I was in yesterday to have a new regulator and motor put in to my drivers side door. I had called earlier and got a quote and appointment. When I came in, they had the paperwork ready to go and Kyle made sure my window would once again go up and down. Friendly people, too!Edit: My daughters car was hit a month or so ago in a parking lot. Of course Candy Apple Custom was our go to place. They repaired the damage very quickly, arranged for a rental, and got us back in the car FAST. The repair looks beautiful. My daughter is VERY happy with the work.
Candy Apple Custom - Cartersville, Georgia - performed excellent workmanship, provided outstanding service, maintained exceptional communications, treated my car like family with a personal touch and extra services, and did all of that earlier than predicted! I was advised that my car would be ready Thursday afternoon and it was ready at 11am on Thursday. I have never dealt with a better business. Candy Apple Custom is truly an exemplary organization. Excellent Service! Even when my insurance company was delayed in approving the claim , due to the fact they were short help, Kim persisted and called up the chain of command until she got an adjuster to come out. After we got the insurance company to do their job, Candy Apple got the Van fixed in a timely manner and kept me informed every step of the way. While I hope I never need them again, I definitely would if I ever need my van fixed again

We had a challenging summer, including being rear ended on the interstate. The repair process at Candy Apple was the easiest thing we did this summer! Their communication and customer service put us at ease. We never had to wonder or worry about the status of our car because they kept us informed proactively. Their organization and streamlined processes are evident just observing their employees during drop off and pick up, I find this to be rare.The extensive repair is exceptional, the paint job beautiful and they even washed, vacuumed and wiped down the inside of the car before we picked it up. We are so thrilled to find an honest, professional and friendly auto repair shop in our area! They will be our first choice should we need work done in the future and our first recommendation to anyone we know.
I have USAA and Candy Apple is an approved shop. I worked with Kim and a little with Kyle. Both were great with communication and setting up the car rental. I dropped the truck off on a Wednesday and it was done as promised on Monday. The repair was for a damaged bumper and fog light. My truck looks great again!

As a result, the car not only looked beautiful; we also felt like the team had given us a new car. For example, when the car was done, the exterior and interior were cleaned so well that we thought the car had undergone an detail. And our technicians made the finished work look better than the day we took delivery of the car from the dealer!Constant communications and feedback kept us well-informed. We’ve had four repairs here, including our Audi TT RS, S3, and now the VW. Candy Apple II AFIs our go-to tea of experts.
My car looks even better then it did before! Had my whole front of my car get hit and the right side of it as well. They did an excellent job and customer service was exceptional. She gave me weekly updates and knew when my car was going to be finished. I would recommend this place to any one!

I took my 2020 Jeep to Candy Apple for repairs after debris falling off a truck damaged my hood and windshield. From my first call to them, to their frequent communication updates and their coordination with the car rental, it was white glove experience start to finish. I would highly recommend them for any work!
The staff at Candy Apple solved a air bag problem, that baffled other professionals. They told me my life was at risk, that the air bag would not deploy, until the air bag light problem was repaired. They advised me not too drive my car, I could be killed in an accident.They replaced the seat belt and a faulty wire related to the air bag. The problem was finally fixed. This was the best experience Ive ever had for body repair and paint. It looks so good, I look forward to some ding and additional paint later on. I had my first accident and had NO clue what todo and took my car to Jennifer at Candy Apple to get an appraisal on cost to fix my car. The other parties insurance was paying and I was having to do all the running around without a rental. Jennifer said she would take care of them. Within 30 minutes of her calling they called me and said enterprise would be delivering a rental and Jennifer could start work on my car. Just picked it up and it looks like new, drives like new. Very professional positive experience. They fixed my car and fixed my insurance problems Jennifer and her shop did a fantastic job. I recommend this shop completely.
I had damage to the drive side rear corner due to a side swipe and they did a wonderful repair! Theyve always done a wonderful job on my wifes car and now theyve done a wonderful job on my truck and will always be my go to place for collision repairs.

I have been here three times and each time is a better experience than before. The ladies in the office are so awesome and courteous. Each time my car was delivered earlier than expected, cheaper than expected, but the end results exceeded my expectations! They did an amazing job on my 3 series bmw and the communication is above average than I have been previously used to at other places. They work well with State Farm insurance, I highly recommend using this location!
Obviously visiting a shop for repairs is not a pleasant thing, but Candy Apple Custom Collision II made it as painless as possible. They work with a nearby Enterprise and I was even able to leave my rental when I picked up my car, talk about service! The spunky lady running the front end was an absolute joy to talk with. Her sense of humor was a perfect mix of hilarity and sarcasm. I hope I dont need repairs again anytime soon, but Ill absolutely go back to CACC II when I do! Im in the process of moving to Georgia and I had my first run in with the local wildlife... a deer kicked a hole in my front bumper as he leapt in front of my car. Well, I was recommended to go to Candy Apple and within :30 seconds of entering the building I knew I had made the right choice. Great job on our van rear qtr panel and bumper. Paint matched phenomenally well. Very polite and returned the van to us with a very nice detail job on the whole thing, not just the repair area.
Dee was great. She did the estimate and at the end, she told me exactly what was done. When I dropped it off, they took me home...and not just anyone...The owner took me home. I would highly recommend them if unfortunately you have a wreck!! They even vacuumed and washed my truck...I was not expecting that!!

Sooo, I am sharing my awesome, unforgettable experience with Candy Apple Custom Collision Body Shop because I am super impressed with each and every single person that works in this building and the way that they handle their business, as well as the way they treat their customers . I dont know about yall, but it seems to me that truly great customer service is almost unheard of anymore. Well, Candy Apple has restored my faith in wonderful customer service, with their extraordinary quality of work, and employees that actually show you they care, even after theyve said it because you think they have to. Of course all companies will tell you what you want to hear to get your money. 9 times out of 10, once they have your money, its hard to say (or sometimes even SEE) where it actually goes (or went) once the work is actually finished and youre looking at it, all the while wondering how they could get something so significant past you with such a huge price tag. Kim took the time to make sure our policy was honored respectfully, as it should have been. People. If you are in need of body work, look no further because I promise you will not be disappointed with their results. The truck that backed into me didnt feel the impact and kept driving. This, of course, freaked me out bc it made it look like I hit them in the rear-end. I was already trying to convince myself that at least I still had a car and no one was hurt. The thought of putting it in the shop never crossed my mind bc of the circumstances. Well, not ONLY did Kim call my insurance company, TELL them exactly what they were going to do and their role of responsibility as far as the cost, but she also made sure that the rental car (the one she told State Farm they were taking care of!) picked Paul up from the shop and that we had a way of getting around while they worked so hard putting my car back together ! Ive had serious issues with insurance companies in the past, they never want to do their job, and will try anything to make you think it was your fault so they wont have to pay anything. Kim and Kyle made it so easy! They handled everything right down to making sure our insurance company didnt try to take advantage or twist everything around. It was clear from the start that they do care about you , your car, and about you being 100% satisfied with the work and service to your car. I hope Ill never need body work again, but Im putting the word out that this place is the way to go if you do happen to need body work yourself. Everyone was FANTASTIC when I stopped by to see if they could help with getting glue off of my car. I thought I would most certainly have to wait a few days to get my car looked at but they shared my concern about the glue drying and quickly were able to get it off.

GO ELSEWHERE! They painted BMW twice and blamed me for their poor quality of workmanship once I came to pick up. They also didn’t install back the emergency gas release latch, which caused issues later. I had to trade in car after going there.
They did a good job and walked me through the insurance and car rental process. Very happy and highly recommend.

2022-07-07Dont get your car fixed here. I was in an accident that wasnt my fault and told by (not my) insurance company that I could go anywhere and begin the process of getting a quote and getting my car fixed. They gave me an email address that the collision center would need to send the quote to but this place wouldnt even see me until the insurance company sent them a work order. I had to spend all afternoon on the phone calling them and waiting on hold because candy apple couldnt just send an email with the quote or give me a quote to send. It wasnt my insurance so It wasnt super easy just to get in contact with them and get them to do whatever I needed. Also when I finally got on the schedule to get my car fixed they asked if I needed a rental. I said yes. The insurance asked if I needed a rental. I Said yes. I thought I would have a rental. I call them to make sure the rental would be arranged and they said they didnt have me down for a rental. I called the insurance and the rental car company and had it arranged myself. When I dropped myself off with my vehicle the next day they again asked me if I needed and rental and said they normally arrange them and said they didnt have me down for one. I just felt like they didnt care about me at all and dealing with this place was a huge headache.
