I dont like making decisions. I also dont like shopping. I dont want to be an expert in running shoes. So, I appreciated that the sales person just narrowed it down to 4 options for me. I just chose one and left feeling like I got the right thing because he was pretty methodical on his selection; with the measuring and testing and the asking questions. I tried the shoes out today on a run and they were much better than the ones I picked out myself last year. Super happy with everything because it was easy, good, fast, and painless. Ty

I am not particularly knowledgeable about the technical aspects of running shoes, so I did some basic research before going there. The Big Peach sales associate quickly made me feel like an idiot. As it turns out, the pair that they sold me was not the right choice for my needs (based on later feedback from the manufacturer),
Great experience today! I have shopped at the East Cobb location in the past but it had been a few years, so I decided to swing by to get myself a new pair of shoes for running season. They were extremely helpful in explaining the process, how to pick the perfect pair of shoes, and what to look for. Now Im looking forward to my first run in my new Saucony!
The place was very clean and the staff was very knowledgeable. Karen was very nice and brought out a variety of different shoes to for me to walk in. The shoes they carry are expensive, but if they fit your feet right and are well made, then they are worth the money. The consultation was also free. I will be returning if I need any other shoes.
I came into Big Peach a couple weeks back to get a new pair of running shoes. The guy that helped me was extremely nice and patient. Although I knew exactly what I wanted, it was 10-15 minutes before closing and I felt he still took the time to help me thoroughly and let me try on shoes as if they had just opened. Ive worked in retail and know it can sometimes be annoying when someone comes in right before closing even though you are still technically open, especially if you dont know how long they plan to stay or if theyre aware of closing time. I made it out by 5pm and was going to regardless of whether I found shoes, but I thought it was really nice the guy that helped me didnt seem rushed or annoyed. This is my third time buying shoes from them and I will continue to go back.

Peach Running is now our go to store for shoes, I got tired of getting shoes for my teen boys and within a week, their feet were hurting because of less expensive uncomfortable shoes. We pay a little more & get shoes that actually fit. My son loves the Hoka brand & says theyre the most comfortable shoes hes ever had. Friendly & knowledgeable staff!

I love the fact that the staff is extremely knowledgeable and they actually do a review of how you walk to make sure that you get the best shoes possible.Theyre not about the money, theyre about making sure that you have comfort. I went today for the first time. I was a little nervous but Cooper came right up to me and asked to help. He did a great job helping me to find the perfect shoes. I highly recommend this place to find good shoes for walking or running and ask for Cooper, he will make the experience fun.

Wonderful experience! I am an amateur runner and Ive always just used whatever sneakers I had at home. However, when my latest pair started to wear out, I decided to visit Big Peach Kennesaw and get properly fitted. I was nervous about going because Im such a novice. Callie was so kind and helpful. She let me try on several pairs for comparison and made sure that I was 100% satisfied with the shoe I chose. She made the whole experience very comfortable! I never felt rushed or judged. The store has a ton of options for shoes, gear, nutrition, etc. I will definitely be back and will recommend this store to anyone looking for running shoes!
Cooper was so kind to me when I came into Big Peach Kennesaw. He was very helpful and very willing to attend to my needs. He brought out multiple pairs of shoes to make sure that I was okay with the fit and even helped with wearing them and adjusting them on my feet. I am super grateful for his help and for great experience at Big Peach Kennesaw.
Visited this store for the first time tonight. My son just joined the cross country team and we didnt know anything about what shoes he needed. The staff was very knowledgeable and detailed. They looked at his arches, watched him jog, and had him try 4 affordable options. They showed him how to make adjustments in the way he ties his shoes also. They asked him many questions and made sure he got the right shoes for him and my budget. They also helped him pick out some running socks (on sale) to try and explained why they would work better and last longer than normal socks. We are very happy with our experience at this store and will return next season.

Very disappointing experience. The gentlemen who helped me was polite and I was greeted and helped immediately. I was told when I was going to purchase running shoes to go to store like big peach running; that they would check how I ran and do what they could to get me in the best shoe for me. I experienced none of that. The only thing this guy did that was different than the last 20 times I’ve bout shoes (not running shoes just normal shoes) is he checked the size of my foot. I was thinking this is odd, but nice (it’s been probably 15 years since someone wouldn’t take my word on what size I was). However he even messed that up. Once I realized that he was going to put me in a size 12 I realized something was a miss and pushed my foot back to find that it wasn’t properly placed for measurements. He helped me try on two shoes , new balance and brooks. The only reason those two is because I had mentioned that I had wore new balance in past and then brooks only because I requested them. I tried one of each shoe on and that was it. I saw another person getting their gate checked and realized I was going to get no real attention. My guess is since I’m a quite large man I wasn’t taken serious as a runner and not deemed worth the time and energy. I bought my shoes and left and realized I could have went to any shoe store and gotten the same level of help. If you are a bigger runner I would stay away from this place. I’d try one of the other many running stores in the Atlanta area.UPDATE:After reading my review the manager reached out to me personally and apologized for my experience and has done everything he can to make the situation right. I will definitely give them another chance.
This store has great customer service! I got a pair of shoes a few months ago and started having problems with the shoe. The shoes were killing my feet and started to fray on one. They assisted in finding a shoe which was more comfortable and went out of their way finding an all black shoes. The return process was easy. I will continue to buy shoes from them.

Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff! They went out of their way to make sure I was buying the right pair of shoes! They videoed my gait and showed me why they recommended stability platform and when they didnt have the right size they had some brought in! This store also has all the accessories you could ever need for running and recovery! They used to carry more clothing, but what they did have was great. I would highly recommend you shop there!

They followed up with calls advising me when the shoes would arrive. Then called to let me know the shows were in the store and ready for me to come and try on. Greater than a 5 star experience!
After years of running and wearing down my old shoes, I was on the hunt for over 3.5 years to find the right shoes. Due to not having proper shoes, my feet were hurting. I’ve been researching Big Peach Running Company for about a year and finally decided to come in.The gentleman who helped me at the Kennesaw location was extremely helpful and polite. He gave me facts about the shoes and did everything the website says they do. They watch how you walk, let you try them out, and are extremely patient with letting you decided. He gave me options and they even add your second favorite shoe on file.If I had not gone in that day, I would still be pain from not having the proper shoes and I would have never known how great the company is! I will continue to purchase my running shoes from this company!!Thank you so much to all of the associates who take care of their customers!
I am severely over pronated in my feet, so I wanted to make sure the shoes I received as a gift from my husband were the right ones for my needs. I took them back to BPR to have my gate and size checked out. Sure enough, I needed a larger size and a different shoe altogether. Getting sized and trying on the shoe was super quick and easy. The same goes for the exchange process. I appreciated that the man helping me did not try to up sell me into a more expensive shoe. I highly recommend Big Peach Running!
It was very busy when I arrived and seemed to be understaffed. Despite this Zach was a great help. He was working with multiple customers at once, yet provided excellent service. He noticed that I was overpronating and fit me with a pair of Brooks.I’ve been enjoying my new shoes thus far.It is nice to visit a store that makes customer service a priority.

This store is amazing. Theyll help size you and find you the right shoe based off of your specific running style and gate. If you pronate or overpronate, no problem.They also have free group runs and it helped me hit my personal best for distance and time. Id highly recommend them any day to anyone! The owners are amazing people as well. They really care : )
Cant get over how amazing the service is. Ive had a hard time figuring out which running shoe best fits my feet. Big Peach has not only taken the time to help find the best shoe for me (3 different times now), but they have exchanged the two pairs that didnt work with absolutely no questions. Its easy to see their passion for running and helping others run happily. I will be coming back to big peach in the future when its time for a new shoe!
Very nice, professional, helpful staff. Great selection of products. They are very knowledgeable about their products, but have failed me when it comes to determine whats best for my foot problems. But overall, they are a great company that does a lot for the community.Edit: My response to Big Peach --Whenever I would exercise, especially cardio/cross training, my arches would absolutely kill me. Not just Big Peach, but doctors, PTs, coaches, and trainers as well, would all recommend different kinds of insoles and shoes and arch supports and wraps, etc. Nothing would help. I realized I was most comfortable doing things barefoot, and bought a pair of VivoBarefoot shoes - basically the bare minimum to protect my feet from the ground and give me some kind of grip. Since then, Ive had no problems!
I was very please with the service and my new shoes!! I walked into the store and thought that I saw a model posing for the shoe store but it was just the sales man. He was such a hunk with such tone and well defined legs. The sales man was so gentle and kind to me. He found the most spectacular pair of nike kicks for me that fits so well with my new pair of socks that I recently got. I believe his name was Cadmiel Velasquez. All in all I am very happy with my new shoes and meeting this incredible man.
If the tall, very slender young woman working this weekend were more pleasant towards her customers, they would be less likely to make returns. Customer service is key. Just because someone has an certain outer appearance, do not be dismissive or judgemental. Kindness and respect goes a long way. Just a thought.

Great staff. Very knowledgeable and professional. I used to run a lot in high school (18 years ago) and due to injuries had stopped. Now I am running again and wanted to make sure I was getting the right shoes for my stride. The staff (Steven) took the time to explain features and benefits of multiple brands and I left with shoes that felt great and look good too. Customer for life!
Customer service has waned as retail adjusts to the new NOW but not so at Big Peach Running. Customer service, professional advice, and exceptional quality are consistently top-shelf in their Kennesaw store.

By far the best place to buy running shoes. I started running a few years ago and my shoes were bothering me so I went here and was fitted for some shoes. I was a little off put by the prices at first but it is worth it. I have bought probably 6 or 7 pairs of shoes from here over the years and used to go to the group runs. They also do a lot for the running community, and support a lot of races. They want to make sure to get you in the right shoe and even let you take them for a short run before buying them. Also, at the group runs sometimes they have product reps there to demo stuff.
Im not a runner. I just jog casually to stay in shape, but Elijah was still so helpful finding the right shoes for me! Just got back from my first jog in my new shoes, and they feel great!
Service was great. The shoe they picked for me treated me well for a 1/2 marathon a week later. They understand running, not like regular shoe store. Go here if you need help in shoe help
First experience at a running store and the experience was top notch. Got my stride checked as well as my arch and pressure points for free. Tried on ten pairs of shoes recommended to me by the associate and was even able to run in the tester shoes outside on the pavement. No pressure. Five stars.
They are really helpful, my son started cross-country and we werent sure what type of shoes he would need. They fitted him and found what was best for his step.. They told their time and explained everything....
I love this store. Each staff member has their own unique experience with running and they arent afraid to share it with you. They fitted my feet and let me try the shoes before purchase. I got to make sure they were comfortable and my feet were not sliding around while running. I have had my shoes three years. Time for a new pair. Ill be back soon!
Took my girlfriend because her job she has to stand the whole time and she was complaining her brand new adidas hurt her feet.I find today’s shoe makers Nike, Puma adidas etc are mass produced for a “one size fits all” kind of concept.Big Peach Running Co knows this and understands that not every foot is alike. And what we do in the shoe is not the same. And how each of our feet react differently when we walk run or stand.They took her in and gave her a full foot - step and stand diagnostic! Measured her stance, stride etc.She ended up with a pair of Brooks that fit her and her needs perfectly! I asked her the next work day how they felt and she swears by them and Big Peach!!Thank you Big Peach!!!
My experience with Big Peach was phenomenal. My first time going was on a busy Saturday afternoon. The store was clean and there were plenty of saleof associates. After being fitted, I was amazed by the amount of options I had. Blair was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, he mad sure I left with a great investment.

Today was my first time in Big Peach Running and I can honestly say that I have NEVER had such a great experience!! Im suffering from plantar fasciatis and just needed a quality pair of shoes. Gabriel was so patient with me. He took the time to learn about my lifestyle and and to really determine what shoe was best for my crazy feet!! He usually works in midtown, but today he was just filling in for someone in the Kennesaw location!! I left with 2 pairs of shoes and gave Gabriel a big hug for all his help!!! Stopped in at here back in early September looking for some advice on nutrition and eating during my long runs. I wish I could remember the name of the nice fella that helped me, but I always forget names. I grabbed a few different brands and types of energy blocks and gels, and began experimenting with them during my runs. These guys were very knowledgeable and their advice helped me set a 15K PR a few weeks later!This is the go-to place for running advice, clothing, nutrition, and shoes. Their service has made me a better runner. I’m excited to join them for a group run whenever I can actually make it!

If you are a runner and haven’t been to a Big Peach, you’re doing yourself an injustice. They can film your feet as you run, determine how much support you need in a shoe, and then match you with the most beneficial option. They also have a decent selection of socks, hats, and compression gear as well.

Knowledgable staff and friendly.But DO NOT BUY Hoka shoes. I’m sure it’s a fluke but after about a month they started squeaking when I walk. Loud squeaking! Nothing I have tried will solve the problem.So today I’m buying another pair of shoes after a mere 3 months.UPDATE - I ended up buying a new pair of Hoka’s and they have been great

2022-07-17Matt immediately welcomed a first time visitor, leery of shopping at a specialty running store. After more than 90 minutes and at least a half-dozen different shoes, he won a picky customer as an ardent fan! For those concerned about exorbitant retail premiums, the same model at an outlet with much less service priced within a penny.

2021-12-02Karen was great!!! Wonderful personality and she took her time with me. I found myself thanking her for her expertise whenever I wasnt laughing. The staff are happy and just great folks!!Karen took a scan and thorough video of my walk and jog in order to assess my feet and right size me. She explained how my foot sits and the right fit for my needs. SUPER DUPER Great!!!

2022-02-24The employees here are very knowledgeable and the selection is great. Their expertise is really important if you are like me and have never shopped for shoes based solely on function and not aesthetics. My only complaint was the website advertises an extensive fitting service that has never been offered for the 3 pairs of shoes I have bought here, even when it was clear it was my first time buying running shoes. The process was sizing my foot and letting me jog down the middle of the store. Hardly the treadmill and detailed analysis suggested on the website. Maybe this changed with COVID and the advertising has not been updated. Ending on a high note, the return policy is fantastic and the employees are always a pleasure to work with. The half and full marathon trainings they offer for free through their email list is fantastic.

2022-06-11Great place to look for running/hiking/work shoes, they have a good selection and take the time to offer recommendations and try on lots of different pairs. Maggie was super helpful in selecting the best pair, and even went through the trouble of ordering a new pair to make sure I got the color I wanted. Couldnt recommend enough!

2022-05-02I stopped in yesterday thinking I might pick up a new pair of Brooks running shoes, but after Molly started talking with me and took me through their fit process, she helped me discover that I was in need of a different shoe that provided more ankle stability. She spent a good 30 minutes working with me, measuring my foot, checking pressure points, and taking a video of my foot strike which clearly showed a pretty severe ankle roll that I didnt even know I had. I also explained that I have osteoarthritis in my knee and based on all of those factors, she brought out a number of options for me to try.A bit later, she helped me to find the perfect pair. I took them out for a quick run yesterday afternoon and sure enough, no pain and they felt fantastic.That being said, Im not going to hesitate to return to Big Peach Kennesaw for all my running gear needs...and if the knee pain is truly gone after a few more runs, Ill be back to load up on socks.Thank you, Big Peach Kennesaw and thank you, so much, Molly, for your expert-level knowledge and phenomenal customer service.

2022-01-03Its so refreshing to go to a store where the people are experts, spend time to determine what you need, and help you find the best product. We dont have a lot of that anymore. Our salesperson Slade was excellent. Its usually a challenge to find running shoes that work for my son, but he found the perfect shoes.
