We bought blinds from them 8 years ago. The valence on one of the blinds broke on one side. I called them to see how I could get a replacement. They had all the information on file and only needed me to tell them it was the basement door. They ordered a replacement, had it shipped to our door and said if we had any problems installing it, to call them and they would send someone to do it. We were easily able to install it. It was the right size and color. And, there was no charge. That is standing behind your product! We are so impressed and will definitely go to Budget Blinds whenever we need more window treatments. We will also enthusiastically recommend them to all!

We used Blairsville GA Budget Blinds last year for our porch and they did a great job. Just recently I asked to have the windows in our bedroom done (electronic) one large window and 3 smaller ones. The man came in and measured, I was not with him when he did, but afterwards I picked the blind I wanted. I had to wait about 5 weeks for it to come to find out the man only measured the big window. The man said it was a misunderstanding, so I told him he need to do the other 3 windows. He measured and I had to wait another 4-5 weeks. When he came back, I didnt watch him install them, but later when I went in to check I found out he only did 2 of the 3 windows. Of course, I was extremely upset and called their office saying it is ridiculous and I am not paying for this 3rd window they are all close by, how can he have missed it a 3rd time. The blind finally came in and all was good. Now about a month later I wanted to order bathroom blinds that the man measured when he was last at my house. The women in the office told me because of what happened they wanted to part ways.So unprofessional especially when it was their error. I have no problem going elsewhere, but it just shows in this economy is obvious they dont need business and could care less about the customers.

My wife and I recently purchased shades for doors in our home and we cant recommend Budget Blinds in Blairsville highly enough. From the moment the process was started with an in-home consultation and estimate to the end when the purchased product was installed, the ENTIRE staff at Budget Blinds in Blairsville was courteous and professional. Jason was tasked with installing our new shades and he (in my humble opinion) went above and beyond to ensure that our experience was nothing less thatn stellar. For starters, he made the drive from Blairsville to Robbinsville, North Carolina (a little more than an hours drive) and showed up to our home at the scheduled appointment time. Being punctual is a sure sign of good customer service and he got it right. Secondly, after he installed our new shades, he neatly bound the old blinds together, so as to make storing them or moving them easier. He didnt have to do that, but he did. He left behind no traces of even having been in our home except for the shades themselves. Excellent work all the way around. Thoroughly enjoyed our experience with Budget Blinds. In sum...1. Our visit to the store was a delight! Katie was professional, courteous and friendly and made us feel at home. She answered all our questions (and trust me, my bride asks a lot of questions) and showed us several examples of sun shade blinds we were looking for. We enjoyed the free coffee and candy they had out (it was after Halloween) and asked for a meeting with the person who would show us our options and take the measurements in our home.2. Katie called us a couple of days later (as she committed) to give us our options for the next meeting. A couple of weeks later, on the day and time we agreed to, Nick showed up at our home. He was also professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. We made our choice (had pretty much already decided based on our in store visit), he took the measurements, wrote up the order, and we paid him 50% of the overall cost. I was especially impressed with how Nick answered my question of why we should go with Budget Blinds. He encouraged us to look at the competition and even made us aware of one to avoid.3. 3 to 4 weeks later (with Katie calling us to keep us apprised) the installer was out to install our 4 large blinds. He was in and out in 45 minutes, was professional and courteous and cleaned up when he was done.Overall it was easy peasy and a delight to work with Budget Blinds in Blairsville. Highly recommend!PS: we realized a day or two after install that we had received two blinds with valances on them that we did not order. Not sure how they got on there...it was on the PO but since my bride had made 2 valances for the lower windows we didnt also need them on the blinds themselves since we would never see them. I reached out to Katie via email, she passed it on the owner DeeDee and we were immediately credited the overcharge. Another example of superior customer service from this excellent store

Budget Blinds does excellent work and are true to their warranty. My mother and I have continued to use them for window shutters and blinds at both our houses over several years. With my 91 year old home, they have still been able to fit plantation shutters to non squared windows!They are professional, courteous, trustworthy and ontime and never leave any mess behind.

These people are so professional and so nice!! When I had to cancel an appointment because my dad had died, they sent a sympathy card signed by everyone that worked there. They show up on time for their consultations and appointments. Nick is fantastic in discussing different options and their installers are superb. We used them for 3 different projects and have never been disappointed. These are hard-working people you can trust.

Selection was good, service was fast, precise and friendly and the end product looks terrific. In the past, we had ordered blinds online and while the products we received were good quality, the installation was very difficult. With Budget Blinds, everything is taken care of for you in a professional manner. They do all the measuring and installation - all you have to do is pick out what you want and pay the bill - which is quite reasonable for the service provided.

Wow! Why go anywhere else? Very impressed by all aspects of this window treatment service team. Very knowledgeable people, they dont up-sell you and really seem genuinely interested in giving you the best value for your needs. I also found the prices to be very reasonable and well worth what you get. They will remain my go-to company for any future window treatment needs.

The window darkening film has made a tremendous difference during the warm months to avoid the bright/hot afternoon sunshine. A little on the pricey side, good investment for keeping house cooler and still enjoying the light outside.
