2020-09-28Just had my truck serviced in an out under 1 hour.I asked the counter person to borrow a vehicle because I wanted to use my time wisely and get a haircut at the same time none were available but she did get me a ride to the barber shop and back. The visit was great my truck was ready whe I got back

2019-12-27Drove 1.5 hours did not get oil changed. When I arrived at 2 p.m. I was told it would be at least a two hour wait. I declined. There is nothing Quick Lane about a two hour wait? Tried to talk to the service manager, he was too busy to talk to me. Really bad experience. I bought my f-150 here and cant get it serviced. Something is wrong with that!

2020-10-08Casey, Lisa, and the entire staff at Woody Folsom, did an incredible job keeping me updated on everything during my truck’s stay with them. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

2020-08-01We couldnt get anyone to help us. Everyone standing around. Not one person asked if they could help us. One salesman was right next to us and drove off didnt speak.
