Shawn made our buying experience amazing. I’ve got 3 kids that haven’t hardly got off of their four wheelers since Christmas Day. We came in one week before Christmas and Shawn was able to hook us up with exactly what we were looking for when many other ATV places couldn’t. I called yesterday and spoke to Shawn on the phone about coming in to see a talon but after seeing the selection I was sold on the razor. Shawn was such a pleasure to work with on our purchase of a Polaris Ranger 150. We drove 3 hours to pick this up, and from the first phone call to the time we put the Ranger on the trailer he made us feel like a priority. I had been searching for a good price on the Ktm duke 200 I’d already had went to 4 other dealers with no luck, I called capital cycle, and after speaking with Jared he quickly called me back and beat the competition’s prices. I put a deposit down and Jared made sure that the paperwork and the bike was ready to go upon pick and was very helpful to answer any questions I had but before I left Jared referred me to Dawson in parts who was very knowledgeable and helped me find the right fit for a helmet and was able to answer any questions I had and even, hooked me up with a deal. I highly recommend working with Jared at capital cycle if your in the market for a bike, or if you just want some new accessories for your bike, definitely go see Dawson.
Shawn helped me out to buy my first bike, great guy, answered all my questions and even had sincere recommendations. Didnt feel like I was pressured to buy and seemed like he genuinely had my best interest in mind. Ill be buying any of my future bikes or other toys from him.
I bought my Teryx from here in 2018 and it was a good experience. I have since had to take my machine in a few times for warranty work and their service department is outstanding. They get it diagnosed and sent into warranty very quickly, so very little down time on my machine. This last time I took my machine in was for a damaged steering rack and they got it repaired under warranty and back to me within a week and a half. No other dealer can do that!

We purchased a gently used side by side and almost immediately had problems with the engine. Capital Cycle coordinated with the side by side company to request they stand behind their machine. Without capital cycles support and initiative we would not have had our engine problems addressed and would have lost a great deal of money. They did the repairs in a timely manner, stood behind their work, and remained pleasant and helpful throughout the process! Kudos to Robbie and the rest of the staff at Capital Cycle…..we appreciate you all!

Lots of variety and stock on hand. Clean and neat showroom. Staff were curious and highly knowledgeable when my wife and I stopped in.We came, not knowing much about motorcycles and riding. This was my first experience with Capital Cycle as this is my first bike.They had to order a tire for me and I was frustrated that I was not called when the tire came in. But everything else went well. The lady who first took my call did a good job helping me figure out what the bike needed and keeping me informed. And the tech that checked me out was kind and answered all my questions.

I brought my 2021 Waverunner here to have a recall fixed and it was basically a drive thru service. I dont think they were even aware of the recall with it being released only a couple days earlier, but the staff ordered the parts quickly and I scheduled a time to have it done. In and out in less than an hour. The grumpy receptionists at other shops wanted me to drop it off with a lead time around a 3 weeks. It was an hour drive for me but Ill definitely use and recommend them from now on!
Promised they were ordered parts and they were on the way only to tell me a week later they actually didnt order them. Shorted me four pieces of my clutch pack on the stuff they actually remembered to order. I wanted to do business at a local shop but their tactics forced me to go online. Avoid if you like to get what you pay for.

Hands down Shawn Sneeder is the best at what he does and a great asset to the Capital Cycle company, I met Shawn back in April of 2021 to buy a 1000 RZR Trail S and was so impressed with him and his attention to his customers wants and requests that I came back in Jan 2022 to purchase another 1000 Highlifter after having lower offers from competitive business, wich I would have not done if it wasnt for him. Capitol Cycle did a Remarkable Job in Assisting us with purchasing a UTV. We had been having difficulty finding the type of Kawasaki UTV that we were looking for. Keith Matthews, our salesman, was Confident that he would be able to find what we wanted. He was correct. Capitol Cycle had what we were looking for at the dealership. Keith made sure that we had the information on the UTV that we needed so that we could decide if we wanted to buy it.Since we live about 150 miles from Capitol Cycle, we asked if we would be able to purchase the UTV over the phone and Keith said that would be Fine. We put a deposit on the 2022 Kawasaki UTV and paid the balance with a wire transfer a few days later. I brought my yamaha svho waverunner to Robby Moser (service manager) this past weekend because of a problem I was having with my ski. I didnt buy the ski from them either. He came outside in about 2-3 minutes had it diagnosed and fixed the problem in 45 minutes. I will travel the 1.5 hours to them anytime my ski has a problem. Great and friendly service for sure. Thanks again Robby Moser for the fast and friendly service.
We drove 4 hours from Alabama to see a 2014 Ducati that was in very very poor condition. Nothing as what the pictures show. We had talked to the sales rep about a a couple of days before. We had agreed i would come eather Friday or Saturday. We put in an application for financing and was approved and also put a deposit so they didn’t sell the bike. We decided to come Friday and left early morning. I called Sales rep around 9am that we were about an hour away. He said the bike was not ready. That the lights did not work. We got there and it was at the shop completely naked. We looked at numbers and they were charging almost $700 of inspection/ safety service fees. Since he stated that they inspect and make sure their used bikes are ready to sell. But the bike was not even ready when we arrived….. well we waited and once it was ready the bike was very dirty, had its details. It is a used bike. We turned it on and it lost power and suddenly turned off and then turned it on again and turned off again. Then we turned the throttle and it got stuck. The sales rep saw exactly what happened to the bike. Manager came out and saw it and said nothing was wrong with it. We just asked for our deposit back and walked away. If it had issues they should have never listed it and “inspection” it before posting it on their website. Specially if they will charge a $700 safety service fee. He said that we had to wait because they didn’t expect us on that day. Well im glad that we came unexpectedly. But im very unpleased that we drove 4 hours to see a 11k bike with issues. Sales rep was very nice and professional. But just make sure you try and see before you buy something used from this place.

Hands down the best service I have received since I walked In the door a few weeks back to look at the new scout bobber and Rj Greeted me with the upmost respect and addressed any problems questions that I had and his communication is by far the best. Did a credit app on a bike in stock, get approved,Now they don’t have the bike supposedly it’s gone now. In the mean time my credit is dinged and they tried to sell me other things that have nothing to do with what we were looking for. Had they been honest with me from the get go i would of never did the app.
Beware of buying USED machines from Capitol Cycle. They say they go over them thoroughly but if they miss something, ie both master brake cylinders failing after less than 2 hours of riding on an atv, they will not foot the $500+ bill on a $9,000+ machine. Maybe they would have if I was able to get it back to them but I live 6 hours away.
Purchased my 2022 KTM 250 SX F today at Capitol Cycle. Our sales rep Jared did a killer job! We drove all the way up from Florida and he took care or us before, during ams even after! He made sure my every question was answered, and anything I asked for he made happen. If you go to Capitol, ask for Jared, he will give you 100% effort the entire way!

Had a rear tire blowout 90 miles from home. Towed to Capitol Cycle and they replaced the tire on the spot. They had me back on the road within 90 minutes. THANKS!!!!!
Very professional and friendly staff, handled everything quickly even though parts had to be ordered from out of state. Only minor complaint I have is that I didnt get a phone call me when the bike was ready (was told they finished it Friday afternoon), I called Tuesday to get an update and was told the bike was ready to be picked up. Since it was a holiday weekend I can understand how the call wasnt made and I assume I would have been called Tuesday had I not called right after opening.

Great place to get your motorcycle!!! But let me say this, if you do go, make sure to see Jared Thompson in sales. Without a doubt this guy takes care of his customers. He believes in working for the customer first. I live two hours away and was able to communicate with him from start to finish though phone. When I was ready, I was able to make the drive, spend less than an hour with the final details, and drive away with my bike!!! Jared is so professional and went above and beyond to take care of me!!! I was looking for a Husqvarna TC85 for my son and couldnt find any in Florida. So I looked into Georgia and found one at Capitol Cycle company! I went through their website to contact them about and it was able to get a hold of Todd. He was great to work with! I explain my situation and he let me put down a deposit to hold the bike for the following weekend and started the process of purchasing the bike. His communication was good throughout the week. I made the 5 hour drive up to Macon and Todd was ready for me! He had all the paperwork ready for me to sign and the bike was already ready for me too! He went through everything with me about the bike, we loaded up the bike and I was back on the road in 20 minutes! It couldnt have been much smoother! You will get your moneys worth. I purchased 2019 Indian Chieftain Darkhouse and I travel hour and a half just to get my bike serviced because of the excellent staff.

Great customer service by shawn I came in looking for 2 bikes a zx10r and a Indian ftr and he only had one of them but that did not stop him from putting up the zx10r on website and showing me features about the bike without having it making it feel like the bike was there but also able show me the other bike and he really sold me to it and thats the way I went and got it the same day really awesome guy need more people like him thanks for all the help
Shawn was awesome and walked me around the store, talked me through a bunch of different bikes in the store and made jokes with me to make me feel comfortable while we walked around, sold me on a CBR300r, and did everything he could to make sure I was sold on it. I have a 2019 Indian Scout. Had Capitol City install new pipes, intake and full service. They were great and friendly. Only problem was I was waiting, I came from Augusta with a buddy, and he bought a new bike and I spent another +$500 on goodies. Had a awesome experience with them and would highly recommend them for service and sales.
So I stopped in about a month ago looking for a Honda Rebel and online said that it was available. It was bittersweet. It was bitter because the rebel was sold out the very weekend before. It was sweet because I met Shawn and he was super helpful, patient, honest and caring. This bike will be my first bike and he stuck with me the whole entire time he didnt give up on me. Shawn and John helped me out the most. I literally shopped around with three different motorcycle places and Shawn was the best! I should have come here sooner! Shawn and the rest of the crew at Capitol were amazing to work with. When I first stopped by to talk to Shawn, I expected it was going to take a month or more to find what I wanted, and then a few days of negotiation. Shawn listened to my needs and gave me a couple of excellent recommendations. It was like he read my mind. If I could have bought all of them I would have, but the last thing he showed me was actually dream bike. I was smitten and worried it would be gone before I could get my wife (and financing) on the same page. But then, Shawn found exactly what my wife wanted too! Im 5 minutes he had her more excited than me, and I loved that he talked to HER about her bike-- he didnt do the macho thing and try to talk to me. We put down deposits that day, and I braced for the next part... Again I thought it was going to be a struggle to get financing because of our credit, and was prepared to pay in cash, but Shawn stepped up again, and got us a great price and financing with terms we could accept and help us keep our cash in our pocket for our upcoming vacation. I cant express how happy we are, and I look forward to visiting Capitol Cycle and Shawn again as soon as my kids are ready for their first bikes!
Capitol cycle customer service is awesome.I had new brake pads for my Goldwing but that bike got into a accident so it was a total loss but I still had the brake pads for four mouths.Return policy is 90 days.On a chance I called ans spoke to Bruce he said send them back anyway.Surprise, no problem they were great about bending the rules and gave a full refund 108.00Bruce sent an e mail said just trying to do the right thing for customers.I will continue to do business with these trustworthy people.I am 68 years old I have heard it all before sorry one day out of warranty.Sorry 90 day policy on returns .I think you opened the package all BSGREAT JOB CAPITOL CYCLE.

I had my motorcycle worked on at capitol. Parts were delayed but that was because of Indian. Ladies and gents to care of me as quick as they could. Didnt buy bike here because they werent a dealer at time of purchase.Will def come back and recommend this dealer for all your motorcycle needs.

Shawn was amazingly helpful! We spoke with him before coming over to the show room to give him an idea of what we were looking for, and explained that we were just beginning our search for our perfect rides. When we got there, he had my husbands Honda Monkey sitting right by his desk the day it hit the floor, with almost EXACTLY the modifications we were looking to add, in the perfect Glitter Blue. Shawn and I also talked a lot about the best-fitting ride for me, and found my beautiful Yamaha Zuma (her name is Sheila) - perfect height and weight for a small person like me (Im 52), and the automatic transmission is perfect for a new rider. Needless to say, we put down deposits immediately, and no haggling - great prices right on the floor. I cant wait to hit the road this summer!!!

Where do I begin! From the very first time I walked into the shop about 3-4 years ago I didn’t know what I wanted. I just knew I wanted a motorcycle. I’m not one for people but Shawn came up to me and was very polite and not pushing anything on me. Due to his professionalism and helping me get the bike of my dreams (at that time) I knew he was going to be the only salesman for me. Since that very first experience I have gotten 3 bikes from him, including a dirt bike. Today (01/02/2021) I walked in there and Shawn already knew what I wanted since we had been speaking. Once again the process was quick and painless. I told him what I wanted. How much I was going to put down, and where I wanted my payments to be. Within 30-45 minutes I was walking out with a brand new Indian. This place has done nothing but treated me well and I believe it is thanks to Shawn. Bought a Vulcan 900. Everything was really smooth and awesome. I got the bike and by some ungodly miracle my oil cap blew off somewhere. Didnt even even get to the stoplight down the road from the place. Called them and they handled everything very quickly and well. Came back the next day to pick it up and has been smooth sailing since. Really appreciate this place!
Todd sold me a nice Polaris Rig in Early 2020, the process was easy and he was very knowledgeable. I have no complaints about the sales side of things, but after all they want the money. Fast forward several months and we realize the wench doesn’t work when we are in a jam. It would only go in and the buttons were reversed. It was time for a service so I took it in to be checked out. It took 2.5 weeks and they were scurrying to finish when I walked in. I got charged for the wench service(bought the best warranty they sold) and it never worked! I was told they discounted some other extraordinarily high labor to make up for it. I got a service, rear view mirror, and gun racks. Just order the parts and put them on yourself, because getting a call back from parts, or having parts communicate with service ain’t going to happen for you here. Million dollar sales and $2 service and parts department.

I am on my way to key west from Pennsylvania. Needed a taller windshield. Called capitol cycle in macon Georgia. Brian in parts located the windshield, wrote my name on the box and held it two days for me. Then service was booked out fir a week. Nathan, the service manager found out I was traveling and put the windshield on himself immediately. I have NEVER had customer service like this in my life and I’m 61. I’m going to stop by on my way home just to see these people.

Nathan was INCREDIBLE! While riding my 2017 Roadmaster Trike over the weekend, I got an error code. I called the service department and spoke to Nathan who got my bike seen that afternoon. The codes were reset and spark plugs changed. Now my bike is running so much better. None of this would have been possible without Nathans assistance. Capital Cycle now has a loyal customer thanks to Nathan and the service department at Capitol Cycle.

After deciding to buy a side by side we have visited several dealerships, dreading going again because of sometimes pushy salesman. Yesterday we rode up to Capital Cycle and met with Shawn. Once we explained what we were looking for, he went above and beyond to find exactly what we needed and get us out happily out he door!
Horrible experience with the service department. Took my bike there to have it put back at stock height. After about 3 days of nothing being done to my bike, I went to go pick it up because I’d rather ride it then have it sitting getting dusty. After picking up my bike I noticed that the front steering was acting weird but I rode it off anyway back to my storage unit which isn’t too far. About 2 days later I pulled it out to do some ridding due to nice weather and the steering was still messed up. Felt like the handlebars were independent from the front wheel. I took it back up there because I didn’t feel safe riding it and asked if they had did anything to the front forks to which of course they replied that they didn’t. So I dropped it off again only to not have it be touched for another 2 days. Went and picked it back up and it’s still horrible. Would not recommend for any service. Poor customer service and did not want to take accountability. I will be taking my bike elsewhere.

After a couple initial hiccups at the beginning of my crash repair, Nathan came into the picture and took over. Once that happened, things moved quickly. Most of the parts had come in but Yamaha had a backorder on a couple and Nathan looked high and low in usual and not so usual places in an attempt to speed things up (my bike had been there for a couple months already when he took over). Less than two weeks later I stopped by to check progress and as I was walking towards the service building, he called to tell me the repair was completed! Being in the retail/customer service industry myself for the last 25 years, I can say that Nathan truly embodies the customer service attitude.
I worked with Shawn, to buy a 2021 Polaris RANGER. I would not recommend shopping here. I bought my bike used 3 days later it wouldn’t crank. I took it back to the shop & told them I’m willing to pay to get it fixed they had the bike 2 months only giving me the run around saying it’s going to be a 1000 repair after parts & labor. I got the bike took it to another shop paid $27 for parts $100 for labor it was fixed in less than a hour. If you’re considering shopping here reconsider weigh your options.

Dishonest and bad business. First they tried to sneak in a warranty in my loan without telling me. Luckily I read before signing. Then, I had just finished signing papers for a scout bobber. With my key and papers in hand, They told me that service department dented my gas tank. Then refused to replace the damaged part. Says he could not make money on the sale if he did. He said I could take it as is or cancel the contract. Wasted my entire day at Capital Cycle and walked out with nothing.
I wanted a hard to get bike and Capitol Cycle Company was sold out. No worries, Donnie Banks and the guys got me one anyway. The bike was ready when I drove up from Florida and Caleb had everything all ready so I only had to sit with Andrew for 5-10 minutes to do paper work. Everyone I dealt with was very nice. My my my. Great place to buy dirt bikes. The young male that sold 4 dirt bikes today was very nice an pleasant. A few guys were practicing how to ride outside, an one guy feel but didnt hurt anyone or hit anything. Then some older guys comes out an tells them off. I thought customer was always right. That old man was very mean. His tone was very high and he was disrespectful. They paid over 1600.00 and he steal shouted at them. That was so not cool man. But we all make mistakes.

Honestly one of the best experiences I have ever had at in dealership. Cars or bikes everybody is very friendly Intentive and very helpful. Went there to buy my wifes first bike and I would never go anywhere else to make another purchase if I can help it. I had been looking for a 2018 Africa Twin AS for years and finally found one at Capital Cycle for a great price. The problem was that I could not pick it up for over a month. The people there worked with me to come up with a way to hold the bike for that time. They went above and beyond when I showed. When I arrived they had all my paperwork ready and the bike cleaned and ready to go, with a full tank of gas! I couldnt think they could have been any better until there parts department gave me a great deal on an Arai XD-4 helmet. they didnt carry it in store but ordered and had it delivered to my house. If you are looking for a fast, friendly, and patient d motorcycle dealer then this is your place. I highly recommend them for any of your purchases.

We had a little disconnect on the first bike I picked but he sure did make it right. I am about to ride 100 + miles back down there just to have the 600 mile service done. Just wanting to say the service department is amazing I went in for a warranty claim on a high lifter 1000 sportsman and honestly I thought the warranty company would claim abuse over warranty but like they say a warrantee is just as good as a dealer that makes the claim!! Tc was amazing and kept me very well informed the turnaround was a lot better than I expected I expected a month it was nowhere near that. I was also very impressed with the parts department when I called and ordered a few things against my repair order instead of having to pre-pay for them. Everybody at Capitol cycle is treating me very fair in accordingly even the sales department that sold me my new unit.

Please do not support this business! Spread the word as some day this could be you or your family. When our son was down training with Plessingers, he needed a front sprocket and they said for $200 they would sell him a $20 part! They stated it would take their mechanic an hour to take it off the floor model. Really! Needless to say our kiddo did not buy it. What kind of shop doesn’t support our riders? This shop does not! Shame on you folks for trying to rip off our son. When you are in need of a bike or any supplies go to a different shop. Don’t support a shop that would do this! Unreal. They even spoke to my husband on the phone and tried to justify the 200 price and spoke more lies. Wow! We have them the opportunity to make it right, they stand behind these actions.
Nathan Spires is this man! If you need an honest salesman that will listen to your needs and find the right bike for you, Nathan is your guy. Capitol Cycle management is doing a great job staffing their business with talented individuals like Nathan. I cant think of another shop that will get my business going forward!
Capitol Cycle is a top notch dealer. I purchased a 2018 YZ 125 from them last week. I live about two hours away. I called and spoke with Caleb about the bike and drove down to purchase it the next day. I told them what I wanted to pay, they agreed and loaded it on my truck a few minutes later. The process was easy and painless. They have a great selection, so stop by if you are in the area.

Extremely Dishonest. I started dealing with a Sales person over the internet in response to there ad for a new 2018 MT 10 motorcycle. After a five hour drive to the cycle shop, they rolled the bike out in the aisle. It looked great from the side we could see, and since it was advertised as a new bike we had no reason to think otherwise. We went ahead and sat down with the finance guy, went through and signed all the paperwork and added the extended warranty(absolute SCAM). All the financing paperwork said only 1 mile so we felt good on the price. They rolled the bike over to the shop to charge the battery for us before loading it into an enclosed motorcycle trailer for the long drive back home. When it came out of the shop we had a chance to see it outside, at which time we noticed a dent and scrape in the tank. I went inside and told a different sales person that something had happened to the bike when they took it over to charge the battery. It was only then that they came clean and told me the bike was actually a demo with nearly 2900 miles on it. I have text messages confirming with the salesperson prior to us driving 5 hrs, that this is a brand new bike. He said they were able to purchase left over inventory at a reduced rate is why they had it discounted(total lie) Not only was the bike used but it had damage. Then to make things even better they put on the sales agreement it only had 1 mile, total fraud! I did work out a resolution as far as the mileage goes but nothing can make up for how dishonest the sales and finance team acted. I cant in good faith ever recommend this company due to the lies and fraudulent sales invoice, which shows the bike as brand new. I brought this up at the DMV and plan to look further into this and the legality of the paperwork. Ill update my review when this is done to help protect anyone else from this bad experience.

Even though I went to look at different bikes, I found a great Victory Cross Country with extremely low miles for a great price. Even though my credit isnt the best, they got me financed. RJ kept me up to speed through the entire process and even though there was a lot of waiting, it was still a really good experience.

I have been doing business with Capitol Cycles for just over two years and find them to be very easy and friendly to work with. Last year I purchased a new 2014 Gold wing and have been having it serviced there regularly.Yesterday, 8/12/15, I went in for some relatively minor issues. I needed to have one of the side pieces replaced because I broke a fastener stem from it. I also was having problems getting my windshield up and down. When I went into Service for my appointment Austin McCullers waited on me and was absolutely superb. I expected to leave the bike and come back later in the afternoon after the work was completed. After explaining to Austin what I needed, he said he could take care of that for me in just a few minutes. He went with me to the bike and showed my how to get the side piece on. He also took the windshield mechanism apart and adjusted the windshield so that it now works flawlessly. After that he checked my oil level and aired the tires to the proper pressures. All this, and I was on my way in less than 30 minutes.I have always been a Capitol Cycle fan, but thanks to Austin, I am now an even more dedicated customer.I highly recommend Capitol Cycle and of course hopefully you will get to deal with Austin McCullers when you go. I plan to call ahead every time I go to make sure he is there when I arrive..Thanks Austin, you are FANTASTIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was in contact with several dealerships trying to get the best price on a new KTM 450sxf Factory Edition. I found the bike a state away in Atlanta with Mountain Motosports but I felt like I was dealing with rookies who were clueless about the machine, it’s availability, payment methods etc. They no called back or no replied 4 times. I was paying cash and they were making it complicated enough that I kept searching. I reached Kurt at Capitol and in a few seconds the difference in professionalism and knowledge was clearly evident. He made me a deal and the purchasing process seamless. I will drive 5 hours from Orlando every time I need a new bike for myself or my two kids. Top notch dealer and staff! I wasted a ton of time looking elsewhere.

I would give more stars if I could. I have dealt with there awesome service department and especially T.C... He made sure that our 2 ATVS were completely fixed. He helped to get a non warranty item completely paid for from Polaris. He goes above and beyond with his customer service and make the customer feel like he really cares. The whole service department has been amazing as well to work with. I will not take our ATVS anywhere else.

2022-02-23I spoke with Shawn at Capital Cycle texting back and forth I let him know I was in the market for a motorcycle. Gave him a Price range and he got on it immediately. He sent me several photos of what they had in stock and we went over them together. They had an awesome selection and we were able to pinpoint what I was looking for. Today 2/22/22 I took a short trip up the interstate to meet up with Shawn and get things rolling. Shawn worked diligently and speedy to get things together. After some strings pulled a few different ways Shawn was able to get me on the bike I picked out. Shawn is by far the best salesman I have ever had the pleasure of working with period, hands down! Everything was literally effortless, Shawn made the entire process as smooth as silk. Had a great experience with help from Shawn, he was friendly and greeted us when we walked in, he wasn’t pushy gave me time to decide which bike I wanted and answered any questions I had. 2022-04-29After many many months of shopping, researching for the perfect bike i finally made the most important decision “where” to purchase my dream bike. I arrived to Capitol Cycle early one Saturday morning to make it happen. I was immediately welcomed by Shawn who got straight to the point and asked. “So, what are looking for brother?” I gave him my requirements. He provided me with a few options that met my needs. He answered all my questions and within a very short time the deal was done. The customer service was over the top. 2022-02-13On February 12, 2020 me and my better half went in to capital in Macon, Ga just to look. We were greeted very professionally. We looked at two different 4wheelers and was haven a hard time deciding. Shawn (the salesman) went above and beyond by looking up the difference in the two and making sure we were getting the best deal for our money. We ended up buying. 2022-03-18I have been to several dealership in the past month looking for the bike I want, of course stock is a mess due to the current situation our world is in right now and have had no luck finding the bike I want. But Shawn was the only sales person that was willing to work with me and make sure that I not only was able to get the bike I wanted but offer exception customer service. He always was in touch and kept me updated on the whole process, he was honest in times that I did not expect him to be honest and made me feel more like family other than just a customer who he was trying to get a sale from. Customer service is hard to find now a day but amazing customer service is so rare and I cannot express how much it is appreciated. In the future not only will I only buy my motorcycles from Capitol cycles, I will only deal with Shawn. Amazing job keep up the outstanding work. 2022-06-02Michael Alford in the service department is the best example of the reason I travel as far as I do to have my Ranger serviced at Capitol Cycle. Michael is courteous, genuine, he remembers my name. I trust him. He spends time with me, careful to answer all of my questions. If Michael wasn’t there, it might make sense for me to find a closer place to have my work done. He gets the people-side of the business. And I appreciate that he cares about his work.

I worked directly with Keith from the beginning to ending, from Interest to purchasing. Keith was very professional, helpful and easy to work with.
