.

2022-03-19I went a few days ago looking for a better computer for work. I am so happy with my purchase. Thank you Mr. Sammy for all of your help, patience and kindness. I bought a new Chromebook and I am so happy that had exactly what I needed and wanted. The store was clean, well organized and inviting. Every employee I walked past had positive vibe. They all asked if I needed any assistance and when I did it was immediate. The product knowledge and service was outstanding. I had the pleasure of meeting the manager. She was the first face I saw walking in and last one walking out. She set the standard and the rest of the staff were right beside her. Great service team.

2022-03-19I have had nothing but disrespect arrogance from many other Best buys. But this one I believe all of the best buys need to send their people here to learn how to deal with people especially the technologically challenged like myself. At this Best Buy they were very respectful very helpful and I had a laptop that my power supply broke and I wanted to find out if the pin in the laptop was still good they tested it for me to make sure it was good before I bought another power supply. The other Best buys I have dealt with would have never have done that it would have been well buy it and find out and then if it isnt working bring it in and well repair it at cost to You. But this Best Buy was not like that they were more than happy to test it to make sure it would begin to charge to where I wasnt buying a power supply that wouldnt do me any good because the pin in the laptop wasnt good. And they were quick to get back to me as far as if I can park my 18-wheeler on premises to go into the store they were very obliging very helpful and very respectful my hat goes off to this store. If I could give them a hundred Stars I would.

2022-02-04I usually have a difficult time getting an associate to assist me at Best Buy. Im guessing everyone is busy helping other customers. So, I go in with the expectation of having to wait. But not today! Today I received prompt and excellent service from Jonathan. He spotted me from across the store and came right over to assist me with my questions/ concerns. I was torn between making the purchase from Best Buy or making the purchase from another store. After speaking with Jonathan, I went with Best Buy. Thank you, Sir, for sealing the deal!!

2022-06-20I am a loyal Best Buy customer for over 10 years and I was at this location to buy an appliance for a family member and I did not get the same high-quality Best Buy experience that I usually experience. The appliance that I wanted was on display and showing available, not listed as sold out however when I went to go purchase it at the counter then I was told it wasn’t available and sold out I chose a secondary option and although I believe there should be some level of customer reconciliation when it comes to not providing a product that you have listed as available, that was not done as well as the I believe Manager failed to schedule my disposal of my existing appliance. Just not my typical Best Buy experience overall.

2022-04-29It was about 330pm 04/29/22. didnt get his name, nor his team members but... you all have some stellar employees. My wife and I were shopping, heard an irate customer yelling at the young man at the the door about an item, and I mean... yelling. He didnt flinch or give back what he was receiving, he was the very definition of professionalism. The rest of the best buy team swooped in and assisted this over the top angry customer and I have to say, the professionalism that was displayed was far beyond their years and few and far between would you find such quality employees. I may not have bought anything today, but I guarantee I will be back to buy something. Plus... I want to steal your employees lol, you cant be selfish and keep them to yourselves! Best Buy, whoever is doing your hiring and training, hold onto them like a coat in winter.

2022-07-01Super helpful employees and the store is clean and organized. But I cannot stand the new way of entering the store. You can to check in with the person at the desk, who points you in the right direction. The help is nice but I want to walk into the store and not have to wait in line to walk in. Furthermore, how bad is your store layout and design to require someone to stand at the door to tell people where to go?! Terrible design. Wont go here unless its my last option and I need something that day. Otherwise, Ill order online.

2022-05-25Went to this store 3 times to see the t-mobile representative. Either the person not there or they do not have the phone I wanted or appointments are booked up. Service at the door is ok and store inside appearance looks good. Just need to hire more technicians.

2021-06-01The reason I chose Best Buy was to replace my radio in my vehicle. After they helped me find everything I needed, they gave me options to buy additional parts without forcing me into them... In other words, they weren’t pushy. After finding the perfect radio, they did not have the install kits in stock. So, they told me if I found it, they would still honor their free install for the radios over $99 (current as of review). After all was said and done, the radio was installed, I was treated well throughout the process AND my wallet was spared a great expense since they had some killer deals to work with. All in all, great experience!

2022-04-19Best buy has been giving me the run-around for the past month. I pre ordered a phone from them I even got geek squad. When the phone started glitching 6 months later I made an appointment to get it fixed, they sent me to another best buy 1 hour away because they didnt have the right people to gix my phone.. I made an appointment at this other location, then they said they couldnt help me either. I called Samsung and got my phone fixed but had to pay 400 because I didnt have their protection plan. When I received my phone back in perfect condition I asked to trade it in and they said NO. So I wasted 3 weeks in between appointments to get nowhere and now I cant even trade in my phone that I bought from them.
