Whole plaza is pretty run down. The shopping center below them is being revamped, and the developers are going to do the same here, but it will be some months before they start. Dead birds in parking lot were reported to county health department.
The place is a mess! Had to wait in line 30 min to buy 3 things. I remembered quickly why I dont go in there!
Delightfully surprised at the wonderful changes that have taken place. Such a great assortment of items at great prices. The last time I ventured into a Burlington was at least seven years ago and the store did not present well. Now its a delight. I sent my sister-in-law there and she immediately made several purchases and she will be back very soon.
We frequent here for shopping a lot but the outside trash cans are always overfilled with trash coming out, they could keep the front cleaned better...ad far as the store is concerned, its average, nothing special... same ole department store look. Friendly staff. Store inside is clean. Store was bare because of covid-19, which is understandable because its usually stocked.
The options they have there are pretty good. The bathrooms could be cleaner . Make sure your kids dont touch any of the toys because the staff will tell you something. The staff is pretty good though. During the weekends it does get a little busy so you may have to wait in line at checkout.
The employees at Burlington were the rudest customer service representatives I have EVER encountered. From the one cashier that told the customer (very loudly) yeah lady, Im talking to you! Yo next. To the manager that, after I was at her register, turned off her light and loudly proclaimed, IM CLOSED! No, Ill never be back at this store again.
Its inexpensive, and has many so different things to choose from. I love Viva La Juicy/Couture perfume and I was able to purchase it their at a reasonable price, I just love Burlington. The only thing is the the lines are so long around the holidays, we were in line for almost an hour to pay for our things

The clothes are good but they have to put more registers because it took me 40 minutes to pay for a shirt.
I can honestly say this is one of my favorite Burlington Coat factories to shop at, the only reason why I say that is because they have a wide selection when it comes to plus-size and I can find whatever it is Im looking for without hunting for it like some Burlingtons are. Im definitely going back because I saw a few things that I wanted to pick up and they also have layaway which is also pretty dope
First time ever going to a Burlington store! Very neat and clean, stocked with so many great items and knickknacks and clothes in my size. It was hard to fit this shopping trip into my 1 hour lunch time!
Plenty affordable clothes.. just be prepared to wait... youll be in the line longer than it took you to shop around for it
They are covid-19 guidelines strict hand sanitizer and wipes are available at front entrance must wear mask all cashiers wear mask and protective shield is at check out store was organized well also
This store was styled buy Two Men and a Truck moving company. Everything was kind of pushed and stacked in the center of the store so there was a lot of open space where merch should have been. What merch they did have was strewn all over the place...literally. But, I got a great deal on some Nike gym shoes that were priced lower than the same pair I found online. So, for me the messiness was worth it.
This store is a mess! There was merchandise laying all over the floor, the shelves and racks were completely disorganized and the check out line was at least 12 people deep with only 3 cashiers manning the registers. Also, there were zero shopping carts available inside the store - they were all in the parking lot. Unless you like shopping in a chaotic atmosphere, you should avoid this location.
Feel as if they could of us more cashiers, but overall a good Burlington good selection.

You can always find something to your liking. I am addicted to the front of the store where ALL of the electronics, housewares and other little stuff for your dogs. The lines can be very long, that goes along with the territory. Find you something for yourself and family!!👍🙋👍🙋👍
Maybe because it was the weekend, but it was super busy, disorganized (stuff laying everywhere), and there wasnt much of anything left. The lady at the dressing rooms was great though! Very nice and sweet :) restrooms were disgusting and stunk.
Its either absolutely dead here or backed up and not worth standing in line for the 1-2 things. I know its a lot of merchandise, but theres always a lot of clothing in the wrong places. Nevertheless, the workers are willing to help and communicate with each other to meet your needs.
Good store, alot of great finds. Way better than shopping at department stores. All the good brands at decent price. Great for a variety of items for gifts, or just purchases for yourself. Plus size section not that great though. Not too many options. Kids clothi g is always good though and has alot to choose from.

Burlington, Austell has gone so far down hill, I am expecting them to close any day. Remember when they used to have all types of wonderful jewelry when you first walked in the door? All that is gone! The staff is miserable so they treat us customers miserably! The cashiers are unfriendly and the trash cans outside are always overflowing! Just go ahead and close that ugly store down!
This store isnt fully stocked with merchandise. There was alot of picked over items left in the shelves.If your looking for a good day of shopping I wouldnt choose this location.However, I love shopping at Burlington, they usually have lots of its to choose from.I usually go to the home decor Dept. And the jewelry Dept usually has pretty earrings and accessories. Im a costume jewelry fanatic...lol...
The lines are just ridiculous. The managers seem so unbothered all they do is eat Cookout and stand outside and smoke all day
Unfortunately this Burlington is taking on a thrift store quality. Makes me nostalgic for the olden days when they actually had a shoe department instead of shoes on a metal rack and when the had a for real home section and not items haphazard on the shelves.😞
The slowest lines ever no matter when you go. I dont have a problem with long lines as long as there moving here they dont move. Everyone on the line was complaining and it been like that my last 4 times being there.
They should just close this store. Its so disheveled, it looks like its been looted. Less than 15 people in the entire store, and still a long line to check out. A mess.
Be careful at night! Sketchy area. I go to the beauty supply store over there. I generally in and out. I have been to the Burlington store there but it has been years. Area needs to be renovated. It already sits back from the main road.
Was surprised at the lack of options and the high prices! I went right to Marshalls & Ross and found better known labels and brands for cheaper. I was never much of a Burlington shopper but after that visit and merchandise/price comparison to Marshalls, I realized I would never cheat on Marshalls, Ross, or TJ Maxx again lol. The nerve of the prices for brands you didnt even know existed smh.

Not the fault of the property owner what so ever, but more of an annoyance of the patrons visiting this location. The plaza is host to a number of low budget stores. Everything from beauty supply to tax services that deal with secondary languages. The main store is Burlington Coat Factory, (hence the name of the plaza). The problem with the patrons is that they are very aggressive in this parking lot. Everything from cutting you off to get a parking space, to cutting across the entire parking lot without regard for people driving down the lanes. I almost got hit twice driving in, and almost 3 times from 3 different cars not paying attention or being to aggressive. I would recommend concrete lane barriers and better signage. Otherwise a clean and well maintained parking lot.

This store gives Burlington a bad name. The store is always messy and like a warehouse with large empty areas. No good selections like one another Burlington I love in Ohio.

It was a treat to be out with my family today and visit this place. A place I havent been to in a longtime. Really didnt need anything but I found somethings that I could use.
Burlington aleays have much too offer but the pickings were a little slimmer than usual. But my grands did find some good deals and for my greatgrand daughter as well.
Havent been here in a while, but was able to find exactly what I needed pretty quickly. Used to be my go to place for womens shoes, although the shoe selection has changed drastically.
Nothing but junk at the Burlington Mills store. We were quite shocked. It looked like a poorly managed thrift store. We used to shop Burlington a few years ago and it was nothing like this. Wont be back.

2022-05-31Everytime I visit this location, I leave empty handed. The checkout line is always really long and never seems to move. They have to hire more employees as soon as possible. Waiting 15-20 mins to checkout is completely unreasonable.

2020-10-26Pretty good selection. Will be back. It would be nice if they had the car seats in stock that they had on display. Purchased 2 blankets for my twins and when I unrolled one it had a year in it. Will be bringing it back. I will also be inspecting all items thoroughly before I purchase. Not necessarily the stores fault though.
