They are really nice & helpful. Staffs are very friendly. I had tons of questions & they answered it all. I had made a mistake on the schedule, I left them an email (theyre closed on Sunday) they called me back 1st thing during business hr & it was resolved. They have been very help throughout.Swim instructors are professional. Matt is wonderful, he made it fun for the kids to learn.I dont understand why some are giving bad reviews. This is like a school. All school collect tuition fee before class starts. They also have consents & policies you have to read.I recommend checking this place out for yourself & then be the judge.

I have to pay almost 65$ just to get one lesson. I wanted a trial lesson and they said you have to pay 25$ along with one registration fees and you will get swim cap and bag. I attended one lesson for my daughter and didn’t get anything. They didn’t even bother to follow up with me. They just don’t care. I will not recommend this swim school at all.

If I could give this place a zero star, I would. The most money hungry place that cares nothing about their customers or students. My card was compromised and caused the payment not to go through. Once I learned that there was an issue, I emailed them and advised that I needed to update the card and that we were on our way to swim class. Instead of allowing the customer to follow up and update their card on file, the owner Shar called me arguing with me telling me that we were 9 days passed due and that my sons spot was given to another student. He was very disrespectful and continued to argue while i attempted to give him my card number. Just disgusting! There’s far too many other locations to deal with that level of rudeness.

Again attempting to discredit me. I responded to you regarding this not being the first rime. The first time the card was compromised as you’re aware. Now when you attempted to run it this month, it did not work. So no, my responses are quite align. And exactly what you did on the phone, you are attempting to do here in public. Your customer is always right- learn customer service and perhaps you will keep customers. The fact that you have time to go back and forth is comical. Perhaps you should spend this time tending to your customers. A week past due is not grounds for dismissal. Why not wait until his next swim lesson to see if we showed up? Not even one swim class passes before you dropped him from the class. Unacceptable and I hope other customers see these reviews and your responses and decide to take their business elsewhere!

My swim instructor, Matt, is always on time, professional, encouraging, and patient. He’s a great teacher.
