Butler Tires and Wheels in other cities:
I have been taking my cars to Butler tire in Johns creek since the store opened. Courney Robb is the best in the business! They did an amazing job on a Lexus 2014 450h, 2007 Lexus LS 460, 2015 Lexus LS 460 Fsport,1991 Honda prelude( full restoration), 1994 Acura NSX, 2016 Lexus LX 570, and a 2020 Tesla Model X. They have done everything from custom wheels, Brembo brake installation, caliper painting, Electonic enigie performance enhacment, Tire/Wheel repair, Window Tinting, Brakes, alignment and tire replacement. Courtney and his crew are always super knowledgeable and fast. The store is very clean and inviting with the latest after market wheels and high performance tires. It is always fun to see the high end cars that are in the bays. It has been a pleasure to work with Courtney over the past 10 years. If you are a car enthusiast or just want honest superb service Butler Tire in Johns Creek is the best of the best.
The entire team was incredible from start to finish! My new wheels and rims are so sleek ! My new Escalade looks even more bad-A! Thanks Butler Tire for a great experience ! I’ll definitely be back!I came back! My new Escalade not only has incredible rims on it, but Butler Tire did an incredible job tinting my windows. The staff is courteous, kind, and very friendly.
I got a alignment there and when I got the car back the steering wheel wasn’t straight. I took it back the next week. They said they fixed it and the wheel was still crooked. Last night I decided to look under the car and they forgot to tighten the steering rack bolts. Thats pretty sad that I took it there twice and, they still couldn’t catch there mistake. They still charged me too. I have videos of it but google wont let me post it.
Ill never go anywhere else for wheels/tire work except for Butler tire! Austin was great with helping me with my issue. The techs were also wonderful, took great care with my vehicle and it rides perfectly now! They have a permanent forever customer! I advise not to try and save a few dollars going to the cheaper places, in the end it will cost you more, just go straight to Butler! Austin will take great care of you along with all of the technicians!Update:June 10,2022Yet another successful trip to Butler tire!Brett helped me out with another new set of tires for my car, couldnt have been better! No one treats you care better than Butler tire!
I couldnt be more pleased with Butler Tire in Alpharetta. Their level of knowledge, professionalism, tire and rim selection, and amazing customer service is nothing short of outstanding! I approached them with a few ideas on what I wanted to do with my Tacoma and they immediately knew which combination of products would fulfill that vision. The end result was jaw-dropping! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality products and exceptional service. Special thanks to Derek Nagel and the techs who really knocked it out of the park!
I wrote the website for a quote and Courtney Robb responded to all of my dozen or so emails quickly, letting me know what wheel and tire combos would fit and was able to work me into their schedule almost immediately. We were able to put a deal together by Thursday afternoon, and on Friday morning at 8am they pulled my truck in the shop. About 2.5 hours later, exactly as described, the work was complete and I am very happy with the results. I strongly recommend contacting this shop if you are in the market for aftermarket leveling/suspension/wheel or tire work. Courtney was a pleasure to work with. 👍
Not happy. They took my info and my damaged rim to get repaired. I also asked for an exact matching tire. They looked it up and said they would order it. They said they would call me when its ready. They never called. A couple weeks went by as I was busy too, but I assume my rim/tire was ready. I called them today to find they lost my order. They had my rim repaired so I assumed that included the tire as they originally agreed that they could get it. When I got there I found there was no tire. I asked that they give me a mismatch tire as a temporary, then order my exact tire and replace it once it arrived. It was not my fault they lost the paperwork and I thought that would be a reasonable solution. I did not want different noise, pulling issues or uneven ware issues from one different tire. They said the tire was conveniently now out of stock and they could not or would not order it. Im giving 2 stars as they at least fixed my rim, but they gave poor service by loosing my order then refusing to do what was right to correct the issue. At very least they could have offered a discount for there mistake, but they did not. I just left Pepboys who had the tire in stock and said they did not see that these were on backorder. Something that should have taken 30 minutes has now taken almost 2 hours of my time!
Amish, Courtney and the rest of the Butler crew not only are very friendly and always helpful, but they know exactly what theyre doing when it comes to the work so the service is always spot on. As the slogan says, they really do baby your car. In my experience its always been done right the first time, so I would recommend anyone to make this your go to wheel, tire, and more shop.
Imagine waiting 3 hours to mount 4 tires.Imagine bringing the car in right when they opened. It was the first car in the garage and they werent busy at all.Imagine trying to con me into purchasing a $300 alignment when firestone does it for $100.Imagine trying to further con me by exclaiming, but its an R8! Thats why its $300!.Imagine trying to sell me hub centric brackets for $100 when amazon sells them for $10.No apology or recognition that it took 3 hours when it should be 30-45 mins. MAYBE 1 hour and 30 minutes.Felt sorry for the only dude working on the car. Definitely underpaid. Meanwhile all the parasites on commission sat around looking at their phones while I wasted 3 hours.Since Leo left this place has gone downhill.Didnt bother complaining. I knew it would fall on deaf ears.Wont be back.Dont even bother responding Carson. Operating Partner aka you do no work yet take all the profits. Probably took a PPP loan and pocketed that as well. Prob to the tune of millions.I guess your demographics are neck tatted gold tooth rappers, athletes and old boomers. If you dont fit into that demographic, I.e., you do actual work for a living, dont come to this location.*** Edit to respond to the response from the owner***There you have it folks. Its because of the CDC guidelines that mounting 4 tires takes 3 hours now! I guess every customer that walks in the door takes 3 hours to mount 4 tires? I smell BS.Yes, I paid $195 in 2013 and then $260 in 2016. Notice how you didnt inform everyone what I paid in 2018. Either way, your response is akin to essentially stating that we conned you then, how come you wont let us continue to overcharge you now? Its because I called around and asked for quotes now, so I know the real cost. I wised up and realized what a ripoff its been. Thats what happens when you have 3 hours to spare waiting around. LOL. Charging $300 for an alignment is a con when your competitors do the EXACT SAME THING for $100. Nice try.Family owned and operated aka, our family abuses labor from peasants, pays them nothing, and we make makes millions off it. Wow, congrats. Family owned, so noble. Cotton plantations were also family owned. Keep up the brain dead talking points though.Dont worry Carson, I wont come back to any Butler Tire location. Your industry is commoditized. Since you probably dont know what that means, it means that it literally doesnt matter who puts the tires on, as long as the tires are put on and the alignment is done with the Hunter rack (that everyone has) It doesnt matter if Butler Tire does it or literally ANY other shop around. Finally, $100 was definitely the quote for the hub centric rings. It was $25 for each ring and I HAD TO BUY ALL 4, even though I allegedly needed only 2. I looked up the part on amazon for $10 for all 4. The response was yeah but what size is it? The costs ranged from $10 to $15 for the bigger sizes. Still a ripoff attempt. Still a con. Nice try again.PPP isnt just for employees. Its for the lost profit that you personally allegedly incurred. Tax money wasted on parasites who dont deserve it. (Thats you) What else is new? Give back the PPP money you stole and distribute it to your techs that you severely underpay and take advantage of.And yes, neck tatted rappers, athletes and old worthless boomers do not do real work, thats correct. I understand thats probably your demographic. Lucky for you there are plenty of brain dead rappers and athletes to go around. These are the same people that get ripped off for everything they buy and thats why most of them go broke eventually.Long story short, you overcharge for all your services. Have low pay techs do all the work, and you collect the profits for basically doing nothing. Everyone loses in that scenario but you. Customer loses, employees lose, and you win.Gonna take a hard pass on that.
Service was excellent and efficient. Went in for a tire repair (picked up a nail) and rotation. They advised me my tires will need to be replaced in the next 5k miles, so no pushy sales which I appreciated. Ill continue to go back to Butler for new tires and maintenance because I can trust their recommendations and high quality service. I dont have a high end car, but they still took excellent care of me and my car. Thank you!
I had a 2017 Jeep Rubicon lifted new tires/wheels suspension...the works. Worked with Leo and this guy is the best!! Took the time to walk me through every piece/part on it and how it works and what is for! Could not have had a better experience! Along with customer service this is the cleanest/neatest tire shop/off road dealer I have ever seen!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!
Update: Jeff does the best alignment. From a Dentist perspective that’s a big deal! Thank you.Courtney and Austin and the rest of the crew are professional, accommodating, friendly, and helpful in advising and then helping dress your ride with wheels and tires that give it the personality you desire and the longevity and comfort you need.Thank you, Dr H.
I’m a car guy. But I haven’t had a car putt of new wheels since high school. When I recently bought a used Porsche I was struggling with which wheels to buy, how the fit would work going to larger diameter wheels, and how aggressive I could make the car look while keeping it “classic” Porsche. Enter Brett. He worked hard to communicate all my options. He spent time with the wheel manufactured to ensure proper fit, and babied my wheels and car during the changeover. I could have purchased these wheels and tires elsewhere for a bit less, but wanted to reward Brett for all the hard work, and for the trust he built during the back-and-forth. “Trust me” was put to the rest and he delivered. And now, my 2002 Porsche looks as menacing and badass as I’d hoped. Without Brett handholding me through the process I’d have purchased elsewhere. Finally, all the staff at the shop were courteous and service-minded. I highly recommend them, especially for the picky “car guys” like me.
Terrific customer service and prices! They even do a detail of the rims and tires before they present the finished car. Superb reputation in the local exotics and Porsche community. I had a screw destroy one of my Michelin PS4s and had them put on a new tire. They patched the older tire for me as well and placed it in a tire bag for the trip home. Great team at Johns Creek, John Fulton and Dani Butler are outstanding!
The best evidence of how good/ reliable a business really is not necessarily when all goes well, but it is when there’s a problem.Brett at Butler provided exceptional service from start to finish, even after navigating through some difficulties with a supplier issue (Rohan Wheels that also provided “above and beyond” service as well FYI).I came to Butler after a mentor stated how good they were, and that proved to be true. Now I’m a customer for life thanks to Brett and Butler Tire.
I have been coming there for all 3 of our cars for over 10 years. I’ve gotten new tires, rotations and repairs done. They have always been wonderful and honest about what is needed. I usually am able to drop the car off for rotations, go for a run and it’s ready when I get back. Highly recommend Butler on Jones Bridge in Johns Creek GA
Hard to say, I have a truck they worked on (chrome delete) for the previous owner and the work isn’t holding up. I took it back to them and they said they don’t do that kind of work anymore and I’m left wanting more and still in need of it being fixed. I get where they’re coming from, but that doesn’t help me get it repaired.
I came by two weeks ago for air in my tires. I was told no because it was raining and they don’t want their techs going out in the rain. Ok, I can respect that. Went back today when it’s sunny and he told me it would take 30 minutes so the could check me in and pull me into the bay. Pick a story. Customer service does not appear to be their thing. My 4 cars and I will not be back.
I needed my rotors resurfaced on our 2014 ES350, the dealer was too, busy, and way to expensive, another company wanted $300! We called butler after seeing them and talking to a few of their people at a past auto show. And the service was great, fast and at a good rate. Looking to more work performed by them.
Awesome customer service from the manager Courtney Robb. Very detail service professionals. They cleaned not only the wheels that were getting new tires, but also the wheels that were not being serviced. I’ve have never had service like that. I am a customer for life. If your tire and wheel service isn’t treating your car with that kind of care, you need to change to the pros at Butler Tire and Wheels.
After wasting time and money at other tire stores, I discovered Butler Tire. I have been going there for years. Its the only place to take your car if you want things done right the first time. They treat you with respect no matter whether your car is a Lamborghini or a Toyota.
We just had our car serviced with Butler Tires in Johns Creek. Brett was our service advisor. We have been having vibration since we put the new tires and wheels on it. Other shops were unable to get the issue handled. Brett and his team knocked it out of the park. The Yukon drives like a dream.
I recently came home on military leave from Virginia to visit my family and needed a set of tires for my lifted 2015 Ford F-150. I called Butler Tire and spoke with Bryan on the phone about ordering a set of tires and he was so helpful! I was able to get my tires faster than expected and he truly went out of his way to make sure the process went smoothly. I also found out he served in the Army and was happy to hear he loved helping out the Vets! Thanks Bryan and I will be back with my wifes car when she needs new rims and tires.
Brett was absolutely on point! We needed a wheel for a client to replace his damaged one and match the other three on his 2007 Mercedes with aftermarket wheels. No name on the wheels just manufacturer marking numbers. He was able to match it up while I was on the phone and had it shipped to our company the next day. Apparently it was one of the last two in the states.Excellent job!Excellent service!Excellent pricing! Thanks Brett!-Marc
First time customer and had fantastic service! Brett was super helpful, recommended what would be best for my Honda and my budget, which I really appreciated! I would absolutely recommend Brett & Butler Tires and Wheels to my friends and family. Trustworthy and customer service unmatched! I will definitely return with other vehicles!
Used them several times but never again. A big part of why I choose a tire place is that they will air me up whenever I need it. Today they used some excuse about not being able to air up without bringing it in the building which they cant do because they have a stack of people ahead of me. This is to put air in a tire mind you. Youve lost my impending brake and rotor job and all 3 of my familys vehicles business permanently.
Dont spend your money at Butler tire Alpharetta: Poor customer service: The sales representative name Courtney has a bad attitude if you have questions about products and services and quality of parts he acts like he is doing you a favor as if you are anoying ahim. Also the other representatives dont acknowledge people when you enter the building.
I had an amazing experience working with Courtney at Butler. I told him what I was looking for in rims for my new car, and he immediately shot back awesome ideas. They had my car done within hours, and I’m extremely happy with them. He even helped me out when I accidentally scratched one of my rims. They fixed it with no charge. Would recommend to anyone!
Quick, professional, efficient! Worth every penny.I went to two different shops for alignment and they could not do anything with my car! One shop looked at my ride and said it was too complicated to do! At Butler they got me in and out in under an hour. The results are spectacular. My car is track ready! I will definitely come back.Highly recommend them!
This location never dissapoints. Courtney the manager does an ecellent job at paying attention to the needs of his patrons. The staff is always friendly when I need to come by and have something address. I came in to have air put in a tire this morning and luckily the young man told me I should not drive as it was dangerously low. They were able to replace my tire in a reasonable amount of time and had me on my way. #Rockstarbehavior
Butler Tire has been my one stop shop for over 10 years. They provide excellent customer service and beyond exceptional quality work. The few times I have brought my vehicles to any other local shop, I’ve always encountered some sort of issue (even brake failure😳.) With Butler, issues simply don’t exist. They take great care of the customers and always ensure the best of the best. I highly recommend going to see Courtney at Butler Tire in Alpharetta. He’s been there from the start. He has always been more than delighted to help me out and fit my needs, even at the last minute. Other than the quality service performed at this establishment, HE is the reason I keep coming back. I wouldn’t recommend anywhere else in the area.
I have never had a shaking steering wheel at 60mph until i had Butter Tires put rims & tires on my car. They changed out my Continental tires to Michelin Sports plus and that made it better and tolerable. I came back for the 5000mile rotation but on the way home it started shaking again. Now their telling me that when they spin the wheel you can see that its bent. I asked if i could see it and i was told that i wouldnt be able to notice if its bent and i should spent $500 to replace it. Now i have to go elsewhere for second option and spend more money. Ive had a shaking steering wheel from day 1 of their installation and the Michelin Sport plus tires just made it tolerable...now im supposedly at fault for bending the rim when my steering wheel has always been shaking since the installation.
This is the best place in the Atlanta are for your wheels and tires! They carry every single tire and wheel you can imagine and their customer service is top notch! I couldnt have had any of a better experience working with Brett. Happy to have my go to spot for all of my wheel and tire needs.
I highly recommend Butler Tires in Alpharetta. I recently purchased a new set of rims and tires for an upgrade. They looked absolutely stunning! The team was professional. Their quality of work was among the best. And, they delivered the best customer care. Big Thanks to Leo! He was the best!
Derek was awesome! We brought our 06 Infiniti here for routine tire maintenance. While they were performing the work, they identified part of the brake system that was about to fail that we didnt know about. They gave us a very competitive price to do all of the work, and we were done in about the same time! They were also able to do a more accurate alignment than the previous shop, which made a world of difference in the vehicles ride! Very educated staff, very courteous. Will recommend to friends!
I recently ordered a set of custom wheels and Bryan at Butler Tire (John’s Creek) has not been anything short of amazing! From the initial ordering, Bryan has provided excellent service detailing the process in its entirety. When the wheels were close to being shipped from over seas, Bryan updated me with information from the time the wheels were the leaving the dock to the time they arrived on the container in Miami. He provided me with straightforward and honest responses to any question I had, which is a must for me in customer service. He also went the extra mile to accommodate me on the wheel installation process. Bryan just earned a customer for life! 👍🏽
Great place! Took my wife’s car for wheel alignment (after few good years without it), came back, and Max told me the car was aligned well already and shared the report. They rotated the tires, cleaned them, and canceled most of the charge. Reliable and trustworthy! They could easily tell me the alignment was done and charge full price. Max was so nice start to end - so what can I say? Very recommend. Now on - it’s Max the great!Alpharetta branch BTW
Ive purchased several sets of tires from Butler and have been reasonably satisfied with their service on all occasions except for one. Normally, my view is everyone has an off day, so I try not to judge on one bad experience. However, I stopped in yesterday to have some brake work done on a classic car and was considering a new set of wheels and tires at the same time. We looked through a catalogue and selected a wheel and the sales guy placed a call for the price. after a few minutes he said, good news, they have them in stack and we can get them in a day or two and the price isnt that bad......only $750.00 per rim! At first I thought he was joking......then I thought he was quoting a price for (4) rims and he said no, thats the price for ONE rim.....no tire, just one rim. He said that was normal for this high end type of wheel. Needless to say I was shock at that price and said lets just focus on the brakes for now. He agreed and took my contact info and said he would email me a price quote for the brake work that afternoon. As you can imagine, I never received that quote. So, I went on line and got a price for the same rim and the highest quote was $173.00. In fact there was only one rim by US Mag that was slightly over $200.00. Bottom line, is Butler doesnt want to do business with anyone unless they can charge 300% more than market price to Sell the product. Looks to me like they just feed on the wealthy Folks that dont care what they pay. I guess if they can do that and stay in business, more power to them, but to all you normal, cost conscious consumers out there, beware of Butler Tire!
Courtney Robb was amazing. I entered a question regarding Porsche wheels on line. He responded with options and fair prices immediately. He personally supervised the installation of the wheels. Service was terrific I would recommend anyone to Courtney and Butler Tire.
I had a great experience at Butler Tires Alpharetta working with Leo and the guys. They are really knowledgeable and trustworthy. I have complete confidence in them to do the job right and take personal interest in helping you get what you are looking for. Leo really made me feel like he was excited about the work I was looking to get done on my Jeep. And after shopping the competition, there was no question in my mind where I should get the work done. I will be referring my friends to Butler Tires whenever I have the opportunity.
I was referred to Leo @ Butler Tires and Wheels by a very good friend of mine. I specifically stated that I am looking for a mechanic with a brain and a soul. I am very pleased with the repair I received, the excellent customer service provided, and the attention to detail for the repairs on my Jeep. I highly recommend Leo and Butler Tire and Wheels! They are really great and truly care about their customers safety and satisfaction!
Great experience, qualified professionals. Took my fiances 2015 BMW here for tires. Worked with Hiro, and Derek. Both well informed and professional, got a great deal on both tires and road-hazard warranty. They also did full service rotate/balance/align. The car felt factory new after. Will be using them again!
I’ve been going to Butler for years. I love everyone there but Courtney by far is the best. He has always been helpful with any questions I may have. But most importantly he’s always helped me pick the best wheels for my vehicles! I’m obsessed with the new wheels he chose for my Jeep. I’ve been getting so many compliments!!!! Thank you...
Brett Polsin has helped me with my 97 Dodge Ram 1500 multiple times. He helped me select tires, wheel spacers, and new front suspension. The truck is running great and looks better than it ever has all thanks to Brett. Excellent service! I definitely recommend Brett and Butler Tire to all my friends.
Another local tire dealer in the area was unable to get my truck aligned properly after two attempts. Finally took it to Butler Tire, and they nailed it the first time. They even provided a printout of how far off the alignment was prior to the procedure. This is a top notch shop run by professionals. I highly recommend them.
The guys were simply amazing.I spoke to a person on the phone in regards to putting nitrogen into my tires and he gave me a quote which was honored when I entered the store. The amount of time that it took was just as he stated on the phone. The car was brought around to the door in the rain so that I could get in easily. The staff are professional courteous and eager to assist.
Ive been bringing our vehices to Courtney Robb for years. Excellent prices and they know how to handle rear alignment on BMWs! Incredible wheel selection. Theyve taken expert care of years of different BMWs, Lexus, Lifted Jeeps and others. No one is better. Fast too. They even clean up your wheels.
Jarret was my contact at the Alpharetta location. I myself am a longtime car guy, and I can say Ive never had a better experience at any tire shop . I had custom wheels going on my restoration project and specific tires were going to be hard to find. Not only did Jarret find them but they arrived faster than any other store I was checking with. As far as knowledge and customer service Jarret wasn’t lacking in either area. Top notch care ! Installation.... I’ve never been in a tire shop work area that had rubber flooring throughout that was also just as clean as the showroom ! Skill level and workmanship in the shop was top notch, these are car guys themselves and they do know what they’re doing, they even refreshed one of my wheel stud threads ! For the last step of installation they clean both wheel and tire and throw a little tire protectant on ! Jeff the alignment person is the best in the biz, with years of experience he set my 260z up perfect with correct amount of camber and adjustments.
My husband and I were in town to purchase a vehicle and we stopped here to look at a set of tires & rims for our 2013 BMW M3. The staff is wonderful & customer service was outstanding. We brought our car in on a Monday morning and a few hours later we had an awesome set of wheels that looked amazing on the car and were in our price range. Thank you Butler Tire & Wheels Alpharetta!
Before and after, thanks to butler tire they brought my brakes back to looking alive and vibrant! All after helping me with a subframe issue that 3 other shops told me they couldnt help me with! I had a shifted subframe that several “euro” shops said they couldnt fix and id need a new subframe but butler had me covered! They tacked the brake calipper painting on for an excellent price these people really care for your car! Hands down #1 place to get anything wheels tires, suspension, etc. done in Atlanta if you care about your car. (On a side note i love the transparency of letting us look right into the garages from the lobby so we can see whats being done to our cars).
I recently visited this business to purchase tires & rims for my car. Customer service exceeded any expectations. Bryan assisted me and answered all questions thoroughly. I just recently purchased another car, I know where I will go to buy my next round of tires and possibly new rims. Bryan has a customer in me!
I had ordered some shocks and springs 6 years ago and one ended going bad. Come to find out that these specific shock had a lifetime warranty and Butler (Kris) was able to locate the only one in the country (Bilstein was in the process of moving their factory and I could have ended up waiting months) and had them in my hands in a matter of days. I really appreciated them to do hard work even though they knew they were not going to be paid for the service. That is genuinely honest service in my eyes.
Terrible experience and truly awful customer service. My vehicle was with these guys for 6 hours for wheel balancing. After I picked up the car, the same issue reported was not fixed.Took it back and this guy called Courtney tells me he would take another look it at but he didn’t and my car was not fixed on the second attempt. Called again and rude Courtney hung up the phone on me. They took my hard earned money and did not repair my car. Please run away from Butler Tires in Alpharetta. Terrible People. Terrible Service. Thieves!!!
Back story: My aunt came here to get new tires as well as an alignment on her H2 back in November. She heard that this place was skilled in alignments for Hummers.Present time, I drove the Hummer and noticed that the alignment was out of place. Now from the time that she got it aligned to now, which is 7 months, she has driven the Hummer no more than 3,000 Miles as a Hummer is not an every day vehicle. And where she lives, in the John Creek area, the roads are well developed just like the area in general. Therefore, the alignment should not already be messed up.I contacted Butler about possibly getting the alignment fixed for a cheaper price because I feel like the quality work was poor. And they were telling me I had to come out of pocket for another full priced alignment. This is ridiculous because for a shop that specializes in this type of alignment to do a poor quality job and attempt to say that the road conditions are to blame is absurd. I drive a truck myself and where I live, which is Dekalb County, the roads are filled with potholes and such and I have not gotten an alignment since the time I did it last year. I’ve driven sedans and other SUVs as well and I have never encountered that problem. For them to say that the road conditions knocked the alignment out that easily is ridiculous.I do not recommend Butler Tires and Wheels for any services for that reason. If you say you are skilled and specialized, then your alignment job should not be knocked out that easily. Especially since the Hummer was not driven a lot and that the area that it drives around is way more developed than where I stay.Update: I went to a shop that specializes in only commercial wheel services to re do the alignment for the Hummer. They lifted up my car and immediately I saw that the bottom rig was out of place. Butler completely ignored this fact and did not notify my aunt. I had to replace my outer rods, inner rods, middle assembly, idle arm, and pitman arm for my Hummer. It was way more than an alignment problem. All in all Butler charged me $95 for a botched alignment job and also seemed to not know anything about a car as they did not mention anything about the replacement parts for the cars. Claims to be professional, but it’s just a name without any skills. They wanted to charge me another $95 for an alignment just so I can come back again and again. Terrible establishment
I usually love butler tire, but this time was a little disappointing. While this location was much more efficient getting my truck in and completed, the service came up short. I purchased new tires for my truck (the exact tire that I had previously bought from them), so the product is great. After leav!!!!!!ing, I noticed that the tires were only inflated to half the recommended psi. I called, and the sales person said that it should balance it out. It didnt, so I went back the next day and they fixed it. However, the tpms was not adjusted. Butler has been great in the past, but today wasnt. The tires arent cheap and usually the service justifies the cost, Im just disappointed with the service this time.
I took my Mustang in for a vibration issue that I have had since purchasing the car. Butler inspected my rims and found that one was bent. I took the car to a rim repair facility to have that corrected and then back to Butler for balancing and indexing since some vibration was still noticeable, especially at higher speeds. Butler took their time to answer my questions, showed me their concerns, and most importantly they took their time to do my balance right. I drove the car to another state this afternoon to see how it performs and high speeds and I am one very HAPPY lady! She no longer feels like an old truck at 80 mph. My husband is an ASE Master Certified Tech and is generally the only person I allow to touch my vehicles. However, he recommended Butler to me due to his time constraints, and they have certainly earned my trust! Thanks Butler Tire - Alpharetta
I had work done on my 2004 nissan 350z. Had my rims balanced and my car aligned. No problems. They DID let me know beforehand that one of my rims was bent but I proceeded to let them work on my car anyways. I recommended these guys to a number of my friends including most recently my brother in law and he dropped a lot of money to replace 4 tires, align the car, and balance the rims. However, they did not mention to him (unlike myself and close friends) that the front RIM was bent and the balancing would be off. Had he known this he would not have invested so much money on the work done ($1000 + ). Hes now had to purchase a front RIM to not wear out the tires due to their LACK of customer service. You guys lost a customer and a lot of close contacts for life. We will not be returning here.
I no longer recommend this business. Courtney the manager is extremely rude. I made a purchase of over $1300 and he threatened to tow my car after 1 week when I had to travel and go out of town for business. We spoke and I told him I was at a business conference. He then randomly shared my personal business with a stranger. He is unprofessional and after being a customer for more than 10 years, spending thousands of dollars on our luxury cars there, we will never give our business to this establishment again. Its very unfortunate that they dont appreciate long term customers. When I asked for the corporate number, he refused to give it to me and he refused to give me the owners name.
I have a 2012 Camaro with aftermarket wheels that had vibrations at highway speeds. I took it in back in December 2016 for a high speed balance but instead of taking my money they advised me to wait and buy new front tires first because they would need to be replaced shortly and would have to do the high speed balance all over again. ($30/wheel) This saved me money in the long run. I finally purchased new front tires (not from Butler) and brought them in February 2017 for the service requested. The car came back with my brake calipers cleaned, tires shined, and wheels looking like new and finally the shake above 55mph gone. Youre going to pay more here than anywhere else but it is worth the money to have it done right with top of the line equipment...plus youre almost guaranteed to see a Lamborghini or other high dollar car being worked on next to yours which is cool.
Ive used Butler Tire for several years and drive past dozens of tire shops to get there. They are the only company I trust with my vehicles. Ive had other tire shops damage my wheels, scratch paint, get grease everywhere, botch the alignment, improperly inflate tires, and I even had a big name tire shop drop a work truck off a lift. I dont have to worry when I go to Butler Tire.
Butler Tire is definitely the place to go to get the best in wheels and tires for your car, My Man Courtney is my go to guy for all my rides, he knows what I like and always provides great service. The only place I do business with for wheels, tires, brakes...Courtney most recently hooked up my LC 500 with some Savini SVF wheels...HOT
I had a nail in my tire and asked them to fix. Had bought the tires here in past. They examined the tire as well as all four tires and found the screw had not penetrated the tire. A no charge was issued. They refilled any tires requiring air and if I went. Quick, polite and courteous.
I was there to get all new tires and wheels on my 2001 PT Cruiser. I had a GREAT experience, even though I had to wait a little longer than normal, Leo (A GREAT HELP!!) made sure to let us know what was going on at all parts of the process. I will definitely be back!
The people were knowledgeable and the service was way beyond the normal experience. They indexed the tires to balance them, filled with nitrogen to the correct preshure, used a torque wrench to mount the tires, and wiped the rims after service. This is the correct way to do the job. I live in Lilburn and will travel there whenever I need service. They do it right the first time, actually saves time. I have told a lot of people about them as it is rare to get this level of service. Very Impressed...
Im not the type to take time oout of my schedule to write a review but in this case i,had to give credit where cedit is due. I Have worked with Dani and Courtney for years. Have gotten wheels and tires from them at the best prices I could finD. Even when i was stuck in the middle of nowhere with a blown tire they had the tire shipped to me faster then anyone and destroyed all,the quotes Ive gotten. Extremely knowledgeable Staff and they provide services and suggestions that you need and not just to make a quick buck. I consider them like family and they treat me like one too. Always takes care of all my referrals. They even give me their personal cell phone numbers to make sure im taken care of evem after hours. Ive been to the competition before and i to name drop but pep boys just screwed me over and made me buy tires when i still had decent life in the. If you need tires or wheels butler and their staff are the guys who knows the business. Finding an honest tire shop is as important as finding an honest mechanics. Thanks again, guys for getting my wheels and tires out to me in Alabama in record time!!! Even though I dont live in Georgia anymore they are still my local tire shop no matter where in,the country i am. Keep up the good work guys!!! Ill be getting that new M4 soon so Ill need your services again real soon!
After going to a discount big box chain and waiting three weeks for wheels that ultimately never fit my vehicle, I went to Butler in Alpharetta and I wish I had from the onset. I was immediately assisted upon arriving by Hiro, an honest and knowledgeable expert whose passion is obvious- great customer service and tire/wheel know how. He listened to my needs and preferences while still sharing his vision and thoughts on what would look great on my car. To my amazement, he was able in three hours deliver an awesome product- my already great looking new car is now even more distinct with new wheels and tires. Hiro offered me an Uber ride so I could even enjoy my morning with the kids at the park and sent me a photo of my vehicle to let me know it was ready. And guess what, pricing was competitive with the tire guys I first went to and wasted time with as they didnt have the knowledge that Butler leverages for its customers to get it right the first time. Hiro and team at Butler @Alph...Job well done and thanks again!
If you are looking for a shop that will treat your car like a baby like you do, look no further. I have personally had two of my cars get wheels and tires mounted and balanced here over the past 3 weeks. One is a Scion FRS and the other is a Lexus GS F. No matter what type of car it is, they treat it like an exotic. You wont have to worry about a scratch on your new wheels here! The wheel techs are awesome and the team inside keep you informed. Both cars got a set of Vossen Wheels making the car look a step above the rest! Thank you Dani and Courtney!
The Team at Butler Tire in Alpharetta are Great. Brought my Jeep in from Jasper, Ga. Leo was AWESOME! He went over the tires and wheels that would best suit my Jeep! This is the only place to shop for Wheels and Tires. Leo was the Best. Thank you for the Great Service!
I heard that Butler was great but they bead sealed my tire due to small air leak. They said sometimes the run flats dont seal well, that if it leaks I need to buy a new tire. It still leaked, stopped at a hole in the wall tire store & a kid shows me my wheel was warped on the balance machine. Bought a new wheel problem solved. But a new tire to go on my warped wheel, yeah right.
My 2005 Carrera developed a slow leak in the RR tire The tires were Conti DWSs.I was hoping to patch the tire and eek one more winter from this set. I decided if the leak was unpatchable or other reasons cropped up, Id just go with 4 of the latest Michelin Pilot SSs. They are in somewhat short supply and Butler seems to have remarkable abilities to keep these in stock! I work in Alpharetta and knew of Butler thru my indy mechanic. I also heard they use the superior Road Force balancers.I first spoke to Hiro via telephone. He offered several options: 1. Patch if can be done safely. 2. Two new rears of a mfgr compatible with Conti fronts. 3. He also offered a used set of 4 Pirelli P0s with ~75% of tread left at a very readonable price. 4. My original MPSS thought. Hiro was off the day I arrived to have the tire checked.Derek assisted me at the desk. He and the techs immediately found the small nail leak and it was patchable but we all observed some increased wear in the inboard portions of the tread. the LR had a little cupping. It looked like Id need an alignment regardless. Derek did not push for the big $$ sale. He stated yes, these tires Could go 1-2k more miles if I decided to patch.Well since this set was getting to be 7+ years old as well I decided to just go with the Michelins at a very competitive price. The alignment included a very understandable graphic that showed the extent it was out of alignment. It adjusted nicely and was all done well before lunch. No drama, no high pressure, no upselling. I very rarely have such experiences. Ive often wondered if I had a covert sign on me that said can be a sucker. Not these guys. They are obviously technically competent but with zero arrogance/attitude. Just good folks who treated me with respect and they treated my car as if it were theirs. You hear rumors of this all the time but its refreshing to experience it first hand.So maybe the best thing I can say is they met and exceeded all expectations. Truly a first class outfit. Most importantly, the tires and alignment are fantastic. My first experience with high performance Michelins. Money well spent!
My cousin asked me to go with him to get his car aligned. Someone at his work recommended this place. The atmosphere is good. I like that you could see your car getting worked on from the waiting room. Overall the service is good, but what came at the end had me wondering about the work ethics. When they were done, the front-counter guy told my cousin that some of the tires were low on tread, like dangerously low, like there is wire showing, and that they actually have that size tire in stock with the Toyo brand. I had just put tires on the car less than a month ago and there was no way they were dangerously low and wire showing. I told my cousin to not get tires. He paid for the alignment, we went out to the lot. I checked the tires and told my cousin that the guy was full of it. I told my cousin that most likely the tech told the counter guy that they looked a bit low on tread, and well the counter people were trying to make a sell was using scare tactics. And of course of all brands he was trying to sell us Toyo. Nothing wrong with the brand, but they are pushing this brand a lot these last few months and I imagine that they get a good commission for selling Toyo brand tires. Again, nothing wrong with the Toyo brand.Good job counter guy, you made my cousin not want to go get service there anymore.
If you need someone that is dedicated to a customer then ask for John Fulton. I recently had a 6.5 lift put on my Nissan Titan as well as new 35s and wheels. John really went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and that the job was taken care of correctly. I had a couple issues with the manufacturer of the lift I put on and John made sure to research and correct the issues. John even worked on his day off to make sure I got my truck back when I wanted it. It is very rare to find dedicated employees that arent worried if they are working off the clock. The trust factor is so important especially when your knowledge of your truck/car isnt so great. I hope Butler Tire realizes what a dedicated worker they have in John Fulton.
I am a new lifelong customer with Butler Tire thanks to an outstanding employee you have at the Alpharetta location and due to the discount pricing and excellent service! I needed to purchase special size Michelin summer tires for my Porsche and was unable to find anyone who stocked them. Someone referred me to Butler Tire and Derek Nagel could not have been more knowledgeable or helpful in assisting me. He quickly located the tires in stock and went over the special care that Butler takes with Porsches to ensure there is no damage done to the expensive wheels during installation. Butler carries a tremendous inventory and has tires many other locations do not carry or have in stock and sells them at discounted prices. Derek Nagel is very knowledgeable about German cars in general and completely appreciates the extra concerns that Porsche owners have when leaving their vehicles for service. I was completely sold by his obvious enthusiasm and genuine pride with working at Butler Tire and also by his thorough knowledge of what needed to be done. He makes his customers feel assured and confident about doing business at Butler Tire. Thank you for employing an employee such as Derek who is the very definition of excellence!
Hiro and the team at Butler Tire are great, it is nice to do business at a place that recognizes the importance of customer service. I live in Birmingham and special ordered hard to find wheels and tires through Butler. Hiro kept me informed thru shipment and delivery of the wheels and the install could not have gone any better.
I recently bought a new car and wanted to change the oem wheels with something more.I visited Butler Tire (Alpharetta) and met with Hiro and Leo. I asked them for recommendations and they guided me really well as to what will be the best option for my car. Both of them are really knowledgeable about every detail of custom wheels. Leo answered all my questions and made sure I was satisfied till the time I left with a big smile on my face. They have a huge variety of custom wheel brands, including Lexani, Vossen, Savini etc. Recommend this place for anyone who is looking to put some great wheels on their cars.
I have 2015 Camaro Ss 1le and it comes with 285/35ZR20. It is very hard to find these sizes of tires so I did my research and found this place. I talked to Leo he has pretty much knowledge about all the cars. He suggested me right tires based on my needs. I am daily driver and I usually dont take my car on tracks or drag races. And I told him all my needs and he suggested me all season Bfgoodrich comp2 A/S tires. And second thing I was worry about wheels scratches while mounting new tires. He assured me that they will take care of them. I just got my new tires today and everything went so smooth and No scratches and no dent on wheel. And they also check if I need alignment. And my car alignment was good so they suggested not to do it. Overall these guys knows what they are doing plus they always give you honest advice.
Awesome service decided to use local rather than internet and glad I did the tires I would of ordered would of been an issue and the rims but Butler tires and wheels set me up with something that works with looks and performance and if any issues they will take care of it with a lifetime rotation free definitely do business again.
Dont go to Butler Tire!!! After they refused to patch a runflat with a nail in it, they removed the nail and released whatever pressure was left in the tire. Then without telling me what they did, they remounted the tire and let me ride on a completely flat tire off their lot after I declined their $1800 sales pitch to replace the 4 tires. I will never take my 3 BMWs there again. Furthermore, their prices are absolutely insane. I priced out the same service (to install 4 of another retailers tires) and they jacked the price up from $140 to $180 to $290 within a matter of months. I finally went to NTB to mount the tires for $80, no hassles, and no dings or scratches on the wheels.
They damaged my chevy silverado putting a lift kit on it, and then dropped it off at a chevy dealership to try to have it fixed and stuck me with the bill, refusing to pick the vehicle up. They to date have not fixed my truck and my truck now cannot be operated due to the damage caused by the lift kit installation done by them. I would for sure not recommend you use them for a lift kit, they talk bad about the competition and then screw up themselves
I called Butler Tire for a wheel and tire package for my Corvette, I was promised a quote that day via text or email. I didnt receive one so I called back the next day.I was contacted by Leo via text, sent 2 pictures, I said yes to one and no to the other. No follow through and no quote.I will not beg you to take my money.
I had a good set of tries but butler tries and wheels said I had knots in them I bought another set of tries from them very over price so the problem continue so it was a wheel bearing so I left a review they reached out to me an said lets fix it their way of fixing it was for me to spend money so I can receive a discount not any of my money back mind you I bought a set of tries when I had good ones from start so as I reached out to them to see if he Danny butler would keep his word I was pond off to someone who was very rude an rushed off the phone and never responded to so its all smiles until you spend ur money good luck bc once they have ur money they turn into different ppl.. now that I left this review I received a rude text messages from Danny butler
Tried to speak to these guys at a local car show, short guy with a beard wouldn’t give me the time of day. He should have asked about the car they were going on....missed a few thousand dollar sale. I know people seem to love these guys for high end wheels, but based on that service, I wouldn’t use them.
They seem a little pretentious or arrogant here except, for what I expect to be a newer employee named John who was super helpful and kind. Plus they couldnt find wheels for my car when other tire shops like Discount Tire could? That being said I love everyone very much 🙏
Very disappointed in the customer service. Went in to look at tires and there was a car parked across the handicapped spot. Went in and said the car was parked illegally as it had no tag. Was informed it was a half a million dollar car twice, so I guess a handicapped person like myself can park some where else. Left without even looking at tires as the car was more important than my business.
When there to balance and road force my wheels wasnt perfect after finish Still have vibration return a week later only to told that one of my hub ring is missing that is why there is still a vibration went online purchase the hub ring only to find out nothing is missing off my wheel the wheels just didnt balance properly at first anyway customer service is very friendly am just a little bit disappointed

2022-07-19Brett did such a good job on my Subaru Outback, completely changing its appearance & most importantly driving characteristics.I brought my wifes Hyundai Sonata Sport in to have him straighten out the hack job Global Tires had done. He got rid of all the vibration in the ride. Her car seems so much more planted & composed, its actually fun to drive now.

2022-04-21Dani, Brett and the rest of the team at Butler tire did an outstanding job at helping me choose the correct lowering springs and spacers for my Porsche 911. Options were given, and I did not feel pressured in any way to move outside of my project budget. I went with TechArt and could not be happier with the look and feel of the ride. Aware of the possible delays in delivery due to the supply issues with, the set expectations up front on when to expect delivery of the parts. Once the parts arrived Brett was quick to get me on the schedule to get the parts installed. I was extremely pleased with the work performed and the customer experience. Will definitely come back to Butler. Checkout @carpesecundum on IG for more pictures.

2021-12-23Ive had several sets of wheels and tires on different cars I own and never bought a set from Butler tires in Alpharetta until now and my experience with David Martinez was excellent. Hes new to the team but he goes above and beyond to make your buying experience pleasant. They have a great variety of wheels and they suggest the best look for your car with no pressure. After my purchase I will definitely keep my business with Butler tire and suggest them to my friends and family. Thanks!

2022-01-19Had a great experience overall. Courtney was awesome, patient and very helpful in helping me determine the wheels and tires set I needed. Thank you Courtney!!! The set arrive in fast time, just as Courtney indicated and I was in and out the same day the set arrived for install. Super stocked with the result. Everybody there was very nice and from conversations I’ve overheard with other customers and based on my experience with Cortney (as well as for the other cars I’ve seen there) all are very knowledgeable. A+++. Will def return there once I need a new set! Highly recommended…👍🙂👍🙂

2022-02-11It’s very hard today to find a shop that takes care of your car. Especially high performance cars. Butler isn’t the cheapest but they are the best and you get what you pay for. I have full confidence in their quality and attention to detail. If you have a high performance car that is important to you - this is the only place to go in town for tires.

2022-05-20We’ve used Butler twice now. Once we got 4 wheels and tires and then just yesterday we got 2 back tires and alignment for another car. The service is great, everyone that works there are friendly. The prices are reasonable and we get quality products and service. We will absolutely be returning when we need tires and wheels.

2022-02-11Good service. Good quality of work on the alignment. Made the appt with Courtney, but the odd thing was I was never actually introduced to Courtney. I figured out who he was, and it looked like he was too busy for just an alignment. Was told 120 for the alignment on the phone, and when I checked out they tried to charge 140, but after learning 120 was what I was told, they adjusted it accordingly. Good, not outstanding. Will probably have my techs at the dealership I work at do it in the future. Seems like one of those places that the more you spend with them, the better they treat you. Which is a shame.

2021-12-31Brett was great helping me choosing the right wheel/tire setup for my wife’s X3M. I would definitely recommend Butler Tire for wheels, tires and suspension needs.

2022-06-18Happy with my wheels but There was some deception.Courtney helped me choose and complete the order for the rims and installation . Paid 1600.00. He was helpful. The following Friday I came in to get rims on.Brett helped. Asked did I need an alignment in addition to service. I specifically said “No”. I then asked for clarification as my Lexus is new and he said he would let me know if needed and the cost is $149. I said that cost was not an issue at the time but he was to let me know before hand.Car was finished and upon completion with Korey , he said I had a balance of $179 for the alignment. I was confused because I had just went over this with Brett, who was on the phone and he was to let me know.I proceeded to ask Korey about the alignment cost on the Sales sheet and any questions I asked, he appeared to be very defensive. I asked his name, and he pointed to his name card, gave me the papers and wished me well.I did not feel the personable customer service the second time I came in and was not heard when I attempted to ask about the discrepancy. I was brushed off. I was not told about an alignment as promised. The work order sheet said my odometer is 7675. My odometer is 2395.I am happy with my wheels but not the way it was handled in the end. Courtney was helpful with my order but he was no there in the end.

2022-03-28Courtney has always taken care of me. I’ve done at least a half dozen tire and wheel packages over the years and he has never steered me wrong. In fact one time he wasn’t sure about the ride of a certain tire brand on the F150 and after driving it for two days I was not happy with the tires and the ride so they switched it out no problem. Another time they did a tire in wheel package on my Tesla. When I got home the front tire went completely flat. He sent a team to My house and took care of the problem immediately. He also hooked me up with the first to market HRE champagne wheels on my GT3.
