I’ve been coming here for years. Most recently I’ve been seeing Melanie DeBosier and she has been phenomenal! I’m going to start bringing my whole family to her. She’s so kind, listens thoroughly and nails it with her feedback. Grateful for her!
Very frustrating experience. I’ll start by saying I don’t think I’ve ever written a bad review until today. I made an appointment with Dr. Taz specifically. I put down my card, reserved the time /date and received/confirmed the appointment via email. Due to the time commitment of the first appointment (3-4 hours), I took a PTO day and made other arrangements to be there. I arrived to the clinic at 7:45am only to find out they sent me to the wrong location and somehow double booked my time slot. The only solutions given were to reschedule my appointment weeks out with Dr. Taz, or be seen by a nurse practitioner for $475. I asked if there was a possibility to Teleheath or consult with Dr. Taz separately after my labs, and they said no.To be fair, the receptionist was empathetic and doing her best. Her manager on the phone didn’t seem to make a real effort to find a solution. I was also told that they had asked Dr. Taz if I could be accommodated sooner due to their error, but again, the answer was no. I’m pretty reasonable when it comes to thing like this. I get “things happen”…but clinicians and Doctors should know how important these appointments are to the individuals who are waiting months to be seen for their health. In this case, I don’t feel they did, and I thought I should share in case this is not an isolated incident. I hope it is.
Based on my experience this seemed like a practice that utilized their holistic approach and a patients lack of awareness to order useless tests to line their own pockets. They also use a Zyto scanner, which is (from the doctors mouth) an unreliable piece of equipment--I agree after reading up on the scanner. Would not recommend.
Dr. Taz and her gracious, talented team fundamentally revolutionized my health. CentreSprings focus on the whole person and the use of multiple Western and Eastern health and wellness modalities gets to the core health issues for women approaching or in menopause. Not band-aids or panaceas like traditional Western medicine who treat symptoms with pharmaceutical drugs. I heard Dr. Tazs healing philosophy on the Goop podcast with Gwyneth Paltrow and she delivers on every point. I went from lethargic and moody to sleeping great, feeling fabulous and endlessly energetic. Thank you Dr. Taz and team!
I have been a patient at centresrpingmd for over 10 years. the quality of service has decreased while their rates have increased. the people at their front desk have been inconsiderate and imcompassionate on several ocassions. i called june 10, 2022 at 10:44AM to cancel/reschedule an appointment with dr. taz that i had for june 13 at 11AM. i rescheduled the appointment for september. yesterday i noticed charges on my credit card for $430. they had charged me for the june 13 appointment. i called 8AM july 13 to inquire about the charges, they said they had no record of the conversation or cancellation and would not reverse the charge. the person i spoke with failed to reschedule the appointment and document the call. i was told i would need to call back at 9AM to speak with management team. i called back around 9:05AM and asked to speak with a manager. the person said hold on. give me just a second to get a manager. i was left on hold for 6 mins. i called back. lily who is not a manager asked if she could help. first she told me i confirmed the appointment through text which i did not. then she said they had no record of the call. i sent a copy of my phone bill documenting the call. i was then told a manager would call me back later in the day although they had three managers on duty. i insisted that i speak with one of them because i wanted the issue resolved immediately. i was left on hold again and then told the managers were in a meeting. i pay my credit card in full each month and wanted the charges removed before the payment due date in a few days. this is not the first time i have had problems with the staff there. they seem to have a high turnover and the service consistently gets worse. centrespringmd seems more concerned about money and profit than genuine concern about patients and service including dr. taz very disappointed and dissatisfied. i would rate them a zero if i could.
What this group can do for ones health is amazing. Caring team. Christina Grace is great. Challenge is getting appointment times.
Very professional, comfortable, clean and comprehensive. I am excited about my journey with CentreMD. Christina did my new patient physical exam. She was very thorough with questions about my background, daily habits and reasons for coming. Once all of my evaluations were completed I thought Christina would return to walk me through my treatment plan instead the young women who drew my blood went through the printout with me. I did quite a bit of research before hand so I had an idea of where my treatment was headed. Overall, I recommend this Office to anyone interested in comprehensive examination of their body and wellness.
CentreSpringMD is amazing! Starting with their offices that are so pretty to the staff that are just so kind and courteous. But I must say that Dr Goldman is the BEST! He has been a life saver on my hormone therapy. So thorough and spends so much time with me to go over my blood work and treatment plans. I have been more than happy with CentreSpringMD for over two years now. Highly recommend and have to many of my friends! :)
Weve seen Melissa Smith at CentreSpring in Johns Creek and just love her. Shes super kind, very relatable and most importantly, listens to our concerns. All the staff we encountered during our visits have been super nice and pleasant. The office is very calming feels welcoming.
Donna Smyth is the practitioner I see here. She is amazing. She specializes in bio-identical hormone replacement and has years of experience working with pre and post menopausal women. She will listen, spend time with you and allow you to be a companion in your health journey while she advises with the best advice. Hormones are not a once size fits all solution and Donna understands this better than anyone. I highly recommend you get connected with her if you are approaching or in menopause to make a healthy transition and assure you stay vibrant and well throughout your later years.
CentreSpring MD has been absolutely amazing for our daughter. Dr. Franklin is wonderful and extremely thorough. She spends time with you and looks at everything holistically to come up with a diagnosis and treatment plan. My daughter has done a 180 and I will be forever grateful. 5 stars doesnt seem like enough!
I have seem Christina Grace for several years and I love our visits. She is a caring and very professions health provider. Christina always listens to my concerns and offers enlighten answers to my questions. She explains lab results and offers suggestions to make my quality of life much better.I would highly recommend an appointment with Christina Grace to support a healthy lifestyle.
I’ve been seeing Dr. Taz for over a year for integrative support in my cancer journey. I live in Charlotte so most appointments have been virtual but still very effective. I have also come in person twice. Dr Taz and her team are such a great asset - Its also nice they they have staff to support the insurance process which has saved me hundreds if not more at this point with labs being covered etc. I highly recommend centre spring for your health needs!

My visit with Dr. Taz was the most involved physician visit I have ever had. She took several test results and a lengthy history along with my health complaints and created a treatment plan for me to start with. I opted for a more extensive bloodwork panel so that we could get a better idea what options might be best for me. It was expensive but I feel my optimal health is worth it. I would highly recommend Dr. Taz and CentreSpring MD.
Dr. Taz is always very professional and thorough. Highly skilled in functional medicine. Her office help is professional - yet the lady that took my vitals before Dr. Taz’s normal patient visit was not as thorough and as accurate as I would have expected (as I have come to expect from Dr. Taz over the last couple o, for years).
I love working with Melanie, PA and I truly believe that she is going to get me on the path to healing. I have had so many specialist who can not discern what to do with my medical issues as I do not fit into any certain box. Melanie goes above and beyond to research, investigate and diagnose issues that other doctors. I do believe that Melanie cares for me as a patient and will continue to lead me on this path to complete healing.I have had horrible issues with the support staff at the clinic. Front desk staff charging me incorrectly, scheduling appointments wrong, staff who can not draw blood correctly, staff who speaks ill of others behind closed doors. Overall the staff is not welcoming and seems very bothered when they have to check you in, take payments and even with booking follow up appointments.The free appointment (comes with the initial visit which is approx $700) with the nutritionist was just awful. During the 20 minute phone conversation I learned all about the nutritionist health issues and what worked for her but she never once gave me direction on what would be best for my health. She mentioned eating potato chips and how bad they were for me. I can not tell you the last time I consumed a potato chip. I assume she saw my weight on the file and thought I fit that profile. When I asked her clarity on foods that would work best for my health concerns, she gave no clear answers but said i could book another call with her for a fee.The thermogram was a service offered with my initial consultation. I asked to pay for an additional area of my body to be scanned. The staff that completed the thermogram was so confused. They only wanted to scan the area of my body that I was paying extra for and not the area that came with the initial consultation. It was this wild conversation that almost was funny because there was so much back and forth. I wanted to cry because the entire process felt so hard when it could have been a simple test.If my care from Melanie PA-C had not been SO wonderful, I would not come back. To pay out of pocket is a huge commitment but I am willing to adjust my budget to make it possible. I do expect when you spend approx. $1000 per visit, for the support staff to be competent. Taking time off work to go to appointments and having to go back on a different day because the support staff can not complete their job, is very off putting.No one has returned any of my calls, and while the comment from the business says they have tried to reach out, no one was called, emailed or texted me. I left 2 messages before the Holidays and again today. I really hope to have some sort of follow up as I would like to continue with my care plan.
About 10 years ago, Dr. Goldman rescued me from a disastrous pellet hormone injection. Since then he has guided me to excellent health with annual testing and follow up. With balanced hormones, my weight is normal and my bones are strong. Im 80 and active.
Another great visit to CenterSpringMD! I always enjoy my follow up visits with Donna Smyth. She takes her time when going over my labs, listens well, and is always willing to answer any questions I have. Im never rushed at any follow up visit. So thankful for her!!
I was very pleased with my experience at CentreSpringMD. Their medical/health tests seem more sophisticated and focused on the entire body than an internal medicine doctor. They look at all the aspects of health to help you identify the causes of any issues you have, and discuss various treatment options and decide on which is best for you. Melanie, Nurse Practitioner, balances Science, the Art of Healthcare, the Patient’s lifestyle and their personality to come up with a plan to help you heal ASAP. . When you explain your symptoms and how you addressed them, she GETS it all. She has natural empathy and sympathy. We would have a healthier planet earth if all Providers had these characteristics, combined with the understanding of the Psyche, and Science at the level Melanie possesses. I must mention Taylor also. She is the most knowledgeable and helpful Medical Assistant I’ve had. I’m delighted she is moving forward with her education at Emory and becoming a Nurse Practitioner too. She too is highly effective now. and will provide even more to her patients as she learns more. Taylor and Melanie make a terrific Team. I look forward to seeing them again.I highly recommend this Practice.
We have been going to Dr Goldman for several years for hormone replacement therapy and general medicine. He is a brilliant doctor who is well versed in the latest research pertaining to health and wellness. His approach to good health is diet exercise and taking supplements to promote overall health and prevention of disease. He treats causes not just symptoms. He brings over 45 years of experience to his practice. He takes an interest in his patients and is very generous with his time! I high recommend Dr Goldman! My wife snd I have bern very pleased with him!

Honestly not worth the money. I went in searching for some answers around gut health and guidance on weight loss. My initial visit was extremely expensive and I didnt leave with anything of value. The NP did recommend a keto lifestyle (which I told her was not healthy for me as I have high cholesterol). In my follow-up that was nearly 8 weeks later, we reviewed some of the test results and essentially I was told everything looks fine with the exception of some gut health things which they wanted to me to purchase more vitamins for. THEN I received another expensive bill for direct from a lab for lab work that I had been told I had paid for as part of my initial payment. Ive spent several thousand dollars and I have no treatment plan and no sense of what I even spent money on. Would definitely save your money and go somewhere else.
I have been a patient for while now. The office is always clean, staff are knowledgable and friendly. Easy to get in to see practitioners and my visits are always thorough, targeted, and I feel heard. My health has increased and become more stable. Thank you CentreSpringMD. Amy

Excellent first visit. I was called back within five minutes of arriving for my appointment and the visit began promptly afterwards. You receive a lot of info on the first visit so take notes and ask lots of questions. Everyone is so kind, patient, and professional. The NPs are extremely knowledgeable and I’m excited to partner (naturally) with the medical staff to promote and maintain my health goals.

Extremely overpriced and feels as if the staff cares more about taking your money than providing healthcare service. I would definitely recommend finding another provider that takes insurance, is not so expensive, and cares about patients as much as profits.

I cant say enough about CentreSpring, and the providers and staff there. After a lifetime of experience with different types of care, the support Ive gotten here doesnt compare--it exceeds all my expectations. Im finally working with partners interested in my whole body health. I can ask questions and get honest answers. Im actually heard, which hasnt been my experience for many years. Mary Margaret (and other providers there) dont whip out the prescription pad after 4.5 minutes while shoving you out the door. They read your chart. They prep for your appt. They treat you as a partner in your care. The same goes for the staff--lovely, helpful people who seem happy to see you. My only wish is that Id found them 20 yrs ago.
Been using them for years. I had a billing issue one time about 8 months ago and they were able to help get that all squared away as well. The lady was super helpful and you can tell she actually cares about doing the right thing. I have been sending all of my friends and family here as well. I just sent them a new customer last week. Centre Spring has a new approach to getting better that actually gets to the root cause of your issues. If you actually want to be healthy and live a great life, make CentreSpring your go to doctor of choice. Thanks again for doing great business and taking care of us.
So thankful that I found Dr. Taz and Centrespring MD. She is a caring, compassionate doctor and thinks outside the box to get to the “why” of your health concerns. As someone who doesn’t like to just treat the symptoms, this has been so helpful for me for getting my health back on track. My children are also patients on the pediatric side of the practice and we have been able to get an in-depth look at their health that I know would not have been possible with a traditional pediatrician.
Dr Grossman and Dr Patel at Centrespring have really helped me figure out my food intolerances, hormone imbalances and just get my overall health in a better state. My stomach pains from a leaky gut are gone and I feel so much better overall. Getting to the root of issues is something my regular MD never did or was even knowledgeable about. Both of these doctors are so sweet and so great!

I have been seeing Dr Taz and a nutritionist from CentreSpring MD virtually for 6 months now. I live in Montana and have been able to get top notch care virtually. She orders lab testing to be done at my local lab and she sends prescriptions to my local pharmacy. It has worked very well without any difficulties. The vsee platform has made visits with Dr Taz as if we were sitting across from each other in her office. I have autoimmune disease with its own set of challenges and also struggle with fatigue and weight gain. Dr Taz does a thorough evaluation and has prescribed a wholistic plan for me that encompasses healthy living. She has helped with my medication and supplement plan as well as nutrition and exercise, sleep and self care. She is helping me live a more balanced healthy life and get my energy, vibrance and health back. Thank You Dr Taz
Shamaza scheduled a virtual new patient appointment for me. I received an email telling me how to create an account with their video call platform but no info about how to begin the appointment. After ten minutes of waiting past my scheduled appointment time with no call starting I called the office to find out if there was something I needed to do. Diana then informed me that I was supposed to wait up to an hour for the call to begin. I asked for a refund and she promptly hung up on me. The med staff might be amazing but I will never know because of the absolutely unacceptable behavior of their office staff. I called back after being hung up and was finally able to get a refund, but hanging up on me was unbelievably rude.
I decided to give Center Spring MD a tried after having to deal with so many medical issues. Its only been a couple of weeks but I am so happy that I made this decision and I feel they truly care about their patients and well being. I cant wait to see what their approach does to my recovery.
Good in principal and love the idea of holistic medicine but this practice failed to execute and deliver good patient care. I have been to the practice for 6 or more visits over the past year and I feel like they never knew me as a patient and were never prepared with my history before walking into the room. I saw 3 different doctors/clinicians which was likely part of the problem. I only went in for scheduled routine visits to be proactive about my health. All 3 had very differing opinions about how to treat me and every time I went they ordered new labs and I only got the reports on the labs from office staff. If you want to discuss what the labs mean and discuss modifications in your care plan with the physician on the phone then they charge you again. The last two visits I had to wait for over an hour in the exam room to see my doctor. Today I was there and waited in the room for an hour and then there was a fuse blown in the room so they couldnt access my labs to discuss with me and I had to get back to work. I was assured by the doctor they would call me that evening at 7pm to discuss my labs and I never heard from anyone. They charged me $150 for the office visit that day anyway which I will give them the opportunity to reschedule and deliver on the service I paid for. This is not something I am willing to continue to pay for out of pocket when this is causing frustration and wasting my time. I hope the practice gets things worked out as I think this is great in theory and I believe in this approach to health.

I have been going to Centre Springs MD for 2 years and have been very happy with my results. I came for hormonal imbalance issues and Cristina spent so much time listening to me and helping me get to the root cause of my imbalance. I am happy to say that I am feeling much better and enjoying my new found energy. I definitely recommend any woman struggling with hormones to seek help here.
The worst experience me and my wife have had. I gave them a 1 star because there wasnt a 0 star. As a new father me and my wife wanted the best service for our first born and our lives were flipped upside down thanks to the pediatrician on staff. After requesting money back after the first visit due to my wife being inconsolable after she felt she was not supported as a breastfeeding mother. I was confident in her abilities so was my mother in law. Breastfed babies lose weight more often than formula babies. We were told they were responsible for our child. We set up an appointment at another location in my mother in laws city and the pediatrician called Child Services on us, which was strange because she only saw our son once. Plus, we brought his weight back up. Being well educated and knowing the system I am provoked to leave this comment because this was a blatant act of racism. We ask for a refund and to change doctors then Child Services appears at our home. I strongly recommend no more African Americans or anyone in fact attend the Centre Spring MD as of 2018 under the care of the current pediatrician! She needs diversity training.
I went to see Dr. Grossman for stomach issues and she has helped me get better but the office staff and nurses have been absolutely terrible and very frustrating to work with. The hardest part of this 7-month journey has been dealing with nurses who don’t return phone calls, no way to speak to a nurse before 3 days (which is the quoted turn around time for questions), claims that were never filed even after multiple requests and prescriptions that were never sent or sent incorrectly to my pharmacy even after multiple phone calls. The doctor’s knowledge and recommendations have been wonderful but having an unresponsive office staff who handles 50% of your care is very frustrating. I have been seen my traditional doctors my entire life and have always received a response from the doctor when a question was raised within 24 hrs. I had terrible side effects to some of the supplements and was unsure whether to discontinue use. Waiting 3 days (with a follow up phone call) is simply unacceptable. Changes need to be made to the way in which claims are filed, patient questions are fielded and prescriptions are submitted.I also echo another user’s experience that the doctor did not read my lab results until she was in the room with me, then made suggestions to change my treatment plan. This is also different from every other doctor I have seen. There appears a lack of preparation and organization overall.This said i am still at the practice because no other doctor has been able to help heal my gut and enable me to eat food again. I simply wish changes would be made to make the patience experience better.
Donna is wonderful.And the office staff is always prompt in returning calls, but what I like most is that they text or email for appointments and lab work or prescriptions.and I don’t need to call them. They always make everything easy.

Dr. Christina Connors Grace is such a compassionate, intelligent and encouraging nurse. I have been working with her for the past 2 years to regain my health and balance my hormones. She listens, provides great follow-up for all labs and reassures me that everything is going to be okay! Also, CentreSprings integrative approach to medicine has given me the foundation to not only optimize my health, but also learn how to take care of myself. Hi, I discovered them online, searching to buy kids nutrition products. I ran into several issues, poor quality and service, and wont be buying again.1 . On the original order, they sent me 4/6 wrong products. I also noticed the products were nearing expiration (4-5 months) and emailed them to make sure the products would expire at least 10-12 months from now. (since this product is in bulk). They didnt acknowledge my point.2. I received the updated products and they were all within 4-5 months from expiration (counter to my original request).3. Most importantly, one of the products was deliverde unsealed and opened, as if it was another return that they had never checked.All in all, they shouldnt be in the business of online supplement delivery. They seem to be disorganized with low quality control.

Went to the Medlock Bridge location. Barely had to wait. Mary Margaret made me feel heard - she didnt rush me and she addressed all of my concerns. The office staff is friendly and helpful.
I had high hopes for CentreSpring, but was very disheartened by the experience. My child was rushed through tests with little compassion shown. Several tests seemed completely unnecessary. I sent information in before the appointment so that I would not be discussing sensitive information in front my my child; they assured me it would be reviewed in advance of our appointment, but it was not. The lack of interest in my childs challenges was actually quite sad. The main focus of our visit seemed to be selling us numerous expensive supplements. The appointment cost was more than double what Ive paid to see any other specialist, and I still cant figure out the justification for the excessive cost. Profit is the driving force here and I think theyve gotten quite far away from their mission to help people heal.Follow-up was nonexistent (VERY challenging to reach and hear back from a practitioner or staff member).There are so many other compassionate practitioners of alternative medicine out there--I recommend avoiding this practice and finding individuals who are not trying to sell you expensive products and who truly take the time to listen to your concerns and provide a realistic treatment plan.

I had my first visit with Allison Andersen for acupuncture and was very pleased. Allison is well spoken and was able to evaluate my concerns and my medical issues efficiently. She explained her recommendations, which include acupuncture but went deeper into some mind-body exercises and some broad nutritional advice. And she has a nice touch with the needles!
Dr. Taz is the best Progressive Medicine doctor Ive seen. She listens to you as a patient and treats you holistically. My overall health has made a complete turnaround, and I feel so much better since seeing her. I absolutely recommend her if you are seeking a provider who treats from a holistic approach.
Where do I begin? I have been bringing my daughter here for the past year and the staff is AMAZING. They are always very attentive to my needs, and I feel as though Doctor Jamilett genuinely cares about my opinion as a parent. I feel like my daughters not just another chart to their practice. They take time in identifying the issue and overcoming it instead of masking it. The peditrican plan that they provide is great, and extremely reasonable in price compared to other practices in the area.I just recently had a situation that arose where I needed the immediate attention from the staff. I was helped by Daniel, who was ready to jump in and help. He remedied my issue within 1-2 hours. This is almost unheard of when dealing with a medical office, but I’m happy to say it got done.I think above all else the best part of this practice is the staff. The nurses who come in to take weight are great, the doctors say Hello even when you aren’t their patient, and the operations team is skillful in executing administrative duties.I highly recommend!

When all other doctors were brushing me off saying “not my area...something is wrong but I don’t treat it...” Dr Taz and her staff have taken the time to get to the bottom of it. I take one star off only because it would be nice if they took insurance. Other than that I have been very satisfied. They take their time and really care.
I really enjoyed my visit. Christina, the nurse practitioner was wonderful, friendly and took her time getting to know me and my health concerns. I believe the right tests are being done but I got a bit of a sticker stock when seeing the prices for the tests and supplements. Either way knowing what’s going on inside my body is worth it.

Dr Taz is fantastic! Her Physicians assist Kristin is absolutely wonderful! They provide in-depth blood testing along with any other test you may need. THIS is how medicine should be practiced! Having been a patient since 2012 but recently relocated, I could not find another medical practice that is as serious about treating root causes, not symptoms as they are. Dr. Taz is as competent and she is warm, kind and gentile- just the total package! It is a place of healing. I did not feel rushed. My symptoms are always taken seriously because they respect the fact that a patient knows their own well-state. Therefore when test results are normal but symptoms say otherwise, we work together to root out the problem. As the practice has grown, new faces only enhanced my most recent experience. Kristin was exceedingly impressive, but everyone there deserves a thank you. CentreSpring is well worth the out of town trip. Do yourself a favor- Get on their waiting list for new patients and take back your health from antiquated, pharmaceutical-driven medicine. Theres a reason this practice keeps growing. Dr. Robert Goldman recently joined this practice--he has changed my life with his treatment of menopause symptoms. I saw him in his previous practice for the past 3 years. Honestly, saved my sanity. My friends have seen the change in me and I refer them to him at this new practice. In their 50s, they already have established health care providers and they need only menopause help, not a whole new team of providers. When they call to ask to see only Dr. Goldman, they are told they must have a bunch of tests and see other providers first. This makes no sense to me--or them. I want to give this a 5 star rating because of Dr. Goldman but, alas, I cant do that because the practice puts too many obstacles in the way. *update* One week later, no one has called to discuss.
While the place and staff were lovely, I will probably never go back. I went in with beautiful skin but just wanted a refresh/glow so I opted for the hydrafacial. I left with glowing, beautiful, sort-of-red skin but that was to be expected. I used some of the samples that they gave me for about 3 or 4 days until I realized I was breaking out around my forehead/hairline. After 4 days I went back to my normal skin routine and its been almost 4 weeks and I still have massive acne breakouts on my forehead when I have never had breakouts before in my life. Not sure what to do to fix my face other than wait it out...sigh.
The staff here is extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. They got me started right away and made things really easy. Dr. Taz was thorough and made all the tests and treatments very understandable to me. The review with Katey afterwards was excellent. Im so glad I decided to come here and will be back. Excellent, comprehensive health care that is catered to ME! However, every time I come in I have to wait forever. It’s extremely frustrating. Be prepared to sit in a room for about an hour before you see a doc. Bring a book and some water.
We had the best experience. My daughter caught everything coming and going and they were able to heal her gut and help her gain weight. I now know she has the proper nutrition too with the extra supplements I received!

Just had blood draw by Ms. Abby. She is the best I felt nothing. My doc is also great. She (Dr. Lehane) is very nice and intuitive. She really listens and I honestly belive she cares about the small details of health that traditional providers overlook, but which can help increase quality of life exponentially! You would be doing youself a disservice if youis out going to this office.

The reason I went here is because I am in favor of natural treatments but I was very disappointed. When I went to my appointment (which was the second one with my lab results) they let me wait for one hour. The appointment was about two weeks after all the test results came in (6 weeks after the first consultation) so plenty of time for the doctor to go over them, but to my horror she went over them the first time while seeing me. I had to wait in the room while she was typing her comments into my file. Then she left and a nurse came in and read me all the notes the doctor just took (without adding any value to the information). I have paid about $2,000 for my labs and first visit and $175 for the follow up (they dont file for insurance) and the doctor just scanned over my lab results to come up with some conclusions. Either this is superb expertise at its best or negligence...The doctor told me to reduce my stress but this whole visit has caused me a lot of stress. She could barely remember me, made general comments, gave me the lab results without much explanation (it is a lot to take in), kind of go figure them out. I must say they are all very nice people, it is hard to get mad at them, but for the money you pay they dont deliver. I didnt feel like Ive been taken care of, they say theyll support you but at that level I can support myself much better with the help of the internet! There is a lot of room for improvement.

Dr Taz and her team are the best doctors that I have seen ever. They can handle adult care for both men and women extremely well. They are super kind and spend a lot of time with their patients so they can get to the bottom of their illness. I can’t say enough great things about the Atlanta Center for Holistic and Integrative Medicine. Both myself and my daughter have had tremendous success with this form of treatment. They don’t just treat symptoms. They get to the root of the problem. My daughter has had multiple health issues (acid reflux, IBS, migraines, anxiety, itchy skin, painful periods, weight gain) for the past four years and we have been to every specialist in the medical field that we could find with no real diagnosis or positive treatment. We left every doctor’s office treating only the symptoms. On the recommendation of a friend, I took her to ACHIM, as a sort of “last resort”. I immediately was impressed with the time that the doctor spent with us, talking to my daughter, asking questions and getting to know her. I was unfamiliar with the integrative medicine approach. However, she and the nurses answered every one of our questions and helped us to understand the process. I knew going in that some of the costs would not be covered by our insurance and they were very respectful of that. They were up front about the costs of tests they proposed and never pressured us to move forward with anything. The doctors at ACHIM have helped us resolve every one of my daughter’s health issues and have even uncovered some medical issues that other doctors should not have overlooked. She’s a new person now, feeling healthy and in control of her own health. Until recently, we saw different doctors each visit and we had a great experience with every doctor. We have requested Kristin Corbin for the past few appointments because we like her so much but we are happy with all of the doctors. We are completely sold on Integrative medicine and ACHIM!!
As an African American breastfeeding mother I did not feel supported by the pediatrician on staff.1. My son is breastfed and when we came in he was underweight. This is normal for breastfeeding mothers as it is difficult to quantify how much your child is drinking. We hired a New Born Care Specialist (the practice was made aware) and they spent the weekend with us. We immediately saw his weight go up with a schedule put in place and the practice was made aware.FYI: Our pediatrician saw us for only 15minutes. There was no real attention given.2. Once we requested a full refund from the practice the pediatrician notified my husband that they would be calling Child Services as our child was her responsibility. How is our child more of a responsibility to her than us? They wanted us to bring our child back in for an evaluation. I did not feel supported so I opted to choose a pediatrician that would support us. This upset the pediatrician and in return she called Child Services. She even stated she put him on a breastfeeding schedule... Such an unfortunate untruth. She simply labeled him as failure to thrive after only seeing my child once for 15 minutes. I was disgusted by her treatment and Ive read books on the things your pediatrician will do if you fire them. Labeling you unfit is the first step...3. I labeled the pediatrician as racist seeing that racism involves a position of power. She invoked it by calling Child Services. If we were a Jewish family choosing to depart from the pediatrician because as a breastfeeding mother we didnt feel supported child services would not be thrown out there.It is unfortunate that this pediatrician is apart of Dr. Tazs practice as a minority woman Im sure she wouldnt encourage such treatment. I would encourage Dr. Taz begin looking for someone that can support breastfeeding mothers and NOT abuse their medical power.
After many years of issues with my Thyroid and Hormones I finally feel like my old self again. Dr. Bathia has a personalized approached, has the patience and knowledge to figure out what worked best for me. I trust that her intentions are 100% in my best interest. I love Kristin at CentreSpringMD. Ive been going there for about two years and appreciate the holistic approach to my health. They are always available for questions and give great advice that doesnt just speak to resolving one specific symptom or issue.
My experience was decent. To be honest I found this place to be very expensive and non personal. I was disappointed that I waited over 2 hours two different times to meet with the doctor and only saw her under 10 minutes. I was hoping to get more of a detailed plan and review of my health conditions for the amount of money that I paid. I think you can find another doctor that is more reasonable and personal in the Atlanta area.

I adore Kristin Oja. She truly knows her stuff and takes time to speak with you and shows real concern about what is going on with you. Only complaint is wait time if you have a later appointment but now I just plan to come in the morning (or bring some books).

Went to Centerspring this past Wednesday with, of course, our very sick Pans girl and had to see the nurse practitioner, STEPHANIE FINN. She told us...ALL THREE OF US...that she would call in the antibiotic but wanted to wait until Friday to see if there was any improvement. If not, she would definitely call in the prescription. I asked if we would have to come back and she said no, just call. Fast forward...today, Friday, shes worse. We call and receptionist Katie tells us the notes dont mention that and STEPHANIE FINN is not calling in the antibiotic. The NURSE PRACTITIONER that Dr. Taz has acting in the capacity of an unethical DOCTOR is horrible. Not only did she LIE to us, she took my cash and our girl got no medical treatment AT ALL. Asked Katie to have Dr. Taz call me and she said shed TRY! Of course she didnt. This has to be some sort of malpractice.
I have been struggling for years now with sinus allergies, low energy, difficulty losing weight, and digestive issues. Ive talked to my primary care, I have done blood tests, other procedures and didnt get many answers. Through a friends recommendation I decided to visit Dr. Bhatia. Theres a very extensive lab panel that is done (expensive but very worth it!!!) It disects down to the multi-cellular level and she can determine so much that a traditional lab panel will/can not. Friendly staff and interesting mix of Western and Eastern medical practices. However I went to the wrong location and had to drive 40 minutes to the right one because the directions on the email were confusing. For a first visit I was impressed and hope to have good results for my health.
After struggling for almost 2 years with a variety of symptoms that Id never experienced before, some of which presented with no consistency, I was frustrated with the traditional approach of just treating the symptoms. I cannot begin to describe the differences I experienced in every aspect of my healthcare starting with my very first appointment. Dr. Bhatias approach is one of collaboration. She listens, takes time to answer my questions, and educates me so that I can actively participate in determining the direction of care that is best suited for me personally. Dr. Bhatia and the entire staff have an authenticity in caring for their patients that Ive never experienced before and it gives me the confidence to trust them completely...and that gives me peace! I have had a great experience at Atlanta Holistic and Integrative Medicine. Ive seen a number of specialists over the years for back pain, constipation, migraines, skin rash, weight gain, and exhaustion. I decided to try the holistic route and Im glad I did. I was diagnosed with food allergies (gluten and sulfite intolerances). I also found out that my back pain was caused from trauma from the epidural procedure during the birth of my son. I now know those two issues are causing my symptoms. By avoiding the food allergy triggers, my headaches are better, Ive lost weight and I feel like a normal person - without medications. My lifelong skin rash has nearly disappeared. As part of my back treatment plan, I am doing acupuncture which has helped tremendously with my back pain and migraines. In fact, I had a migraine start just as I walked into a session and Jessica was able to stop the migraine within two minutes with no medicine. Dr. Bhatia and her team are the best!! I definitely recommend them!!!
As an autoimmune patient, I love that CentreSpringMD is so comprehensive. They take everything into account - medicines I take, lifestyle, what my other specialist doctors recommend, etc. I feel like I am now in control instead of guessing what I can do to feel better, like I used to.

I arrived from the Uk mid July and I started coming for my daughter who suffers from a leaky gut and I ended being treated here as I felt I needed a boost in my life as I felt a bit down though I eat healthily and do sport . It is hard to find in town a place like the Atlanta Center for Holistic Medicine. I feel like I can talk openly about my health issues and they would bring a more holistic approach and providing to the body what needs to heal itself instead of treating symptoms with pharmaceutical drugs as most doctors do. I like the fact they use natural supplements as their first alternative. Ive received a lot of guidance on what I needed nutritionally and I feel very comfortable talking about any new non-conventional approach and I know I am going to be heard.For some of us can be difficult to spent a couple of hours for a consultation with doctor Bhatia. For my follow ups I have an abbreviated consultation with the physician assistant, Rabhia. Also, they are very responsive if you have any consultation over the phone or email.
I have been a patient of Dr. Bhatias at the ACHIM for almost two years. Since seeing her, I have gone from severe fatigue and muscle weakness to living a much healthier and active life. I no longer require the assistance of crutches and have started taking ballroom dance lessons.Dr. Bhatia found several vitamin deficiencies and etc. that my other doctors had missed. Im not 100% yet but Im able to participate in activities again. Its not a quick fix but if you listen to Dr. Bhatias advice, including the dietary and exercise parts, youll definitely see a difference in your overall health.The staff are always friendly and Dr. Bhatia is both professional and courteous. CentreSpring MD saved my life. I first discovered them during a time my adult acne was simply out of control. I had tried every product and dermatologist in Atlanta. It wasnt until my trip to London that I discovered that my acne wasnt due to hormonal it was something else more serious. When I return to the states I immediately was on the hunt for a holistic doctor. I found CentreSpring MD. Dr. Grossman discovered that there was an overgrowth of yeast in my body which was causing my face to break out. She prescribed natural supplementals and viatimins to take over the next 6 weeks. I began to see results and continued my journey to recovery with monthly facials from CentreSpring Spa. Beth has been my go to girl for the last 6 months. I immediately saw the difference after my first hydrofacial. The spa uses products by Emininace which are organic and work really well. I didnt start to see a huge improvement until I started using the products at home and exfoliating as Beth advised. Man oh man...how lucky am I to have found CentreSpring MD.

I love this place. They always take good care of us with a minimal intervention approach. The only problem (though not surprising) is that they can’t take insurance. But if you can afford it, definitely worth the out of pocket expense.

2022-07-16I met with Christina Grace. I love that she was patient and didn’t rush me or talk to me like I am crazy, dismissive of my symptoms like a lot of doctors these days. She was kind and reassuring. My follow up is not with her as she is quite booked and I don’t want to hold off too long discussing my lab results but I do look forward in targeting the cause of my symptoms and to being me again; healthy and happy. Health is wealth ❤️

2022-05-02While I was treated wonderfully and I believe in what theyre doing, my overall experience was ruined due to billing. After the doctor decided which tests I would benefit from, they sent someone in to discuss them. She quickly brushed over them and told me there would be several tests that my insurance would likely not cover. She said, most are usually covered, but if they arent there will be several tests for around $30 here and there. She then gave me 15 minutes to decide. I chose to do the bare minimum of tests as I am a struggling college student. I paid close to $2000 that day for the appointment and tests. I then proceeded to get billed by my insurance for close to $6,000 in addition to the 2K I already paid a few weeks later. They figured nothing out with my health issues and I am now out 2K and have 6K in debt. Whatever positive experience I had was clouded by the lack of knowledge their staff has with billing. I understand I couldve done a whole lot more questioning when it came to which tests they would automatically run and how much theyd cost. I was exhausted from getting there early and being there for hours at this point. Lesson learned. This place is built for rich people able to afford thousands of dollars of testing. I got nowhere in my health journey and am disappointed to say Ive added this to the list of negative experiences with doctors.

2022-04-21I would not trust my health to any other place. Christina Grace is my practitioner and I could not be happier with her care. She is very in tune with every aspect of my health issues and has a vast knowledge of holistic health care. I am monitored very closely under her care and things that were never addressed properly at allopathic doctors are diagnosed and a plan is underway on the spot. This is an amazing place for women’s health and preventing illnesses.

Through their insights and regimen, we have been able to manage several lingering health issues that had not been addressed by other medical doctors. The process is longer, there is not any magic bullet, but they have the right formula - better eating and key supplements. Sticking with this has really paid off in our overall health. We are very pleased with Christina - she has made a real difference in our lives.

Left this practice at the end of 2020 after total treatment failure stemming from MDs serious lack of knowledge with regards to treating the condition they themselves diagnosed in 2019. They are still making my life harder at every point of contact. Potential patients (sorry, clients or whatever) should know that they have no functional internal record keeping system. When I asked for my medical record to take to a new doctor I had a nightmare dealing with them by phone that ended with Katie Bacot, a malicious and petty office personality, sending me an email with 52 separate attachments that contained only my take home forms and lab results already received. I was a patient that paid cash and followed their (constantly changing) treatment and bureaucracy protocols to the best of my ability from 2016-2020 and all it did was cost me tens of thousands of dollars and having to eventually google How to write a patient narrative myself. Atlanta is a city filled with integrative specialists and very capable internists, some of whom even take insurance (UNLIKE CentreSpring) -- try any or all of them first. (Edited to add: they offer discounts and otherwise pressure current patients to leave positive Google reviews so take any 5 star rating with a grain of salt! I might have left one in a past life because this place is $$$)

2022-07-07I just had my new patient visit, and I walked away very impressed. First off, everyone at CentreSpring MD was so kind, caring, supportive, and active listeners. Sophia, the nurse, was warm and welcoming and ran the majority of the in office testing on me. Shareese did my blood work (I hate needles, but with her I didnt feel a thing! :). Brittany and Taylor were the patient care coordinators I worked with. All 4 women are angels! I normally get super tense and anxious in doctors offices, with all the testing, costs, blood drawing etc, but under the care of these women, I felt so encouraged and cared for! And Dr. Taz led the way with this amazing care and support. My time with Dr. Taz was incredibly insightful. Dr. Taz is kind, thoughtful, and wonderful at actively listening, asking great questions, and connecting the dots. I feel like Im walking away with an actual plan that makes sense to me. Someone finally listened to my story and connected the dots. I look forward to starting the protocol and getting the lab work back.Update 3 months later- I am doing so much better! 70% of my health concerns have been resolved. Love CentreSpring MD.
