Best gym and community I’ve ever been a part of! I started going in October 2018 when they opened and have been going 4-5 days a week since! I’ve never seen better results from a gym. All you have to do is show up. The amazing trainers will show you the rest! You get an amazing 45 minute workout, one on one training in a group setting, child care (if needed - which alone sold me in the beginning), universal membership, and the focus meetings to meet with the trainers to go over your goals and nutrition! I love that the workouts are always different so I don’t get bored! I couldn’t recommend Burn Athens enough!
If you want a place you can get motivated just by walking in the door then this is your gym! You will get the one on one training in a small group setting. The trainers are amazing and push you to your limits. I’ve made new friends and absolutely love coming to workout now. When I was at a regular gym before I never felt like I do when I finish working out at Burn. If you just come and try it you will love it but just be warned....it super addicting. ☺️💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼
I started doing Burn Boot Camp when the doors opened. It’s been an amazing journey. Every day is different. You can’t get bored with routines because no two days are exactly alike. Burn trainers are always watching, making sure your form is right and making sure that you are being challenged. They also work at bringing groups together and building friendships. It’s like no other gym or trainer I have ever been to. I have joined many gyms and had personal trainers. Never before have I stuck with any of them until now. Burn Boot Camp of Athens keeps me motivated to keep going back every time the doors are opened. If you have never stuck with any exercise program, check Burn Boot Camp of Athens out. You won’t regret it. There is usually a discount trial and sometimes free trials, so what do you have to lose? You have lots to gain.
Burn Boot Camp Athens is the best workout and people you’ll find in this city! Always a challenging workout, one on one time with trainers to focus on nutrition and goals, and people to workout with who become close friends. Madison and Evee, the trainers, do an amazing job working with you individually in the gym to make sure every workout is personalized. I started seeing results within weeks of going. Burn is the best!
I honestly have nothing negative to say about this place. I started coming back in September 2019, and i try to attend 4-5x per week. Although I stay super busy working full time while also in grad school, I always look forward to coming to Burn. Madison is a great trainer and always pushes everyone to do their best, while also recognizing your limits and where you are in your fitness journey. They have modifications for ALL the exercises so if youre like me and have random tendonitis flare ups from time to time, the trainers have you covered with a modified exercise to protect your injury while still getting a productive workout in. I highly recommend this gym!
I cannot say enough great things about Burn Boot Camp! This place is different than any other gym. In the past, exercise always seemed like a chore to me and I always had to force myself to do it, never enjoying my workouts. Now, I look forward to each day I can walk through those doors and have even found a passion for fitness I never realized I had! Everyone from the trainers to the other members are incredible. So much encouragement and inspiration in one place! If you want to be part of an amazing community, I highly recommend joining Burn!
Burn Boot Camp in Athens is AMAZING!! I have been to a ton of gyms and classes and know Burn Boot Camp has done their research and they CARE about every person that walks through their doors!!!I LOVED the focus meeting I had with the head trainer Madison! She gave me a total body analysis (I’ve never had one before) and she also explained everything in a way I could understand.Madison along with the other trainers make the workouts FUN! They work on different body parts everyday and just after one week I’m starting to see and feel results!! I get excited every time I walk through the doors! I also love the fact that they cater to everyone. There’s people of all ages and athletic abilities in every camp I’ve been to and I love that!!You need to try Burn Boot Camp Athens if you want a positive fun environment to get your workout on!!!
Ive been with Burn Athens for 19 months and its been an amazing journey. One of the best things Ive done for myself! The community is like no other - its full of wonderful and supportive people. Madison is an incredible trainer. She takes the time to know her clients and helps them reach their potential. Shes one in a million. The entire staff is, actually. So kind and welcoming. Burn supports the whole person - this isnt just about exercising. Its about mental, emotional, and physical strength. Its a truly special place.
Awesome concept!! Madison and Eliza the trainers are fantastic. I tried their 6 week raise the bar and 4 weeks in, I signed up for a year membership. Tons of options of class times, every day is different and the work out is awesome!!! I have done a ton of different work outs in my life and this is like having a personal trainer but in a group setting.Go give it a try! You will love it!!!
This place has changed the way that I workout! I love the camp aspect and the fact that I don’t have to come up with workouts on my own. You just show up for whichever time fits the best with your schedule that day and they have everything ready to go! I also love the fact that everyone else is in there struggling right along with you! They have one on one sessions with the trainers to help you achieve your personal goals also. I can not say enough nice things about BBC Athens! Everyone is very friendly and helpful!
Ive been working out at Burn Boot Camp Athens since it opened in October 2018. I started out just going 3-4 days a week and loved the difference it made in my mind, body and soul! Now I work out 5-6 days a week, even getting up and going to the 6:30am camps two mornings a week to fit it into my work schedule. I love that modifications are always made to help me work out to my fullest potential, especially since Im over 50 years of age! I love the encouragement I get from my Burn Sisters and for the trainers. Oh, and I love that I can workout for free ANYWHERE in the USA that has a Burn Boot Camp! NO EXCUSES!
The energy and support at this gym is second to none! From the trainers (the amazing Madison Yawn + more) to the people you work out alongside, you will find encouragement and learn how to live a healthy lifestyle and take care of your body. Plus youll feel amazing! The trainers are truly there to support you every step of the way, no matter what stage you are in. Everyone come join us!
For so long, I got so bored with going to the gym & therefore made no progress with my fitness goals. Fortunately though I found Burn and LOVE the workouts so much! They are challenging and fun all at the same time. In a short period of time I’ve toned up so much & always look forward to going! Highly recommend them. It’s worth every penny.
Burn is not your typical gym. The climate that is created by the trainers keeps you motivated. You know they truly care about all of you not just your fitness goals. It is one of the most challenging things I have ever done, but I’m having so much fun every step of the way. We all support each other!
Burn is amazing. The trainers genuinely care and push you out of your comfort zone. The camaraderie with the other members is unmatched. They celebrate your successes with you, and check in on you when you’ve missed a class or two. The trainers have me lifting weight I would have never thought I’d be able to use. I feel stronger physically, emotionally, mentally. I can’t think of a better place to workout.
Burn Athens is an AMAZING gym. I’ve been with them since their doors opened in October, and to see the progress that all of the women (and men) have made in the months since then is truly incredible. The facility is extremely clean and the staff is so welcoming and friendly! What sets Burn Athens apart from other gyms in the community is the openly inviting, encouraging, and empowering environment. It doesn’t matter if it’s your 1st camp or 100th camp, the women (and men) here WILL support and encourage you to keep moving! As I write this, I’m putting a lot of emphasis on the women of this gym for a couple of reasons. For one, the members are majority women, which is awesome! Seeing these boss ladies lift some pretty heavy weights is motivating and empowering. I know in my experience, it was discouraged for women to lift heavy. This is also why I love Burn—they empower women to become strong and confident. They don’t focus on the number on the scale. Through the included focus meetings, they monitor your nutrition and focus on bringing your body fat to a healthy range and building muscle. Additionally, this gym has got some pretty awesome women working there. The head trainer Madison is extremely friendly and always able to assist members with whatever they need. Mod-up or mod-down, she’s got you. The other trainers, Lauren and Evee, are just as awesome as her, as well as the front desk and childwatch staff. I’m so grateful I found Burn Athens. Two claps👏🏼👏🏼
My name is Howie Frankel. I am visiting here Ft. Lauderdale Fl.I joined the 12:00 upper body class. The instructor was awesome! We were doing tris with our backs to the floor. The instructor walking around and saw one of the ladies not using enough weight. It was great to see the instructor add more weight and more inspiration to her set.Anyone living in Athens and looking to up their health! This would be a great place to start.Howie
I first started Burn Boot Camp because my daughter has been doing the camp in Evans Ga. She has been totally addicted to it. I really wasn’t sure if I was ready to get out of my comfort zone and commit to a class. I agreed to “try it out since they had some free classes”. Fast forward to today.. I’ve met so many wonder people and they are constantly encouraging me and each other.. I don’t dread going to the gym and I’m even tracking my food. I feel so much stronger than ever before. I’m so glad that I have become a part of the Burn family! Thanks Madison for coming to ATHENS!!
If I could give Burn Boot Camp Athens more than 5 stars I would! I’ve never stuck with a gym or a workout routine very long, but I have been going to Burn consistently since opening in October, 2018. I look forward to going and everyone is so positive and motivating! I highly recommend looking no further than Burn Boot Camp Athens to achieve your fitness goals!
I love Burn Boot Camp! I really enjoy the personalized experience that Madison, the trainer, brings to each session. Additionally, the front desk staff is personable and make an effort to get to know everyone--which is not an experience Ive had at other gyms. Im very grateful to have found Burn Boot Camp!
Burn has helped me tremendously in my fitness journey! Although your transformation is up to you and your determination, they give you the tools to achieve your goals. With differentiated workouts every week, you target every muscle in your body. The environment is also accepting of different levels. I couldnt do a squat or pushup when I started, but your burn sisters cheer you on every step of the way. I have been constantly challenged to improve and it has dramatically improved my quality of life; 10/10 would recommend.
I feel 100% comfortable at BURN. Im encouraged to push my body to levels I never would have imaged possible, and Im killing it. The trainers are amazing and though you are in a group setting you feel like its one on one. The child watch is a game changer for me during summer months.This gym is great for all fitness levels and also offers modifications for those with injuries.
Burn Boot Camp Athens Ga is a fantastic place to get an excellent cardio and or weight work out. Also you meet such a fun friendly family of burn brothers and sisters that share the same goals and fitness desires. It is an excellent boot camp and I recommend you to try it. First camp is free they have awesome trainers and a child watch room for your littles.. come see what it’s all about and join the BURN family.
I love coming to burn!! I appreciate that no matter the workout there are always modifications if I need them, and opportunities to challenge myself as well. I have always felt welcomed and supported!! If your looking for a place you can walk into regardless of your fitness level and be encouraged, accepted, and challenged then Burn is just the place!!
This place is amazing! Madison is a great motivator. I love how she pays attention to everyones fitness levels and offers mods to the exercises for us newbies. From the moment you step foot in the place everyone is so friendly and encouraging. Its unlike any gym Ive ever been apart of and Im super excited to be apart of this group!
I absolutely LOVE going to Burn Boot camp! It has been the best decision I have made in terms of my health. I have been going 4 weeks now and have noticed my arms and legs are getting stronger and toned! I have never looked forward to exercising until I signed up for this program and now I can’t wait to go :)
I love my Athens Boot Camp. I’m a “senior citizen “ so I can’t quite do everything, but our trainers helps me out and has never fussed at me for not being 100%. And the encouragement from other team members really keeps me going. The atmosphere in camp is positive and fun. I would recommend this to any one. Even if you haven’t exercised since high school P.E.
So I started my burn boot camp journey in December of 2019 and ended in April 2020. And let me tell you while the gym was open before the Covid-19 and I was coming everyday. The ladies that your surrounded with and the trainers are just amazing. No matter what race you are everyone is so open and encourage you to be so strong and to pick up that extra weight lol. The trainers here have been so helpful and helped me find a good snack alternative for me. Which is what I struggled with. I gain muscle and lost fat. Which I am proud of. I sadly had to stop going because I couldn’t afford it currently because I had to start helping buy food and other necessities in the household due to the Covid-19. BUT when this is all over and I have the extra money I will definitely be coming back to this location! And I encourage you to deffff Try it out! You will be sore and you will feel great! We are in this together xoxox !
The atmosphere of this place and the people that work here and workout here is amazing! I always feel like Im in my second home here. I cant believe how it took me to finally try them out especially since theyre always doing a 14 day free trial!! Dont hesitate! You wont regret it 😁😁
I cannot believe I waited this long to join. The trainers are awesome and the rest of the staff are incredible as well. Everyone is so supportive. We are all in this together and working at our own pace but being pushed to what we are capable of doing. It’s been an amazing transformation to realize I can do more than I give myself credit for!

2022-08-18The vibes there are fantastic!!! The workouts are intense, but the instructors are brilliant at modifying if you need it! I get the BEST workouts Ive ever had in my life. And all of the instructors and staff are encouraging, energetic, and excellent at their craft! I cant wait to go back!

2022-02-18I have been a member of Burn since January 2021. Prior to my first camp, I had always proclaimed that I hated workouts that consisted of HIIT and cardio, that I only liked running and cycling. Much to my surprise, I fell in love with the ever changing workouts, doing strength work and mostly the sense of community and friendship that is prominent at Burn. I found a group of people that believed in me, challenged me and cheered me on. As a social worker, it makes me happy to see how much the gym does for our local community, specifically doing an Angel Tree every year for the Department of Family and Children Services and collecting food throughout the year for the children that need it while on breaks from school. If you want to find a gym with trainers that care about you and push you to do even better than yesterday and to feel a sense of community, please join us at Burn. Your first protein bar is on me.

2022-06-24I love Burn Athens! I’ve been a member for 3 years. I love that I don’t have to think about the workouts and simply have to make the decision to show up. Absolutely love the mix of strength and cardio!As a former athlete, I really welcome the challenge the trainers offer such as increasing weight or adding an extra challenge to the exercise we are doing.Big fan of the “all ages all stages” mantra at Burn. The workout can be modified to whatever you need it to be whether it be age related or injury related. They always want to help you be able to do the workout in a safe manor.One of the things they say they offer is “one-on-one training in a group setting.” This is so true! The trainers get to know you and learn your fitness level in order to push you and also modify exercises when you need it.While there are focus meetings to measure your weight, body fat %, and muscle mass, they also focus on the importance of nutrition along with consistent exercise. With this, non-scale victories (NSV) are very celebrated. A few I’ve had over the years include being able to do multiple push ups from my toes (previously could do maybe one or two with poor form), being able to do double unders, and just general increase in mobility and flexibility!Highly recommend! You can try burn out for free for 7 days!

With workout times all throughout the day, free child care, and one on one focus meetings with the trainers, you will feel so equipped to work toward becoming the best you can be. I love that each day and each workout is always different. The community of people at Burn is amazing! In no time at all you will feel connected to the amazing members that are all cheering each other on. The trainers and entire staff are the absolute best of the best! You want to try this place! I gave it a try a year ago and never stopped coming back.

They make sure they get to know each person individually and help you during each camp. 2020-03-11I absolutely love Burn Boot Camp Athens! The trainers are constantly motivating me to perform at my best and always challenging me. Its the exact environment I need to be successful in the gym! Ive never found another gym like it. The workouts are different every day and theyre fun! They keep my focus and attention because of the variety.
