Average place... as always the employee knew nothing and had to ask a manager.. I paid for all night bowling and left after 2 games..honestly being there with my military buddy we was really hoping for a discount but again another let down.. this place in a military town does NOT do military discounts so sad!
Fun place to bowl with the family. All ages can find some excitement and happy times while enjoying good music, food, games, and more. Daily specials and coupons available. Saturday was the only day I found with no specials, but realized it was no different any other nite besides full price. Had a blast. Do recommend going.
It was cool! Enjoyed myself. The atmosphere was on good, the staff was friendly, and the drinks at the bar looked pretty good! The only concern I have is was the restroom cleanliness. There should be an hourly check to ensure cleanliness or some type of rotation check! Other than that it was all good😊
There is only two things that really bother me about this place.1) is the Pro Shop ever open because I went by there today and it was closed when it was supposed to be open.2) it doesnt seem like theres enough people working in the back for ball returns and Pen setup.I was just at this Bowling Center on April 10th and I can tell you the only time I had to wait that long to get a lane was when there was someone in front of me. I am trying to understand why they would only have one person working the counter on a Sunday.
We use to really enjoy our time here but I can tell theyve changed management. It took 30min and 2 calls to get our ball unstuck and half of the arcade games were not working properly. The staffed seemed too bothered to help us. Customers can see employees when they are called for help, look in our direction then shrug their shoulders and roll their eyes and continue working behind the desk. 2 stars only because they put so much effort into the remodel but its quickly going back down hill.
I had a blast our church family went for a night of bowling and I tell you we had a really great time they gave us a great group discount we had booked in advance the even had our section decorated I thought that was so nice this is a great place to go and just have great fun 5 stars ratings
This was our very first time coming to bowlero and we had a terrible time. We asked for prices on the games and we were 7$ which was fine. We went to a lane that had some one there already waited 20 min for them to finish when there were plenty other empty lanes. Also went to play games and the machine was broken and waited 20 minutes in line to hear that they didnt have change and i had to spend 30$ instead of 25$?? How does this make sense. Then when we finished playing games nobody was rhere to help ua cash our tickets. We will not be coming back. Thanks. Customer aervice is the reason we arent coming back..
A nice bowling alley but, they charge a little more than $7 per person per game. Its not just a charge for the lane and the shoe rental. Was not clarified beforehand when we asked. It cost my wife and I $50+ for 3 games not including the price of our drinks. I even had my own ball and shoes. Wont be coming back.
We couldnt be happier about our sons 40th birthday party at Bowlero. I worked with Brian in their corporate office in planning every detail. On party day, Jordan, Brittany and all of the personnel in our Columbus location went out of their way to make every detail perfect. It was a terrific experience and our son was thrilled!! Thanks to everyone who helped make this occasion even more special!!
Came here because Stars and Strikes was way to crowded, the service her was great the drinks were amazing i recommend the Southern charm drink it really creeps up on you the food was good too, we got mozzarella sticks and garlic parmesan fries! I recommend this place for a date or a fun family event!
1st off. This place is completely understaffed.. we ordered food at 700pm.. at 1030pm.. the food still wasnt even done... We had to get our money back... THEN I called to put my name on the waiting list.. at 3pm.. when I get there at 7.. the young lady at the front desk with blond hair told me it would be a 2 hour wait to bowl because the waiting list was so long.. after I explain to her that I called at 3pm... She then came back with another story.. it was as if they didnt want people there. It was not a fun experience at all. Never going back!
Ive been here twice with my roommates, both times for their childrens birthday parties. The first time was around Aug 2020, and it was pretty dead in the bowling alley. We were the only customers in there for at least the first hour. We purchased the 2 hour package, which you get to choose your food from a list, you get several arcade play cards with tokens and a laminated bowling pin for the birthday child. Any food you dont finish, they allow you to box up and take with you!Surprisingly, the food is actually really good. We had chicken tenders, pizza, and mac n cheese balls the first time, and cheesy bread, chicken tenders and buffalo cauliflower this last time. The second time we went, which was this month, they were a LOT busier but the experience was still pretty amazing. Bottom line, both children loved their birthday parties and we would do this for either of them again!
The facility was fairly clean. They were prepared for the covid-19 required social distancing. The bar was closed. The kitchen and snack bar was restricted to staff only. The bowling was a little pricey. Service was slow but friendly. The patrons were limited to a single lane. All in all I had fun. Enjoy your evening but expect to pay 9 dollars a game on Friday night.
Went down for the pepsi youth tournament loved the atmosphere and the tournament was good. We ordered Pizza and fries. Food was unedible. The pizza was almost burnt so dark on crust and side on bottom very very hard to eat and chew must lest swallow. The fries were already cold when we got them. I would go back for a tournament. But would make sure I ate somewhere else dont know if thats the way it is all the time or they were short staff but being a resturant manager I would have never served my customers that pizza.
Great atmosphere. Place stays packed on the weekends and they do events all the time. Bar and food service is seriously slow, though. Usually takes around 20-25 minutes to get a drink or some food. The bar gets backed up really easily on weekend nights so there ends up being a huge line. Still a great place to come bowl
Jarred was awesome at having the party run smoothly and enjoyable. The staff ensured we had enough napkins & drink refills & gave us the plates for the cake. I celebrated my daughters 10th birthday here. They let her do two song requests. They had the bumpers up etc. They even added our guests names for us in the system as they all arrived. We had our own private area. The pizza was filling & delicious. They had set up Happy Birthday with my daughters name. I have zero complaints. 100% fully satisfied customer. Booking was easy. The staff answered all questions & accommodated our needs perfectly to our desires. I look forward to coming again. Each child in the party also had a $3 complimentary arcade card which was very much enjoyed after bowling. We are very grateful for our positive experience. Honestly, my expectations were exceeded. Way to go Bowlero. Thank you! I would definitely recommend this bowling alley for any age or event.
This place has gone down. We had a party of about 18 adults bowling but more than that in attendance. They gave us 2 lanes, and no its not because they were busy. The music was outlandish playing 1980s. No matter how many times we requested songs his reply was he was only allowed to play what was in rotation. The worst will surely be going to stars and stripes
We prefer this place over the way too overt priced stars and strikes! The laser tag here is a lot better too. My entire family had a blast here and will definitely be going back often. Food is great. The employees are very nice. Its clean in the inside and in the bathrooms. Highly recommended!!
Had a great time with friends and the facility was great, but the service was lacking. Our waitress was super nice and helpful, but there wasnt enough help for a Saturday night. She did all she could, just needed additional staff support. 30 minutes for a drink is TOO long to wait.
The tables are lousy and interrupt your ability to move around. Not much free space if you have a few people and the stand with the keyboard blocks access to the balls and blower. The shoes have a big lip around the edge of them and it is the most expensive bowling alley Ive ever been to. The decor is nice and the place looks very well taken care of.
First, I came here with my family because of the good reviews. However, it was very disappointing. We waited in line to check in over 15 min and it was not busy at all. Maybe 3 lanes in use. Second, we tried ordering pizza and wings and drinks, over $100 so we passed. 4 drinks were $18. The arcade is a joke. $5 only gives for one game. Service was awful. Overall, if more looking to spend $200 bowling, this place is for you included with bad service. Never again.
My friend and I went there on Christmas night to play pool. We had fun!!! I love the updates that you all have done. The only things I wish you could change is more pool tables in the bar area not just that lonely one thats on the floor. And making sure that the servers sees when there is people playing pool thats by the laser tag.
We went here with family after the holidays and were pleasantly surprised. The new updates are beautiful and inviting. I love the flooring. The bartender was very sweet, too. We always enjoyed the arcade after bowling a few games and loved the selection. Its got a good mix of classics like ski ball and air hockey with newer electronic games like flappy bird and candy crush.
We went around 5 on Saturday. The employee working the front desk was very rude, didnt greet or speak to either my husband or I, only spoke to tell us to put our card in the chip reader. There were maybe only 7 other lanes in use at this point so they were NOT busy by any means. Went to order 2 drinks and an order of fries around 5:40 and the bar wasnt set up yet I guess? So we ended up waiting over 20 minutes for that order. The place is nice and clean but the staff SERIOUSLY needs to be talked to about customer service. We were completely ignored when we tried to check out as well until a girl walked by (despite there being people behind the desk ignoring us) and asked if we needed to be checked out. We wont be returning, definitely going to try out a different alley next time.
Amazing employees! The check in counter people seemed happy to get us on a lane and our server name was Hailey. She was very polite and respectful and got our orders as soon as possible and got it to us quickly. They did seem a little under staffed with the servers with there being a party going on and a good bit of lanes takin and only her there. Its a very clean facility and they have easy to find balls. The food is a bit expensive but well worth it.
Absolutely terrible customer service. Due to a family emergency we had to cancel our reservations for a bowling party. They wouldnt even consider giving us a refund they just kept our money and offered us a useless credit. The staff then contacted us the next day after we had cancelled demanding to know where we were. They were incredibly rude and unprofessional. We had to ask several times who we were talking g to and they just kept demanding to speak with my wife by name. I can safely say I will not be using this company again and I advise other to stay away and book your party with a different company.
This place is 10 times better now after they remodeled it. Very nice and tons of room now, the arcade was enjoyed by the kids and we all had a blast at laser tag. However, for a family of four it gets ridiculously expensive to bowl, get snacks or almost anything else. About the only time we go now is when Groupon has sales. If it was more affordable it would have been 5 stars.
Great place to bowl, always clean and plenty of balls. The bar service is great, but the food service is a joke. One person in our group had to wait over an hour for a personal pizza turns out they had given her pizza to someone else, another waited over 40 minutes for wings and only got them because they went up to ask about them and was told they had forgotten. Our table had also gotten cluttered with a bunch of glasses and plates and had asked for someone to come clear it off but no one ever came. Love to bowl here but will definitely eat beforehand.
Came here for a childs birthday party and was pleasantly surprised at how genuinely helpful all of the staff members were no matter what they were doing. The food is good, facility is nice, clean, bathrooms on point, and the overall atmosphere put me at ease. I will come again.
This was an awful experience. It took the cashier 20 minutes to ring up the person in front of me. We finally get to order our lanes, and she said they have socks. So, I buy a pair to find out there are no socks. Then, she cant refund me while I am up there because she needs her manager that will not come up there. Next, we cannot start the game because the bumpers are not electronic. I was able to run to Target and back before they got the bumpers up. Of course, everyone has to use bumpers, which is lame. Do not come here. What a waste.
We had a small get-together today at the bowling alley for my daughters birthday, we didnt do any of the packages they have for birthdays because we already had a party the night before- we just simply brought a few of her friends and went bowling. I ordered a few kids meals and drinks and we had an amazing time, that was all because of the guy that runs the front named Nick. Nick did an amazing job helping me get the kids shoes and lane ready and he went above and beyond to help me with refills on drinks and getting their food out. He made our experience there amazing, we will definitely be returning in the near future and will be telling all of our friends about are outstanding experience. Thanks again Nick, you helped make my daughters birthday party amazing
Overall was a good experience! They spaced you out in lanes which was nice til it was busy. We of course went with kids so it was a bit crazy. Ordered food and was quick as it could be as it was getting busy but with just the one waitress she was so overloaded with people she was slow the busier it got but she def did her best. The bowling was fun. We didnt play arcade games that day but want to go back to play as they looked fun.
I just left this establishment and was told they have a special if $21/pp for 2 hours of bowling when I asked how much is it per game as I knew I wouldnt be there two hours I was told its $12.99/ for the first game and $19.99 for each additional game. Then I overheard the other attendant tell another group its $7/game. I will not be back to this location I did not feel welcomed. And being given information in hopes I would not stay is a fefdefin deal breaker for me. Thanks but no thanks.
Pros: front desk staff was super nice, place was clean, and had well kept bathrooms. Lanes and decor were nice. Price was decent for three games and shoes about $15.Cons: Waitress was a hot mess. Food was weird - got the garlic parmesan wings that tasted like they were buffalo wings fist then someone threw bit of extra seasoning on them. Also got the sample plate with no cheese bread. Took FORVEVE to get drinks.
We came in to only get one lane. We were told 39 minute wait to clean a lane & possibly longer? I am a league bowler at different lanes. This is ridiculous! There were at least 10 lanes open at this time! Poor lane management and customer service.. will go somewhere else the next time we want to bowl!
We went on a Sunday afternoon around 2pm. We ordered a hotdog, hamburger, and a shrimp popper meal which took a whole hour to get to us.It seems like there were only 4 people working with many of the lanes full. I dont know if people called out but management should have found fill ins instead of running their employees ragged. We had a much better experience coming here on a Saturday night than a less busy Sunday afternoon.
The place was fine but we had a set time frame in which to bowl. Not a big deal to get a couple games in before the time ran out, except for the fact that the lane quit working a number of times. Changing lanes didnt seem to matter for the people who started next to us because they moved from a lane that kept messing up to a lane that was messing up worse. That said, we decided to take our chances. Several times it took the staff as much as 10-12 minutes to get it working again because more than once I watched them hanging out chatting with other employees at the desk for more than 5 minutes after being told it had quit again. We didnt have any issues with the lanes at the other place in town so we went there a couple times more recently. It cost less with a groupon anyway I believe.
Lanes are good but they are way understaff, you have to wait a long time for a drink and food. The bartender many times is not at the bar so you have to wait for her to come to the bar ( I dont know where she hides). The waitress is really nice but is just one girl most of the times.
I am a recreational bowler who bowls a good amount and there is nothing worse than mistreated lanes, this Bowlero has good lanes. They are well greased. Really my only issue is most of the finger-holes on the bowling balls are chipped. It has a great layout and is kept very neat and tidy. They also give a great military discount, which I appreciated it!
As far as bowling goes, I enjoy this place most of the time when its not too crowded. They have great service as far as food goes and its not bad. They have recently added laser tag which isnt my cup of tea but the kids might like it. The only bad thing about this place is that some times the music is a bit loud but the kids like it.
Went with my family yesterday the lady at the front wasnt very helpful just kept repeating we had to put a card on file even if it didnt have anything on it. Just needed a card. I kind of understand you get busy people walk out. Got that. What I dont get is when you charge someones card who paid cash at the end. Card info should be wiped after payment has been made. First and last trip!
Wow! This place looks great! The new owners have transformed thos pls e from your everyday, truck stop vibe bowling alley, into a place where youd feel confident in bringing a date or family. The menu, while still bar food, is incredibly tasty, not greasy, and fairly priced. Tempted but did not order the 5 pound party burger! For $52 it looks worth it! Looking forward to dusting off my shoes and ball and come back!
Me and my friends went on a Saturday and they did not have any like group deals matter fact they didnt have any deals at all so everyone had to pay individually I didnt think that was cool at all I think you should always have some type of little group coupons or or something like that no I would not recommend this place to anyone
Wow - bowling is just the beginning. Laser tag, beat arcade, pool tables, air hockey, and foosball. Serve excellent drinks at reasonable prices with terrific specials at certain days and times - usually after 8pm. The staff was wonderfully accommodating, responsive, and friendly.
First of all I havent been here since it was Peach Bowl Lanes and boy was I in for a treat. This place looks and feels amazing. So to get to my experience we scheduled a King Pin Party Package here if you dont know what that is its amazing what you get for you buck. We had an wonderful time bowling, great food and someone who actually knows how to make good mix drinks lol thanks bartenders. We want to get a BIG Shout Out to our lane server Michaela. She was on top of our party from start to finish never once did we have to search for her and very friendly A+++ service. Our second BIG Shout Out is to the Manager Lorenzo. We had a couple hiccups throughout the night nothing major but he was on top of it and made sure we had the best experience ever, we appreciate that man. Third an last shout out is to the man that set this all up for me over the phone Mr. John Cole. Without you and all your guidance and emails we would have never had this experience. Thanks again. If your looking for a good time and are over the age of 21 and wanna do a group event totally look into the King Pin Package here. I promise you that you wont regret the decision. Want to Thank the Bowlero of Columbus Ga for a great experience. Thank you all.
My wife and I went along with another couple for a couple of games of late night bowling on a Saturday night.I have bowled for many years and Ive been to many different bowling alleys.I was impressed with the size and amount of lanes this location had and definitely the house ball selection for those who dont have their own ball. We hadnt planned on visiting the bowling alley while we were in town so I used a house ball this particular evening. The balls are arranged by weight and not just thrown in random spots. There are large screens with graphics for each lane to keep you entertained. The location has a bar, arcade, and pool table. The staff was friendly. Well be going back soon.
Have not been here in forever. My wife, I and my 8 yr old daughter decided to go this saturday and were pleasantly surprised! Family friendly! We had so much fun. I was a bit nervous going at first since my previous experiences in the past involved cursing teenagers hanging out in the front and walking around the building, along with adults that do not understand how to act in public places. But none of that was there this time. we will return soon! we plan on bowling a lot more now!
This place was excellent. I was in the area (Fort Benning) for the graduation of my brother from basic training. We kinda had to wait around for it to open at 2, but once we were in, we had a great time. We bowled a little bit and then we played pool a little bit. We had a few drinks and we ordered a pizza. My brother made a big deal about making sure the pizza was not going to have cardboard crust but the staff assured us that the dough is hand made in house.Theres two places to play pool here - one is more out in the open, and the other involves approaching the bar and going around behind it. We chose the latter - it was neatly tucked away yet directly connected to the bar so it had that smokey bar pool table vibe. At a bowling alley. Wow.By the way, the pizza was excellent! My memory is a little foggy but Im sure I bowled a couple strikes... Yeah.Bowling. Cocktails. Fresh pizza. Few rounds of Pool.Only problem was we stayed so many hours that we heard their music playlist repeat itself!
We had a great time. 2 hours of bowling. The lane assistants were quite encoraging to my daughter who was rusty with the sport. She even got to play some arcades while she waited for our lane to open. The cookie monster with icecream was awesome. It is super rich but delish. It was just the right size for both of us. Pitcher of ice cold water (I guess alot of bowling alleys dont do pitchers on the lane any more) it was fun
Its a nice place but, last week I paid 23.49 for three people to bowl 3 games and rented a pair of shoes. This week we went and was told the exact same games and people would cost me 60.52. I asked why the difference and was told, the prices had been raised, really? Cant afford to go there again.
Very large inside and can hold lots of people, great place for parties and hanging out. Bowling is a little expensive when there arent any specials, at 2 games for $14 thats more than Im used to spending. But the lanes and balls are in great shape and had no issues, except the lane we played in the 1 pin would fall down about 40% of the time after a reset, so our scores were a bit messed up.The laser tag is a good size for maybe 5v5, any more and its chaos unless you just want to sit still and not move around. The guns are clean and cool looking and are easy to use and you know when you arent holding it right when it beeps so it wont shoot. The bar area is decent size and staff was super friendly and quick service. There was only 1 dart in the board so we couldnt play darts.I would visit again and bowl just when the games were cheaper.
Very fun and entertaining place. Music on projectors in back of bowling alleys is a plus. Lazertag course is top of the line and they even have tourneys! First time we went the lazer tag was unoperational but the manager gave us free passes to lazer tag and a gift card with 10 free credits to the arcade! The college student special for bowling was an extreme help considering me and my friends were on a budget. Extremely friendly staff and lots of cool stuff to do. Cheap prices make this a very enjoyable outing and i will definitely be visiting again. 100/10 would reccomend.
Great bowling alley. Hosts the Pepsi Tournament annually and does a great job. Large game area, and laser tag room. Was given a tour of the facility by a friendly and knowledgeable associate. The only negative was extremely slow lane conditioning machines, but that only occurs before tournaments and leagues and does not affect open bowling.
1st time there and the Bowling lane had to be reset 3 times on June 22nd. (They charge you per person and per game, think twice before you bring a big group) Food Sampler was served cold first time. Second time food size was smaller but hot afterwards got a smile from the girl with 2 hair colors who served the food at the bowling lane. Alcohol is $8.64 for a shot. (Outrageous prices) bar maid gave me a double shot glass and filled it up half way. Felt like I was getting ripped off. Probably wont go back.
I have been bowling here for 30yrs this is my home town. It use to be my favorite place. Times have changed I guess. I am in a league there and one time I had to post bowl and I was told I could not have the lights on to post bowl. It wasnt even busy I came in at 2pm. They couldve put me down on the end and turn the lights on for just 3 games? I guess I better make it to every game. Watch out there is competition down the street. You guys tell me should I go there instead next seasons.
I was extremely displeased. The services was mediocre, and the food was not good. They messed up my order, said they were going to correct it, and then closed the kitchen without giving me my correct order. This was not the first time I have had an issue with this place.
I took 7 teenagers and one grade school age girl for midnight bowling on a Friday night to celebrate my sons birthday. The music and the videos was down right trashy. The college age couples beside us were so drunk that they were twirking and grinding all up on one another. It was the most uncomfortable night for family bowling. It literally felt like we were in a night club.
MICHAEL.. MICHAEL .. AWESOME GUY. So as soon as we arrived for my nephews birthday party we got off to a bad start. We had problems getting the money cards so we talked to a manager an he did everything to make us happy. Then we started bowling an ordered some food around 10:30 so we waited till around 11:45 an ask how much longer on our food they said not much longer. So as soon as I get back to bowl my turn I hear them say they will no longer be serving food the kitchen is shut down. Again I ask about my food an they told me they lost my ticket. So yet again. We talk to the manager Michael an again dose EVERUTHING he could to make us happy..... If you ever have any issues talk to michael
What else is there to do? Prices are much higher than in any other bowling alley I have seen in Chicago, California, Texas... Not sure why except for the fact that it is the ONLY one in this city. Last time I went though there was a private AFLAC party on a Friday night so we had to go back home.
Their motto is theres not jack squat to do in this dump city so lets wallet-rape every sucker that walks in here! Sadly the lack of entertainment venues that dont come with airborne herpes means youll eventually end up here with your wallet out and assuming the position.

2022-04-17It was fun because of the time spent with my son and my friends but its extremely overpriced! Over $300 for some food and a game of bowling for our small group. And Im guessing theyre way understaffed because service is slow. My son waited 20 minutes to cash in some arcade points. We will be back because its better than the others but cant afford to do it too often.

2022-06-22Its time to remodel this place. The first lane we were given was broken... we were given 2 more and one of them broke as well. Its hard to keep the momentum of the game going when you have to continously call for lane maintenance. I ended up leaving and of course Bowlero did not offer to refund when it was obviously their fault that we were not able to happily play. 😒

2022-03-13Columbus Georgia, Bradly Park Dr.This place is absolutely is absolutely falling apart. The snack bar delivered my 70$ worth of food to someone else.. after 2 hrs I finally complained. The snack bar employees told me they cant help me because they are temporally closed ......they temporally closed 3 times during my two games.Even when they were open food took forever.I seen several employees standing around doing nothing through the kitchen door. Some of them not even in any sort of uniform.Several other customers had complaints about the kitchen also.My kids never got to eat.Ill have to take them to dinner after. The lines for the bar, snack bar and the main counter are consistently wrapped around the corner. The bar RAN OUT OF BEER.IT WASNT THAT BUSY.I drove across the street to get a red bull and change for a 20$ before my wife got out of line at the front. Wow.This place is understaffed and under trained and there is absolutely zero pep in anyones step about ANYTHING !What a joke. This is just sad and embarrassing.I will not be back.

2022-05-15I wish I could give no stars. Been here twice both times they forgot about our order, this time they only brought out half my order after 45 mins. Everytime i wemt to the front dest the employee was playing on the fone. Then when I asked to speak to the manager one of the employees said they were the manger, but then the manager came out to handle the refund.

2022-06-25They really need to update this place. We had to wait an hour before we could order food. The lanes kept getting stuck and giving fouls when we got a strike. They asking for too much money for this mess.

2022-02-06Good environment to go out to BUT when we got there I asked the young man in the front what is my total(you dont pay upfront for your games, they place a hold on your card and then u check out and pay when you are done playing) and how much is it per game, right? So his response to me was oh, its 14.80 per person (it was 3 of us) and you can play as MANY GAMES as you want. The young man DID NOT say its 7.94 for each game, PER PERSON. Listen I like bowling but not for 70.00 for not even a hrs worth of playing. I will not be back unless its on unlimited night because that is a complete rip off. My opinion!

2017-04-18Very nice bowling alley. Fun for adults and children. The booths at the lane were very comfortable. Snacks were good and customer service was very friendly. I cant wait to come back.

2019-10-29Ive he never heard newly (not sure the date) renovated. 48 well manicured lanes. 2 full service bars at each of the alley. Full arcade for family and childrens/kids fun. Conveniently located right off the interstate and in a quiet area of Columbus.

2019-12-17This is our 3rd year having our school staff party here. We really enjoy it! The staff went all out decreasing for us! Only complaint is the wait to get nachos refilled. But they were amazing!! Awesome fun time! Laser tag had great memories and many laughs.

2022-03-06Very clean and well maintained. A great place for the whole family to enjoy. Only issue I had was they were short staffed and it took way too long to settle up and leave
