Their employees are very unprofessional. Asked a question to the cashier just to be met with aggression and attitude. The manager was just as bad angry, unprofessional and rude. Customer service here stinks. I left without buying anything because if you act that nasty to your customers how can I trust you to fix my food.
Girls up front were very friendly and food was great!
The food is always good but service needs some work,we a 4 badder dipped fish dinner,but they gave us a two piece instead, so we had to go inside to get the rest of our meal.there stuffed crab sucks and the steamed broccoli taste like fish. Everything else is good.

The food at this location is always hot and delicious! Nice staff. The drive thru line is super long because they are only doing drive thru(average wait is between 25/30 mins on a Fri or Sat) I gave it 4 stars because they left off the hush puppies. I will visit again😋
Store representative told me to order online for fast service. I placed my order at 7pm. My family waited over 2 hours and the order still wasnt ready. The store is scheduled to close at 11pm on Friday via online, but closed at 9pm. The store manager refused to refund our money and told us to call customer service. My order number is #105340 and the transaction was never completed.

Ive been sitting in line for over 10 minutes. You all are too slow for it too slow for it to be lunch hour. I havent made it to order my food yet.
Ljs is going to the dogs, #9 2pc fish and chicken fries and slaw. Fish looked like fish sticks and the chicken looked like it came from a convience store not even a half cup of slaw. It looked like a slim fast meal.
We tried the new fried sampler plate, fried, chicken, fish and shrimp with green beans and Cole slaw, hush puppies, this is 1 plate we both ate from this.... Man was it good we couldnt even eat all of it. I think we might get next time too.

The service here is good and the dining room is generally clean. The food is good to with satisfactory portions. I would have given 4 stars but they insist on loading the order up with scrapple.

If only my net worth was enough to gain one of these franchise. I grew up on Captain Ds and have alway loved the concept and the food. You just cant beat the quality, speed and food at this price. Everytime I travel back down south, I make it a point to stop and enjoy. Thanks.
The people were rude . And what I usually got they said they never had I ordered just last week . The manager was just as rude. Me and my husband go here quite often never had to much trouble . Tonight how ever was totally wrong no respect what so ever. You could tell they just there for a check. It will be a long while before my family goes back and any of our friends. I had to return to the counter 2 times to get the food i ordered. Service was terrible. I guess i went on joke day or something because the cooks were more concerned about playing than cooking and the servers thought it was gossip hour. Food was no where near good. Dont eat here.
If I could give this restaurant a 0 star, I sure would because it deserves it. Usually when I come to order food, i do not have problems from the employees. In attempt to order food for my mother and me, no one assisted me through the drive-through speakers. At first, i was thinking the speaker was not working, so I attempted to pull down to the main window. In attempt to order at the main window, I experienced mocking and bullying. After I became livid at the employee for shouting aggressively at me, I overheard her mocking, laughing bullying me. When I drove off, she has the audacity to fake be nice and tell me, have a nice day, see you later. I need the corporate number to report this employee if anyone knows her name so I can give it because I do not deserve that type of disrespect. That said, no other customers deserve to be disrespected through mocking and bullying.
Friendly service and very clean food was okay had better might need to keep better check on heat and oil changes Frys were raw in middle. Usually though food is right on yummy 😋.
Ok had to delete what had put on here... The people that were their was nice. These you have now are RUDE ! The place is not half as clean as it was and the plate I usually order they had no clue what I was talking about. They need to learn what is on the menu. It will be a long while before me and my family return. 😪

My order was wrong I got crab cakes instead of chicken strips and the two extra chicken strip that I ordered I wouldnt give them to my dog. I should have just sat $24 on fire and Let It Go Up In Smoke I would still be the same way I am now hungry....

If I could leave 0 stars I would. The staff is disrespectful and spit in our food. Avoid this place at all costs. Will absolutely never go back. Disgusting.

Moved to Columbus from FLA in April. I desperately wanted to visit a Roses shopping store and Americus was the closest that had one per Waze. After shopping, my family and I decided to stop in for lunch. Tables were dirty and dining are was fine of lFlies and knats. Not use to this kind of filth in a restaurant. I will not be coming back. Not happy at all.
The card machine was down when my wife and I visited, but we went and hit the atm and came back and the service was great. As was the food.

The food is about the same as the others which is good but the service sucks. They never give me what I ask for and never give me the toys in my kids meals. This is very frustrating!

2022-03-16We just got a pint of cole slaw. Today it was good. The price is always good for its size. The window cashier was very pleasant and friendly.Approximately 2 weeks ago, the slaw tasted close to being spoiled. I suggest slaw should be monitored closer, and a taste test done daily before serving it.

2022-01-28Party of 3 ordered inside. The 2nd person that ordered got his food and was almost done when I went up there. They had to get my receipt to complete the 1st and 3rd persons order. Could hear a man and women employee arguing the whole time in the back. Guess they were too distracted to get orders right. Someone else came back in because they didnt receive their whole order.

2021-12-19Ordered shrimp and cashier didnt tell me they were out of cocktail sauce till it was too late to change the order. Really a seafood place and no cocktail sauce. Shrimp didnt taste good without the sauce.

2021-07-08My husband likes Captain Ds. He ordered a number 1 combo MEAL that comes with a fish sandwich and french fries. I paid $7 for the meal only to get home 15 minutes later to no french fries on the plate. And a have made sandwich. I called and they immediately apologized and I went back and got the correct meal. They did a great job service wise and my husband said the food was great.

2021-07-20Ordered online to be ready at 8 got there for them to tell me system is down and they don’t have order. Then turnaround and say they have it. Do you not have it or did you just not make it? Which one? Then everyone had an attitude except the girl at the front counter. I should be the one mad y’all got me waiting forever on food that should be ready!

2021-07-03The food was great as always but the cashier was a bit rude, she even screamed under her breath. Im not sure what the issue was except maybe the water that spilled out of the cup with a unfitting lid. Shouldnt cry over a little spilt water. She was not busy so there was no need to be so stressed. Im sure she just needs a vacation. My mom and i both got the crab cake, fish and shrimp dinner. It was so very good and fresh and hot. Yum
