Best Bike Shop in Atlanta! I have been getting my running shoes from Big Peach for a while and if you need help with shoes, they are 100% the only place to go. The know and care more than anyone else. NOW, they sell bikes and consistent with their approach to selling the right shoe for each customer, they sell the bikes in the same manner. They have the experience, product knowledge and equipment for all levels of rider. In an age where customer service is (sadly) declining, the Big Peach team moving in the opposite direction. They have gone out of their way for me with athletic shoes and now, for my biking interests/needs. Purchasing a bike is a big deal, so make the right choice. Dont be tempted by discount deals offered by big box stores. You may save a few bucks but you wont get whats right for you, and I have certainly made that mistake in the past. Go see Colby and his team and you will be as thrilled as I am.
The store is spacious and easily browsed. The staff are incredibly helpful but also willing to leave you to look on your own if you want to.They categorize the shoes both by activity but also by cushioning and stability.I love shopping at Big Peach and this location has a good bit of space.
A HUGE thank you to Jason!! We were in town for the weekend and I needed help planning a 19 mile run in an unfamiliar city. Jason was so helpful! I wish we could have stopped by the store but time was not on our side- i definitely will next time we are in town!!

Shout out to Nick! He is an amazing associate. He took the time needed for me to find the right running shoes when I had no idea what I was looking for. I definitely made the right decision coming to this store instead of winging it online! There was no pressure to buy the highest shoe in the store, he just wanted me to find the perfect fit. Three weeks into my running, I know I picked the right shoes.

Grant is one of the best consultants I’ve ever worked with. I don’t know what I was expecting from a running store and buying running shoes, but I have never had as pleasant of a shopping experience as I did there. My friend Googled Big Peach Running Co Brookhaven because I was in town and really needed a pair of running shoes after starting running and realized I just didn’t have the right shoes. I just needed somewhere that would measure my foot, I got so much more. When I entered the store I was immediately greeted by Grant. He was very positive, upbeat, fun, witty, knowledgeable, and informative. He not only answered our questions, but give us the why behind his answers. The used laser and infrared technology to measure your feet and pressure points, then recommend shoes, let you run in them and record it. After that they give you immediate feedback and make more informed recommendations. My friend and I were helped for also most 2 hours, they decided to get shoes also, well after close, and I didn’t even notice it. At the end Grant could have told me my shoes cost $10,000 and I still would have bought them, because not only are the shoes perfect for me, but because of the value he built with me, and the service. Hands down 10/10 would, and will buy again.
Ive come here several times for new running shoes. The staff is very knowledgable and helpful. If they dont have the shoe you want in your size, they often can get it from another one of their locations for no additional charge. They also have quality activewear and and hydration supplies for athletes.
Their quality of service, expertise, and inventory are invaluable. I accomplished more in 15 minutes than I did in two evenings of websites & reviews. Ive been running seriously for a little over 6 months and it came time to find a new neutral road running shoe. They helped me through a variety of shoes, some that I hadnt considered, and come to a comfortable conclusion. I really appreciated their knowledge and recommendations specific to me. They also helped me plan for hydration and nutrition during my upcoming race.
I was incredibly disappointed after my experience at Big Peach. I came in looking for an analysis on my running and shoe recommendations, and the store representative just watched me jog maybe 20 feet. They did not even use treadmill that was available. Overall it felt very rushed and incredibly unhelpful, especially for a specialty running store. I definitely would not recommend this branch if you are looking for a good customer experience.

I got a pair of shoes from Big peach running co. At Brookhaven, and I must say I’m very pleased with my purchase and their customer service. That was the second time we purchased a pair of shoes in this location. It was last year, sometime in June/July, I feel bad as For not remember the name of the tall gentleman who helped me, but he was so patient and helped me to find my perfect shoes. I tried some 5 to 6 pairs before my final purchase. I have plantar fasciitis and my podiatrist asked to get me a neutral shoe to insert the orthotic soles he gave me. I’m so thankful to the associate who helped me in my purchase. I will go back and recommend the store to my friends as well.
The expertise of the staff at Big Peach Running in Towne Centre is impressive. I was ready to give up on finding walking shoes that fit (both feet) but the staff was unrelenting in their efforts. I had this awesome guy named Tony who helped me find shoes for an upcoming race that I’ll be in, and the guy’s knowledge and customer service were out of this world.As someone who’s new to running, has had shin splints, and had no clue what to get, he helped me make a decision from start to finish and didn’t try to sell me super expensive shoes or anything I didn’t need. I’d highly recommend going here!
Tyler did an awesome job fitting me into the best running shoes Ive worn. I wear a double x-wide and have always had a tremendous amount of trouble finding shoes that fit. I was pleasantly surprised to find that they had a wide selection and Tyler fit me into a pair that address some of the over prontation that I suffer from. Prices were also competitive with online.
Big Peach has been my go to running store since I started running in 2010. They have several locations and although this one moved from further down Peachtree into Town Brookhaven, I feel like this is home base for me.I have been here numerous times for all sorts of different activities. But no matter what is going on or who is helping you, everyone is extremely friendly.If you want to start running Big Peach is the place to go. They will get you fitted for some shoes and I was very surprised to learn things about my running style and sneaker needs that I did not know before. They will set you up and then let you try different shoes that fit your needs. You can even run outside for a bit to try them out. They want you to make an informed purchase. At Big Peach you can buy sneakers, clothes, nutrition goodies, recovery items, you name it if you need it they will have it. You can also sign up for races, one of their run groups or go online and sign up for some clinics. The clinics are free and often very helpful. They have a Good Form running clinic that is very beneficial.Customer service is top notch. The staff is knowledgeable and very helpful. The manager at this location is Dave and if you have any problems he steps up to help out. Check out Big Peach, they have several locations around Atlanta and a great online presence.

The customer service here is awesome! The staff is friendly and helpful. You can tell they really care about your experience. This is rare to find. Their return policy is great and they honor it. I would recommend Big Peach to anyone!
It was a decent experience and the staff member was knowledgeable, but the main reason came here was because Ive never bought an expensive pair of running shoes before and wanted to see what kind of improvement it would do for my pronation (or if I even have pronation), etc.Unfortunately, for whatever reason, they did not use the video or treadmill to analyze my feet. It was just the guy squatting and telling me how my feet are landing. I actually went to the Nike store a week or so prior to coming here, but their treadmill wasnt working so they asked me to come back later. I wanted shoes so I came to Big Peach.. Ill be calling ahead to Nike next time and just using their services..

Hate to be negative, but after buying my first pair of Hoka running shoes, I took them back after 5 mo. When soles & upper part of both shoes began to separate. ( Focus was on this not sokw wear( Friends said theyd take them back, Big Peach is great. I was not expecting that. Took them in spoke with sales person (Kate,)who noted they were really worn and asked how many miles were on them & what sort of surface? I got the impression I was trying to be a cheat and should be satisfied with my $130. Shoes coming apart. So I left after telling the sales person I would post my disappointment. As I turned to leave she then breathed heavily & said ok I ll get you another pair. By then I felt played and left. Maybe people walk in too often & complain? Im just used to a shoe lasting longer and being treated better from the beginning. Dont shamed customers.
The wife and I were grabbing a bite over in Brookhaven at Olde Blind Dog and noticed this store on our way toward the Pubs front door. I looked down at my Oofos (brand of flip-flops) and realized I was way overdue for a new pair. The Staff was quite helpful, professional and polite. The wife & I both picked up a new pair. So glad Big Peach Running Company carries the Oofo brand (the only flip-flops well wear)!

This is my fourth pair of Mizuno running sneakers but I purchase there last week when I went to buy the 50th Peachtree Road Race Edition sneaker they didnt have my size they were so accommodating, they called other stores to see if they had my size and they did so I paid in advance and then they called me when my shoes were at their store this was really nice.

2022-08-20Might be a good place if you already know what shoe you need, but I wouldnt recommend them if you dont. Id only been walking on the pair they recommended for a day before I knew something was off. Walked into the other shoe store thats commonly recommended as having knowledgeable fitters with them on, and my salesperson immediately recognized they were both too small, and not the right shoe for the insoles I was wearing (which I also used while trying on the shoe at Big Peach). The salespersons words were, Youre going to hurt yourself in those shoes, and I definitely agree. My knees were giving me problems in just a couple days of walking.3 stars instead of 2 because at least they were very pleasant to work with getting the shoe returned.

2022-08-17I would just like to give a shoutout to Brandon. I went in today thinking I knew exactly what bike I wanted, and for the first time - a sales person told me NO! It was refreshing to hear as normally I would have just been another dollar bill for a company. Brandon took the time to understand what kind of ride I wanted and the type of bike I needed. After test riding a few I was enlightened to see that I needed something completely different than what I thought. It is hard to find people who actually care, and this store certainly has a way of finding employees that do! I will be back for sure!

2022-06-24My wife and I went in last week and bought a couple of bikes and accessories. The store is great and the people are awesome! They are extremely patient and knowledgeable and helped us select the right bikes for my wife and I. We didn’t have a bike carrier and they were kind enough to deliver our bikes home as well. Loved the experience and would definitely recommend!

2022-07-02What a great experiece I had today at Big Peach. Brandon and Colby were so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I got to test drive my bike and get full instructions on all its features. They also helped me with accessories and other basics I needed to ride safe. If you are looking for a bike please do yourself a favor and stop by.

2022-08-14I came in to drop $200 or more on running shoes. No acknowledgment - not even eye contact. I looked at the shoes on display, then sat on a fitting bench. Still no one noticed me. All the salespeople were chatting about running routes, where they went to school, where they lived, yak, yak, yak - all after the sale. So after 15 minutes I walked out. How about “we’ll be with you shortly”. I think it’s a demographic issue. I will find another store.

2022-07-30I’m a 5000+ mile per year cyclist and I have had my bike serviced by most of the bike shops in the area (Atlanta Cycling – Vinings, Bike Doctor, Peachtree Bikes, ect). I was initially skeptical of getting my bike serviced by a store that doesn’t specialize in bikes however, Big Peach has done great job. The lead mechanic, Colby, has serviced my bike several times for both minor and more complex issues and I’ve been extremely satisfied with the work he and his bike team have conducted.

2021-11-30Great bike shop with great service! We live in Virginia, but when we visit Atlanta one of our “must visit” places is Big Peach where we have purchased running and exercise clothes. So we were thrilled when they opened a bike shop and went there as a first stop to purchase a new bike. My old one was 22 years old so I definitely needed a new one. I cannot say enough good things about how helpful the staff at the shop were. I chose a Flourish bike. Haylen gladly answered all of my questions, let me do a test ride on two different sizes, and watched me so he could help me decide on size. Then Colby took the time to transfer the gadgets from my old bike to my new one, so it was ready to ride the moment we left the store. Thanks to both of them! We’ll be back!

2021-07-08They did a great job of observing my gait on the treadmill. As a result, I got a really good pair of stability shoes. I wish they had Allyson Felix shoes so I could give them a try. My feet feel soooooo much better!!!!
