I have been here a few times and I love walking in there and the associate always helping me out. I love there clearance ranks because there is always something for my three girls. There parking lot is so convenient. I always find something online and have to always see if they have it at the store to see if I really want it for my kids or not. I have done curbside once but I am currently waiting to hear back as I just placed the order recently. I hope to have a great experience as I always do when I walk in the store. I would recommend to all moms.

I usually dont write reviews but when they tell you they will hold something because their registers were down DO NOT believe them! I live out of town and even called twice and was told they would hold my items till Friday. Well I find someone to pick them up for me on Thursday and the manager has told them to put it back! Its definitely not my fault I could not purchase my items in the store. Now the one I need is sold out on line. This close to a Christmas I hate to be a grinch but its bad business if you tell a costumer that you will hold something and its not done. I would have been highly ticked off if i made a special trip there for just 12$ pants and they were already sold. Truly thankful for my friend who was already in Augusta to run by there. Carters NOT so much!

I love this store the associates always offer to order what my not be in stock and ship it to my home for me! They also still check the back when they are (I’m sure) sure they don’t have it just to satisfy me. They always have amazing deals. They also have the best quality clothes for kids I have been shopping there since it has came to augusta. My daughter even enjoys playing with the toys they put out while I shop.

So glad we have a store here. Great customer Service. Clean and neat. The sales!!! Love the quality. Sleepers and Onesies, this is my go to for those. Rewards program is cool. Shop online option and pick up in store. Great overall.

Love this store, we shop here very often and Im afraid they might seem to know us lol.My son never stays by my side and I am so thankful for the table with toys they have, it keeps him entertained and no matter where I go I can always keep an eye on him. The store is clean and very well organized. Staff is friendly and courteous. Customer service is on point and they manage everything in a fast timely manner. Loved their sales and coupons! Will not stop coming back here!

Helpful staff, good selection and good prices. I always bring in a coupon to get an additional discount. I’m Latina and was nervous to go in after reading some review about racism, but I was treated with respect and courtesy. Carters and Osh Kosh have super cute styles, and always offer discounts. Our go to store for our kids clothes! Also, staff is helpful when making returns and I’ve never had any problems.

Will never shop through Carters website, nor this location, nor any Carters location again. They promote false advertising, they’re unprofessional, and have horrible customer service. If you can’t meet customer needs stop marketing huge clearances to only lure in and cheat people. Thankfully I finally received the rest of my order after it sat in a warehouse for almost a month, but your website clearly states “Order Online Pick Up Today! It’s Fast & Free” and I’m sure the items I ordered were in there in stock. Holidays are busy, yes, but don’t tell me my order will be here within a time frame and it’s not , then suddenly “help” with my issue by having it “now at the store” only after an hour when I call you out on it. Very, very unprofessional.

The clothes are great the sales are great and you can get all sorts of saving from doing the online thing with them that being said my wife waited in line for ten min for the cashier to come available when it was her turn because the cashier did not call her up my wife simply walked up from the line knowing it was her turn because she actually pays attention to her surroundings I am assuming the cashier thought she had simply walked up and cut everyone in line my wife was sent back to the back of the now longer line which had formed behind her previous position my wife tried to explain she had been in line already the cashier said she did not wait until she was called up and would have to get back in line I want to thank this cashier for setting my wife into a tail spin for the rest of the afternoon she still is wanting to fight and it has been an hour so again thank you from the person who actually has to try to talk her down from the situation you have caused to the readers who actually took the time to read this whole message you now know the type of people you may have to deal with going into this store you have been warned.

I always shop at this location and have a pleasant time. This is all my son wears. I forgot to place a order in store checking out I called to place an order and chatted with an agent very rude. I will never order offline. Terrible customer service! I’ll be returning to the store to place my order! Shop here!!
