Very disappointed in my visit here. I came here tonight (Monday) at around 9:30 with my 2 friends. When we arrived we stood at the hostess stand for around 5 minutes while employees walked past us and didn’t acknowledge us. Finally we locked eyes with a server and they sat us. We proceeded to wait over 20 minutes for a server and only got one because we went searching for a manager. After getting our server she said nothing but 2 words to get our order in and only came back to give us our food. No refills, no check ups. I understand the world is crazy and everyone is short staffed. But I’ve never felt as ignored as I did when I came here. The restaurant had a full bar & maybe 3 tables besides us. Table touching us IMPORTANT! A simple “I’ll be with you” would’ve sufficed. But Being completely ignored and begging to be served should never be the situation.
Please dont look at the picture if you have a weak stomach!! I dont even know where to begin with this place.. A friend and I visited here to grab some food and watch the games. Our server was terrible...She disappeared for hours at a time and didnt appear to be serving another table. We also observed her to make our drinks and taste them before bringing them to the table. She did apologize at one point and said she had to help out in the kitchen. What really turned me off was the condition of the restroom and how they handled the situation. One of the stalls was ruined by another customer and Im assuming the manager went in to clean it after several other customers complained. Since the manager was a male, he propped the door open and I could see that he didnt have any cleaning supplies but put on gloves and used paper towels to wipe up the mess. After he cleaned the bathroom he went back in the kitchen where I guess he was preparing food 🤷🏽♀️ Needless to say, I will not be returning here and I wouldnt recommend.
Literally asked for extra wet & crispy and they did neither! They are extra fatty if anything; I ate around the fat and there’s barely any sauce; honestly the chicken has no flavor. I also waited additionally for nothing because the lady couldn’t understand my name to find the bag when I told her my food said ready for pick up. I will not order anymore from this location
Service is terrible, the place is not clean, and STOP blaming everything on Covid. No excuses to be so terrible with your food quality, the service, and food portions. This place has roaches galore. I have video and pictures to prove it. I want my entire order that took forever refunded. The employees here dont care about nothing. If you dont like your job than find another. Clean this place up before someone gets really sick. I have videos too.
Loved the onion rings even though they were fried almost to a crisp. My wing flavor wasnt right. My sons food wasnt right. My drink was juiced down with very little alcohol. We arent that picky but was disappointed. Here visiting and will not visit that location again.
This store almost always managed to miss items in take outs but at-least food used to be okay. They hit the rock bottom with standards now! They are serving UNCOOKED food! Look at the batter inside this donut sized onion ring. Wings are rock hard! and dry seasoning was only applied on one side. PATHETIC! They seriously need a change in management.
The bartender was pretty good but it was odd to see people who sat down long after me get their food much sooner. The kitchen was not great, and the service in the rest of the restaurant seemed non existent, but at least the bar was not busy so I was noticed and served.Low bar, sadly, but this is mediocre even for post pandemic service.
Food was Great. But on the other hand the service was backwards. My husband got his onion rings first, then we got our order for the wings, then 15 minutes later I get my French fries and got told, thank you for your patience. In regards to the Long Island Ice Teas, Dont waist your money and just do shots to make sure that youre drinking alcohol.
Ordered online after my nephew got done with his Round 1 birthday party. Waited in the lobby to pick up my food and there was no HOST and the waitress kept looking at us and kept walking by without asking if we needed help. The place was trashed! Table was dirty and waitress was just plain rude. I had to walk to the bar just to get my order and when I got it. It was super cold. I would not waste my time going to that location again.
This place is AWFUL! Will NEVER visit again EVER!!!!! Arrived around 8pm to a half empty restaurant but was told the wait time was 15-20 minutes (which I wasnt too concerned about and waited patiently). But several parties entered over time afterwards and were all told that the wait time was 20 minutes.. After a while we all noticed that no one was being seating and the employees were just casually walking around doing nothing. So after 45 minutes passed I asked the hostess about the wait time, she then asked me if I was on the list (yes of course), then tells me(oh well you can come on). The waiter had absolutely no clue and no knowledge of the menu items and even walked past us several times over a 30 minute period without even stopping to acknowledge us or or get our drink orders. Once we finally got our order placed EVERYTHING was screwed up!!! We had a party of 4 and each persons meal came out separately and incomplete and I NEVER RECIEVED MY ORDER!!!! So at the 3 hour mark I had finally had enough, requested the check and left... My worst restaurant experience ever!!!
The worst dine-in experience! The people working in here clearly dont have any desire ti work! Starting from the hosts, servers and the shift manager. I had to wait close to 2 hours to receive my food on a restaurant that had 10 tables busy with customers and like 6-8 servers. The server on the Bar had no knowledge of anything! She was giving the wrong tickets to the customers. 4 customers came, waited like 15mins to be greet, they got upset and left. COMPLETELY TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!
They knew that they were going to be busy for UFC night 4/9/22 and still hosted while being severely understaffed. Waited 2+ hours just to get a table! No structure in keeping up with people of when they arrive and leave! I saw plenty of people come and go, listening to the hostess tell plenty of patrons INCONSISTENT wait times.Customers were outraged to the point where they started cussing at the hostess as she turned away laughing towards the back of the restaurant. Everywhere you looked in the restaurant there were dirty tables with trash from previous patrons.My overall experience from this Buffalo Wild Wings was the worst. Food was good but the way the server was taking our order by memory. She gave us fries without ordering them and then charged us for them. The manager was just sitting in the sidelines watching the chaos unfold.
This place is just so disgusting and DIRTY ! nothing in this place was clean , we got sat at a disgusting table and the table next to us was dirty . I literally lost my appetite here and did not even eat . The food even taste old . The servers don’t listen they are all young . Needs better management . I sat on one side because the it was so dirty ! They need corporate there as soon as possible .
The wait was insane but that wasnt the issue. We were told we would be seated if the server felt like taking us. By the time we were seated and wanted to order drinks we were told to wait and see if the bartender FELT like making us drinks and then we were told no. Took 15 minutes to get some water after our order was taken. I received old cold fries that had been sitting out. The server forgot parts of order and my friend waited 20 minutes on her food after the rest of table recieved theres. And then had to wait another 5 minutes for the fries that should have came with her order. We didnt receive napkins and no one checked on us after we got our very unpleasant food. I am a server and bartender i understand being short staffedHowever the staff was very unprofessional. As a server I understand you want to leave by a certain time but denying service over 40 minutes before close is a super no go. Not checking on your tables and making sure they got everything is also a no go. And when she gave us our checks she just threw them in the middle of us and let us figure it out ourselves.There was no manager insight and I watched other employees of this establishment sit down at the bar and have shots with the bartender. Thats what drew the line for me. Youre going to deny a paying customer and refuse more money in your pocket but you have time to take shots with coworkers ? At least take it to the back where no one can see you. Long story short me and my friends will never come back here. I hope they get new management and either retrain employees or get better ones. And if theyre allowed to drink on the job paying customers should be allowed drinks especially when its 40 minutes before close ! . As a server its so disappointing going out and getting this kind of service as i go above and beyond for my tables because they are the ones paying my bills.
My food was done on time, but I couldn’t receive it because I had to wait 20 minutes for someone to physically hand me my order. It is frustrating watching staff look at a long line of people and ignore them. I understand for the servers that’s not their job, but it’s also terrible customer service. Only writing a review because this isn’t the first time it’s happened unfortunately.
If I could give 0 I would. The service of the staff was pathetic. Keep in mind it was not packed at all. At most 10 people were inside. The workers were just conversing and joking at the bar. After being seated for close to an hour and placing our drinks online. There were other customers coming in being served and attended too immediately. After that close to an hour wait we realized it was the servers downplaying us as the only Hispanic at the facility. Not being treated with the same attentiveness that was given to the other customers we decided to cancel our drink order sgt was placed 50ish minutes prior and left. This has been the most unpleasant and pathetic Buffalo Wild Wings I have ever been to.
Service is terrible. I literally walk in, sit down, and watch the games or fights and nobody even asks if I’ve been served. If the person in the front isn’t on their phone (and they probably are) the rest of the staff is in their own world. Great location so I’d recommend eat somewhere else and enjoy the TVs for free
Our waiter was horrible from the start. Our food was late. He brought the appetizers with the meal. We eventually had to get our own refills. We asked for the manager because we only got 20 of our 60 wings. The waiter then began to argue with us WHILE the mgr was speaking with us. The mgr did NOT tell him to clock out either. She went to this back and fixed our food herself. The waiter blamed it on the kitchen staff. If it was truly the kitchen why didnt he get the mgr himself. I seriously doubt the mgr even cared that he was rude to us, she just wanted to make sure we didnt get comped. We will never return to this location. I dont like the word GHETTO but I just cant find anything else to describe what we encountered.
I mean I love Buffalo wild wings, but this particular location the bartenders need to express some urgency, very slow I put in an order and I never got it, luckily I was having a good day so I just let it go. Hopefully they can step up their game and Ill be more than happy to come back. I still believe in you.
Those location (maybe the franchise) has jumped the shark perhaps due to inflation or economic pressure. Wings bone-in use to be plum pier and juicier and the side orders accurate around year or so. I was a repeat take out customer. Now, as of last Sunday evening, wings are significantly smaller and dryer and stringy in taste. In addition, they provided all ranch sauces to accompany when I had asked for all blue cheese. Not worth going to if looking for bone in wings.
Came with my husband and kids. wait time was way too long for small children and the waiter was slow on taking our order and for our drinks to come out. the food was tasteless.I ordered a no.7 lemonade and gagged at the amount of alcohol it had with no other mixers. worst drink Ive even had and didnt finished itthe only thing more dead and tasteless then this restaurant is the funeral we just came from.
I was very unhappy with service. No one refilled my water and we were there for 2 hours. Took a long time to even get someone to take our order and were barely checked after that. There was hardly any customers there so being busy was not the issue. Maybe that is why not many people were there. Went to find wait staff, they were standing around talking to each other.
The place was not very busy. The host gave us lip when we asked for a booth and said well you will have to wait we dont have that many servers . We sit at our booth and our order was taken by the waitress/bartender who had an attitude. The food came out late . The waitress never checked on us or refilled our drinks . I had to go to her at the bar to get my bill and pay . Service was horrible . Food was not so great compared to other locations. The food was cold . The french fries were the hottest thing we got . Overall not impressed by the service or the food
One of the worst experiences. Bartender is a thief. Friend and I go in and sit at the bar. We order 1 drink each. It takes a good 30-40 minutes to get our first drink. We ordered some cheese stick, cheese curds, fries, and 6 boneless wings. We got all our food before our drinks even came except the fries which never came. The food was brought out with no sauce. We asked for our sauce and she said in a minute. We waited 15 minutes and finished our drinks. We told the bartender we were going to get a 2nd round but still needed our sauce for the food and going to step outside to smoke. We came back in and still no drinks or sauce so we said to just give us our check and asked for the curds to be taken since they werent touched bc they hadnt brought sauce and to remove the fries and 2nd round of drinks since they never came. She refused to remove the curds but did remove the fries and drinks that never came. We walked out and made it to the car. Thats when I realized I left my $200 vape at the bar. I run right back inside and bartender had already cleaned our stuff up and lied and said my vape wasnt there. I know it was. I know she stole it. Avoid this location at all costs. Its worth waiting 2hrs at another restaurant to avoid this place.Update: they offered me 1500 points which is equivalent to one 6piece boneless meal for a $200 vape getting stolen and terrible service. Terrible service in store and customer service.
Service at the bar was terrible tonight. Ordered a beer and sat there for 20 minutes waiting for the bartender to interact with us again to order food. She ignored us for 20 minutes but had plenty of time to talk with her coworkers regarding what hot sauces are good on food, guess Ill have to drive to bartett location for good service as this bartender is terrible.I initially was defending her but my wife, who serves and bartends, pointed out she was ignoring us and then i saw her cater to other people at the bar who were not us.Just cashed out for two beers, 25 minutes after sitting down AND only because she was wiping the bar down beside us. Shakia is the bartenders name.
This was some of the worst service Ive had anywhere. My husband and I sat at the bar and the bartender shakia took our beer order rather quickly. That was the only good thing I have to say.After we recived our drinks she straight up ignored us for over 25 minutes. I made eye contact with her several times. To make matters worse we were sat right next to the POS and she didnt once acknowledge us the several times she went to the POS to cash other people out. I could have waved her down but I work in the industry and thats rude.We were trying to order food but after so much time being ignored we paid for our beers and left. The final straw was when she wiped down the bar around us and still said nothing.
It was a great experience with the exception of a few things:1. The server did not properly explain the BOGO (it was a Tuesday).3. The wings took more than 10 minutesto come out, on a slow day (the restaurant was about 40% capacity).2. Wings did not come with celery or carrots, but it did come with bleu cheese.Other than that the food, service, and atmosphere were good.
Awful. Waited an hour for food AT THE BAR. Food came out cold. Wing sauce dried up. Burger soggy and drenched in sauce and dilapidated. Bartender paid us no mind. Had us sit for 20 minutes without offering us a drink or menu. Came back 20 minutes later to take our order. Which then came back out an hour later. So 2 hours. We just left hungry. Never coming back. Horrible experience. Everything else is closed. What a bad night.
Went in to watch the Stanley Cup. NONE of their approximately 30 TVs were tuned to the Superbowl of hockey. We sat at the bar and asked the server if one of the TVs (showing reruns of sporting events) could be tuned to the game and they said yes. Ten minutes later we asked again. She said the manager was working on it. Waited another 5 minutes, cashed out and left. They have no idea what a sports bar is.
Horrible experience. First time in Atlanta, it has been awesome! Left the Brave’s game and wanted to watch the Tampa bay lightning game (my husband and I are from the Tampa area). We decided to go here instead of going back to our hotel room (big mistake!!!!). The staff at the bar was so stand-offish and rude. We asked for them 4 times to please change the tv we were facing to the Lightning game and nope. Never happened. We decided not to stay and spend anymore money here, when we were going to stay and eat and drink for the whole game! Ruined my first night out in Atlanta.
So stopped into Cumberland and said let me have an early lunch . I was greeted by hostess and she guided me to the bar where I meet the Famous Mrs. Kandi the bartender. I want to send a big horray for Mrs. Kandi she was working by her self and she held it down . Her customer service was amazing and great personality. She made me a crown apple specialty drink that was Amazing. I will definitely be back ..... I just love hard working people with great customer service. Go check her out everyone .

I have waited for atleast 30 mins for someone to allot me to the table. It was neither full nor anybody cared to even attend us. Couple of waiters have seen us waiting but didnot even care. I hate the service here and never coming here nor even I recommend anyone to this place.
They basically told me the reason the service sucks because of lack of employee but when I ask for a refunded the same exactly day a lady name dee there claim it would be back on my card never received it.... food is upsetting especially for a sport bar late night the food was nasty and I waited 2 hrs and when it came out my wings was burn kids meal was cold it’s was just horrible experience... my waiter didn’t serve never told me her name it was just the worst I was a fan of this area but never again
First time visit and definitely last, the staff can carless about your experience, the manager thinks if he pay for your food the problem is solved.The food presentation, taste and quality is one of worst we had, there are many WING restaurant around that do not have space in the MALL area yet they will not serve you a dry carrot, attitude when they miss your order.Just see the image of the Pretzel, the extra load of sauce and God knows how many days old Carrots and Celery. This place suppose to be the best in serving WING.
Well I thoroughly enjoyed the Absolut on the rocks and a PBR beer, the other items I ordered were fried shrimp and wings. I was actually the first person there so service was prompt and very pleasant at the bar. Restroom was well maintained, bare in mind that I was there at 11am so it was in order. The food on the other hand was a bit average, nothing to write home about especially the fried shrimp. The wings were a descent size. The weak point was the mild sauce and the blue cheese dipping sauce I had on the wings. Overall, it maybe a long while before I eat there again, but I will go just for the alcohol if Im there with friends or family.
Friday 29, 2014I had arrived at 10PM and left 12:45AM. Its wasnt because socializing or taking shots. I have been with pretty bad waitress but never beyond trying to be the worst, Zana. We order our food and waited an 1 hour! Then she forgets three other items we had ordered and having to wait another half hour. Then of course eating wings its common sense customers will be drinking water, tell me how we didnt receive any refills or apparently forgot our drinks...we all had water. Then also we had ordered extra sauce because our wings looked like werent smothered at all, Oh yeah we never got them...Yeah bummer. Our waitress only came to check on us once or twice for sure unless we called her. Besides the waitress service the entire place organization its ridiculous! The place wasnt even pack and the wait to be seated was an HOUR! Not only that when we were seated, you cannot believe how careless they are with their tables. Tables been dirty for thirty minutes, no wonder they got no seat for CUSTOMERS!!!!! Never again and I hope I save the trouble for many. Im not being a petty ass but I give honest review and my God this placed crushed me and had me shocked. BWW in Hiram always pack and they have you seated no more than 25 minutes and they are very strick on cleanliness. Food wait is never longer than 30 minutes. Im just shocked that this location in Cumberland can even allow to stay open, they dont deserve to stay open. AT LEAST HIRE NEW EMPLOYEES ALL POSITIONS.
Walked in 2 hours before closing. The staff seemed as though they had no interest in serving customers anymore. The food came out slow, and overall, the place was nasty. Also, food was not hot. Over 15 tables with empty plates and glasses just sitting on them. Dirty napkins and food on the floor in multiple areas of the restaurant. I’m not sure I even want to know what the health score for this establishment would be if the health department walked in at this time.
Over 30 minutes for wings to come out. And still got the order wrong. I understand that may be the kitchens fault but then at least come by to ask me if I want another drink when the glass has been empty for a while. We finally ask about the food and she goes back to check and magically it appears. I wonder how long it was sitting back there. Wings were decent this time which was a surprise considering last time they were dry. Gotta use up these gift cards I suppose. I do like the space and the TVs
Visited saturday night 1/29 with my family. i paid my transaction card & left the waiter with curly hair a CASH TIP. got a email this morning that my price was adjusted. homegirl added a tip to my freaking receipt after we left a cash tip. disgusting smh will never visit again
The takeout side is consistently the worst customer service experience in all of Atlanta. I would give it zero star if it were possible. I’ve ordered from here so many times and it’s always bad to the point that I’ve been getting their sauce from Walmart and making my own wings at home, just so I don’t deal with them. Ordered 10 wings online today and went there and the first agent told me it would ready 9:40pm, an hour later (it was on Sunday 10/10/2021 and not busy). I told her I wasn’t waiting that long and wanted to cancel. She left without saying anything else. The website didn’t have a cancel order option so I asked for someone to help and the other lady tells me “if you ordered online it has nothing to do with us”. I gave her my phone to make sure it could be cancelled but that didn’t work. The first agent comes back with the wings and I said thanks and walked out. Looked in the box and it did not include the dipping sauce I included in the order. Went back and asked for it. Just a complete hassle and the temperature of the wings indicated that it was probably warmed and not cooked on order.
I blame myself for reading the horrid reviews and deciding to come here anyway. They were short staffed, so even though there was plenty of available seating, the wait for a server was 45 minutes. Waitress and hostess didnt communicate very well with one another, and at one point, I was told to tell the waitress youre ready to be seated. I was confused, since I was next on the list to be seated. There was something in our drinks and we had to send them back 3 times before they were clean. The wings were aight and I had better french fries at lunch in high school.
Wednesday March 2,2022 me and my family came in to sit and eat around 8:15. When we finally got sitting. This white girl took our order. A whole hour pass by when our food come it was cold, and the waitress didn’t even bring us no napkins or silverware. Will not return!!!!
I dont even know where to begin! First let me say if you show up at any restaurant on a Fri nt and its pretty empty while all the surrounding restaurants have a 50+ min wait...let that be a sign!! We ordered the wing combo (6 bone in mango habanero, 6 boneless lemon pepper, fries & cole slaw) and a fish sandwich with no onions. The waitress asked what side we preferred with the fish sandwich so we opted for onion rings since the combo came with fries. The waitress went to put in the order an I immediately changed my mind wanting the jerk wings instead of the mango habanero. We stopped the waitress at the table next to us an she said she would let our waitress know to make the change an went into the kitchen. When our food arrived, almost 45mins later my wings hadnt been changed, his fish sandwich still had onions on it an the onion rings was literally an order of 4. We told our waitress that my order was wrong an asked had she not gotten the message from the other waitress an she said no. So happens the other waitess then appeared so we askes her if she had told our waitress to which she responded that she told the cook while our waitress was right next to her. Out waitress (Saleema) then asked if I wanted her to fix it an said it would take a while. I told her no an she asked again while reaching for my plate. I again told her no it was fine. All I could think was you just told me its going to take a while after we just waited for 45mins and now you want to take my entire plate so that you can fix the order? Not good service at all! When we were done she then asked me if I liked the wings and I told her no.. She simply said Im sorry an walked away. Where exactly is the customer service in this place? If you mess up an order, fix it! You ask the kitchen to rush it, not try to take the customers entire plate! And if it is messed up an the customer expresses they didnt like it, get a manager an see if theres anything that can be done. We were so irritated by the experience that we didnt even realize until after that I never got my cole slaw. Never Again will we return to this place.
I like this location over the other ATL Metro locations. Drinks was on point, Chicken nachos was on point, and like always the chicken wings was definitely buffalo wings. You definitely get your money worth.. I have 4 stars.. But after visiting 3 more times and those 3 times that messed up all around.. smh this last time they didnt have any salads.. my husband order was missing items and my order came out 30 minutes after his and was all wrong. The wings was supposed to be with sauce on the side with order of fries.. my wings came out 5 minutes then waiter says fries still in grease.. my family and I will not be back.. oh each time we had a drink it came in different size glass.. Same drink. We asked for manager on multiple occasions he) she Never came out.. what happened to
Horrible. Theyre absolutely understaffed and it shows. We came in and ordered food and drinks - the wings were cold and the pretzels tasted liked they had just been put in the microwave. We also never got our drinks because apparently they were out of glasses (?).Tired of giving 2nd chances to this place, so Im not coming back.
Overall, it was a pretty good experience. The food was fantastic and we had a lot of fun eating and watching a basketball game. Our server was very attentive and served us very well. The only reason its not 5 stars is that we waited 20 minutes for a table (which isnt bad at all considering how understaffed they were) but then we had to wait another 30 minutes for someone to even come talk to us and ask for drinks. Then we finally got our food around 1.5 hours after being there After that the experience was much better but it wouldve been nice to know how long we had to wait and also if we had gotten our drinks a little earlier.
DO NOT EAT HERE. THEY HAVE A NEW SYSTEM WHERE YOU ORDER ON YOUR PHONE BUT HAVE TO PUT YOUR CARD NUMBER IN FIRST. I PAID CASHED AND THE SERVER NEVER CLOSED OUR TICKET OUT AND IT CHARGED US ON OUR CARD TOO WITH 21% GRATUITY. THE SERVER ALREADY DOSENT HAVE TO TAKE OUR ORDER. SHE DEF STOLE THE CASH FOR THE MEAL. SHE DIDNT REALIZE SHE WAS OVER AT THE END OF THE NIGHT????? I WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN
I would give it no stars if it allowed me to. This restaurant is owned and ran by Buffalo Wild Wings (not sure why they pretend to be to different restaurants).Twice this month I have placed an Uber eats order from Wild Burgers and when the driver gets there he/she is told “someone else picked up the order already”… no idea who because it definitely wasn’t Uber Eats.It is frustrating to wait one hour for your food and then told nobody knows where it is. Each time their response is “sorry” then they hang up. No resolution or attempt to solve the problem.Finally spoke to the manager on the phone (had to wait 15mins on the phone) and his answer was “we don’t check who picks up the order, if they say I am picking up for Angela we hand them the first bag labeled Angela”.Long story short, don’t order food from this place if you want to receive your food.
Meh... this B-Dubs location is especially mediocre. We came here the other night to have some drinks and wings, and I sort of anticipated a typical Buffalo Wild Wings feel: great service, killer wings, and lots of TVs. It took us a little too long to be served drinks when that was the primary reason we went there... sort of weird when they were not busy at all. Waitstaff was just OK - not tremendously friendly or expedient. We had an order come out wrong and the wings/cauliflower wings came out with some pretty uneven saucing. One of the trays actually came out missing the sauce. In general I felt like the restaurant was a bit dirty too... like not horrible but just some trash on the floors and sticky surfaces. The one positive thing... beers are cheap and they are hard to screw up!
Very dissatisfied with service especially at the bar. Bartenders are easily distracted in general but these bartenders here have no sense of customer service. Ordered my food before my drink and still waited for both for way too long. 15 minutes for a drink while at the bar is outrageous. Waiting receive a check shouldn’t have taken 12 minutes as well. And to put the cherry on top i was not accurately charged for my food and never received my receipt to verify. The food court in the mall probably will give you better customer service. Food was good but please something has to be done about this location.
To be honest…I would even give them 1 star. The worst (non) service we’ve ever seen. We were told the wait was 30 minutes…45 minutes later we asked about the wait…they had forgotten to seat us. No biggie…stuff happens….After being seated…we waited 45 minutes and never had a waitress stop despite there being sufficient staff present. Worst I’ve ever seen. Well over 10 staff there…someone could’ve easily taken a drink order. Don’t waste your time.
BUYER BEWARE!!!This is the second worst Buffalo Wild Wings I have ever been to. (The worst being in Phoenix, AZ).Unfed, poor service, nobody wants to work.The under laying issue at this location is that it is full of employees that do not want to work. There are plenty of staff around, but it seems like none could be bothered with actually helping run a successful restaurant. Our first trip to this store, 5/21/2021, started with no one wanting to take our order. We were sat, then waited over 15 minutes before someone came over to take our drink or food order. Once they got the our order the experience was fairly average.Today we returned to the restaurant for lunch. We were seated right away and it took 10 minutes so someone to take our order. Again people standing, talking, and walking around everywhere... just not working. After waiting 40 min for our food to come out, the sauce was gelled, boneless wings were old (tough breading, cold meat, chewy consistency, and tasted like freezer). We sent them back (an order of 20 boneless wings) since they were inedible. After we sent them back, it took another 20 minutes to get the replacement wings. These wings had fresh sauce that was not gelled, however the wings were just as horrible, tough bread, cool meet, and chewy consistency, and tasted like freezer.After receiving the second inedible set of wings, we were out of time and had to get back to our conference. The manager Justin was nice, listened to our concern, took note at how poor the food was, and took care of our drinks for the inconvenience. We are now at our conference eating a snickers and jerky for lunch because nobody at this location wanted to work. Will NEVER be back to this location!
Just did the Blazing Wings Challenge here! My friends and I suffered the heat but were joined by many supportive workers. They cheered us on and were very fun to be around. They gave us milk and water and were overall very lively. I loved my experience here and will be coming back soon.
I had to wait for an hour for my cauliflower wings to be served, and the waitress forgot to bring them to me. I had to remind her to get my order. And they werent hot by the time I received them. I ordered wet cauliflower wings and I got dry ones. It already took an hour to get those dry wings so I dint want to ask again for the replacement for wet wings.And even though the restrictions are lifted up on Covid, the waitress did not wear a mask and is talking to my face without a mask. I was worried about not practicing minimal social distancing without a mask.
The customer service was amazing my husband and I sat in Faythes section. She is the sweetest, most attentive waitress I have had in a long time she even suggested certain items on the menu which was all great and the long island ice tea was stupendous. 😊 Yay cant wait to return.
More than unattentive staff. Tried it a few times seated and at the bar, feel rudely ignored several times when I have to eventually call for attention to get a drink, box, or check and still have gotten ignored repeatedly. While being forced to flag someone down in a very slow restaurant may be fun to some, not here. How slow? Sit your ass on the counter to flirt and put your filthy work shoes on the restaurants glassware rack slow.Idc if that thing went through the washer. Ive seen enough things that have been through the dish pit at a restaurant to know thats disgusting behavior.Slow unreliable service, long wait, and barely adequate, warm food. Ive never had a waitress come check on me after food has been delivered, never been able to order a drink or get a refill without having to flag someone down, and the restaurant has never been busy when Ive been. Too many issues.Disclaimer: Photo is blurry since I was trying to be discreet after being ignored for the umpteenth time by the bartender (who was full of attitude) just to get the check.
Good food and friendly staff, most of them at least. Went there 2 nights in a row. 1st night..... great food, fantastic waiter...... loved it. Made a reservation for the next night and it definitely wasnt the same experience. It wasnt nearly as busy the next night, but the food took forever and the service was lacking. Hopefully youll get lucky
I wouldn’t even give this place a 1 star . I placed a pickup order which included salad , 10 wings , and celery. I picked my order up on my 30 min lunch break . I got back to work and realized I had no utensils nor napkins. I payed for 2 extra ranch dressing that weren’t they also . I called the store asking for a manager no one came to the phone after 10 mins . I went back to the store and was told “we only make 2$ a hour “ so we do what we can . I still waited 15 more mins in store before the manager came out his reasoning for the long wait was because no one told him I was out there .then they asked to remake my food and when it came out it was cold and chewy
Food was excellent and the atmosphere was great. It took 15 minutes to get drinks and order appetizer. 15 to 20 for appetizer and drinks to materialize. 15 minutes to get waiters attention but 5 or 6 more before getting order in.. I was thrilled.. it only took 10 more minutes to see the waiter and ask for update.. who basically finally put our order in.. wont be back to this lication.
Went to eat on my break, the restaurant was pretty empty and it took them 30mins to take out my food! When I asked the hostess to pay for my drink since I had to go back to work she had a nasty attitude about it saying oh I can’t pull up for your order only the bartender can, I’ve worked at restaurants before and I know management can! It wasn’t even the bartenders fault he was so nice but that hostess/servers attitude was disgusting! Never going back again!
This place has terrible service. They seat you quickly, but it takes 20 mins before any server acknowledges you. I have literally walked out of these places a total of 4 times in the past year due to lack of timely service. This place is very convenient since I stay nearby. This place needs to either close down or quickly get new management. The staff is always huddled up and just no urgency to serve its customers. You literally have to flag someone down just to get water. It’s sad to see this food chain go downhill and a profitable area.
Went 2 nights in a row to get take out wings. I stood by the counter for about 15 minutes each time and no one even acknowledged my existence. The first night wasnt even busy. The place was 2/3 empty. People who worked there kept ignoring me. The 2nd night was during the national championship game, but their tvs werent working so they werent that busy. The guy at the take out counter stood there kept avoiding eye contact with me then walked off. No one ever came back so i left.
Came in on a Thursday afternoon,young lady in the front was rude.Then once we sat down and ordered our waitress was extremely nice,Our food was OLD&COLD ask to speak to management,it took MARC,awhile to come to our table,He approaches the table arms crossed in Defense mode,he was extremely rude,as well as dismissive,Marc,refused to take any accountability,not a manager I would want,the only thing he is MANAGING is losing customers ✌🏽
Food was good but the service was horrible. They took forever to take our orders and we never really had a real server. The bartender finally came to take or orders and her attitude was not the greatest. They racially profile their guest because a Caucasian group came in about 35min after us and they were greeted with great service; but the black couple that came in after us was still waiting to be served. I will never go back to this Buffalo Wild Wings. They only got the 1 star I gave them because of the food.
Where do I start?!?! Hubby wanted wings on our way back home from an outing. I found one place and then he said Buffalo Wild Wings Cumberland Mall. Ok. We walk in at 10pm and people were seated at about 4 tables but they were done with their meals and simply drinking and socializing. We place a to-go order and sit at the bar for a drink while it was being prepared. 1hr later, after checking 3 times on the order, it’s ready and wrong! I tell the waitress, we are good, I do not want to wait any longer and I will take a refund. She asks me 3 times after if I am sure that I do NOT want the nachos and if I want a refund. By now, I’m getting ready to spell it. A manager is seeing things start to go awry and steps in to ask the waitress to let him address it. She keeps on talking and then bartenders and other employees who have been standing around the bar, laughing, joking, drinking, cursing, flirting start to walk up on us! Really - is this happening in Buffalo Wild Wings. We are being threatened because of their lack of professionalism and service?!?! Mind you the waitress walked from the front with our order and when we asked was our order sitting up there cause we had been up there to get it and told them we were at the bar…she shrugged her shoulders. This is your service here. The manager works to settle down his employees and then proceed to tell us to get out of his restaurant and don’t come TF back!! If I had known you were at 3 stars before we stopped in…I wouldn’t have and will tell everyone I KNOW never to come back! We were threatened by a mob in this place and plan to seek legal counsel!
Upon walking in the host was very welcoming and nice, I asked to sit at the bar and when I did I sat there for about 10mins. During the wait the bartender never greeted me or anything. She just walked past me numerous times and continued serving other ppl as well as getting the drinks for the waiters. I then moved and asked to be seated at a table instead. I got a new waiter who also ignored me for 5mins until the hostess checked on me and informed my waiter to serve me. She did a decent job until checkout came and thats when she had some troubles with my receipt and adding a coupon. Overall the service was ok I suppose but the people could definitely do better at acknowledging customers
Worst buffalo wild wings ever. I have been to this branch 5 times and every single time I’ve had bad experience. No one even bothers to look at us and take our order. Food we received was cold. They take a lifetime even to get the checks. Some waiters wouldn’t even respond on calling. Sometimes I feel I am being ignored because of my color. Avoid this branch if you can.
Waitress had a terrible attitude. She left and didnt come back for 45 minutes. I ended up getting waited on by the manager. The manager was already in the back cooking, after the terrible service from the waitress, he had to wait a table too... get the manager some real help.
By far, one of the worst BWW’s I have ever been to. They claimed to be understaffed (on a football Sunday). Party of 11. We waited almost an hour for to get our food. The appetizers and almost everyone’s meal came out room temp or cold. BWW corporate needs to be ashamed.
It took 20 minutes after being seated for our waitress to even acknowledge we were sitting there. Was walked passed about 50 times. After ordering our drinks and food, we never got our drinks until after our appetizer was finished. Then our waitress was nowhere to be found for about 25-30 minutes. Her excuse was she had to cook. Isn’t there cooks in your kitchen? My husband and sons side of Mac and cheese was brought out before the meal. My son never got his wings until after his brisket sandwich came out. My chicken tenders looked like fried chicken pieces from a different restaurant being sold as Buffalo Wild Wings tenders. They were so dried out, you couldn’t chew them. My mac and cheese side came out afterwards and it was cold as ice. Horrible experience, horrible food and horrible service!!
If I could give a .25/5 that would probably be the most appropriate since I couldn’t possibly give a 0/5 to all 8 employees working the 6 tables of people that were present. We waited 20 minutes and did not even receive a water. It seemed like everyone was too busy dodging customers to serve any food or drinks. I can see why there were so many empty tables so we elected to add one more to the bunch -would not give a second chance.
This was a terrible experience. Our wings were rock hard, we never got silverware, and we only saw our real server once throughout the entire dining experience. Also, it took us 10 mins to get a refill. We were clearly done with our food and it still took around 15 minutes to get our check. One of the worst bdubs I’ve ever been to. Our server was also wearing AirPods and just rude and not friendly at all. One of the other workers that delivered our food and gave us our bill was also standing next to our table hovering over us while we were writing down the tip on our receipt, which made us really uncomfortable because we didn’t want to tip because the service was so terrible but we felt obligated to because she was standing there the entire, which was just very rude.
Came for a quick dinner, but after an hour we are still waiting for our food! Server is nice, but really, you serve one of the two people in the group and the other person is still waiting for their food. And the person waiting is waiting for wings!!! Got to see the oxymoron in that!!!! Won’t be coming back because if we did they still would not have the wing order we wanted!!! Can’t even get the check. And it is not even crowded!!!
I called in to make a reservation and spoke to the nicest person I met in the food industry DESIRAE! She was kind and lively. She has a very contagious personality couldnt help but fall in love with her spunk!!! Got to the restaurant 20mins later and she had a section outside waiting for us. I had to hug her she an amazing hostess, definitely has the the Most!!! Overall experience was exceptional will be coming back soon
Service is awfully slow. Only go if you have extra time to kill and have the patience to be seated. Once youre seated, it will take another eternity for them to take your order. Finally, the real wait begins. Your food will probably arrive after an hour from the time you entered this location. This is my second experience here, and both the occasions have been miserable.
If I could give them a 0, I would.We visited the Cumberland Mall Buffalo Wild Wings and it was the worst experience I have had with any restaurant.1. Lets start with their attempt to social distance. It was a 30-40 min wait, which isnt bad at all. Once called, they sat us directly next to another group when clearly their were about 30 tables empty. That was an epic fail.2. The establishment wasnt that busy. You might have had about 15 tables occupied but for some reason the service was slow. We waited about 15 mins for a waitress to take our order. We got the water right away. After about 20 mins, I realized our waitress was not only taking orders but making bar drinks as well. 30 mins past, and we still have not recieved our bar order or appetizers. When I approached the manager, his demeanor showed that he really didnt care as he was standing around with some staff members playing around and arguing. Our appetizers finally came 2 mins before our actual food ordered. The drink finally came, but it definitely wasnt what was suppose to be in it because they ran out of alcohol.3. We get our food and what do you know my bacon on the cheese burger was burnt. Not a, oh I can deal with it type of burnt, but a touch it and it crumbles kinda burnt. Was I suppose to eat this? I sent it back and the waitress did say she would get more bacon made. But at this point, after a 2 hour horrible experience, I was done with it and just told her I didnt want it. Never was I approached by the manager to address my concerns.I do not recommend for anyone to go to this establishment at Cumberland Mall. Staff members were very unprofessional by cursing around customers and arguing. The manager showed no control over his staff and clearing showed he should not be anyones manager.
Consistently *terrible* service. At this point Im heading 15 minutes further (minimum) to go to ANY other location than this one, who couldve kept my business so easily being so close to where I live.Ordered a pickup at 6:55p, said the earliest option was 7:50p. Thought an hour to make a few wings seemed like a lot, but okay. Get there at 7:45 - wait 25 minutes, still no food. Just for fun try calling the store because they arent giving me the time of day in the lobby, watch them ignore the ringing phone twice, then the third time someone answers and says, Buffalo Wild Wings, Hold and puts me on hold for six minutes. It wasnt busy. Just terrible management and service. Can I give zero stars?
Dirtiest and smelliest restaurant in Atlanta. As soon as you enter the dining area, you can smell the scent of moldy bar towels (they use these stinky towels to clean your table), the entire floor is sticky and covered in trash. Bartender took my ID then completely lost it, place wasnt even busy...he literally just lost my drivers license...the managers couldnt find it and the GM had to be called...no one had a clue, I had to order a replacement. Just a really poorly managed place.
This BWW Customer service is the sorriest I’ve ever seen. We waited for 45 minutes while the restaurant had seating available. We saw our waitress twice: when she took our order and when she brought the food.We spent a total of 2 hours here...DO NOT RECOMMEND.To get our checks, we had to ask the hostess because our waitress was nowhere to be seen for 30+ minutes.Horrible service.
Poor customer service no utensils given for my salad and I order wings and salad and was given 1 dressing for both. I had to leave my job on my lunch break to go back up here only for the lady to get upset about my situation and management took 20 mins just to come from the back and speak with me! Never will return I even call before I came and was left on hold for over 20mins smh
Was told the wait time would be 25 minutes. Ended up waiting an hour. One hostess told us we had ten parties ahead of us, another told us its ready. Ordered drinks and food from the rude waitress, and still waiting on our food as we speak. Came after 8, it is now 10:25. This one SUCKS
The order never came out. The restaurant had a total of 6 customers. They ALL got food before us. We had to go after waiting 1 hour 10 minutes for our food.The manager stated they are working on it 2 times. But wasn’t able to provide an explanation as to why anyone’s food would would take 70 Minute to come out! Absolutely ridiculous. I highly recommend not visiting this location.
Now I know why this place has horrible reviews. First time customer. Ordered a Doordash pick up, showed up 30 mins later found out they havent even put the order in. Now 30mins later I am still waiting on my order after it was placed an hour ago and should of been ready. This is ridiculous...and its not even busy!!
I frequent BWW-Cumberland for a beer and occasional wings or burger fix. John the GM is exceptional. Regina the Manager is amazing. Bartenders: Darren, Aleshia, King are outstanding. Darren, Jay and the rest of the staff are attentive, personable and fun. Great “Neighborhood” spot to hang, chat, drink and/dine.
This was one of the worst restaurant experiences that I have ever had. We waited 20 minutes just for drinks, which consisted of 2 waters and Dr. Pepper. Then from the time we sat down, it was 57 minutes to get part of our food. The rest of the food took another 10 minutes and that part of the order was wrong.The maangers
Ive been on hold for almost 15 minutes now for a to go order. I thought it would be faster to call rather than go in there and wait for 20 minutes to try and get the incompetent staffs attention, but I was wrong. Ill just have to take my business across the street to Hooters.
Absolutely horrible. I placed an order online at 5:10 pm and arrived at this said location at 5:20ish for my 5:30 order. The to-go server was very polite however when I received my order I was missing an item on my order. When I pointed it out the to-go server was confused because he believed that my order was correct even though I ordered 4 items and only received 3. He took the ticket from the bag and assured me that the order would be taken care of right away. At this point in time it had been 10 minutes after my order was supposed to be ready but I waited patiently with no complaints. 20 more minutes pass and I am once again handed the same exact bag that had the three items in the bag instead of four. I walk back into the restaurant and repeat what my order is and was assured that my order was correct. But of course it wasn’t. Not only did I get the wrong order again the food handed to me was cold. My whole order was cold. Very disgusting will NEVER go back.
Horrible experience. When you walk in the door, it takes approximately 2 minutes for someone to greet you. Then when I was told to have a seat at bar, no one took my order after waiting for nearly 30 minutes. Unprofessional establishment. Im not going to beg someone to charge me over inflated prices for chicken and beer either
Our experience left a lot to be desired. I ordered the Avocado bacon burger and received a pinch of avocado, literally. The server was kind enough to go back to the kitchen to get me 2 small pieces of avocado which he in turn charged me $2.00 for. Not only was I not getting what I paid for but your restaurant decided to charge me additional for it. If avocado is the primary food mentioned on a menu item, then there should be plenty of it. To put the serving amount into perspective, one sliced pickle was more than the amount of avocado given. The server ultimately removed the extra charge from the bill. My husband ordered wings which we had to ask for celery and carrots after being told it came with the order. Refills on lemonade and water were lacking even after placing the cup at the edge of the table. Wet naps should be automatically given with orders of wings. There seems to be a trend with the brand as the service level has declined. Re-training is a must
I havent had the chance to try the food to review it due to a bad waitress. When we were seated, it took her 10 minutes or so to come to the table. We ordered drinks and an appetizer. 15+ minutes later, the drinks were sitting at the bar & the waitress was giggling with a Co-worker. She walks past us, we werent even given water, as though we hadnt been waiting 20+ minutes. Whenever she decided to bring our drinks, she came back to an empty table. We left. Im not used to poor service nor will I become used to it.
The service can be hit or miss, and the kitchen got our order wrong (out waitress didnt notice either, but it wasnt worth correcting since we sensed an unhelpful attitude when we kindly asked to switch soft drinks). The wings miss the mark in texture and flavor. The flavors sound good, but everytime I try a new flavor, I wish I had gotten something else. The ranch sauce does help dampen the disappointment. Their fries, wedges, and tots are good.
Extremely long wait for not only food but drinks (water included). When the food finally did come the wings were presented plain and not sauced, they came on the side. Chips were stale and salsa had a strange unappetizing watery taste. Server was friendly but seemed unavailable throughout my visit.Overall it was not worth the trip or the wait unfortunately
Waitress had such an attitude and threw the straws and silverware on the table. Was told it was a 20 minute wait and an hour later said it would be another 30 minutes to be seated. Once seated took another hour for the food to come out. This place needs to be shut down or get some staff in that want to work! Food was dry and came out wrong. Asked for a manager and they never showed up. Don’t waste your time or money here!
Food was disgusting!! I wasted so much food it didn’t make any sense. I ordered a 30 piece wing for my table with 3 different flavors and only ate 10. They DROWN your wings in so much sauce it’s so hard to even enjoy the wings. The server didn’t care at all. I even ordered my son a kids meal and he didn’t like his wings either so instead of offering to just change the wing sauce I had to buy a whole kids meal over. My queso chips tasted like candle wax so I didn’t eat that either. It was such a waste I was disappointed in myself for all that food we left and money wasted. The only thing that was good was the drinks and they DIDNT social distance at ALL! They sat a table of 6 right next to us and we were a table of six ourselves. Soon as they sat down we got up. I honestly will never go back. I never knew you could go wrong with chicken wings and fries.
Yesterday April 24th, Ive recently made a order online at 5pm for 30 wings, large French fries 🍟, one Regular fries 🍟, chips and salsa. Once get there the order was half ready 15 wings and the chips and salsa. By this time its 6:30pm after waiting for 15 minutes my order still isnt right now Im missing 5 wings and no large French fries. By this time Im angry 😠😡, so I asked to speak to the manager on shift. At this time its 7pm the food is cold and the only thing the manager said we can give you half of my money back after me Complaining about my order And how long I had to wait 2 hours ago after completing my order online. Please do not order anything from this placeThey clearly cant get a simple order right or they cant do simple math. Everyone there is complete morons.
The food at the Cumberland Mall location is good, but the service is very slow. I waited nearly an hour for carryout, and some people sat waiting longer than that, just to be seated, when empty booths and empty tables were in clear view that were clean and ready to use.
This particular one is THE WORST. Even when I would go during a slow afternoon, it would take forever to get served. Recently went back with a group of 8 people and we were there for HOURS. Apparently our server left due to an emergency and we must have fallen through the cracks because no one else came to give us our orders. We ended up with a random server that was great and tried to make things right, but he did not get to keep serving us so we ended up with a woman who was obviously upset that she had to take us over (she actually told other people on the patio that they could not get service at all bc the server for the patio went home). Everything eventually came out after waiting over an hour. The food was cold and gross, orders were incorrect, drinks and silverware were forgotten. It was a nightmare. We mentioned our dissatisfaction multiple times, but that fell on deaf ears - no manager tried to apologize or even came to check on us. Not even an apology for the incorrect orders, which we kept because we were at an event all day and starving. I love Buffalo Wild Wings, but will not be giving this one any more chances.
2 out if 5 because 2 out of 5 visits they get your order right. Maybe sure you always double check if you ever order takeout. Also, you dont need to get there until 20ish min after the estimated order ready time. Its not worth waiting 35 min for your order everytime. They arent usually busy inside if you want to eat in, but dont expect that to make your food ready faster.
This was the worst dinning experience I have had in a long time. We didn’t get asked out drink order until almost 30 minutes of sitting there. Once we finally got waited on, we went ahead and placed our order. We didn’t get our food and eat until after 2 hours. I know a fight was going on the tv but you are a sports bar and should know how to operate like one. She then proceeds to tell us that there was a 700 to go order of wings placed. The people in your dinning room take priority. Then I had to continually chase her down for napkins and extra ranch. It was horrible. Will not be going back.
Excellent! Great food, atmosphere, and very good customer service. The young ladies at the front very courteous! Not even a frown when I asked for a correction to our order. They even offered a soda while we waited. Ill come back to watch a game and chill. Located at Cumberland Mall near Cheesecake factory.
Plates and glasses were just sitting on tables waiting to be cleaned. The place was just about empty, maybe 5 tables were occupied. We sat down, placed our order, waited for about 25 minutes then asked for our waiter, who never came back to the table after we ordered. The was another take complaining to the manager about their long wait time as well. 10 minutes later, we were still waiting for our waiter, who went to another table and took their orders. 35 minutes later we left and went to Taco Mac down the street. Much better service and they were packed! We will not be returning to buffalo wild wings in Cumberland.
I became acquainted with Buffalo Wild Wings during a particular time of my life, so I will always remain extremely fond of the place. Memories keep drawing me back. I love the atmosphere, the family friendliness, and chicken wings are one of my most favorite foods. The app has particular appeal with me as well 👍🏾. One thing I do miss though: the WOW experience. I really wish it could be as exciting as it was in the past.
Went here later in the evening to order takeout, a single order of wings. We ended up waiting nearly 40 minutes and it was cold right when we got it! I may understand the long wait if they were busy, but it was less than half full. Also, theres never an excuse for serving cold food, simply unacceptable. Ill get wings elsewhere next time. As a tiny silver lining, the service was good.
Darian the bartender was extremely rude. I walked in for a to-go order and was informed by the hostess the to go server had stepped out and would be back. I waited for about 15 minutes in the front seating area before inquiring about the status of my order. Darian went on a tangent about how the food wasnt going to walk off the grill and package itself etc. He went on about how he couldnt check the status because he had to take care of the bar which I understand however there were only 4 customers all of whom had their food and were eating. He called the manager to check. While I waited I noticed the to go server walking out the kitchen with piles of bags nearly covering her face. One of the bags almost fell and I helped her carry it to the front of the restaurant. She was very helpful and in fact the bag I caught happened to be my food. She is a hard worker and I hate to see that she has to work with rude and unhelpful ppl. This location should work on their customer service and team building.
We waited a hour or so for a table. They closed the outside tables and had people come in and jumped in front of parties. Then I went to order my food to go they told me another hour.One section only had two parties. The waitress didn’t want to take any more people in her section. Not understanding how that worked but, if you don’t want to work and make money go home...
If I could give it no stars then I would. We arrived last night at 5:30 for dinner. Our waitress took our order 53 minutes after we arrived. I received my hamburger and fries at 7:42. A person at our table received their dinner at 8:03 pm. My burger tasted fine. Other people ordered wings and their wings were cold with the sauce sort of congealed on it from sitting so long.I will never go there again. It is in a prime location. Close it down and start again.
The server was very nice, but the service here is TERRIBLE. It took 15 minutes of waiting just to get a table because there was not a hostess there. Then it took 45 minutes to get food. Wings came first. Fries about 10 minutes later and we never got onion rings. The food was delicious, but it is hard to overlook the terrible service. Will not eat in at this location ever again.
Terrible service. We had to leave by 700 so we got there at 530, but that didnt help, because...The waitress was SLOW. For our checks, we had to go and get her because it was 650 and we hadnt seen her in a half hour. We asked for a box and she didnt bring it so we flagged her down again, asked again, and she disappeared for 10 minutes so we just left.They didnt give us a refill for an hour until we flagged the waitress down and made her get one. That was the only refill we got.My food was cold, like it had been sitting there for half an hour. Probably because it was.She didnt even come to our table except to take our orders and give us our food. She was completely MIA the rest of the time.Two stars because the black bean burger wasnt bad despite being cold. And the fries were crunchy, even though they were cold.Good cooks, terrible wait staff.
It was 11:48 p.m i had a party of 15 and we were later accompanied by more guest. We waited at the front for 10 minutes which was a reasonable time. We were seated later on and we waited another 20 minutes to get a glass of water. My friends and I then waited for another 10 minutes so the waitress can take our order. Then we waited over an hour to get our food and when it arrived it was cold. I am not pleased with the staff at all, they didnt even say sorry for the wait or addressed anything or check back up on us. Do better.
Waited a while. Got shoved in the corner by the front door. Half my daughters wings were old. Waitress was nice about bringing fresh ones. It was blah.Update. I received feedback from the company. Ironically I was offered rewards points or something to that nature. When I eventually tried to access the rewards a few weeks later I wasnt given any feedback on how it where. I am disappointed.honestly leaving feedback wasnt with the intention of receiving anything but making sure future guests are aware. Gave two ⭐ s would give zero if that was an option

2022-07-10The host and the waitress were both sweet and accommodating. The food was fresh and made exactly how I requested it. The dining area is spacious so you do not feel as if you are too close to anyone which is great for large parties. The only issue was with the bar and their inventory was low. They were out of wine completely and some spirits as well. I know they have a happy hour and they offer specials on Tuesdays I believe. Overall satisfied with this location.

2022-05-31The service is awful, the server/workers don’t want to do their job . They think it’s a hang out place you get paid just To show up to work but do the bare minimum. We been sitting waiting for a server to come take our order for about an hour . The server got sassy with me when I told her we been waiting for over 35 minutes for her to get our drink order . The manager had to come take our order smh . How is that acceptable her job is customer service which she had zero . Like i said people do the bare minimum here and that’s why they never move forward in life or be successful. They must be happy and comfortable being ratchet and broke all their life . Their not in the business to be turning people away from eating here when they barely got customers to stay at float . The waitress told me to go eat somewhere else if I didn’t like it .

2022-05-20Allow me to start with our AMAZING SERVER Deyanna.She simply took excellent service to the moon and back.She just made our whole experience better. Our food was good , hot and on point. I definitely recommend this location for great service, great food and a overall great experience Do yourself a favor and request Deyanna !! Shes such a beautiful soul.

2022-07-11So I try. Over and over again to give BW3 business but it’s like they insist on making sure I don’t get what I request. Ranging from condiments to cheese on my burger; they constantly disappoint. I try to call ahead of time when I order to go- so they have a chance to give me what I want but they do NOT answer the phone. I go out my way to give a business multiple attempts but Buffalo Wild Wings at Cumberland has shown me they don’t give AF about my dollar. I tried.

2022-05-08Should have read the reviews before I walked in! This place is an absolute joke! Do not give these people your time and money! Go to McDonalds I promise its better. This place is empty for a reason... been waiting exactly 1 hour.... host had rude attitude. Waitress was super nice but she was definitely being over worked. Meal came with slaw and wasnt told they were out. No refills were given to anybody during my visit. To go cups were being used.

2022-07-05Plenty of parking. Dine in or take out. Watch the games on multiple flat screens. Bad customer service. No one ever came to the front to seat us. Left behind food on counters and tables. Sell alcohol.

2021-11-05Quality of sauce cups were really poor, they were totally melted and spilled all over. Staff was really rude, did not even bother replacing the package, just throwed new sauce cups and bag at me. Package did not even include ranch requested on order nor any napkins.

2022-03-07There was not much of a wait.He had the house margarita I had I house drink with watermelon redbull.We shared an order of fried pickels, and an appetizer sampler.They got a chicken sandwich and wings.It was an ok experience. Not sure if I would go there again.

2022-01-24I try to give restaurants the benefit of the doubt by trying them multiple times before I make a decision on how I rate them. I have tried this Buffalo Wild Wings probably 10 times in the past 2 years. I have tried dining in, take out, curbside, and delivery, and every one of them has been a disappointment. The service is horrible, the food is never good, usually it is cold by the time I get it, nobody seems to care that works there, the average wait time is 2 hours for food, and when I get take out or delivery, I normally only get half the food I actually ordered. Tonight was the final straw. I ordered food for my whole family, half of it was missing, no sauces, no sides, only half the wings were there, and it took 2 and half hours to get the food. Like I said earlier, I try to give restaurants the benefit of the doubt and I am one of the most easy going people when it comes to food service, because I worked in the business for a long time. This place does not even deserve one star. I highly recommend not going here or ordering here what so ever.
