Very friendly staff and eager to get you what you need and what you can afford.
This place has the greatest selection of cars with affordable prices. The lady that owns the lot is very sweet and polite! She has excellent knowledge of cars and the finance that goes along with it! I wouldnt shop any where else.
Chance helped us when others wouldnt. He will tell you what he can do and then he does it.the vehicle and payments are right what we asked for .definitely will return to see him for future vehicles.

PROS: Their staff is very friendly and the cars seem to be in decent shape, low mileage, etc. Even though I never got to see one.CONS: Either the reviews or business are not being straight forward. If you have low/no credit dont expect to walk out of there with any less than a few grand down. I asked and their avg is $2000 my offer was $4000 with around 600 score and $600wk avg incomeHope that can save someone elses time. Or atleast be more prepared for what to expect.

The people are with you every step of the way to make sure you get the car that I want and they dont try to make U get into anything else but the car that I wanted to buy. And the best person to talk to is named Seth Mchenry and tell him that Robert Hilland sent U to see him.
I purchased a 2014 Chevy Sonic from this company in April, 2018. I have spent nearly as much in repairs as I have in car payments since that time.Less than a month after purchasing the vehicle, it was in need of repairs. Valerie tried to push my off to the Warranty provider. I did not allow that to happen.I have kept EVERY SINGLE MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR BILL. I took great care of the vehicle, only to have the engine seize after I spent more than $2,200 in repairs over a 2 week period. I would NEVER recommend anyone to this company.
If I could give them a Negative rating it would be that! This place is a scam !! Save your money. Me and my fiancé went a purchased our 2016 Honda Civic. Had to put so much money down only to find out threw a different dealership that the car has a salvage title and has been in two wrecks! Valerie Never once said anything about a wreck nor the salvage title. And it is not in any of the paperwork, we will definitely be getting a lawyer and sue.

This is in response to the review about Taylor stating Cameron helped him with a 400 credit score with no money down. Listen guys this was completely false. My sweetheart credit score was way higher than that and Mr. Cameron stated he couldnt get him in a vehicle with no money down and required a down payment. So Taylor whos lying you or Cameron? Total waste of time. Some of us take reviews very seriously and if that review was an attempt to send over more business to a friend of yours thats real dishonest. We are taking our business somewhere else.

So I called about a car that I really wanted and I was so scared that someone was going to come in and buy it. I live in Maryland but I work in the entire DMV area and in PA. I called and Valerie walked me through everything over the phone and through email. I traveled from Pennsylvania to Augusta to get what I wanted and if it wasn’t for Valerie I don’t think I would have came so far. Literally I walked in, signed the papers, and drove right back to Maryland. So was so nice over the phone and even sweeter in person. I thank her from the bottom of my heart for such a easy process. If you want a good car, go check them out and ask for Valerie.

I want to give a 3 1/2 rafting, actually. First, she is nice but let me say that I didn’t like how Valerie turned the radio on when we test drove my car. The radio needs to be off when test driving, but I’m sure she knows that. I had my car 3 days before I felt it buck. I’ve had the car a few weeks now..it wasn’t a full 2 weeks before the car shut off and it’s been doing it ever since. Now, I have to take time off of work to get a diagnosis AND have the car fixed. Warranty on it or not, and I don’t care if this is a used car lot, when you sell a car make sure your mechanics check EVERYTHING before you put it out to sell it. ALSO, they “clean” your cars but not very well when sold. If the seats were actually shampooed right, stains wouldn’t have started showing up days after I had it. AND, I have to clean and disinfect the console because there’s a broken piece frim what part of the car I don’t know in there. And someone’s hair is stuck all over it. GROSS. And Cheetos are falling from under the backseat all of a sudden and I haven’t had anyone in the backseats of my car. And that backseat console was nasty too. Had to clean that. I’m going to have to get my entire car detailed. They know who I am with this review and it doesn’t bother me. They’ll do better for the next person. I should have just waited another month and gone to the other place I was going to. Plus my payments would have been in the 200s (which is about half of what I’m paying Cars R Us). My sibling never had an issue with her cars, though. I’ll update when they tell me what’s wrong with my new-to-me car.!!!!!UPDATE: first let me say that on Dec 7, 2018, I slipped on those raggedy aluminum stairs. Valerie was right beside me when it happened. I asked for the incident report twice(they should have offered it right then) I read it one night after a couple of days of having it and THE REPORT WAS FABRICATED. On w/ the update...they finally did right by me and swapped my car out. This one seems fine, but I have now had this car 1 solid week & 1 day & its telling me I need an oil change. Again, the only place they use to service their cars before they get them on the lot & at all is Craigs automotive masters on Washington rd. They need to STOP using this place. I SHOULD NOT NEED AN OIL CHANGE ALREADY! I still dont recommend going to this lot. Guaranteed approval or not.
My fiance and I purchased our vehicle here. Big Mike is awesome, along with the others. We went down there in Uber, with not that great of credit and drove off the lot an hour or two later in a 2014 Nissan Sentra. They took my 2002 Dodge Dakota as $1000 down toward the new vehicle, and it wasnt even running.

This dealership sells illegal cars! I have called and left a message about my vehicles tint that was deemed illegal in the state of ga, which they sold to us anyway. They did not disclose this at the point of sale and under law it states they will be held responsible for this. This makes no sense you would not fully inspect your inventory to make sure one that it is legal and two the condition that it is in. I called once and got a response of no we do not do anything with tint or will they because it is not illegal. I replied okay I will check and see if this is the case. Turns out I am right and it is illegal. I would like to handle this outside of court so please someone contact me about this.

2021-08-0110/10 Would definitely recommend!!! Came to this lovely place after two horrendous days of looking elsewhere for a vehicle. In less than 1 1/2 hrs Valerie was able to get me and my husband into a lovely vehicle. The process was simple,she explained everything to us through and through and made our experience as painless as possible. She wasnt just selling me any vehicle. She actively listened to everything I said and i really appreciated that ! Customer for life!

2022-06-15In the process of riding away in my first Nissan Titan, seems everyone was giving me the hardest time due to being a veteran (w/valid benefits of 4800) without a great work record and established credit, but Mrs Natalie and the general manager put every effort into making sure I was satisfied and successful. 2021-10-27If you’ve got BAD CREDIT, this is a good place to go. However, their gonna need a higher down payment ($1000 to $4000). Also, remember this is a last resort kind of place. You’ll be in a higher APR loan, higher mileage vehicle, but that’s what you get when you’ve ruined your credit worthiness. This place and others like it (buy here, pay here type) are what they call “Predatory Lending.” But, with the right amount of money down ($2500 is good start), they will get you into a vehicle when others have told you “No!” Best advise: If you are forced to buy from here, get a warranty with the vehicle, get “GAP” insurance, and road side assistance. And most importantly…Pay your vehicle payments on time and pay it off early by doubling up on your payments when you can or paying more than you are required to, even if it’s only $50. You’ll be glad you did! Good luck!

2021-06-29Excellent place to get yourself a pre-owned vehicle. I purchased my first vehicle from these guys in 2017 I think was the year. It is a 2003 Ford F-150 4.2L V6 and had 154,000 miles I believe it was. The truck is now payed off and she still runs strong. Shes has every oil change, plugs and it being a 5 speed the clutch has been completely replaced now. The truck has been 1 amazing and dependable vehicle. I unfortunately cant remember the ladys name that helped me and sold the truck to me but she was awesome and super helpful and understanding to my situation at the time and anything she could do to help me she did. Im actually looking at some on there lot today. Im looking for a vehicle for my fiance and came here to see what they had. A lot of nice vehicles on the lot. Give them a chance to help you find your next new to you ride. They have all choices from trucks, sedans, sports cars and SUVs.Great place!!

2021-10-25If I can give 0 star I would. There are so many better dealerships that truly stand behind what they say so please do a favor and do your research before you conduct any business with them. They will promise you a warranty but if must be only be redeemed at dollar tree because it’s not about shlt.

2021-06-16DO NOT BUY YOUR CAR FROM HERE. They sold me a car with a bad transmission. Told me they had fixed it and less than a week later I was on the highway and could only go 45miles per/hour . When I asked for my money back they became rude and disrespectful. Even the car they loaned me until mines was “fixed” had motor problems. This place needs to be shut down. If I could give it a negative -10 stars I would. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS CAR LOT. You will regret it.
