Excellent service, Excellent prices! It took me an hour to get there but saving more than $200 from what the BMW dealership (45 minute drive) charges was well worth it. I made up all of that hour drive by the quick service, and not having to spend all day at the dealership waiting around. I will NEVER go back to the dealership! I found these guys on Facebook and it was truly my lucky day that I did. Thanks Don and Cam!
I was pleased when I walked into the waiting room and saw how clean it was. The staff were very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I went in because the check engine came on in my Mini Cooper. They found out what the problem was (I did not put the gas cap on correctly), test drove my car because I told Don that I recently purchased it from a friend, change a brake light bulb that was out and gave the care a once over. They brought a couple of things to my attention and recommend that I keep an eye on them because it was not necessary for me to have them done immediately. How refreshing to find a car service shop that did not try to have me do unnecessary repairs. That is why I highly recommend Bimmers for all your automotive needs.
Traveling through Georgia and the AC in my Mini Cooper wasn’t working. Few things more nerve wracking than having to take your car in for service at a place you’ve never been and knowing you’re at their mercy. This place specializes in Minis and BMWs, so I rolled the dice and was rewarded for my faith. Fixed on time and for half the cost of what the dealership would’ve charged (I know … no surprise there). I also gave them license to inspect a few other items; they found nothing and didn’t charge extra for the inspection. The service advisor, Cam, was great. Couldn’t be happier with the exp.
Bimmers works on my 2006 Mini R52. I trust them to diagnose issues accurately and to perform the repairs correctly the first time--and they do! They are honest about what is needed and the pricing is fair. Lets face it, when the car needs anything more than an oil change (only $50 with BMW oil here) it can be a stressful experience. But owning one is my choice, and I have to have a reliable, trustworthy shop. Bimmers checks all the boxes for me.
Bimmers in Roswell exceeded every expectation. From the very beginning they were friendly and every question I had was answered. They were very patient and understanding. They got the insurance company to cover everything. I was blown away because all the insurance company did to me was make low blow settlement offers. My car was in a fender bender and when I got it back from Bimmers, it looked better than before. I highly recommend them.
I don’t usually write reviews but this might help someone that’s reading this. The best place I have ever took my BMW to have fixed. Dean has definitely been nothing but professional and quick to response to any issues. 5 star customer service with no doubt, quick turnaround, clean shop, and professional as always. This is the only place I will always take my car to. Thank you for the great service - highly recommended!
I can honestly say this is probably one of the best experiences Ive ever had with dealing with car issues. I dont ever write reviews and I accidentally put a two-star review apparently which is in no way the case. They always go above and beyond every time I am there. They have made sure that I got something to eat when I had a long wait. They have been extremely accommodating in every aspect of my experience with them I cannot say enough about them. They are honest and dependable. Being a female it is hard to trust most automotive shops but I feel like they treat me like Im a part of their family and it is the reason I keep coming back. You cannot go wrong with them!!
Bimmers Service Center LLC is where Ill be taking my 740i from now on. The waiting room is nicely appointed and very comfortable with a small refrigerator stocked with complimentary refreshments. The staff were courteous and personable. The shop completed my oil/filter change in less time than quoted and the price was half of what youd expect to pay at the BMW dealership. A+ Guys! Nice job.
Don and Dean are fantastic! We have an M5 and an X5, both big boy V-8’s. They have really taken great care on keeping both vehicles running strong. Their prices are much more reasonable than the dealership and there’s even been times where they wouldn’t sweat a small $50-$100 repair and just do it for free if they are doing work on other things on my car.If you have a BMW or Mini I highly recommend visiting one of their shops. I use the Roswell location and it’s always a fantastic experience.
Exceptional service! They made a recommendation to replace some parts while making a repair to keep me from having to come back(unheard of) when they eventually failed. This saved me time, money and frustration. They even comped the added service because they kept the car longer then they thought they needed. They also told me no need to change my oil again(just had it changed 2 weeks prior elsewhere).Repair cost $730 v. $1600 quoted at BMW dealer. So glad to have found my BMW mechanics.Thank you all so much!
Their website is not user-friendly. I tried to set up an appointment, its confusing. Did not give me any options. Message said my appointment set up and they will give me a call???? I dont even know what day/date of my set up appointment is.🤔 I read all these good reviews about this place and being new to this area, its not a good start.
We have had our 335i in several shops in the area over the years. We recently had a coolant leak and I happened to call Bimmers. Not only did they take the car in this morning, but it was repaired by 3 today! Although it was a minor issue, their attention to detail, great customer service and professionalism is the best we have seen in many years. We highly recommend this shop for your BMW or Mini work...
Bimmers did extensive reconditioning work on my 06 e86si coupe (1 of 348 in north America) and by the time it was sold it literally purred in my driveway. I actually miss the car every now and then. I have been bringing my BMWs to Bimmers for many years and the service has always been 100% perfect. Not all shops are as service oriented as these guys are, and Bimmers has fixed and corrected incomplete and poorly done work at other shops for me. Those other shops gave me great estimates only to raise them later. I have never had that issue with Don and the guys at Bimmers, they give me an estimate, and if it changes its usually less. I would say for regular service this is probably your top pick in the area. They also have a great waiting lounge with satellite tv! Whats not to like?
Awesome experience. I found Bimmers doing a google search as I was in need of brake repair for my 14 BMW 528i. The reviews online seemed good so I called and spoke with Don who had exceptional customer service. I decided to give them a try. I took my car in on Saturday May 18 and met with Dean who also had exceptional customer service. Their prices were amazing and the level of customer service was equally amazing. Brake job was quick and painless to my wallet. I am very pleased with the service I received. Bimmers of Alpharetta had gained a new lifetime customer. It’s hard to find great customer service & reasonable prices in the automotive repair industry but Bimmers has found that sweet spot and gives both. Many thanks to Bimmers of Alpharetta for a great experience!
Excellent staff, VERY fair pricing and will even consult before you purchase a pre-owned BMW. I have taken my 2 X5’s, 1 330i, 2 5 series and finally will soon service my M5. All over the course of 7 years, but have found them to be excellent and I would highly recommend.
I was in the marketing for an old BMW. I called Bimmer Service Center spoke with Dean first . I explained I was coming from Nashville, Tn to look at a car and asked if they did a pre purchase inspection . He said we do and would be glad to help. I gave him the window in which I would be down to view the car and bring it to him for inspection and he told me they would make it work time wise. Super nice guy very informative about BMW as a whole. I pick the car up from the seller Saturday 28th of September arrived at Bimmer’s Service Center around 1pm. I walked in spoke with Don told him I had spoke to Dean about they checking the car before I made a purchase. He took the car said we will fit you in and have it done in about 2 hours. We went had lunch came back and the car had been check from front to back and in and out. They were very fair in they’re review of the car. Don told me there is not anything for this model that real jumps out at you that we wouldn’t expect. I had a lot of small items to be addressed but those can be costly in the future. The gave an itemized list of what I should expect to repair and a cost projection for repairs. I was very professional and easy to understand. I made an informed decision at that point for what would be best for me. I couldn’t have done that without they’re help. The BMW dealership in town would not even speak to me other than saying (We do do that!). I’m going to tell all my friends with BMW to go see these guys, they’re pricing is way cheaper than the dealerships repair cost and they use certified parts no after market junk. Save yourself time and money go check them out. There are still places in the world where people offer a great service for a fair price and Dean and Don at Bimmer’s is one of those special places. I plan to vacation near there in the mountains this winter and when I do I going to set up a service for my BMW with these guys. Great people!!! David Cheatham
Had my front and rear brakes and rotors replaced, I was able to bring some of my own parts and they purchase the rest. This saved me alot of $$. I was treated well and the work was done correctly. 2 weeks later I took my wifes car there to get the brakes replaced also. labor is very reasonable.
I have taken my late model 5 series to this shop several times over the past years and can confidently say this is the best BMW shop I have dealt with. Their prices are among the most competitive, their employees and techs are a pleasure to deal with, and the work they do is top notch.
I’m not saying I’ve not received good service from the BMW Dealerships around town but I did receive ” GREAT SERVICE “ from everyone at BIMMERS.I will make this place my first stop for anything, even if it’s out of my way to drive.“ Trust is something that’s hard to keep up and they have not let me down. “
Im editing my review and score based on a conversation I had with Don after posting my original review.My main caveat with the shop is that they charge quite a bit for labor, Id even go as far as to say overcharge in general. I got a $100 labor quote for a job that should take no more than 10 minutes by a skilled mechanic (replacing VANOS solenoids). Its lower than the dealership, but not by much. For someone that doesnt know how fast of a job that kind of thing is, they wouldnt have an issue paying $100 in labor, but I dont see that as a good thing.This shop will select the highest trim replacement parts possible for a job - Id expect the prices to be about 1.5x to 2x anything you might find online. The reason for this is that all the parts come with warranties, but cheaper parts with lifetime warranties can be found from sites like FCP Euro, so I recommend bringing your own parts in if you need something installed. A common problem with e90 BMWs is needing a coil pack replaced, so in that instance I would definitely find a coil pack from an online store and bring it in.Again, the staff and service is great and it was awesome that Don took time out to address my complaints, but I dont think the value for the money is good here.Original review for reference was me ranting about how I paid $250 for a coil pack replacement and how I got quoted $500 for replacing Vanos solenoids. This turned out to be a combination of the aforementioned high labor costs and the shops selection of very high (in my opinion, overpriced) selection of parts.
My first visit went really well. I went for an oil change at 8am and I was out by 9am as promised. I asked them to look my car over and let me know if any scheduled service is required. They said no and I appreciate not being told I need something if I really dont need it. I will definitely be back for service.
Bimmers is the only place I will take my car for service. The prices are more fair than going to the dealership, and the people are helpful and honest. They dont recommend unnecessary services if they are not in your best interest. I never feel like Im being taken advantage of. They have the standard key dropbox, but the waiting area is comfortable with Wi-Fi, TV, work stations and a fully loaded fridge if you have to stay and wait with your vehicle.
Worst service, Went for the first time to this location for regular oil check. When completing the service i was explaining having issue with the some other parts. They didnt even mind checking and charged for general check up on top that the front desk person was showing bad attitude. COMPLETE RIP OFF STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.
Getting your car repaired is like going to the dentist, you dont ever really want to go... Ive learned a lot about BMWs and their pre-programmed breakdown(s) at 60k, 80k and above. All that to say, my battery died last week. I researched DIY after hearing it would cost about $350-400 at the dealer. Bought an OE specd battery at a retail location for half the cost of a dealer version. Started to work on putting it in myself and got just far enough to realize I didnt want to make a mistake.Called Ben late on Tuesday (after hours). He said they were full up with appointments but to bring the car by at 8am when they open and if I could leave it they would get it done during the day and that they would look at the retail battery I bought and put it in for $70.As I sat and talked with the very friendly and knowledgeable lady at the front desk area (Ashley?) I saw someone already working on the car! I left, and came back at lunch. In / Out and for what they said.Im big on relationships, trust and fair business practices. It appears that so are all the folks at Bimmers. Ill be bringing my Jinny back...

2022-07-15I own 3 BMWs, two of which are heavily modified. BMW dealerships don’t have the knowledge or expertise to work on my cars, but Bimmers does! I gave them a well deserved 5 star rating because they’ve worked on my cars for 7+ years and have done quality work every time. Don is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to simple stuff like maintenance or repairs, but also in performance parts and after market parts and installation. Their hourly rate is reasonable considering what you are getting for that rate, and they use high quality OEM parts if available for much less than dealerships. I wouldn’t dream of taking my 3 BMWs anywhere else and highly recommend this shop!!

2021-04-06Called for a immediate oil change, came in, was seen immediately and out within a hour. Very courteous, friendly, clean, precise knowledge of prices and auto repairs for your vehicle and very reasonable prices. I thought it was too good to be true to, until I went to see for myself. My new service guys for my 528i drive and 430i coupe✊🏽

2022-04-22Weve been regular customers with Harrison Motorsports and because they were backed up for 3 weeks my wife insisted on going elsewhere for her brakes and an oil change. So she decided to drop it off at Bimmers. A week or so afterwards, she started hearing a noise when shed start up her car so she decided to take it back into Bimmers. 5 days later, we just picked up her car, they had it for 5 days mainly for a diagnostic to assess the noise she was hearing. After spending $930 and picking the car up, the minute she started it, the same problem occurred. Don, the customer service guy came out and said thats the first they heard the noise despite having it for 5 days for a $130 diagnostic. He then proceeded to suggest it might be a timing chain issue and once I informed him we just had the timing chain/belt replaced he said oh yea I can see new bolts suggesting thats been done. He wanted to keep the car for a longer period to continue to diagnose which we declined to avoid more money spent at this place. Well be resuming service at Harrison Motorsports. Despite their backlogged times theyve always been honest and call timely to keep us updated on the cars status. We had to call Bimmers for a status update everytime. Avoid this place unless you just want to give your money away.

Very poor communication with customers. 1st visit/basic oil change:When I asked why I didnt get a sticker to indicate when my next oil change would be needed, I was told only places like a Minute Lube do that . Not true, Dude! My last sticker was for Liqui Moly oil. Does Minute Lube use that product? I wasnt born yesterday! My next visit was a repair. After 5 days my Mini was ready for pick up. I cranked it and the same issue came up! Plus, after inspecting a new rattle on my way home, I checked under the hood when I got into my garage. After inspection I found a bolt never secured when they made the repair! Summary:arrogant service man, no customer follow up, unsatisfactory repair.😒

2021-12-22I had to share this...My wifes battery died on a Sunday morning. We immediately made an appointment with the BMW dealership and the earliest appointment we could get was for Thursday.I decided to call Bimmers on Monday and see when they could get me in. Got in me on Tuesday morning. Got the batter replaced, did an oil change and the scheduled maintenance. Not only did they get me in 2 days sooner my cost was unbeatable. The difference in the battery replacement alone was almost $150 less then what BMW was going to charge me.So what I am saying is, dont hesitate to use Bimmers as they did excellent job taking care of us. Going forward, as long as we own the BMW, we will be bringing the vehicle here for the service.

2021-06-23The staff here is so knowledgeable and friendly as well. They explained my car repair needs in a way that I could understand. I had already taken it to the dealership and gotten a quote and Bimmers gave me a better price and could get the work done sooner. Im very happy with the service they did on my car and am happy Ive found a place I can trust! I will never go back to the dealership!
