Car Online is a very poor business that sells excessively low quality vehicles. The one star rating is representative that they should not be in business. That is how excessively bad the business and the vehicles are. Stay away like the plague!! I have reported them to the better business bureau. I attest to the fact vehicles are patched up for test drives and they start to fail within days. The correct course is to outlaw such a low life business and revoke their license. Once more time - Excessively low quality vehicles.

My daughter and I were there on Saturday shopping for her first car. We found a car she liked and agreed to pay full price. We requested to have the car inspected on Monday and told them we would pay in cash. I called back 2 hours later to confirm the time and they sold the car to someone else. We would have gladly paid a deposit had they asked. I dont recommend doing business with them.

Don’t even think about buying from here. I ignored the bad reviews and I regret it. First of all, the Mercedes I bought needed $1200 of repairs right off the bat. Now, less than a month later, it needs another $900 worth of repairs. When I was waiting to fill out paperwork at the lot, I asked them several times to go ahead and start cleaning the car because we had been there for hours and I was ready to leave after I was done with paperwork. They refused, after being there for hours and finishing paperwork, I waited another TWO HOURS at the car wash….the car was DISGUSTING. I have no idea what took them so long but I didn’t even want to touch the leather it was so nasty. Still had food crumbs, trash, and other things in the car. Paid another $350 to have it detailed. Horrible experience. Don’t ignore the bad reviews
My son just purchased a car at this so called dealership and it has broke down 3 times since he’s gotten it and it’s been less than a week. A tow truck had to get him the same night he bought the car. No gas in it when purchased. Wasn’t cleaned and had pet food in the backseat !!! Horrible experience and I wish he never bought this vehicle from them !! Oh yeah did I mention he had to spend $126 for an oil change too !!! My baby is actually waiting on the side of the road right now waiting to get rescued AGAIN because this vehicle put him out again !!! It’s Saturday and he bought this car on this past Monday!! Smh !! They should be ashamed !!
Junior was the sales man that sold me my 2010 audi! The price was wonderful, hands down. They have great cars and the finance process is smooth no problems. And the maintenance they is Geat!!!! Paid off.
Had one of their cars inspected by a mechanic. One of the rotors are bad and the AC doesnt blow past the low setting. Mo gave short/blunt answers and did not seem engaged or interested in us. They hardly ever answered the phone either.

Showed up 20 minutes before they closed to take a look at a car to see if it was worth making an appointment to come back and test drive. They were fairly rude and told us to come back at 10 am the following day. If you are open then be open but dont come out and try to shoo people off before closing time. Did end up finding out where the car was. It was such a heap of rust we wont bother coming back.
My experience was okay . From a rate 1-10 I rate 4! My frist time financing a car I thought everything would be fine but My engine went out it’s not working and I had this car for 7 1/2 months. Now I have to pay for a engine and for labor and on a bmw 5 series that’s is very pricey. Ali was great to deal with . He understood me and gave me no attitude. Some employees are very mean and always have a attitude when u speak to them about an issue. Anyways the cars are very beautiful just make sure you bring a Machanic when pursing a car.

Buyer beware - we all know. But I thought others would benefit from hearing about my experience. The car I bought from them required MAJOR repairs only 3 months after I bought it. It was a mechanical issue that was there when I got it. Can’t say that they knew about it but they either did and sold me a lemon or they don’t thoroughly look at the condition of their cars. I had to get rid of it and was out about $3k after 3 months and no car. Beware.

These are scams artist, they won’t tell you about a problem they know about so when you test drive it seems like everything is fine. When later it WILL fail on you.These guys also like to make sure you don’t check the engine so please do that before test driving. BUY THE CAR FAX BEFORE GOING!! Know what has been done to the car and look at any recalls. If the title is not clean it most likely is not worth your time (because it is coming from here not because it’s not a clean title). Most of the time if a recall is not fixed they won’t tell you about it and if you tell them something is wrong with the car they will blame it on you.Don’t go here I would go to a more reputable car dealership.

I found this place on car gurus found a Mercedes 2011 for $7,499 I contacted the guy after reading about the car if the car was in good condition he said yes, he kept telling me to tell my husband to come test drive it and I said if you say the car is good he will come and test drive it but I would like to move forward with purchasing the car so let’s get the application started. My husband got approved as this car was mainly for me as a Mother’s Day gift. My husband gets there minor issues that the dealer stated they would address, long story kind of short lol I got home a day later check engine light came on. Sensor for the wheels does not work, gas runs out of the car like water you can go up the block and the gas will almost be gone. They basically sold me a LEMON and I am livid.

We went to look at a bmw x3. Pictures were good. Got there. Complete chaos. No organization. Asked to see this car. After some shouting in Arabic the car appears. Man steps out and looks at me walks away. We look inside and it is nothing like the pictures. Including the door wedges in tbe windows because the window motors did not work. Never said that in the ad. All vehicles as is. Super shady place. Avoid if possible. They are the reason why we bought our Lexus from. The dealer. No BS.

Since then I have bought a 08 Honda Accord, 07 Acura MDX, and a 2019 BMW X3. I have never had any issues with any of these cars and I got them for a great price. I purchased a 2006 Jeep Cherokee from here , I was told from Max that the car was ready and had no problems. They gave me a car filled with dog hair and horrible smell , they claimed that they shampooed the carpet on the floor of the car and that it would dry . The carpet never dried and the carpet was extremely wet underneath my car mats . The next day I had to bring the car back because on my way home the check engine light came on , and the tire pressure light came on . When I went back the next day I was told that the problem was fixed , when in reality things were getting worse . The car needed a new transmission, a new radiator , and a new engine . I’m absolutely disappointed with this company because I only had the car for 6 DAYS . Please DO NOT GET YOUR CAR FROM HERE , you will DEFINITELY REGRET IT .

Family member bought a Mercedes for $16000 from here end of December, car needed $10k in repairs when told it was in good running shape. Car is needing new gas tank, fuel lines, fuel pump, compressor, maf sensors, Cracked wheels, control arms, transmission leaking. DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM HERE.
Friendly staff however, doesnt honor their word. I purchased an audi a6 for my daughter whos in college and it turned out to be a lemon. After having the vehicle for 4 months it cut off on her while on campus and needed a new transmission. The car was barely drove, parked on campus mostly and the dealer knew that they when they gave us a 3 month warranty on the engine after I WAS TOLD THAT I WAS GETTING A GOOD USED DEPENDABLE CAR FOR MY DAUGHTER THAT WOULD BE GREAT FOR A COUPLE YEARS was fabricated..It looked fly, leather interior, moonroof, body looked great to be a 06 and drove good while on a test drive however, we were played..I would suggest getting the vehicle inspected by your own mechanic... This dealer wouldnt work with us on getting repair work done or with getting a different car... wow...They wont get our money again nor will I EVER refer anyone there.

Bought a GL450 from Car Online January 25th. Looked great on the outside. I specifically asked the salesman has the car been looked at.. He assured me yes. The day after I bought the car, it started shaking. The hoses under the hood we’re ripped to shreds. The car could not have been looked at. When I got back to my home city, the car had a transmission problems and 2 bad batteries...The day I purchased the car it would not even go into drive and the salesman said it had to “warm up”. No, bad battery and transmission. Also I found out the Mercedes-Benz emblem on the front was glued on and it wasn’t even the correct emblem for that model. Yea, I found out when it was laying in the ground. It’s March and I’ve spent about almost 2k in repairs. If I had known up front bout the hidden problems I would not have purchased. Overall, if you have bad credit and want a nice car, go here and you will get the car but make sure you inspect the car yourself and maybe bring a mechanic with you.
Purchased an 2011 Toyota Tacoma from Caronline . The sales person max couldn’t be anything but nice from start to finish only waited about 1 hour. He even allowed me to drive the truck to my mechanic for his opinion! Truck is great I would definitely recommend Caronline to anyone looking to buy a car. Also you get what you pay for !! Call ahead a speak with max. You won’t be disappointed!!!
Bought a bmw 550 from them, with the promise that I could bring it back in for the massive oil leak coming from the alternator bracket gasket. Got the run around from Jr, (my fault, taking his word for it, but got tired of chasing him down that evening to sign the repair agreement) more ever, stuck with aftermath of a vehicle that went through their patchwork mechanic shop. In all, be careful what you buy, the prices are mostly all above market value, wildly above when you consider the mechanical state of most of them.

Bought a Mini Cooper from here, two days later the check engine light came on! Took it back (it had a warranty) they told me it needed an oil change. Did that, then it started pulling evap codes! Then the thermostat went out and the car was over heating! Fixed that..$450 later! NOW the check engine light is STILL ON, two of my brake lights (that i pointed out didn’t work when i bought the car and was told they would order and replace them) do not work and they would not replace them, they wanted me to pay half. The intake will not stay on, the transmission light is on, all 4 tire sensor lights are on, and it needs a new boost sensor! NOW the car will not even start without having to be jumped off!!!STAY AWAY. They sold me a lemon, and as a single mom, i needed a reliable car for me and my new born. VERY dissatisfied!

If I could give them more than five stars I would. This is definitely a busy place. And also they speak Spanish and português!! ThisPlace is great.
If you buy a car from this place make sure you get a warranty. I made sure I got a 90 day warranty and had to use a month and a half after buying the car. It needed 1800 dollars worth of repairs and if I had no warranty would have been screwed. They sell nice looking cars with mechanical issues.
I got my Audi convertible from them 5 years ago. It had some minor issues but they fixed them although I did have to go back a few times.Overall my car has been great and I may return soon to purchase another model

Just recently purchased an Acura RDX 2012. was an easy process in purchasing, however, check engine light cam on the day after purchase, then went off. A week later is on again. I called the office 3 times and left a message only to not be called back. Check engine has been on for 2 weeks now. (I have a 3 month warranty) Finally called again Max Mehrs cell phone about bringing the car in and he emphasizes that it has to be before the warranty is up, in which I tell him Ive been trying to contact him and that Id come the next day. He tells me I cannot without an appointment which I make but he doesnt take much note. I already know the issue with my vehicle but with my warranty I want to see if it will be properly fixed or just cleared. I will change my rating if this turn out better.
If I could rate it a Zero I would, I bought an Audi A6 that they have been taking back from customers and reselling DO NOT BUY HERE MAX with con you no matter what, I have a voice recording of him and he still went back in his word. He claim his word is his bond but if you do business with him get EVERYTHING IN WRITING OR HE WILL CHANGE he wants to get 3500 dollars out of me after he told me he deducted my repair cost from what I owe, once he found out the repair cost was 7,000 he changed up his words and said he don’t wanna do that and I can’t get the car unless I pay 3500 this dealership is money hi her and they target BLACK PEOPLE. MY BLACK PEOPLE PLEASE DONT GET HYPE UP BY THE CARS STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

If I could give zero stars I would. Called about an 06 bmw X5. The owner (or at least i assume he was the owner based on he was talking to people) told me that the car was still available. He also asked me to fill out a credit application which i did for my wife. She does not have the best credit but not too bad either this would be her first car note and I want her to establish credit. I told the manager this and he said dont worry about anything. Worse case scenario if you bring me 2k I will get you into the car, see you tomorrow We get to the dealership only to find out that the car had been sold almost 3 days prior. OK, bad business move #1 luckily they had multiple X5s and my wife is really stuck on one so he asked on of his sales people to show us some more. (no apology might I add for this inconvenience). Before walking away the owner says they looking for in house financing only have 2k down Never said that was the case but ok lets see where this goes. Literally two minutes after a couple walks in and inquires about another BMW... The same sales person that the owner assigned to help us asked them if they filled out an application online? The man said Im paying cash... Long story short I never saw that salesman again. He went from showing them cars on the computer and walking them onto the lot right in front of our faces after we had been there 30 minutes! We left the dealership with zero acknowledgement from anybody. The only acknowledgement we received was from the in-house mechanics dirty dog who looks pretty scary if you are not a dog person I must say. Dog is not on a leash and roams lot freely. Crazy thing is this was only a 7k car which I personally had the means to purchase cash or finance with any major bank. I was just trying to establish some credit for my wife. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. They clearly pack cars like sardines on this little lot with zero to no maintenance. Many of their cars have been in accidents. Customer service is terrible... just terrible. I ended up going down the street co-signed for my wife and purchased a 2010 bmw X5 at ARM in prestine condition. I only put 500 down and paid my taxes up front. My wife got 7% rate. So happy i didnt deal with these shady people. If you do come here. Get car checked by independent! And be prepared to be treated like a second class citizen.

Bought a 2004 BMWci from them one year ago. Total lemon. Before I even got to my place of residence I had warning lights coming on in the vehicle. One cylinder was misfiring. Since then, I have had to replace the transmission and rebuild the clutch. Interior started falling apart, and I still have 4 different warning lights on. They were great about helping me finance the vehicle, so I am currently paying off the car for more than it is worth while paying over 1,500 a year in maintenance. Maybe they dont cheat everyone they do business with, but they must have known that car had issues before selling it to me.

Drove all the way from Missouri to pick up a Lincoln. They were rude to my dog and the car was in very poor cosmetic condition. I left and asked for my $400 deposit back but they never refunded it. They go by Atlanta Best and Car Online if you run into their ads.
DO NOT GO HERE. Upon purchasing of a recent 2008 Bmw 528i, I was lied to multiple times. Upon test driving the car I noticed a shaking of the wheel when hitting brakes at high speed. This caused me to believe something was wrong with the rotors but Max and Ali stated that a new rotor and brake pads had already been placed on the car. Yet when I brought the car back for them to fix, Max found himself putting on new rotors. But why if you just told me new brake pads and rotors were already on there. After fixing the rotor the shaking of the wheel stopped for 7 months and now has started back. Why, because cheap rotors were placed in the car and to top that off he did not snap the brake sensor back in cause it to pop out and become damaged meaning more money to fix it. Also after first purchasing the car I begin to have an issue where my car would make a weird noise and through itself in neutral. This was before I made a single payment on this car. I take it back to max and he acts as if he has no idea what’s going on and cannot hear the noise. After going back and forth with him he finally decided to tell me what was wrong which was the gasket valve. Not trusting him to fix it if it wasn’t already fixed before I took it to get fixed. Also upon the purchase of this car I was told a new battery was put in. However, I recently learned he never registered the battery to the car causing my battery to bubble and the overuse of it. In my conclusion I’ve learned the hard way that this guys either tell a lot of lies or have absolutely no idea of the maintence if luxury cars. Either way , this is a bad mix! AVOID THIS PLACE. Prices are nice but you will be lied to. I would rather being told what’s wrong with the car instead of being lied to, given the run around and pretending to fix my car later causing larger issues!

Scam and ripoffs they sell garbage their cars are no good and they offer a warranty that don’t cover any engine repairs. They send you to a guy that will turn the check engine light off making you believe the issue is fixed. Stay away from them! Rude and disrespectful too.

Please do not buy your car from here!!!! They are crooks the cars are cheap but in poor condition they dont even put oil in them or air in the tires when you purchase it from them. They came and picked up my vehicles 4 months after I bought it claiming I didnt have insurance...how do you even drive off the lot without car insurance! Now Im stranded and arguing with them about how to get my car back, not only are they making me pay the fees for the repossession but they are not being nice about their mess up.

I bought a car from here about a year ago. Total lemon. I was only 19 at the time and thought I was purchasing my dream car. I shouldve known when I was there something was wrong. The EPC light came on while test driving but was told it was because gas was low. Afterwards, they wanted me to drive around for 2+ hours so I could get a new emissions. Found out later its because the other one was failed. Drove it home and had it for exactly a day before problems. I was sitting at a stop light when the battery light popped up and the car just died. Got it checked out and was told my worst nightmare. Bad transmission, faulty wiring, bad brakes..I can go on forever. Replaced it all. Gave out 3 months afterwards because of a knocking rod in the engine. DO NOT BUY THEIR WARRANTY IT IS BS. They yelled at me and refused to help. Have no idea how they sleep.

2022-07-17Excellent dealership! Nader was great, we saw on their website that there was a rare V8 powered stick shift F10 BMW 550i and we bought it from this place. The price was a nice deal, car had a clean Carfax with no damage, and Nader drove us around the area in the car, showed us the high speed accelerations on the highway, and also briefly showed my dad how to drive stick in a parking lot. They also let us do a pre-purchase inspection at the BMW repair shop of our choice and the shop told us this car was in great condition and has no serious issues and no evidence of any damage or patchwork. Ali was great too, he held the car for us despite multiple other people asking to buy it after we said we wanted buy it, because we just needed a couple days to find a good deal on a loan and get it approved. So far a month later the car is holding up quite nicely with no issues, every feature works great, motor pulls like a jet engine, runs very smoothly and quietly, and we just got the license plate for it. 10/10 would recommend this place. Great people to work with.

2021-07-10Amazing experience are the words that I have to say when visiting this dealership. You have to see Ali to help you get your car. I have been wanting this car for as long as I can remember . I went in around 9 :30am and was out the door by 11am. It was an early birthday gift to myself and I am so happy I went to Ali and his team. I have purchased 3 cars in my life and this was by far the best experience. I already told him once this is paid off I will be back. :) My rate and payments are great for my budget and I cant say enough how great Ali was. Truly appreciate everything and love my car.

2022-06-04I visited today with intent to pay cash for a white Jaguar they have on the lot. I evaluated the exterior of the car. I then went inside to express interest. I had to look for someone to assist me. Pebbles says she will call a Sales Rep. Three guys walked in. Then two of the guys left the building. I asked the one remaining guy if he could help me. He then told one of the two guys who exited “we have a customer here”. The guy came back in and asked which car is my interest. I explained which car and then he says “I have to go drop this guy off. I’ll be back”. This was very unprofessional and disrespectful of my time. This was a major fumble. Due to your lack of attention to the customer, you missed out on $14K. I’ll spend my money where customers are appreciated

2022-03-21Sold me a Honda civic with a radiator & overflow packed full of engine stop leak after they said they fixed the water pump & some other coolant issues. (they fixed absolutely nothing), i’ve replaced almost every part of the coolant system by now, and i’m still having issues from what these guys did. Car started overheating just a few days after I brought it home, these guys patched up the car just long enough for me to get it home.

2022-07-27Came to look at and test drive a Veloster R-Spec. Found an issue with the shifter linkage bushings having too much play and cause the shifter to wobble in gear as if it were in neutral. I tried to show the mechanic the issue, I have video clearly showing the bushings not functioning properly. The mechanic told me that this amount of play is normal in a stick shift and I offered to show him that it is in fact not normal. He declined my offer citing that he does not have the time. This is a $20 part that takes 20 minutes to replace and can be done in the driveway.All of my concerns and clear proof were dismissed by both the mechanic and the front desk attendee.This is concerning considering this is a turbo car and shot shifter linkage bushings can cause a mis-shift. Which can also lead to catastrophic failure of the engine aka blowing up the engine. All from neglecting a $20 part.

2022-05-08I dont know what to make of this place. I guess I didnt look the part but you cant judge a book by its cover. I was ready to put down and buy yesterday. But I drove 12 miles for nothing. The only communication with anybody there was for me to move my car. Not what can we help you with. So I guess theyve got enough sales. Ill buy elsewhere TOMORROW, literally. .
