Awful service! After Carwash I got double charged so I called and the manager said he can’t reimburse over the phone and that I have to drive back to the car wash. Inconvenient! I go back the next day and the manager says he needs to see the the double charges, which I showed and then he said I need to say the entire bank account to make sure it was not credited back. What??? They mess up and treat me like I’m the one at fault? Ghetto establishment!!
Very disappointed with the quality of service. I purchased one of their nicer packages that included interior and exterior cleaning and the front of my car was not clean and it looks like they did not even vacuum the inside. They are one of the more affordable car washes in the area, but you really get what you pay for...would not recommend, will not be going back.
Didn’t like there service at all went back for a second time they left my truck the same dirty I asked for full service when I checked the carpet dirty still there was small pieces of trash still didn’t even clean the cup holder area doors where still dusty and dirty no air freshener was added don’t waist your time going there pictures where taken outside the location after they gave my my keys back
Cars come out clean minus one star for cashier being aloof; sitting in the kids area, looking like a customer she started mumbling out loud are you ready... multiple times,, had no idea she was even talking to us especially since she didnt look in our direction. The guy drying my car was higher than a skyscraper; bloodshot eyes slow reaction times and had the hardest time talking. The rest of the staff is friendly and on point.
I’ve come here for years because they’ve always done great work even though they normally take a little longer. I understand washing cars has a daily swing in demand and that it can go up and down depending on the day, weather, etc. I know that my wait time probably has a lot to do with the amount of people working.That being said, TWO HOURS is too long for exterior and interior detail for $44.99. I appreciate the work that goes into this but I could take two hours to do this myself. I come to this place to get my car washed quickly and with high quality. The service here is friendly and the work done is good but the reason I come is so it’s done quicker than I can do it.This is my last visit. Unless someone can give me a reason that spending two hours is a reasonable amount of time for exterior and interior. I’m standing at the windows watching these guys finish up my car and they’re moving entirely too slowly. There is no sense of urgency in how they’re moving. Do hey know I’ve been waiting this long?Further, I did not receive an estimate for how long my wash would take. At least with that info up front I can decide if my time spent here is worth it.
I got a detailed car wash and my car looks great. The employees were so friendly especially Hilary, she spoke to me about all the different services that was included in the full service wash. I was very pleased with my car as well as with the gentleman who did the detail to my car. Thank you Mark!
After being recommended , I took my car here. It was pretty dirty from the kids spilling water on my tan seats. I needed a shampoo. I paid and gave them my number for them call when they were done.They never called, so after several hours I went back and saw my car just sitting there. There were not many cars there I looked and my seats were still dirty. The GM said hed personally make sure they were done that evening and advised for us to come back the next day. I waited it out and they never called today.So about 2 oclock I pull up and all my doors are open. My front bumper was popped out and broken, my back reflectors were missing, my brand new tire was flat and battery completely dead. No one apologized, one employee tried to pop my bumper back in. This is not how I brought my car. Everyone was nonchalant and did not care of offer assistance. I called the police and made a police report. Btw my seats are soak and wet and still dirty.
Spoke with Awesome Aleasia on the phone and she gave me all the information I needed to be successful - package details, pricing, and even went out of her way to give me a time estimate. Excellent customer service from Aleasia!Got to the car wash and was ignored by Jaquan...who eventually greeted me with a “yo” and a finger point to direct me to yet the third, of three, bays I had then pulled into. Most disappointing.
I went here with a filthy car and purchased the superclean detail. The waiting area inside is very nice and has complementary coffee. Not only did my car look amazing and brand-new, but the wait time was very short and the results were outstanding thanks to Jacob! I will be returning and requesting his service next time! Thank you for your great work!
Yesterday i went to give me car a much deserved Spa treatment. I had no problem paying $28++ for her as it was well deserved. It was lovely outside so i walked to a local restaurant to have a meal which gave the attendant(s) a good 1 hour plus to work on my car.When i walked back I pointed out a lot of marks on my car which easily came off with my saliva (gross but true). The attendant who i later found out was the manager got a cloth, no apology and started cleaning around the car, I got in my car and my cup holders were not cleaned, the dash board was not cleaned and my mats were just turned upside down so that they would not be cleaned. Under the seat were crumbs and needless to say I was extremely disappointed. My son has a bad habit if putting his shoe on the dash and guess what, his muddy foot print was still there, this is when I walked in the store to complain, the lady made no apology and no recovery. I left very upset.I decided to call back and tell the cashier i honestly shouldnt be paying for the service and she responded by asking me to come back and re swipe my card thats the only way they issue refunds, i will not be paying for this service and i have already sent this review to my bank as well as disputed the transaction....Had i known that i could post pictures i certainly would have done that.I gave you one star, the only reason was that there was no star lower than this that i could give.Work on your machines, work on the handy work service and most importantly teach your staff some customer service, i gave them an opportunity to resolve this internally, had they done the right thing, i would have not added my review to your already bad reviews that you are getting lately!Thank You.
I came here cause honestly it’s my day off. Normally I go to a car wash on Roswell where the vacuums are free after a wash, which is normally $10-12. Since it’s my day off I decided to pay the extra $ and get my car vacuumed & washed.The young lady carefully explained the exterior & interior packages for me. I decided to to the platinum. She said it would take about 30-40 mins, it took an hour.The young man who was cleaning my car after the wash, left the glass cleaner in my car. I tipped him.They vacuumed the heck out of my floor boards but the seats still have hair & dirt & the back where my trunk is (SUV) wasn’t touched.My car is white so I know dirt shows easier but the front of my car where the jumper is, it looks like it wasn’t washed at all & the back of my side mirrors are dirty & underneath the mirrors as well.I also saw it said air freshener on my receipt, it doesn’t smell like any was used. I have a sensitive nose it smelled like it did before.My doors still had dust as well as my center console; my odometer has spray residue on it as wellKind of a bummer.But everyone was nice
Horrible service!!! The cleaner was playing around and talking with his coworkers, supervisors and never put attention to what I paid for. I paid $50 to get a good clean and when they said the car was ready, there was still a lot of dirt left... not vacuumed well or clean the mirrors, the rims, horrible service. I had two keys in the middle of the car , and the joker who cleaned the car put in his pockets. I had left and he never gave me the keys, when I realized I didnt have the keys I called and they told me they had it. I will never come back to this horrible service place and I would never recommend to anyone
This is my favorite car wash I’ve ever been to. It’s such a great value and everyone there has the best attitude. I love that I can get my car washed by people who seem to be enjoying their job - or at least the people they work with. I used to find getting my car wash a hassle but not anymore.
An Uber driver recommended Car Spa to me awhile ago, so I stopped in and Ive been coming here for a few months now. I have nothing but praise. I opted for the membership and couldnt be happier. I had a full polish done the other day and they did a great job spending nearly 2 hours to get the job done. It was extremely sunny and I noticed a few, small spots in tough to reach areas that got missed, brought it back and they offered to redo the whole car -- now thats pride in your product. With free Wi-Fi, its easy to work from here while my car is worked on.Great prices, excellent service, and I gladly come back.
I visited this car wash for the first time last week and was highly disappointed. I made sure all the items were off the floor boards and seats and there was no hindrances in the dash area, in order to make the cleaning process easier. However, it was clear that minimal effort was put into cleaning the interior and even the exterior. The hubcaps/wheels still had visible dirt and grim. The hood and front of the car still had bug spots and bird residue. On the interior it looked as if the floor boards were barely touched and the areas on the seats that could have been vacuumed were not touched. In the dash area, it was evident that it was not wiped down (or not well, with attention to detail) as there were remaining dust/debris. The windshield glass wasnt wiped down well and even had a smudge that wasnt there before.I usually dont leave poor reviews I just was so disappointed. Honestly I do a better job when I clean it myself. Will not be returning.
I would say AVOID!I have tried them for first time in my neighborhood and they were pretty bad. I paid for silver car wash service which was $18.99, it was not even worth $10 to be honest. They didn’t even put air freshener, neither applied tire shine (which was clearly visible in my receipt) and neither vacuumed the car properly from inside. So basically I paid all this for an external service.Although I would give them one more star for giving free additional external wash (if you come with the receipt within 48 hours).
Paid for best detail they offered on my 99 SL500 I am trying to sell. Detail was ok. Not detailers working on the car, but kids- which is why the detail is $129. Exterior was 8/10- dry wax left in multiple places. Interior was 5/10. Dirt left in ignition and shift boot. Worker snapped the plastic tab on the passenger side mirror access panel. Was told entire detail would take a little under 2 hours. Took 3. (mostly because I think they were trying to fix the damage, but ended up just wedging the panel between the door and seat) All in all, not much different from regular inside/outside/tire shine wash for $40. Wax job was ok, but not worth $90. I realize a pro detail runs $250+, but for $130 I expect everything to be clean and double checked. Maybe a fluke, but plenty of other shops out there- probably wont be going back.
*Update* 11/3/2019Decided to to give this place another try. This time the credit card machine was down, luckily I had cash on me which I rarely do. Then the track on the car wash broke, So they are having to hand wash my car. The lady at the register made sure to point out that the had was is normally $50 plus, but my time is more vaulable. Spending more time here than I had planned. Planned on a quick wash and go. 2nd bad experience is enough for me. Will not be back..First time here. Ive been waiting an hour now and my car is still sitting in the same place it was after it came out of the wash. I would expect this kind of wait for a HAND car wash, not for an automatic wash. Glad that I did not have somewhere to be. Next time I will opt for a different car wash. They finally finished to a half cleaned car. Doesnt look like anyone wiped a thing inside. Cup holders still dirty, seats not wiped, center console not wiped, floor mats were not even snapped back in place. I just got home to finish what I paid them for. Not satisfied..! Will not be back
I use to go here and it was excellent. Not anymore. Before I could even pull into the automatic car wash, I had some toothless guy knocking on passenger glass telling me he was gonna shine me up REAL good!!! The only thing I told them is that I wanted the wheels cleaned well. He told me I was done. Not by a long shot. I showed him that the wheels were still very dirty. “Oh my bad, I got you!” Nope.... At that point I just went home and did it myself.
Great customer service!! I Arrived 30 minutes prior to close just to get a quick wash. Demonte took time to talk with me about what it was that I actually wanted. He then called over his General Manager, Antonio, and they advised how to get what I wanted without paying for services my vehicle didn’t need. $49.99 and a team cleaning my car for over an hour. (My vehicle was immediately being clean when I walked away).Been TOO LONG since I came here. Won’t make that mistake again. OUTSTANDING customer service and they go ABOVE AND BEYOND
Timely service and a good wash for our van. My husband took our car here and paid for a wash plus undercarriage wash. Afterwards the underside of the van was completely dry, so they didnt do the undercarriage. He didnt have time to sat and get it redone so the manager said hed comp him next visit. And indeed they did. We did the drive through service but they also had an option where you could sit inside and their workers would wash your car by hand. I believe they didnt detailing too.
I’ve taken my car to this place at least once a month for the past 2-3 years. They are the best ones around, in my opinion.However, today it seems that someone had taken $12 cash I had in my middle console. I didn’t make a big deal since that was part of the tip money I had planned on giving. It’s disappointing though that someone would just take something that doesn’t belong to them. I would’ve given a much larger tip if that had not happened. For that reason, I am only giving 2 stars today, but the service itself deserves 5 stars.
Good detail place . The manager Q and Eric both work as much as the workers do.. I had to go back and have my mats done and revacume the carpet. I felt that they could have earned 5 stars but with me leaving a tip I know that if I come again I will tip when my work is completed. Very good service but double check to make sure the service is as YOU want it. The 48 hr guarantee earned them 4 stars. You must double check.
Definitely a value car wash but consistency is lacking. After you get the automatic car wash it depends on the assistant you as to whether your car will look good. Some do a great job drying wet spots and rubbing in the tire shine and others barely do anything and it looks terrible. Definitely inspect your car before you leave.
It was my first time trying out car spa and it was great beginning to end. I was first greeted by Robert who was super friendly and very helpful in showing me all the services available and what would be most cost-effective for my needs. Service only took about 25 minutes and the results were excellent. The entire staff was friendly and curtious. I will definitely be returning.
They did a decent job blowing/vacuuming things out, and (almost) everything looked shiny on the inside. Unfortunately, they are not good at cleaning seats, and they dont hand wash the outside. That means that the hood and trunk, among other things, do not get clean. Also, they dont do a great job on wheels.Customer service is good, and they will try to fix things you point out, but when its already been an hour an a half, who wants to point things out and wait even longer?
Beware - had my wife’s Range Rover in for a wash yesterday and the windshield wiper was damaged, no one said a word - once at the office a few miles away saw the missing windshield wiper arm. Understand liability is with the vehicle owner in automated car washes but poor customer service by failure to acknowledge and notify of the issue. Have a second issue being investigated now but use with caution....
These guys do a great job on my truck. I would recommend them. One minor gotcha is when they hand wax my truck, i always find a little extra wax they forgot to remove on a corner or crease. Dont let this detract from their quality, my dash stays looking great for weeks after my wash.Now if i can keep the birds away from my truck.
Extremely disappointed smh$45 to have the front half of my car vacuumed.I immediately had to get then front cleaned AGAIN to get bugs off! I specifically asked for whatever the best package was to get them off. After driving off I realized the windows hadn’t been washed nor had the back seat area been vacuumed. Living downtown Roswell and having NEVER used them def will not be returning. The lack of professionalism is evident as well. The only way I’d return is if it was for a refund.
First off, the customer service at Car Spa was extraordinary. Every person I met was so incredibly helpful and friendly. I purchased a complete detail and one gentleman drove me to my place of work (less than a mile) so I didnt have to wait around or walk. I offered him a couple of dollars for his time and gas which he refused and simply stated he appreciated my business.On the other hand, the quality of work wasnt what I had expected for a $230 package. My car is in great condition but it is older so my expectations werent unrealistic. That said, there was dried wax / sealant on the car all over, the car wasnt buffed that well, the dressing from the tires splattered on the door panels and the interior, while clean and dressed, didnt reflect what I was led to believe would be a deep cleaning on my leather seats and interior door panels.I researched several local professional detailers and thought the $230 was an exceptional deal compared to the $350 - $400 I was quoted. In hindsight, if I were to pay for a compete detail in the future, I would spend the extra $125 - $150 and go to a place where the work is done by individuals where (I suspect) this was their true vocation. Car Spa is a chain and I suspect they hire people with little to no car detailing experience prior to joining them; not a bad thing but for that real quality full detail, I think the best approach is to go to the specialty detailers. I noticed some work done on my car was amazing while other aspects...uh, not so much. I guess its a matter of who works on your car.Again, if you simply want a wash, wax and premium car wash / wax, go to these guys; theyre friendly, very customer service oriented and simply a joy to do business with; I just caution you to temper your expectations on the very high end work.
Very disappointed with the service I received today. The car was not rinsed properly, and soap was left to dry on the back window...never touched by an employee again. The interior still needed to be dusted and vacuumed when I was called to pick the car up. I addressed this with the serviceman, who told me that it would be another $10 even though the premium package I purchased included vacuum and dusting. If the end result requires me to clean my car from top to bottom again after purchasing the premium package, I will not waste my time or money.
I’ve had good and bad experiences here but this time was good for sure! For the price, they definitely cleaned well. I am giving 4 stars because it COULD be a little bit cleaner in some areas but again for the price it is not bad at all. Everyone was super nice and I could tell they wanted me to be satisfied
Does not rate a 1 star. Do yourself a favor... do not waste time or your $. Will not be satisfied. We took in our 2015 Camry, when they were finished the car was vacuumed maybe 50%, still a lot of dirt and debris. The interior was still dusty. Asked them if the Platinum Plus package included vacuuming... they took it back a second time and car came back at 60-70% complete... the interior was still dusty and was told for the interior to be dusted, wiped down it would take buying the upgrade for interior detailing.Windows were not fully clean. Windshield was still with bug debris as was the front of the car. Tires shine and polish was half done. One tire has half shine and the other half no shine.When asked for why the car was not being fully serviced, the workers, Brandon and Bud the GM came with a attitude and said to have the car fully clean, we would have to purchase a specialized detail package.I used to use their services and up to this point have been satisfied with their work.... Something has changed. Leadership?
Amazed by the unprofessional nature of this car wash. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a woman who oddly decided to approach my passenger side window, and leans halfway into my car to take my credit card. She then tells me to drive ahead to the wash, where I see a bunch of employees huddled around the part of the belt of the wash that pulls you. An employee then comes to my window and tells me “we are having some technical difficulties, so it’s going to be a second”. I then say okay, and decide to wait as there’s no turning back at this point with other cars behind me. They finally tell me to pull ahead and I assume whatever difficulties they had were resolved. Midway through the wash, the thing stops. No one comes to assist until I start honking my horn. An employee tells me to drive forward and it makes a loud squeaking sound the entire time. At this point I feel my car might be damaged. After getting out they tell me to drive around to get the soap covering my car rinsed off or sent through one more time. I go around as they asked, and wait another 10 minutes until I’ve had enough. I go inside to get a refund and 4 others are behind me to get one. Forntunately for them they didn’t get sent through the wash. Guess I was the test subject. I stand there and wait even longer for the manager, “Tae” to arrive. I leave without even as much as an apology. What amazes me the most is they knew there was something wrong and sent me through anyway. I was a regular here, but I won’t be back.
Mgr. Eric went to great lengths, and elbow grease, to help discover and remove adhesive (most of it) that mysteriously appeared after $49.99 wash/ polish...taking new-to-me car back to Nalley for full detail (we found pieces of tape in places, makes me think undisclosed body/paint work.)Well see. Meanwhile, Ill come back and recommend Car Spa to everyone.Love it when a business so politely listens and responds to questions, concerns, complaints and makes things not just right, but better. Had a few problems when i went here. Almost an hour wait just to go thru the auto wash. One of the first sunny days in a while though.Got charged twice, luckily i noticed before i left, and they refunded one of the charges. Took a few days to show up...The real bummer i think was the rainx. All my windows fog up now, and ac doesnt help. Im going to have to figure out how to fix my windows. I had a membership to several other carwashes for years, never had this problem.
Super disappointed. I brought my car in at 11:50am to get the leather seats cleaned and the exterior. I was told that my wait would be an hour and a half. After the leather was done, they pulled my car around and no one touched it for 30 minutes. Then someone came, pulled the car up some, wiped the rear window and left. One hour went by and finally they call my car. Mind you, no one has touched my car besides the rear window. I get to the car and they tell me that they lost my keys. Its a push start and the keys are in the car. So my car has been running in idle for over an hour. I left in a hurry because I had a fewmore errands to run. Side mirrors and door windows werent cleaned at all. My leather looked the same as before. I waited 1 hour and 40 minutes after my quote. I was literally there for 2 hours and 40 minutes and paid 69.99 for the service. I will not go back.
They always do a good job4/6I bought a used vehicle Friday and their detail guy did a horrible job at the dealer...Antonio at Car Spa made my black 2014 maxima look brand new with his great detailing skills. Mark hooked up the leather and the wood grain. Had to leave a tip... the bumper paint looks even with the car.
I took the gold package for car wash and the 4 mat wash. The interiors were not done properly. I could still see the pollen in door. One of the mat was not washed at all. Water bottle pop corn below the seat... it was bad experience to visit here on weekend !26$ was too much for this service..
I paid for a hand wash. I had to point out numerous areas that were missed. Specifically the front grill which I would think would be a no-brainer. Another guy who works there but did not wash my car asked me why I paid for a hand wash. When I told him I had concerns about scratches with an automatic wash he laughed and shook his head. It was awkward and I didnt appreciate being made to feel I purchased something that had no value. Which given the amount of coaching I had to provide and the small things Im still finding, I guess turns out to be the case.
These people who are obviously under qualified, damaged my 2014 Jaguar, my car is only 5 days old.. Then they acted as if they could give less than a dag on about getting it fixed quickly and then wanted to charge me for the car wash today.. What awful service.. I will get my car washed by the dealership only. I forgot to mention - I am still waiting for the General Manager to call me back with a conculsive answer on how the damage will be paid for and which Jag dealership will have the part... Lousy service, you think they would be better at customer service....Wow since this is an 18 year anniversary gift, my husband is pissed...
Worst customer service, My family and myself have been coming to this place for the past 2 yrs met different managers and was very pleased until now... This new manager by the name of Chris is absolutely rude and disrespectful i made a complaint about my vehicle that was not vacuumed well after i have waited 1 hour and 20 mins for just a basic full service he has the nerve to tell me that i should have paid for a detail?? Ive done plenty of details for 44.99 and all included free vacuum! So when i question it he rushes away from me saying i will take care it and rudely calls someone in to take my vehicle to the back.... 30 mins later i see them starting to vacuum my car?? Worst experience! Not to mention i have to ask to push my mirrors in and tape my rear wiper when i do my Platinum plus exterior wash. My family and i will be taking my money somewhere else until you guys can get your act together! Sincerely Loyal Customer.
The lady that takes your money and gives you the car wash ticket was so rude to my husband who is a 65 year old medical physician. She put her finger in his face and said “Next time You will stop at that stop sign back there” Her tone was so condescendingI have never seen anyone ever talk to my husband likeThat mean!
Since you must leave a star they get one. Same crumbs on my carpet were there after I left. As I walk out to my car I see my sunglass case on the ground. I asked how it got there and the detailer just looked at me without an answer and walked away. Then I go to start my car and my keys were not around. After being unable to track down the guy who had them last I find them under the seat. Windows were not properly cleaned wheels looked as if I just went through a dirt parking lot. Thanks car spa and staff I just cleaned my own car again after paying you to do it.
I highly recommend not going here. My car was being washed in the conveyer belt car wash and then they crashed another car into my own. I saw it happen right in front of me. Once the car came out of the wash and I told them I saw that they crashed my car they said “the best I can do is refund your transaction”. They were so rude and said if my car was so old I shouldn’t have brought it in. Now I have a huge dent in my car and they didn’t do a great job cleaning it!
I wouldnt recommend this place to no one..i paid for shampoo for my seats at first they spot shampooed and then the wiped was bad . The floors looked like they were not vacuumed. Second time there and they have officially lost me as a customer. The manager fixed the issues but I was there for another 40 mins after waiting 1 hour.Dont waste you time or money here. Pass by .. drive by.. dont stop by. I wont be coming back.
After moving I’ve cancelled my membership in person. After being charged again I cancelled over the phone. Now I’ve been charged again! Do not give these crooks access to your card. They’re all smiles when taking your money and worthless when I needed to turn off the service.I’ve called and left messages several times. Your forcing my hand Blake.
NICE INTERIOR, GREAT SELECTION OF SNACKS (In case you get hungry)****BUT***** I PAID $ 159.00 FOR THE MAXIMUN DETAIL, EVERYTHING THEY SERVE INCLUDED. BUT IN THE END WHAT THEY DID WAS WORTH 25 DOLLARS PROBABLY LESS !!!!!!!!!Dont go here unless you like to get scam.They said the car was ready but they didnt vacuum properly, was half done, rims dirty not shine all at. Dirt on carpets and junk of the car... IT WAS A TOTAL FIASCO !!!!I hope this post help some people
Horrible experience. Took way too long and the car was delivered dirty. They had to re clean it several times. Still dirty and smelled worse than when I took it in. Difficult refund process. Management seems like they couldn’t care less. Customer service is a joke. Go to Castle or Cactus. Please don’t waste your money here.
Where do I start, ....... so I went in there to have my car detail , so I was given the menu and then chose the all 4 combination for $109 and an extra $10 to have my tires cleaned as well ... fast forward an 1 and some minutes later a guy call saying my car was ready .... you would think after paying all that money my car would have been properly cleaned .... my trunk was never touch ( vacuumed), they didn’t even clean the cup holders and my glover compartment was not touched (vacuumed)as well .....and to think I paid $119 for such a shabby job. The guy also had the neves to ask me to join their membership program ... smh.... I guess that’s the last time they would be seeing me....
The inside was really clean but the outside not so much. I was OK with everything until my front tag was bent and the border broken. Wouldnt go back to this particular one but will go to Riverdale they do great work or another spa. If it was pointed out to me about the tag they may have kept my support.
I took my car there this morning and they talked me into a detail. Big mistake. What a bunch of crooks. Didnt even touch parts of the car. I complained to the manager and he acted like he couldnt care less. Dont use these people for anything other than the automated car wash. The owners should be ashamed of themselves.

Worst place to get a car cleaned, I paid for the highest package and I tip the guy and when I was about to get in my car I saw that they didn’t even vacuum it, so I asked to vacuum it 10 min later they came back the inside was not wiped down it had dust they didn’t vacuum the back seat, the slim white guy was not helpful I can do a better job than they did
I never write reviews but this really took the cake .. I took my car in for a full service, I specifically asked for my trunk mat to be shampooed I was charged 5 extra dollars for it.. went home thinking they had done a good job but when I checked they didnt even touch the mat in the trunk it was still dirty, when It came down to vacuuming its like they didnt even do it, everything was the same as it was when I brought the car in. I wouldnt recommend this place its now the second time theyve done this, what a waste of money and time.
DO NOT GO HERE. You have to go behind them after ordering a $95 detail job and remind them of places where they havent cleaned despite telling you they are done (e.g. dirty trunk). Despite telling you they have Wi-Fi, they really dont. It doesnt work so you cant do work online while there.
PLEASE DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION. They stole blank checks for my car and I just finish up filed a police report with the Roswell Police Dept. Don(mgr) seem that he didnt care and brush me off when I brought the concern to his attention. Don(mgr) even avoid speaking with me until the police arrive on the site.

2022-06-05The exterior wash was very good , clean , and flawless . However for the interior , they did a poor job of cleaning the inside. When I got into the vehicle I found out there were spots that were not vacuum and my dashboard was still Dusty and dirty. For $50 I would expect to have everything fully vacuumed and my dashboard clean and wipe down correctly. Sad to say I will not be returning to this spot to have my car wash and clean again.

2021-09-11Oh my god. What in the world?! I paid and this is how the car was returned. I know you can’t get all the dog hair out since I didn’t ask for it. But you at least gotta wipe it down! Did I mention that I was the only car in there? Now I know why!Editing because the owner didn’t understand. I’m not upset about the dog hair, I know I didn’t ask for it and that it’s another. I’m upset about them not wiping down. You could see drips and the windshield wasn’t even wiped correctly. When I went back they literally pushed me aside.

2021-08-15Spent $150 for a car wash and partial detail. Got home and realized they didn’t even vacuum out my trunk. Terrible car wash. Ended up having to get it detailed again and the inside completely cleaned. Don’t waste your time here.

2022-07-09I would never come back to this location. While the stuff are nice. The work ethic is horrible. I got my car back and notice my trunk was not vacuum. The manager took it back and vacuum it. They brung my car back out. Looking around. My back window was atrocious. I told the manager if he can clean it and he cleaned it but he didnt even do a good job because I had to go back and clean it myself. My rims wasnt clean. They was dirty still. They left trash in my car. This location really need new workers and management. If a manager cant clean my car right it just show how much the employees are not trained including the manager.

2021-12-17Won’t be back. This is the second time I took my car to get detailed. I thought the first time of poor service was just a bad day. Took my car again and they did just a sloppy job. I had to ask again for them to wipe my dashboard and the consoles. I paid good money for detailing and they just don’t do good work. My floors were half vacuumed as well. I could’ve saved my money and did my car myself. I will never go back there again. Did not get what I paid for once again,

2022-01-25Good Express wash price. Slow staff to take cash for it. Car wash works 90% of the time but needs repair, as it often is repaired on sight on a daily basis.

2022-05-04We pay monthly for the membership and it’s worth it if you go every two weeks. Just keep in mind you have to tip the crew $5 - $10 so make sure to budget that in.

2018-09-23First time coming, and it definitely won’t be my last. They did an amazing job on the interior. I have 2 huge dogs who shed and they made it smell and look great. *side note* The inside of the waiting area is really nice as well
