I order the same to-go dish everytime and everytime my broccoli is packaged differently in my to go container. Where is the consistency?
The food at this location is always highly unimpressive. Always looks hastily put together with absolutely no care. I just paid $13 for a slab of grilled chicken placed on a bun with sauce on top. Try the Kennesaw location: better restaurant and better food.
Personally I don’t like to leave reviews because they generally don’t seem to paint an accurate or unbiased picture from experience only. However, I would like to share my own. I arrived through the front door. Standing at the front host podium there isn’t much guidance on whether you are to seat yourself or wait to be seated. The ambiance is very dreary and dark. Upon being shown to our seat I was given a menu with very limited and basic items. I did ask for a large mug/glass of beer in which I was told that didn’t exist. I was given what the waitress named a 16oz glass. The experience was just an overall awkward and weird setting. So I asked for my ticket for my beer so that i could leave. Only to find out that the 16 oz glass of beer costed me $4.55. Which frequently at many bars, and restaurants I get 30 oz beers for $4.50. I hope that my experience was truly just a misunderstanding. But that is my experience with this location.
While our server was great, the food was horrible. Not sure if this location is privately owned but definitely the worst Buffalos Ive been to.I didnt even eat my meal. Wings overcooked, fries cold. Gave it back for a refund.
Dark and gloomy like the other reviews mentioned but it was worth the trip because the food was pretty good. The traditional style chicken wings were spot on with the original sauce/heat level. They were also cooked correctly, not just sauce slapped on fried wings but the sauce was baked on top. It wasnt too busy and we were seated the furthest away from everything (long walks for that or girl) but the service was still good.
The ribeye i had was cooked, medium rare, to perfection and it was delicious. Very nice folks sitting around the bar, as well.

Buffalos is one of the best places to get a multitude of my favorite meal such as fried cheesecake with ice cream or lemon pepper wings.
Waitress made some ugly faces the whole time serving us... but food was excellent and service was prompt..
Parking lot was full so we expected a wait, but went right to our table and served immediately. Buffalos can handle a crowd!
The service was very slow they only had 3 kinds of bourbon.. our waitress was really really just slow. She admitted to being on the phone the whole time. But the manager was nice. She cooked my daughters steak over because it was not what she ordered

It was good. I hate the lighting. It is really dark. The waitress was also the bar tender but still managed to check on us and get us what we needed quickly. We went on Monday but kicked myself thinking back that I should have waited till Tuesday so my youngest would have been free. (So fyi go on Tuesday if you have kids!)
Excellent spot for wings, burgers, wraps and much more. AYCE wings Monday and Wednesday nights is a must for the avid wing fan. Great service and pricing, go check out for yourselves, tell em I sent ya.

I sat at the bar and ate at lunch special sirloin steamed broccoli garden salad my bartender was awesome on point and was wonderful to deal with I will be eating here again thank you

Always good service on bash nights. Its impressive how fluid the staff works together in order to continually deliver wings on quick and reasonable time frame in between orders. The food is delicious and atmosphere is sports-bar style and friendly!
Still like going there but seems to be on a steady decline with food, drinks and service. The help, is not very helpful.

Great food and great staff. Always very courteous and the waiting staff is spot on. We use the indoor meeting room and the outdoor patio for group meetings. They have a patio that can be heated and makes it nice for our large group. They have TVs throughout and an All American menu.
I called with a large order and the manager ( sorry I cant remember his name) was incredibly helpful. He was patient as my family added more things to the order. When I arrived to pick up the order he went through everything to make sure all the food was there even the late additions. The staff went above and beyond to make sure the order was correct and to provide excellent customer service. I would highly recommend this location.
The food was tasty....although it reminded me of being pre-fab. I never tried the wings, but they looked good. The staff was fast, efficient, and cordial I dont live in Cartersville, but I would return for more. It is hard to get a strong opinion without more information.
Food was good as always. Our server was very nice. She has a tattoo on her upper left arm. Shes probably in her late 20s with brown hair. We were there 4/21 around 8pm

My boyfriend and I tryed this place for the first time today and we found our new favorite spot. There was fast and friendly service, our waitress McKenzie was phenomenal and the food was the same. If your looking for a good atmosphere and time I would highly recommend visiting here.

We were very disappointed the environment felt like we were in a cave we have been to Hirams and always felt welcomed and this one in Cartersville just felt off made me sick to my stomach we decided to leave and go eat somewhere else
Wings, they come out crispy. They also let you combine flavors. Only issue was beer cut off. Larger people should not be cut off so soon when eating wings and hanging out.
Love their wings they are so good but I wish they had a plate with 1 of each different type of flavored wing it would be the best
Bash night every Wednesday: unlimited wings and fries for 15.99! Good deal, wings are hit or miss but usually good. They have a handful of sauces to choose from. Bathrooms are a mess, wait staff is good.
There isnt enough good things to say about this place. Its set up nice with a wonderful staff. Its kept clean, and the food was awesome. The choices of sauces are always nice to see and had great flavor. Definitely will be going back soon.
We have decided to make this our anniversary go too. Great food seated fairly quickly can sit outside nice atmosphere pleasant people working there.

Worst dinner and service. Waited almost 10 minutes after being seated for our server. When asked about the new western burger the servrr had no clue about it and had to bring us a card about the new burgers. When dinner finally arrived mine had to be sent back for being incorrect and he received no lettuce, tomato or onions. There was barely any BBQ sauce either. Waitress not very attentive, seemed more concerned about her bash night tables.

Jordan was my server. Service was very slow. Ordered wings as an appetizer and they were cold. Then when ready to order main course server (jordan) was sweeping and tending to a larger familys table. I understand cleaning in a restaurant I work for one myself. But we were there over an hour and never got to order our main course. Finally when she came back to the table we asked for our wings to be boxed up to take to go to go somewhere else. We were able to finish our wings before she ever came back with the payment slip and my card. Again she was at another table. I dont feel like we got the same attention she gave to other tables.

We always have a decent time here. The service is always lacking and we have been coming here for 6 years, I wouldnt come back if the Buffalo Hot wasnt so dang delicious. I literally dream about that sauce. Food-5 star, service- 3 star at best

Played golf with the owner several months ago, as he asked if I would join instead of me playing alone. I remember him talking about owning the business and I got to meet his son. Tonight I went there and its been a long time since Ive went there. Man, that place has changed. I saw the owner and didnt say anything, but he handled business and his servers were always on point. It really made all the other restaurants look bad, its the best food and service me and the wife have had in months. I dunno what hes doing to that place, but the other places around him really need to meet that owner and learn how he manages his business.
Good food at fair prices
Customer service is in the toilet here. The fire suppression system went off accidentally while we were having lunch. A vapor cloud filled the dining room and dust covered everything, including our table, our food and our drinks. We were coughing because the fumes irritated our eyes, mouth nose and throat. They never offered the slightest consolation, and a red as though nothing happened.The closest we got to any acknowledgement of the situation was when one of the waiters apologized for mopping up fire redtardant off the floor next to our table.Never, Ever, ever again!
Not that good.. the philly cheese steak was pathetic.. not worth the money... the sweet tea was sour and no good. The kids wings was burnt. Not to mention it took over 25min to get our food. I wont be going back for a long time.
Food was expensive for what we got. Wasnt cooked the way I asked I got the serloin steak med well it was well and hard. Waitress didnt come that often. Waitresss needs to step up there game.
The service and food left something to be desired. The bartender was slow and disappeared a lot even with only 4 other people at the bar. I had the boneless wings and they tasted too greasy.
I appreciate the cashier having a great personality and customer service, but the manager was horrible. I could tell I was a little to brown for her kind. So for any people of color, I would advise you go elsewhere or cook at home, because Im sure you could fry some chicken wings better than this place. If the manager had a little more customer service skills I would have let it go, but you cant sell nasty food, with a nasty attitude. Pick your struggle hunny!
The wings are the best anywhere! We always ask for them to be “extra crispy”. Been going there for our wing fix about once a month since they opened. Never disappointed!
Fajitas were tasteless! My friend who has diverticulitis ordered the same thing at the suggestion of the manager and was promised no peppers to keep her safe.. one seed could be the difference between life and death. She was going to pass but the manager insisted she would not be disappointed so against her better judgment ordered the fajitas. They came out steaming and slap full of peppers. Shame on you Buffalos... AND after waiting 15 minutes with our food on the table and it was getting cold fast.. I had to go and get silverware for my party of 5 and this after asking for it twice... Double shame on you Buffalos! I wont be recommending this place to ANYONE!
Service has most always been very good here, and I love the wings or the nachalos.... If you like fish, the Blackened Grouper sandwich here is delicious !!Plus the salsa they serve with the chips is always a favorite for those of us who like it hot... Prices are comparable to their competitors and should you have Maddie for a waitress; well she is very attentive and truly a delightful person all around. If youre hungry and in this area, stop on by... Buffalos is sure to please!
Five stars because the customer service was great. We got our order and drinks right and topped off. The street tacos were not the greatest for me. The Philly cheese steak on flat bread was delicious. The menu gives you two options on bread. The hand cut fries were the best. My experience here was great.
Absolutely horrible... I waited for 45 minutes for my food for it to get to my table and still be cold with no other customers in the building it was an hour and a half from closing... I understand that when your ready to close your ready to go home but the customers should still matter, I should not have had to wait for cold food. Then on top of that the manger was RUDE! she called me a lier to my face.! 🤦♀️.. wont go back for a while .. horrible food, horrible service, horrible everything....

I came to the cafe not knowing what to expect. Tiffany is a wonderful employee that truly did not mind answering all my questions. Since we were from out of town we were looking for a different place to eat. Tiffany was very kind and patient...as I ask about several wing sauce flavors...she had me sample each one I had questions about. She made me feel welcome and appreciated as a new customer. The wings were great...but side dishes were cold by the time I got back to hotel which was only about 3.5 miles away...bread was also cold. Go see Tiffany she will take excellent care of you!**updated review 3rd visit...I let the staff know on visit 2 and again today on visit 3, about the sides. They are wonderful making sure they are super hot as I leave with my order. Bash nights are Monday and Wednesday nights from 5p to 9p!!
Food is just not as good as it used to be.The quality of food has went down and the prices have gone up.Very upset, used to visit this location very often.
Wings bash started out with cajun spice then onto medium wet gs sent straight to medium wet while daughter had hot dog with chill and slaw . Dine on the patio. Good all the way around.
I must say I love eating here. They have some of the best lemon pepper boneless wings and their fries are pretty good. I will say that their garlic parmesan addition for curly fries is not worth the extra 1.50. Dont get me wrong. It smells amazing. It just tastes like nothing
We ordered plain wings with sauce on the side. The order was at our table in about 5 minutes. The wings were obviously not freshly cooked. They were dry and hard. May be my last visit if I can find a good wing place. I noticed on the way out the health inspection rating was 85. No surprise there.
Food was good but nothing special. Loved the chips. I was told they were made on sight. Service wasnt as good as should have been. Our server didnt remove any of our dirty dishes and thats a big pet peeve of mine. So she got compensated for it.
I came for the Impossible Burger. It comes with cheese so I veganized it by ordering no cheese. It also comes with curly fries. They are lightly seasoned. I went a little early for lunch to avoid the lunch crowd. I was seated immediately and the waitress took my drink order as soon as I sat down. I ordered when she came back with my drink. The burger came out quick. All the staff were friendly and quick.

We usually go here because it is a lesser crowded restaurant. Last night was graduation of our local high school so it was pretty crowded but we did not have to wait for a table. The food was good, as always. Service was a little slow, but they were much busier than they normally are so I had to account for that. Buffalos is a reasonably priced restaurant to take a big family and we will continue to go there.
My son brought me here. It is one of his favorite places to eat. The service is friendly, and fast... The food came out fast and is amazing... I enjoyed it all... we has the app sampler and it almost filled us up.... plus the ribs, blackened shrimp and wing, fries... a lot of good food... love this place....

Waitress was horrible and not attentive. I had to ask for a refill of water 2 to 3 times before I finally got one. The country fried steak was really good but my husband had the rib eye and said it was full of fat. He was not happy with his food.
Atmosphere is loud with country music playing and sports on the tvs, it makes it hard to have a decent conversation without yelling. I ordered the country fried steak, my friend ordered a fried fish sandwich. He sent it back for being undercooked. The wait staff was rushing us at the beginning to order, then had to be tracked down to get refills. Overall it was underwhelming, I definitely wouldnt choose it on my own again. I would agree to go again if someone else wanted to, but only because it was their choice.
Everything was adequate but not spectacular. During our visit on a Friday night we were seated quickly but the service was slow from there. Our drinks came out separately with about 10 mins between them. The food was another 20ish minutes. We werent in a hurry so it wasnt a big deal but be prepared to wait if they are busy. The food was correct and decent but we had to have my wifes sweet potato fries replaced after realizing they had cinnamon(our oversight but she is allergic.) The replacement was a little underdone. We enjoyed ourselves none the less and we will likely visit again.

Absolutely love the wings I always get the death valley and lemon pepper mixed, mostly flats, and crisy. Never disappoints also the service is always really good no matter if we are inside, at the bar, or sitting outside. Keep up the good work!!

Was completely overlooked. We were seated by the manager and then we were forgotten. We sat there for 10 minutes and no one even came over to take our drink order. Funny thing is, I used to work here about 18 years ago. Wow, the place sure has gone downhill. I will never be back. I can get wings at City Wings and good queso at El Nopal, the rest of your food was mediocre at best.**UPDATE* Well, I gave in and went back. If you go during the day its pretty good. They have also added some new menu items, such as the street tacos and the shrimp tacos, which I just love. However, if you go during dinner you have to deal with shoddy service and an intrusive manager. Ill bump them up to a 3.
Tasty food, but skimpy on the meat in the chimichangas. It was 90% tortilla. I didnt even get a taste of meat in each bite.

Rustic southwestern atmosphere with lots if tin and exposed wood. As much as I want to love this place the food just misses the mark for me. The fried food fair is fine, wings, fries chicken fingers, and such are really pretty good but the mashed potatoes, veggies or anything cooked on the grill is really just mediocre in my opinion. I think this place is best if you want beer and bar food.
I really like this Buffalos. The owner really cares and the staff do a great job. The food is really good. Better than other Buffalos locations Ive been too. Be sure to see their locals favorites menu. You will be glad you did.

Good wings. Beer was good and cold.I still prefer Hooters wings. Service was ok. Not a big fan of the policy that wont allow you to take your leftover wings home on Bash night. Seems wasteful.

Food was meh. Service was good. They sat us right next to the bar where a lot of really loud drunks kept swearing. Theres were 5 of us including 2 children. Dont plan on going back. Dont know what kind of host/ hostess seats kids next to a bar.

We go here for Bash pretty often. Employees are usually nice and service is pretty good most of the time. Wings are the same as any other Buffalos Ive been too. Their vestibule always smells wonderful.

Last time I went I had a hair in my salad. By the time they finally came back around and decided to do something about it, my family was done eating . Got my new salad to go. Got home and there was still a hair! Dont know if they didnt remake or if theyre a**holes or just dumb. Called in but the GM NEVER contacted me back.
Never had a chance to try the food. After waiting for about 15 min with no one offering to seat us - while at least 7-10 people hugged and clapped high fives with the hostess as they just walked in and found seats - we asked how long to be seated and how long the wait list was. We gave our name for the wait list ; we were told they didnt know when they could seat us as they were busy with people bashing!? Waited for about 10 more min and asked again if we were on the wait list and our seating time. Both girls at the front looked at us with blank expressions could not figure out if they had us on the wait list - scribbled the name on the seating chart and could not read it - and said we dont know cause they are all bashing! Terrible customer care, hope the food is better than the service.
Severely over priced food. 17 dollars for 12 wings?!?!? Hostess appeared to have no clue how to do her job. Server WAY too concerned on servicing the bar with 2 patrons seated. And apparently a child works here as well delivering high chairs and booster seats

Came here for dinner but didnt even stay. The prices are insane. Ive never heard of a small portion of wings for $20. The chicken is way too overpriced. We left, & went somewhere that was a fraction of the cost, and still had good food.

Pet lovers, beware. This manager is extremely anti-dog. Stopped in after moving all day, tired and starving. I had my dog with me, so I went and asked if it would be alright to sit on the patio with her while I ate. I do NOT believe in leaving my dog in the vehicle, so I knew wherever I ate had to be dog friendly. I was told it would be fine for me to sit on the patio with her. She was on a leash and not disturbing anyone, as I sat at a table far from the only other table with people outside. After getting my food, I was told since she was not a service dog, that the manager would not allow her to be on the patio, and he suggested I put her in my vehicle, with the windows cracked. Since when is a service dog healthier for people to be around than a normal, trained and vaccinated dog?? I could have lied, seeing as it is illegal for him to ask me for papers, but instead that will be the last time I ever eat at this terrible place. I was so unsettled, I couldnt even eat my dinner. I left as soon as the waitress returned. (The waitresses were very apologetic and nice) I have been in Athens, Ga for the past 5 years, and have literally brought her to every restaurant with a patio. I was never treated poorly by any person there, especially not by a manager.

Cannot recommend this place more. Excellent food, delicious hot wings, and great service. A true Cartersville hotspot for dining. Steaks are a good choice, and the burgers are excellent. And make sure to at least try some of their wings; hot or not.
Survive is great. Manager is super nice always makes you feel welcome and makes sure everyone okay. Especially our crazy office, and all the diet cokes my boss drinks. 😁
They took very good care of our 17 person group. We had our own room and we all got food and drinks in a timely manner. We also gave them about 7 hours notice that we were coming. That makes all the difference.

Service was great! I had the Kickin Chicken Wrap and Tumbleweed taters. The wrap was supposed to have been medium but it wasnt. There wasnt enough sauce on it. The taters was on the greasy side. It tasted ok.
Im not about being cheap, but we were out 50 bucks including tip for 24 wings and 2 coronas. Its not THAT good by 15 bucks. Better value all around town for similar quality lunch for 2 people
My friends like to come here for Bash night, which is all-you-can-eat wings. If you are not a fan of wings, like myself, then your choice of food will still be ok, but it isnt particularly good. Ive had chicken tenders, philly cheesecake, and the sirloin. Other than the tenders, the meals have been just fine, but nothing noteworthy. The chicken tenders were the smallest I have ever come across. If it wasnt for my friends, I doubt I would ever step foot in here.

I ordered take out. Maybe that was my mistake? Fries were pretty plain. Wings were ok. Had decent mild flavor. They were not drained well. I had a good amount of grease in my to go box. They also serve a piece of garlic toast which in my opinion resembles a 1/4 piece of a hot dog that’s smushed flat. It was very dry. The corn on the cob they served with it was also not appealing. It was buried beneath my food and greasy. I find it super bizarre they serve an ear of corn with chicken wings but my belly was full. Lesson learned.
Lucky for me, I live in Canton and go to the location up there. Unfortunately, we are at the Cartersville location tonight. Not only was service extremely slow, my waitress brought me the wrong drink, and while we were eating a roach came out from under the napkin holder to say hello.

But they were great, server was nice, quick to answers any questions, kept our drinks filled, which says a lot for me, If I pay over a dollar for a drink i want my moneys worth. Wings were great not over cooked and dry, nor were they slimy like they were frozen. When leaving even the manager stopped what he was doing to get my wife a towelt after she asked him for one. Now after this review I think we may even go back tonight.

Austin did a great job taking care of us. An amiable guy and non pushy, he made sure our needs were taken care of and that our drinks were full. My girlfriend and I enjoyed our visit and the food.
Buffalos wings are the best! This is our go-to for take-out. Food is good, service is fast and the waitstaff is always friendly.
We can usually be found at Buffalos at least once a week. They have the most delicious Chicken Chimichanga in the county! We love the fresh roasted peanuts they supply free of charge to munch on while having a drink or waiting on your order. The quality of the food is always exceptional, and the wait staff are top notch.
People are always smiling talking.Waitress always comes by checking ever time she is close by.I simply love the place.
If you want chicken wings in Georgia there is really 2 options. Buffalos and 3 dollar cafe. This one really needs a better beer and liquor selection, service is usually best in the bar area, and youre going to get the best prepared food on a night that is not bash night. All in all I would recommend if you want some good chicken wings.

Food was ok. My burger was undercooked. Fries were not crisp and chips were a little soft. Service lacked greatly. No communication with wait staff. Not typical of others of this chain. First and last trip to this location.
We enjoyed an early Fathers Day meal and it was Bash Night. The wings, as always, never disappoint and even as busy as they were, service was quick as rebashes were fast, Buffalos Cartersville was fantastic.
I had the All American burger (was between that and the Canyon). The All American had 2 patties that seemed a lot like Bubba Burger patties (but smaller). Not bad, but o kindof expected more meat and flavor. Service was AWESOME.

Good quality mex foods with options of chicken, pork, and steak. They offer standard brands of beer and mix drinks. The service is good and atmosphere is nice with some scattered tv screens to watch some sports.
Ordered wings, asked for all flats. Waiter said he couldnt promise that but would let the cook know, Wait .. what? Food came out, 10 drums 2 flats, Why would I pay for something Im not going to eat. I wont be back.

First time here and my goodness our food came out fast, was delicious, hot things hot and cold things cold and our waitress was amazing too. So glad now that I know I dont have to travel far if I want wings now!

When I moved to Cartersville just recently, I was sent a $10 certificate in the mail for this location. After I drove across town to use the certificate, I was told there is a sign out front that says these certificates are no longer valid. First, how can I see that sign from my house? Second, why continue to send out these certificates if they are no longer valid? This is baiting customers. Very poor business practice. Normally Buffalos Cafes are well run establishments that I have eaten at for over 20 years.

I used to love taking my family and relatives to Buffalos but the last time we went we were shocked at how little the portions are and how massive the price was. You get more food for the money just around the corner.

Ordered open faced shaved ribeye and brown gravy. Questionable shaved ribeye it was over triangles of texas toast, sparce dry meat with very little white gravy. Not at all what i was expecting. But kids enjoyed the wings...
Atmosphere is good service is great my fiance had a hamburger and she said it was excellent the wings are okay bar stocked with good choices good domestic beers on tap I would say kid friendly all in all not a bad first time

Great wings, Buffalos is still one of my favorite wedding joints. I wish Bash night was still $6.75, but what are you gonna do? The menu provides a number of options.
Went at 12. It took 30 minutes for a chicken wrap. Wasnt all that great. Not a good spot for quick lunch. And expensive.

Came in after a round of golf, service was terrific, had my hot dog with curly fries and watched a little golf. Thoroughly enjoyed everything.

Bash night has changed a little, now after the first basket of ten wings each basket after contains only 5 wings at a time so you have to re-bash immediately as not to wait 10 minutes between baskets.
It was my first time eating there but the food was not good at all I dont know if it was a bad day but I had the wings and they was really not good dried out the corn on the other hand was good is probably the only thing on my plate that was eatable

2022-02-06The service was outstanding! A large, loud party was coming in after a friend and I were seated. An employee offered to move us to a quieter place in anticipation of seating the larger party. He was kind, and our server was also very attentive. The food came out quickly and was exactly what we wanted. We were so pleased, and will definitely be back!

2022-06-26We are from out of town and we’re just looking for a small barbecue restaurant. We stopped into this place after a baseball game and were pleasantly surprised. The food was amazing, our server (Kenzie) was awesome. The manager came over just to make sure everything was OK and then spent some time discussing the area and some suggestions for activities. We highly recommend this place if you’re looking for great food and quality customer service.

2022-07-06The chicken tenders were good but small. The fries and chips are pretty good. The mozzarella sticks are awesome. But the tea was going bad and when I told the waitress and asked for another cup she brought more from the same batch. And the chicken on the fajita rice bowl was a little bit burnt.

2022-02-10Food was horrible. Ordered fried grouper sandwich and it hardly had any batter, bread was stale and they were out of tarter sauce. Fish had no seasoning at all. Husband ordered potato skins and they were not good either. Very cheaply done, no seasoning or flavor. No effort put towards preparing a $30 meal.

2021-06-16I had the BLT Shrimp wrap in a flour tortilla, French fries, & side of ranch. Inside the wrap it has lettuce, tomato, cheese, shrimp, & ranch. As usual it was very delicious . Velta was a great waitress.

2022-01-22Worse experience ever!! We through my nephew here for his last meal with family before leaving for military. Everybody food was cold and wings was hard as a rock!! Then they still charged us for the food that we didnt even eat. Said they didnt know what to do because the manager wasnt there and he fill in. Finally they took the fries off and charged me an employee discount for my wings. The wings was so hard my teeth still hurts. We only ate some of the food because we had waited over an hour to serve 11 people. I will never be back to this place. Oh and it took 20 minutes of complaining before the fill in manager came to the table and the restaurant was empty. The celery and carrots was good.
