Buc-ees in other cities:
Great stop. Great lunch. We stopped for a break and had seen the chopped brisket at another Buc-Cees. It looked delicious so we grabbed them. One of the best sandwiches weve had in a while! Clean restrooms. Many beverage choices (okay, I didnt see cappuccino) but soft drinks, iced tea , coffee, icee style drinks. Many snacks. But this could compete with Target and a Cracker Barrel on steroids! Yes, we bought something. Now I see why people like to stop at Buc-Cees. Their gas was a little higher than some yet competitive. I sure want to grab a sandwich from Buc-Cees again sometime.
Phew. July fourth weekend and this place was HOPPING! It was crowded, but the place was big enough to hold us all.Bathrooms for guys was commodious. Wife confirmed same for girls. And complimented cleanliness.Hot food made to order in center. Lots of options for prepackaged food. Plenty of merchandise with the Buccees logo and otherwise. My gas pump was #59: were there really +60 pumps?!?! Wow! Seemed like plenty of parking and registers open inside: only (2) customers ahead of me.But Ive been once, now, and may not need to go again.
CRAZY BUSY PLACE! Unbelievable how many people were here on a Sunday afternoon. This place is so big too! Has a huge supply of gifts and Georgia souvenirs, as well as all sorts of snacks and drinks, and food. There is a Jerky bar area with a great selection of types of jerky. Sauces, pickled, nuts, treats of all kinds. Words cant describe this place. Brisket sandwiches, chicken sandwiches, turkey sandwiches... and much more. Deep fried pecans, chocolate covered, etc. So much to see. Bathrooms were so clean and large and lots of stalls, wow! I included lots of pictures so you can see for yourself. Also, gas was reasonable and you could get non ethanol, diesel, plus regular choices.
I went to Buc-ees!! It was super fun. This place was filled with all kinds of things. And the food, wow! I went with the intention of looking for exotic stuff because of what I saw via a food vlogger named Sonny of Best Ever Food Review Show (What up Sonny 👋🏾!). I was so excited and had been hearing some really cool things about Buckys from people I know I had to go and check it out. This Buckys didnt have all the exotic stuff that I really would have been exciting to see 😔, but they made up for it with what they did have huge beautiful bakery, fresh BBQ items that were really awesome and this huge jerky bar!! Yes you heard it there are like 15 or 20 different types of jerky! Oh and did I mention the fudge bar 😲!! It was a really cool experience and hopefully well get to go back again. Not to mention the 30 pumps so that you can get gas outside it was absolutely amazing I must stop at least once.
As many of you know (or maybe not) they are labeled the worlds largest convenience store and this store is HUGE!! After hearing so much about them we had to stop in after visiting family in Atl. We were there early am so it was not crowded at all, but the staff was busy making brisket, variety of jerky, breakfast sandwiches, fudge and baking all types of delicious smelling baked goods. The store was brightly lit and extremely clean. They have a large food area as well as a variety of merchandise throughout (pretty much you think it--they sell it). We were there about 30 minutes just taking in the sights. The only bad thing is we were too early for the famous brisket (not ready until 11). This store is really nice--very impressed! Will have to go back and try the brisket!!
My first time in a Buc-cees and I was blown away and overwhelmed at the same time. Its more than a convenient store. Their cute little specialty gifts is like a Cracker Barrel x10. And I cant even compare the food area to anything I know, its made right in front of you.
This place basically has everything. Definitely need to check it out atleast once and set aside 30min plus. Great spot to stop if you actually need fuel also, their diesel was 51 cents a gallon vs truck stops. The beaver nuggets are also great. Bold and spicy are definitely the best ones I have had. Even the smoked brisket sandwiches were fabulous. Everything inside seems extremely reasonably prices also. Coolers, grills, ect for 100 bucks.
Amazing place to stop and grab some food also lower prices on gasoline Ill totally recommend the bathroom super clean.....................................Theres so many things to buyReally nice souvenirs from plush to clothing belts .hats .cups .mugs.candies. desserts and much more employees very nice and helpful the food is super delicious I had the sliced brisket sandwich it was so delicious that I eat it all and I have to go back to get and other not because they are small but because they are super super delicious every time I have a chance I will definitely stop there
My coworkers were taking about experiencing the beaver, so on the way to Atlanta I decided to stop at Buc-ees. It was busy, but not crowded. There was an amazing array of hot food, home ware items novelty items and cold drinks. This is a gas station, but the quality of goods is much higher than just another tourist trap. My coworkers raved over the sliced brisket sandwich, so thats what we tried. I was very impressed with all of the food I bought. It was genuinely very good. The bathrooms were very clean and spacious as well. This will be my new regular stop as part of my drive to and from Atlanta!
Lots of pumps. Competitive fuel prices that are near always the cheapest in the area. Good general store with excellent Buc-ee lable products. When traveling this is your gas stop. If hungry for some unique snacks or looking for some basic travel items, this is also your stop.
It is an experience, and it is a great one. The place is huge and nothing like youve seen before. Youve never seen so many gas pumps in one place. The store side is a full-size supermarket with great food. One noticeable thing is how clean those restrooms are. If there is one on your way, make sure you stop there.
The Buc-ee experience. Imagine a shopping mall but the whole thing is a gas station. If youre someone who forgets something on a trip (everyone) Im sure theyll have it along with anything else you could need or possibly think of. The only problem is that its very busy and feels like youre stuck in traffic, on the bright side is if you get hungry while patiently waiting in the standstill of people surrounding every side of you theres plenty of food and drinks to calm your anxiety. They also have a wall of beef jerky for those who look for exotic flavors or buy spicy jerky thinking itll be a good road snack but ends with you crying the hole trip because your mouth is burning and you cant let go of the wheel to fix it, so what are you waiting for? Buc-ees is waiting for you.
My co-workers can’t stop raving about this place. We stopped here 2x in the last couple of day on our way to and home from a short vacation. Gas is priced well, whatever that means in these crazy times, but the place as a whole is way too busy for my taste. Inside, I swear there were over 200 people. If your claustrophobic like I am, get your gas and go. Don’t go inside. If you want to go inside a mini-city with everything one could possibly want, go in. Personally, I’ll wait in the car next time we come across one.
We had to stop on our drive down to Florida. We wanted to see what all the fuss was about with this crazy looking beaver. Saying this place is big is an understatement! And the sliced brisket, sweet treats and beef jerky were amazing! We will def stop back in on our was back to Atl.
Everything about Buc-ees is HUGE. The selections, the clean restrooms, the retail space and the number of pumps. This location definitely had the cheapest gas in North GA that I could find near the interstate. They have 200+ gas pumps. Yes you read that right 200+ and practically every one was busy the weekend I visited.Retail selection is unbelievable for a gas station and food service is entertaining. The food service staff was calling out orders with FLAIR! Have a craving for something unique? They probably have it. Pickled quail eggs? They got it! Any flavor of beef jerky you can think of? Chances are they have it!Its definitely an experience and you visit longer than planned.Update: DOG FRIENDLY! They even have a water fountain for dogs.
Wow ! FOOD STOP GALORE. What a place! Super neat and clean all over - especially the bathrooms! There’s an amazing variety of different items - you gotta see for yourself.HUGE area for coffee and soft drinks. , slurpees and more , plus bottled beverages of all kinds.Beer and wine too.BUT it’s the brisket station that wowed me the most. They were constantly slicing and chopping whole briskets and making sandwiches endlessly. And WOW was it good. Def make a stop.
Loved, Loved this Place. Someone told us about this place and we finally went...lol We were on Our Way to TN. and Stopped in. It was Soooo Big. I Never seen anything like it. They have food, Snacks, clothes, house stuff, praline pecans which was so good...etcIf you are in the area please stop in and check it out.P.s. I really hate public restrooms. But When I say they had the Cleanest Restrooms ever ... 🚻
Third time stopping by Buc-ee’s in Calhoun. It’s super busy during the daylight ! I finally got a chance to take some pics to share. Also got a chance to try their breakfast. I was kinda disappointed - the food was luke warm and not hot. Very vibrant place. More than a gas station it’s also a convenient store. Buc-ee’s also carries branded products like salsas, jelly, popcorn and much more ! I wouldn’t go my way out to stop by but if you are considering taking a trip it’s worth it at least once.
The place is enormous - like bigger than a small town grocery store. If youre on a road trip to Florida (or back), this is a great pit stop along the way. Plenty of gas pumps (like more than 50), tons of food options, and self-proclaimed world famous bathrooms. There are no trucks allowed (sorry truckers), and while that evidently doesnt sit well with truckers, it doesnt seem to be hurting Buc-ees business - they are not a truck stop, and they are filling a different niche. There is excellent BBQ (which you can smell the minute you walk in), and its grab-n-go for pulled pork, sliced brisket, chopped brisket, and more. Plenty of other food and drink options, and the other smell that will drive you mad is the candied pecans! Dont expect it to be quick in-and-out, though as you (and your crew, if you have one) will be distracted by the shopping and food.
I don’t understand the hype. We went on Friday, 12/24/21. It was packed. It’s a gas station, but also a superstore with everything you can ever imagine - clothes for your dog, house decor, Buc-ee’s Christmas sweaters, breakfast tacos…everything. It was very overwhelming, not to mention overpriced. I got brisket and egg tacos ($3.69 each). They were eh. Again, I don’t understand what everyone is so crazy about this place for. I won’t be back simply to avoid the crazy crowds.
OMG, this place is literally Disney World for drivers! First, the bathrooms, the bathroom is the kind you see at a 5 star resort only with 20 plus stalls... LolIts like a Walmart, Cracker Barrel, 10 gas stations, and some food trucks all joined together and boom, Buckeyes!I have no idea how I have never seen one of these before, but I am a fan now! Love 💕
This is the most amazing convenience store I have ever visited!Unless you stop and check it out for yourself, you will never appreciate it.They have everything from toys, gifts and souvenirs to a quick bite. They make the most amazing beef and turkey jerky I have ever had. I love the fact they will let you try the different flavors before you decide which one to buy. The Buc-ee Nuggets are also delicious. They have all types of baked goods as well. We tried their fried chicken sandwich and it was great. The list of what you may find at this huge store is endless. You absolutely MUST stop and see for yourself.
Stopped at Buc-cee’s on our way to and Chattanooga, TN and on way home as we enjoyed Christmas vacation with the family. Everything we tasted was delicious and the store lives up to the hype!! Buc-cee nuggets and chips are a must get not to mention the fudge!! Order your brisket with sauce on the side, it is fantastic!!
Mega auto travel stop. No semi-trailers allowed, so it is not a truck stop. This is a huge merch, food and gas stop directly off the freeway. There are 60 gas pumps and a traffic jam to match. Everything you need from deer food to roasted cashews, clothing to food and refreshments. Prices were reasonable and service was good.
Stopped here on our way to Chattanooga from Atlanta on a Sunday mid-day. This place was complete and total pandemonium. Store was packed as was the parking lot. I have seen less chaos at a circus. Restrooms were spotless and we grabbed a few items - extremely fast checkout considering the number of people. Hot food is a little pricey but brisket sandwich was good. Lots more to see but my wife could not handle the crowd and needed to get out of there. Good customer service - friendly and fast.Subtract one star for not having place for truckers to stop
Stopped on the way home just to see what all the hype is about. On entrance each register has about 15-20 customers waiting in line. The Display in the middle of the ile made it difficult to get through into the store. Very very busy. I guess everyone was doing the same as I or getting some of those nuggets Ive heard of. The lifestyle store part was over stuffed with displays making it hard to get around in. Made me think about how much of each others germs we were breathing. Reminded me of a Pigeon Forge store. A section for candy, peanuts and Ice Cream, BBQ, deli, bakery, beef jerky..... The convenience store end was pretty normal and had their own register. I will say that the bathrooms are probably the best Ive been in for a convenient store. Each stall is enclosed and lock indicates if in use. Probably 15 stalls, 12 sinks. Constant employee cleaning if needed. We went across the street to Loves to get gas. We didnt want to stand in line to pay or get in line for gas. Most of the pictures are either blurred or faces are blurred out so no one was exposed but to show how busy they were. I wish I had one of the entrance and lines of customers to check out. If I had found something I wanted and the lines were still that bad I would have done without. Im sure the edibles are good or there wouldnt bee so many eating but again, I just wasnt willing to wait.
Buc-ees in Calhoun Ga has some awesome chopped brisket sandwiches but whatever you do, avoid the custom made to order burritos. It’s was quite honestly so bad i trashed it after 2 bites. If I had been given a receipt I would went back in for a refund. I am pretty sure someone had to screw up when making it but regardless, stick with the brisket, you’ll be glad you did.
This is a new business that has opened on I-75 in North Georgia near the city of Calhoun. I could have spent hours looking around the store. They are a truck stop, restaurant, grocery store, deli, home decor, and clothing store. The food was great and I was overwhelmed by the choices of food items. I settled on the brisket sandwich and it was melt in your mouth delicious. And ladies; the restrooms were immaculate. Each toliet was in its own water closet ! And each water closet had its own hand sanitizer and cleaning supplies. There is a toilet paper dispenser with four rolls of toilet paper. You will never again have to dig in your purse for a tissue !
Buc-ee’s is a must see at least once!! It is something different to experience. While driving on the interstate I saw many billboards for buc-ees promising a great bathroom, beef jerky bar, fresh brisket. After all the intriguing billboards I decided to make a stop since it was on my way and it did not disappoint. The store is MASSIVE and is by FAR the biggest gas station I have ever seen in my life. Semi trucks are not allowed but despite that the place was PACKED!! I went on a Sunday afternoon and the place was so busy that there was a lineup of cars waiting to turn into the parking lot and a lineup of cars waiting to leave. The place is like a gas station/convenient store/restaurant. They’ve got hot food options, healthier options like pre packed fruits and veggies and cheese cubes, clean bathrooms and novelty items. They sell some pantry items as well. I had a short visit as unfortunately most people were not wearing masks and it was very busy (no physical distancing) but it was worth the quick trip!
In a word: Amazing! I added several pictures with this review. Ok, where to start.People ask whats the deal with Buc-ees? Why are people so obsessed with a gas station? Well, Im hoping to help with that.Buc-ees is a rest stop experience. When you enter, youre greeter by a bronze looking cartoon bever with its arms open for a tender embrace. So adorable. When you go in, youll find merchandise like youve never seen. They slap that lilbever onto everything! Its not a cheesy logo, no, its actual fabric with the Buc-ee bever as part of the print. The quality is outstanding and variety for everyone from regular tee shirts, to full on zip up bever onesees.Food: So. Many. Options. They have a beef jerky bar with at least 20 flavors. Colashes (pastries with sausages or sweet donut-style varieties), a soda fountain with all the norms (coke products) PLUS artisanal cola and a few strange but tasty flavors. Their sandwiches are on a whole different level. Breakfast includes burritos and tacos. They have a candy and fudge station. Mostly two flavors of coffee (house blend and dark roast) along with decaf and cold brew, but SO MANY options to dress it up.Ok, I really love charming little places with their own jams and hit sauces. They have so many varieties from pear cinnamon preserves to ghost pepper chili sauce. They have their own custom snacks and their sun flower seed game is on point. Pork rinds of so many varieties.Bottled drinks galore.Heres something weird, their shopping carts work really well. Not sure if its just because theyre brand new (ahh that new shopping cart smell) but they roll like a dream. Now on to their restrooms: Super clean. Not just clean, but private. Its like youre in your own poo hotel. The staff are friendly, well cared for from what I understand, and they are huge fans as well. My wife and I started up a conversation with a gentlemen in there shopping. Turns out, he works weekends and was in there just shopping to have fun.You have to experience it to really understand, but its so much fun.
My family and I are obsessed with Buc-ees, and were super stoked to have one so close to us now. We went opening day, and it was magical. Stocked up on all our Buc-ees swag necessities, and grabbed us some beaver nuggets. The bathrooms were impeccably clean, as always, and the staff were so nice and welcoming. Well be making many many many more visits in the future. We love Buc-ees!! 😍🦫⛽❤️
If you are travelling, this place has lower gas price and plenty of gas fuelling station. Food wise the have huge varieties for everyone. If you plan to become broke...spend an hour and a half and you will have baskets full of stuff for christmas. Price are reasonable. Love my pullover. Restroom is clean and not crowded.
Great location, clean establishment and clean restrooms! A few thoughts: there is no place to wash your windshield, after a long trip, I need to be able to see. Their Iced coffee was good but no glass/plastic coffees to go. Also, I appreciate that they post what their pay is when hiring! Excellent policy!
This place is HUGE!! Stopped on our way up to Ohio. Easy on and off 75. There had to be 20-30 gas pumps. The store was about the size of a Target. Tons of great items, lots of food choices. If we werent on a schedule to get to northeast OH by early evening, we would have spent more time see everything Buc-ees has.
Holy Truckstop! Cleanest bathrooms. (They were actually cleaning them while I was there at 1:30am) bright and cheerful, friendly staff! Will gladly stop there. Huge store and Tons of parking (why I have no idea) and if you’re traveling with pups there is ample pet relief area!! Absolutely cleanest place!
Being the from the Jersey/ Florida area most of my life. I’ve never seen such a monstrous place that’s packed with so many different little things in it. The food was actually really good, they have pre made sandwiches, and you can order from a screen for a fresh meal, baked good, etc.Restrooms are extremely clean, and there is a lot of traffic in and out of these locations. They have enough gas stalls to service 100 cars. This place is really interesting. If traveling along 75north I HIGHLY recommending stopping in, there is something for EVERYONE.
Went to Buc-ees to try their breakfast for the first time and it was chaos. This store is extremely busy which is fine but they were literally stacking food on top of each other without paper in between the food. As you can see the biscuits are sitting on top of each other with a tray. But if you also look in the picture there is chemicals in a spray bottle sitting right beside the food and a dirty rag. This is a health violation. Its not sanitary in the slightest to have food stacked on each other or chemicals near food. Do better!!
I was so disappointed!! I had heard how wonderful the brisket sandwiches were. I bought two chopped brisket sandwiches and over a pound of chopped brisket. My son tried to eat one of the brisket sandwiches on the way home. He couldn’t eat it. It was so full of fat and gristle. I was hoping it was only the one sandwich. Unfortunately it turns out the other sandwich and the chop brisket that I bought was all that way. We had more fat than meat. I ended up having to throw it all away. Over $40.00 in the garbage!!! I will never buy any of the meat again!!! I did enjoy shopping in the store. They had a large variety of stuff.
Visited on the way back from a trip to Atlanta. Bathrooms were super clean and convenient and all the associates were polite. Grabbed a few of their signature items as well. The store is absolutely huge with a lot of choices, souvenirs, food, etc. and it was very busy but quick to get in and out. There were so many gas pumps that there was literally no wait even with the amount of vehicles out there.
Huge store very very clean tons of options section for hot food another for chocolate station for coffee love this place alot first time to enter there coffee price is so good XL 1.59$ L 1.39$ M 1.19$ S .99$ . Also have good variety of pastry muffins 1.99$ to 2.23$ cinnamon roll 1.99$
A really cool place! Its a huge convenience store & so much more! Staff is always smiling, friendly & helpful. Gas, snacks, awesome brisket & pulled pork sandwiches made right in front of you, a jerky bar..yes, a bar!! A gift shop type area with all kinds of things from blankets to the shirts, to sign & knick knacks! If you go by exit 310 on 75, do yourself a favor and stop in!!
I generally dont like overly large commercial shopping, but I was happy after my visit to Buc-ees with the restrooms, the shopping, and the checkout process. They had their plentiful merchandise displayed nicely and kudos to the buyers... Some truly worthwhile merchandise was available to purchase. I was with some friends shopping for last minute Christmas gifts and they found some nice items for a respectable price.I truly cant get over the cleanliness and general quality of the restroom experience, with the individual stalls, the sanitation, & hand cleansing options. Businesses often overlook the impression the restrooms make on customers... especially the ladies and the mothers with young children. But not here!
This place is unreal. Absolutely unreal. Like an oasis in the desert.Ive never seen so many gas pumps in my life. And everything... everything is so clean and organized. Believe the hype about the bathrooms. Truly the cleanest bathrooms Ive ever been in. Its unbelievable. Buc-ees has it going on.So much merchandise. So much food. Drinks galore. An entire wall of slushie flavors. An entire wall of beef jerky flavors.Just about anything and everything you could want on a trip is here. And its all well priced, organized, and clean. What an experience.Being from Tennessee, I am so so glad to hear that we are getting a Buc-ees in Sevierville. My wife and I take our kid to the Smoky Mountains at least twice a year. Now Buc-ees will be apart of that trip.I cannot say enough nice things about this place. I guess if I had a gripe, I would say Buc-ees is overwhelming.Buc-ees is definitely worth visiting at least once. What a crazy gas station!
BEWARE!Be cautious of their Chopped Brisket Sandwiches for extreme amount of fat and gristle. I have been coming here since they opened and generally got a great sandwich, but we got 4 chopped and sliced brisket sandwiches, and they were all not edible. Its kinda useless to go back once we were back on the road, but hope this is helpful to anyone else that doesnt want to spend money on something and get disappointed.
Love me some Buccees! Always busy, but never a bad experience! The restrooms are always clean, and the staff is always super nice despite being super busy. The food is great, and the retail section has something for everyone!NOISE AND STIMULI WARNING! Theres a lot going on here!
Stopped in at 7:45pm on a Tuesday. Place was busy but not bad at all. Got gas no problem. Bathrooms were clean. Picked out the sandwiches we wanted and waited in line to pay for maybe 2 minutes. The sliced brisket, chopped brisket, pulled pork and club melt were all fantastic. Brisket was the big winner! Cheapest gas on our Chicago to Florida and back to Chicago trip. Thanks Buc-ee’s!!
Texas sized rest stop and cheap(er) gas. Cant add a lot to the great reviews already posted, except I might consider eating a Skittle dropped in the bathroom. (I said consider...) The bathrooms are huge and clean.Lots of snacks, camping supplies and wacky essentials, like pool noodles, grilling and fire pit stuff and glitter covered cow skulls...see pic.Only downside is that they did not have scissors in stock. Not sure that is an issue for 99.999% of their customers. We apparently needed some to use while driving up I-85 according to my much better half.It is a regular stop for us now. And gas is usually cheaper than other locations.Brisket is my sandwich of choice and you can get some extra for later!
NOT A SUITABLE PLACE FOR KIDS UNDER 3. Carts dont hold kids, and there is NOWHERE to sit to eat. You will be trying to hold your infant/child the whole time considering how busy it is. The food was delicious, and so many varieties, but was a true inconvenience when the only option was to-go. Otherwise, bathrooms were great, the store was cute, and gas pumps plentiful!
Based upon a couple friend recommendation, I visited a location off I-75 in North Georgia, Gas was a few cents cheaper than surrounding stations and the bathrooms were exceptionally clean! Other than that, it was simply overcrowded, overpriced and logistical nightmare through the parking lot; God forbid you had a trailer. Although I did see other staff interacting with customers very pleasantly, the two people (fudge lady and cashier) that served me could have cared less about the impression they portrayed. Ultimately, one visit was enough.
Best bathrooms on any road trip with out question! Stopped here for the first time. This place is insane, the bathrooms were flat out amazing. The food selection will blow your mind and the drink options are hard to choose from.Wasn’t expecting much from the brisket sandwich but was surprised that I would actually go back for one on the way home.Note, stopping here will cause at least a 44 min delay if it’s your first time. So if your on a schedule, note you’ll throw that schedule out the window stopping here. That said, stop at Buc-ee’s! It’s amazing!
Buccees is the end all be all of Gas stations. I am lucky enough that they are all along my yearly trek to Florida to stop at and get their outstanding priced gasoline, great food, odds and ends I need and super clean bathrooms. All of the staff is helpful and if youve never been YOU MUST STOP BY!
Food: 3Customer Service: 3Location/ Parking: 4Cleanliness: 4This Buc-ees Gas station is just south of Calhoun, GA right off the I-75 interstate. It was not as organized as the other locations that weve visited, because the direction of flow to get to a gas pump. They had vehicles going in both directions and pedestrians had to be careful to not get ran over. We decided to grab some ice, coffee, and a brisket sandwich for lunch. Inside the store it appeared that they was operating over capacity, because you could barely walk without another customer bumping into you. Than as I got my items and attempted to payout the lines were very slow. So by the time I ate my sandwich it was cold and it didnt taste good.Im pretty sure that we will not visit this location again.
Seriously overhyped. Just because everything is bigger, doesnt make it better. The bathrooms are the only thing worth the stop. We stopped in since we were in the area and heard about it, so wanted to see if it was worth the hype. The food is overpriced for the quality we received. The hot dogs at RaceTrac are better quality. The sliced Brisket sandwich is just another gas station sandwich...its literally a gas station sandwich version of what should have been better. The beaver chips, or whatever they are called, were cold and there were quite a few that were chewy and not entirely cooked. All of this food was under heat lamps, mind you. My daughter got a burrito and said it was so bad she didnt want to finish it, because it was cold and tasted weird. The chicken tenders were just generic chicken tenders that you can buy at the grocery store and were, again, cold. To top it all off, my daughter picked out a small pillow from their toy section and we took it to the register. It didnt have a tag, so we waited way too long for the supervisor to find the price. He came back without the pillow and stated he couldnt find the price for it so we couldnt buy it, since it was the last one. He mentioned that if he did sell it to us, hed have to overestimate the price and charge us more for it. Seriously? This is the guy in charge of your customer experience. Would I go there again? Maybe, if the gas price was low, there was no line for gas or my kids had to use the bathroom. But I wouldnt buy food or anything else from there if there are other options around.
I’m a fan for life! Buc-ee’s truly is a one of a kind experience. My mom wanted to buy me a long sleeve shirt but they did not have my size, I asked the associate Debby and she was able to find one in the back room. She went above and beyond to help us! The food was good ( but I would skip the salad next time ) just stick to the brisket and the sweet cashews or pecans. Respect the beaver!!
WHERE TO START?! Buc-ee’s is a VIBE, a state of mind, an actual INSTITUTION. Buc-ee’s absolutely lives rent free in my mind. The brisket sandwich is the best gas station food you’ll ever eat, period. Probably some of the best brisket you’ll eat anywhere. The Beaver Nuggets are incredible and are a must, along with the X-Large fountain drink, which you have like 100+ choices. It’s wild. If you need gas, you’re in luck; 120 pumps, and some are ethanol free, AND, they even hav DEF for you whistlin’ diesel folks. Then you have the good stuff, the coup de grâce to the other mere mortal ‘gas stations’ you’ve been in before; ITS A FREAKING MALL. You want a $25 beaver onesie? DONE. You want some slip on shoes with the Buc-ee’s beaver head all over them? DONE. How about some decor good enough for Chip & JoJo (FARM HOUSE BLESS THIS MESS)? Done. You can literally get gas, eat all 3 main meals, do your Christmas shopping and buy a $1,600 smoker in one stop.Again, Buc-ee’s isn’t a gas station, that’s an insult to even use those words together. Buc-ee’s is the pinnacle of roadside attraction meets refueling station meets souvenir shop meets diner meets every other wild unknown expectations you didn’t even know you had.OH YEAH, they have $0.69 & $0.99 ICE. YES. Bags of ice for less than a dollar that the OTHER guys charge you $2-4 for. HIGHWAY ROBBERY.If you’re anywhere in America, just make the drive to your local Buc-ee’s. The reviews are real; The brisket is absolutely 10/10. The giant coffee cups and cheap refills are real. And the staff are the nicest people you will ever meet. 🦫
Farking Amazing! Never seen anything like this place! Our first time in we were scheduled to drive late into the night, so wanted to get in and out quickly, 40 minutes later we exited dazed and confused but with fresh made sandwiches, delicious hot coffee, cookies, beef jerky (selection second to none), snacks of every size and shape...not sure what all we came out with I lost consciousness! Massive number of gas pumps, wife said cleanest and largest bathrooms ever! Its just amazing their chopping fresh brisket at 10pm! My wife said the roast beef sub was excellent, and thats verified because we stopped again on way home. Even saw a couple there in wedding attire, I had to laugh, figured Elvis was due next. A MUST DO STOP!!
Cheap gas, but when I went to buy an XL drink I found out they were out of lids after I filled the cup with soda. One employee told me to fillUp a large cup and keep the extra soda in the XL cup. When I went to check out they wanted to charge me for both cups even though the XL cup was mostly empty. The cashier refused to budge and it was a horrible customer service experience… over 70 cents. Your employees need better training on how to take care of customers, ESPECIALLY when it is your store that has run out of supplies.
This place is huge, I am an ex trucker of 15 years and I have never seen a service station/store like it. Courteous employees, no waiting for gas, can buy everything but a kitchen sink (I wouldn’t be surprise if they had one in stock) Food, food, food, so much and what a variety of snacks. Keep up the good work and excellent service.
I know Texans are not happy about them spreading out, but the place is pretty amazing. It is almost a destination in itself. We stilopped at two on our recent trip. Food is some of the freshest truck stop food Ive had. They sell everything you need for your next trip.
We absolutely loved this place and wished we had one in South Florida. The restrooms are sparkling clean with enclosed stalls and what appears as many urinals as gas pumps. The food was hands down the best for our first pass we had breakfast there the Brisket burrito and Sausage egg biscuit and were so fresh and delicious on our way back we had lunch and the Brisket sandwich and Pulled Pork were to die for. The staff is super friendly, the 53,000 sq foot store like a mini Costco full of great merch and supplies was so clean and do not forget the 120 gas pumps!. Do not forget you Buc-ees nuggets as they are so addictive. We would not normally gush over such a place but this was beyond exceptional and deserve all their praise!
This store is large. The restrooms are spacious and real clean.Hundreds of choices of drinks. And the best cookies you could ever put in your mouth. The reason for 4 star is: I like brisket very much and looked forward to the brisket at the store. I got the chopped brisket sandwich and it was full of gristle and hard stuff Not good.
We wanted to love it, it was neat but very gimmicky. Overall it was very clean but so busy. You had to pretty much grab and go or you would get run over. The food is very pricey, our mistake for not checking but when one breakfast taco/burrito is $4-$5 it adds up very quickly with a family. Some of the food was soggy and some was good.
I really like buc-ees in general. They have a vast selection of good quality food. Their bathrooms are very clean and the gas pumps are well lit. However, yesterday I got one cup of ice for 49 cents. That’s fine because they have a sign telling you. However I realized later that they charged me 49 cents a piece for two extra cups with no ice that I took so I could divide my drink. So $1 for two styrofoam cups.
Who needs Disney World? Just go to Buc-ees! The place was totally safe (it is an interstate highway gas station), spotless, the prices were very reasonable, and the whole place is just plain fun. Kind of wish they had a sit down area for eating and they may have and I missed it. BBQ sandwich was awesome and made fresh right before your eyes. Whats not to love?
A fine place, but when I went i had the chocolate pudding. I thought, what could go wrong? Im a bit hungry. I proceeded to wolf down the tiny cup of chocolate pudding. MISTAKE!!! Apparently that pudding cup was sent from the devil itself, and gave me a major headache for several hours. I drank water, but that was not enough to stop it. It also limited my fine motor functions, (as demonstrated by my friend, who also had one, dropping his entire bag of beef jerky in the parking lot after blacking out for a second). In short, DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM!! I couldnt handle the smell of food for about 8 hours after it, and once it wore off, I almost instantly fell asleep.
As a Texan its always great to stop at a Buc-ees. Clean bathrooms, lots of drink and food options, and a little bit of random shopping thrown in. The BBQ is not the best you can find, but its some of the best youll find at a gas station. The food is all pretty good, and definitely good for a gas station. The drink prices, food prices, and even gas prices are good as well.
Fun place to stop, get gas, food and refresh during your road trip. We bought a souvenir $5.00 reasonable. Its like the Walmart of Service Stations. Bought a pulled pork sandwich for $6.00 it was pretty good only missing a pickle. Large bags of ice $ .99 small bag $.69. cheapest gas around at least $.30 cheaper than the norm! 230 individual gas pumps , wow! Friendly staff, fun atmosphere! 24 hours! Large clean restroom. Nice place - Go Buc-ees!
We drove down on opening weekend to experience the beaver! It was very packed and most people was wearing masks plenty of hot food, home ware items novelty items and cold drinks. We tried the slice brisket sandwich, the pulled pork sandwich, the french fries, the potato salad and the fried chicken sandwich. We also got a chicken wrap and a chicken strip plate for children. A good chicken strip plate with large chicken tenders The bathrooms was very clean and spacious and the gas prices wasnt bad either.
Conveniently located just off the interstate. It was super busy. Gas was a fair price. Products in the store were a fair price. It was suprer fun just to walk around the store. Had some uniqueproductsfor sale. To see our adventures subscribe to SIMPLE LIFE BIG ADVENTURES on YouTube.
This is going to be our “Go-To” place for gas, snacks, and shop; when we’re traveling and see a Buc-ee’s billboard. The restrooms are very clean, so a BIG shout-out THANK YOU to the housekeepers. We were only disappointed with their Pulled Pork sandwich; they didn’t have any barbecue sauce on them. Thank God we had some BBQ sauce at home.
I was not a fan of this gas station and will never be going back to one unless its just to use the bathroom. The bathroom was nice b/c it was very private and mostly clean. However, the food was not edible (including the fudge) and overpriced. To top it off it was way too BUSY.
Wow! What an interesting and unique place! Set aside at least 2 hours to fully enjoy browsing in this store. They serve the best brisket Ive ever eaten. They sell clothes, name brand gifts, such as Mud Pie, fudge, pralines, jerky, cheapest gasoline around, and much more! The only downside is you have to order your food to-go, as they dont have a place to sit and eat. Be sure to take a cooler, if you are 2 hours away from Buc-ees. You will want to take some great barbeque and/or brisket home with you. And, dont forget to have your picture made with Buc-ee, the beaver!!
Wish I had taken some pics but Ill leave a review anyway. My husband has long been raving Buc-ees but we dont have one near Nashville so Id never been. I feel like they should/could only have them out in the middle of nowhere and theyd always be packed. We arrived around midnight and this one was busy. Looked like they had at 60 pumps. Bathrooms were huge and clean and no problem getting right in. Checkout lines were busy but moved quickly. The fudge. Ok, Ill say more. It was amazing. I wasnt going to buy it bc its a gas station and its fudge. But it was sooo good. I got a variety pack and tasted the birthday cake and salted caramel. It greatly exceeded my expectations! I didnt get to look at everything because we were trying to get to our hotel but next time...
I must say, Buc-ees is a real experience! First of all, when you walk in, youre hit with these amazing smells. Theres so much good food in here. Theres actually a restaurant/ bakery inside. You can order your food made to order. You can shop for everything from skittles to skillets! Theres lots of t-shirts and memorabilia. But, lets talk about this brisket!! They have the BEST BRISKET SANDWICHES Ive ever had. Plus, I bought some fresh candy coated pecans and cashews. They were still warm. THE RESTROOMS ARE CLEAN! The whole place is nice and clean. And you can fill up your gas tank while you fill your belly. Buc-ees definitely lives up to the hype! Ive seen people post on Facebook that they stopped at Buc-ees and ended up spending an hour in there. I see now! I am now a fan. This location isnt close to my home but I cant wait to go back.
Restrooms were very clean, gas prices great, however never saw anything to clean windshield with, gift dept associate was great with helping me look for an item. Went to check out computers went down for a few minutes, then cashier couldn’t ring up my purchase, had to wait for a supervisor, who never came. I offered to pay cash and she wouldn’t let me leave the store without a receipt. After waiting for her to retrieve a supervisor again, I finally gave up and left without my purchase and a lower opinion of Buc’ees.
Buckys is a wonderful place to do business at. Cleaners restrooms you ever seen. They have people that staying inside the restrooms and maintain them all day long. The food is great the atmosphere is fantastic and the people are at the great I highly recommend stopping by Buckys that whenever you get a chance
It is indeed a very nice place to stop for gas and a bite to eat.I was in my truck (semi), no trailer. To use the restroom, grab some coffee and a bite to eat. I was met in the parking lot and was told my truck was not allowed on the parking lot. In all honesty, I was shocked, disappointed and started to get upset. So I pulled off lot and circled back in hopes that they would come back out so that I could ask them a question. How do you get your fuel?????I will never stop there again!!!!!
I was so impressed with Buc-ees. From the gas pumps to the bathrooms then on to the fresh barbecue and jerky. They even have fine decor and clothes. Anything one could find necessary, well, it would be found at Buc-ees. And for a smart price at that. I got the chocolate covered banana chips, roasted pecans and Kane sugar cola original. This way I could finish my road trip on a sugar high, without worry of falling asleep. Yeehaw yall!
Stopped at Buc-ees by Warner Robbins, GA and was impressed with the large clean store and friendly staff. We bought a pound of brisket to bring home for dinner and was very disappointed that 50% was fat and not enough meat for dinner for 2. Otherwise it was quite tasty.
Wow, they were not kidding when they said this place was huge and had a bunch of stuff. Snacks galore is an understatement. They also have BBQ sandwiches, more jerky than I have ever seen anywhere, fudge, and a lot of cool decorative stuff as well. This was so much fun that $100 literally jumped out of my pocket into the cashiers hands. You definitely need to check out this theme park of a gas station!
A big Tennessee Yee-Haw!! We went to the Crossville TN Buc-eeys. Our Funday Sunday was at Buc-eeys! Our very first trip & we absolutely loved it! They had so much stuff it’s unreal. Any kind of snack & drink you could imagine. They even had Costa, Columbia, Oakley, etc. And their brisket sandwich Mmm 😋 it was amazing! Bathrooms was nice & had lots of them. So many gas pumps. Man I could go on & on. We will definitely be back! Please build MORE Buc-eeys!
First time stopping at Buc-ees and that will be my last! I am a truck driver... I pull my truck with no trailer attached into the massive parking lot and park in the back of the property. I didnt even have time to set the breaks before the maintenance guy approached me in his cart and asked me what I was doing. I made it clear I was going inside to get something to eat, pay for my food then be on my way. He was extremely rude and told me youre not parking here and going inside. Trucks are not welcome here. If you want to shop here then go park your truck across the street and walk back over if you want mind you across the street is on the other side of a busy intersection with lots of traffic. This guy must be really upset with making minimum wage picking up trash outside in freezing temperatures because his behavior was completely wrong. I guess he doesnt release everything inside that store came from a truck that someone had to deliver. Buc-ees will never get a penny from me and I hope many others follow suit
Terrible! Too crowded and no travel pillows, so basically, NOT a travel center at all.If you like a super huge gas station thats attached to a trashy cracker barrel gift shop/Walmart with a dash of beach gift shop, definitely go to this place. Otherwise, choose Loves across the street.
We have made it a point to visit every Buc-ees in FL, GA and TN.We are RVers and what we love about it, is that there is always enough space to pull through, the dog park for our little pooch, the bathrooms are ALWAYS sparkly clean and stocked, the food although a bit salty is always fresh and hot. Appreciate the fruit and salad options - although I do wish they offered a spinach option for those like me allergic to ragweed (romaine and iceberg)We are official Buc-eeites 🤭 we buy a lot of Buc-ee brand gear and collect the seasonal shirts. LOVE the tye dye designs. The Calhoun / Adairsville location is the newest addition to the GA stores and a great stop on our drives from TN to FL.The diesel prices are unbeatable. Can Buc-ees just sponsor us already 😆 (seriously)
Love Buc-ees!!!!! Minus the amount of people and craziness, Buc-ees is wonderful! The food we have tried so far was great, the bathrooms are the nicest and cleanest, and so much stuff to possibly buy. 😀 The chocolates by the registers were really good. Sorry, cant remember their name.
First time ever visiting a Buc-ees. I went for the Beaver Nuggets everyones been telling me about. Got em! Theyre great! It was pretty crowded when I went but I still had a good time exploring. This place is huge, clean, and well stocked. Everyone was so friendly. Ill definitely visit again next time Im passing through.
I think Buckys discriminates against commercial drivers. They have plenty of room to get in and out but yet they dont want the same boats that deliver every bit of their product stores to use their store. I would urge anyone that is part of a trucking family never spend another time I buc-ees . People go in there with dump trucks, huge class arvs pulling trailer, but commercial drivers band. They are very hypocritical. So you folks want commercial trucks to deliver your fuel that you sell the food and all the products inside that you sale? Do you realize how many trucks it took to build the facility?
My wife and I travel frequently and had become big supporters of Buc ee’s travel centers until recently. While traveling back home from our winter stay in Florida we stopped at Buc ee’s in Daytona Beach, Warner Robbins and Calhoun Georgia. During our stop at the Buc ee’s in Warner Robbins Georgia I purchased a sliced brisket sandwich. I attempted to eat the sandwich on my drive north but was unable to do so because sandwich was all fat and gristle. I’ve had multiple sliced brisket sandwiches from Buc ee’s over the past couple of years and was very happy with them in the past. I wrapped the sandwich back up and put it back into the Buc ee’s bag. We then stopped at the Buc ee’s travel center in Calhoun Georgia. I brought the sandwich into that store location and told the cashier of my concern. She stated it should not be a problem to get a replacement sandwich but she had to contact a manager. I then met with one of the managers I believe her name was Marlyn. She stated replacing the sandwich should not be a problem but the assistant store manager wanted to see it. I met with the assistant store manager who looked at the sandwich and stated it’s partly eaten. I advised him yes it is that’s how I knew it was all fat and gristle. He very tersely stated he wouldn’t replace it since it was partly eaten. Even after advising him that during my current trip towing my camper north from Florida I had made prior stops at other Buc ee’s stores and had already spent almost $400 in fuel, food and merchandise he stated “ he didn’t care how much I spent he wasn’t going to replace the sandwich”! I then advised him I wanted to talk to his supervisor in which he stated he was the supervisor. I requested his name and the information I needed to file a complaint with the company. He gave me a card with the Buc ee’s email address but refused to give me his name.I learned from another Buc ee’s employee his name is Ethan. The other employee also stated she didn’t know why he should of replaced the sandwich.
Store is way overcrowded and it took 25 minutes to get out of the parking lot. It’s set up so most people go around and cut off the the line of people who have been waiting. There really needs to be someone out there directing traffic so those who follow what is supposed to be the flow of traffic aren’t taken advantage of.
Worst Buc-ees Ive ever been to. $8 for a chopped brisket sandwich and over half of it was a huge chunk of fat that they didnt even try to chop to hide. Calhoun yall need to send your food preps to Texas to see how its supposed to be done. And no Peanut butter pretzel nuggets.....
Loved the store in general and will be back. They have almost anything you could imagine in there. My only complaint is the customer service was horrible. I was getting dip n dots and the lady serving it almost seemed fed up with my order (of only 3 different cups). Either way I’ll still be back I just wish their staff was more polite.
Bucees has caused nothing but a headache. Tractor trailers park all in the road and traffic is a mess. With over 100 gas pumps, they do not sell gas any cheaper than any other gas station in town. Also they sold bad gas to 12 customers back during a high school football game. Everything is way overpriced. Very disappointed with this place.
I love buc-ees but this trip today back from fla 1st time stop at Calhoun ga. My only complaint for anything with buc-ees. Sliced brisket sandwich was 90% fat. It just as someone did it on purpose. I dont know but anyway Ill inspect sandwich next time before eating....Buc-ees fan anyway.
Icees are required by law at this location to be purchased in an Icee only cup, which this location does not carry lids for. I attempted to put the icee in a plain cup w/ a lid and was verbally accosted by an employee who informed me that this was not allowed and we would not be allowed to purchase this drink in this manner if we attempted to check out. Also, there are never less than 3000 people inside this convenience store at any given time, so be prepared for rude staff, shoulder to shoulder people, and long lines for an Icee with no lid to enjoy on a crowded highway.
Traveling through GA on my way north from Florida. My windshield had enough bugs on it to feed a frog for a month. Also neded gas, so I stopped at Buc-ees to see what it was all about after passing an untold number of signs. Plenty of pumps. No squeegees anywhere to be found. Also, no paper in the receipt dispenser. Do yourself a favor. Pass on the hype and head across the street to Loves, a real truck stop that provides what a traveler needs.
Asinine and draconian policies in place at the Fountain Drink/Icee stations. Our family was traveling from Atlanta back to Huntsville and stopped for a bathroom/snack break. I grabbed an extra large cup (44 oz., I believe) from the fountain drink area to utilize for an Icee (I believe Icee large cups top out at 32 oz.). I was just about topped off when one of the drink area employees said, You cant use that cup for that. I said I would happily pay an upcharge fee for the additional Icee volume, or that they could even charge me the price of two large Icees (what I do whenever I do the same thing at 7-11 for a Slurpee), if they so desired. The employee just didnt get it, unfortunately and demanded I discard the already filled cup. I replied, You realize youre taking a cost hit on the raw materials versus being able to make a profit if you just let me purchase this as is? Unfortunately, the employee was evidently a little too dense to grasp this concept and wouldnt budge from his stance. I ended up discarding the nearly full 44 oz. Icee with a wistful sigh and a silent prayer that this young man might be able to receive better training in the future.
I usually love Buc ee’s, but it makes no sense not to let people put iced coffee in a Styrofoam cup, when you’re out of ice coffee cups. I don’t want it in a hot cup, because I want a straw. Stupidest thing I’ve ever witnessed. Karen literally followed me through the store to tell the cashier not to let me buy it.
Worst customer service ever, tried to order a plain chicken sandwich for my child. Was told they cant do it that way. I asked why and they said it was against policy. Manager happen to be right beside me, and I ask him why couldnt they just make it plain. He says again that its against company policy. Then proceeds to tell me, that KFC is across the street! Why would you tell a customer with over $100 worth of stuff in a basket that? Ill never return to this place again.
I wish there was one closer to where Im going to be living (Washington D.C. area). Last night I made a drive to the Leeds AL store just to load up on Buc-ees snacks for about a month. The one thing missing...gift certificates. I have a friend in Texas...who introduced me to Buc-ees and loves the chain...that I would love to send a gift certificate.
Stopped here during a trip at the end of spring break. This place was excessively busy, which may be why they can afford the pay they are offering. Restrooms were large with no wait. They werent the cleanest, but that could also be due to the volume of people there. The parking lot was packed, but they are least planned well and have a larger than normal parking lot. Traffic getting in and out was a little heavy.
Wow! I have almost 300k views on my pics, What a place. It doesnt meet the Standard of a convenient store, it far exceedsit!!!. Buc-ees is a true experience. 120+ pumps, the food is awesome, the customer experience is exceptional. Its a definite upgrade to Calhoun and destination travelers. GREAT JOB YALL!!!!!!!!!
The absolute best rest stop and gas station around. So glad this location finally opened! Theyve got all kinds of awesome products like pralines, fresh bakery items, a jerky bar, sandwiches, sausages, fudge, souvenirs, all kinds of stuff. They have 16 flavors of Icees and the coffee bar is incredible- tons of flavors plus fresh milk, whipped cream, creamers, toppings, and a large assortment of flavored sauces and syrups. Seriously on par with Starbucks. Definitely stop here, even if you dont need gas. Its an experience.
This was my first experience at Buc-ee’s and saying I was pleasantly surprised is an understatement. I love this place!! Clean bathrooms, an incredible coffee station and fun souvenir items you won’t be able to resist. It was busy when I arrived and now I understand the hype! A Must-stop if you find yourself on highway 401
Quite the experience, this place is very big but still extremely clean. They had probably 10 employees working late into the night. Unlimited food options including their own bakery, market restaurant, jerky and snacks. Some of their own branded items were very inexpensive. Great place to stretch your legs on a long trip!
I mean come on guys its a gas station.... But I gotta admit, the gas was easy to get to (despite a million people driving every which way), the bathrooms were clean and there were a lot of them, and the store is basically a Walmart with better quality goods. They were chopping fresh brisket when we walked through, and theres a checkout everywhere you turn. A spectacle for sure. This is not generally what Im looking for when I want to make a quick stop off the freeway, but I get why people go ga-ga for it.
I typically like to rate my reviews per star for each of these things: cleanliness, convenience, activities/events/supply, price and staff politeness. Bucees is a unique experience to say the least, with over 200 gas pumps you’ll never wait in line to park and pump, the food options are all delicious and fresh, the drink station offers a choice for EVERYONE, the store/gift shop is huge and has a ton of souvenirs to offer. The prices are a little high but still reasonable to stop and feed a whole family and gas up for the road!
This place did an awesome job of advertising for 125 miles traveling south on I-75 from TN to GA. I normally just stop at flying j or pilot in GA. I strongly recommend that you take a stop here. It is fun, cool and just a neat place to stop. Gas is cheaper here than anywhere else in the area. The brisket sandwich ( I know right Gas station??) OMG AMAZING! YOU CAN EVEN CHRISTMAS SHOP THERE!! We are stopping back by on our way home. They need more of these around the country especially up north. They may wipe out the competition.
No breakfast sandwiches ready, 30 people waiting just crowded around the counter, no other breakfast items available. we were told that it will take 20 min. And that wouldnt be enough to feed everyone standing. First come, first serve, there wasnt any way to determine who came at what time.I left hungry.l
Coolest rest stop fuel station I’ve ever been too. 60 pumps, 20 clean spacious private bathroom stalls and everything you could want. From grills to beaver freezers! I got a blueberry cheesecake ice pop and it tasted like frozen cheesecake in a stick. Fresh jerky counter, fresh flavored roasted nuts, fresh breakfast tacos, hot keto breakfast. We were even politely welcomed when we walked in! You must Go.
Gas is priced few cents below most other stops in the county. Semis can park on the street behind, good luck turning around, the road is a actually a no truck road half a mile past. Underpriced on fountain drinks, over priced on cooler items. Hot bar overrated. Staff overworked. Heard they fired someone on Christmas day, so no morals. All about the money. Easier to come in before the crowd before daylight. Technically there isnt suppose to be anything on this piece of land due to a protected and endangered species of plant along the main road frontage. Tons of Bucees merchandise. So bad at recruiting new work they place Hiring info on the gas pumps. And now for months they have been out of product, including the spicey salteens.Another big company with no value to the workers or their customers. And to top it off they have an AI computer system that tracks you around the store. Gotta be on you tippy toes they might accuse you of something; thats a little odd they are that worried. Prolly end up firing the wrong person and something bad happen there. Avoid if possible. But take advantage of the cheap gas. They dont have a gas sign in the air like normal gas stations, seems shady. And they sell Beer, against the law on Sundays. No beer times listed. No great beer prices either.Overrated store!
2 words: Beaver nuggetsMore words. Super clean bathrooms. Super cheap drinks, 69 cents for a big ole drink, tons of choices. Gas is reasonable, and you got 120 pumps to choose from so you won’t wait for gas. SUPER CHEAP ICE. Seriously, worth stopping to fill up your cooler. 99 cents for a big bag. And it smells so good when you walk in, didn’t get the brisket cause it was morning, but it definitely made me want some.
There are NO words.....today is Sunday and we visited around noon. Ive been to a crazy black Friday event, where it is crazy packed. It wasnt even a holiday and this location was insane....every turn you made...crowds of people. We are from KC, picked up some brisket sandwiches (good), shirts, jerky, and frozen meat varieties. Never seen that many gas pumps or ice machines.

2022-01-08A LARGE variety of merchandise. Very friendly staff that quickly complete check out. They advertise clean restrooms and do not disappoint. The restrooms were huge and very clean. A big plus. Lots of available gas pumps and the price of gas was very competitive. The chopped brisket sandwich was very delicious. Drove up from Marietta with the sole purpose to visit this business and it did not disappoint!

2022-04-23Okay, this place is like the department store of gas stations. It’s as if Loves Auto Mart had a child with Cracker Barrel. It’s way better! I could not believe the volume of people inside this mega complex! There are stations making food, fudge, donuts, candy, and so much more. The quality of food, is amazing! Their brisket was top notch! Wow! I would literally drive to this gas station for their brisket alone. Their clothing merchandise is incredible with everything logo stamped just in case you forget where you bought the swimming trunks or hat. Lots of little gift items and an array of printed funny t-shirts. So much offering under one roof! Managers walk around always making sure the entire operation is working at 100%.

2022-01-09What a crazy experience, one of the biggest, nicest gas stations Ive ever been too. Great Texas BBQ. Huge snack selection. Lack luster drink options though just your typical gas station selection, plus icees, and coffee. Even with a lot of people the lines move quickly and there is enough space to move about. Fantastic place to break in road trips and use the restroom.

2022-01-28Super large convenient store. Located right off I-75. They have everything there. They don’t care to much for Coca-Cola. Fresh food clean bathrooms. Lots of gas pumps. They have shopping carts. They have a bakery and jerky case. They make fresh sandwiches. Beef bbq all sorts. Fresh hot chips. Very impressive!

2022-04-10This was my first Buc-ees experience. The brisket sandwich was so good! There was a good selection of different hot foods. We were extra happy to see bbq turkey sandwiches, because my husband is allergic to pork and beef. He loved the first sandwich so much that he went back in and got a 2nd one for the road. This store also had the cheapest gas in the area, so that was nice!

2021-12-14The price of gasoline is much cheaper than at other gas stations. They have a cool shop where you can buy various souvenirs. They have delicious things, but their food workers do not cover their hair on their beards. Some workers look very dirty. This is a really cool gas station but not for a food !

2022-02-28Never thought I’d spend forty minutes browsing at a truck stop! So many great things to say about this place. In no particular order: huge parking lot, most fuel pumps in one place I’ve ever seen, best bathroom ever seen in a gas station (or most restaurants for that matter!) endless supply of fresh breakfast foods (and presumably lunch & dinner later in the day?), HUGE variety of merchandise, (for the men, the ladies and the kids!), large variety of soft drinks and beer& wine, and most importantly, friendly and helpful staff! This is a “must stop” if you’re ever passing by on I-75!
