The service at Big Peach was excellent. David spent over 1 hr with me analyzing my stride (and even correcting it a bit) and matching me with a perfect shoe. Well worth the $200 I just dropped on shoes and socks.
This place is incredible. Chris specifically was such an amazing associate. He was extremely nice, knowledgeable and patient. I’ve had horrible foot pain for weeks and after Chris worked with me we found the perfect pair and my foot pain is completely gone, I know it sounds cheesy but it’s 100 percent true. I’ll never buy shoes from anywhere but Big peach running co. You rock Chris!

This place was specifically recommended by my orthopedist, and Im so glad I followed his advice to get a fitting done here! The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable - I was helped by Nathan, who gave such clear and thorough explanations throughout the process! I waited a few months to post this review to really see how the shoes held up; theyve continued to be a perfect fit, and I never would have found them on my own! Will definitely come back here for my future needs!
Chris is the best! He helped me and my husband each get shoes. Hes very patient, attentive, and knowledgeable. Neither my husband or I knew what we wanted when we came in, but we left happy with new shoes. We never felt rushed in any way or pushed to make decisions. Thank you so much to Chris and the team!
Jordan and Genny were amazing! I worked one on one with Jordan and she provided me with excellent service. She is supper friendly and knowledgeable! She brought me multiple pairs of shoes in three different brands. I didn’t even know that I needed to go up a half size but she assisted me with everything and even stayed late to do so. I bought running tennis shoes there that were perfect for qork i put shoes through. I am without a reliable address now so i cannot order more. I wore those shoes like they were part of my feet. They never let me down. My spending was about $200.. It was worth it.

This was my first time coming here and it was truly an experience. I was having trouble with finding the right pair of running shoes for me and Lucas really hooked me up. He explained to me the difference between shoe brands and fits and was patient with my process of selection. He was also very good at mulitasking. Not only was he able to help the customers in the store, he was able to answer the numerous phone calls coming in. Will definitely make this my one stop shop when it comes to all my running needs.
Big Peach service is always a home run no matter what store I visit. I popped in today during my lunch break and was in a huge hurry, the younger gentlemen on the floor and woman (who seemed like the manager,) in a visor were so helpful! So sorry your names slipped my mind but you were both great. Got the newest nimbus trainers and was in and out in under fifteen minutes 🥰
Absolutely fantastic customer service! They really know what is wrong with your feet just by looking at them, your shoes, and how you walk. They also donate your old shoes, if you are willing. They have training programs, group runs, and etc. It was an amazing experience and I will definitely be going back again.
Hands down best running company/retail in ATL! I did a virtual visit and same day picked up a new pair of Brooks Glycerin. Dave went above and beyond to ensure the shoes I picked fit my needs. Good place to spend a lot of money on running gear. Prices pretty competitive with online retailers so may as well support local business and make a new friend or two! Staff are very knowledgeable and runners themselves so any problems you may be facing while running, they have some advice for it!Update 10/10/2017: Still 5 Stars. Ive had friends complain they needed new running shoes or didnt like theirs and I told them I knew just the place. Ive brought them all here and every time the staff have been top notch. They all got fitted exceptionally well; they all love their shoes! Dont hesitate to shop here!

I ran my first half marathon last week and i got my shoes from here. I highly recommend this chain for any serious runners. They are extremely friendly, patient and helpful. The shoes are very expensive so I could only afford the ones that were on sale. But they are very flexible with their return policy.

I had seen/heard of Big Peach Running through the Peachtree Road Race & their podcast. I was in need of a good shoe fitting - I started back running & bought some running shoes just off the rack at a generic store. My other shoes are wearing out & I wasnt sure of the fit. So I thought Id give Big Peach a chance. I met Jeff who asked me several questions about my running experience & he looked at my shoes. He told me that they still had some miles left in them, but he saw at least one issue with the heel. He measured my feet, scanned them, and then brought out a basic shoe and watched me run. He explained what he saw/noticed with my feet & what needed to change with my shoes. He brought out several pairs of shoes for me to try; he watched me run & listened to my feedback. I feel very comfortable in my new running shoes and cant wait to get out tomorrow for a run! I would recommend Big Peach Running for runners who need some guidance & some honest feedback.
We have been running as a family this summer, and our daughters have been complaining about foot pain, so as Big Peach Running had helped both my husband and I find shoes that fit, we decided to take them to get their own fitted shoes.Now, if you have ever shopped with a 10 and 13 year old girl, you know EXACTLY how long buying high-end sneakers takes. Zach, our sales guy, was incredibly patient and helpful with our girls. Very happy we chose to do it!

Ive only been here for volunteer events held by Atlanta Track Club, so I had very small contact with the staff. But I saw them as friendly bunch of people always smiling and helping others. They have a good collection of sports wear. Bit expensive for my taste. They will however help you to pick your best running shoe by observing your running style/stride. Theres a discount for GATech students I think.
The running store Ive been coming to over the past few years to get my gate analysis, new running shoes and energy gels/bars.Great try and return policy if the shoes arent working for the distance you run.Highly recommended!
Awesome customer experience when I came in a few weeks ago to buy my new running shoes. I spent over an hour in the store and didnt feel rushed whatsoever. Ive gone back to the store for some of the group runs that they lead and theyre a lot of fun! Big Peach is definitely the heart of the running community here in Atlanta
Lovely staff here. Spent the time to analyze my movement to fit me with the perfect shoe. Tried several options to find the best one. Its worth it to pay a little more to support local businesses and get fitted with a shoe that wont injure you!
Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Clothing selection was a little sparse, but plenty of nutritional products and injury prevention/treatment products. Pretty comprehensive shoe wall. I was not purchasing shoes, but over heard them helping another customer and they seemed focused on matchungvher with the tightvshoe. They also have a group run that is open to even tourists.

Great advice and all freedom to test & try. I tend to stick to brands I know, but their advice made me try a different brand (I was looking for a suitable shoe for more speed oriented training). Their was no pressure, you still get all the freedom to try and decide on your own. But a couple of months later I can say their adviced shoe was spot on what I was looking for.

Called ahead to verify my shoes were in stock. Got there, asked for them, the nice lady brought them and I tried them on to make sure they were a good fit. Paid and left. Absolutely painless and such a relief for an experienced runner who knows what they want and doesnt want to be bombarded with sales pitches.
I went to Big Peach for the footwear fitting process. I learned a lot about how I run, what weaknesses I may have, and what I should be looking for in my footwear. Overall very pleasant experience and I look forward to returning to purchase my new shoes.
These guys and gals are pros, love what they do, and it shows! They use state of the art equipment to scan your foot for size and balance, analyze your running stride to see if or how much you pronate (you get to watch that in slo-mo video and see for yourself!), and then take all the time needed to pick out the best shoe for your needs. I highly recommend this place if you need running shoes. They also do running clinics, and are a great resource for connecting with the running community.

We and some of our law practice clients and friends use this store as one their principle running supplies stores, because of their staffs commitment and support to help active people make the right choices and perform at their best. This group of runners and advisors practice what they preach. The Atlanta Track Club uses their store as a place for at least one of their main race registration and bib pick up locations. We recommend runners to visit this store and see what they have to offer.

I have been wearing the wrong running and footwear for way to long. I walked into this store this morning and the customer service and just all around service from Matt.
Weaved and bobbed traffic along Peachtree to get there on a Saturday. Parking was a little tight. Got the last spot. Got inside to find them very busy. Not a lot of inventory selection for Womens. Good store but left empty handed. Will try another time.
If you live in Atlanta and love to run, this is the store for you! They have a wide variety of running/walking gear, nutrition, apparel, and of course, shoes, and the staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful.
The staff is so friendly! Decent selection of running shoes and they will give you a fitting if needed.
Disrespectful neighbors. They schedule events on Saturday mornings for their running groups and turn the parking lot between 4 buildings where people live eat and sleep into chanting and screaming training grounds before 8am waking everyone up irreversibly with chanting that lasts for 20+ minutes. I will not support a business that tries to build community at the cost of the community around them. They dont answer the phone when you call to politely request a volume down.
Big Peach midtown is one of my favorite running stores excellent customer service quality shoe selection awesome staff and I join them on Tuesday evening group runs which typically is around midtown Atlanta

Roadrunner sports in Buckhead is a much better store. Never been a huge fan of Big Peaches, but this one was limited in selection and no custom insole machine.

Very rude cashier (male- short military hair cut-- brown military issued eyeglasses). I inquired about using the showers inside the bathrooms after running the Publix Georgia Marathon and he asked me why would I need to use them in a nasty tone. I left the store before saying anything ugly back.

2022-05-24I’m on my feet for several hours a day at work and needed a comfortable, supportive shoe. My podiatrist recommend Big Peach. First experience at a specialty shoe store and I was blown away at their knowledge and patience while helping me find the right show for me. It took a few trips and trial and error but I landed on a pair of Nike. Never paid $160 for “sneakers” lol, but they felt great. Unfortunately, 4 months in and the shoes are falling apart. But just the right shoe. I called and was told there was nothing they could do. Not a negative reflection on Big Peach, but these shoes become really, really expensive if I have to replace them 4x per year. I would have preferred a shoe that holds up better.

2022-07-01I have bought many pairs of shoes here over the years - and referred several friends who needed new running shoes. These guys are super knowledgeable and will spend however long you need to help you find the right shoe. They also have great customer service; my most recent pair of New Balances wasn’t holding up like I would expect 2 months after I bought them, and Big Peach swapped them out for me, no questions asked. You won’t get that kind of service at a big box store. Highly recommend this place!

2022-07-03Mackenna was so helpful! I came in with a vague idea of the type of shoe I wanted. I have used several brands in the past and had a plantar issue pop up after a switch to a new pair several months ago. She was so patient with allowing me to try on several different shoes. Even when I found one I liked, she asked if I wanted her to pull some similar shoes from different brands to compare. I’m glad she offered because the one I left with was one of the last ones she pulled. She was so patient with me and understanding. I did not feel rushed or pressured. She also shared that she is a long distance runner too, so she spoke from her own experience. Every time I go to Big Peach, I am impressed by their staff! Great place to get running gear!

2021-11-27It can be very challenging and stressful shopping for size L and XL or size 12/14 in athletic shops. Especially when most of the sizes in the store are a S or M. I understand: most people who run are small for a reason.Genny saw my need to purchase warm clothes for my body shape/size and jumped in like a best friend would. NO judgement and just trying to help me find clothes for me. I really appreciate this level of customer service.

2018-08-17I am what you can call an absolute nightmare of a customer! I went in thrice spending an hour or more each time! I was extremely indecisive, but they worked with me to help me find the perfect pair for my giant legs! And they were also very open about their return policy! I dont think I will be utilizing that though! I am in super love with the product! If you are in the same boat as I were I would highly recommend Big Peach Running Co! And they are also an amazing community who promote running by doing events thrice every week! I wish I knew the names of the three gentle souls that helped me during my visits! Few of the best human being I have ever met!
