I can only speak on this location in Forest Park, Georgia.This is the worst location Ever!!!! I know Caliber body shop is a big corporation. I’ve had experiences with Caliber’s locations in Chicago, my experience was excellent people were professional and honest. I got my car back at a reasonable time like within weeks not months. I should have read the reviews more closely for the Forest Park location in Georgia. I dealt with the person Linda at Forest Park, GA location .I asked her if could bring my car in when she had the parts because my car was drivable, I took it in that Friday so she can look it over by Friday evening she called me and told me to bring it in that Monday.I took it in for a bumper repair she advised me that she had all the parts for my car that I can bring it in and it would take no more than three weeks to repair my bumper!it took three months!!! It was one lie after another one excuse after another no phone calls, updates I had to keep calling to inquire about my car and every time this lady get on the phone and lie to me I can feel my blood boiling. I tell you if her life depended on her telling the truth she would be dead. The issue I had with this company not repair my bumper in a timely matter is that I was paying for a rental car from my credit cards the insurance company the guy had would reimburse me once the car was repaired and the Rent-A-Car was returned Per their policy , I was out of almost $4000 in rent a car bill. And every time I called that lady she will always say I understand!! and I will tell her no you don’t understand!! my credit card is being exhausted run up to the hilt because I have to pay for the Rent-A-Car out of my pocket before the insurance company will reimburse me later. Consumers be aware do not take your car to that location. If I could rate it a 0 it would be five zeros.
This location/company is the WORST! My insurance company sent my car here for repairs back in March of this year. Why is it December and Im still waiting for my dang passenger side headlamp?!!! You call and I promise the manager will lie on her mothers life! Ive been given every excuse from were waiting on a delivery to our old manager was fired and I have to find your part. Find it? Did he take it with him? Since getting my car in June/July, the temporary/after market fix they did, has repeatedly caused my tail light & brake lights to need replacing. Ive been stopped by the cops 6 times because my tail/brake light on the passenger side keeps flickering & going out as I drive! One officer asked me to open my trunk just so he can take a look inside. Honestly people, dont use this company for ANYTHING. Just recently I requested a number so I may contact their corporate office.... I was given a number that is used for employment verification. I hate companies that prey on hardworking people but a company that lies repeatedly to the consumer is not a company I want in my community, city or state. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I was already very skeptical about having my car repaired in Clayton County and this whole experience shows me to always follow my gut. This location is the worst. If your insurance company dares to recommend you use this place, please REFUSE. Shop around. There are better companies with more professionally trained staff to help you. Caliber Collision Forest Park is clearly a company robbing customers for profit. I will get my headlamp replaced. I refuse to be robbed by this garbage location
Adjustor Linda Rankin has always made my experience the best. Even when there are hiccups, she makes it right. This body shop and location is the only place I bring all my cars too.
I love going there to get work done. They are very customer oriented. Work is excellently done. Will recommend to others!

I would like to give Caliber on Old Dixie more stars but it took way too long to get my vehicle back for what WAS NOT at all major damage. My truck was stuck in paint for 17 days!!! Not at all what I was expecting. The good news is I had the good fortune to work with Kevin Hubbard. He was consistently updating me on the status of my vehicle and was extremely courteous and professional. He truly needs a pay raise AND a promotion!!! The work was well done and my truck looks great! I would recommend using Caliber and if you have the opportunity to work with Kevin Hubbard you wont regret it!

Very good experience here. Usually doing anything for insurance reasons is a bit stressful l, but not here Ricky was an absolute delight. He was nice, personable, good conversationalist. Really put my mind at ease as he let me k ow step by step what was wrong with my truck and exactly how they would fix it, line by line. Would use this body shop in the future for sure!

Excellent place for service and repairs, the guys know what they are doing and went the extra mile to make me feel comfortable about leaving my car in capable hands. Everyone was friendly, and if I ever need to have my car repaired again, it will definitely be this Caliber location. I have already sent the address to a friend in need of repairs.
Let me tell you guys how Kevin and his team at Caliber Collision made this process AMAZING!! It took my insurance 9 days to get my Jeep to a shop but Im soooo glad that they picked this one and Ill NEVER go anywhere else! He took the time to reach out and update me on the process every single step of the way, I banked on having a Voicemail from him every other day! I cant thank the entire team over there for going above and beyond for me in this process! Got my Jeep back today and its looking and riding better than ever!!!
The ENTIRE staff was great, friendly,courteous of all my needs. The guy that I spoke to about my car was very straight forward about the possibility of it not being salvageable. I like the idea of having a lifetime warranty on the work that may be done on my car. Very professional all the way except the initial call I got from their company asking a question about a possible tow to their shop. I called back and they were still rude. But once I went in the shop EVERYBODY I spoke to was TOP NOTCH professionally driven. Ill update when I get the work done on my car.
My car was stolen and wrecked! The staff here was great!Customer service is Exceptional! They did a great job with my car. Very prompt on the time to repair my car. They even send emails with pictures to show the work in progress! I love it! They even waited over an hour for me to pick my car up after closing hours.They really roll out the red carpet! Best body shop EVER!
Wish I could give no stars, this place is run completely unacceptable. They give you contradictory information, do not react with a sense of urgency, and have no concern for their customers or their vehicles. With only a gas tank and an oil pan needing repair, (no body work) they have had my car for 17 days and still no idea when i will get it back. The car has sat for days on end with no work being done on it, and they have every excuse in the book, parts not in, part sent was bad, anything you can think of they have used. I am currently out 1k in rental cars (no rental insurance) and no hope in sight for getting my car back. BEWARE of this facility.
So thankful for Keta Shannon. I was hit by two vehicles which damaged my front grill/bumper. I was referred to Caliber Collision by my insurance company. My person to assist me was Ms. Keta Shannon. Although, she was dealing with a lot of life issues during this time with the pandemic, she made sure my car was repaired back to car before accident status. Keta was amazingly helpful and supportive. She listened to my concerns and got the job completed to my satisfaction. Due to the care and concern Keta took in taking care of me, I can say despite all the mishaps with a 3rd party vendor, Im grateful and pleased with the work done on my car. If you ever are in need of car repairs, go to Caliber Collision in Forest Park, and ask for Keta Shannon. Im positive you will be treated fairly, and that you will be pleased with her service. I was disappointed they totaled my car out only because of the insurance price limit to repair. Some items were stolen out of my car. Plus looking at it my car look horrible than when i brought it there. Everything was taken apart for them to view. Nothing major was wrong with my car it just that it was at the cash threshold limit for repairIt had 11,000 miles on it for a 2017 Black Volkswagen Passat. However after speaking with my rep Peter, he changed my outlook on the lost of my car. My rep Peter was excellent, friendly an answered every question I had and gave me great information to use going forward when looking for a car.
I would recommend this location to anyone at anytime. I had to take my challenger here to get some repairs done; from the pleasant attitudes the associates have, the cleanliness of the location and the sitting lobby and also getting things done in a timely manner makes me give them a grade of an A. If I could give zero stars, I would!! Took my car in to get repaired from auto accident. They had my car for almost a month. My car was damaged while in their car as well, which is also a reason that the car was kept so long. After getting my car, my tint was damaged and now my door is making a bad squealing sound when opening. Long story short, please pay attention to all of the negative reviews of this place and stay away!! If possible, use another location and make sure to do your research!!
I just want to say that everybody there is fabulous I must state the lady that sits at the desk, the estimator name keto, and the office manager and the guys that works in the back are fabulous. the manager of the facility is very rude and un-ethical, I mean he doesnt know how too talk too people and doesnt care to listen to what you have too say. I choose not to have service performed there after my consultation with him and his name is Mr. Colonge Id reccommend that his leadership get involved with his job performance and work ethic before there business is affected worser then the current pandemic that were currently facing. because this gentlemen has negatively affected me, I must leave this review in part great too reflect the rest of the caliber collision team, and the worse for the manager who misrepresents the business. followed by this complaint, a corporate complaint will be filed along with additional complaints with various agencies. I hope that this managers behavior is corrective.
I was there to get my bumper repaired with an estimate of 1700 so I decided to let them fix it bad idea 5 days later my car was deemed a total loss charges up to 4000. It was a 2006 Honda odyssey with 130,000 miles and new trans 60,000 not a total loss.
Friendly staff, good work, but definitely pricey. I brought my vehicle here because it was one of USAAs certified locations close to me. The work was complete in a decent time and I was given updates after requesting them. Initially, they would send updates to USAA but USAA is not my insurance provider; its the provider of the person that hit me, so I received no notices on my vehicle which was nerve wrecking. After speaking with the gentleman who would be completing my work, he provided updates on each step and called to advise when my vehicle was ready.
The caliber collision on Old Dixie Hwy in Ga is awful. They get paid from the insurance company and do not fix your car. They stole my moms battery and would not purchase her another one. They told her that the car came in with that battery that they had put in. My mom had her receipt from where she had just purchased it and they took money from her bank card and didnt put the money back. My aunt later took her car and they didnt fix what they were suppose to fix even though they put it on the receipt that they fixed it. My aunt had to later take her care to Toyota south. They told her that none of the parts had been replaced. Awful customer service. I wouldnt recommend no one to take there vehicle to them.
My car was at Caliber Collision for a repair a few months ago and after picking up my car I realized that a mistake was made and my spare tire was missing.After explaining the problem to the manager he quickly remedied the problem and gave us excellent customer service.Thank you Mike!!! 🤗Highly recommend Caliber Collision.....
Bad experience with this business. Kept my car for a month and still hasn’t been fixed! Receptionist kept giving me the run around and false dates as to when my car would be completed and ready for pick up. I would not recommend.

Great service I needed an estimate for my car for a car accident and they were able to help online every thing was really easy and quick to upload photos of the damages and they got back to me fast with my estimate within 24 hours.

Caliber really is dedicated to helping you leave your worries at the curb. Recently a deer damaged my car and I went through a list of providers from my insurance company. I called Collision because another body shop closer to where I live was closed on Saturday. Even though Caliber was closed on Saturday, AJ walked me through the process of leaving my car with Caliber, and renting another car while it would be repaired.AJ assured me that my car would be in good hands, and that I would have no concerns about getting around. Once I dropped my car off it was just as he said. Andre was my contact who told me about how Caliber would repair my car and that it would be ready in about 10 business days. Well Andre called me in about 5 days and told me that the parts for my car came in quickly, and that they could be finish in another day or so. Andre called me Monday and told me my car was finished. (In 6 days). When I arrived to pick up my car it looked better than when I left it. They washed, and vacuumed my car, and did an awesome job of repairing the damage.Hopefully Ill never have to take my car to a body shop because of an accident, but if I have to Ill take it to Caliber Collision in Forest Park. When you have an accident you want to get your life back to normal as quickly as possible. You can take your car to any body shop to have it repaired. But when you find a great body shop like Caliber, you dont have the concerns about how well your car will taken care of, and how you will be treated.
The employees were pleasant even though they didnt fix my car. They said that it was totalled.
I had a horrible experience I had my New Infiniti at this shop for 2 weeks for some bumper work once I got my car back I had some items stole out of my car a few pair of shoes as well as some jewelry once I made caliber collision aware of the problem I was told to hold and a manager would talk to me I was than put on hold for 20 mins. While speaking with one of the employees before being placed on hold he confirmed the shoes being in the trunk of my car as well as me taking video footage of what was in my car before caliber got my car. Management didnt even have the time to at least speak with me, for me its not about the property they can be replaced its more about my stuff in my car being stolen and management not even taking the time to speak with me regarding the situation. I will be reporting this to the BBB as well as letting any and everyone know about my experience
Although I was upset about my accident, Patrick and associates did an excellent job with the repairs. I was informed of the progress with periodic calls so I didnt have to wonder what was going on.
Amazing customer service. I was involved with the entire process and was given updates on a regular basis. They answered any and all questions and was able to point me in the right direction regarding the repairs and my car.

I Love these guys thanks to my son and his many auto accident, this company is TOP Quality and I highly recommend to everybody.From minor finder bender to major damages they make it look like new.
Not real sure as of yet ...had some work done on my car had some problems the next day with it took it back they couldnt find out the problem they said if it persists take it to the dealer and see if it could still fall up under the claim...later on took it to a friend of mine to see what he could find out ...upon searching they found parts missing ...so took it back there and now Im still waiting on them to make it right from the start...my parts was on there when it was brought to them and I need the parts back when completed.....whomever works on the vehicle should have enough common sense to make sure that you can put things back together again as you started the job.Or find something else to do.

My truck came in due to damages from a rear left tire blowout. When I went to pick up my finished truck, there were 3 out of 5 lug nuts on the rear left tire, and 1 of them was stripped as round as a quarter. After arguing to get that fixed, I am driving down the road and the part along my truck bed starts flapping in the wind. After looking at it, I find that it is no longer attached to the top of the truck body, and the piece around the screws in the bed is cracked. This is NOT what I call acceptable repair work.
The worst. Theyve had my car 2 weeks and still havent released it. Front damaged. No courtesy calls.. Everytime I call its an different excuse.. I think they be trying to milk the insurance company

2022-04-04So I brought my car in as insurance company recommended, however they stole a bottle of windshield spray out of my car during the process. The man said he remembered seeing it but it’s not there they left my car unlocked and unsecured in the back. He offered me money but to me it’s the principle of the situation. No one should be stealing from anyone that is already going through a loss with there car.

2022-04-19I had a fender bender and dont have a body shop near the Atlanta Airport. My insurance company recommended Caliber so I contacted them. I spoke with Linda Rankin who was extremely professional and helpful. We worked out a good time (Im not in Atlanta all the time but leave a car there and didnt want to pay extra for a rental). Linda made sure the rental car reservation was moved to the closest Enterprise. Everyone I encountered was friendly and professional. They texted updates regarding the timing of the repairs and completion date. They were spot on. The repairs were excellent and so was the communication. I will definitely use them for any future needs.

2022-07-01I had to have my car repaired due an accident which was no fault of mine. Caliber Collision did an awesome job on my vehicle. They were finished within almost 2weeks. They kept me well informed on the progress. Jake is an awesome guy. By the way its Forest park location.

2020-12-22The folks at Caliber are extremely courteous, professional, and efficient. i was in a rear end accident that cracked my bumper and they made it look brand new. i mentioned at the drop off that though there wasn’t any other significant damage besides the bumper, the car was running a bit louder when i accelerated. upon pickup, my car felt and sounded like it did when i bought it. they also washed it and it looks like they vacuumed the inside as well. i felt comfortable and secured with how they communicated every step of the process to put me at ease. from the receptionists (Asha especially) to Linda and the technicians, these people do absolutely quality work and i will be coming back for other repairs as needed.

2022-07-27My husband wrecked my brand new Chevy Blazer 2021 and when I tell you when I picked my truck up I couldn’t tell the difference!! Great job !! I did have trouble with my passenger side seat belt but he fixed it with no problems Doug was great and very professional!!! Will recommend anytime!!I’m back second wreck May 2022 and it’s taking almost 3 months to get my truck back due to parts and toner and staff not coming to work and I lost my job because Caliber is taking forever to get me my truck back !! This experience second time around HORRIBLE it’s almost Aug and I still don’t have my truck back!!
