Super helpful staff and great products. We went in for insoles and the staff spent lots of time going over the scan analysis and letting us try different insoles... Then we decided to buy new shoes too.
Emily was awesome and so helpful - she had me in and out in less than 15 mins with an awesome new pair of running shoes to support my high arch. The 3D scanning process was super cool and helpful, and I got to try on 4-5 different pairs to narrow down which was best for me. Overall a great experience!!!
I will always buy my running shoes from Big Peach as long as I live in ATL. Such an amazing local store chain. All of the stores work together to make sure you get the perfect shoe. Their return policy cant be beat.Andy in Marietta helped me track down a size of shoe that fit me better in the Brookhaven location near my house.
I have been struggling the last few months with foot pain and was diagnosed with Plantar Fasciitis. My podiatrist recommended Big Peach and I went the same day. It was a fantastic experience - Kate was so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and I was in and out in no time with a new pair of athletic shoes, an extra set of insoles, and supportive house shoes for both me and my husband. There was absolutely no hard sell or upsell pressure and she even sent me a very nice email the next day with the tracking information for the athletic shoes I ordered in a color they didnt have in-store. Really warm customer service and I highly recommend!
I was having pain in my feet the last few weeks and coworkers suggested I come here. It was such a pleasant experience, I just had to leave a review. I have never had such amazing and fast service. They really know what they are talking about, are very informative and caring. I will be a repeat customer. Glad I stopped in, and my feet feel better already!!!!

I went here ten years ago and got some great shoes. Today I went back to get another pair because I wanted to start taking my health seriously again. What’s amazing is they still have the record of the original shoes I bought and were able to use that as a guide. I was a little nervous going into it because it’s such a big step and I’m still at the beginning of my fitness journey. But I was greeted by Emily, the sweetest girl ever who was super helpful, sweet, and not judgmental at all. She made me feel very comfortable and confident in my choice. I left with a new pair of shoes and am so excited to continue my health journey.
Made an online appointment for new shoes. Don met me at the door and was very knowledgeable about the products that met my needs. I tried on 3 different shoes and quickly made a choice. Excellent service and very friendly staff. Masks worn by all and I felt very comfortable dealing with this store.
I went into Peach Running Co. for the first time this afternoon. Don helped me select two pairs of ultra comfortable shoes. The only thing more impressive than his level of knowledge was his patience. I am not easy to fit and he tried many shoes and sizes while maintaining a very positive attitude. He was very friendly and professional as were the other staff members at PRC. I will be back again with other family members when buying athletic shoes.

Kate is awesome! Im trying to get back in shape but Ive never really been a runner. I came into the store not knowing what I should get and Kate was happy to help me out. She watched me run and helped me pick out some Brooks shoes that work for my wide feet and high arches. She even helped me pick out some inserts for my curling shoes! The shoes have been amazing so far. Most comfortable Ive ever felt running. I will definitely be coming back to this store in the future!

I want to make sure to inform the folks out there of the exceptional customer service I experienced at this location. I do not have the easiest time in finding shoes as I’m “blessed” with a multitude of foot issues. I made a purchase and went for walk the same day. Unfortunately I experienced pain that I was hoping to alleviate with my selection.I called the store and spoke with a Steve, who informed me I could definitely come back and exchange.Luckily Steve was in the store the next day and went out of his way and took SO much time with me. They have a vast selection to choose from. He explained the dynamics of each shoe and offered valuable opinions.I will definitely continue to come to this specific location for further purchases. We’ve been buying running shoes for our family here for at least a decade. They carefully analyze your feet and running style (with a slowed down video of you running) and make recommendations based on what they see (ankle pronation, foot arch, width, etc).They don’t just give you shoes you want and hope it works out. They sit with you as you try on different pairs until you find YOUR shoes.Everyone there is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Most recently they helped my college rower get a good running shoe for team runs. They’re great!!

Visited with Kate yesterday late in the afternoon. She and others working there were very pleasant and helpful. I purchased an extra wide pair of running shoes that I have been looking for. So far, so good.Ive been seeing a local podiatrist for pain issues, and he has highly recommended this store. Based on his recommendation and my experience yesterday, Ill absolutely be back soon!
My brother Luke and I went last week to get shoes and Nichole was seriously AMAZING. She was so knowledgeable, patient (such a good listener) and kind. She seriously took her time helping us find the perfect. shoes. I have gone to other Big Peach stores many times for my running shoes and never had this good of an experience. I had the best experience at this store! I went in to get shoes to help address my plantar fasciitis and Stephen politely and methodically helped me narrow down the options until we found just the right pair of shoes with the right orthotics, which took about an hour. I’m never buying running shoes anywhere else!
Steve is amazing and very knowledgeable. He explained the minutest of details needed to ensure you’re aware of all the nuances involved in buying a great running shoe. Very positive and motivating personality overall. I had a great shoe buying experience here. They also have clubs where runners congregate to go for a run together every Tuesday evenings. If you’re a beginner like me or a pro - they’ll have the right shoe for you.
The associate (cant remember his name) that assisted me wasnt very helpful in giving his expertise in which running shoe would best fit the needs of my feet. I would ask a question about two or three brands versus each other and his answer was basically that theyll all help the same way. The associate didnt ask any kind of questions about how the shoes felt as I was trying them on, to suggest what might be a better alternative. Sure all 3 pairs might have been similar, but when youve never paid $130 on a pair of running shoes, my hope was that they would make me feel confident in my purchase, instead this was the opposite experience and I wasnt confident spending that much money when all they did was take a video of me running and give me 3-4 brands of shoe to choose from. There essentially wasnt any value-add in what he said.. The associate overall wasnt very talkative in walking me through the fitting process and it just wasnt the customer experience I was expecting. Essentially I feel like I could have gotten a better experience reading reviews online and I could have paid less for the shoes elsewhere.

Big Peach is by far the best place Ive ever purchased running shoes. The entire staff is TOP NOTCH! When you walk into their store, you immediately feel the passion in the staff for what they do. They genuinely love helping people get the attire they need to minimize pain and maximize movement. They are also all super knowledgeable and friendly!
I took my wife here on her request to find new running shoes. I have never heard of this place before but I was completely blown away over the customer service we received. She tried on about seven different pairs and was able to a test run in each one. The staff was simply amazing. They were engaged and very happy to find the exact pair of shoes for her running style. We will be back to buy her next pair for sure. If you are running at all I would suggest to stop by.

So I am not sure where to start with this review, but I suppose I should begin by saying that I have rather large feet (I have worn anything from a 14-16 depending on style and fit) and additionally I rather high arch. I guess I was just always used to buying shoes based on what the store in question had in stock (which was usually fairly limited) and just making do with that. Big Peach Running Company changed my perspective on that and what the shoe buying experience should be like.Not only did they have more options than most other local retailers, but they were willing to special order shoes for me to make sure that I was happy with my purchase. Beyond that, you are generally only paying like 10% more than what you would online for the same shoe, and they offer professional and courteous service to boot. It truly is a case of sometimes you get what you pay for in that when a pair of shoes I bought from them started causing pain in my ankles after a few weeks of use they not only provided me with support on how to deal with this but they took the shoes back and special ordered in not one but two different pairs of shoes of shoes to make sure I was a satisfied customerAs far as I am concerned Don should be considered the patron saint of footwear; as he was able to find me shoes that not only fit but fit properly and in doing so he helped me to shed about quarter of my body weight in the last 4 months. And as far as I am concerned those are two miracles right there.

I have suffered from Achilles Tendonopathy for quite some time. My Physical Therapist recommended this location to be properly fitted for running shoes. Don was amazing! He patiently went through numerous pairs to ensure I received the most comfortable and supportive shoe. I will always return here in the future. The shoes have been great-thanks, Don!
My wife and I both got running shoes here in April 2020 and had an excellent experience! We moved to Marietta about a year ago and have been looking for our new running shoe store and this is it. Idhighly recommend anyone new or experienced to running stop by.
I took my wife here last year to have her first evaluation. They where extremely supportive of a new individual to running. Not over selling and pushy. We didnt at the time make a purchase for my wife didnt want to invest to much without knowing if she would stick with running. We went there for her birthday just a day ago because asked for some great running shoes. We knew that Big Peach Running Co. was the only place we should go due to our last experience. The staff took the time to get to really know her and how to motivate and support her improvement and dedication she now has for running. Fantastic service as Nd support and she now has a great pair of running shoes.
I frequently shop at this location and the one in Kennesaw. Big Peach Running Co has excellent customer service and a very knowledgeable staff. If you have questions from gels to shoes or an injury they have the knowledge to help or can usually refer you to a doctor who does in the case of an injury. I also have gotten dates for lots of runs and the name of a nutritionist to help.I have been shopping there for 9 years now and I wont buy shoes or gear anywhere else.
I had a great experience at BPR. The staff there helped fit me for a pair of running shoes that I love, and also helped me get ready for an upcoming race. They are very knowledgable, and friendly and I would definitely recommend this running store to runners of all levels.

I went here because I was looking for some altras and this was one of the closest locations that sold them. Steve assisted me and he was very friendly and helpful! My feet were hurting, so I went into Big Peach for a new pair of running shoes. They studied my gait, evaluated me on a treadmill, and patiently waited as my fickle self went back and forth. They ended up suggesting mens shoes (I am not a man), something nobody had ever done before, and its made all the difference in the world. If youre starting a new exercise program or are new to running, I highly suggest this place, they listen and give great advice.

2022-04-06That was the best shoe shopping experience we ever had ! :-) Don was very patient and really treated my 14 year old son with focused attention for the foot analysis, gait video, and subsequent shoe selection. As well, he answered our questions on inserts, local school running team training schedules, and shoe wear over time. The prices were competitive as presented and they even do price matching apparently on the same make and model if you find something online, so nothing to lose by shopping here and lots to gain. Great local informed experience. Thank you!

Im not someone who spends much time on shoes but when I walked in the store, Emily greeted me and spent an hour talking about what shoes would work for me. She helped scan my feet and did a gait analysis so that we knew what type of shoe would fit best She did such a great job that I came in the next day and did the same thing with my fiancé! My fiance is a nurse and Emily found the perfect shoes for her. She and I agree that this is the best shoe store to go to without a doubt! They have a customer for life! They were patient when I tried on countless shoes and I even scored with 50% off one of my pair of shoes. I’ll be returning for any running gear. Local is the way to go!

They were patient and let me try on over 6 pairs of shoes before I settled on the ones that were perfect for me. They also helped me pick an insert for another pair of shoes. Worth the money to shop here for the expertise and customer service.

2021-04-21I had an AMAZING experience at Big Peach in Marietta! Emily and Sally sat with me for 2 hours and we tried on different running shoes. They analyzed my gait and gave me great recommendations for shoes, nutrition, and hydration for marathons! We went through each different shoe and tweaked the brand, support, and firmness after each try on. I felt supported and encouraged every step of the way. This was a fabulous experience and I will be returning and recommending Big Peach to any and all of my peers who are interested in a personalized service and shopping trip for new running shoes! 2021-10-18Its all too simple to make purchases now from the convenience of your couch, and often times for a cheaper price. I believe my experience with Steve at Big Peach Running Co. shows that the path of convenience is not always the best. I came in on a Sunday morning, and they welcomed me in prior to the posted hours. I described my needs, and Steve took well over an hour allowing me to try many different alternatives. There was no sales pressure whatsoever. I left feeling as if I had a customized experience, and the best possible option for me. This experience cannot be duplicated on Amazon. What do you get by going to a brick and mortar store like this? Youre investing in an experience, and youre voting with your wallet about something you want to exist, and flourish. Kudos to everyone at Big Peach - its been one of my best retail experiences in recent memory.
