I worked there for a year and a half. The employees r nice. But I was overworked and under paid. Its a bad company to work for. I quit a couple of weeks ago

Went today spend almost 200.00 the cashier look like he she hating her job. Then she stuff everything in one bag , literally like over 15 item was stuff in one bag. Is he trying to save money for Burlington for not usingan extra bag.. the bag was was rip in so many side . It look sad . the dude couldn’t even double bag .. and all my glass he just stuff in a small bag without wrap them up in paper before he bag them.. Burlington had go done hill with customer service … I definitely so t be going back for a long time. Mean while I’m just going spend my money at Ross and Marshall because they really truly care about there customers …from A to Z … what a shame that Burlington had turn into..

This is a wonderful business that i have been going to for years even before they moved to the new store there is always something good to buy at Burlington some times there are great customer service and then some times not, but it will not change my visits to this great store!!!
Too much BS in this store. 5 minutes to shop and 60 min for check out. Dont come to this store if you can stand one hour on line. 2 cashiers for a long long line. While others cashiers doing returns instead of serving customers. Why cant they do returns after.
Management cares absolutely NOTHING about their employees. The sad part about that is they will willingly get rid of the ones that actually cares about their job. This store will always fail.
Treats employees terrible!! Favoritism!! And unfairly!! Feel bad for the people who work there !!!Narcissistic people and wishy washy!! Dawn came out of pocket with me!! For her to be a manager!! They expect for the employees to act right when the managers don’t act right!!

The merchandise that comes in now to Burlington is trash…when they where at the old location you saw a better product. You better off going to Ross, TJ Maxx, shoot maybe even the Goodwill is better than this place.

Good selection of used clothes but they are often missing tags so its hard to tell how much they are sold for. Tech here is standard for a whole sale store. Service is fast at checkout. If you need clothes go here, but dont come for food or hygiene products. Just go to Walmart, they have more than pasta

Large selection of items in all areas definitely in Women department. I frequently go to the one at home. I mainly browsed through looking a all new items I havent seen at home since Im visiting here in GA.

I went in today and an employee came up to me and told me that I couldn’t shop because they were trying to get everybody out before 9 and the place wasn’t even full at all and what makes me even more mad is that it was only 7:00....they have the worst customer service

2022-03-17Just checking out one of my old stomping grounds. The location is new but the vibe is still familiar. Its become more trendy with the years but the clothing is still relatively cheap. If your shopping for children this is or should be a go spot. The selection is varied so take your time and bring your big boy wallet. You may be amazed with the savings. I used to shop there frequently when store was located on Augusta West Parkway. The new location probably works better. If you like to shop, go in for a few moments and see what you can find. Just like most clothing stores the womens section is humongous. Have fun and relax. Shopping is an experience not a chore. Until next time.

So many options for yourself, your home, and any else in your life. All ages and sizes friendly and fashionable styles. Love seeing a diverse crowd. Youll probably loose track of time with all the great items in the store.

2021-12-07Burlington has some very good bargains and some of everything a person would be looking for gifts can be found there, St the old store all of the employee were so friendly and helpful some of these qualities need to be transferred to the new store. But Burlington is a great store to shop in!!
