2016 Acura tlx has some real electrical and component problems with the a/c. Ive had them replace blower motors thrice (they misdiagnosed once), relay twice, resistor once, fan once. This time they diagnosed the fan needed replacement. It still worked of and on a few days after that, but they wanted $530 to replace AGAIN. Trust here is broken...car has over 251,000 miles. Only other issue was inferior brakes that I upgraded myself.
Corey Wright and the team did a great job on my car.I had the headlights restored. They look awesome! The professionalism at the customer service was outstanding ,very good value for the money. They got me in-and-out on time great job I will be bringing my car definitely to them even though it takes me an hour to get there it is worth the drive thank you guys!
Bunch of knuckleheads work here. They have no respect for the elderly. Or anybody else for that matter. They should rethink their customer experience strategy. I will never come back here again, because I set up an appointment for an oil change, I arrived five minutes late, and they gave my appointment out to someone that had walked in. They couldn’t even reschedule me on the same day, what a shame. The staff is eating lunch on the service desk while speaking to customers, incredible. If I could give zero stars I would, but the minimum here is one star.
Ive used them for several years with good success, but never again. Worst maintenance experience ever. Took it into shop three times over six months for slow crank times.Each time they informed me that everything was fine, and that there was nothing wrong. Which is to say they likely tested the power output of the alternator and did no visual inspection.Predictably the alternator failed after 6 months of neglect by them. Took the battery with it. Had they listened we could have simply fixed the spool valve - a 600 dollar repair.As it was, the leak finally killed the alternator, took the battery with it -- now its a 1,600 dollar repair.To make matters worse, I not only had six months of them telling me everything was fine. But they refused to acknowledge ANY responsibility in the demise of my alternator. Stating that the alternator leak just happened recently.I argued with my service tech who commenced to try and gas light the whole thing. Save yourself some time, go somewhere that actually values their customers and is not willing to throw away a customer that has used them for over a decade. If I could give zero stars, I would.
Although it seemed packed upon my initial entrance I was in and out within about 45 mins and I was able to carry out the rest of my Saturday errands. Tyla made me feel comfortable while my car was being serviced. Jeff assured me my car would be ready in no time. I will be returning for the other services my car may require in the future.Bonus: Chick-fil-A is near door within walking distance.
Quoted us $1000+ in unnecessary repairs. We took the car to another mechanic. They took pictures of the recommended repairs to show that there was absolutely no need for any repair. We wouldve been ripped off and not known any better. I no longer trust Corey or this shop.
Poor customer service. The battery on my vehicle died down and I jump started it. I was going to get a new battery from Costco and install myself. I knew the battery was replaced by Carland once, I wasn’t sure when and if it was under warranty. I decided to go to Carland to check if my battery was still under warranty and the guy at the front desk confirmed that it was and that they would replace it for free as long as the battery check confirmed that it needed to be replaced. After about 45 minutes I saw the battery replaced and the car driven out of the shop into the parking. After another 20 minutes of wait the guy at the front desk (unfortunately I don’t know his name) who seemed to take forever printing out documents in his system told me that the battery last time was replaced under warranty which meant it was going to be out of pocket. He said I would need to pay $169 for it, else they would need to put the old battery back. I told him that is why I asked twice if the battery was under warranty. Not wanting anyone cheap battery for that cost I asked him to go ahead and put the old battery back. I wasted 1.5 hours in all just because the guy at the front desk could not find out if my battery was under warranty. I am extremely disappointed, will not be going to Carland again. This incident happened on Monday 10/18/21 and review has been posted same day before driving out.
One of the most customer centric Honda service centers Ive been to. Quick responses, helpful guidance on repairs - which parts make sense and which dont, detailed diagnosis etc. Never get those Recommended to change (insert random low cost part here) that pile up on the bill at the end.An interaction I wont forget is while on the road, my car refused to move after stopping at an intersection - the gears would engage but the car wasnt moving forward. I had it towed to the nearest repair shop that took two days to diagnose it and told me it needed a full transmission rebuild/replacement and quoted me about $7000 for it. I called Carland and they asked to have a look but said a replacement would cost $2500 and a full rebuild about $4000 at max. Got the car towed to them and within 2-3 hours they told me the transmission was fine but the front right axel was dislodged. They thought it might take a week to fix it but got the whole thing fixed for about $1500 in 2 days.
My brand new car started popping all warnings with out any reason after 2 weeks of purchase. I stopped by in carland to get diagnosed. The associate took care of me and make me understand what went wrong. For sure I recommend this place and I will get my future service from this place.
I don’t understand how this place has all these positive reviews.Took my Accord in because the hood wouldn’t shut close all the way (I had thought it was an issue with the latch assembly). After inspecting, they told me that the hood latch assembly and release cable were both broken, and that it would cost $650 to fix. It didn’t make any sense to me that the cable would be broken, given I had just opened up the hood two days before I brought the car in.I declined the hood latch service and allowed them to change tires, alignment, fine. I took it to the Pep Boys in Johns Creek and they revealed to me that the upper tie bar was crumbled and rusting – signs of an accident from the previous owner that I didn’t even know of when I got the car 6 years ago, and it had been working great up until the hood not shutting close recently. This is why the assembly was out of line and not lining up with the hook that attaches to it. I got the upper tie bar and assembly replaced at a body shop and everything works great now, without replacing the cable.The fact that I brought in my Accord to Honda Carland and articulated the hood wasn’t closing shut and they told me that it had to do with the CABLE being broken shows how incompetent and dishonest they are. The cable had nothing to do with it, yet they wanted to charge me $650 to “fix” it. This place just wants your money without actually solving the problem that you need solved.
Incredible service! Chad was quick, knowledgeable, and efficient. He gave me honest feedback about what my car needs and the most cost effective responses. Completely above and beyond service. I will 100% be returning for service at this location, even if it means driving further. I would drive past 5 other Hondas to come back to this location. 10/10.
I brought my car for 10k service this morning first time to this location because its closer then Roswell, where I purchased it in February 2018. Could not be happier with a customer service I received today. I read great reviews about Andrew, service advisor and thats who I got without asking - it was meant to be! He is very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Walt, the mechanic did the service quickly and well. This location is situated better, a little out of the way and there are some picnic tables in the shade just outside - perfect spot to wait on a summer day. The waiting area is very nice too. I am happy to give 5 stars and I will be back for future services. Great experience and would highly recommend to everyone.
The manager Corey isn’t an honest guy. He charged me 324 to fix my daughters AC in her insight. I paid for it and the air still didn’t work. Now he’s suggesting a compressor and more money. Why’d you tell me it was repaired and available for pick up for the $324? I have no A/C at this point still, and he’s now asking for $1100 additional dollars. He lied to me from the start, and now have me over the barrel to charge me more because I still need air. This is robbery and Corey is a Crook!
Alex Martin runs a great Honda service center. He and his team are always professional and honest. I pass at least 2 other Honda service centers, and come to this one! They have solved very complex mechanical and computer problems with my Honda, and they also get my oil changed in 30 minutes. So this Service Center has earned my business as a long term customer as long as I drive a Honda! Thank you Alex and your team for being such great folks to work with. They certainly make having your car serviced a very positive experience!
After my last service appointment at Oct 8, 2021, I didn’t get a review email or call, so I thought of saying thank you in google reviews. Shaq explained the situation, helped to set up priorities, explained the risks. I felt that my day started great when I came to pick up the car. Awesome service!
Thank you Andrew and Honda Carland for a great experience. I brought my Honda Pilot in for a couple minor repairs. Andrew greeted me when I walked and got my car back for some diagnostics in a timely manner. Once he received the info from the Technician he promptly gave me the news (some I knew about some I did not). I was able to leave my car at the Service Center and was given a loaner car at no extra cost to me. When I came back the next day, my car was ready to go.Thanks Andrew!!!! Great costumer service in a world that seems to forget about customer service!
Came to this service center for an oil change. They advertise the full synthetic oil change for around $45 which is the cheapest I can find. I was greeted with a friendly and professional service advisor Alex. It was a Saturday morning when the place seems to be busy. Alex came our from his office and got me checked in quickly. He was wonderful and very helpful the while time. Very thankful for his good customer service.
Great customer service by service advisor Andrew Prucha. He is very knowledgeable and expert at his job. He provided me with detailed car repair cost. I just hand over my keys and he took care of the rest. I highly recommend him to all my friends and family who own Honda cars. Keep up the good work Andrew. You are the best in business.
I had to have my car towed to Honda Service Center off of State Bridge because it wouldnt start. I thought it would be a lot more like a starter or alternator problem, but it turned out to be only a battery replacement. I even had an oil change and some recalls done and had my car back by the end of the day despite it being a busy day!! Since I had it towed, I had to rely on the car service transporting me. The driver, Mr. Bill was very nice and was very efficient on getting me back home and then picking me up to get back to the service center. My service advisor was Andrew. He did an excellent job in communicating everything that was done to my car and also what I need to be looking out for to take care of the regular maintenance on my car. Thank you so much for making this such a pleasant experience. I will definitely be visiting this location again to take care of my car needs in the future!
Fisher and Andrew are the reasons why I take my car here despite the longer drive. They show how much they care as well as their deep understanding of Hondas. I was quoted a large service repair by another company but Honda Carland figured out the real issue and provided concrete solutions that made sense. I was able to get my car running in 1 week rather than 1+ months. The service is timely, professional, and always willing to explain if anything needed clarification. In the past 10+ years Ive brought all my cars here as theyve earned my trust. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Thank you for all that you do!
The guys here are always so nice to me and are very good at keeping me posted on the status of my car. They also explain in detail what needs to be done and what could wait. I never feel like theyre ripping me off. I actually feel like Im getting a pretty good deal most of the time, which is rare at most service centers. As long as I have a Honda, I will continue to trust them with all of my future service needs!
Thank you Alex. I went here to service my car (just moved from another state) and was approaching my 10,000 mile mark. This was my first honda servicing since getting my car and i was nervous I was going to be pushed/told to buy a bunch of unnecessary items/fixes. However, that was not the case and I had a wonderful experience. Alex was transparent, showed me how to check certain features in my car, and took care of all my car servicing needs. Very kind and professional, I had to leave a review.
Ive been coming to this service center for a little while now, just for oil changes. This is the first time Ive had to have actual work done, and I cannot say enough how great of an experience I had. Andrew kept me completely informed during the entire process. Explained exactly what was being done and why, even sending pictures of the parts that were ordered. Everything was timely and they took into consideration my tight schedule (and budget). This was the best car service experience Ive ever had and I will recommend this place to everyone. On March 15, I brought my car in for brake service, thinking I needed completely new brakes. Andrew Prucha, with his usual helpfulness, checked everything out, and fixed the problem in a quick and efficient way. I always request Andrew, because he is pleasant, checks everything thoroughly, and makes sure only what is necessary is worked on and fixed. He is helpful with suggestions that keep my car in tip top shape! I appreciate his pleasant and professional attitude, and he always makes me feel like family!
I took my car to Honda Carland last week to get an oil change. I had never been to the Alpharetta location and was super pleased with the service I received. Andrew Prucha was my service advisor and was extremely helpful. My 08 Accord had an airbag recall that I had been putting off getting done. He notified me that they had the parts in and assured me that it wouldnt take longer than about an hour and fifteen minutes for both the oil change and recall. He showed me around and made sure I was comfortable while my car was worked on. He was very thorough when reviewing the work that was done and further services they would recommend. A few days later my car started making a weird noise when I cut the air on so I ended up having to bring my car back in. Again, Andrew was so helpful and thorough in resolving the issue and finding the best deal for me. I am extremely pleased with the customer service here and will definitely be returning in the future.
I have worked with Andrew Prucha for several years now and he has been a lifesaver! Andrew takes the time to individualize each visit and make sure I fully understand any issues with my car and that I am happy with my service. He always reaches out after my visit to ensure that I am pleased. I have come to work with him solely with my car and am so happy that I can trust someone in the car business! Better price for synthetic oil change than chain oil places, and added benefit of using Honda fluids. Steve was very professional and pleasant to communicate with. He let me know about additional services, but did not try to force them like some dealers have in the past, which I appreciated. Ill be back for future services.
The absolutely do not stand behind their work. They plugged my tire so poorly air still rushed out. I took it a tire shop and they died laughing when I told them an actual dealership service center did the work. They couldnt believe such terrible work was done by a dealership. Honda refused to acknowledge how bad it is and will not do anything to rectify the situation. If you want a shop that guarantees they know what theyre doing and will stand behind their work...this isnt it
Andrew was great from the time I called, dropped off the car to the time I picked it up. He kept in touch with me along the way. I did a lot of maintenance on my Honda CRV. It is 7 years old with 117,000 miles. I want to keep it. After the work, it is running like new. Very pleased.
I have been using this service center since I bought my car in 2004. They are always attentive and courteous. However, when I brought my car in last week after a car wreck, Andrew Prucha was amazing. He has gone above and beyond excellent customer satisfaction, keeping me apprised on the status of my car every step of the way. Even now after my car is repaired, he has still been a joy to work with on the service work my car needed. Highly recommend Andrew.
I have been bring my Pilot to Carland Service for 10 years (235,000 miles) and they keep it running well. The customer service is excellent and they are fair and honest. I have had several service advisors, but Andrew Prucha is the best by far. He explains everything, prioritizes what is important and gives accurate pricing prior to the work being done. He is genuine, attentive and goes above and beyond to serve the customer. The shuttle is a great plus and Ben is great. This last time I had David drive and he too was so helpful and nice.Great service all around.
Best service I ever had. Thanks to Andrew Prucha this was the BEST experience I ever had getting my car worked on. You know what its like to hear your car make a strange noise and then when you bring it in they dont hear it and usually just send you away? Well not with Andrew. I never felt like he didnt believe me. He took the time out to get in the car until he could hear what I was talking about. I had a great experience at Honda Carland Service Center. I went to get my lease car serviced with oil change, air filter change, wiper change and tires rotated. They were able to get me in and out in 45 minutes which was really impressive to me. Very courteous staff and very professional. Thanks!
I just got my oil changed at Honda Carland and had a great experience! I didnt need an appointment, they knew exactly what needed to be done with my car, and the guy that was helping me even found me a coupon to discount the price. Im also a breastfeeding mom and while I was there my daughter needed to eat, so one of the ladies and a manager let me use an office with blinds to nurse in. I was prepared to nurse in the bathroom, so the office was a nice upgrade!Overall this place was great with quality and great with their customer service!
My experience was nothing short of absolutely amazing. My Honda had a variety of recalls and issues. Neil and the other members of Honda Carland were beyond exceptional! I received calls updating me on my car issues, prices, etc. I received a breakdown of all costs associates with the issues with my Honda via email for my review. I distrusted dealerships for repairs because of a bad experience with a previous Honda dealership in a different town. When I moved to Alpharetta, my neighbor recommended Carland as being as good and honest as any. It was close to my house, so thats where I went, and I have been very glad. Andrew is so sweet and takes very good care of me, letting me know what is necessary to do soon or what can wait, and he gives me know how long it is safe to wait, if I need to prepare for the cost. They also give me a ride home and back -- worth a lot. I also learned their prices on wipers and key batteries are equal to or less than auto supply stores, and they will install them for me -- love that!
Everytime I visit this Honda Carland service center, I regret my decision, but unfortunately for factory recall stuff I have to to there. The people are mostly rude, it takes too much time to even get the smallest thing done such as oil change. This time they promised me a loaner vehicle while getting my factory recall stuff taken care but when I arrived this morning, the guy was denying the request for loaner vehicle. Then after few hours, I had to give them a call to check if my vehicle is ready, they didnot bother to call and on the top of that they deny the ride back saying that their shuttle is not available for another 2-3 hours. Such a inconvenience for working people. Absolutely pathetic customer service. I wish I never have to go to Honda Carland service center in Alpharetta.
I am 61 years old and have been in many Dealership Service Centers including Toyota, Mazda, Nissan etc. Typically Service Centers have an M.O. of pile driving and sales pressure and friction.This Service Center is the BEST I have experienced. The vibe is terrific, the courtesy and punctuality are right on. Its clean, well organized and the humans who work there are....well....humans with hearts.I dealt w/ Brad and Eric (service manager) and both were stunningly personable, professional and had the uncanny gift of Customer Service perfected. God bless them. Thanks for the hard work and the terrific experience. I will be back!BTW I noticed 90% of bad reviews were from names that could not be pronounced.... I wonder if cultural disconnect is a problem for those customers. Dont believe everything you read....This place truly is amazing.
I frequently use this center to service my 2 Honda cars. While positive in the past, the visit this time was disappointing.When I rejected some of advisers recommendations, he did the usual scare tactics on me and was rude.Later the adviser said the technicians didnt check brake pads because brakes were hard to reach or something, but did find time to check trivial stuff like cabin air filter.Other thing was they denied the advertised free car wash. Not that I cared mush about the wash, what was disappointing was the adviser and manager both lied saying that they never gave wash coupons. (just a couple months back they gave a gas station wash coupon since they didnt have was facility onsite). Also free car wash is boldly listed on their marketing material.I no longer trust this center and wouldnt visit it again.
Very happy with the services received in their car services department. Andrew went above and beyond last time to get me a loaner vehicle while my car was in the shop over night, as well as making sure the best discount coupon was applied to my final bill. I highly recommend going here for your Honda specifically because of Andrew Prucha. He has always been honest and upfront about what my car needs and doesnt need so I never worry about getting a fair deal. He goes out of his way to make servicing my car convenient and does a great job keeping me informed while my car is in the shop. I cant recommend him enough. Possibly the best customer service I have ever received. Thanks Andrew!!
Was having such a bad 24 hours dealing with Allstate roadside assistance. Andrew Prucha made my day so much better and showed what true excellent customer service is. I used to hate taking my car to the dealership. You always hear how they overcharge etc but no more. I completely trust Andrew. He is honest and takes care of his customers. I have referred a few people to him because of that and they are also pleasantly surprised with the great service they get thanks to Andrew.
Brad was very courteous and helpful, even finding a $40 off Honda coupon to help lessen the costs of my service and lending me a courtesy car while I wait to replace my brakes and complete my car’s fluid exchanges. I always trust their service to maintain our cars, and they are quick and close to my home. My only wish is that their costs were less - we sometimes go to Poston Motors in Cumming where they do excellent work for almost half the price.
I took my car in December of 2015 and then again Jan 2016. Both visits I was greeted promptly and worked with Andrew P. as my Service Advisor. Andrew did an excellent job explaining the process, services recommended, showing me on the car and explaining how and why certain parts needed to be replaced, exploring warranty coverage as an option, and securing a loaner car so I could return to my work and family schedule, . He went above and beyond my last visit to ensure things were done in a timely manner, keeping me updated as the day went on, and ensured a quick check out. I will not only return in the future for car maintenance, but I will request to have Andrew as my Service Advisor.

After relocating from out of state, the biggest challenge for me was finding a car dealership that I could trust within my budget to care for my 2010 Honda Accord. I cannot believe that it cost me less money to maintain my car at Honda Carland than when I took my car to a reputable service shop back home.I had warranty work completed that would have been an inconvenience to my work schedule anywhere else. Honda Carland ensured that I had a loaner car to accommodate and completed the work the work in a timely manner.The staff is AWESOME, everyone from the courtesy shuttle (van) drivers, customer service reps that answer the incoming calls to the techs-their level of professionalism outstanding, I will not take my car anywhere else. After buying a used car from Import Auto Brokers and it needing a new engine less than 60 days later. Carland Service Center came to the rescue! Fisher is the BEST! He actually found out the root of the problem, then went the extra step and showed me the problems and explain them in terms I could understand them in. In addition, he did not go straight to the most expensive fix, which you have no idea how much I appreciate that since I had just bought and really did not have the money for the repairs. When I met him I told him I just needed him to be an honest guy, and that he was! I am extremely grateful that he helped this VERY BROKE Solider out! I just want you to know do not lose him because I might have to follow him where every he goes! Therefore, this brings me to an EXCELLENT score for the repair! The customer service level of Kristen is off the charts!!! She even came in on her day off when my other car broke down to get me set up with a loaner car. I am extremely grateful for her going above and beyond the call of duty and always keeping me informed! I am a recruiter and would gladly put her to work at any of my clients due to her diligent and EXCELLENT customer service! I honestly feel she deserves a promotion!THIS IS THE PLACE TO TAKE YOUR CAR!
Unlike some auto service places, the price advertised after the coupon, which included fees, taxes, etc, was the price I paid--no additional shop fees to inflate my cost. Very important to me on a utilitarian service like an oil change which is highly advertised and supposedly discounted(until they add on shop fees). My service was performed in less time than I was told to expect and I was able to discuss a couple of issues with the technicians and service adviser in a customer friendly manner.
I regularly service my car from Honda Service Centers.I was always relying and following the recommendations from the service personnel. Last time when I visited Carland service Center, I offered them to take care of all necessary servicing needs. They didnt do tire rotation and neither recommended it in multi-point inspection. This time they said because tire rotation is not done regularly, front tires have gone bad and must be replaced. Other thing I didnt like about carland is that they dont apply any discounts unless you show them the email from their service center. The other honda service center I used to visit earlier used to take care of all available discounts for regular customers without customer asking for it. I lost my trust in this service center and would be looking for alternate option next time.
Very pleased with the level of service I received. I recently purchased a used Odyssey and brought it to Carland to have it inspected and serviced for the first time. They gave me the reassurance that I purchased a great vehicle. They also had my car washed and detailed on the inside. Ill continue using Carland to service my vehicles.
Great service and quality employees that treat you with respect! They were able to complete the service on my car in the time they said they would. I am definitely taking my car back there next time I need service! And no matter what people say...Brad is right, he is definitely prettier than me! But I will catch up to his level one day.
If you are having an issue with your vehicle or just need a little regular maintenance, this is the place to take it. All the representative are very kind and want to help. The technicians know what they are doing and will do a thorough job to make its done correctly. I have had to take my vehicle in the shop a lot lately (due to its age), & every time I do need a repair no matter how big or small the Honda team does what they can to make sure that I am taken care of. Andrew P. is my guy when it comes to scheduling appts. and follow-through. Andrew is so kind and really seems to care about me and my vehicle being safe on the road. He always follows up with me to make sure all is well with my Honda. He even wished for me and my family to have Happy Holidays. Hes just great! Im so thankful that I met Andrew and that he is still working at this location. Honda Carland Service Center in Alpharetta is awesome! I recently went to the dealership where I originally purchased my 2008 Honda Odyssey because I needed an oil change and new wipers. While there, they found a small leak around my power steering which the repair man showed me with his flashlight. The quote to repair my power steering was $742.00! I want my Honda to last me til 200,000 miles so I am prompt to repair any issues. I was stressed at this amount and decided since the leak was still small I would go to Honda carland to see if the diagnosis was the same. Thanks to their “diagnostics check”, the problem was NOT with my entire power steering unit, but was simply an old O ring which they replaced for $172.00! A big difference from $742.00! This was not my first visit to Honda Carland and I have always received fair and HONEST work. Being a woman I think mechanics try to sell us more than is really necessary. They have schematics to pull up on their screen to show where the problem lies and don’t try to sell you more than is needed. I know my vehicle is older and is getting to an age where it’s going to need more maintenance. I will be choosing Honda Carland as my first choice for repairs. In the near future I plan on having my front headlamps replaced after 10 years of use and you can be assured I’ll be going to Honda Carland.
Both the Service Advisor and actual Technician who worked on my car were extraordinarily competent. Ive been going to a very good repair shop nearer to where I live, but the Carland Service Center impressed me enough to return. (Im a mechanical engineer who spent 8 years working with aircraft engines at Lockheed and Pratt & Whitney, and think Im a fair judge of car mechanics)
I dropped my car off last Friday to be checked out when my malfunction indicator light had come on. I got a call shortly after from my service advisor Andrew Prucha to advise that I had some costly things that needed to be taken care of. He thoroughly went through each item with me and explained which things were important to be taken care of now and which items could wait. He went above and beyond what he had to and had a couple of technicians to stay late to try and complete the repairs that night so I could pick up my car that night because I had to work the next day. They ran into a problem and found 2 other items that needed to be replaced so would not have it completed until the next day. He offered a loaner car to me until they had it finished. I had already paid a lot of money for the work that had to be done, so he got it approved to not charge me for the additional 2 items that had to be replaced! He was so good at communicating with me on a regular basis throughout the entire process, even texting me after he got off work! Andrew gave me remarkable customer service which I appreciated so much!
Honda,Andrew Prucha was the most helpful service advisor that Ive had experience working with. My car had one of the airbag recalls and while being without my car for about 6 weeks, Andrew kept me informed and updated the entire time. I cant say enough great things about Andrew- I will definitely be using this service center moving forward.
Andrew is the best service advisor at this location. He comes across as a good honest person and when you ask a question he explains it to you without making it seem like he is trying to up sell you on something. I was hesitant to have them replace my air filters because I can do this myself, but he told me they dont charge a service charge for little stuff like this. He also tries to find discounts for you especially on something that is an unexpected expense.They arent the most quick location, and honestly if you want to get in and out without much of a wait you need to show up when they open. Andrew has even said to me first in, first out. Other times if you catch it when they are not busy you can sometimes get in and out, but dont count on it.
Honda Carland Alpharetta is our go to for all our maintenance needs. Corey Wright takes excellent care of our family by making scheduling service easy, communicates if additional services are needed, and always willing to apply applicable coupons. Alex Martin the service manager has a great team and we highly recommend using Honda Carland Alpharetta. Thanks for taking great care of us!
I made an appoint to have my brakes checked for Wednesday morning. Shortly after dropping my car off, I received a call from my Service Advisor, Neil Lebron, who said that my front brakes looked fairly new and that the rear brakes still had some life left in them and could probably wait until my next oil change. I opted to go ahead and have the rear pads replaced anyway. The entire process was smooth and quick. I own 2 Hondas and have been taking my vehicles there for the last 10 years. In the beginning it was because I wanted to service my car there while it was under warranty, but have continued on because of the good service and competitive pricing that Ive received over the years.
I have been using The Honda Carland Service Center for at least 12 years or more and it has always been a good place but for the last 5 years or so I have been dealing with Mr. Andrew Prucha and I couldnt be any happier, he is very knowledgeable, accommodating and informative about the best choices when it comes down to your vehicle maintenance. Thank you so much Andrew Prucha for taking such great care of my car. No matter what is going on with my car he always makes sure it is fixed and in great working order. This time it was a problem with my radio. He had to call the sales center to see if it was covered. They told him it was not!! All it took was me saying i was sure it was and he got to the bottom of it. The part was covered and the car is being fixed right now!!!! He always greats me with a smile, asks about my family and makes sure that i am happy before i leave the service department. I give his service 10 stars because 5 is not enough.
I really Iike this Honda Carland Service Center. They always listen carefully to my service inquiries/requests and explain clearly what my Odyssey really needs. I’ve had great service from this center for about 10 years. They have a great team especially Andrew Prucha who is very experienced and courteous. He’s very responsive, accommodating and reliable, and he works towards a quick turnaround for me.
We recently relocated to the Atlanta and my Hondas maintenance light came on and we went to Honda Carland. We met Eric Bryant, the service manager, who saw us waiting for a service advisor as they were very busy. We had not been waiting more than a couple of minutes, but he jumped in and got my data as a new customer until our service advisor, Neil Lebron, was able to turn his attention to me. Both were so courteous and friendly. They told us where we could go have lunch while my car was being serviced. When my husband and I returned from lunch my car was ready. Niel explained clearly what was done and the condition of all the parts. Their customer service is beyond reproach.I felt really comfortable with my experience at Honda Carlan service center. My Honda is 10 years old and while I always took my car back to the dealership for servicing, I really liked that I was not approached by a new car salesman at Honda Carland.
Alex took me right away without my appointment and as always provided superb service and assigned me to Chris who also was wonderful and answered all my questions about cruise control radio and seat. Under Alex they really a great team and Ive followed Alex from Honda caland. Im not an easy customer to built trust with but I believe in Alex integrity and professionalism. Chris gave a great letter with bill which shows the entire teams desire for a five star service . They are above that under Alex leadership and I amverygrateful
Would NOT recommend this dealer for service at all. In the past, would have recommended it but not anymore. Had taken the Odyssey for a oil change... Never would have guessed that I would walk with $340 in bill. Very Disappointed. Sat there for 2+hours. Told the service rep that I have to be with kids when they comeback from school and that I needed a regular maintenance. I also told the rep I do not want some hiked up maintenance service. After the rep brings in the estimate sheet... she talks about wipers and slides in the big tickets as in brake fluid and coolant blah blah.... Be sure to check every line item. I did that and I still end up paying the huge bill and had to miss out on kids activities.NEVER waver from what you want, even if they persuade and tell you that you and your family would be in danger. Took 30 minutes to ring up the bill. AWFUL.
Excellent service location, very convenient for Johns Creek, Alpharetta and Milton. Service advisers are polite and courteous. Adviser Chris is excellent and his customer service skills are awesome. Overall, this location has been great lately and I recommend it. And I highly recommend Chris as your service adviser.
I took my van in for a recall service and when i walked in without an appointment, I was met by an agent who logged me in and offered me a ride home, which I did not need. A few hours later I received a call that the car was ready.All work was accomplished and there was no charge.Great!!
Consistent experience over 30 years, has made me feel like I own a Rolls Royce and not a 2003 Honda Civic. Their attention to every detail of service is impeccable at extremely competitive prices. As it turns, out I rarely see the service department due to the excellent durability of the vehicle itself.
I could not be more happy with the service at HONDA Carland on Old Milton Parkway. Andrew Prucha always takes excellent care of us and our daughters car. He understands my concerns as a Mom to have her safe on the road, and he always goes that extra mile to make sure her car is in the best condition. Andrew is more like a friend than a service rep! I am glad to know he is there for us whenever a concern arises.
The team at Honda Carland is first class customer service. Patient, informative and looking out for the needs of the customer. Brad was really helpful and patient with me, as I am looking for coupons and other options. I will gladly return in the future for oil changes and any other service needs.
After a terrible experience at Curry Honda, I had sworn off all dealerships. But when my Civics alarm system started going off randomly at all hours of the day, I decided the best place to diagnose it was at a Honda dealership, as they would most likely have the most experience with my cars system. I tried calling other locations, but there were no openings in their service centers, as it was a Saturday. I called Honda Carland and they told me to come in and my car could be serviced right away. Andrew at Carland greeted me at my car and remembered me from our conversation over the phone. He and Fisher took excellent care of me and my Civic. They were relentless at trying to figure out what was causing my car alarm to go off. Even though I was there most of the day, I didnt mind at all because they were very transparent about the whole process, they gave me several updates throughout the day, and they frequently checked in on me to make sure I was okay or to see if I needed anything. It was refreshing to see how dedicated they were to solving the problem and seeing their frustration with my car made me feel that they truly had my best interest at heart. I highly recommend them and will be taking my car there for all my future maintenance and repairs (even though I live in the city and they are a 40 minute drive away without traffic - totally worth it!).
2017 was a busy year for my car as I clocked almost 20K miles. This service center is almost 10 miles drive but I still go there for the service and support I get. Very good place that takes care of customers and my car has no issues whatsoever with all the miles. Want to call out Andrew Prucha once again as I did in my previous review. I find him to be a true epitome of values likes relationships and compassion I believe in and does an amazing job to take care of his customers. Strongly recommend him and the service center!!*****Andrew Prucha*****The main reason for me to drive a long way and goto this service center!Amazing individual with great customer service skills and professionalism. Always has a smile on his face and makes every visit nothing short of satisfaction guaranteed. Even the ones where I had issues waiting for long like during the Takata recall, he kept me posted on what was going on and why the delay on a first hand basis which made me look at it from a different perspective and wait patiently.There are times when I have been there and returned if he was out. I would rate him as the best ever service rep this neighborhood (since I have lived in JohnsCreek, Alpharetta and Cumming - I can say all 3)can ever get.
I made an appointment at 10 am for a recall on my Honda. I was there at few minutes before that. The paperwork was ready for me to sign. I signed it, and they started work on my car at exactly 10 am. When I made the appointment, I was told that work will take two hours; it was done in one hour. The waiting room was comfortable with WiFi, magazines and coffee.
Michael was my SA at the satellite center. I scheduled safety recalls for my daughter’s 2009 Honda CR-V and he’s initial greeting was informative and his ending summarizations of the services performed and additional items that will need to be addressed were educational and transparent, the way it should be. I appreciate the great customer experience!
Andrew Prucha has been my Service Advisor the past few times I have taken my two Accords for service there. He has been very helpful with both advising on routine service as well as individual repair issues. I highly recommend taking your Honda there and asking for Andrew to assist you.
Shannon did a great job answering questions we had related to detailing on a used car that we recently purchased. She went above and beyond to show us products available on the market and to provide suggestions on how to use the products. She was very thoughtful and efficient in getting our needs taken care of.
I bought my car at Honda Carland in Roswell in 2014 and have been taking it to the service center in Johns Creek twice a year ever since. They have always taken care of my vehicle and even apply discounts even when I did not know one existed. Before this, I had a 1995 Civic and even then, they took great care when servicing it and I was able to sell it for a reasonable price well into the 200k mile range because it ran so well.
If you have any problems with your Honda, never go anywhere else. There is no service advisor more honest, productive, or more attentive than Mr. Prucha at this Honda Car Land location. I recently had to have my Honda Pilot serviced. There were several problems that were addressed and I had no idea what was going on with my car. My service advisor, Andrew, did an amazing and outstanding job. Not only did he make sure that my car was serviced correctly he went above and beyond. Andrew went out of his way to make sure It was as painless as possible. Physically and financially. He explained in detail what the prices were and why, The time needed for repairs, and why they were necessary.On top of everything else, he delivers outstanding customer service and made sure that I had access to an available car rental for as long as I needed. I will never take my car anywhere else. Thank you Andrew.1/13/2017: Additional review:-Excellent customer service has almost become a thing of the past. We consumers have grown accustomed to subpar customer service in our day to day consuming. I always have a fabulous experience at this Honda Carland thanks to Andrew Prucha! He is the BEST service advisor ever. I drive 40 minutes (from Midtown to Alpharetta) to get my car serviced with Andrew because is the absolute best. He is extremely knowledgeable about the various types of service and always tells you exactly what is needed. He does not try to push any not needed services but always gives you the appropriate recommendations to keep your car well maintained. I will continue driving to Alpharetta to get my car serviced by Andrew - completely worth the drive!
I am always satisfied when I leave the service center. They are efficient and always explain to me what my car needs and how they will remedy that need. I dont feel like they are trying to repair something that really doesnt need repairing. I would recommend any Honda car owner to utilize this service center.
Brad was amazing and kept me updated the entire time. He was able to get my car done faster than the initial time it was supposed to be ready and during the checkout process he explained to me in detail what was done to my car. I highly recommend Honda Carland Service Center primarily because of the excellent customer service I received from both the service and maintenance departments. Specifically, service advisor Andrew Prucha and mechanic Fischer went above and beyond to ensure that my Honda Fit and I were well taken care of. My Fit was experiencing intermittent electronic problems, which are always the most difficult to diagnose and fix. As a result, Carland had my car for about 2.5 weeks. Andrew was communicative, responsive, and professional throughout the process, and Fischer spent hours of time attempting to diagnosis the issue - even bringing my car to his own home to work on it and driving it extensively to try to duplicate the problem. Andrew made sure that I had a loaner car for the entire time, which allowed my life to continue largely uninterrupted by the situation. They also made sure that I have thorough documentation of the problem in my cars history, so that even when my warranty expires, if the issue continues to be a problem, it will be covered under my original warranty. I would highly recommend working with this team and will return to them again for other problems in the future. Thank you!

I made an appointment to service my Honda and I had my part that I had purchased. They called me and told me to come pick up my vehicle that they couldn’t fix it and they were charging me $500 for the service anyway and not even fixing my car:-(. I picked up my vehicle and they never gave my part back to me. I tried to go back there and they said they didn’t know anything about it. That part was a $400 part they never returned. What a horrible place- I would never take my car here. These people are thieves.Buyer beware!!
A couple of weeks ago I brought in my 2007 Honda CRV because my check engine light was on and making a terrible noise. It has been a while since my last visit to this location due to a less than acceptable experience 2 or 3 years ago.The only reason I returned was because my family and I were in a pinch for time because we were leaving for spring break the next day.I was immediately welcomed in by Andrew Jurchenko. He took his time taking my information and seemed attentative to detail. A much different change of pace from my previous visit to my best recollection. It turned out it was a simple computer fix and the cost was very reasonable, much to my surprise. When I was picking up my CRV I was greeted by the Service Manager Cory. He was very nice and thanked my husband and I for returning to The Center. He said he overheard my husband telling Andrew why we stopped coming in previously.Im happy to report that Carland Service Center has a more welcoming feel to it. People smile when you walk in and the coffee is very good. They earned my business back.
Andrew Prucha Is by far the best service advisor that I have ever worked with. I consider myself an extremely loyal customer but after many years (2003) of constant turnover and poor customer service I left Honda carland service department. A sItuation arose where I had to bring my car back to there service department because of work previously done on it by them. I had an opportunity to deal with Andrew. His customer service skills clearly demonstrated how much he cares about the company and the people that they do business with. He asked me to give them another chance. Though I have sworn off ever bringing my car back to Honda carland iI decided to give them another chance. I am now once again one of their loyal customers. If HC values good employees I hope this young man is compensated accordingly to his excellent performance. He creates revenues and good rapport for the company and it should stand above the others who do not and that are compensated equally. For over 20 years in Atlanta I owned and operated and employment agency and I consider myself qualified to make an assessments on employees it’s my opinion that people like him that make a business grow in revenues while keeping customers happy.Susan (Bunny) LeMaster
I had a better experience last time when I came for my service. I came here for the second serve. Due to traffic, I reached about 3 mins late to the service center and I need to go out of state early morning. I requested to help to make an oil change. But the request was refused. They could have taken the car and just do an oil change but were not willing to help but the associate was refusing but was respectful and hence 3 star.
The guy at the front didnt even greet and said someone will be with you shortly, after me there were 4 customers who came in, were greeted properly and were addressed also by the next available agent, nobody cared to ask me why I am there. I saw all this happening and left from the office, the guy saw me going but didnt care to even ask typically have you been helped etc. etc.. very poor customer service. No I have to drive long to find another Honda service station.
Reliable and fair for most of my experiences with both of our 2004 Hondas. Recently, they spent an afternoon trying to chase a starting problem, but nothing came up on the diagnostics tests as an obvious issues, so they pulled the battery and replaced it under warranty. No charge for any of the work. But the problem persisted and ultimately the starter did indeed die on me. So, they paid for the tow truck, quickly replaced the part, and gave me a discount on the service.
You lost me as a customer after this latest service. I scheduled to have the front brakes replaced and oil changed. I called 6 hours later for a status 3 different times it just rang rang rang with no pick up. On the 4th time someone picked up put me on hold for 6 minutes then told me theyd have to call me back with a status. I drove to the shop and they told me the car was not ready but would be ready in an hour and theyd call in 30 minutes with a price. They did call 30 mins later telling me that no work had been done. Unbelievably poor management and customer service.Update:After speaking with the manager (John P) he recognized the errors and promised to rectify the situation. He seemed genuinely concerned about my experience. Seems like he knows what the issues are and is attempting to address them...........Jurys still out.
I called this place today to ask a simple question. How much would it cost for me to get the starter replaced in my 2009 Accord. They would not give me any estimate for what is an easy job but instead said that i would have to being the car which wont start to them first. So you want me to pay to tow my car to your business with no idea how much you will charge. Even a price range would have been appreciated. Hustling the client before they can even get in the door. Wont be getting my business.
While taking schedule I have selected option to drop off. After coming and handover the car, I asked to drop off they simply said all drop off cars out and no drop off/pickup service today. I wanted to write a review because of the great service I receive at Honda on State Bridge Rd from Andrew P. & the Honda service team. I have a Honda Element (which I LOVE by the way...) & I needed to get some work done on it. I already had my Element in a different shop (not Honda) like 5 times for the same problem, it just wouldnt go away. It was not running well at all and I was becoming desperate to have my vehicle running properly. I needed to feel like it was going to be more dependable on the road for numerous reasons. In my mind I just knew it had to be expensive to fix. At the other shop once Id have it fixed and within a few days/weeks later it would do the same thing all over again. At the time of needing this most recent work, I was going through a really tough time in my life and in a very emotional state (to say the least). I didnt have much money but I really needed my vehicle to run properly. When I walked into Honda, Andrew immediately recognized me from the other times I had been in there for regular maintenance work. He came over to help me to see what I needed. I explained to him of my situation and what was going on with my Element. He assured me that they could fix it and get me back on the road. I was worried about the price and he felt like it wouldnt be as bad as I had feared. Once the diagnostic was ran and the service experts looked it over, I was informed of the problems and had a choice to fix it. The price was very reasonable and I even had a little extra stuff done because of the price being so low. I ended up having a recall, which I was unaware of, and they fixed that as well. The recall part was not in the shop so I was offered a loaner vehicle so I did not have to be on the road and have to worry about my vehicle not making it to my destination. It was a huge blessing to feel safe on the road and to know that the Honda service team was going to do what they could to get my vehicle running properly again. I felt very reassured that everything was going to be just fine. When checking on my vehicle Andrew even offered to come in on his day off to assist me if I needed him to. He was so helpful and really helped me feel more at ease with my vehicle being fixed right. I will continue to take my car to Honda on State Bridge whenever I need it repaired. I really think its best to have the Honda guys fix it rather than some other shop. I am very thankful for Andrew P. and I hope that Honda knows how much of an asset he is to their team and the company as a whole. Thanks again Honda & thank you so very much Andrew!!! You are a blessing to have in this world. Overpriced and dishonest. We have used the service center a few times. This last time was our breaking point. We took our Accord in because of an airbag warranty issue, which Honda notified us of. We decided to have the oil changed while it was there. They called us to notify us we needed $2000 worth of repairs! They also kept asking if we had our timing belt changed...yes, they had changed it for us. We took the car to another car shop down the road. They found NONE of the issues Honda told us about. Lesson learned.
About a month ago I brought my car in for service and Andrew Prucha, as well as the service team, really took care of me. They called me on the hour with updates about my car. They never tried to cheat me. I could tell Andrew really cared about my safety and he wanted to help me get my car back on the road. Thanks Andrew!
Very bad experience today.I have an appointment at 7:30am for my 2008 Honda Odyssey.Waited about 5 minutes for the service Guy (AJ --- new guy to me) to come to the service desk.He came without Greetings, asked my name 3 times, I wanted to pickup his pen in front of him to write my name for him, he then quickly covered the pen with his hands.He turned the monitor back to me since was standing beside the desk. Asked me do I need a timing belt service.I said: no. today I need oil change & a brake light replacement & a battery checkup.He then asked me to wait or leave the vehicle ?I said: Id like to wait and then go to work. How long will it take ?He said: 1 hour,I said: OK .Then he said: 1 hour and half to ... to ... 2 hoursI said: this is way too long for my expectation. I have to go to work.(end of story)
Service advisor( Andrew Prucha) did it again by giving me excellent service on my Odyssey Van. WheneverI have a car problem... I think to call Andrew for his help getting me back to driving a safe car. If his service center cant address the issues, he will steer you towards a better solution. He knows how to get the job done quick and effectively. My husband, who does not trust car service advisors, felt very appreciative for the support from Andrew. Thats why I tell others to go see Andrew for great care.
I am a new customer this service department. I usually go to a tire/oil change place instead of a dealership. However after the last place I went to get new tires lost my tire key I figured I should probably go to a Honda service center. I was worried going in that I would be charged crazy high for new tires and any service needed on my Civic. Andrew Prucha was nothing but amazing. After a long day working, I was prepared to have to sit there forever to get two new tires. However I was in and out within 35 minutes. Andrew Prucha took amazing care of my car and I will 100% be returning for all the maintenance on my Honda.
I was leaving work and my car was struggling to start (the battery was very weak). I work not far from the Honda Carland off Old Milton Pkwy so I immediately went over there told them I thought it was the battery and they tested it and sure enough it needed to be replaced. I was in and out of there in under an hour and on my way home. Neil, the service rep., gave great service, I remembered him from the last time I went in for an oil change.
Just wanted to share my experience. Was at Honda carland 3 times in the last 4 weeks for minor maintenance issues on 2 cars. They fixed the issues and within the time they promised. Bear in mind, all 3 days I visited were Saturdays, which would be their busiest. There were many customers but they somehow managed to keep the lines moving, with excellent customer service, despite some customers who were not rational...I had nothing but positives...I do not want to name names, but all the personal in the office and the technicians who came in at times all looked like they enjoyed their job, which is very important for me....Additionally, there was no pressure to do a particular service or any sort....everything I wanted to do or not to do was my decision based on recommendations by the service personnel. They have a nice customer area with wifi/tv/coffee etc...good kids area too...my son and myself love to visit Honda Carland...never thought I would say this of a car service area.....Keep up the good work folks...And, as long as you guys are around, I will be driving only Hondas...
I already disliked the car purchase experience at Honda Carland Roswell and will NEVER buy a car from them again. Though the service department at the Alpharetta Old Milton Pkwy location was generally good. NO LONGER I CAN ASSURE YOU!!! Rude staff at check in, long waits because they dont staff appropriately, and take far longer than they should especially when you are the first in of the day.I HIGHLY recommend avoiding anything Honda Carland related!!!By the way dont lie to people and say you put hydrogen in the tires because thats a joke and one of the honest service guys admitted it when one of your service advisors claimed it that they just use regular air!
Came in late on a Saturday with a bad battery and a corroded positive battery cable. They got on it right away and managed to save the battery cable, which meant I saved the expense and didnt have to leave my car for three days. I was out in an hour with a new battery. Excellent customer service and professional work.
Last two years, I was doing service here. It was good. But last time it was really bad. I schedule first appointment on Saturday and gave my vechicle in the appointment time 7.15 AM. There is long queue and take some time to check in. I got call around 11AM and problems on my vechicle. I called them to status on my vechicle around 3 PM. They asked me to come @5PM. I went there on time. My vehicle is not ready. They gave me a loaner car and thats good from my service advisor part. But the mechanic part is not good. Again I got call on Monday saying that my vechicle is ready. So I picked up my vechicle. On the way to my office, while breaking it gave a strange noise. So I called my service advisor again. He asked me to come over. I couldnt able to go there due to work. On Wednesday, I took my car there and the mechanic came with me for test ride. He was saying that he didnt hear any noise. Then after some drive and argument, he accepted. Again I left my car and got loaner vehicle. They changed something and next day I got call to pickup. This time it is good.My point is they are taking higher price than others and so it should be good quality than others. I am not rash driver and I am doing all preventive maintenance with them for last two years. So ideally my vechicle maintenance and repair cost should be less/moderate. But I am seeing every visit my repair cost is increasing. I checked with my friends/colleagues, they are advising me to change the service center. That probably I will do on my next cycle.
My Pilot had a P/S airbag recall and the dealership had already turned me away twice, indicating they were too busy, no parts, blah, blah, blah. I called Honda Carland - Alpharetta after receiving another recall notice and they setup my appointment within minutes and scheduled my service within days. Dropped vehicle off at 7:30, was shuttled to work within minutes, then received call within few hours stating my Pilot is ready for pickup! Thanks to everyone that had a hand in making this process SOO simple and smooth!
I’m not sure who wrote the positive reviews here but I just walked out of this place and felt very disappointed with the lack of professionalism and respect. I was in there for 10 minutes and not one of the employees acknowledged me. One employee was assisting another customer while the others didn’t even bother to look at me. I had to finally catch one of them as they were walking by and he was so rude and couldn’t even look me in the eye to answer my question. Will be speaking to the manager.
After just moving to Alpharetta and recently purchasing a used 2016 Honda Accord in Florida, the front driver running light and trunk release was not working. Andrew Prucha was very helpful and took care of everything. I LOVED how he coordinated with parts and service and kept me informed the whole time as to the progress of my repair. Firstly, I have been a Honda owner for over 13 years. I have taken my cars to dealerships and authorized auto shops alike. I dont think I will take my car to this particular shop again (although this is the closest to where I live) and would not recommend this shop to my friends and family enthusiastically.1.) Service wasnt bad, it was average. My car was taken in with an appointment2.) I had some warranty claims which were handled wellSo why the 2 stars:3.) What really makes me uncomfortable with this shop is how prices were quoted for services by the advisor. They werent very clear and I had to ask a lot of questions to get to the root of the charges4.) I had taken a coupon with me which I was told was applied but upon adding up the charges, it was clear that it wasnt. Again, very suspect. If I had not totaled up the amounts, I would not have known whether the coupon was applied or not, I would have taken the advisors word for it.5.) On one of the charges the dealership had made a mistake and charged me less for a service that I am not completely convinced was conducted. The only way I could tell it was done it because it was said so in the paperwork. Fair enough but more importantly, the advisor checked with the manager about the charge and said that they did not bill me correctly and as a result gave me a big discount. Because of that they will not honor the coupon. Again one can argue both ways but I thought the right thing to do is accept your mistake and honor the coupon.Bottomline: ok service but questionable pricing and explanation.All of this has left a bad taste in my mouth. I simply dont trust this shop. So for me, even though this wasnt a terrible experience, it will just be a one time experience. Even if I have to drive a few more miles, I will look to other dealers to earn my business.
I brought our 2016 CRV in for a suspected battery problem because it had required a jump-off the evening before by Hondas Roadside Assistance. The Honda Carland team looked at my car immediately and concluded the battery was defective, and replaced it immediately. I was driving off withing 30 minutes and sincerely appreciate the great attention and care the staff gave me. Thanks Honda Carland!!!
Ive been using Honda Carland Service Center since I bought my CRV in 2015. I primarily work with Neil, but everyone there provides stellar service and makes sure Im satisfied and understand all the service required on my car. I would recommend them to anyone who has a Honda!
One of the better service centers in North Atlanta. I like dropping car off and using shuttle service to drop me off at work while I wait. Neil LeBron is the one that I go to to receive winning customer service. I only give 3 stars because the location doesnt offer many amenities such as a car wash.
Originally went to Carland to handle a recall for my wifes CRV. We had the front actuator replaced and the Takata airbags replaced. Carland service did an excellent job and they handled our service in a timely manner. 2 months after the recall, I had an issue with the front door. I thought it was related to the replacement of the actuator so naturally I called Carland because they were the last people inside the door. It turned out to be a separate issue--the door handle had disengaged and Carland assessed the problem and fixed it free of charge. They truly went above and beyond for our Honda CRV and said they saved us approximately $190. We will begin using Carland for our CRV maintenance and service needs from now on. Andrew was the representative who helped us and I highly recommend him.
Super friendly staff, great service, service writer Laurie was very helpful and courteous and Master Mechanic Mr Fischer, the person working on the car was very patient and answered any questions that I had. This will be the only place I take my Honda to from now on, thank you for all your hard work !
Been going here for over a year, theyre trained to up-sell, request high ratings on Google ( Andrew Prucha), and make gross errors in basic maintenance. One tech *left a candy wrapper* in my filter during an oil change. On a separate occasion another tech *completely failed to balance one of my tires*.To be fair, these incompetent employees dont seem to last long--but why are they getting hired in the first place? And forget about seeing the same people from visit to visit (rotating door).They are trained to up-sell you, and encourage people to write positive reviews, skewing the picture of the actual experience here. But again, some of the staff are responsible. If you want to roll those dice, and dont mind the possibility of gross errors in your car care, by all means, give em a try--I dont do business here any longer.
Quick Service, No Headaches of waiting long for small services like oil change, filters change or Battery change.I went somewhere else and the wait time for oil change was 2.5 hours and the oil change in this place was done in 20mins at reasonable price for full synthetic.

Need an oil pressure sensor replaced. Average cost in the area is $113.25. Had to pay Honda Carland $182.00. They wanted $1290 for a timing belt they said we needed done immediately. We had just had it done 25,000 miles ago and paid $710 for belt, water pump, water pump belt and coolant. Crazy expensive at Carland Service. Need to shop before you buy!
Common, all the Toyota dealers in Atlanta offer express lube. That means you dont need to make appointment for an oil change and if they dont finish your oil change in 29 minutes, the next one is free. And it costs less then the not so express lube at the Honda dealer. I cant believe when I called for an appointment here, its 2 days out. If youre recommended for an oil change every 3~5k miles, at least you should make that convenience for your customers. This is my first time Honda buyer, it may be as well the last time.
Brought my 24K miles Pilot in for an interval service comprising an oil change and air filter replacement. Service was convenient, prompt, and good quality. I really wanted to rate it 5 stars but the so called Shop Charge continues to be a nuisance and just comes across as gouging. They explained it as EPA waste disposal fee. Well, isnt that part of the overall running of a repair shop? You have utility cost, labor cost, disposal cost ... its all part of running the shop. Slapping this Shop Charge onto the bill just comes across irritating. Ill be discussing it beforehand next time, hope they dont drive me to bring my business somewhere else.
I have been brought in my cars to get service for more than 10 years. Customer service has been going downhill since 2014/15 but constantly raising the price tag for each service & repair job (even for simple oil change). Some service advisors do not know how to perform basic courtesy customer service functions. For example, Stay away from this advisor, Luis Diodonet, do not event know how to greet the customer but rude. Wonder why so many online compliments to this Andrew Prucha here on Google, but not for other service advisors. Is this the one and only one good advisor at this location? Something is fishy too here, Mr. Prucha. :) Maybe next time I should talk to you.
I went to this service center because my Honda purchased 100 month car battery was failing after just two years. Unfortunately I could not locate my receipt, so they were unable to get a refund from Honda. Alex went out of his way to cover the battery anyway and install a new one.
Neil Lebron is ABSOLUTELY the best!!! I have been taking my 2013 Crosstour to Honda Carland since a first purchased it 5yrs ago. They always do a great job and very pleasant. Neil Lebron makes sure every concern is addressed. HE GETS A 100%... Ask for him the next time you walk in the door.

Service was fine. Appreciated that my 5000 mile service was no charge, however being that the car is new and I am still learning its features, I was disapointed that the gentleman that tried to help me figure out how to do mirroring of my phone on the console wad not knowledgable about the feature and was unable to help me.
I want to compliment Andrew Pucha for AMAZING service. I stopped in to see if you only serviced Hondas and Acuras. He told me you could service my car for its 25K service and got me set up for an appointment right away. Service was excellent and price way cheaper than the dealer. I will be back for all my car needs. Thank you!!!

2022-04-28I’ve been coming here for 13 years. It is your typical dealer service center. You will spend a great deal of money, but it is worth it. During that time, I’ve only experienced two bad apples, but never bad quality work. This last time was pretty good. I had to wait a while but the techs were really nice.

2022-06-17Went in for general maintenance. Super easy to book a service online and drop the car off. Shaq Adams, my service advisor gave me a quote for additional services needed at my mileage with a discount then I received e-mails a week later with an even bigger discount. He was courteous, quick and efficient even when the place was busy and I was impressed that he remembered me. Close to Webb Bridge park should you want to walk or run while car is being serviced.

2022-05-16They are fair and dont do work on your car that is not needed. We have been getting our van serviced here for years! We now have an Acura, and another dealer tried to tell us the battery was low. Honda Carland checked and it was fine. Going to stick with them!

2022-06-12First time here for oil change and tire rotation. And yes, I paid for oil change and tire rotation.I guess a mechanic decided that I didnt need a rotation. I can tell they did not rotate tires because I noticed my tires were same as where they were. (One of tire was marked and it was on same spot)Maybe service advisor didnt even know they havent done it. So I paid for it.Simple matter but that makes me to not going here anymore.

2022-03-21You guys are typically awesome....especially in the area of thoroughness but this time you stubbed your toe!!By the time I got back home from driving away from you guys (30 minutes), I discovered that my left rear tire was completely flat! Also, my center dash console info screen was all screwed up and remains so to this minute because I dont know how to reset it.Having aired up that tire, I cannot help but be concerned as to why it was flat. Is there a leak? The tire for the time being seems to be holding its standard required PSI inflation.Not good fellas....not good.
