I seldom give 5-star recommendations, but BR Auto Repair & Collision Center would get a 6-star review from me if allowed. Renan and his team earned this outstanding review for the excellent refinishing work on my 2019 Subaru Outback after hail damage. My vehicle is as good as new...no hyperbole. On top of top-quality work, their customer service is top notch, like you are their only customer. They even did some additional touch-up extras at no additional charge. There are many other auto body shops out there, but don’t waste your time looking elsewhere: call BR Auto Repair for any refinishing work you need done!
I took my Toyota Camry in to have both driver side doors repaired and painted. They got my car back to me in less than 48 hours! They did a great job on the doors and buffed out some other smaller blemishes for no extra charge. They even cleaned my car up inside and out! I highly recommend them for paint and body work. Fast, friendly and courteous service!
I was rear ended and was looking for a repair shop. All the big repair shops in Roswell had a 2 weeks waiting period to schedule the repair. BR auto collision not only took my car immediately but also had it repaired in only a a few days. The owner, Renan dealt with the insurance and answered all my questions and concerns . They are knowledgeable, polite and fast on the repair. I am planning to use them again for my wheel repair. Highly recommended.

This place was great they fixed a couple dents in my car and painted it for a cheaper than other places near by. They even fixed a problem I had a few days later free of charge that. This place was great from start to finish.
My car is my baby and I am very selective of who I trust with it. After finding BR online and reading their customers reviews, and getting an estimate, I decided to give them a shot. And I am so glad that I did. My car is 14 years old and the paint blend and match specifically was BEYOND my expectations. Ive had several other high end shops work on my car, but BR Auto did the best work BY FAR! Renan went above and beyond on the mechanical repairs to my suspension as well as an overhaul of someone elses poor paint job on my front end. I have already shared their info with several other people and now have a go to body shop. They did a lot of work on my car and I could not be happier with the results!!
Wife hit a deer going 45 MPH. front of car and some of the side was damaged. BR Auto fixed the car in two weeks when others were talking almost a month. Plus they loan there own cars for $30 per day or less.

This place is so reliable. They fixed my car right up and gave me advice on the issues I was having with emissions. In fact, my car is there right now. The prices can be steep but the mechanic seriously will make sure you are getting the best bang for your buck. Highly recommend!
Reliable and done to perfection ..Brought my car after taking quotes from few other shops around them.. and they surprised me with their quote, was nervous about quality at first and then was thrilled with the work done by them..Customer service was awesome.. pricing was way lower than anywhere else.. and job was done in timely manner.. unlike others telling 2 weeks or more.. they took 4 days to do that job.. and you can see our car looks like its brand new.. :) makes me happy.I would go to their shop for any or all my repairs and recommend you to give them a chance..
I just happened to get a flat tire right in front of this repair shop and pulled right in luckily. They are so respectful and kind. Ended up buying 4 new tires!! They even took me to work! Ranan, in particular, was so informative, honest and friendly. I just got my truck in February and but somehow they made it feel new again. It drives better and has way cooler tires now! What great place to bring your car! I love this place. They are family owned and such a pleasure to talk to. They are honest and have fair prices. You know what you’re getting and they deliver on there promise to get whatever the repair is done. I also had them do body work on a car! My experience with this collision center was outstanding. Renan was very knowledgeable, and informative when it came to the repairs on my car after being in an auto accident. We had some serious body damage (backed into a concrete post) Renar and his father were extremely helpful, professional and honest with their assessment and options they offered us. This was our first visit for service on our cars to BR Auto Repair. Our Mazda CX-9 was vibrating when we applied brakes so I assumed we needed brake pads and new rotors all the way around the car. I met with Edinaldo (who was very friendly), and he assured me he would check the car out and let me know what it needed. He gave me a price on replacing pads and rotors which I felt was fair and reasonable. He called me later on and told me he could just shave the rotors and only the back pads needed replaced, and the price was much less than the original estimate. I can assure you most places would have just told me the rotors and pads needed replacing all the way around since that is pretty much what I was expecting. I was to the point where I thought all auto repair shops were dishonest and were there to rip you off. Eldinado, thank you for your honesty and for running an auto repair shop with integrity, and for restoring my faith in the auto repair business. This place is what auto repair should be...I will definitely be back when I need another repair!
My first time using BR Auto Repair. My Challenger had been backed into and the accident left a huge dent on the back left panel. Some people wouldve lived with it, I couldnt. I brought my baby here and was told they would get it looking new again. Shes back home and she looks great. The service was friendly and professional, along with reassuring. Something on the road hit my car and BR took care of everything. I ran out of my rental and had to get the sensor done. So they gave me a loaner for the day to help me, and took my car to the Dealer for the sensor. I love that they are family owned because they treat you like family. I would recommend this place to everyone!! This is a late post, they did my work last year but I just referred someone and remembered to post a review which I forgot to do smh. Oh yea, plus the first time customer deductible discount really helped me as well!

Renan and crew did an amazing job repairing my car after a deer hit it and caused a lot of damage to the front bumper, grill, radiator and air conditioner.My car was first at Classic Collision in Alpharetta where they wasted a lot of my time and then gave me a ridiculously high quote. (Watch out for them, they will take advantage of you).Renan and his dad promised to take care of my car and save me money. They did what they said they would and more! I am editing my intial 5 star rating to 0 stars. They are giving customers an additional percentage off if they give them a good rating (before they even give you the keys to the car)- 1st red flag.FIRST off, The receptionist is a very sweet lady. However, The rear brake job completed by the service techs was faulty . When I brought the car to have them fix it correctly. I was told that I needed new brake pads and rotars on the front. What he didnt know was I had the front completed at our family mechanics a week before. When I brought this to his attention. He proceded to talk down to me and insult my intelligence. STAY AWAY. THEY CAN NOT BE TRUSTED in my opinion.

The insurance company was an absolute nightmare to deal with and some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Renan was the exact opposite of that and it was a very pleasant surprise to see that when I had gotten my car back they had washed and cleaned not only the exterior but the interior too

2022-08-10Can’t say enough good things about BR. I am new to the area and gave this auto shop a try after an accident I was in. They were very helpful, kind, quick, and thorough. My car looks brand new again and it took them less than 2 weeks to complete. Hopefully won’t need another body shop trip anytime soon, but BR would be where I go!

2022-03-08Ive been in the automotive industry for about 15 years now and have developed a keen eye for what quality work is supposed to look like. These guys exceeded that by miles! Amazing craftsmanship, very professional, fast and very informative on what exactly is being fixed and the steps needed to get there. Long story short, a board flew out of someones truck and smashed my hood and windshield. Literally looks like it never happened. At the same time (my luck) when my car was ready my wife ended up going into labor that same day. They were so nice to keep the car for me for 2 extra days and kept it safe untill I could pick it up. If you want to known what the best is like, come see these guys! 5 stars!

2022-05-02Renan is a man of his word and runs his business with integrity. He and his team fixed my 2004 Lexus in the time he promised without issues or drama. 2021-04-21Renan did an amazing job on my vehicle! Some of the pins that were holding the bumper to my car had broken and had started coming apart. Instead of getting it fixed Id started taping the bumper together and it wasnt looking so hot. Renan replaced my bumper and matched the paint very well and my car looks awesome! He charged me a great price and over delivered on his promises. Thank You! I highly recommend his shop. God bless you Renan!

2022-05-25So I called and asked if they could work on my bus. After being told yes, I told him to double check and the guy said that they could work on anything and that it would depend on the parts with how long it would take. I bought the bus to their location and dropped it off one evening. The next day close to their closing I decided to call for updates since I had not heard from them. I called just to be told they were unable to fix the bus due to it being too big. Well Im here thinking, not only was I not notified, but that I didnt know buses came in different sizes and if I told you I had a bus, why would you not tell me it was big instead of wasting my time. Well I was also told that I needed to pick up the bus by the next morning or else it would be towed. Fast forward, I get to the bus about midnight to find the key missing and the door unlocked... So now I am wondering why it would have had to be towed when clearly they had the key.... 😠😡

2021-09-17Recently I had my MB body repair at this shop. The whole process is very easy, the repair cost is reasonable, but the finishing is superior. You cant even see the collision damage at all, just like new when I bought the car. Great Job.
