Please dont get me wrong, I love Buffalo Wild Wings! Tonight was horrible, however.... We told the waitress we were in a big hurry and we needed to order so we can eat and go. 10 minutes later they took her order. 30 minutes later our food came and it wasnt even our food. All she said was sorry about that and walked away.... So did we. Just terrible. All around Terrible. They were not even that busy! There was no attempt to make it right!
Took the kids there for dinner tonight. When we got there no one was working the door so we went up to the counter. When the lady there hung up the phone she asked Do you need something? I responded by saying five for dine in and she walked away asking who was working the door. Five minutes later we were seated at a dirty table. After another ten minutes a gentleman took our drink orders. We waited another 10 minutes before the waitress came to take our order. She brought out the kids food first and mentioned that she was told we were waiting a while so she wanted to get them fed first. After they were done eating the last two plates came out with one being the wrong order. The whole restaurant was filthy as if it hadnt been cleaned for a few days. Needless to say this will be the one and only time I dine there.
I give 3 stars, mostly coz I understand its not the servers fault... they have to rely on the kitchen too. The kitchen staff is terrible, Im assuming. We are here tonight, Nancy, the bartender is absolutely amazing, yes, she gets stressed out and overwhelmed, but she does her best with the help she has (which is limited)...Im not blaming anyone for the slow service, food is good, but service sucks only coz of the staff. Get more staff, and your restaurant will be much better.
After months of returning from horrible service... And after an hour wait for food, my order was wrong & was filled with straight lettuce and less than one chicken finger cut into my wrap. As well as not all of the wings with my party was labeled. Worst of all, while a patron of our table was in the male restroom, he watched a back of house employee walk straight from the stall into the back of the house once again. No hands washed. Absolutely disgusting. The only thing good from this meal was the beer.
I have never ordered from here before. My husband and I ordered from Grubhub which did deliver on time. The nachos were the worst I have eaten. Without a doubt. Almost no toppings. The wings were ok. I realize restaurants are short staffed and food/ingredients prices have gone up but if this is the best you can do….take it off the menu.
This place sucked!! I would give it zero stars if it was possible. They forgot my f.fries in my order, & when I went back 5 min. later to get them, they had decided to close 10 minutes early, & I had to bang on the front window to get someone to come to the door. They said no problem (no apology!) and told me to wait outside while they got my fries. What they brought back were extremely overly seasoned potatoe wedges! With no explanation. My son had gone to wash his hands in the restroom when we were placing our order & he said that there was no soap, I tried to ask for a cup of water while waiting for our order, and was told that they were out of cups! Really?! Nonetheless, I would have been willing to overlook all of this had the food tasted at all edible! But no, I paid over $22 for a DISGUSTING bbq brisket sandwich & a pretzel bites appetizer. They were supposed to be Everything pretzel bites, but when asking the order taker about the everything they didnt even know what it was! When we asked for some plain salt packets or whatever, she looked around for five minutes and then said we dont have any salt! This is one terribly run restaurant!!
Every time my friend and I dine in here, we have received poor customer service. We walked in at approximately 9:15pm. We waited fifty minutes to be acknowledged by any of the waiting staff, or even get our drink order, for that matter, who was very abrupt and rude when taking our orders. When the food came out finally, the food order was wrong and on top of that no refills were given practically the entire time. The service here keeps getting worse and worse.
Let me preface this by saying that Buffalo Wild Wings is a Five Star restaurant with a Five Star menu. The wings and wing sauces are in a word incredible. The Whittlessey location in Columbus is just a cut below what I expect from a service standpoint. We go every six weeks or so, and without fail, they either forget something we ordered or the waitstaff is inexperienced or incapable of multi-tasking. Sometimes they just disappear. Heres the bottom-line: Go in there knowing what you want to drink and put in your drink and appetizer order immediately. In this way, you wont be hungry or thirsty while you wait for your food to come out. Enjoy the games.
Worse time I’ve ever had at a eating establishment! Went here because we had 2hrs to kill before our movie which was at 10:15pm.Had to wait 20-30 mins to be seated in a restaurant that wasn’t full, that had 10+ empty tables available..We were seated at a booth, which was fine..We waited 20mins before the hostess came back and asked have we’ve been helped..I said No, and she proceeded to take our drink order.She only brought 2 of the drinks we ordered back..Finally 10 mins after that the waitress came..Now I understand that this is not fast food..Wings can take up to 20mins to fry..But it took forever to get our food..I finally said to the hostess that we need are food to go so we wouldn’t miss our movie..The food was brought to our table still and we were handed To-Go boxes..The food wasn’t even hot..I was able to pick up the fries with my bare hands to transfer them into the To-Go box..So I came to the conclusion that we were going to be served cold food if we were to have stayed!!!The place wasn’t even that busy for any of this to happen..I totally fill like it was a waste of my time and money..I don’t think I’ll ever eat here again..
Let me start by saying I rarely ever leave one star reviews This will be the second one that Ive ever left I had the honey barbecue wings traditional they oversaw them and they were overly done and dry I tried bringing it to the waitresss attention to no avail we may have been checked on three times my cup was empty for most of that I saw that employees were sitting down instead of helping paying customers I hope that this Establishment can be straightened out The appetizer was pretty good The sweet tea was pretty good Thats the only reason its deserving of one star
I don’t mind a wait, but we stood for 15 mins with multiple workers walking past us without a word. Not even a “be right with you”. Ignored while employees chatted with each other. Mind you this was 15 mins PAST when the order was due to be done. There was open stock boxes strewn everywhere in customer view. It wasn’t until I got home that I realized most of the order was in some way wrong… wrong Saunders, wrong number of wings, cold. I counted the boxes but didn’t know I needed to open the taped shut bag to inspect each item. Just bad.
This one is a bit different than some other BWs. No diet Mt. Dew. Wings seem a bit less fresh. The crew is pretty good and the food isnt bad, but multiple times now Ive been here in the last few years where they were out of menu items. It happens, this just happens to be the one place it happens the most for me.For those who just want BW, go. For those who want the good bar food, you have choices of refuge this is one.
Food was good, but service, definitely not. We had to wait over an hr to get our food, another 30 minutes or so to get our complete drink order. One particular worker was dancing behind the counter not helping out where help was needed, and our waitress just disappeared. We will not b bk...Sooo disappointed☹️
Sat in tye bar area for over 15 minutes with NO service. The proclaimed Bartender looked at me and said NOTHING! I ASKED the manager Id there was a Bartender and he said yes abd shes helping other people right now. Service and Restaurants in Columbus are really struggling now. WOW!
It has been around 5 years since eating here because I felt the service and the quality of food wasnt up to par when it came to their prices. So today a buddy and I decided to dine in and we had a great experience. Our waitress did an outstanding job! We had made a request for a particular game to be on a screen. She had it put on one of the largest screens they have and on top of that she had put the game on 3 different screens as well. It didnt even take her 2 minutes. Then there was the food. Because of it being such a long time since being here, I had a hard time deciding on what I wanted to eat. So I made my choice and it was delicious! It was hot and fresh. And I would order it again. I will definitely start coming back here more frequently.
Came only for special occasion. Watch the game. Eat some (only flats) wings and warm chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream with it.I’m that type of person who ask for hot tea everywhere I go to eat, don’t ask hot tea in the bar kind of restaurant 😂 they’d look at you weird😛 with saying no.
Id put zero stars if I could. We arrived with a larger group and got split up. So we were a table of four. Our order was taken way after the rest of the group. Meals came out one at a time about 15 minutes apart mixed with other tables. 2 hours later we were will waiting on 10 wings. So it took over 2 hours for a wing restaurant to cook 10 wings. Asked for a side salad for a child and received shredded lettuce in a ketchup cup. Spoke to manager and she was nonchalant about the whole ordeal. She later came to the table and said she was taking a percentage of the cost off our checks. Too late. Mens restroom was disgusting and dirty. This visit was a reminder of why I havent been to Buffalo wild wings since wild wing Cafe and old chicago opened. Wont be back.
I normally do not write reviews, however this is not a reflection on Buffalo Wild Wings. This is strictly related to the Columbus, GA location. I noticed others had the same experience, so I know it’s not a one off or that I’m the only one. My husband, friends and I chose this establishment to enjoy a night out. NEVER AGAIN. The worse service ever. The wait time after being seated was ridiculous. The restaurant wasn’t even packed for the level of service I didn’t receive. He watched the waitress and manager flirting with each other. They were practically hugging as if they was on a date. My husband decided it wasn’t worth waiting for service and decided to leave. The same waitress came to the table to ask them to stay and she would service them. Then proceed to tell them I’m working off the clock to help him, while she points to this tall bald headed man. First we were shocked she was the waitress and then she was working off the clock! Many reasons I should have ran. This is illegal!!!! The manager never came to the table to address our concerns. So choose this location to sight see and that’s it, because the service is awful! This establishment need to be renamed! A bad reflection of the chain. Know this really impacted me, since I’m still thinking about it to write this review days later. SMH.
I am usually pleased with Buffalo Wild Wings. Today though I ordered a sandwich from the website and when I received it it is not at all as advertised. Essentially I was given half of the sandwich I ordered. I get that what you order does not always look like the menu but this is a bit extreme. My southwest phili cheese steak came on a burger bun instead of the advertised hogie roll. The restaurant didnt even bother to say anything about it either, knowing it was made differently. On top of that the side salsa came with only tortilla chips.
Less than interested wait staff. We waited an hour and a half for our food and drinks...only to be served the wrong food. 😬 That was taken away, served to the correct table and then our food was brought out. We waited for quite some time for our check and to go boxes. We had planned on ordering more food, but considering the wait...decided to just leave.
We have not ordered from here in a while because they are so expensive. They had a b1g1 going on today so I decided to try them out again, the fam loves wings! After ordering I realized the pick up time was 1 hr 10 mins. I called to confirm that and the guy said it should be ready in 30-40 mins. I asked if I could cancel it and he said he didnt know. I didnt want to be a bother, figured with the sale they were probably pretty busy. Got up there with 12 mins to spare and it wasnt ready yet. No worries, just means its going to be fresh, right? Wrong! When we got home we discovered the fries and wings were cold! There was barley sauce on the wings and the celery was spoiled. I am very laid back but dang yall, cold and under sauced food, for real? I mean we ate it because we were hungry and had already waited so long, but I feel like I paid WAY too much for what we got in return! I will not make that mistake again!
Awful service! The lady at the front was just awful to deal with, I am shocked she has a job. You could tell she was so upset that she had to give any effort whatsoever. Then after dealing with her, I got home to realize a bunch of our food that we had paid for was missing.
Would put a 0 star if possible. But me and my fiancé went in to the restraint to dine in and we walked up to the hostess and she was smacking gum and didn’t even greet us, and ignored us and continued talking to a coworker. We finally asked for a table for 2, and she asked for my name and number, then began to walk away, I asked so are you going to text me or call me when my table is ready and the hostess looked at me while rolling her eyes and smacking gum and said “yea” and then walked away. 0/10 customer service. Needless to say we dined somewhere else for lunch.
I order led last night for the first time and was quite disappointed!The hamburger was coldNo fries deliveredNo Cole slaw deliveredNo blue cheese sauce for the cauliflower..Tried calling THREE times when I was put on hold for long times and finally they just hung up every time!!!Bad experience all around… too bad
So whoever is managing this place is either way to nice and the staff run wild or is inexperienced because the hostess was a complete pos, rolled her eyes when we asked for a booth unwarranted, the server passed us 3 times and went to another table who sat after us, so we switched to Sarah Grace as out server and she saved the night. She was everything I expect from BWW and more, everything else was horrible. I know when businesses get rushed and than have tables dirty but an hour after weve been there nothing was being cleaned. I witnessed 3 people leave as a result of being ignored this business needs a reevaluation of leadership.
This place was really well run about 2 years ago. The establishment is decent, but severely understaffed. The waiters/employees are trying really hard to keep up with the demand of customers.Food was hot and had a great flavor despite the long delay. I would recommend going here IF you have the ability to be patient with the current conditions. I enjoy eating and gathering here, but understand if some people wont.Wish they were fully staffed, its sad to hear people complain, they are trying, and hopefully hiring people.
This is the nastiest place I have ever been period. 2 weeks ago, I walked in to meet my boyfriend and some other friends. As I started to walk around the corner, I stepped on the greasy floor and proceeded to fall. The staff asked if I was ok, but no one offered help. I fell on my knee and thought that it was bleeding. I had to locate the manager, who had no name tag and report to him the accident. All he said was sorry as I pointed out to him the nasty floor. I went to the ladies room to check my knee and it was as disgusting as the rest of the place. Water running from the toilet to the main drain in the middle of the restroom. I asked for the corporate number and was given the employee accident number to call??? Yeah, so I did and the woman proceeded to laugh at me for calling the number. I have called BWW several times as my accident was reported blindly with no name or number, 2 weeks later, a Dr. appointment and missed work, I still havent heard from anyone.
Our server Dillion was very polite and professional. I ordered the small boneless wings with honey barbeque. It was mildly spiced. The atmosphere was family friendly with a tv in every direction. My only complaint is the pricing is a bit expensive for lunch. Two people and a baby with a tab of 50 dollars.
The food is usually pretty good and the service is a hit or miss. 3 stars for the state of their dining room though. It always looks like a tornado just blew through. My husband and I were sat at a table at our last visit that had been cleared but not cleaned off. I know places are running short these days so we try to have a lot of grace when it comes to eating out. But Im leaning a little more towards this location has poor management.
I love this place for trivia, beer, and wings! Their pretzel shareable is great with mustard (my favorite) or queso!! Great staff, and we’ve come to know Justin, a bartender there, very well. He knows what we want to order and when - he’s on it!! Always lots of sports games on multiple TVs so it’s a fun place!
Flat out the hot sauce sucks!!!!!! No flavor at all. Any good quality hot sauce has flavor and is hot. They could definitely do something about the blandness on their hot sauce and not only that their food. Food is cooked well just you want to go to a restaurant remembering that the places food and sauces they serve youre definitely going to be bragging about to friends and family after. Yet here I would not be bragging about it! Their place could improve by a lot. Nice servers. You smell the carpet smells from it not being washed more so than the food being served. When you go to a restaurant youre wanting to be craving their food not a one-time stop in.
Very busy today and the wait was long but well worth the wait! Literally hundreds of people in line for take-out and dine in. The employees were very friendly, patient and courteous.The boneless wings were out of this World delicious and a big thanks and hand salute to management for supporting our Veterans.Hoo ah!
If i could give this place a negative stare I would i went there last night with some co workers there was a lot of tables open it took 15 min before anyone even talked to use about drinks then finally got 1 beer and some fries 25 min after that. we asked how long the food wait was and they told use it would be another hour. and walked away fast. didnt even ask if we wanted another beer. we just wanted are bill at that time and go i will never go back and for a person getting per diam to be out of town they could have had a good tip but it was a joke
This is the absolute worst BWW. I hate that everyone doesn’t wear any name tag. When you ask for their name they lie about it, because they know you are about to complain about them. The black girl that worked at the Togo counter NOV 14, around 8 to 9 pm NEEDS to be fired. Had an attitude with everyone who asked about their order. I waited 45 mins for an order and it was nothing but attitude and made it a point to let us know that she doesn’t care about anybody not getting their food and even started cussing but said it under her breathe to make sure someone in front of her hears it. When you have an attitude back with her, she then plays the victim. The whole 45 mins I waited I watched so many people leave because their food wasn’t ready, and she don’t care it’s her problem as she says. I watched her rip so many tickets and kept saying I don’t care about this one or this one. When a coworker asks her why has she ripped them up, she claims the order was done yet it was 8 people still waiting. Whoever the owner is, needs to give HER a lesson on professionalism. Yes it’s a busy night and I didn’t mind, I knew that before I place my order. The attitude from the girl made me walk away and cancel. What’s the point of having workers when they don’t want to work and treat customers like garbage.
Let me just start off by saying my chicken looked so good but I didnt want to eat it. Im giving this location a three it might deserve a two because its not the cleanest! It smells a little honestly. I really wanted to go but my boys wanted to stay. Im just going to say this the football games, basketball games and baseball games save the dinner! Take up that nasty carpet and put some air freshener or something in the bathroom! Clean the tables with bleach please. The waiter was so nice so between him and the games playing on the TV the dinner was salvageable.
Absolutely horrible. Our waitress was very nice and really tried to make the best out of a bad situation. But we waited 45 minutes for our meal to come out cold and wrong. We ordered boneless wings, a chicken sandwich, and cheesecake. A table behind was was sat after our dinner arrived and their food came out within after 15 min. Don’t even bother with this place. What a waste of a night out.
Me my wife and kids went on a Friday night we placed our order. The waitress brings out everybody food except for mine so Im just waiting time goes by still no food. The waitress comes back and asked is everything alright no its not i dont have my food after waiting 15 minutes. They didnt charge me for my dish but they kept trying to bring it to me but it never showed up at my table. Bad service will not go back for a while.
Food was not good. Fries were chewy but not undercooked chewy but more like stale and tossed back in the fryer chewy. Never got napkins, had to ask for the carrots and celery that came with the wings, wings were mostly breading, drinks took forever and we never even got our waters.
I placed an online order a little before 8:00 I was told that it would be ready at 8:50 and I got the notification on the website that it was indeed ready. When I went inside, however, I was told all they needed to do was bag it. After watching employees running around with no purpose and throwing away just MASSIVE amounts of wings that were in the window, at 9:28 nearly 40 min later I received my 3 kids meals and 10 wings. Over all the process took nearly an hour and a half. The restaurant is clearly poorly managed as the employees are all overly stressed, the kitchen made MANY mistakes and everything was absolute chaos. Not to mention that this particular restaurant is always hiring for all positions. I was not the only person experiencing this, I was simply the first of many as a massive crowd filled the cramped front of the restaurant. If youre planning on eating here, expect chaos, stress and bring a lot of patience. Needs new management.
They were on a wait for tables but I was able to get a seat at the bar right away. The bartender was quick with a greeting and got my drink within a minute or so. Very friendly and attentive service. Quick app at the bar with a couple drinks while waiting on my wings to go. For a Saturday with a fight on, I was pleasantly surprised at the good service.
They have the worst service; they took one hour and a half to get our food, my wife ordered a salad with shrimp, and they brought it without any shrimp, and when I asked about it they said they run out of shrimp, so they decided to get a salad without it, the dry rub wings were burned and greasy, and the onion rings were dripping in oil and the whole time we were there we didnt get any refills.
I came in to celebrate a birthday party with family. it took an hour and a half to get our food. when my wife and I got our food,our fries were cold and our chicken sandwiches were barely warm. The rest of the food my family received was also cold. This is my 1st visit to Buffalo Wild Wings in Columbus, Ga and I am definitely disappointed. I dont think I will be visiting this location again.
Service wasnt good. Food was good. Was out of what my daughter wanted. I pointed at what I wanted on the menu and the waiter failed to tell me it was a M-F special thing. Appetizer took a while to get. Had to ask for napkins. Was missing ranch with 2 of the meals. Then he didnt tell us that we paid him when he brought the check. I feel like he needs to learn communication.
This was the worst service Id ever gotten at a Buffalo Wild Wings. We waited over an hour for food, our wings came before appetizers, our drinks were only refilled once to the point we asked for a pitcher so we could serve ourselves and the server hardly checked up on us until near the end. The servers were in the front gossiping and there were only like 7 tables while we were there. A friend I was with also ordered a beer and after so long, he walked up to the bar and grabbed it himself. Along with that, the wings made us sick. Never coming back to this location or ordering from there.
What’s the point of putting my phone number on an online order when I’m not notified your oven doesn’t work so part of my order cannot be completed. Instead I get to arrive thinking my food is done and either A, take just my wings and go and hope your mess of a business refunds the money or B, wait 10 mins for another appetizer to be made.
The service here is so bad that i’ll never come back. It took 2 hours from the moment i sat down to the moment i got my food. it took half an hour for our waiter to come to our table to get our drinks and he only came because we asked the hostess is she forgot to assign the table to someone! It then took an hour to have two wraps with some fries brought out to us and when we got them they were cold and the fries were old! Never again!
This is probably the 4th or 5th time Ive been here. Its a Saturday first day of college football and they said it was a 45min wait so we went to the bar...the restaurant was DEAD AND EMPTY. Im pretty sure they forgot our food and left it under the warmer for 15 min before we got it. Every time I come Im disappointed by the food and the service. I obviously keep coming in hopes for better and keep getting let down. Alyissia the bartender is the only reason why this review is more than one star. She was the most pleasant thing about this restaurant.
Read the reviews closely, the service is great! All of the reviews read the service is great.First of all, the fries are so small, they should be on the kids menu. 2nd, the wings taste like a HUGE batch was fried earlier in the day and kept under a heat lamp and dipped in whatever sauce/flavor was ordered hours later. The fast-food chains have better wings! I guess their business model is serve the patrons enough beer, they will get hungry and it wont matter what the food tastes like.Spend your money on good food somewhere else!!!
Spent 2 hours here. Waitress ignored us several times. Brought one person at our table their food and the rest of us waited almost an hour for ours.When we ordered drinks she said they were all out and we looked over at the bar and saw the exact thing we were trying to order. Extremely disappointed. BWW has always been a favorite of ours but this restaurant does not meet BWW standards! It is run down, dirty and needs new seats/tables. The food was cold and tasted really bad. My husband even good food poisoning! This is a man that would eat just about anything and was disappointed to the point of never eating there again. This management needs to step up their game and take good care of that restaurant!Would highly recommend to stay away!The only positive here was the waitress we had. She was attentive, friendly and took good care of us.
My boyfriend and I just left this restaurant. When we arrived, the establishment was not busy. We were seated and asked what drinks we want and ordered an appetizer. Though the appetizer was slow, it was not slow enough for complaint. We ordered our entrees shortly after ordering the appetizer that had already arrived. In a 40 minute time frame, not only did we not receive our entrees (a 12 piece nugget and a quesadilla) but people around us who had came long before us had received their entrees (wings included) and we had to ask for refills. We asked to leave and pay for the appetizer, we gave the waitress $11 for a $8 appetizer to be nice and she asked us to wait to make sure it was enough. Nothing about the service made me feel welcomed, valued, or visible. We were the only African American people in there but I hate to pull race cards prematurely. I just know that if a family of 3 can received their appetizer and wings when they were seated 17 minutes after us.....yeah. Will not be going back ever.
I had to go down to 2 stars from 5. The food is smaller and quality is just not as good. And the service has gotten bad. The waitress had to be asked to refill our drinks multiple times and was always propped up on the drink machine chatting with other workers. She would sigh whenever we asked for simple things like forks because she didnt give enough for the table. We were the only people in our section and could barely get any basic service.
OMGoodness. If I could give them 10 🌟s I would.The food was on point. The burger was soooo big, that I had to cut it in fours. (1/4) It was too big for my mouth. And the french fries were hot and fresh.Our waiter, Wes was a perfect gentleman and showed awesome mannerisms. We really enjoyed our meal and the atmosphere.We will be returning soon.
The waiter was nice and tried to accommodate but this is the most poorly managed bdubs I have ever been at. It took at least 45 min to get our food and it came cold not to mention part of our order was messed up and they wanted us to except something different. I would give it zero stars Id it would let me!!
Oh where to start.Firstly, it took almost 40 minutes for them to send a server to our party and get any form of a drink order. It took almost another 15 minutes to get our drinks. Oh and speaking of drinks, we were there for almost two and a half hours total. I got one (1) refill the whole time and that was only because I specifically had to flag someone down and ask for it.We ordered food and it took about an hour and a half for it to start coming out. Appetizers came out with entrees and there was no order or timing, it was about a 30 minute difference between the first persons dish arrived and the final one.I also ordered to go wings at the very beginning of the meal. Not only did I wait almost two and a half hours for them, they weren’t even the right order. I just told them take it off the check because I was more than done with this place.Don’t waste your money, go literally anywhere else. Wild Wing Cafe is infinitely better than here and it’s cheaper. I always say “I’m never going back to BWW” and I always let me friends convince me. But this trip absolutely ruined that. This was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had and I’ll never go back to any BWW again. This has to be one of the most piss poorly run restaurants ever
I hate giving one star reviews but this was pretty bad. Had a hankering for a bloody Mary but our server told me I wouldnt like it. Ok, had a beer instead. Had a Cheese Curd Bacon Burger and my wife had a chicken wrap. My wife got served before me and my food came quite a bit later. This is a personal pet peeve of mine, I think everyone should be served together but some places seem to think this is ok. Its not good practice and any place that thinks this is acceptable needs to realize that contributes to a poor experience. Before I got served and after my wife got served, our server set down potato wedges for me. Too bad I didnt order them. He seemed confused about where my food was and said it wasnt his fault because he had a lot of tables. Yeah, Ive got a lot to do when Im working too, join the club. Wifes fries seemed to come from the bottom of the bag.
Reserved our table with a waiting time of 30 minutes. She says, You will receive a text when your table is ready. 45 to 50 minutes later, still no text so we go inside to check and theres multiple tables empty😒. They seated us at a booth that smelled as disgusting as it looked. No one is sanitizing between customers and it shows. Last year BWW was my favorite spot, now it gives the rundown hole in the wall type vibe. Management has obviously went down hill. The only reason they get a star from me is because of Sarah and Grace, they were sweet hearts. Clean it up, or close it down!!!
We arrived at 11:10 pm and four staff members saw us walk in and we stood there for ten minutes as they all ignored us. We finally asked if they were still seating and was were taken to a table that was less than 6 feet from a very loud and crowded table in the a very crowded area with triple number of free available around us. We asked for a table on the patio and were told no one was out there while I saw 5 people sitting at two different tables. Then we were told that it been reserved for a party that from appearances had long past been over. We were then seated at a table; our server was great...however after our drinks were delivered he started vigorously sweeping the carpet in our area with a broom. We covered our beverages with a napkins and good thing we had on our mask.. we charged the initial 4 staffs lack of welcoming attitudes to youth and need of more training and our amazing servers decisions to sweep while we were sitting in the area to preparing for closing and not the best choice...again our server was outstanding but we probably will never return. So I had ordered a 10(20) bogo piece traditional bbq sauce wings. I dont know if the sauce has been changed or what but these had no taste to them. I thought I had lost my sense of taste bc they was just that bland. I had someone else try 1(different tell them what my issue was or the kind of sauce) and they reaction was worst than mind. I usually dont have an issue with the wings(since I eat them often the only place I get wings from) but this time was horrible. Also made me mad bc I used one of my coupon on the order which came out to b pointless since they was not good.
COVID-19 is affecting the quality of food at some places. This is one of them. The wings were wings cut up (HUGE BUFFALO SIZE). The celery were stalks cut in half not cleaned and brown on the ends! The carrots were slimy (old). Ewwww. Not what I like at all. Customer service for over the phone order was excellent.
Literally I just decided to walk out because I had been waiting 10 before a server finally greeted me she said to me Ill be right with you. Afterwards a new family walks in and was seated 2 tables behind me and she took their order first instead of mine. Never coming back I felt so disrespected at this BWW
I dont like the way food is served anymore. Food isnt served at the same time for each person at your table it is served whenever the food is done. I got my food and by the time my husband got his food mine was cold. If you are with other people it is rude to eat infront of them if they dont have their food,, but if you wait til their food is done yours will be cold doesnt make any sense. Food should be served at the same time for the whole table.
The reason for my review. We had a large group, we all ordered together but myself and one other person got our food about 15 minutes after everyone else. No apologies or anything was said when they placed our food In front of us and everyone around us was pretty much done. The other thing is about 5 minutes after that the waiter started collecting the dishes up and mine was the first one he grabbed and I wasnt even done yet I was talking since everyone else was done with their food and talking. I didnt want to throw a fit though so I just let it happen. Finally I had a side dish of the cauliflower wings I ordered to try and bring home and when he took my original plate while I was still eating I asked for a 2 go plate for the cauliflower wings and he said ok and well never brought that out.
Horrible... Dirty tables everywhere, 2 hostesses sitting at a table doing nothing, food was horrible! Wings and boneless wings tasted old and like they had sat under a heat lamp... hard, no flavor... Horrible experience! Our server was a nice guy but you could tell he was flustered when we were seated in his section.Just dirty, bad food, lazy employees... Won’t be back!
Our first server was awesome! Her shift ended so our table settled up with her and said that we werent leaving but wanted to make sure she was tipped before she left. In an hour and 30 minutes we never saw another server, had a timer going on display to show how long it had been since we had a server come to our table as servers walked by, still nothing, asked to see a manager and they never brought a manager out for us to talk to...dont know what happened, but not going back
Called the day before to make sure that they could accommodate 13 people with 3 therapy dogs. Because some had to get to the airport. The manager said to them yes, they would open the patio up. Got there and the manager said the other manager is on vacation and he only has 1 server and he wouldnt open the patio up. That was the whole point of call. Now scrabbling to find a place and drop off at airport
Me and my best friend had the sampler tonight and everything about our experience was perfect!! Food was fresh. I must say this was the best sampler we have had in a while! Great job. Drinks were on point. Our server cricket was welcoming, she engaged and check on us throughout our dine in!! Now that’s how you dine out!!
Probably the best service Ive ever experienced at BWWs, although I last ate at one three years ago so take that statement with a grain of salt. Their boneless wings are still good, and there are so many sauces now its hard to pick one. Im not into the drinking-beer-while-watching-sports scene, but if you are then this is a good place to go.
The is the first time I have ever had a bad experience at a Buffalo Wild Wings. There was hardly anyone in there, but it took us 30 mins to get drinks. We got wings. We returned them twice for being cold. They never came out warm or even Luke warm. The manager didnt even come out to speak like most places do. We wont ever go back here.
The service was pretty slow (and not interested in being there). The onion rings were FANTASTIC, but we got half of it quickly and it took about 20 minutes to get the other half. My hamburger was very tasty but prepared wrong. If the service would have been friendlier and more punctual the experience would have been pretty decent!
Buffalo wild wings is a good resturant but not this one. I have eaten here several times to give them a chance but I have yet to have a good experience. I usually get cold wings after waiting over an hour when it is not very busy. Service is so slow and lackluster. I started making wings at home and just using their sauce so I can have some good wings. But even buying their sauce is hit or miss since they dont keep them in stock.
Stopped by here on 08/04/19 for dinner and I was so disappointed about this place. They gave us a table that was so filthy with foods left on the chairs. Waited for 5 minutes to see the server and 10 minutes to have our drinks. This place was really dirty. Foods were everywhere on the floor. The man who cleaned the table next to us didnt do his job well. The first thing he did was to check the receipt to see if having tips. He cursed after seeing no tips on the receipt and then he started talking bad to his customers with his co-workers. I dont recommend this place. If you need wings, there are other places that are better than here for the quality of foods and customer service.
By far the worst restaurant in Columbus, GA. The server was horrible, she didn’t bring any drink on time. She gave the fries before the wings. My daughter didn’t get her Apple juice until an hour after we sat down. We had to walk to the bar, just to order a beverage, because the server was taking so long. Then when they yelled,”Last Call” we said we wanted drinks. Just to be told we couldn’t get them. Spoke to the manager and she was rude and very nonchalant. She didn’t care about the service that was provided. Very Terrible, I wouldn’t recommend eating here.
Best experience EVER! My family and I came here last Saturday and it was crazy busy, we almost left but the wait was short. 🙌🏾 I had my family of 5 that included 3 children. We were sat within 10 min and had the best server Erin! She was so chill and took great care of us, dispite being busy with a handful of tables! She made sure our food was hot and treated us like weve known each other for years! She made our night! She the cooks and staff are the reason we will be back! Erin thank you for everything😍😍
Our server Dana was great. Even though she was very busy, she made sure she kept us update on our food. Dana always stop by the table to ensure we were ok. Places get busy but she understands that if you keep your customers updated, it could still be a great experience. Thanks Dana!!
Horrible togo service!!! Ordered food through app. I asked for blue cheese and asked girl at counter if it was blue cheese not ranch. She looked at me and lied to my face saying yea its blue cheese after I left a 40 percent tip. I checked the bag and it was ranch. When I said something another lady handed me what I wanted. When I got back home my wings were so over cooked and dry I had to toss them and not eat. Worst 30 dollars spent. I advise to bypass this wing place for one of the many otherwing places around.
Good food service is slow they take to long to service that food and the prices are high they need to get better on the service and customer relation employees need to be nice, they need to pay attention to the customer not to their cell phones the food was wrong so they have to recook but it look like the fried the same food twice, poor service waitresses don’t pay attention to their tables we have to get up and order the drink in the bar she didn’t pay attention we always leave a good tip this time she got less than 5% for 2 hours we wait
B dubs always holds it down. Ordered the sampler with a couple of domestic beers on tap. We came for the beer on tap cause its been a long time. Only lose a star cause we added cheese curds and got them late. Everything else was great. Thanks to our server Nidea. Great job.
The experience I had at Buffalo Wild Wings today was wonderful!!! Thanks to my server Dana!!! I did not have to wait on anything I needed! Dana automatically brought extra napkins to the table, before my drink was empty I had another one to replace it! And she did not bother me too much while I was eating but made sure everything was okay! For now on when I eat at Buffalo Wild Wings I will be asking for Dana. Thank you Dana! You are the best!
The service at this place is absolutely terrible. Was in there for over 2 hours waiting for simple food like wings and even drinks when it wasnt even busy. Gave it another go today and got sat and was waiting for a waiter for 30 minutes. Keep in mind it wasnt busy at all and we saw other tables who were sat after us get waited on. Couldnt flag down a server either cause they were oblivious. Just ended up leaving. I see the other reviews being the same experience i had and the continued terrible service just shows they dont actually care about any review nor changing how their place is ran. Ive never seen such a terribly run place continue to run with such consistency in their service.
If I could give it 0 stars, I would. This establishment and the servers are more interested in large parties than actual families. My son and I went in and waited 15 minutes to be seated. We sat there for 15 more minutes and no one asked us for even a drink order. I watched a party of ten that came into our section 10 minutes after us have their server there immediately to take their drink order. Our hostess, four different servers, and multiple other workers walked by and looked at us but didn’t bother to pay any attention to the fact we hadn’t even put in a drink order yet. We got up and left, went to Chili’s and were in and out with excellent service. This place is terrible, obviously horribly managed, and we will never be returning.
My boyfriend and I went here on a date night. The host was not friendly. The waitress took our orders quickly and disappeared. We waited over 40 minutes for our food. We asked for To-go boxes and our waitress was displeased and quickly took our food away. Overall unsatisfied. I’ve had more pleasant experiences here but this was not a great visit.
BWW’s has always been my favorite place to eat wings! Tuesday’s are the best! But my last 3 visits has been horrible! After placing my order hours ahead(to make sure it’s ready once I get there)my order is not ready, so when I arrive to pick up my order my time is limited because it’s mostly for work since I work at night. I understand that it’s busy so why give me an attitude or longer wait to get my order once I arrive. The funny thing about this, is this place has blocked my number( yes blocked my number!) how I know because I have called from my daughters phone, my house phone and my friends phone and has placed an order since my recent incident at this place. I have written corporate(no response!) my issue is if these people do not enjoy their jobs pleases hire someone that do! The managers act as if they’re not concern that I have had the same complaint each time and now I can’t place an order! Well there is other places that sell wings and are just as good! I work too hard for my money to give it to a business that could give a flying f__ about your business! Thanks for blocking my number because you have open me up to experience other business! The 1 Star is because it use to be my favorite place to go!
First let me say our server Dana was great so no issue with her. The hostess was loud yelling at people across the restaurant. We waited an abnormally long time to be seated. We waited 40 minutes for 2 orders of street tacos. When they arrived they were cold, chicken was chewy and the shells were hard and crispy. Very poor quality. The place was dirty with tables not bussed and bus tubs sitting on the table next to us filled with trash and dishes. It will be a while before we return.
If I could give a -1 star, I would. We were seated at 6:00 pm, and at 8:45 pm we still did not have our food. The family that was with us received their food and their kids food, but it wasnt until we talked to the manager about 30 minutes later that we finally got our kids food. They told us that the expediter kept messing all the orders up. The adults still didnt get our food so we finally cancelled our orders and are leaving. I do not recommend coming here to eat.
I showed up at 9:30 and there were 13 empty tables and it still took us 20 minutes for them to clear a table then we waited another 20 minutes for a server to show up. Service is absolute dogwater and I will never waste my time coming here again. If you like pranking your friends then bring them to this BDubs if not just go to hooters.
I love Bdubs but this location had very poor service. My food was under cooked/soggy. Sent back an order of fried pickles but they didnt bring back new order until all other meals were done. After that I found out that they failed to even place the reorder for the pickles. I feel like not enough staff was working to keep the restaurant flowing smoothly and provide good service. I want to go back but feel like the same service will be there.
So the food is good and hasn’t been bad and the two servers I’ve had the 3 times I’ve been here have been amazing but the store in general has been blah. The red headed chubby hostess always seems un enthusiastic and has a small attitude and doesn’t seemed pleased that she actually had to seat people, and most of the servers seem like they hate their job and rarely come around. The table behind me had to wait 20 minutes to get beer and that’s after asking my server to get it for him. Other wise the food is good so no complaints. I’ll update it when I find out my servers name.Update: my server the last two times has been Josh and he need to be promoted or a decent raise.
Good food but abysmal service. When I walked in the greeter guy was sitting at a table wiping down menus and hollered at me from across the restaurant asking how many in my party, then complained that he couldnt hear me when I answered. I was shocked, as a customer, that I wasnt worth getting up and addressing when I came in.
Horrible customer service, trash every where waiters and door greeter on the phone not acknowledging us...waited 30 mins to order and restaurant wasnt busy at all..fries came out cold and wings tasted like grit was all over them hard as well..never again will I go there or refer anyone! Im disguted
Last night my fiancé and I with friends visited this location. We had our children with us and wanted a good night out. It started with the host, he asked how many would it be? We told him 9 that’s including the children. He stated “ We won’t be able to sit everyone together” Of course we asked why? He stated “Well I can ask the manager, but I’m sure she’s going to say no.” At that moment, I became a little concern but remain quiet. ONE of the managers did come over and told us that it was Georgia law as of now to only sit 8. We had to sit at one table and the kids sat at another. Ok, it gets better, slightly. The server was amazing!!! However, they appeared to be understaffed. Once the orders were placed the food came out late, cold, and was not correct. We asked for the wings to be taken back and recook. Another manager came out and apologized, but the order was still not correct. When it was time to pay our tickets the totals were not correct and we were charge twice for certain items. It was stated by the second manager “They had to ring it in twice for inventory purposes” not clear for why I’m getting charged for it. They claim to give us a discount for their mistake. Let’s just say after it was all said and done there was not much of a discount for our total wait time of 2 1/2 hours plus the issues with food. The server appeared stressed, she had tears in her eyes. I will NEVER visit this location again.
Worst B Dubs I’ve ever been to. General appearance of the place is dismal. 10 piece boneless came out cold as if it had been sitting out for an hour and without dipping sauce. Server said they would go back to get it but never came back.Asked if I could get my ticket and the server went and sat with some customers to yuck it up for 15 minutes.Would not recommend.
We did a mobile order and according to the app the food was to be ready by 2:00. The order was for two kids meals. We waited an additional 30 minutes after getting there just to have an attitude saying it was not ready. After finally getting our food, the same server with an attitude refused to give us drinks that was already ordered with the meals just because we were considered adults picking up kids meals. Another server was kind enough to give us our drinks. The food was good but the customer service is the reason we will not be back again!
Never will I ever order here again. Who ever did Togo orders needs to be fired. If I could give 0 stars that’s what I would have gave. My family wanted good wings so I chose what I thought were the best wings in town and was in for a shock when my order was incomplete. The boneless wings were the size of McDonald’s chicken nuggets and in the same size box for ten. The signature wings were so over cooked the drums only had meat at the top and way too chewy. I paid for extra ranch and only received 1 for every 20 wings..... To be honest I’d rather went and bought chicken nuggets from McDonald’s to feed my family and I would have saved 40 extra dollars🤬
This place is going down the drain. The food was cold even though I had to stand there and wait for it to get done. The workers look miserable which is understandable having to work through a pandemic. The manager was quite friendly and helpful. I just really cant stand cold food, especially mozzarella sticks.🤢
I love Buffalo Wild Wings, my family and I eat there once a week sometimes more. I went in yesterday just myself and my daughter I ordered street tacos and she ordered wings with a dry rub. When I ordered the tacos I asked the server to add extra cilantro. When our food was brought out my daughter got the wrong wings no dry rub and I had street tacos with no cilantro the server then went on to tell me that they were out of cilantro, nobody came back and asked me if I’d I like to change my order, I made it pretty clear that the cilantro was an integral part of this meal for me.When I went to pay the bill I had honestly expected them to take the street tacos off because I didn’t eat them. Instead the bill was brought to me and I’m told not to worry the extra cilantro has been taken off your bill. I would certainly hope so why would I pay for something I didn’t get and why would you charge me for some thing that was not served me the way it was described on your menu if you don’t have all the ingredients for some thing take it off the menu...I’m not sure if it’s under new management or what’s going on but it was the worst experience I have ever had in a Bdubs. Not sure that I will be eating here every week with my family again.
TERRIBLE. This place has never been as bad as the past couple times I have came here. They used to have EXCEPTIONAL service. This time we left! Stood at the front waiting to be seated for a while. There were like 8 tables of people and that’s it throughout the restaurant. The host sat us at a booth which is great but we sat there for 15 minutes without any service.. finally the host came over asking what we would like to drink and we told her. We got our drinks a few minutes later and they weren’t even what we ordered. We sat there about 15 or so more minutes waiting for someone to come up to us so we could tell them our drinks weren’t right and so that we could order but no one did!! We got up and left! It was so bad and has been for the last couple of months trying to go there.
I am very upset everytime I go here its always takes forever to get my order taken. So I started to order off of door dash. They cant get the food right never and forget items like drinks. So when you call they put you on a forever hold. I will no longer be doing business with them no matter how much I enjoy there nachos
On 1-7-2021 I came in to have dinner with my friends from work. Our waitress was Cricket, Gwendolyn, and she was very attentive to our needs. She would often check to see if we needed anything and asked if everything was served to our satisfaction. As always, I am always satisfied with the service that Buffalo Wild Wings offers, and with employees like Cricket, dining in this establishment is always a pleasure!! Thank you so much for the great service and great food and drinks!!
We had our fantasy football draft there during a UFC fight night. The service was on point. Even with a busy night, our server was AMAZING! Emily did an Awesome job taking care of our table of 12. I really look forward to having our draft there again next year. Great job to Emily and the Mgr. who took care of our reservation.
Awful , ordered 45 min. Later we asked about our order. They were not busy at all. We asked if he knew how long it would take to get our food. He said. When its ready. Management at this Buffalo wild wings in a word is non existent. Will never go back. Empty tables not cleaned off, it was a joke
Poor service all the way around! I was seated at a dirty table where I had to sit and look at trash on tables and floors, when I asked to speak to a manager I was left waiting for more then 10 minutes, when the manager finally came over to speak with me he was less concerned about my situation and more bothered, he quickly grab a dirty wet rag and did a quick wipe and left, then to make matters even worse an employee who was taking a break next to my table decided to prop her feet up on the chairs directly behind me, I said enough is enough and decided to get out of there fast, they were not getting any of my money
So bad! Waited the 25 minute wait, sat at our table for at least 10-15 minutes before a waitress came over, then our food took forever (just boneless wings and a burger). We got our food and it wasnt fresh at all. Luke-warm! By time we left we were surrounded by dirty tables. Not sure if they were under staffed or what but Im super disappointed. Will not be going back!
Firs time in like 7 years since Ive been here and was just not impressed. The food service was suuuuuuper slow and we were told by a manager to expect at least an hour to be served food and we were there at any particularly busy or sport filled time (I think golf was the big event). If we had known it would take that long we wouldve went somewhere else. The actual food itself wasnt bad, I am not a fan of their teriyaki sauce but the wings were reasonably sized and cooked well. Waitress was attentive enough. Would probably look at other wing places before coming back here.
Service here is generally good, and the food is hit-or-miss. I think that has less to do with the kitchen staff and more to do with just the quality of BW3s food. I will say that wings here are always good. We had a coupon the last time we visited, and the staff were not able to get it to register. I dont think it was the staffs problem, but rather more an issue where corporate hadnt made the process simple for them. The manager did provide a discount instead which was quite nice.
Waited an hour to never even receive food. Came on a Tuesday, so it was a BOGO day, but place was not packed. Plenty of empty tables. Was seated very quickly and server was nice and friendly. After 30 minutes of not receiving our food and watching 2 other tables that arrived after us get their food, I asked the server what was up with our order and I was beginning to get irritated. She let a manager know who came over and basically said Sorry it is Tuesday after all. 10 minutes go by and server asked if manager came and saw us, I said she did and gave us a poor excuse as to why our food wasnt ready yet. Then she says I can have a different manager come over, we have 4 tonight. I declined that but then wondered why so many managers. 3 servers on the dining room floor and later found out only 3 cooks as well. After another 10 minutes we stand up to leave, but I see someone coming with a tray of food, so we stop getting up only to see it was food for another table that arrived after us again. Now Im livid and we start leaving and were met at the door by the manager saying she can box our food up for us. Declined that as well not knowing how long that was going to take. In my opinion, the place is poorly managed. If the dining room is slammed, a manager gets up grabs a pitcher and helps serve. If the kitchen is slammed, they should roll their sleeves up and get to cooking as well. Just moved here, will find a better place to get my wings. Ill take my wife and kids to Hooters before I go back to this BWW.
The manager reached out and said she would remedy the issue. Hopefully it was just a one time thing.Not sure what happened to this restaurant. Ive been patronizing this location since 2006. I originally had a five star review up. Today I placed an order at 1000 for 60 hot wings and the various sauces for pickup at 2:40. When I arrived I was told they were putting it together. We also paid before pickup so there was no way it was going to be a cancelled order. I finally received the order at 3:06, and we only received 4 of the sauces. Additionally no, sorry for your wait. The person behind the takeout order had the attitude that he was doing us a favor. Fix this!
The place was terrible. Not only did the food take over an HR, but the server forgot our To go order then when we decided to check out cause it took too long to get a manager the server tried to steal from me. our price went from 32 to 65 then the manager tried to cover for him. Never again. Already filed a formal complaint.
Headed downhill.. Best happy hour in town, but the service/management was TERRIBLE. We sat down ordered 2 drinks + a shot (ON THE PROMO menu) which never came. Guess they were out? Also requested to get the tvs turned to the Braves, which also never happened. Bartender was clearly a novice, and overwhelmed with about 8 guests at the bar. More concerned with washing glasses and to go orders that the people actually in front of her. Whole restaurant (maybe half full) seemed in disarray, and think we saw a manager once in all of this. We finished our drinks and went to a neighboring restaurant to watch the games (opening night for NFL, too). All of this pointed to a gross lack of management, and a store left to blow in the wind.
This restaurant will always have a sentimental place with me. Though most of the staff that Ive known have moved on, the memories that were made, remain. I like the rewards program, it provides incentives to eat at Buffalo Wild Wings more often, of course. Not a problem for me!
The overall quality of the food is poor. The past few times Ive gotten food from there, the boneless wings have been dry, the bone-in wings have been rubbery and they did not give me the sauce that goes with the onion rings. They either need to rethink their ingredients or the cooks. I used to really like their wings but the quality of their food is no longer good. I will not eat their food again. Marks Pies and Thighs has the best wings, my new favorite wing place.
My family and I came in today and Nadia was our wonderful waitress! She made sure kids were stocked with color color and crayons and took our 4yr olds order like she was an adult.. My daughter loves to order her own food! 🤗 we will be back again and MUST have Nadia as our server!
Service tonight was the worst we have experienced and we typically go once a week. I understand that they was down 4 servers amd 2 cooks tonight and I appreciate the GM taking the time to explain the situation. However, 45-60 minutes and still no food for the kids is unacceptable. We had to end up getting our food to-go and we will after the kids go to bed.
Absolutely horrible experience. Food was sub par for any buffalo wild wings. Service has been horrible as well. We waited for an extended period of time to even get acknolged we were in the seat ( we sat in the bar area ) but we have only seen our waitress the bare minimum times to get us food and a drink. She has been extremely unpersonable when talking to us. Just taking our order and walking away. Ive seen the empty tables here get better service than we have.Asked to speak to a manager and the manager was just as rude as the server. Ive had better service at McDonalds during a busy time while they are understaffed. I still havent left this place yet and the service is still going down hill.
Was always my go to for wings. the past three visits have been okay at best. While the servers are trying their hardest but being understaffed and lots of dirty tables make for a poor experience. Less quantity food at wild wing cafe but they take care of the guests. Open your eyes executive team.
We visit this restaurant at least once a week and have for almost a year. I can say within the past month and a half the service you get has literally reached zero stars if that were an option. Two hour waits on food, no apologies from management, and the restaurant appearance is just dirty. Trash on floor along with uncleaned tables etc. The waitresses are always awesome and all of this is out of there control. This comes down to poor management. Until it gets straight we will frequent another establishment.
Horrible service, ordered via phone ahead of time. Told me it would take an hour. Show up 45 mins later and was told I dont have an order. Showed them my confirmation and then they magically find it, but is was totally cold and clearly cooked at least 30 mins prior. Will never order from them again. Total waste of money.
The service was definitely sub par. The place was practically empty and always had to wait for refills on drinks and food. Dishes were piled up at the table. The bartender did more for our table then the waitress, that why she recieved a way bigger tip. The food was good even if it took way to long for the amount of customers in the restaurant.

2022-03-12Everytime I come here, which is rare anymore, theres a problem. Whether its to go, or dine in. I dont trust them to serve a beer let alone cook a steak on time. Do yourself a favor, dont go.

His customer service skills were remarkable to be so young and we never really had to ask for one thing during our meal. He was really on top of it and I greatly appreciate that. Food was piping hot and delicious too! We left happy and full! 😃

2022-06-28It was close to 11.30pm before I finally got around to pick some place to eat dinner this past Friday night. I was thrilled to see Buffalo Wild Wings was still open.Not only were they open, they were pretty busy. A total contrast when going somewhere late and theres no other customers anywhere!In my opinion, I would much rather go to a busy place with happy staff and customers than one with absolutely no one around. Thats a good sign for a restaurant still serving at that time of night.The atmosphere was fun, lots of laughter, with a perfect price especially considering the time on a Friday night!The restaurant needs staff, like most in this area, meaning the service could have been faster. But those working had a smile on their face and provided great service!Would recommend to anyone looking for the same @ a late hour on the weekend!

2022-03-25I would give this place 0 stars if I could. My husband and I ordered food from this location last night, and the cobb salad I received was absolutely disgusting. It was missing most ingredients (blue cheese, bacon, egg, green onions, seasonings) and the ingredients that were present, looked liked they had been dropped on the floor and stepped on before being put in the to-go container. There was wilted lettuce, very little chicken and a random glob of guacamole. The chicken that was in the salad was extremely wet. It honestly looked like a salad someone had already eaten. We tried calling the location for over an hour but the phone was never picked up. I very rarely complain about my food and I know the restaurant industry is going through some tough times right now, but Buffalo Wild Wings and the employee that packaged this salad should be ashamed of themselves and held responsible for basically stealing the money I paid for this salad.

2021-12-06Second time now that I’ve ordered wings and they show up completely without sauce. There have been other order problems in the past but I finally had enough. If you order here don’t be surprised if it comes to you incorrect.

2022-04-02Took 65 minutes to get our order in because the server that bought our appetizers over was not the same server who took our order. Didnt have enough TV on to enjoy the final four game. Didnt ask us if we needed refills on on drinks. Took 90 minutes to get food and fries were cold. Plus had to wait for silverware.

2022-06-30We arrived here late and we were happy that this location was open past midnight. The hostess was very friendly and helpful and honestly that was much appreciated. We had a long night of traveling and she helped us out and treated us like we were valued customers. The food was good and we had no issues.

2022-07-04Terrible terrible customer service! I have NEVER been to such a ghetto Buffalo Wild Wings before! I came to this location twice. I was simply going for my free birthday wings. First time I came on a date with my bf waiting to be seated and it wasn’t no where near busy and somehow we were told it would be a 20 minute wait!? The place barely had people in it! Second time I went to just get my wings to go and it took a while before it was ready which I didn’t mind waiting. I go up to the counter and one of the ladies (I think she was a manager) was cursing up a storm!! Crazy thing about it is I think she was cursing at one of the other employees! That’s beyond crazy! When I got my “6” piece wings I realized it was only 5! So I went back in and told them. First thing the man that was cooking in the back said was.. “SO?”. Then when I asked him why did the other guy say that; he denied it and they all were back there laughing at me. Does restaurants not enforce good customer service and respect anymore?? I guess not!! That made me even more upset at the fact that they didn’t even care! Didn’t even apologize or anything! The wings wasn’t even good either! Too much sauce and I don’t want any food from someone who just throws my food in the box to “get me out of their face” This place should be shut down! They are ghetto, rude, immature and very unprofessional! I will NEVER be back!!!

2022-03-20Make sure you have a good date if you go here. We got there 8:50pm. At the door the staff was chatting outside and told us to just get a high top which should have been red flag number one but here we are. We literally waited an hour before they took our food order. Another 45 minutes to get our food. I got up and refilled our drinks myself, twice. Not even an eye batted by any staff standing there watching me do so. The bartender had a freak out at another coworker while we sat there. Bathrooms are gross. At this point we just want to go home. I go to the bar to get the check. The bartender served Then told the coworker to get my check. I paid card and she takes it and places it by the register. All she had to do was swipe the card. It sat there. Not sure why I even tipped when I served myself drinks. For the love of god get new staff or just shut this location down.
