Cafe Mozart Bakery in other cities:
I like Mozart! I’ve always come to this location ever since I was in high school. I’ve been working next door for 8 years now and I still come here at least twice a week. Their coffee is fresh, their drinks are good but a little overpriced to be honest. Their pastries are on point. The young male cashiers can be a little rude sometimes no idea why. But the ladies that work the register are always welcoming and more attentive. I do recommend this place for a quite and relaxing coffee break by yourself or with someone else.
We recently bought my wifes birthday cake here and it was stale and old. Kinda ruined the birthday celebration but I thought Id give them another chance. Today I went in and their walnut roll cake sitting on the shelf had mold on it. I will never trust this business again. Inspectors need to shut this place down.
My wife and I love the pastries and cakes here! I usually get the fruit cream cakes for special occasions like birthdays and graduations and we are never disappointed. The quality is exceptional and weve never had bad customer service here unlike some of the negative reviews. Overall we would recommend this place to anyone looking for quality cakes.
The place was very clean and well organized. The labels of all the desserts were readable and the menu was very chic. There were two employees in the front, one making drinks/packing cakes and the other was ringing customers up. The one that was making drinks had a I dont want to be here attitude which was very apparent. The cashier though was polite enough. Overall the place was nice.
I love the bread of this place I don’t mind paying for coffee but Being charged $5 per a small coffee is absolutely ridiculous I just visited this place on 1/2/2022 and I was charged 10 for 2 small coffees is not right to me is over priced on coffee not even Starbucks charged you for a regular coffee I meant regular coffee. I won’t ever come back to this place. Ever
This is our go-to bakery whenever we are having a special occasion, such as birthdays, graduation, baby shower...or when we just have friends over! Cakes are very tasty, natural, authentic...simply amazing. I had people ask where we get our cakes because they are just that good and impressive. Even those who do not normally like sweets love a piece of a Mozart cake. They are not overly sweet and taste light and delicious. I love their fruit cream cake, cheesecake, and was pleasantly surprized by their sweet potato cake (usually not a fan of sweet potatoes). The decor of this place is very appealing to an eye, all the details are meaningful and the atmosphere is very plesant and calming. Great spot for a date or to meet a friend for some coffee, or even for just some alone time in peace and quiet. Service is good too. Never had their bubble or milk teas but after reading reviews...really want to try these!!
Went there to get drinks and my friend ordered a pineapple bubble tea. When she received her order, it was instead a pineapple smoothie, which was not a smoothie, but a pineapple flavored slushie. We asked to change it, and the cashier said they cant take it back and give us a bubble tea because they did not make the mistake. She said they gave us what we ordered. We told her we ordered a pineapple bubble tea, she said pineapple flavor doesnt come in bubble tea only smoothie. I asked her how are we supposed to know that because the menu board doesnt specify that? She told us everyone usually knows.... everyone like who? I stated this was our first time there so how would we know. She said there was nothing she could do, so..... needless to say we wont be going back there.
I’ve visited this location several times before, however, on this occasion the Mozart bakery employee was incredibly rude. I entered the bakery, looked at the items on display and then walked to the register and said Hi, how are you?The employee, a Korean man just stared at me, he did not speak. So, I paused before providing my order to give him an opportunity to speak and ask what I may like or say their customary greeting to any patron approaching the counter. Again, he just stared and it was clear that I was not going to receive customer service from him; I walked out and will never spend any money in another Mozart Bakery. This incident occurred at 3:30 pm on Sunday, July 12th and is juxtaposed the great customer service I’d just received at Ding Tea, just a few steps away.
This place has horrible customer service. Ordered a iced taro milk tea and it came out like a smoothie with frozen solid boba. Don’t expect to come in an up to an hour and a half before closing and get service, they believe the closing time is the time to leave so they actually start closing at 8 and “close” at 10. They do not seem to be happy to be taking orders either. I used to frequent this place and the service has been constantly like this. If you want great service go to the one in Duluth on pleasant hill near 85 it’s DEFINITELY worth the extra drive to make it there.
Suwanee location is better than the Duluth location in my opinion. Amazing!!!! Just came from here! First off the place is so beautiful! There is an area where you can sit amd if you look down its like it use to be a fish tank in the floor. So beautiful! The baked breads and cakes are to die for! Cookies are awesome too! Try the rolled matcha pound cake! And the bubble tea is amazing! My fave is Green Tea. My favorite dessert is their Tiramisu! The atmosphere amd vibe is awesome. Nice people that works there!
Very, very, very, very, very x99999 Unkindness 😡 She packed the bread I bought and put it on the counter, put the change on the counter, didnt say goodbye, and I was getting the bread and change, Without saying anything, but she went inside. I dont want a smile, I dont want kindness. However, I think you should have the basics. This is where the basics are not equipped. Its the worst.
Have good food but customer service is horrible. My wife and her bridal party went here after her bachelorette party at the karaoke bar up stairs and they went in to get water and some quick snacks 10 min before closing and they already shut the store down and served only one of them and closed the register early before 10pm. Left empty handed and was refused service even before closing hours. Would not recomend unless you want to be turned away.
This store has mad me and my friends infuriated multiple times. Summary at the bottom. (Note - My family loves milk tea)1-I ask for a HOT milk tea, but they charged me with the COLD milk tea (which is more expensive). I noticed and told the cashier you put it in as a cold, could you please change it. The cashier proceeds to say You said you wanted it cold. I explained and later another person behind the cashier give her cash back. I should have recieved 1.06 but he gave me 1 dollar without saying sorry and mad at me for his own mistake.2-My son went to the store by himself, ask for a LARGE milk tea, and was given a small. He went up to the cashier (different person from story 1) asked if he could get a large but got yelled at for asking. He proceeded to ask again but got yelled at again. He just left angry and on the vurge of cursing out the cashier for her actions3-Today I went ask for a LARGE milk tea, the same cashier from story 1 put it in as a SMALL but still made it the same price of a LARGE. I pointed out his mistake and he changed it (remember this). When the order came out I was given a LUKE WARM SMALL milk tea. I pointed this out and he said you said you wantwd a small. I showed him the receipt and he changed it to a LUKE WARM LARGE milk tea.All of the drinks that were given to me were not filled all the way which would be fine if it was actually more than 3/4 of the cup...Summary- Cashiers were all terrible to my family, got many orders wrong, and got mad at me for their mistakes.
The sweet potato cake is best recommended !!!Its so delicious. I was worried about what if there was a lump of sweet potato, but thank you for showing me. Because of the mask, its hard to talk about it and you cant hear it well, but Im very glad to inform you kindly. You will have a hard time with corona, but do your best~~😍

2022-03-17It was my first time coming and the customer service and bread is fantastic! I really enjoyed their different options of bread and other treats. The employees were very kind and due to the masks, it was very difficult to hear them but they were so nice.I’ve read a couple of reviews about their milk tea so I wanted to try it out to see if those opinions were true. From honest opinion, it was good. It’s the not best however, it had a nice consistency to it and it was very sweet. Would I order it again? Yes.

2022-06-21Good food and an amazing variety of drinks. I loved the music theme they got going on in the interior, and their breads were also better than a lot of the other places in the area. They have sandwiches now too, (pretty good ones at that), so it’s a good place for a quick bite or a working lunch. Great cafe.

2022-06-23Recently, they’ve added outlets to every booth which is SO nice since I usually like going to cafes to do homework and study. They use to only have outlets in 1-2 spots, so that’s a great upgrade. The coffee is great in my opinion, but i’m no coffee fanatic. Personally, I don’t love their bread selection the way I used to. However, I don’t ever go early in the morning, so that may be why? The cakes are always a hit though.Overall, one of my go to cafes!

2022-04-01Visited here with Sheriff Keybo Taylor for the Coffee with the Sheriff event. This place is definitely a hidden gem. My new spot for coffee or tea to start my day. The red velvet moon pie WAS AMAZING....I can not wait to visit again! You guys have to try it. Also it is beautiful inside.

2022-05-04Cozy cafe, that offers coffee, boba teas, whole or single slice cakes and other baked goods. All very tasty. Usually quiet and theres a lot of booths and tables for seating. The service is great. Also, theres a lot of parking in front.

2022-01-15Love Mozart bread. It is conveniently placed near H-mart and a package store as well as karaoke and other places. The atmosphere in this place is really chill and quiet, which makes it great if you want to drink some tea/coffee, eat some sweets, and work on something. The only thing that kind of sucks is that if you go in later you may not find many options left for the breads. Though that makes sense seeing how good their breads and sweets are. 😋

2020-09-19Absolutely charming bakery and cafe with the freshest sweets you could ask for. With a large selection of daily baked goods (Id recommend coming in around noon-1pm when theyve just set them out for the day) ranging from traditional Korean to french, theres bound to be something youll love.Dont forget to compliment whatever you pick out with some freshly-roasted coffee, then just sit in one of their giant circular booths and enjoy :)

2020-09-02Since Covid hit, a lot of places we’re shut down and we were under shelter in place orders. Since reopening our State this is the second place I e actually sat down and ate something. I will say ambiance was nice, service was good, bathroom, and dining clean. What I was surprised it that there wasn’t a lot of variety to choose from when it came to having Bingsu..pictures show milk cream bingsu.
