This is a descent location because if you are downtown and need a snack or need to use the restroom you can without having to worry about paying to park. With that being said there is a high-volume that comes through the door. Im not sure if they need to hire more staff or what but someone needs to be on constant rotation for the restroom. It needs to be painted as well. Also there was no soap and the dryer didnt work. That also means that if employees use the restroom they cant clean their hands properly.
This for the dunkin donuts inside the bp , its 4 oclock March 11th .. I didnt get the young mans name but the young man working today in the dunkin donuts was extremely polite and awesome ... I usually come in around this time on my lunch break and I just wanted to say that kid works hard and has the best attitude 👍
If I could give negative stars I would! I came here with my husband to fill our car up after being on the road 5 hours with 4 hours remaining, I asked a guy at the front counter, who was obviously on something, if they had anything I could use to clean the toilet that was COVERED in urine!!! Even the floor has pee all over it!! He told me that he couldnt give any cleaning products to a customer and I asked him if he could get someone to clean it real quick and he said plainly no that they dont clean the bathrooms there that the people that do that come in at 1... Are you kidding me??? I spent a lot of money here and I cant even use a clean toilet???? I will be contacting corporate first thing!!! I asked for a manager and was told they dont have a manager that I could use the bathroom outside!!!!!!!! He was so rude and arrogant!!! This is by far the worst customer service I have EVER received!!!!!!
Towed my car after I parked there for just 5 minutes. Never left property, was just in line for a while due to the slow service. They said I had been there over 20 minutes. Even other employees backed my claim up and the manager refused to do anything. Never been so mad before.

Terrible staff, except for one employee - I wish I knew her name. Also, they are not open 24 hrs; they will close randomly whenever it suits them.I asked to speak to a manager, about their hours of operation, and was told there was no manager; they wouldnt even give me the name of the owner. After asking for these simple details I was escorted off the property by an armed security guard.Disgraceful!!In addition; I bought a sandwich before I was escorted out. When I got home and unwrapped it...it was moldy!
Stopped in for gas and to use the restroom. Went into the ladies and there was pee all over the floor as well as the toilet itself. Turned right around and drover another 6+ miles for a gas station with a clean restroom and gas there. If the ladies looks like it hasnt been cleaned in weeks I dread what the males looks like
The gas prices are generally higher, but the location is convenient. The bike caters to motorcycles which is nice. The security guards are friendly as well and keep beggars from bothering you while at the gas station.
These bathrooms get a LOT of use so theyre not always the tidiest. However, they have been updated a bit recently with new hand dryers. BP staff are always courteous. Dunkin Donutsstaff professionalism is often hit or miss. Theres a microwave and small breakfast bar with capacity for about 3-4 people to sit and eat.
Was charged $3.99 ($1.99 on the shelf) for a half gallon of milk and I failed to realize until I was doing that math when I got home of all my stuff. Immigrant workers will be sure to rip you off before you can speak. Potential scamming happening at this location BEWARE!!!
Purchased 2 Cold Cut Combo Sandwiches at this location for me and my daughter. 1 mile away in dense traffic, 1 sandwich was covered in Moldon one side and the inside. Wrapping covered up. The other Sandwich was fine. At least my daughter had food. NEXT ANSWER YOUR PHONE!This has been a public service message.

The most horrible experience of my life dealing with a gas station. I bought jumper cables from them that wouldnt work and they wouldnt help me by refunding my money or even exchanging them for other merchandise. I even purchased gas here for $2.60 a gallon. This is terrible customer service. Im a single mother in a mini van and they offered no alternative. No compassion. Maybe buying in America 🇺🇸 means nothing to this company...
Store is 24 hours but has a homemade sign on door saying they’re closed. Security guard walking around with an attitude because people are walking up to the door. Beyond bizarre!!!
Look how clean the car came out with this $10 night car wash. They even let you sit inside the car while its being washed which is was I personally go here with the kids. The only thing you gotta know before coming here is to bring cash because this place is probably a front. Just kidding they accept credit cards but only during the day.
The service is pretty good in the morning. I dont know how it is in the evening. Traffic can be a bit much if you come through after 7am and 3 pm but thats everywhere in Atlanta. It is on a busy street.
This place is great because its open late, and when all the stores are closed I can count on it being open. Its like my saving grace and it right down from Georgia State college so it stays packed with youthful spirit. The Indian people who own it are friendly and courteous.They have a Dunkin donuts / Baskin Robbins or something like that inside there as well.pretty good, preeetttyyy gooood

I have become a patron of this self serve station due to its proximity nearing the interstate. Fortunately, this BP location, is the only fueling station within a 2-3 mile radius of downtown Atlanta which is the area in which I am employed. Because of its singular availability, this BP location is often congested with in and out traffic which can be unsettling to the nerves.
I like BPs because their pumps actually works, you can pump your gas and it locks in place,while you can do other stuff in your car; 5 star
Its very expensive on gas. Youd be better driving about 20 minutes north and getting gas up there. Its typically 30-40¢ cheaper.
Bathroom is disgusting, no soap except a wet bar sitting on the sink. Fuel expensive too, pass this place and go down the road a bit further.
The man at the counter is so sweet and always gives all of my change back and does not make me feel bad about my purchase. ;)

This smell in this bathroom is horrible. This is nasty BP I have ever seen. It been like this for months, no water working NONE. CLOSE IT - REPLACE IT OR FIT IT.......Its now been 5 months and this place is horrible.

The security guard here this morning at 8:00 am was Sleeping on Duty then accused me of not paying for a can of coke.
Receipt printers at the gas pumps never seem to work, and the line inside is long and slow.

2022-06-18Everything about this gas station is good except the one worker named Thomas. He has no customer service. He stacks beers I think but every time I come up there he says a slick comment. Who is the manager or owner ?

2022-02-28To be avoided !!!The price of gasoline is 2x more expensive than elsewhere, the station is dirty and the staff unfriendly!But even worse ! If you have the misfortune to park on the parking lot of the station (after having put 100$ of gasoline and having left the car 1h the time to go to eat opposite at varsity), they take away the car in impound!There is not a single sign at the parking lot or at the pumps indicating that you cant park, its only written on the building !They work in partnership with the local pound, and take their commission on it!A scandal!But I am not worried, karma will take care of these people paid to harm others…

2021-06-15Drive the 2 minutes to the next gas station!!! machine reader NEVER works. Security verified that by stating its been down all month. Lines are out the door and if you say anything about it, the lovely cashiers just laugh in amusement. And if you prefer your gas an additional $0.20 - $0.40 yup this is your spot!

2020-10-03I had the worst experience in this place this morning. My car was overheating and I needed to stop by there to cool my car down and put some water. Unfortunately my car wasn’t good to drive so I stopped once I got at the station. A man in a blue Hyundai who claimed to work there was parked and started screaming that I parked in the driveway of DD. I explained with a low tone that my car was overheating and I needed to add some water that I had in my trunk. I opened my car hood and this man got out of his car towards me. He pushed my car hood down screaming that he said 3 times to me to move my car. He didn’t offer help or asked if everything was ok. He just came with a very bad attitude panicking me. So I started pushed my car with my hands trying to move out of the driveway as he claimed to be. Then I couldn’t push it anymore. I was in fear, my legs were shaking so bad. So I tried to remain calm, put water in the radiator even thought it wasn’t cooled down. I just wanted to run from there. Then I asked him “are you happy now?” And he showed his middle finger. No surprise. I reacted in the same way and I drove around the building instead of backing up. Anyways...I was so in fear that o stopped once I got in the highway and I cried. I tried to cool down to drive again. If this person really works there, he should change his attitude specially talking to a woman. Very disrespectful. This was the most disappointing situation I ever faced in this gas station.

2021-04-22Pretty certain one of the cashiers swindled me here. Price came up as 6.60 on the register. She Scans something, and goes up to 9.83. Call her out on her bs, and she takes of a 2.73 charge, but I only get 2.55 in change. Just really dumb and sketchy. The motorcycle gang that shows up every now and then are cool tho

2020-09-27In for a quick stop to get petrol. I forgot my BP card and only had my Android phone with Google Pay set up. The store, though small-ish, was properly up-to-date tech appropriate. I noticed the Google Pay logo on the card reader at the register and paid for the petrol with zero issues. I was below empty (with the fuel gauge light on!!!) and the comfort I immediately felt knowing I could safely get to my destination was immeasurably priceless. Good job, BP.🤩💯One note of constructive critique: There needs to be clearer instructions on how to use ones Google Pay from their phone at the pump. I attempted to do this and my Google Pay reacted as expected, then, the pump asked me to remove my credit card??? Not knowing what to do next, seeing as I did not have a credit card, I cancelled the transaction. There, either, needs to be a different programed response from the pump when using ones Google Pay, or, super clear instructions on what to do next when seeing the Remove Your Card response after initiating Google Pay from ones phone. This improvement will definitely get a full 5⭐s from me. Thank you, guys.🙂

2020-01-13This location is decent. It’s midtown so nothing should be surprising. Staff is excellent but my debit card was skimmed here at the gas pumps last week. Be very very careful. Nearly $500 was stolen from me. DO NOT PAY AT THE PUMP!!!
