We went for the BOGO Tuesday Wings. The wings were actually delicious. The young lady who was our server seemed really good. We waited about 20 minutes for our 1st drink much longer to get our food. When the food finally came out the fried were cold. Getting a refill took a long time. In my opinion our server had way to many table too take care of. Maybe they were short staffed like everyone else. Loss of two stars because of management.
It took awhile to do my review because I have been traveling. When I arrived the parking lot led me to believe that it was really busy and that it was going to take forever. I order boneless wings and fries and it took.almost 45 minutes only to receive cold fries and warm chicken. While I was sitting in my car waiting I kept getting a wif of a really bad smell. When I recognized the smell I knew immediately that there grease trap needed to be cleaned. Anyway I took the food back in only to see 2 tables occupied. Why did it take that long to give unacceptable food? They werent even busy and while I stood there and waited a roach walked across the counter!I shouldve just got a refund. The manager did replace the fries.
Buffalo ranch chicken wrap was great! Sat at the bar and got excellent service. Highly recommend this location, never had a bad experience here.
We ordered wings for Super Bowl night three days prior to the game. I picked up the wings at the requested timeframe and took them home. At home I discovered none of the wings had sauce or dry rubs on them. The restaurant put the sauces and dry rubs in plastic cups for us to toss them ourselves. It felt like ordering wings with assembly required. Lazy. Unprofessional. I will never return.
I gave 1 star for the boneless wings because they were good, but cold. Sadly, the only reason they were cold is because no one helped me with my order! I was even told by one girl working there I couldnt go around the counter and get them myself so I stood and watched my order sitting on a counter for 15 min, from the time I walked in to the time I left. In between that time, several others showed up for there mobile order. Everyone I flagged down or anyone else flagged down refused to help. Mobile orders are customers too, not just dine in customers. Frustrated, after 25 min I finally just got the order myself and walked off. Ridiculous and frustrated. Wont be back to this location and would not recommend to anyone I know.
The only thing that I liked was the drink that I ordered and the interior of this place. The service was really slow and sometimes our server would forget what we ordered. We ended up waiting 30 min for a small sandwich and another 30 min for a burger. I dont think I will come back here. Not worth the time and price.
Bad smells in the restaurant, very small portions. I’m very disappointed with this place, waitress was good … but the strong moldy odor was terrible. The booth has a big hole . They need to do a very good cleaning and a upgrade on the seats .
I love going here for spicy wings and fries. A lot of people say the wings aren’t that good, and maybe I just can’t tell the difference but I like them. Good service and food.
While the manager wasted time emceeing a wings-eating contest, customers waited... And waited... And waited to be seated while no tables were being cleared. Food was brought out in stages, with kids food coming last, so that worked well🙄Our waiter Hunter was great but the flamboyant and obnoxious manager, not so much.
Santo greeting us was delightful, asked our preference in seating, and was beyond professional. Hunter was our Server, and hands down probably the best service Ive ever had, he checked in frequently, made recommendations, told us his honest opinions on what dishes were best, and fulfilled our special requests on our food order. We asked Hunter if he could get the bartender to make us an alcoholic version of the Spirit-Free Passion Fruit Mojito, the bartender Meagan and Hunter communicated well with us regarding our request, as well as with each other to accommodate our strange request. Meagan made PERFECT drinks! My wife ordered the Passion Fruit Mojito and I ordered the Top Shelf Long Island Iced Tea........ and I have to say Meagan did a fantastic job, they were probably the best cocktails we have had the pleasure of consuming. But we cannot leave out the kitchen staff. The food came out very quickly, steaming hot, and made just the way we asked, though better than we could have expected. Thank you guys for such an amazing dinner! We will be back for this lovely food and even better service. I felt like we were treated as if we were friends of the owners, or even family members of the staff. You all did great, keep up the amazing work, and God bless you all.
This place SUCKS!!! First off, it took them over AN HOUR to complete my order. I ordered two $12 wing lunch combos and the cashier told me it only comes with just a side when the menu said it comes with a drink and a side. The cashier said they would still give me the drink though. They brought out the drinks and they gave me half in each cup because they claimed that my order didn’t come with a drink when it did. They brought out the food and one order was missing. They went back and in 10 minutes they brought out another order that wasn’t mine. They had only one cashier working the front when there was more than one person and there was only 10-15 customers in the restaurant. If you are in a rush or on a time crunch PLEASE DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!!
This place has sucked the last three times I’ve been there. The last time they couldn’t get my wings right, this time they are out of onion rings. 3 strikes you’re out! They have Walmart, Kroger and Sams Club. How can you run out of onions? Besides that the waitress didn’t bother to apologize, but seemed to have an attitude. Final straw! Ridiculous

BWW in Newnan is awlful! Came in and got seated then they came and moved us to a dirty table and then after waiting a total of 15 mins with no service, not even asking for our drink order we decided to leave!!! I know everyone is short staffed, but there were only 3 tables and 2 at the bar and lot of people working! This his was uncalled for!!!
U cant smoke and drink outside on patio one of the ppl with us eating got her food like 15 mins to 20 mins before all of us I dont understand why all our food wasnt brought out together other then that the food was good bathroom was clean they where not so packed tonight and their open late we usually go to Brick house but decided to try this place agine food was good and plenty of tvs but think if u looking for a place to go drink and listen to music and smoke u should go to Brick house
They advertise on tv and in the restaurant that you can get a $3 beer. But every time I go to Newnan wild wings they always say there out. Why in the heck do you advertise something you don’t want to sell. It’s all about us spending more money.
Very short staffed, which is expected now a days. Food was not hot when delivered. It was ok because our waitress was nice.
10Jun18. My wife, daughter, and I had a great meal. My wife had wings and onion rings. My daughter had the wings, fried pickles, and fries. I had the burger with pork, onion rings, and bacon. I also had the loaded fries. The only issue I had was that the fries I had were cold. Overall, it was good.
Fast, friendly service. Wings were cooked to perfection. Not a fan of the Teriyaki flavor, but thats a personal preference. The Thai curry, lemon pepper rub, and medium buffalo were great, as were the fried dill pickles.
If I could give them a negative star I would . A friend and I ordered food last night via DoorDash . They called and said they didn’t have part of my order and that we could substitute for something else . Well when we get the order my part is not in the food ! Then the other part we got was messed up . My friend called back and was assured we could have it replaced tonight by Megan . Well she tries tonight and is told without Megan leaving a note we can’t have it replaced . If you say you are going to replace the order do it . Now I’m out of $30 and very mad that they treated us like that . Never will we order from Buffalo Wild Wings again . Disappointed.
Went in to the Newnan, Ga location today at to place a wings to-go order. Stood at the host/hostess reception desk and To-go checkout area for about 7 minutes with no acknowledgement. Went to the bar where 3 customers were sitting. Stood there about 4 minutes with an employee working behind the bar and was never acknowledged. There were servers working the floor with about 4 tables with customers. Needless to say after about 11 minutes with not even a Welcome or a Someone will be right with you I left and probably will not be back.
Placed an order via grub hub, the contents were correct and it arrived when the app said it would however the boneless wings were beyond cold and the potato wedges appeared to be moldy.
Might be good, but really not sure since only one person was given their food at the table and the other order didnt come till they were done eating. If I wanted to eat alone I would have come alone. Correction... the food was horrible once it finally came and the rudeness of the servers didnt help
Our family experience was wonderful thanks to our server Hunter ! We had never been treated that well until this time and we’ve been coming here for years. We really appreciate the great service he provided for us.

Food is so-so, but this place is DIRTY!!! Not sure how they pass inspections...if the kitchen is ANYTHING like the rest of the place! There was schmutz all over the bathroom walls/floors and stuff growing in the sink - stay away!!!
Horrible service, every item i ordered was incorrect. i personally at a table of 6 NEVER received my food but i was so ready to get out that restaurant i said screw this and didn’t even bother asking about my food again. also we were the ONLY table of people in the entire restaurant
This place is awful. I’ve been to a lot of bdubs and this one is by far the worst of them all. Horrible customer service. I waited for almost 2 hours for my order. Quantity is horrible. And they always mess up my order every time I go. If you want to waste your money, go here. Otherwise, choose taco Mac or wing stop which are nearby. ABSOLUTELY TRASH PLACE. I wish I could give no stars.
So we decided to call in a take out order of wings and were put on hold. The hold was actually over 10 min as we drove all the way to the place and were still on hold. Since we were there already we placed in our order and guess what I was still on hold....then all of a sudden I got hung up on. Horrible service, dont waste your time, there are other places around that will actually take care of you and you will get better wings for your money....

Great service, manager checked on us multiple times to insure satisfaction. Lemon pepper wings extra wet paired with drafty kilt beer was top notch. A+++
First off if I had known that Wild Burger was a company through Buffalo Wild Wings I wouldn’t have ordered it because this one has always been bad. I order 3 burgers and one of them came with neither of the sauces and one of them only came with one of the 3 sauces, neither orders of potato wedges came with the cheese I paid for to add. I ordered it on a deliver app and waited for an hour just to get a driver sent there because they said they were almost done and than he had to sit there for almost 30 minutes. And hour and a half hours for my messed up food to be sent to me absolutely ridiculous. If I could give no stars one this restaurant I would.

This was my first time visiting and had the mango wings 10piece have never eaten 10piece but these wings were so good I had to eat them 😋all up couldnt save them for the next day
We arrived and were sat at 1pm on a Sunday. We were told there was a party in front of us but no details explanation behind it. We ordered out food around 1;15 and finally received our order at 2:30. We ordered a total of 25 boneless and 1 chicken sandwich. Around 2, our waitress who was absolutely fantastic(her name was Lauren) came up and said that they were behind due to a spontaneous 70 PERSON PARTY. Which we could only count 15 people. There were many tables open, other tables received food before us who had more people who were sat after us. The Manager on duty finally comped our food after a 10 minute dispute about explaining our situation.
We enjoyed our lunch very much .We had wings , potato wedges, and veggies. It was buy one get one free chicken wing Tuesday. And really good beer Creature Comfort Athens is the name of the beer smooth with a great taste. And the server was great.
We had Ashley as our waitress and let me tell you she was outstanding!!! She was very nice and attentive to us the entire time we were there for lunch! She is an awesome employee and I hope when we come back we have here again!! Thanks Ashley for your great customer service and very pleasant attitude! You rock! The food was amazing as well!
Wings came out dry, cold, and not edible. This place is not what it use to be. Currently, it is about profits and not taste. Enjoy being price gouged for terrible wings but you enjoy their sauce. Please support your local wing places that actually care about customer service. Awful.

There were a few hiccups with orders in our dining party. Not to mention that some guests were finishing their dinner around the time others were just starting to receive their orders. We also later found out it was our waitress first night and we were a fairly large group, so I won’t completely hold everything against her. But the experience could’ve definitely gone better, but hey it was still a great time.
First time back in a year. Forgot how much I love their wings. The waitress was awesome managing 5 tables of adults and kids singlehandedly. Top notch service and food

A group of four of us entered into the facility at approximately 15 to 20% capacity. There were empty spots all over and near the entry just right from the doorway. This spot would have enabled optimal viewing pleasure for our party of four professionals with myself as the elder of the team. The seater placed us instead at the last table by the bar and the restrooms. Definitely not a good look or sense of awareness from my platinum haired experiences. Our server was on point and she did very well. The cauliflower wings were nice. Placement and observation should be considered. For the record, I did ask for the other seating option but was declined. Buffalo Wild Wings lets do better.

No complaints on the food, B Dubs is B Dubs, but from my experiences depending on which side of the restaurant you sit on depends on your service and how quick you get your food. Ive never had great/quick service sitting in the front nor on the right side. Other than that everything good.

Dirty, not clean. Ordered Sampler which has chicken nachos. They said they were out of nachos. So I said Tatar tots,Thinking they would put chicken on top. No, also I had asked if I could get a chicken taco instead. Manager said no!! So I paid for meat put got tots!!! Won’t be back!!
Good air conditioning and the food was absolutely terrific. I got ten boneless with Caribbean jerk and it was some of the best chicken I have eaten this year. There was a great variety of things to watch. I will return the next time Im in Newnan.

Very good place to eat. Wings are fantastic! Perfection. Wing sauces are so flavorful and wide variety to choose from outside the traditional sauces. Burgers are delicious too. Fries are hot, crispy and fresh. And I must add that the celery and carrots were crispy fresh too, not wimpy soft like some places. Appetizer Sampler was also great! Meghan was our server and she was absolutely amazing. Good place to take children also. Enough TVs to please any sports fan. We will definitely be back!
Very slow food service, took about 45 minutes just for appetizers. I understand most restaurants are short staff but thats a long time for appetizers. Bartender was good.

$30 order that was missing celery/carrots that were ordered as extra. Wings were cold, dry and had hardly any sauce. Also the drink I ordered was missing. Pretty much failed on everything ordered. The order review tag on my bag wasnt even checked to insure all items were there, something that would have taken 10 seconds to do would have alleviated all of this. Why does this area suck so bad for restaurant service?

We live near by and my fiancé loves the food so we like to eat here but the service is terrible. I used to be a server so I try to be understanding but the only time we get decent service is if we sit at the bar. I’ve never left such a low review before but tonight was the last straw. We sat for 15 minutes without anyone greeting us and had to flag a random waitress just to get something to drink. Y’all have to do better.
Runnnnnnn my first and last visit here. It’s sad because me and my husband are faithful BWW customers. It was a mess from the time we walked in. The only highlight was Ashley she was awesome. This location does not deserve her.

Food was greattt!! But let me tell you about my server, Samantha. She was amazing, drinks never went without a re-fill, food came out back to back, I never had to ask her for anything, she already had it taken care of! Now as someone who was a GM for multiple different restaurants over the last 10 years I do not give compliments like this unless they are 110% deserved! Samantha you rocked! Thank you for the amazing service. Remember people dont just come for the food, they come for the experience! You made our experience great!

If I could leave zero stars I would... how is your establishment famous for wings, but I was served cold wings? My husband ordered the Byo burger, and I ordered a ten wing meal hot and lemon peppered with a basket of fries. He recieved his meal about 45 minutes before mine and it was from another server (not our waitress). I also ordered a Mezcal margarita that was entirely too strong for my taste. The serverdid remove the drink but failed to refill my husbands lemonade. The service here tonight was terrible. Our entire experience from beginning to end was not a pleasant one for lack of a better word. Patrons beware you would have a better experience at home.
We were at the Newman location and Ashley took great care of us. She provided excellent service and she was very attentive. She shows great qualities of a leader. My family and I would definitely visit this location again.

After eating here, both me and my girlfriend got very sick, we both went to separate doctors and told we had food poisoning, its been 3 days and bww still has not gotten back to me from my website complaint, and we wont be eating here, or any other bww from now on. Our food was cold, we were given a wrong sauce on some of our wings, and overall not worth it, especially at this location.
We were seated quickly and our server was there to get our drinks and food as soon as we sat down! Desi was great and our food was yummy. Will be coming back!

I had lunch here and was very pleased by the service. The hostess and waitress both were pleasant and quick. I cant remember their names unfortunately but Rob the manager made his presence and helpfulness well known throughout the restaurant and had no problem helping his staff bring out drinks or orders. Everyone anticipated my needs without asking. This level of customer service in the food industry is rare and lead to a great time. Also, the food was great and I had not one complaint. I definitely plan on coming back.
Pretty awful. Our appetizer came out after we were almost finished with our food. The waitress came by every 30mins or so.
We saw a huge roach on the wall by our table right before our food came out. We were the only table there and waited a few minutes for our waitress to come out so that we could be moved. The reaction from the waitress was almost as if it was common thing. We finally ask for our check and asked the waitress if she told the manager about what had happened. She said yes and asked if we would like to talk to her. When the manager came out she tried to down play the situation by saying it’s a palmetto bug, “a common water bug” and admitted that it’s a common thing to happen at their restaurant from the doors opening and closing all day. Regardless it’s nasty and after a quick google search we found out that it was just a regular cockroach. Never had an experience like this at a restaurant. She gave us a few dollars off the meal but definitely will not be eating here again.
Hipster-style, Asian-themed Mexican was horrible. So we came to wild wings where to our delight we were greeted by fantastic bar staff.Got here at shift change and we were then served by Megan. The restaurant was super clean and all the food was good.Excellent selection of sports on the T.V. some reviews made it sound like only one person worked here and all the food was cold.This is a wing place (with other food) Gordon Ramsey doesnt cook here so dont expect a 5 course meal..
My wife and I have been going to Buffalo Wild Wings for nearly 40 years. We hadnt been to one in several months because of the pandemic. Today we had to eat away from home, so we visited this one. They have changed the menu to get rid of our favorite things. The replacements were really awful. We were also charged for several things that we werent told were additional. We will probably never go to another one.
Great food and wings. Love watching the games there as it has a good sports energy. The drinks are good and the beer is cold. The staff is friendly and attentive, love going there and would recommend it. Really like all the large screen TVs. They have recently come out with some very good hamburgers. Like when they roll out the new dishes. It has been a great addition to The Newnan restaurant scene.
Service was terrible. Wings were very overcooked. Had to ask for silverware. Never refilled drinks. Asked for to go box and a small container of bourbon honey mustard. Got home and ate some later. The sauce was not the bourbon honey mustard. It was so hot almost caused a trip to the emergency room. I honestly think the server did on purpose because she new we were not pleased with the service or food. Will not be returning!
Service was great. Very friendly and quick. Food was ok. Portions a little small as far as the salad I had. Grilled Chicken garden salad could have been better for the price. Not bad though, service made up for it. Didnt need to wait for too long before we received our orders. A+ Service.
Best place to go have some good food, good drinks, and watch my favorite sports. Their app sampler is my favorite. A little bit of everything for everyone. They always have a featured local beer on tap. Food was hot, quick, and service was friendly! Super fun atmosphere especially when big games are on, it’s like hanging out with family.
Begins with management and lack there of, which explains the lack of man power and beers out of stock or advertised but someone forgot to order the keg. One manager likes to stand and watch the sports on the television instead of helping his servers who are in the weeds due to lack of staffing. What used to be a better choice to taco Mac, is now making staying at home a better, less agrivating decision.

Stopped by today as they advertise as The Official Wings of the NCAA Tourney. Stood by the host counter for at least 5 minutes which is an extremely long time when standing idle. Walked out and went to Taco Mac. Three hostesses waiting to greet us and great service. Just have to say the BWW parking lot was empty walking in and driving to over to Taco Mac hard to find a spot. Never again. Easy to see why your scores are so low. Sad when everyone is trying to get back to the so called normal.

Slow service. Luke warm food. Totally unpleasant experience. Order did not come out together, way too much breading on the chicken tenders, and parts of the order missing. Wings not cooked well.
Meh. You know what youre getting at this point with this place however with this particular location the music was blasting and it almost entirely empty restaurant at about 1:00 in the afternoon.On top of which I decided to try one of their new dishes to cauliflower wings not only was I not asked what size I wanted when my small order came out small applied to not only the number of wings but also the size of the actual cauliflower.
Hard to believe, but our first time in a Buffalo Wild wings. They had the nachos appetizer on special, which we had to get. We also had burgers which have a good price before 6pm. Service was a bit slow, but our server was nice. Give them a try of you never have.
The food was very nasty, had very small portions, and the waiter Quintin had a nasty attitude. I was not pleased, and I will not be back. The strawberry lemonade taste like strawberry water. We came in a decent sized party and it seemed as if the male part of our group received better treatment. I was very unpleased.

Honestly buffalo wild wings has been one of my favorite joints for years but this location is seriously slacking. Every time I come in here there is always problems with the service either they are barely present, seem uninterested in customer service or overall rude. My most recent visit lasted over 2 hours, normally would be fine however the restaurant was not busy at all in fact they were pretty empty. We waited an hour for our food which when our appetizer arrived it had hair in it, they replaced the food yet still made us pay -not too big a deal as they replaced the food but still customer care. The servers were barely present the entire course of our meal, only replaced our drinks once as we were asking for the check and boxes for our meal. I hate complaining about food service industries because I worked in a few but the over all experience and customer care here is seriously slacking.
Plenty of TVs, staff was very nice. 2 out of 5 orders came at cold on our first visit. We caught them in between shifts and the manager gave us a discount. No harm no foul. I look forward to dining again and coming back with a 5 star review.
You know, I always enjoy the food from Buffalo Wild Wings. They generally have a good beer selection. But... The service and accuracy of orders is terrible. Every to go order, I have to confirm and then wait until they get it correct, because its never correct. Yesterday, I visited for lunch with my wife and two kids, waiting 55 minutes after ordering for a wrap, burger, and childs burger. Not one word was said, like this is acceptable practice. I could understand a long wait if the place was packed, but half the tables were empty. This place is getting as bad as Taco Mac for service and order accuracy. The management should walk across the street to Los Abuelos and see how he runs the place. Will be a while before I return to BWW.
I have been craving good wings for a while, and I wasnt disappointed.
Second visit since opening. Service was better but needs improvement. Had to wait twice to request additional condiments and to get a go-box and our check. Wings were good, but fries were not at all fresh and they are extra for $2.99. Taste like they had been under a warmer for an hour or more.
Wings are decent, but Taco Macs are better.
Ive eaten here a few times and love the food. We recently had a fairly large order from all of us at work for lunch. There were a couple of things left off of the order or wrong. When I called the manager she apologized and said I will recook the food and bring it to you. Thats a very rare and much appreciated response these days! Things go wrong sometimes thats life but very impressed with their desire to fix the problems!
I really liked the service and I really liked how they treated me. They received me with a big smile. The restaurant looked nice. The food was incredible, and they also served my food fast, I really liked that. I had fun and was entertained. I would come back again.

The staff was pleasant and the manager was nice to comp our meal. However, we just left and after an hour and a half, my husband was the only one with a correct meal who got to eat. After two attempts for my dinner, we gave up and left.
Service can be slow but if you get the right waiter it is an awesome time. Food is great!
I normally dont complain about service but the 3 times Ive been here, its just terrible. Takes 10 minutes to get the drink order, the appetizer doesnt come before the meals and the server has never asked if we need anything.... drop things off and gone before we can ask for anything. I will not be going back even if the food is good. service is not
Let me just start off with THE FOOD IS AMAZING and is probably the only reason I keep coming back. Service is slow and 9 times out of 10 they usually mess something up. The most iconic mess up was when I sat down to eat with my dad and brother at a booth on my birthday (their first time to B-Dubs) and we order and they bring out all of our meals in to-go bags.
Came for my sons 9th Birthday and service was worse than horrible. Waited 15 minutes just to get a waitress after being seated. Appetizer was messed up and their fix was to pick off the jalapenos and microwave it. Food took another hour to come out after we finished our appetizer which I am sure was not put in when we ordered it. Had to wait to eat because we never received silverware. Drinks were always empty. Will never come back.
20 minutes just to order drinks. Was then completely neglected with no opportunity to order my meal. After repeated attempts to get her attention, and an additional 20 min waiting the waitress finally returned to our table. I just gave up and asked for the check. I left with a hungry and upset family. Thanks for the great experience, B Dubs. Dont worry, we wont trouble you again.
Excellent location and staff! We are hockey fans (not many here in the south) and went to this BWW location to watch an evening game on a weeknight. The staff quickly put the game on for us and we had wonderful service from start to finish! The food was the best we have ever had at a BWW, and was seriously so fresh, tasty, and satisfying! Our waitress was sweet and attentive as well!

The positive Very Clean ... and the appetizer was cooked perfect . However , Service was very slow ( hardly any customers were there ) both Hostess were leaning and looking thru their phones . When they did look up seen that we were looking for our server but never came to see if they could help us . Our wings were not typical hot wings .... they must have given us what the next hotter was could only eat a couple of them . because the wings were so hot we needed drink refills which we had to wait a long time for each time we needed a refill . I could go on but I will stop there . Very Disappointing for a first time experience
I like B Dubs because of the atmosphere more than the food. I have only tried their wings which they are known for but honestly they are just too big for me. If i do order the wings I can only ear them in BBQ flavor. This is not my go to spot for wings but if i wanted to get drinks and watch sports i would consider them maybe next i will try something new on the menu.
By far the worst experience Ive had in years at a restaurant. Service was horrible, waited forever for drinks. During the meal ( which took forever) we ran out of drinks and the server never came to check on us. I finally asked the manager for the tab after we had been done eating ( with nothing to drink) he got us the tab and walked off. After another 15 minutes the server brought is another copy of the tab , took about 10 minutes to get my card back on top of all of that the wings werent edible I fed them to my dog.. and Im not one who typically writes negative comments. I will not return
Since we could not eat in, I placed an order for delivery. This order was snafued by a misunderstanding, yet my card was still charged without me receiving the meals orderd. The mix up happened in Tikwilla, WA., and it was an honest mistake in taking what time the order was to be delivered.But why did I give 5 stars?Their customer service representative that communicated with me via emails was superb in rectifying the situation. Not only was I reimbursed, but she took it upon herself to send the reimbursal giftcards with a personal letter of apology.Many corporations have lost my trust due to the company or their employees not caring about their clientele, but this representative of Buffalo Wild Wings has restored my hope a bit that there are honest individuals who do wish to make their customers happy.
Ok food no definitive counts for wings on menu server was so so. My drink was down to melted ice before he considered asking if I wanted a refill. Got our boneless wings and they were like bricks. Ive been to another of their establishments before and it was awesome.
Boneless wings are good. I get them with rub instead of wet sauce for less calories. We ordered 3 meals online and went in to pick up. Took about 10 mins to get checked out as you have to pay in the restaurant not online. The order was correct and everything we needed was in the bag. The ranch dipping sauce is very yummy.
Food was good, place was clean. Service was struggling. 1 pm and only eight people in the place and staff was almost non-existent. Waited to be seated before finally hearing a voice call out, Just sit anywhere!No silverware, no napkins. Ended up getting paper towels from the restroom.
Omg I had a smoked brisquet burger. It was the best burger ever. I cant explain how good tender juicy it was. It was falling apart it was so good. You need to try it. It has BBQ sauce on it with cooked onions and cheese. It really melts in your mouth and fills you up.
White Collar Wings. Sauce on the wings is dry so you dont get your suit dirty. Small pile of fries. No menu in store, just a phone app. Highest price in town. 6 piece lunch combo for $8 is acceptable, but cannot be upgraded... so unless your on a diet... However, the search for wings leads us to a ton of sketchy places. BWW is a zero sketch place... none of your group is going to wimp out about not being able to eat there.
Food is great when you get it. Weve given this place plenty of business but no matter what the wait times for a server and/or general service seems to never get better. Just took the family now and despite being slow we waited over 5 mins and never even saw our server. There were over 25 staff members in the restaurant and all of them seemed to be standing around without direction. Seems to me a lack of leadership could be a major factor. Ive never seen or even spoken to a floor manager. If you are patient and willing to settle for less than your paying enjoy. Otherwise stay clear.
Not all Buffalo wild wings are the same. And not one with the exception of this particular place has the best staff...funny mellow people roam the place with a since of a upbeat yet controlled atmosphere.Big shout out to Jordan Carlson, best damn staff Ive had the pleasure to run into!
The food was cold. We had to ask to refill our drinks, my dad had pounded flat chicken breast. The teriyaki chicken was really strong. Some parts of my celery were brown. The service was slow and the people were not very friendly. Overall it was not a good trip.

Wings were good. Took 45 minutes from the time the waitress walk away with our order till our food reached our table. Condiments were ranch dressing and blue cheese dressing, both were highly processed and were not appetizing. Sides were French fries and buffalo chips, these lacked quality and flavor. Drinks were Tea, again lack of taste. Will not visit again.
Whoever you have making the wings, get rid of them ASAP . I ordered Hot bbq and salt and vinegar. They were super dry and super bland. The salt and vinegar wings didn’t have any salt and vinegar on them AT ALL except maybe a grain or two. Come on guys. I mean really??? This was my most favorite place to eat. And I NEVER write bad reviews on anything but this is a shame. It truly is. Worst food I have ever had in a while. Sucked.
Great food, but I ordered potatoes wedges and got normal fries. They also didnt set out napkins and silverware for us, we had to ask. Very minor issues, not a deal breaker at all, and overall I am very pleased. Will be back for sure

Worst experience that we have had in a while at this restaurant. We had to wait at least 20 mins to get our order taken. Our food took about an hour to come out. Waitress never checked up on us. We had to flag down other staff in order to go get her a few times. Usually the managers here are walking around talking to the customers seeing if everything is going good, the manager on duty didn’t seem to care.Update: General Manager called me to solve the issue. Will give it another try eating there.
The place is nice and so is the staff. The food unfortunately is NOT GOOD! I ordered chili queso and they bought it out cold. I ordered boneless wings and fries, that was also cold(I sent both back to the kitchen). I ordered the mini chocolate cake for dessert and it was dry and crumby(signs that it wasnt fresh). The only reason why I gave 3 stars is because of the server. He did his best. I will not be going back any time soon.

Service was mediocre. Was missing celery after originally asking for it. Drinks were not refilled until right before the check came. Was not properly checked on throughout meal. Waited at table for awhile after eating before check came. It was lunch time and only 4 occupied tables at the time so the service was subpar at best.
The server was great, she suggested the boneless and recommended Asian Zing. Asian Zing is now my favorite , I tried several flavors of the boneless chicken wings and liked all of them. The onion rings were very good too. My soda was refilled before I ran out multiple times.

I am giving them ZERO stars. This place has been a disappointment on more than one occasion. Im not usually one to write a review but its gotten ridiculous. My chicken was so full of chicken tendon I couldnt eat it, the salads I got were full of brown, wilted lettuce. When I called to speak to the manager I was told they would give me a good credit for my next visit. I said I would not be returning because $33.00 on terrible lunch was enough. She said shed get back to me.....:stilllll waiting.
Do not order online they will lose your order but still charge you. They charged me over 70 dollars and it said it would be ready at 5:30pm. Get there and whoo guess what no food and they cant find my order show them the email order receipt and they still dont have it nor can they find it. And thats the only thing I get told. Waiting for an hour still no food. Talk to the manager again and all he said was he will get it going for me. Smh
How is this place still open and almost always packed? Seriously the service is awful. The waiters disappear. Took forever to get my friends beer. French fries were old and cold. I ordered ten wings and only received five and had to wait to receive my remaining five. Ive been here twice and I am less than impressed.
Only reason they get a 2 is our server was good. The burger my son got was so over cooked the grease was a crispy ring around the outside, as was my burger. Along with mine coming out with zero condiments. Want wings? I suggest Duffs at Thomas crossroads.

Taste was great and service was excellent but ordered the mildest wings possible like always and they came out way too spicy sent them back came back 3 min later with the same plate of wings. Still too hot so needless to say I didnt eat them but I did pay for them.
We came in about 10pm last night, and apparently even though the place was almost empty they apparently had trouble deciding where to seat us. We both ordered wings: my friends were traditional and mine were boneless. My friend asked for all flats and the sticker was on the plate, yet she got mixed. The spicy garlic I got was horrible. It tasted like they took medium sauce and added garlic powder to it. Our server seemed to be concerned about cleaning up for closing and not concerned about her customers.
Let me start off saying wonderful food. However our waitress took our order and then disappeared. We never got silverware, had to take napkins off another table, had to get other servers to get our refills. We asked for a manager he simply found our waitress and thats it, didnt even apologize for the inconvenience or return to the table.
Predictably slow service. The wait staff is usually fair at best. Decent rewards program. The food is usually good. I like wings, so I tend to go more than I normally would to a restaurant with service like this.
Large sports bar chicken wing establishment. They have over 60 TVs! The wings are cooked to order with multiple offerings of flavor/different levels of heat 🔥. They have other menu choices and a decent appetizer selection. My wife and I have experienced good service 4 out of 5 visits. Our last server was not attentive at all. Not a deal breaker though. Maybe she was just having an off day.

The Hamburger I got tasted old and dry, buffalo chips were soggy, ordered fried pickles that never came, our waiter was spaced out, didnt receive any drinks for 30 min after we sat down. Wifey and I dont get to many date nights, very disappointed we choose this place. Will never go back...

Food to forever took come and what we ordered wasnt that complex. Our server would disappear for large spans of time. While we were finishing up eating a family left and the mom was holding a Chihuahua. I understand the need for support dogs/animals but this one had no indication that is was a working dog. To me it looked like a family pet.
10/2/2018...in 21st century when everything is super fast, this place is sluggish, staff is like snails, slow and avoiding customers. BBW is one of my fav restaurants for wings and drinks, but this location sucks. Please check reviews. U have to wait for ur order for 1+ hr if u going with 3 or more people. Even though u r paying for ur beer still u have to wait for 20 minutes for another one. I went with my son and slept without eating just waiting for dinner. Never expect full order in one service. I don’t even know they have silverware or disposable spoons and forks, coz they don’t serve. U have to use hands for everything. I love traditional wings but this location u get burned ones as many time u reorder. This was my second chance to this location. No more now. It will kill ur wings cravings for next few months. Such a bad experience. -5 ⭐️.
Ashley the bartender is always helpful, she takes care of her customers and is always friendly and professional! I always enjoy coming in, the food is good and the store is always ran well! I give Ashley an A+ on a job well done!!

Not the best Buffalo wild wings. Sliver of bread with salad. Small appetizer portions. Tiny wings, even for my 11 y/o neice. At least the salad had real lettuce in it. The staff was friendly, if a bit slow. The food came out nice and hot.

The waitress seemed very annoyed with us from the moment we sat down. She basically threw our food at us. The drink from the bar took forever. I asked about our blazing rewards and she said I will get them at the end and never did. She then came and got the check before we left the table I guess to see her tip. When this location first open they struggled a bit however recently the more and more I go in here and they seem to have it together. Food always tastes great and the waiters are always nice. Definitely a good spot for a late night meal.
I give it a 4 star because I and my family had to wait about 10 minutes before someone came to seat us. I understand you may be short staffing, been there so no worries for.
Service was terrible. Server walked by my table 4 times before someone else came to take my drink order and then she finally came and took our food order. Someone else brought the food she never checked back to see if everything was okay, and then walked by my table three more times refilling drinks for other tables and did not once stop and ask if we needed refills or acknowledge the fact that our cups were empty until 5 minutes after she saw another person bring us refills. We were literally invisible to her and it was a slow night not hardly anyone in there. Ill never go back there period.
We went here for dinner. Very nice waitress but we were disappointed in the wings. They had a bogo deal for boneless chicken wings. They were ok but I guess we just like bone-in wings better. But we do like this place and will still eat there, we will just order bone-in wings from now on. 😉

It was a quick fast order. I ordered TakeOut so it wasnt much of an experience. The service was really quick about 15 mins. The waitress who took our order, I think her name was Kiyah from the Newnan location was really friendly. She gave us a sample of the garlic parmesan sauce with fries. We also came on a good day when they were doing Tuesday Bogo wings. I will definitely be back.
My wife and I decided to give Buffalo Wild Wings a try recently, and what a disappointment. The food was only decent, when we finally got it. We ordered an app with fried chips, and they were limp and soggy, not at all crispy. My wife ordered a meal that came with fries which they forgot to give her. Duh! Our server ignored us, even after flagging him down with a request for napkins, which he never brought. We flagged a second person down with the same request, and all he could bring us was the small coaster napkins. Finally after flagging a third person down with the same request, we finally received some napkins, near the end of our meal. We again had to literally flag our server down and ask for our check, which took forever for him to bring. Service was horrible and the noise level was so bad that we had to almost yell at each other to carry on a conversation. I would say that BWW has to be the worst place in Newnan to eat. We will not waste our time there again, and I recommend that anyone reading this not waste their time either.
Not a good experience tonight. I called to make a to go order and it sounded like the girl who answered the phone didn’t want to work at all. Everything I asked for they did not show on the menu. No Boston Lager burger, no Black & Bleu burger, no Cheese Curd burger. How does the menu of the specific BWW I typed in does not carry theses items???? Very disappointed, maybe I’ll just go to Taco MAC the next time. I’ve loved all the other BWW’s I’ve been to, but this year, this one has really been slipping. Last week my wings were seasoned wrong, but I didn’t say anything cause I like the wrong season as well. I like BWW......but damn, lets get back to customer service.

I’ve tried to come here twice in the past two weeks and they were both terrible experiences. The first time me & my sister came in, stood at the front and nobody came to seat us so we sat ourselves.. we sat there for 15 minutes and servers were walking by us but nobody ever stopped to help us until someone at the table next to us called over their server to help us. By that point we just wanted to leave. The next time I came in with 3 Other people. We ordered drinks and they took 20 minutes to come out. Our server was “Megan” and she was the WORST. Terrible attitude...she got smart with us multiple times & took FOREVER with drinks, even just a water. The manger stopped by and got our waters for us. I won’t be returning to this bww.
Ive only tried the boneless wings and a couple appetizers, but so far I love them all. Ive tried several different flavors and they have all been mouth watering. The service has been outstanding and I have absolutely no complaints about anything.
Ive been here a few times, not sure why I keep coming back. Sometimes Ill walk in and stand in the front for 5 or 10 minutes until i eventually just walk out. when I do get seated in a timely manner, its like i dont exist after that. They are understaffed. If it was busy at the times id understand, but more the half the time it isnt. its dead. just like me after nearly falling asleep waiting for service.

Great place to go eat drink and unwind. Service was awesome ask for Manda wonderful server great attitude wonderful personality very polite. Food was awesome have to try the Jack burger I cant explain the flavor rush all I can say is its a must try.
It wasnt really busy, but it seemed to take a long time to place my order and get my food. My server was cool. She helped me use my app to participate in their fantasy football league.

Not great.. Gave them a second chance after we had a horrible experience a few months ago... BWW, did give us complimentary gift cards because of the horrible food and service a few months ago... We go to use them tonight and they are expired and did not honor them.... Wow!! Very surprised, had no clue there was an expiration date .. You give a restaurant another chance and show them the gift certificates that are clearly for customers that had bad service.... And they expire?? We gave you a second chance, the food was OK, service was better.. I think its the management that needs work.

So I go in for the first time for a take out order and I’m craving some dip breaded wings with bone in. Cashier tells me they don’t have breaded wings with bone in. So now I’m skeptical and say well I’m hungry so I’ll take the bone out because I hate naked wings. We had a lengthy conversation about how and why they don’t sell breaded bone in wings. So I thought it was clear that I don’t want naked wings. When I retrieved my order they gave me naked wings. She barely let me see inside the box at checkout. But I assumed it was correct, my mistake. Then when I call and talk to the manager he tells me I can bring the wings back whenever to trade instead of offering me a free order or refund. I didn’t realize until I got home so I was pretty upset. I’ll never go back.
Megan was on point with the beers! Definitely one of the top 10 bar tenders there! Having Brian at the bar makes everything better and he deserves free beer for being such a friendly customer to everyone at the bar.
Came here to eat with family and enjoy the atmosphere purchased a couple songs but didn’t hear a thing. We had to listen to three men on the tv talk about a ufc fight that was already over instead. I asked if they could turn up the music and she said the fight is on but I can turn it up for you. Not sure what she turned up but we sure didn’t hear anything other than the life story of a couple of ufc fighters. Definitely will be contacting TouchTunes so I can get my money back and let them know people can’t listen to their music here.

The service was great and the food was stupendous . The bacon hatch smash burger was the best burger Ive ever had.
I had a blast at BWW during super bowl weekend. The food was great , the had raffle games and gave away free bud wiser cups. Made me feel like I was in the club section at the Mercedes Benz stadium.
Service was extremely slow considering more than half the restaurant was empty. Drinks stayed empty and were only refilled once in 1.5 hours. Wings were over cooked (again). I gave them another chance hoping over the past 12 months it would change. Nope.
Tl;dr solid sports barFair amount of TVs, food tasted good, and waitress hit the sweet spot for checking on us.P.S. For some reason, the cheese sticks are amazing here.

2022-01-08My wife and I were here for lunch for first time. Greeting was prompt and we were seated to booth promptly. Our server Jacqueline was over quickly to take drink and appetizer order— the sweet tea was good, chips and salsa were good; not long for our All American burgers (mine with bacon) — very fresh and good, both with fries; all in all good food and service. We would come back.

2022-01-14One of the better BW3 we have been to, 3rd or 4th time here and service was great. They sauce the wings well without asking, and the beer is super cold. They actually have a really good tap beer selection even higher ABV beers like IPA’s. Love wings and burgers, stop by this branch.

2022-01-06Would have been 5 stars as the burger and fries my wife and I had were fantastic. I had the green Chilli hatch burger and my wife the cheese curd burger.However; as I was leaving I used the restroom and it was disgusting. Used bandaid on counter, crud in sink and urine on the floor around the urinal. The smell was bad too.The rest of the restaurant that was visible was very clean.

2021-12-06These were the appetizer sized lemon pepper cauliflower wings which looked amazing, but the lemon pepper sauce itself was disgusting and bland. The breading itself was tasteless coupled with that nasty sauce, these were by far the worst “cauliflower wings” I’ve tasted thus far. The restaurant should put extra effort in seasoning “vegan” dishes like cauliflower or remove them from the menu. Best part of the meal was the texture of the cauliflower, they had good texture and were not mushy but 75% of the meal was trashed.

2022-02-14I ordered takeout. There is always a long wait to get my food and I went when the app said it would be ready. I got wings but they had no sauce. Sauce was in the side. Ordered pretzels and they were way over cooked and hard as a rock. Returned them to get some more and the manager didnt say a word. Not even an apology.. my last time going there. 2022-06-08Stopped by BWW for the first time in 3 or 4 years. We really enjoyed the lemon pepper wings. My son had the Smash burger. He said it was wonderful. We also had the Wings tossed in Buffalo hot. I will not order those again. They are too hot for me.
