Decided to try Bonefish. We ordered a Strawberry Mango drink and bud light. Drinks were great, food could’ve been better and the restaurant was clean.Loved the Wild Leap drinks. Only took 2 drinks and I was feeling good. Ordered the ahi tuna and the crab dip. The ahi tuna I have to admit was way over cooked. It was like eating a pork chop. The crab dip on the other hand was good. It was hot and cheesy goodness. The women’s bathroom was clean and so was the restaurant. As far as the staffing they were good, clean, used their masks and washed hands frequently.I’d have to say I’d revisit this location or other Bonefish restaurants.
Wish I could afford to eat there more than once in a blue moon because their food is beyond exceptional! Absolutely delicious! My Pork Chop was the best, most tender & flavorful Ive ever had with perfect grill marks & a Mango Chutney that complimented it so well! Their Bang Bang Shrimp is to die for with a sweet & spicy dipping sauce that is now my favorite appetizer!
Horrible Mother’s Day experience!!! I would give them minus 10 stars if it was an option! They overbooked, the restaurant was ridiculously overcrowded, and they cut back their menu just for Mother’s Day “ they knew they would be busy”. Seriously! Worst experience on Mother’s Day in 60 years!!!!! Thank you Bonefish for making a nice family meal total caos!We may NEVER return. Certainly don’t recommend for a relaxing meal. The waitress never brought us any bread tables around us had it just crazy stupid stuff. I feel they should of paid me to eat there. Totally displeased!
Just had a date night with the husband this past weekend & our favorite restaurant did not disappoint! The food was cooked to perfection, probably one of the best steaks we have had in a long time and as always the bang bang shrimp was amazing! Cant wait to go back, hoping for another date night sooner than later!
I had friends that raved about this place so I thought I would give it a whirl. Maybe its me or just my discriminating palette. To me the food was just OK. Ive eaten in some of the best restaurants and perhaps some of the worst in my travels. This one is just right in the middle. I struggled with the menu selection and thats because I am not a seafood guy. Maybe its just me. Give me a steak, a loaded baked potato, and a salad, Im good to go. But by all means, this does not condemn the place. For those seafood extradinares this could be your go to spot. I will say that the staff is very nice and hospitable. My entree I thought was a bit small but hey Im a big eater, so I wont hold that against them. Im a believer in getting my moneys worth. All in all is was a good experience. So as always you be the judge. To all good appetites, enjoy.
Food was excellent. I ordered mussels and had to ask for a cocktail fork. I was told cocktail forks arent given anymore because they kept getting thrown in the trash. NOT my problem. Eating mussels with a dinner fork is not an option. The fact that there are no cocktail forks because of employee incompetence is not my issue.
The wait time was over an hour, which we were fine w since we didn’t have a reservation. Joey, the bartender, was phenomenal!! A must-keep!! He was very attentive to our needs and easy to talk to, extremely funny. Then we were seated at our table. Our server was Chelsea. She was terrible!! So impersonal and flighty. She forgot to put in our appetizer, playing it off like it was the kitchens fault (I know that game well after 25 hrs of F&B). When asked about it her response was very delayed and drawn out. Overall, we still enjoyed our experience despite the lack of interest from Chelsea. She is obviously just there to collect a paycheck. Maybe if you could revisit the training program for servers to match the bartenders it would have been 5 stars.
First off, first time coming here and I want to say far by the best restaurants I have gone to so far in this Augusta area. Went in For a party of 7. Was not really a long wait time and when I called prior about the waitlist or reservation they answered the phone professionally and answered my questions without sounding bothered. Drinks were amazing, appetizers came out first and than came the entrées which was all perfect timing. Everything look amazing and tasted amazing. I think there could be a little more light but overall it is a nice place to go and eat. I will be coming back and recommending to others. This place did not disappoint. Best customer service and food.
We stopped in after leaving the Augusta Women’s National. First, our waiter Michael was exceptional and was an experience to be waited on by him. We thought he might be in training for the chef. My husband and I both were so impressed by him. Our crab fries appetizer was delish as was our fish and creamed spinach. Michael is deserving of a raise 😉
They must not be partial to black people, those that work for a living, or a combination of the two. The hostess (who was drowned in make up) decided that I should be sat after two people who came in well after I did. Then I ask for a booth and was told I dont have any booths available when TWO were empty. I just took my business to Outback which is a short walk away with superior service
Called to order takeout for Mother’s Day dinner. The restaurant opened at 11am. I called at noon for a 3:00pm pickup. They were out of everything in an hour. No potstickers, no trout, no jumbo shrimp, salmon, or chicken for the pasta dish, no cod imperial. They only had fontina pork chops. I am afraid they are going to call and say they are out of those too. I should have order to pick up sooner. Ugh!!! Sounds like poor planning. Of course I thought maybe they are out for takeout to ensure they have enough for those who come into the restaurant. But I heard someone in the background say “we are out of all that” when the waiter asked about a couple items. Hope the chops are good.
I took a 100% disabled friend of mine to this establishment tonight and was shocked and embarrassed by the treatment we had. My friend has to have a service animal due to her disability. We ordered the animal a meal along with ours. We always do. The animals meal came out before ours so we let the animal eat. Our meal came out shortly afterwards and as it was being served to us the general manager approached our table and told us they could not serve our animal. This dog is a certified service animal through the ADA. Had her vest and tags on. I was appalled by the treatment of this restaurant and will never ever go there again. I will not reccomend it to anyone and will also report this to the ADA as this service animal has rights. I am also letting my friends and family know of this incident. Very Bad Business Bonefish.VERY BAD!!
Usually I love all things seafood. Today was okay. I actually wanted to try the pork chop after agonizing over the menu for nearly 15 minutes, but they were out. 86 pork chops! I ordered shrimp and scallops with garlic potatoes and creamed spinach. The shrimp and scallops were good. The spinach would have been delish if it wasnt cold and the potatoes seemed to be free of the advertised garlic. I never leave a drink unfinished, but I could not swallow anymore of the Parkers Margarita. It just seemed too sweet for my palate. Margaritas are my fav, too! Oh....and the bread was hard. It was an off day, for sure. I will still go back and try them again.
Nice atmosphere, good food, service was a little rough. It was like our server wasnt really listening. First, got the wrong appetizer, then one of the three of us got the wrong entree (so the other two had to wait as our food got cold for hers to get made.) Also didnt check in very often so we ran out of drinks, sat with dirty plates for a long time waiting for the check, etc.Overall, it was okay. With better service it would have been five stars.
This place is great when you come during the happy hour which is normally from 400pm to 630pm. They have specials on drinks as well as several appetizers. If you wanted to, you could easily order a bunch of them and make a meal. This place is famous for its bang bang shrimp appetizers, so give it a try. They have a large variety of sea food dishes with different types of inspirations in flavors. Everything we had was pretty good, we ordered mussels Josephine, artichoke fritto, wagyu beef sliders and an order of dynamite shrimp. The prices vary, but you can get a decent meal for a good price especially during happy hour. Otherwise the prices can be rather high so be warned. The food is great though, and you should leave happy.
Food was very mediocre… service was horrible… when our food finally did come out (mind you this was at 330 on a Saturday with maybe 5 other tables in the restaurant) it was apparent by the dried out rice and fish it has sat under the heat lamp for quite a while… the broccoli which was supposed to be steamed was raw and tasteless… our server was non existent never refilled drinks never checked on us and had to be hunted down to get out check… will not be back
Absolutely excellent food!!! EVERYTHING was perfectly seasoned, delicious and served at the perfect temperature! I had the Swordfish with the jalapeno bacon cream sauce and my sister had the salmon. The roasted brussel sprouts with ham were AMAZING!!! Will definitely be back again!!!
We made a reservation for 7pm and did not receive our food until 8:35. We witnessed multiple tables who sat down after us receive their food before us. Our waitress did not offer drink refills, and did not come and check on us! When our food finally arrived, i order a medium well steak and received a well done steak.. on top of a cold crab cake. Very disappointed with the service and will not be back. Would not recommend for fine dining!
Maybe it was an off night for them in general. I got the surf and turf, the turf which is supposed to be a filet, I ordered it medium rare dad, but it had a vein of fat running through it, which a better cut of filet normally does not have. They took the asparagus off the bill which they charge $2 extra for the upgrade and they tasted like shoe leather I was very disappointed they were dried out as well but they took them off the bill so thats all good. The lobster tail was very good. The Bang Bang Shrimp was excellent one of their signature dishes as an appetizer the flavoring or the quality of flavor was not indicative of a four or five-star establishment Im sorry to say being three almost four thousand miles removed from my home of Las Vegas Nevada the service was good borderline superb right on the ball. But as far as overall I have to give them a 3 because of what the pricing was was not worth the total meal Im sorry to say.
Michael pippin really gave us a 5 star experience. I dont eat at chain restaurants, but that meal he recommended was probably the best meal Ive ever had eating out period. I thoroughly enjoyed this experience and Michael is the only server I want when I return hands down. Everyone that reads this needs to request Michael when they eat at this location and just let him pick your whole meal for you. I love trying new things and he definitely got me hooked to a new favorite. Thanks again Michael your service was refreshing in a service that basically expects big tips for mediocre service. My wife and I left in a better mood than we arrived.
I love this restaurant but today I had the worst service when I arrived my husband was already at the table and he had already ordered some bang bang shrimp they never brought us the utensils or chopsticks to eat them I had to go to the bar to get them the waiter got my drink but He never came back to refill my water , a lady who I think was the manager , went on to give refills to the table that was close to me , but she never asked me if I wanted some , they took 38 minutes to bring my food ,I asked them if I can , please, just get my food to go because I had to go and he brought me the bill and about 10 minutes later finally the food
Finding a restaurant at 945pm in augusta is hard during the week. They close at 1030. Not only did we get served, we seen 2 parties over 10+ walk in and get served with no hesitation. My friends ordered crab cakes and bang bang shrimp. The crab cakes is a must have. Cooked perfectly with ample amount of moist crab. Bang bang shrimp was a delicious satisfying treat with a shot of fire right to your end bite. I got the corn and crab soup, shrimp and chicken pad thai, crem brulee. The soup I could live without. Ive had it before elsewhere and it didnt have the yum factor to it there was a biterness in the first bite I did not enjoy. Perhaps it was the peppers. Although it was hearty with many ingredients. The pad thai, whoa! Talk about a burst of flavors. What a scrumptious entree. In every bite not only would you taste every hint of ingredient in it, but the aroma satisfied your senses. Was the most flavorful pad thai Ive ever had. If you like pad thai- you have to try this one. Crem brulee my fav dessert. It was cooked perfectly and the taste was spot on. Just like i would be getting it from Europe. We had a terrific waitress, Hailey. She was super helpful with determining what to decide on. She had ate everything on the menu! She made me a special tea with mango and pineapple. Amazing. My friends got the pineapple martini and loved it. She was quick and did not at all let us feel rushed. The manager did come and greet us and when Hailey was unavailable she had other waitresses check on our well being. If you are looking for a place to sit, relax and be treated like customers should be. Go to Bonefish Grill. You will not be disappointed with the food, staff and atmosphere.
We were hungry after a wedding reception and ended up at the restaurant by default ... others that were *supposed* to stay open were actually closing early on a Friday night! The service was great, even at 10:30, and they welcomed us as if we were the first customers of the day and not one of the last to walk through the doors. We felt guilty, but they didnt hurry us at all, and the manager checked on us frequently through our visit. The food was good; the drinks were great! What we were looking for was a quick bite ... of anything! ...What we got was a great dining experience. Kudos to the team! (That fabulous smoked Old-Fashioned was presented with panache but wouldve looked much better with a clear ice cube.)
Just dined here. Food was good per usual. Server, Augustine was nice and attentive. However, the three ladies currently at the host stand were anything but welcoming. Very dry and monotone. Not a smile in sight. More into one another than fulfilling their duties. One brought my appetizer and literally walked by say it on the edge of the table and kept walking. Never stopped moving. Didn’t ask to clear the dirty dish or anything. If anything they need to be buss boys or back of the house. It’s a beautiful day. So to walk in and have to be greeted or lack thereof by these ladies almost makes you want to turn to go back out of the door.
I have been to bonefish a handful of times and every time I have a great experience. The service was good and the food cooked perfectly. I ordered a 6oz filet medium with a side of spinach and whipped garlic mashed potatoes. I paired my dinner with a glass of red blend wine. Bonefish is by far a favorite of mine.
Completely professional and courteous staff! The food was incredible! My daughter and I had one of the best lunches together in quite sometime! We will not only be coming (and soon). But, we will frequent this fine dining establishment regularly for years to come! Excellent place to eat.
Visited this past Sunday, party of 11, had a awesome time. Service was on point, Jordan, our server made excellent suggestions on food and cocktails. The Chilean Sea Bass and Bang Bang Shrimp are excellent entrees. Food arrived quickly, dishes and glasses were promptly removed when no longer in use. We will be back when in the area.
Bonefish is our go-to place for celebrations. You can go dressy or you can go casual. Just show up and youll be treated warmly. Our last visit was with parents for a 72nd anniversary and they accommodated rollators without blinking. Thanks to the fine people that make this a fine restaurant.
Food tasted good, curbside pickup was poor. The confirmation email gives you the time and directs you to their parking lot. The signs at the parking spots do not indicate to come in the side door nor to call (like other businesses’). I waited 10 minutes and went inside when nobody came out. On my way home, I called the manager and she offered to recook the meal, but I was back home by then. Reheating in the microwave took care of the cold food.
This restaurant is a lovely place, with intimate lighting, great libations, the food and how they prepare their menu items are seducing to the palate. Overall, I had a wonderful first time experience, even though we sat outside. The heaters helped a little but I still bundled up in 3 layers and a jacket. Other than that, the inside is phenomenal. Make reservations first though. Or youll end up outside or trying to do the first come first serve deal.
Bonefish is not what it used to be. A family of 4 comes in and are allowed to sit at the bar. The family of 4 consist of dad, mom, sister (approximately 12), and a brother (approximately 9). VERY INAPPROPRIATE and they should have not been allowed to sit there with children under 21. There were lots of vacant seating. It took us 43 minutes to get a burger and bang bang shrimps. The burger was over cooked and it took us 10 minutes to get the waiter’s attention. She got another burger made and the bacon on it was crumbs. $40 meal and $25.00 Drinks down the drain. I’m disgusted.
Food was great, except for Bang Bang shrimp. No flavor. Waiters took almost an hour to settle our bill which somehow got messed up, because two different waiters were serving us and we had a party of 10. They were nice though. Service was perfect except for that. Would go back.
Staff was nice/awesome but food just okay this time we ordered crab cakes appetizers that took over 20. Mgr was nice and took off. The vegetables of the day ran out but didnt find out till food was about to come out. Got spinach which i left on table and the green beans were blah. Fish was good. I could not give five because the food this trip was soso. I will go back and try again.Edit went back 2022 for bday dinner. The have redeemed themselves. Staff was knowledgeable and helpful. Food was freah this time.
The best part was the service. We had a wonderful waiter, I believe his name was Mike. The appetizer Bang Bang shrimp was good, but it was downhill from there. We each ordered lobster and both were not fully cooked. The asparagus was tough, we couldnt eat the whole spears. Disappointed by the food. We made a reservation and were seated in the back near the kitchen! Not our best Valentines experience☹.
Even after having reservations we still had to wait. Only to find that something has changed with the recipes, the bang bang shrimp tasted like pure mayo. The crab and corn chowder was simply corn soup with several peices of lump crab in it. This was my last round at giving this place a shot, was awesome when they opened and we were frequent customers. As time has gone by the food isnt what you would expect.
LAST WEEK I MADE RESERVATIONS FOR 12 ADULTS AND 3 SMALL CHILDREN FOR 20 DECEMBER AT 630. I CALLED EARLY BECAUSE I KNEW THEY WOULD BOOK HOLIDAY PARTIES. I CALLED TODAY TO VERIFY MY RESERVATIONS AND WAS TOLD SOMEONE CHANGED IT TO A PARTY OF 4. AND THAT JIM HUDSON LEXUS HAD A RESERVATION FOR 15 AND THEY COULD NOT ACCOMMODATE ANYMORE LARGE PARTIES.NEEDLESS (guess you can tell Im shouting) TO SAY IM NOT A HAPPY CAMPER!
Overall we were very pleased with our meal! From the portion size to packaging, we enjoyed our everything except only drawback was there was a bit too much salt in the mussels. Unfortunately no pics this time as we were a bit anxious to dig in: we had a heart-portioned bang bang shrimp, indulgent imperial dip, a huge salad and mussels...THANKS BFG
As regular customers of Bonefish restaurants this location was subpar. We waited forever for drinks. We got our appetizer and bread before our drinks, we waited forever for the server to come back. The food took forever to come out and part of my wifes food was cold. Very disappointing for Bonefish ..
Our first visit.Had a great time. The food was superb!!Our waiter (Chad) was super polite and really knowledgeable about everything on the menu.He explained things in detail.Went there on a Thursday evening. Not very crowded at all and the food was on our table in only a few minutes!Im sure they have all good waiters and waitresses, but ask for Chad and you certainly will not be disappointed.Looking forward to returning again soon. Thanks again Chad!
First visit to this location (Augusta). They were pretty busy and only seating for people with reservations. Luckily they had a few open spots in the bar area. My wife and I had the Bang Bang Shrimp for an app. Surprised how many you get - could almost be a meal. We then split the Mahi & Shrimp dinner. Service wss good, although they were pretty busy and little on the slow side, but he did a nice job. Pleased with our meal, just not quite a 5 star.
Hands down best brunch ever and very affordable! Chad was EXCELLENT! All of the servers on the patio that day we AMAZING! Food came in a timely manner. The only problem was that we noticed the manager being rude to another server, and that was inappropriate. The service overall though was great!
This was a great experience! We ate at the bar. Ashley and Marcus were our tenders and wait staff and they were amazing! Great Moscato. I had calamari and the grilled salmon entrée with jasmine rice and asparagus. He had bang bang shrimp and a lobster entrée. Everything was really good and the service and atmosphere was great! I will be back!
Amazing food and strong drinks. Their bang bang shrimp is the best shrimp Ive ever had, hands down. Its a bit pricey but not unreasonably so and during their happy hour they have amazing deals. It wasnt too crowded and the server was super nice and attentive. Will definitely be coming back again soon!
Sunday night was my 3rd time getting take out since this whole new system began. And I have to say your employee Ashley makes the whole process so great. I feel like I’ve talked to her every time I have called. She is and had been so gracious and makes sure my order is perfect. The first time I called she actually went through the whole new menu with me and helped me make good choices. Every time I get there my food has been hot and ready. Even through this time of uncertainty her calm caring ways make this experience so memorable. I asked her Sunday if she was a manager because that’s how great she has been. Love this place and will continue to be a loyal customer!!! Kudos Bonefish
They have a nice indoor atmosphere for those whom wish to dine indoors, as well as an outdoor dining area for those whom chose to eat outside. From what I observed, the servers were very friendly and courteous to those whom they were serving. They serve, mainly, a seafood menu for those who enjoy a good seafood meal
Yesterday, I returned to what was my favorite restaurant, Bonefish and needless to say it was terrible!!! I had old crab cakes, soupy (cold, bland) spinach, watered down Classic Old Fashion , and the service was below standard. Needless to say, I will not be returning to eat. Ill give Bonefish another year to increase revenue thus improving quality of food/service which use to be impeccable. What a disappointment!!!
Myself and 9 of our friends came in the other day. We had THE BEST experience we have ever had there. The servers Lori and Ashley were over the top good. We never had an empty glass, they kept our table cleared and made sure we were well taken care of. We eat there a lot but this was by far our best experience. The food was outstanding as always.
Had a nice early dinner and stumbled into a Happy Hour...was impressed..no Well drinks here, house pours quality spirits during Happy Hour at a quite reasonable price. Chad served us, nice friendly guy and professional in his tasks. Nice dining experience at a formal table. Nice to see the other patrons were dressed well for dinner in the main banquet hall. Bar side of house had a bit more relaxed vibe and crowd. Restaurant is not noisy. And we ate early at 5pm...was comfortable. Thanks.
I could have sworn I wrote a review for my hometowns Bonefish Grill!!!! I guess not!!!! Ive dined here several times and the service is always great and the food equally great. I normally order the same item off the menu which is Longfin Tilipia Imperial. I like the mix of ingredients it gives it a great taste. I always love the bread and the pesto that goes with it as well. My only complaint is that the asparagus wasnt as tasty as it usually is the last time I dined here. Other than that everything else was perfect!!!!
Ive eaten at Bonefish a handful of times and every time has been a good experience. The serving staff is attentive even when they are busy and the food always cooked well. Tonight I had a filet cooked medium, whipped mashed potatoes and spinach with garlic and butter. I paired my meal with a red blend wine and it was all delicious! If you havent eaten at Bonefish I recommend you do at least once.
We ordered the family bundle deal for curbside pick up. While the family bundle deal is a great deal, the money we saved from that was quickly forgotten when we went to go pick up the order. The kinks are definitely not worked out with their curbside service. They only have three spots so good luck trying to pick up on a Saturday night. There are no instructions on what to do once you get there. We tried calling three times, got an automatic message then was hung up on. So you have to hope someone beside you got through or the curbside people come out so you can wave them down. Overall we sat there for about 20 extra minutes after our food was supposed to be done. I hope it gets better because we do enjoy Bonefish’s food but use curbside whenever we can at places.
So I ordered a medium rare filet and had it delivered through a third party. When I got the filet it was well done. I get that the steak will cook up a little more being in its to go box but not 3 temperatures. My girlfriend called the store and complained and the young lady handled everything like a pro and was very sweet. She put a replacement meal in the log for us to order next time we were ready for it. I called in the favor today and not only did I go pick it up personally so I know how long it stayed in the box, however not only was it again well done it also appears to be a sirloin and not a filet (I work as a senior meat clerk and cut all different types of cuts of meat. I am super disappointed, you can even see in this pick that it was charred on one side and then no grill marks on the other side...
Excellent restaurant. The food and drinks always taste great, and the employees will accommodate you anyway they can. One time I went a staff member dropped a bunch of drinks on my friend, which was hilarious. However they made sure take care of us afterwards, even offering to give us new clothes for the remainder of the meal.
This was my 1st time experiencing brunch here and I was not disappointed at all. The food selection was quality and simply a beautiful menu. The quality of food was amazing and the customer service was out of this world. Sara and Veronica was very sweet and accommodating. I will definitely be visiting again soon!!
Service was outstanding, to be expected at any Bonefish location. Always start with the Bang Bang Shrimp for the table. Its their most well known dish and always a crowd pleaser. The variety of the menu means theres a little something for everyone and the wood grilled fishes are a good option for those watching their calorie intake and for those with gluten intolerance from either ciliac or Crohns as no gluten based items touch the grill. My personal favorite is the Mahi Mahi topped with a chimichurri sauce. Its not a cheap place by any means, whether it be for brunch, lunch, or dinner. My lunch set me back about $43 but the quality of the food and top notch service offsets the premium price one will pay. Highly recommend!
First time at a Bonefish Grill and we enjoyed it. The food was good and the staff were engaging. Our waiter seemed to be overwhelmed/distracted though as it took 20 minutes to place our food order. We were celebrating a birthday and the hostess had a card waiting which was a nice touch.
Good brunch. Received a really nice card signed by the staff and box of chocolates for my birthday. Food was great. Service was little hit or miss for bottomless mimosas. Wish we hadnt waited so long for some of our drinks , but not too bad. Overall would recommend and we will be back again.
Im a big fan of this chain restaurant that delivers high quality seafood and service in Augusta. Great selection of fresh fish and fast+friendly service. Expect LONG waits on Friday-Saturday, so I often eat at the bar. Lots of great options here both for food and wine. Good for groups of family or business. Its still a chain, but its in the Flemings family --so its very upscale. My only complaint is how long the wait is on a Friday-Saturday and making sure they (the host/hostesses) set realistic expectations on the wait. A manager should be at host stand on weekends to ensure smooth running. Great bar area, friendly staff. Kitchen is open late for a sleepy Augusta.
The Bonefish in Augusta is pretty big but could be expanded twice its size and still be crowded. They have to end up using the Bar area tables as reserved tables. But the service was great. The manager was assisting the waitresses and the food was great. Funny thing is I had never been there before. And it been here for over 10 years it think. I was missing out.
I love this place! It reminds me of what a family restaurant should be, and the food is great. Nice sized portions and friendly staff. The other one I could tell was undercooked. I only ate the darker part of it so all I have to say is work harder with the pancakes.Food served piping hot and service good. 70s style decor in a diner setting. Friendly staff too!!
Veronica is amazing!!! We had a wonderful evening and the food was absolutely perfect. Her awesome attitude and contagious laugh made for a wonderful night.. It is evident she loves her job and customers are important..We will definitely be back and hope to see her again.
Sarah and Veronica were AMAZING! Absolute best service I’ve received at a restaurant in a long time. I came for brunch with friends and they both constantly checked on us. They kept our drinks coming and they even had conversations with us. I appreciated great customer service and they both showed that and more! Thank you beautiful ladies!!
We just got home from a great anniversary dinner at Bonefish. I had noted on the reservation that it was our Ann and there was a card on our table signed by the staff and the manager came over and thanked us for coming and said to let him know if we needed anything...and gave us a small box of chocolates! Our dinners were delicious as always and we had a wonderful evening.
ASK FOR CHAD!Yes, you go to Bonefish for the food or drinks but let me just say...the service we have gotten week after week from this guy has made our dining experience beyond amazing. He keeps us coming back for more & we know he will ensure we are taken care of, no questions asked. The atmosphere is great and all of the staff is beyond friendly And inviting. The manager, Donna, is super sweet and shows her face around the restaurant whether it’s for serving food, clearing off dishes, & asking about how things were in depth which shows she genuinely cares about how the dining experience went. I recommend Bonefish 100 out of 10.During Covid-19 it’s a worry about dining inside a restaurant. This place ensures all employees wear a mask the entire time & makes patrons have on a mask when they enter or if they have to leave the table: I feel more than safe & comfortable entering & dining in the establishment with 60+ year oldDad & 7 year old child (I’m kind of over the top with sanitization). Go here, enjoy here & come back the following week like we do!
We felt rushed. We went for our 1 year anniversary. They did bring an anniversary card. We had ordered a drink. Salad came out before the drink. Had hardly started our salad and they brought our entree out. The food was very good. But why the rush!! Would love to have finished our salad and then enjoyed our entree. Also would have been nice to get our mixed drink first.
My family and I dined there last evening and we had a wonderful experience. We sat at the high top tables in the bar. The energy and music was great. Our server Ashley was one of the best servers we have ever had. Completely on point with all her recommendations. Those Brussel sprouts.....just wow!!!! Great job
The food was delicious, the server was good.. One of our glasses of water had something floating inside. It appeared to be something like stringy Blue ink?! GROSS! The mgr nor server offered a clean glass of water NOR did we get an apology for the inconvenience. Nothing! ~ Of course, at this point who feels like eatting after youve been drinking out of nasty glass from the kitchen?! The mgrs only comment was, it looked like INK! Yes, Ink! Just a plain ordinary comment. Seriously?! Were your guest and we should know why you served us a glass containing blue ink that was floating and stuck to the inside of a clear glass containing water, a lime, and a straw. It blue unknown substance clung to the glass and when touched with a straw it would come off in your drinking water. Hm!She FINALLY apologized after we received our complete check and we complained about not getting an apology NOR even a clean glass full of water.
Love going here, especially sitting at the bar. The wait staff, bartenders, and cook team are amazing. They manage waits expertly, and everyone working always has the best attitude. This place is a regular for us. Pecan crusted trout and the beautifully cooked filet and oh the Brussel Sprouts. Were regulars and dont see that changing.
We have been going to this restaurant about every third week. However. The rudeness of the woman I believe to be the manager or hostess will probably end our visits. We had a party of six. The restaurant was not crowded but I still asked if our seat choice was alright. After, we ordered our drinks this woman tells us that for future reference these seats are saved for people with reservations ( I did ask). After our salads came one of the members of our party asked for dressing for her salad. She was told she needed to mix it up better. What happened to customer service? After a back and forth conversation she agreed to bring some dressing. OnOur visit prior to this my husbands salad contained a plastic bag.
We ate dinner here tonight. It was the first time we’ve been to a restaurant since March. We felt perfectly safe with the safety precautions the restaurant is taking. Our waiter, Devonte, was excellent. Food was delicious and service prompt. Looking forward to going again soon!!
Neil was our server and he was great. He came around quietly refilling glasses and removing empty dishes. He was friendly, helpful and made intelligent conversation. Offered excellent suggestions. We had bang bang shrimp, which was flavorful and a good portion. Ive visited Bonefish only once before and didnt return for years. Pleasantly surprised and looking forward to near future visits.
We recently decided to have dinner at Bonefish and our experience was very disappointing. It took an hour to receive our food . The bartender seemed overwhelmed as she was the only server behind the bar. We also noticed she had been on the cell phone several times .We have no complaints on our meal except it took so long to receive. Thank you
When yall go ask for the server MITCHELL. I think I spelled it right. He was the best and made our experience great. He definitely exceeded my expectations. This was my 1st time eating here. I took my father for Fathers Day. I was surprised how the sever NEVER showed a sign of aggravations. Because we was asking for him a lot. He was fast on everything and the food exceeded my expectations. I never had such a great customer service experience. He made us feel like home. Definitely had my business.
This is a great location that is clean, friendly, and well-organized. I come here several times a year, usually for special occasions like an anniversary or birthday. This past time was for my birthday, when I had the Tuesday special--starter salad, lobster tail/2 premium sides, and a desert. All for under $20! A great deal all around. They also have a happy hour daily during which many drinks (including the martinis) are half off. The drinks are usually pretty strong and worth the money.
Could not ask for better food or better service. Had my nephews graduation dinner here and it was my first time trying Bonefish. We will definitely be back for more. Loved that there are some really healthy options on the menu as well since I am a diabetic and was able to choose better options for myself.
I had a surprise party for my wife here, and the experience was wonderful. The manager, Mr Hughes easy and great to work with. The setup was perfect and the room was large enough for everyone to move around comfortably. The food was great and our waitress was magnificent.👍👍👍
It was pretty good. 1st visit. Few things were a bit off. We made reservations but after we arrived, on time, it took another 30 mins to get seated because they were behind on reservations. So... its save a spot in line not a reservation. Got bang bang shrimp (ok but dont understand the cult following) and pot stickers. Do not get the pot stickers. Tasted off and were soggy. Entrees were good. There seemed to be ALOT of staff, but our waiter still seemed overloaded. At $100 for 2 people, I dont think its worth the hype but it wasnt bad. So...its meh
Bonefish was a place my niece loved to go to for Brunch and Ive been several times for dinner. She turned 30 on the 22nd Dec and made a reservation for a group of 14 for 6pm for her family and friends to celebrate her birthday at Bonefish. She arrived about 530pm to Bonefish only to be told that there was not reservation made. This reservation was make a whole week in advance, so she thought. Apparently whomever she spoke with didnt do the reservation. She was heart broken, crying and very upset as she had 14 people on the way to help celebrate her birthday. The worst part about it, they didnt even TRY to accommodate her and her friends. Very poor customer service IMPO. Needless to say, we will not be back for Brunch, Lunch or Dinner.
Me and my teamwork went there for Christmas dinner on the 12/17. Our manger made an early reservation to make sure we will be well taken care of. so the service was really low and slow. We ordered at the same time, some of us got their food ready in about 15 min, but for the others it took twice the time; it took them more than an hour to bring the food. Half of us finished eating while others were still waiting. Most of us ordered fish, it was raw, vegetable not cooked at all,It was A very bad experience, and this is the 2nd time that I have a bad experience at bonefish Augusta. Just to clarify, that was our first ever Christmas dinner offered by our company, never again 👎🏻
Had delicious food and the atmosphere was great, however, our service was awful. Our waiter tended to us once in 30 minutes though he was able to spend time at all other times several more times, forgot our dessert and we waited 25 minutes for a water refill. We were looking forward to a nice early Valentine’s Day meal but sadly, will not be returning.
We were seated for about 10 -15 min with no waiter. I went to the hostess to let her know. About two minutes later we had a waiter and manager at the table to assist. She apologized then asked us was there anything she could do to fix it. We told her that it was ok now that we have our waiter. However, she still compensated us for the wait. Great customer service!
First time here. We were seated quickly. Our server was excellent. She talked us through the menu and made recommendations based on our collective conversation. I got the Atlantic Salmon with jasmine rice and green beans. For my appetizer I got a cup of corn soup with lobster. The food was delicious. The cost was reasonable (not expensive). I dont have any complaints. I would highly recommend the Bonefish Grill. I will definitely be going back when Im back in Augusta.
Purchased two dinner meals to go. The food appear to have been thrown in the bag. Gravy sauce all over the napkins and the main tray top we’re loose so the food spilled. The lame excuse the employee gave was that’s the way they put it in the bag. This was a very bad experience and a lesson learned not to patronize the Augusta Fishbone Restaurant again.
Love this restaurant! Had the best servers ever. My only complaint on the food is the high salt in the corn and crab chowder and my crab cake was loaded too.. it absolutely took away the great taste of these foods... a little disappointing when my expectations were so high.. I will return.. just be aware of high salt in the things you order...
We went for a friends party so it was a big group and we were well taken care of. We ordered imperial dip and for a meal got the lobster tail and whipped mashed potatoes and potatoes al gratin and my hubs got the bang bang shrimp tacos which were so yummy. Loved the food and service. Will definitely come back.
Bang bang shrimp, bang bang shrimp tacos and fries, chilean sea bass with mango salsa are a few of the best on the menu. My husband and I recently enjoyed a grilled seafood dinner for two special that they had - $45. It came with 4 different types of seafood, salad for 2, jasmine rice, scalloped potatoes and broccoli. We were pleased. Everything is portion sized; but, we were satisfied with splitting the food in half. Its no fun to feel stuffed when youre done eating. Great food, good atmosphere whether you dine inside or outside. Very friendly, courteous and professional service. Join the rewards club if you visit. This is one of my familys favorite spots!

2022-05-11Amazing place! The first time we ever ate here? Top notch, wish i could of tried everything. We were there for our anniversary! Thought the cake would of been complimentary but it was worth it. The filet was cooked perfectly and so tender. The bacon mac and cheese wasnt what I expected. They had butter for my steak which if you have never tried I recommend.

2022-01-23Bonefish is always a fan favorite. The food is always fresh and the atmosphere inviting. The only negative was the food service was very slow for our entrees. But due to Covid staff shortages, it is understandable. The bang bang shrimp are a must try and what keeps me coming back!

2021-12-16The food was magnificent the only thing I did not like was the cream spinach… maybe because I’ve had better. The ambiance is a little darkish so flash on with pictures. We had a wonderful waitress. I forgot her name but she knew what she was doing.. she dropped a glass but she made sure our saftey was ok. Cus my lil one was a little shocked 😂 if ur going to this restaurant please try the Bang Bang Shrimp it’s the reason I started eating at this place 😉❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

2021-08-10Let me just say the Imperial Dip was amazing! And the restaurant was so clean and just had a very nice appeal and ambience. I had the scallop and shrimp skewers which were good but not great. My daughter said her bang bang shrimp nachos were very good. On the other hand, my mother ordered her steak medium well and it was burnt! My sisters burger was also burnt! Like they put it on and forgot about it. Must be inexperienced cooks in the kitchen. They did comp the meals but my sister end up not eating which was disappointing. Overall its a nice place, just hope you get an experienced cook.

2022-04-30Went to Bonefish last night for the first time ever. Pleasantly surprised! Enjoyed everything about our visit. Made a reservation online and we were seated immediately. The waitress Idella was so friendly and helpful. The drinks and food were delicious! We enjoyed the crab fries, sirloin steak, mahi mahi with imperial sauce, and pomegranate and pineapple martinis. It was a crowded Friday night and the food still came out in a decent amount of time. We can’t wait to come back!

2022-02-07I had steak and shrimp. Absolutely nothing stood out about this meal. Steak was ordered medium, it was still a little tough a d chewy. Shrimp was below average. Service was top notch, atmosphere is good. I think this restaurant makes you expect a little more, quality, flavor, etc...

2022-07-04Michael P. was the most superb server Ive ever experienced. This was my first visit to Bonefish Grill and Michael made excellent suggestions. He described the dishes with such intensity and love.. I mean Food Network -like descriptions!!!! Michael P is superb and Ill definitely be back to see him and enjoy some of the other decadent dishes and wine pairings he suggested. I am ready for more magic in my mouth!!!

2022-05-29The wait was suprisingly short and our waiter was just so polite and friendly. I had a slight inconvenience with my steak being undercooked, but that is the only complaint.

2022-05-16Food was terrible. My husband ordered the grouper special with two sides for twenty seven dollars. Which I thought was a fair price ifor a meal. When they bought the grouper out and it was the size of a two piece chicken nuggets McDonalds happy meal. I thought I was at McDonalds. Im thinking this cant be a regular, although the place wasnt crowded it was steady, food has to be a better quality. The chef should have been ashamed to send such mess out to a customer.. my husband and I thought we had found a nice place for our date days or nights. First time and last time . Shame just shame. I wanted to say something to the staff but I wasnt in a good state of mind because of the food and it would have been very ugly. So choose to be polite knowing this was the last time for us.again shame just shame.the waitress didnt wait for us to taste the food before she bought the tickets like she knew I was going to say something about the food. Shame just shame.
