Nice place to eat. But it was very crowded. My first outing since COVID hit. I loved the food, it was cooked perfectly. The portion sizes were good. But the bread.... was amazing. I could have just ordered the bread and would have loved it. I highly recommend this restaurant.
I had the opportunity to dine here with two childhood friends. It was a great meeting point for all of us. Lunch was delicious and our waiter was awesome and the setting, superb. Im certain it was the first of many visits here moving forward. It was a delightful meeting spot for three Forever Friends hailing from SC, GA and TENN.
I ordered the California Dreaming Salad, paid online, and picked it up curbside. The wait was literally less than 5 minutes. This is a frequent order for me, but the time frame I am provided is routinely exact. My food is usually ready and waiting by the time I get there. The individual who brought my food was neat, clean, courteous, wore a mask, and properly handed my food. My salad was awesome and of course my croissant was warm and AMAZING! They never forget my eating utensils so thats a plus!!!
Excellent experience. Restaurant has solid structure to social distancing guidelines. Limited outdoor seating is available. Our server, Andrea, was pleasant and efficient with service. Food was delicious and, as we were having some mid-afternoon lunch, arrived quickly. Definitely recommend the crab soup. Would dine at again.
I tried the shrimp poorboy which should have been a red flag the way that it is spelled. Dont get me wrong, the shrimp was cooked perfectly and tasted good. It just wasnt a poboy. It didnt have the right sauce and Seasoning. Definitely not authentic, but I am willing to bet this is that type of restaurant where every is cook very well and the ingredients are above average; however, most restaurants like this do all of this well, but nothing really stands out. I would come back to try their pasta or steak, but I wouldnt get their poorboy again. Now their melon mojito was really good. It was a little too sweet for my taste, but it was made right.
Good food nice wait staff, bar tender not so much. We have always enjoyed California Dreamings salad but the salad has changed. It has a strong after taste of onions now. I am not a fan. I dont go as often any more. The roast beef was the best in town, sadly not anymore.
A-mazing is my first emotion that comes to mind. This was my first time trying California Dreaming out and id have to say it was great. Service was great, Seating times & Prices were good and most importantly the food was awesome. Without making this review too long, The SW Chicken Quesadilla and Chicken tenders was my appetizer and it probably was the best quesadilla ive ever had. The chicken tenders were different but still tasty. Thinly sliced chicken breast, fried in house batter and served with a special house sauce which tasted simular to camp fire sauce from Red Robins. Finally, for my main entree i had two full Racks danish ribs with a fully looaded potato for a side item. Everything came out hot and full of flavor. Zero complaints and highly recommend for a nice atmosphere and meal out with your family or significant other.
My wife and I pick up salads from to-go about once a week and the food is always fresh, delicious and ready on time. Additionally, I had the pleasant experience of hosting a small business meeting there on 1/18/2022 and the Server, Marcos, was very helpful, pleasant, and knowledgeable about the menu. Marcos provided us with excellent customer service and all enjoyed the quality food items we purchased for lunch.
Very sad that I had to come back and edit my five stars down to two stars they have taken a lot of delicious items off of the menu. They dont serve baked potatoes until after 4:00, and the food was all around not very good. The best thing there was the margarita. It just wasnt the experience that we had last time. Our waiter was very sweet though.
Great customer service! Our waitress was fantastic ! She kept the drinks coming, checked back with us often and had a beautiful smile 😃The food was delicious, hot and at the right price. We will return soon, like next weekend. C.D. is a must stop please in Augusta. ♥️🤟😋
Our waiter was really nice. The popular cresent rolls? They were a little too flaky for my taste and the honey butter SPREAD...not honey butter like you get at Ryans, but some kind of glaze? No. Not a fan. The food was good. Over all, Id definitely go back and Id recommend going to others.
The seafood bisque was amazing! Our only issue was my partner ordered the salmon salad and they brought out something totally different. He is the type of person that doesnt like to send the food back, so he just ate it. I would double check the order when placing it to make sure its right.
This place doesnt let down. From flavor, to service, to atmosphere. This dreamy restaurant 😍 delivers. My seafood was a cut above and hubbys steak was as he described, PERFECT. Delicious she crab soup and fried crab claws to set it off. Social distancing practiced to standard. For a pleasant dining experience plan an evening here.
On the Mothers Day, I was called to meet this restaurant. Then I went and found there were many people outside. And I thought there would be a long line like the other restaurants where I didnt like. A reason was I didnt have the number for the roll call. So, anyway, I got in and realized there was my family waiting.
Ordered cauliflower and broiled salmon salad. The cauliflower was raw. The batter was still runny. The salmon was dry and overcooked. The salad toppings were non-existing. The bacon looked like chewed up baby food. No tomatoes, no avocado, no egg. I guess because it was after 7:30 they weren’t cutting up any more toppings. A great disappointment tonight.
This place lacks the class associated with the price and exterior. The waitstaff is loud and unprofessional and the NSFW conversations can be heard as they roll silverware. I would suggest drug testing before hiring but i do understand there is a labor shortage. The food is OK. Presentation is great. The taste is sub par, salt and pepper should not be the only flavor of a meal. If you still decide to dune here. Ask to sit away from the kitchen area and be prepared for salt to be the most prevalent flavor on your pallette.
Seating was quick and friendly! I was so upset because their menu was limited and our food was cold. The food was very nasty ! I’m very disappointed because I came from Augusta, Georgia! The California Dreaming in Augusta tastes better than this one ! However, the views were beautiful 😍
Waited almost 2 hours for food and when the food arrived at the table it wasnt prepared the way I asked them to and it wasnt even room temperature. The manager came over and said she would prepare a new order. The food she brought back was the same food that had been microwaved. I came to this conclusion because the bread was hard and the shrimp were soggy dripping grease. I am diabetic and while waiting for my food my glucose level dropped and I ended up eating at home.....this place was awful 😖
My husband and I visited this location on our way to Atlanta, first our waiter was rude I can’t even tell you his name because he never told us, second he was to busy taking care of another table that he we lucky to get water when our glasses was empty it was like we did care about our table. The wings we ordered came out raw and we informed him of this and he told us that’s what usually happens with the bigger wings they come raw!! Ok!! The salad we ordered was decent just disappointed with service and food at this location we visit the Columbia, SC location and get better food and service.
I have never had a problem with this place but when i ordered some salmon salad this afternoon, i was very disappointed. My salmon was over cooked, burnt, and still had course salt as a garnish all over the salmon making it extremely salty. I have never had my salmon this salty, burnt. They seemes as if they have a new cook working for them. This is very upsetting plus especially disappointing since i have to take high blood pressure medication. I have given 5 stars previously because of todays experience, i had to edit my renew. Very disappointing!
To be the picky Pescatarian eater that I am I was pleasantly surprised to see a menu that catered to my eating lifestyle. I absolutely LOVED the Seafood Nachos. They were so filling I could have enjoyed it as a meal. The atmosphere was relaxing and just what we needed after a hectic work week. I am not a huge fan of coconut but after drinking the Painkiller...I must say they opened my eyes to a whole new world (and took my pain away at the same time).😊
We went on a busy Saturday night, so there was a bit of a wait, but it was well worth it. Everything about our meal was great! The portions are generous, and my steak was perfectly cooked. The croissants were flaky and delicious with a drizzle of honey butter. My grandfather ordered the pork chop and described it as excellent. Definitely worth a visit.
This review is based solely on the exceptional service that Chris provided. I’ve been dining here since 2014 and this by far was the best experience that I’ve had EVER!!! He was very attentive and he provided us with everything we needed without us having to ask for anything!!
Best experience in the last few years! Food quality has not been downgrade do to the pandemic and the staff is just perfect. Ebony is top tier!! She was personable, known the menu and keep come back to check on us. Just looking the around the staff was moving n kept smiles on their faces! Ebony is by far the best waitress we have had in YEARS. We will always come back for her!
Food was ok. Our waitress brought out our entrees and asked if we needed anything else...yes our soup and salad that we ordered so those were brought to us at the same time. We were not even halfway done with our meal and the waitress asked if we needed to go boxes. Yes we were still eating. After we told her no she came back immediately with our bill. Nothing like feeling they wanted you the hell out of there. I dont believe we will be going back.
Our waiter was rude as soon as we sat down. She asked us from our drinks and got rude with my sister when she thought she didn’t hear her. We came with a party everyone got their food and was finished and we were still waiting on our food. Food came out cold. Our waiter didn’t even asked if we needed a high chair for the baby, when we did ended up asking she never got it and we had to ask another waiter to get it for us . And he ended up bringing us a DIRTY high chair that had food all in the seats ! When we told our waiter that the high chair was dirty, all she did was laugh and walked alway. Her attitude was HORRIBLE! FOOD WAS HORRIBLE ! Will not be visiting again ! 0/10
Ive been going here for years the food was pretty good what ruined the whole experience was this tall dark skined server who was very rude unprofessional spilled a drink by my husband and didnt even open his mouth to apologize or anything he ran off to the back... no respect or manners smh Ill spend my money elsewhere if this is the type of people they are hiring now
Our waiter was very attentive and ensured we were well served. The interior of the place is pretty dark, and most of the light came from the exterior windows. I ordered the chicken parmesan and my wife had her usual favorite of prime rib. She really loves the food here and Im simply ok with it. Generally speaking the prices of some of the things on the menu are much higher than the quality of the food, but whatever you order tends to be pretty large and youll likely end up leaving fulfilled even if you spent more than you needed to. Otherwise its a decent experience and the menu is basic enough that youll probably find something you like.
Just finished eating here and it was a wonderful experience. Our waiter Chris was very personable and made sure everything was up to par. He came by multiple times to check on us, refilled our drinks before we even realized we were close to empty, and was so amazing to have a conversation with. The food was absolutely amazing! Fresh out and of a high quality. What shocked me most is it was really just inside and the quality of care did not go down. Great job staff!
Delicious as usual. The parking lot was packed but we didnt have to wait. Our server was very friendly. I had the seafood platter and my parents had these huge salads. The potato soup was AMAZING! When Im in GA, this restaurant never disappoints. My only negative is that the floors are dangerously slippery every time I visit.
Nice quiet lunch, meal was well prepared and served. Enjoyed the day. Note: they presently do not seem to have enough hired Staff...everything seems slow, but the working team was moving around fast...they all loked a bit tired from the work load. I think if you are looking for a restaurant job in Augusta, you should approach the Manager for a job here.
*New review** Not as loud, service was good, and seafood platter was delicious! A sign said they no longer take tables larger than six, which probably helps noise level. I recommend sitting on the perimeter of the restaurant.**Old review- It was so loud, I couldnt hear myself think. Conversation is impossible. We couldnt hear our waitress speaking! The food was ok. I had a salad with shrimp. The shrimp tasted freshly fried, so that was nice.
California dreaming is amazing place to go for dinner I love it so much me and my boyfriend went the food was fast and don’t get me started with the nachos ! so I wouldn’t want go even where else in august!! The service was so good! They always there when you need them very friendly ! Go here !!! Quest Waiter james !
Very busy for a Tuesday night. Fast seating and service none the less. Great salad and rolls. Steak was cooked ok, but not the best cut of meat (dry). I ordered medium and would recommend medium rare for a better experience. My date had ribs that fell of the bone and spoke highly of them.
Service was fine. But the food was poor quality over priced. The croissants were delicious thats about it. The club sandwich was sloppy so much Mayo and soggy. The pasta had a sour taste and dry. The fried shrimp 🤮 the seafood nachos was drench all chips were soggy like a soup. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MOBEY HERE.
Best side salad in the South East! I almost always go here for their main salad dish, but found out that the entree comes with a mini version of the same salad. Never had a bad experience, and the people area always stellarUpdate 2022: sadly I have to say that the drinks we ordered were not like the used to be. Service from the Waitress was excellent as always, but the Salmon wasnt as flakey and tender from past experiences.
Came in there for lunch Thursday of last week. Ordered the po boy sandwich with the Alfredo on the side. The noodles were all stuck together and the sauce was dry not enough sauce. Im wondering why the kitchen manager the general manager the front of the house manager and the cook that put the noodles in that pan and on that plate didnt realize that all the noodles were stuck together. If thats the kind of leadership this place has I feel sorry for the food quality. I know for a fact theres somebody in that window check it out the food before it goes out. Simply did not care. What sort of Cook decides to put Gunk on your plate. Low quality low integrity restaurant. Get a prep person that can prep. Thanks for responding. I asked the waitress why I told the righteous about the noodles and she said well my manager is real busy right now Im sorry and she left and took our check and we paid for our food and we left however, I called the manager the next morning and I told him what happened after I told him what happened he just sat on the phone and didnt say anything and said hello hello is anybody there and hung up.
Went here today, May 6 2919. We arrived maybe around 11:30am or somewhere around that time. This was our first time coming here! It was pretty empty maybe a couple of guests. I would have given 5 stars ...BUT As soon as we walked in there was a young girl at the door who was the person to seat people. She did not greet us, she did not smile once and I dont even think she spoke. I personally love dining out but I dont have time for employees who dont know how to treat customers. As soon as we sat down my husband even said she was rude. She seemed bored, bothered and rude. When we got seated I looked around it looked very pretty inside, but when I looked up there were huge cobwebs above my table. Im glad there wasnt a spider in it. But cobwebs shouldnt be in a restaurant period. Now to our waitress Amber who was absolutely great! She suggested great items which we ordered and enjoyed! Hubby ordered the pork chop and it came with salad and a side so he ordered a ceasar salad and mashed potatoes and I ordered the chicken club sandwich! They were huge portions and super yummm!!! I had a mojito and a whiskey sour and they both were amazing! My husband ordered bloody Marys and he loved them! Food and drinks were on point! We ended up finishing our drinks outside at the tables and it was very nice! I would certainly come back! But hopefully the person at the front will be more friendly! Great place, great food and drinks! I certainly recommend this place!
The place was nice and the staff was great. The food was good. We had rolls and chicken strips as advertisers. Really good! I got the chicken pasta and substituted the chicken for shrimp. It was really good. Nothing fancy, but a nice flavor. One more thing... My husband ordered the steak meal, which had soy sauce added and it was not very good.
First time coming here and I give this place a 10/10 !!! The place is beautiful very friendly, elegant and clean. The people that work here are so nice and fast! My waitress was such a sweet heart and she was on it ! The food was amazing had so much flavor! We ordered the croissants and they were THE MOST amazing thing ever ! I also ordered a house salad it was soooo good as a side. My husband ordered shrimp tacos with fries and it was really good flavorful and a little spicy! I ordered spicy chicken sand-which with fries and it was really good and fresh and it was a little spicy but perfect ! Lastly we ordered a brownie with vanilla ice cream YOU CANNOT COME TO THIS PLACE and NOT order this ! It was soooo amazing in so many ways! Will definitely be coming back for more I was not disappointed at all !
Baby back ribs were delicious my wife had two racks and so did I our waiter Chris was on top of it with everything we needed my beer was ice cold and finally my daughters really enjoyed the desert chocolate brownies with melted Hersey on top and ice cream on the side by far my favorite restaurant in Augusta
Got into town late. Actually went next door, every open table or place at Bar was not bussed. Nobody said hi, or attempted to clean me off a spot.Got up and went next door to Cali Dreaming. Greeted immediately, ate at bar, greeted again & was very nicely taken care of. Fast service, got in & out, headed to hotel.
Our server Pam was awesome! Mannnn, she is who you want to help make your dining experience enjoyable. Its hard to find just authentic service. Thank you for that. :) I am taking away one star because although the food was pretty good overall, WHO MAKES SHE CRAB SOUP SWEET??? I was disappointed by that. Not traditional at all. The description on the menu needs to reflect that.
My visit to this restaurant was a disappointing experience. Our server Nicole P was very slow.. The runner ran food to our table that was for another table. A middle aged guy with a bald head. We tried to tell him we had just ordered and the fettuccine Alfredo was a side dish for our daughters kids meal, he told us kids food always came out first but it came out before even our salads. He then found out it belonged to the table near us and walked back by our tables with an attitude saying that food was for them.... just rude, after we knew it wasnt right but he insisted. Like 15 mins later salads came out then another 10 mins our daughters kids wing meal then like 20 mins later I received my soup and my husbands filet and shrimp meal. My baked potato soup was luke warm my cheese wouldnt melt then to top it off my husband ordered his steak medium which came out well done. We were already aggravated by that time and didnt even want to tell anyone but really we had no one to tell because the server never asked us how our food was. She did not pre bus and it just took forever even to pay our bill. I really enjoyed our experience a couple of weeks ago on a Saturday night and was thinking this is our new favorite spot but after tonight not so much.
I have been to the location many times and other California Dreaming locations as it truly is my favorite place to eat. Today I called to make a reservation for my family to eat (party of 9) and I was told they do not sit more than 6 because it’s their largest table. So I asked, “can you not push two tables together like you usually do”. The hostess was extremely polite and said “No”.I asked to speak to a manager, so she took my info and had someone call me back. Shortly later the Location Operator called me and I explained that we are a family of 9 and wanted to eat. He abruptly told me it isn’t possible because it’s easier for them to serve smaller tables than larger one.So basically don’t expect to go if you have more than 6 in your party and want to sit together! They will not accommodate you.
Amazing! My husband and I got the classic California Dreaming salad, and it was great! Their famous croissants were never better!! However, they are a bit pricey. We had 2 salads and 2 waters and our bill came to $34. But our waitress made up for the pricing because she was awesome!!!
Upon arrival, masks were required. We had to check in via text message, wait 45m or less in vehicle, but we only had a 15m wait before receiving the text. Atmosphere was beautiful. Our food was prepared just right. Compliments to the Chef. Our server was great and attentive. We will definitely return when were on Augusta. Thank you all California Dreaming team.
I had a perfectly cooked steak, but it had no seasoning it could have used a little salt & pepper. I prefer not to use steak sauce, I think it takes away from the flavor of the meat.... Only if its cooked and season right. I could not give a five-star for that reason.
Very long wait times for a table and they had at least 9 open tables that I counted. After waiting 30 minutes for a table I went inside to check for a update and told the hostess I had been waiting 30 minutes already. She said 28 back to me. I said 28 what? She said youve been waiting 28 minutes not 30. I almost lost it!!!😡 Needless to say we got sat 15 minutes later. Service was ok and the food was good. They need to work on their hostess and getting more servers to actually use the open tables they have....
Ate on outside porch on a delightful Spring Day.Staff were attentive but non obtrusive. John, server, did excellent job.Portions were generous enough that take out gave us a meal for the next day. .Spouse had spicy shrimp which were delicious and a welcome change from the boiled (non spicy) ones of the past. Followed with filet mignon sandwich with side of spinach. Streak cooked to perfection and very tender. My choice of appetizer is always the She Crab soup with a dash of Sherry -- love it..did not disappoint. Only regret is I did not order one to go. Followed with St Louis shrimp and pasta which was delicious.Could not resist Bread Pudding which was good but not as moist as it could be.All in all, a great meal with excellent service while enjoying nature and the row of beautiful Bradford Pear trees across the street..
Only 1 visit while traveling but the steak sandwich with real filet medallions and... add the ranch dressing they make...dont doubt me, it has fresh Romano cheese and its the best ranch in the world (doesnt taste like ranch lol) Service was very good as well. If you live nearby or traveling and havent been here just do it.
We ordered pasta to go I got the blacken chicken and my husband got the shrimp mines was so dry I couldn’t eat it the chicken was dried out and hard my husband was ok but very water even though it was watery it was better than mines. I took a picture of his I trashed mines to soon nothing came with it no bread are nothing it was a waste of money maybe if we would have eaten in the food would have been better even though we paid the same price.Trying to upload the picture
Excellent service and the best chicken tenders ever to touch my tongue. The california dreaming salad is so delicious as well. Their house dressing is my favorite. Once I ordered a sweet tea while waiting in my car for take-home and they forgot about it. But thats my only complaint. 5 out 5 stars.
Great food and fantastic service! The food was so good that my child wanted seconds I had the smashed avocado on toast and it was perfection. The eggs were delicious. My daughter had the kids pancakes and loved them. She wanted to lick the plate. I also had an ice coffee which was very good. The servers were quick, polite and attentive. The restaurant was clean. We would definitely come back!
We had our family of 12 and they put two tables 6 ft apart. Other families were together but because we were 12 and at the round tables we couldn’t put them together. Very disappointed because we were out celebrating our mother’s 81st birthday and couldn’t enjoy each other’s company. Extremely disappointed.
I ordered potato soup (take out) and never again. I only gave 2 stars being that the soup was Good. Its cold out so I wanted ding ding soup. I paid almost 7 dollars for a small cup (scoop) of soup that was not even filled up halfway. No crackers no bread just a half filled small cup of soup. Now after all day of not eating and just wanting soup. It was so underwhelming. I dont get off till 11pm so getting anything else is out the question. Thanks I guess!!
This really isnt a good place to be. Maybe we had a bad experience, but the hostess took a long time to welcome us and wasnt very welcoming at all. The rest of the service was okay. The food was mediocre at best. I had a much overdone burger with dry, overcooked bacon. The fries were not crispy at all and were most likely reheated in a microwave. The drink I had was so strong and bad tasting that I could only finish half. We both also felt very sick after leaving. There are much better, usually cheaper places in Augusta to eat. Dont waste your time here.
We ordered 2 of the $23.00 Ribeye Steaks. They sounded fantastic on the menu but tasted like they were cooked on a dirty Blackstone Grill. The steak had no seasonings and the only flavor was char... The meal was a complete waste of $46.00. The salads, bread and drinks from the bar were good though. It was my 1st time there and probably my last time. The wait time on food was ridiculous and the furniture is really worn and dated. We should have gone to Longhorns across the parking lot. Next time we will.
I really enjoyed the food and I had a great server named Chris. He was very respectful, friendly and knowledgeable on what was good choices. He kept the glasses full. He kept Checking and removing empty dishes. The cooks really put their care in the cooking. It was Awesome. My salad was delicious and big. The California dreaming salad. I loved the rolls with the honey butter. My favorite is the Mash potatoes.🙆🙆 my goodness they are the best thing since Kool-aid.This was the California dreaming on Washington road in Augusta Ga.I will be back soon.
This place hit the trifecta for me. The cocktails, the food, and the service were all on point. Our server was at our table ready to get our drink orders before we even had time to look at the drink selection, but he didnt make us feel rushed to get it. He was constantly checking on us to make sure we were ok. Billy was a Rockstar. Our appetizers to die for. I highly recommend the fried crab claws. My steak was cooked perfectly, which I never thought I would ever get a chance to say. To top it off the apple walnut cobbler for dessert, it was like heaven alamode. I will definitely be visiting this area again as well as California Dreaming.
It was good. Just good. I had the Shrimp San Francisco and there was way too much garlic on it. 3 hours later and I still can taste it. But it wasnt awful. The croissants were amazing, but the food overall was just okay. The hostess seemed annoyed with us for asking for a high chair but our server was incredibly sweet and nice. Food service was really slow. It was okay but I dont think we will plan a return trip.
This place is awesome. Even though we had a long wait..over an hour and a half, James at the bar took great care of us (even the kids)!!! He made sure the experience was exceptional. The food was great and the table service was excellent. Really made our special night extra special!
We had the club sandwich which is a classic but better than ever. Also the croissants were soft and warm. Very very good. The onion loaf was Devine. The the small size salad was a full meal. We had the best waiter we have had at any restaurant. Very attentive and a great personality. I wish I could clone him and take him to every restaurant we go to. I hope they appreciate him. He is awesome.
Absolutely love their crazy crab roll! The only suggestion Id make is for the oil to be drained from the roll a little more before its packaged. Other than that, so delicious and visually satisfying.Came here with a group, there were six of us total. The place wasnt super busy and we were seated right away. Another group of six sat down next to us a little after we did.
We had a fabulous meal. Our server was Mike and he did a fabulous job of taking care of our needs. We shared the onion loaf, and the ribeye steak, mashed garlic Redskin potatoes, a salad and a bowl of She Crab soup. The steak was perfectly cooked, the redskin potatoes were amazing and the she Crab soup was beyond excellent....
The food was great, I wish I could of given my thanks personally to the chef because the food was amazing and cook well! I give the food 5 stars and the service 4 only because my waitress was sort of forgetful but she still maintained a great personality. Officially my top restaurant to visit.

2022-04-09My first time eating here we will be going back. Noel our waiter was very nice and friendly great customer service. The kids enjoyed their burgers and we enjoyed a nice healthy salad which was also good. The wings were crispy like I like it ☺️. Wasnt as crowded as we expected with the masters going on (thank God).

2022-07-04Came for lunch, no reservation, July 4th, party of 7 and we were seated less than 10 mins. Food was average. The seafood platter was good but the shrimp taco, bbq chicken, California trout, and steak sandwich were bland. The shrimp taco was packed with cole slaw inside and shrimp was flavorless. Bbq chicken was dry but flavor packed. California trout was lightly seasoned so it was more “healthier” tasting with minimal flavor. Steak sandwich was suppose to be medium rare but it came out medium well. Overall the seafood platter was the only decent plate with fried flounder, oysters, and shrimp. The BEST part were the croissants! Soft and sweet. Our server Jennifer was very nice and attentive. She took care of us. Jennifer and the croissants saved the review but I wouldn’t come out of the way to eat here.

2021-12-17Well I came back for a redemption review and they were above and beyond. First of all, Debbie was the best waitress Ive had in a very long time! Thank you!! I had the rack of ribs and fries. Ribs literally fell off the bone. French fries were cooked perfectly. Caesar salad that came with was perfect. Not a fan of croutons in general but the croissant made up for that! My Mom had the blackened chicken Alfredo and made short work of it. Daughter had she crab soup, it was out of this world fantastic.

2021-12-14Overall this was a good experience. Service started off rocky. Our server moved slowly and acted like he didn’t want to be at work but eventually lightened up and became more pleasant. I ordered bbq nachos for an appetizer and they were not good at all. For entree I got a salad with a side if she crab soup. Both were great! Can’t forget the awesome crescent rolls. I ordered a batch of those as well.

2022-03-16Good food, recommend the she-crab soup and get it everytime. This visit I had quite a few pieces of shell in it but it still tasted great. Everyone else food was perfect and will come again :)

2021-09-01The waiter was first class! My wife had the two perfectly fried pork chops. Just like grandma’s. I pigged out on the Shrimp San Francisco. Yes, notice in the picture there are two shrimp on the side of the plate. That’s because this pasta and sauce is absolutely amazing without the shrimp. I took the shrimp and slid them to the side to enjoy them as a treat aftewards.

2022-05-19Riding around Augusta looking for someplace to eat. It wasn’t too busy at 4:30 pm walked right in. Hubby had the ribs and potato, me I had filet mignon medallions and grilled shrimp. Both were cooked perfectly and the taste was outstanding.

2022-07-09Awesome atmosphere and the food was amazing. The staff was even better. Hostess went out of her way to ensure we had a good table. Our waitress was patient and kind. Made sure we had our meal and appetizers quickly. We will be back. Thank you!

2022-05-19I ordered the Coastal Dreaming cocktail, and it tasted like Real Lemon brand juice with hints of mint and no alcohol...I started to sober up after drinking half of it..And I have never returned a drink before, but I couldnt finish this one. So, I told the bartender it tasted nothing like the ingredients that were listed....no lemon or lime mentioned in the ingredients, but for some reason that is all it tasted like...avoid that drink! The Costal Dream is dead..
