This place needs to be shut down !!! Terrible customer service ! Say they will work with you they will take your car even after you communicate!! I communicated with Walter and Jordan has a bad attitude dnt know what to trust ! All I know is god dnt like ugly and even with the car being messed up was still willing to pay but they came and of it !! Bad business
I missed ONE payment bc i was in the hospital provided proof and all . Less than 12 hours after my missed payment they came and got my car ( which is only worth 2,500 & i paid that as an down payment ) & said unless i pay 6,100 that i wasnt getting it back not to mention the reason i was in the hospital was because i had a seizure bc they refused to fix the air …. Just go to drive time …..
Dealership is extremely unprofessional! Spent 40 min filling out paperwork before I could even start the car and look it over. Then was told I had to put almost %75 off the car price down. Absolutely the worst dealer.

I bought my car and they refused to give me my title. Crooks and scanners so dont but from them. I called multiple times they said someone will call you back and never did and another time they hung up on me.
A breath of fresh air, finally I can buy a car without leaving the place feeling sore all over. Salesman knew what he was talking about and what he was unsure of that small package in the office knew everything I needed to know. I bet she could answer a lot of my questions I have about other subjects but truly a remarkable experience Im so glad I decided to check this place out. Scam people.. be aware about this dealer. I asked for car with no accident specifically. The sales person malik showed me report no accident and then I down paid money and bought a car and drove home. Reached home and car key is not working called up dealer they said person who fixes locks will come and fix . He did not come . After taking insurance I got alert that no maintenance was done. Then I got worried and realised I had been wrongly informed and scammed . I pulled up Carfax report and found that car had accident nd car bags deployed. Returned the car next day first thing morning and I was told I will receive refund and call in two days as finance takes two working days. Called up after 2 days and they said no refund. I left the car there and lost all money.. this is as good as someone snatched your money and not giving back. Please dont fall for these scammers.

0 stars. Unscrupulous dealer that gives used car sales its bad name. Bait and switch. No communication. Massive price gouging (fair market value for an 03 PT Cruiser is about $3200, not the $6000 they wanted). Mostly all auction cars, many/most with obvious damage. No disclosures on vehicles. Save yourself the headache and stay away.
I bought a car from them, put $3000 down. Less then. 3 days the car over heated. We had the car towed to them as I had a 30 day warranty and a separate warranty from a company that they sold to me with the car. They supposedly replaced the water pump stating that was the cause. Then told me that it wasn’t holding compression. They needed to send it out for repair. 2 weeks later I still didn’t have my car and the shop they sent it too said it needs a new engine. Certified Motor’s nor the secondary warrenty company would cover the repairs, nor refund my money. I filed a dispute with my bank as product was not delivered properly. In the end, I’m out $3000 and had to purchase elsewhere after weeks of rental cost waiting for them to fix it. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! They are a SCAM!!
I just got 2015 chevy malibu and it runs great...I havent had any issues yet...just got it over the weekend and I like it...the employees were nice respectful and very helpful I would send people to there location...I had a great time and I will come back...thanks again (CERTIFIED MOTORS)...
RUN AS FAST AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AS YOU CAN !!!!! They will sell you a broke down car and promise to fix everything but then charge you for it and hold your car for weeks still expecting payments. They sell salvaged cars claiming to be only used with clean titles

I just purchased a vehicle 4 days ago for my 19TH birthday and My check engine light is on so with this being my first call I took it straight to my personal mechanic to see what the problem was and I discovered I have a leak and my valve cover wasn’t even on top of what it was supposed to until my mechanic seen it at the bottom of the car and put it back on so I took the car to the dealership and now I have to wait 5-7 hours for the problem to be fixed so hopefully everything goes right tomorrow if not my uncle is plugged in with one of the best lawyers in Georgia so I will make sure no one else goes through this again.

My son put down $4000 and only had the car for two weeks and the car broke down. He paid for a no good warranty that did not pay for what their mechanic said was wrong! He is out $4000 including his first payment and no car!!!! He still does not know where the car will is!!! RIP off! I purchased a vehicle in March yes it was a good buying experience to bait you in but the 2011 Dodge Durango gave me problems for a whole month. I had 2 get the truck towed twice back to Walter. Moving forward I have always been on time except a couple times but payment always made it there before the $50 late fee is accessed that they charge every week if you late. My payment was due on November 26, 2021 and they charged a $50 late fee on Monday November 29, 2021 I sent Walter a email that he reads and never responds. Then we spoke to Walter to let him know I was coming with the payment and he sent the repo man to get my car on December 1, 2021. They are real scammers but Walter already know he will be reported to the BBB. Oh I forgot let’s rewind when you crank the dodge it say jeep, they put a oversized motor in the truck. I was preparing to purchase another vehicle because who repo someone car in 6 days. WALTER YOU NOT HURTING ME YOU HURTING YOUR BUSINESS. I have been asking Walter for the paperwork I signed he claim it was mailed in March and still haven’t received it. I never received paperwork only the bill of sale. HE BEGS PEOPLE TO WRITE GOOD REVIEWS AND PROMISE THEM A GIFT CARD. LESSON LEARNED CAR WAS PICKED UP AFTER 6 DAYS.

I purchased a vehicle from here because my Aunt suggested them. I was pleased with my vehicle, price and process. After a few days I noticed a noise coming from under my vehicle. I brought the vehicle back and a easygoing mechanic was able to resolve the issue in a short time. He really made me feel comfortable with my purchase.

ALL THESE “GOOD” REVIEWS ARE NOT REAL. Do not purchase here you will regret it please take my advice!!!! The car I purchased broke down just down the street when I left the dealership. This has been 3 months ago and to this day it is not fixed. I suffered a complete hardship because previously I had lost my car so that’s what made me decide to come to certified motors for another car thinking they were going to be easier. WRONG. I’ve had to spend 2 months out of work so you guys knows what happens when you miss work then you can’t pay your bills!!! They will not give me my money back but at the time I was told if the car was defective I would get my money back. Well they are telling me the entire engine needs to be replaced however I haven’t gotten my money back yet. Do not do not do not do it!!!!!

That was a year and a half ago and yes I came back for car #2. Got the same treatment only didnt take as long since I was sure of myself and the car i was buying. Ignore all these people hating and stop playing their games. Come get your car here you wont regret it==========My wife didnt even come with me the day I bought my car from certified motors because she didnt think I was going to find anyone that would finance me due to some issues I have had with my ex-wife that have ended up on my credit report but when I saw that charger on that lit I knew it was going home with me. They were able to get me financed for the remainder of the total after my down payment and with payments under the 300 month I had budgeted I could afford. In February I will finally have it paid off. The car did have a couple issues when I first got it but they worked around my schedule and we got them all fixed up. Might get another who knows------
They sold me a car that had been in a flood. No matter how many times I washed it the mud wouldn’t go away and I noticed the back seats and floor would get wet when it rain because of the moisture. I went out of town and came back my seats was molded and mildew. Over all this place is a fraud I was having trouble getting my tag because they had did a fake emission. Also they keep playing around with the numbers in the computer taking the payments up. Just a big scam I admit it was easy to get a car but it won’t be a good car

Walter refused to keep his promise about the 30day warranty...I refused to make the first payment because I have never driven the car since taking it home! Scamming BUY HERE PAY HERE with NO ACCOUNTABILITY . if These people sold you a car you put down a big note to pay it off in year as they promised which is a SCAM , they promise to report to your credit & they DONT, gave you a fake tag ,you car gets towed because the tag is fake, the towing company didnt want to release the car because since the tag is registered and no registered vehicle can ride in the state of ga . You’d put a review up to warn people . Then for 6 months to go by after that your transmission blows while you have a child with you . They clearly saw on the dash board that my last maintence was May a simple oil change and tune up which was always done .so For yall to blame the transmission on me when you know every car on your lot is going to have a engine or light come on after A purchase. Trust me a light will come on & return that damn car asap . Its is beyond me that yall are this wicked!! & To say my negligence when i call to figure what i do you heathens acted concerned told me to get my insurance to tow car to 429 veterans !! Wasting me and my insurance time , I did just that & didnt hear from yall until i kept calling finally speaking to a JORDAN! Dont waste your time or money on this place. I purchased an Infiniti M35 from them on April 20, 2021. I was told by the office managers (Salina and Walter) to let them know if there are any issues. I called them the very next day with a list of concerns, it took me being locked out of the car at a restaurant valet to get them to fix the key that didnt work, 8 days after purchase. Today is June 30th. Im on a tag extension from the tag office because Certified has not done the paper work to get my tag. That tag is about to expire and nothing has been done its been 60 days. They will tell you that their bad reviews are from people with repos or behind on payments but thats not true. Im paid well ahead but still, customer service is garbage. 15 days after purchase the car would not start, I had the sensors replaced. They offer gift cards for good reviews but its because they sell cars with a bunch of problems and the customer service is less than favorable. Dont waste your time or money with these folks.
My husband purchased a car and been paying on time. The bill is due every Friday. The 4th of july holiday has recently passed and the car note was do that weekend. Yall called monday morning 5 of july saying payment was due..We tried to pay but your office closed early that day. (Wasnt told that while on the phone) So yall repossessed the vehicle the same evening. Now yall want pay stubs after being 3 days late. Ok.. give you june pay stubs and thats not good enough.. so you come back saying he has to pay full price to get the car back. Where does it say any of this in the contract signed? How long is the grace period? Who is the financial institution that you claim is repossessing the car? Ironically enough no one can come up with said paper work. Lawyers will gladly handle the rest.

I would recommend certified motors to family and friends! I love that they don’t run your credit. The salesmen are awesome! They answered every question possible! Mr Walter made sure I left the lot with the exact car that I wanted! The young ladies in the front were so sweet, and helpful.

This is the worst place to try and acquire a vehicle. My son went to purchase a vehicle... They took his money the day before and we were trying to add the vehicle to my insurance... then tell him that he cant get the car because it was under my Alabama policy. I have a home in Alabama and Georgia. Ive never had this problem before with any of the other cars we have purchased because of the location. My son had to wait over 8hrs the first day and 6hrs the second day. When selling cars.... Youre supposed to call the insurance company first to let them know that you are purchasing a vehicle. Secondly... You are supposed to contact the lenders to find out if they are willing to work with the client on purchasing the vehicle and inform the client of what their down payment will be before telling the customers it will be $1000 down... After being approved the client knows that the insurance has been accepted and the amount of down payment is feasible. Why is it when you try and explain this to the people inside on how this goes... They become offensive!!! The so called office manager was very rude and evasive when I informed her that I use to work for Elite Motor Company and that is not the correct way to do business. While trying to get a refund for my son.... There was a couple pulling up complaining about the car that was sold to them 3 days ago... All ready having problems....PLEASE.... DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR HARD EARN MONEY FOR A LEMON. ONCE YOU DRIVE OFF..... ITS YOURS!! WE WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS HERE AGAIN!!
Lemon car dealership I paid 6bands for a vehicle that has had water damage and they keep lying saying no water damage bad business dishonest unloyal business owners I wouldnt recommend this dealership they are lier. Never fixed the problems and no refunds. Dealership is trash 🗑 😒

I did not have the most favorable financial situation. So they really tried to get over on me because of it. I was approved for a vehicle and was actually excited to move forward with the process. I was asked for my drivers license and debit card information before they ran me the numbers on monthly payments and interest rate. Which made me extremely uncomfortable and made me look at them funny!! They told made to wait in the room before telling me the information. The young man came into the room to verbally tell me my monthly payments. There was no paper breaking down the payments just verbal which is unprofessional. I notified him this is not how I do business I need stuff on paper. The woman comes into the room and says she could not show me the paper until she received a down payment. She came in with a small sticky note with the information written (payments, car amount and a ridiculously high interest rate). On top of that a random $500 charge that was not mention at all! They was going to wait until I signed off to tell me about an extra payment. I didnt drove off with vehicle that day! But thats fine because I sense shady business and got out of there! Save your money and go else where. They are taking advantage of individuals who are not in the most favorably financial situations.
I bought a car and had a diagnostics test and no one reached out to tell me what was wrong with my car and when I can fix it. They towed my car for a late payment and the woman manager (Heaven) just told me she didn’t wanna give me the finance company name and phone number so I could ask why my car recovery fees was almost a whole 1,000 because she didn’t wanna deal with me. If I I have to pay 1,000 to get the car back I could put that down on another car.

My experience base off making a payment for my nephew. If your not on the account you have to pay with cash only. This something one should know I dont carry cash. The staff was friendly. I just think better payment system needed.
My daughter 22yrs of age went to purchase a car by herself. Certified Motors provided her a lyft that gave her the only option to purchase a car she never had a chance to test drive. Within two weeks the car running hot causing them to provide towing. Due to Certified Motors having unskilled Mechanic’s the car has been towed two more times for the same problem. We now have no vehicle due to motor is completely gone. My daughter was informed that due to the car keep running hot that was the reason for the motor. Well due to mechanics not knowing what they doing that’s the reason why the car was running hot. SCAM we paid for repairs and nothing was repaired. Walter is the only person that try to help. Hate he works there. Mr. Walter need to take his professionalisms somewhere better.
My daughter bought a car from them with her own hard earned money, She didn’t have the car but a week they and they came to pick it up she was suppose to make a payment the day before, which was alarming to me.. however she called and spoke with Veronica ( if that’s really her name) to let her know she will come the next day to pay because she worked late and Veronica agreed that it would be fine. They came towed her car, said it was going to be held for 2 days at a police towing company.. At that very moment I told my daughter they are full of it. We asked what’s the location of the towing company so we can retrieve her items. They told her the didn’t have the address. After 4 days of not knowing where the car was they told her to get the car back it would cost 900.00 dollars.Child please! Now today, my daughter called and asked where her things were, they basically don’t have the answer, Veronica said they threw her things away and the car went back to the auction. That’s a lie, within them 4 days of them saying it was at a police company the dam car was on the lot, we have pictures. My daughter didn’t do her research and was excited about doing things on her own, but as a mother these people are knowingly scamming young adults and I am going to get to the bottom of this.

We had an appointment set for a specific date and time and when we went, they said they dont see it in the system even though the person telling us this, is the same person that made the appointment..THE SAME GIRL. I found this company via Craigslist advertising about how they accepted driver’s permits, out of state licenses and no licensed customers. Sounded pretty helpful seeing as if I battled not having a valid license for almost 6 years. I was excited because I finally achieved repossession of a permit (now license). I had checked them out previously inquiring about an Impala they advertised. I spoke with Byron. When I finally had enough money, I ended up purchasing a 2011 Dodge Nitro.After being denied everything of value on the lot including the Impala inquired and the many Charger/Challengers they seem to have in their inventory, I settled. Again, it had been six years since I was able to drive freely. During purchase, it was enough that I waited almost 2 hours before starting paperwork. Finally done with that, they rolled it out. Firstly, there wasn’t a temp tag given and it was said I had to pay the complete down payment to receive one. I said okay because it seemed fair at the time.Upon receiving the vehicle, it had minor scratches and good tires from the outside. Clean enough interior (no tears or missing knobs) but it did smell like a baby mama had it before me. Cheap perfume and half eaten chocolate. Anyway, In the back, It looked as if an amp was pre installed and there wasn’t a cover. Still, it could be managed. Haven’t not yet left the lot, I checked for the little things. The middle console was broken and the glove compartment was as well. Again, manageable.The thing that almost caused me to refuse was that the USB port to the radio was damaged and the aux port didn’t work. In today’s millennia, no one listens to the radio anymore. I calmed myself and said that I’d replace it because it was factory and tacky to begin with. I paid $362 for that radio and $65 extra for installation. Ok so next, two weeks after purchase, I went out of town, filled the gas tank up ONCE, then upon reentering the city, the engine light comes on. I informed them, was told to make an appointment to leave the car for an entire day, only for them to tell me that they didn’t know what the problem could be. Giving excuses like it could be something really minor or a hole somewhere. I was also told to retrieve a “smoke test” that I had to pay for but didn’t do it because I have very demanding life schedule. Lastly, 3 going on 4 months into the purchase and on time payments, I hadn’t received a tag. Their excuses were “Covid is causing the hold up and that I should call a week prior”. This was after I was already given a 30 day extension from the Tax Commissioner’s office. Idk why they’d take advantage of this critical time and even the Commissioner’s office thought it was a load.Now according to previous complaints, I am first going to be lied to about the car’s whereabouts because as of December 7, 2020 around 4am, my car was “stolen”. As I continue to read reviews, it’s appearing it would be by them. When I called Saturday, 12/5/2020, to communicate, the young lady said “There’s a $50 late fee after 3 days. Well you’re only really given a 3 day grace period anyway, so you need to find a way up here ASAP”. I haven’t had the time to visit them for payment (no online or phone payment) because again, I’ve been working long shifts at my job. She wasn’t taking that for an answer and rushed me off the phone. I myself, being knowledgeable about some dealerships, a few days or a week late wasn’t a big deal so as I was informed, I was prepared to pay said late fee come the following week. Low and behold, I awakened to the car alarm being triggered and the car being sped away with as if a personal getaway driver had planned the whole thing.I’ve exonerated energy reading all the complaints and reviews and no longer wish to do business with this company. However, I would like to retrieve my $400+ radio system and my other belongings including my late older brother’s ashes hanging on the rear view.

I am taking back anything I said positive on this place! The car I purchased ended up having bad manifolds, misfire, and exhaust leak. Not only that but we were informed our payments were going to be notated for certain dates due to how we are paid and they lied about that too. I have Covid and have been going back and forth for breathing treatments and they just repoed the car. We didnt get any call from them about the payments so we were under the impression we would pay when we talked about. Now I am at risk of serious harm to my health and unable to go anywhere due to being without a car. I will be seeking legal help and getting my downpayment back. They do nothing but lie and take your money. I was willing to look past the things wrong bc I was going to have them fixed bc I thought they would work with me on the payment but not now. LIES AND BAD BUSINESS!!! If I could put zero stars I would.

I purchase a vehicle and experience some transmission issue. Let the car sit there for eight hours to come back to say nothing is wrong with the transmission. I want to trade the vehicle in before the three months to come to find out. They told me a lot of mess that I don’t want to hear. Bad customer service and yes I do pay my car note on time and still have this car that. I am not happy with so now they want me to pay extra money to get some else. That wasn’t say to me the first day I purchase this vehicle it was told to me that I needed nothing extra. Come to find out I need extra money like $1500 more down. This is my first time purchase a car from a car lot and I am not happy.

If you looking to get a car here don’t do it I got a car from here had a hard time getting my tag because the emission wasn’t legitimate I got pulled over and the police said that the vin number doesn’t match the car. I took the car to the body shop to see why it kept being wet in the back seat and discovered mold and mildew and that the car had been in a flood

When I first came to Certified Motors, I was welcomed with open arms. The associates where extremely kind and friendly. I felt as if they really had my best interest in regards to getting a car! I purchased a vehicle a little over a month ago and by March 15th it was giving me issues discovering the transmission was failing. I called back and spoke with Jeff and he agreed to switch the vehicle out, however after making the first payment they didn’t hold their end of the bargain. We went back and forth for about two weeks and I went to take the car at a minimum of FIVE TIMES, they would not replace the car. My payment was due on Friday (which I spoke with the about exchanging the vehicle) they came to repo the vehicle Monday after I failed to pay them. This is a horrible company taking advantage of people who may not be knowledgeable of vehicles first hand. I am very disappointed, careless and is currently consulting with a lawyer to discuss future proceedings. #DontBuyACar #Crooks #TakingAdvantageOfPeopleWhosAlreadyStruggling

After weeks of searching for the perfect car, I thought I would have some luck with this place. I called Edwards asking about a new Dodge Charger R/T they recently received on the lot. He claimed it ran excellent, low miles, and no issues. I asked if I could see it the following morning and he told me to stop by. I arrived the following morning, making almost an hour trip only to find out that someone else had purchased the car. No text, no call, no form of communication whatsoever from Edward or anyone else from the dealer. They didn’t seem to care at all at this dealer. Horrible customer service.
Edward was so very helpful on helping get me into a new vehicle. He never gave up on me and worked to get me an affordable monthly payment and a vehicle that suited my needs. I am very happy with my experience and certainly wont be my last time doing business with them!
Man I can’t explain the outstanding service I received today. I had a salesman by the name of kale and he make sure I got exactly what I wanted. He filled my car up with gas and made sure my kids was comfortable while I was at Certified Motors. Hands down to this company
The ONLY reason I even gave a star is so I could write this review. A close friend of mine bought a car from this joke of a dealership. Within 30 days of my friend getting this car, the radiator & starter had to be replaced. After that was the battery & Advanced Auto said the battery was old & worn out. After the battery was replaced, all 4 Tires had to be replaced because my friend kept having blowouts. A month later, the alternator goes out. A $318 job that the car lot didnt even try to help replace. My friend broke down & they didnt offer a tow service or anything. After that, the water pump has gone out & theyre acting like my friend is lying about it. They dont want to pay for the tow service to get it to their lot no matter how close or far you live. Also, it took my friend FOUR MONTHS to get the license plate & only then did my friend get it because they contacted consumer affairs & the government business fraud unit! The car company kept acting like they didnt know what was going on & kept making excuse after excuse about why it hadnt come yet. This is hands down, THE WORST car lot in Georgia. They lie & act like they dont know whats going on when you have any issues with your car. They pretty much REFUSE to help with ANYTHING at all. Theyre nothing but scammers & they know it! I know of TWO other people who have filed complaints with the BBB due to their fraudulent activity. DO NOT GO HERE! DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE! YOULL BE MAKING A HUGE MISTAKE! I am a college student and recently went to Certified Motors for my very first car and I must say the service was phenomenal! I wouldn’t have wanted to go anywhere else to purchase my first vehicle. The staff was outstanding and very welcoming and was understanding to my needs and wants with this being one of my first big purchases. I am pleased with my purchase and would definitely go back to Certified Motors for any future vehicles.

Terrible customer service. very ghetto… nobody wants to let you test drive anything . They force a sale on you and ask for all your personal information before even allowing you to take a look at the vehicle. Made me write down all my personal information because “they needed it for the system” I ended up trying to leave and they wouldn’t give me any of my personal information paper back . Worst company ever. BEWARE! My boyfriend bought a car from this place and within the car coming off the lot it had so many issues that they were not willing to fix, they kept giving him the run around from the mechanic is only available on so and so date or we’ll get back to you, different stories each time. This company was notified that my boyfriend would be gone for two months out of his control and would not be driving this car, which is why the insurance was taken off. However his car payment was still being paid on time even though the car hasn’t been driven for over a month since he left. By the way you can only make payments by driving to this raggedy establishment in person (NO ONLINE PAYMENTS) and payments are to be made every two weeks (how idiotic?) Now we have the issue of his car being repossessed somewhere for having no insurance with all of his valuable belongings inside. Mind you this company was notified that my boyfriend would be gone for two months and would not be driving this car, which is why the insurance was taken off. No one will tell me where his car is so I can get his belongings. They keep saying they can’t speak to me and only my boyfriend but clearly he is away for another month until March 27th and cannot speak to anyone! So if his car is sold with his belongings inside by the time he is able to speak to these people they will be getting SUED for a pretty penny! Then they are saying he still owes $7,000 on the car which is completely wrong because that was the price of the car when he bought it?? And this “company” is not professional at all, at no given time is it okay for you to air out customers personal information on this google review when you respond to customers as a company. No one cares if you have over “500 satisfied customers”. As a business having just one unsatisfied customers overthrows all your “satisfied customers”ALSO BEWARE OF FAKE REVIEWS!!!! The ad they have listed to get you there STATED: NO CREDIT CHECK, NO JOB FINANCING, NO LICENSES, LEARNERS PERMIT ACCEPTED OR ID OR OUT OF STATE LICENSES, BANKRUPTCY, FIRST TIME BUYERS, etc... They do check your credit and they check your employment. NOW, the first time I went the ad stated $500 down. I went and was told thats not really true. Not really true mean its a lie. Ok, so I came back a month later with $1100, and surely I would be able to get something. I wanted a Charger and was told that wasnt enough again! Frustration got the best of me because I was offered all kinds of vehicles that wasnt satisfactory to me. I SETTLED for an Impala. I went through all the motions, I was under the IMPRESSION that I was going to get a car. THEN... I was told that I needed to put more down. I was thinking about it, but REALLY I was feeling like if I give this type of money for a used car, I could put another $1,000 with it and go to a car dealership and get a new one. This is a buy here pay here. I am well aware of what Im getting into. These types of companies are here for those of us who have bad credit, repos, etc. Although the concept is decent, their practices are predatory. I had intended to go back with more money, but after thinking it over I COULD NOT. I really need a car but desperation was leading me to make bad decisions. That was a bad decision for me and I cant speak for anyone else. While I was there, people were coming in to pay their car notes and they were smiling. Also, they had some really nice rides. This wasnt right for me and Im only speaking for myself. You may have a totally different experience. I felt like they were trifling with me and that is unappreciated. I may not have everything I need to get a new car, but I certainly dont deserve to be gotten over on.

This is so bad my friend brought a car from here and within a month the transmission so goes bad,had to come out of pocket $1100 for them to fix it then a couple months later the electrical goes out all within a few months of having the car not to mention the button to let the top down stopped working as well as the CD player . Going on 5 months and havent received any license plate. He just returned the car to them hes had enough Never and I mean never buy a car here they lie a lot and cars are junk after about a month youll start seeing your car giving you problems.

My aunt gave me my birthday gift, I took it to these crooks. I put $4,000 on a 2014 Dodge on September 3 and then they repo it on September 15, no notice. I sign papers, never gave got copies(illegal). I drove off the lot, no drive off tag(illegal). Now they have block my calls, no cars no answer they got my money and the car. They took advantage that I was 22year old, but I have help now, they will see me again. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!!PLEASE RUN.

I bought a charger from here 2 years ago. The car was advertised with 100k miles. Drove down there and the car i was looking at actually had 197k miles. So they puahed a different charger on me that had 177k miles. It was also advertised at 100k miles. I checked the carfax after i bought the car and carfax had a conpletley different mileage for it. I have pictures of everything aomewhere. After i paid the car off they refused to send me the tag. I had to drive down there and pick the tag up myself. Now they seem to have lost the title to my car. A year ago they told me they cpuldnt send me the title through the mail that it was illegal and i would have to come pick it up myself. I called in september of last year to get the title and they said they moved and would have to get it from the last location. I called two weeks ago and they said that they mailed it already and that theyll try to find the confirmation number. They never called me back and after i called today again about it i was put on hold for 5 minutes before they hung up on me. Im about to get a lawyer if i dont recieve my title soon. Im trying to sell this pos they sold me. And cant do so without the title.

Listed me as a temporary owner which still to this day I’m fighting to get my real plate. The female that’s head of the tag dept they have there is completely clueless. She gave me 4 temp plates so far smh

As a single mom with no credit, brand new driver and everything, i was very surprised and amazed at how easy Edward made it feel. He was very patient with me, showed me cars that i asked about and more. He made me feel at ease test driving the cars. Helped with the paperwork, helped me find insurance, just went above and beyond helping me find the best car.
Missed one payment and was only 3 days late and this company tried to repossess my car. The company that was assigned to pick my car up told me that these people are crooks. They felt so bad for me seeing that I was only 3 days late and one payment behind..they let me keep the car and just advised me that they use 2 other companies besides this particular one and just to try and come up with another vehicle. On top of that they are all rude and unprofessional, charged me $9,400 for a vehicle that the book value is $1300. Also looking on google it doesn’t say who the owner is every time I ask it’s always a different person but looking on the Secretary of State it’s Antwon Tolbert and yes he works there... Worst company ever.

Dont fall for these fake reviews. This dealership sells overpriced unsafe cars. Then when you buy it they want you to tell them whats wrong so they can rig it as cheap as they can to stick you with the car. I wish I never came to this dealership. Please dont waste your money and get stuck in an upside down contract with them. They sold me a car that has water damage and still leaks after they tried to caulk the leak with bath tub caulk. This dealership is as rinky dink as I get. They wouldnt exchange the vehicle or give me my refund. Which is beyond fair knowing that the car probably has mold in it.

Lets begin, my truck had broke down that morning. The fuel pump finally gave out. But praise God I was getting paid that day. So we were going to buy something that afternoon. I know it tax time so most ppl getting vehicles are using their taxes. Not the case with me. But anyway my husband had been looking at cars for about a month and liked what they were talking about. They told me they were buy here pay here. I have bought multiple cars from buy here pay here places. Anyway I fill out the application. And wait finally the manager calls us to the back. He asks what our down payment could be between 800$-1000$ what could we pay a month 350$-400$. Well he tell us to have a seat it will be about 10-15 min. Great no problem. Well as we are sitting there this lady is going off about they told her one thing now another about the down payment... Then another lady came in because they told her she owed them more money she had already given them 1300$. One thing I forgot to mention when we spoke to Byron he told us most down payment were 500$-800$ but due to tax season they are 1000$-1500$. Which is crazy to me. Anyways so we are sitting there sitting there sitting there. No one spoke to us the whole time. No updates nothing. Finally the manager said Byron would be right with us he was finishing up with someone. Great well we sit and sit and sit. The manager finally after an hour and a half of sitting finally makes a phone call then calls us to his desk. Only to tell us it would be the next day. Which makes absolutely no sense. Its a buy here pay here says no credit check but he has to wait on his finance department to get back to him. Also while talking to us he asked howu credit was and wanted a social security number. Which buy here pay here places dont normally ask for. So we leave. Very upset that I spent so much time for nothing. It was closing time and he was just getting us out of there. So the next day I call first thing in the morning they say they had to get back to me cause once again they have not heard anything from the finance company. She calls back and Great were approved. So I ask how much down. She was like well how much can you put down I was like it says on my application 800-1000. She says you dont have anymore than that. No maam I dont. So she will call me back. She calls back to tell me I have to have 1500$ down. This made no sense to me. I would not waste my time with this car lot. They tell you one thing get you there and do the complete opposite. They do NOT KNOW WHAT BUY HERE PAY HERE MEANS. I went right up the street to a real buy here pay here lot and got the best service. THAT WAS THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD NO ORGANIZATION ONLY ONE SALESMAN HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE

This car dealership sucks. The dealers were rushing me the whole time I was there. I was told that I had to pay $2,000 down payment but when I told him I didnt have the amount the price kept changing when I was told in the beginning there was no way I could get a car without a $2,000. The cars that I test drove didnt run properly they were shaking and making noises. I felt the car that I ended up with was very overpriced for the condition that the vehicle is in.I wasnt told a price for the vehicle until I finished getting insurance and was about to pay the deposit. I didnt receive a temporary tag to leave the lot. Once I drove off with the car and got onto the expressway the vehicle shakes so bad I could barely hold the steering wheel. The dealership is closed this weekend but I will be returning the vehicle Monday Jan6,2019.
False advertisement, pos, this website and company need to be reported and closed down. They are not a real business. Beware of this place.Just save yourself and go to a real used dealership not one with 200 broken cars and 10 drivable cars to choose from.

In my experience with this company has not been a good one. Ive only had my car a month and have been calling for service to the car every week to which has resulted to my car being broke down on the side if the highway. I WOULD GIVE THEM NO STARS IF I COULD!!!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! Dont waist your time and money. So we were speaking to Byron off and on days prior to our trip via phone. We explained what we had to put down and the vehicle we wanted. Byron told us $500-700 was all we needed So we get to the lot, mind you we drove 3 hrs....All of a sudden the down payment is $1300 and they wouldnt finance us because we lived out of town. Found them on craigslist was told they have cars as low a 99 down. I had 300 to put down to day. I called before I came and was told he could put me in a car with that down payment. I get up there and they have decent cars but u can tell u would have problems with the cars after a couple months. Break pads were rusty on a dogde I was specifically looking at, dents in the doors of a Nissan I was looking at so it had obviously been in a accident, there was also hazard warning signals on the car, a lot of them were dirty, rims on the cars were bent up also. So you could tell the parts on the cars were old and havent been replaced. It took about 30 minutes for them to get my information back from his boss after it was sent to him. Now mind you, they do not do credit check supposedly which didnt matter to me either way because my cedit is decent. After waiting for a hour they tell me I would need to put 1500 down for a car lol. I was like what happened to the 99 down. So they basically saw that my income is around 2000 a month and tried to finesse me out of my money. However, I should have known something was off with that place because I kept asking the sales person what are the down payments on the cars and which ones are 99 and he just kept saying he didnt know and he would have to wait to see what his boss said. Please be careful where u get your cars from. Its sad to say that this business is unprofessional and should not be open for business. You have been warned STAY AWAY! YOU WILL OBVIOUSLY LOOSE A LOT OF MONEY WORKING WITH THIS COMPANY.

Worst car place ever. Bought a car here and then got pulled over because of brakelights and tag light. Car was a huge gas drinker and it was a small vehicle. Gives you the run around when you have an issue and lie so well. Not trustworthy ppl at all. I would never purchase a vehicle from ever again.

Worst place ever, they advertise buy here pay here and $500 down on most cars, (i called and asked before i wasted Uber money and taking my 3 kids to this place) i was told there is no credit check and the only thing that could affect the down payment was length on job and residence, well both of those are great 4+ years. I get there and am told they want $3800 down. And as another review said, they get these cars from auctions and junk yards and don’t even take the time to fix them up! They just slap a for sale sticker on it. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
While the salesman was very polite and honest. I had a bad experience with the owner after being asked for an outrageous downpayment on a raggedy 05 magnum which is NOT the Car I came in to inquire about. I had already been approved for a better vehicle elsewhere, but I decided to attempt to give my money to a black owned business before the deal was sealed.Update: Now that my prior car is paid off my husband tried to give this company a second chance. Once again he was asked for a outlandish down payment on a car he couldve found on Craigslist for ALOT cheaper than the requested down payment.

DO NOT buy a car from this business BAD business!!!!!!!! Very unprofessional! They will steal your deposit and never pay the taxes on your car for you to even get a tag. Then they will repo it if your a little late. Been to tag office 3 times in 2 months trying to get a tag and couldn’t. 1st Time car was registered in someone else name then it still wasn’t paid when fixed. I called to be late cause I was out of town came back to wake up and go take my payment and they repoed it. They won’t take payment by phone. Then said I had to pay over 1,000 to get back. Clearly trying to steal money when I can’t even get a tag. This place needs to be shut down. Nothing but junk cars. I complained several times of transmission and they wasn’t even covering the warranty I was covered under. I also almost locked the engine up cause after a week the oil was completely dry when I was told it was changed when I bought it which was another lie.

Do not buy a car from these shysters. Please heed the warnings people are posting. I had my car for six months. I called prior to going to see them. I clearly stated I had 1000.00 to put down on a vehicle. No problem rhey assured me. Get there and the price is jacked up to 1700.00 down to include title fees. I went ahead against others advice and bought a car.Took four months to get my tag and registration cleared through the tag office. They forgot to submit the proper paperwork through Certifued Motors. Car broke down the first month and every month after for six months I owned it. Never missed a payment and paid extra in fact. First it was the starter and radiator. Then the battery . Then all four tires. Then the alternator. Then the water pump and timing belt. Cost me towing fees , parts and repair costs in addition to my car payments. I finally gave up , didnt pay my last payment and they repossed the piece of junk. Save your money Im telling you. You may be the lucky one to actually get a decent car or be like the majority and get a lemon and throw your money away. Go somewhere reputable .

Unprofessional worst dealership ever. I call this dealership and I informed them that I live 40 miles away and I was intrested in purchasing a car that I seen on their website. My question was do this car drive well before I come up there.the sales man tell me yes it drive well we got it up here. I make it to the dealership the car not up there I was told it was sold a month ago. I was upset and all the guys sitting around in the chair and no one know who I spoke with. everyone was playing dumb. I was told that the person that handle their Internet advertising is no longer there. 4 days later they still havent updated the Internet still got fitheen vehicles advertised that they do not even have.
They overcharged on a car that wasn’t even worth it. It’s engine and tire pressure light came on a couple days after leaving off the lot. And they are very unprofessional.

Worst.. point blank period I bought a car I was told I can get something for 500 down...that was a lie..finally got a car I had break issues I contacted them they did emissions on it said I passed as Im leaving going on the highway way my break pad hits the ground completely my whole dash board lit up service tire monitor break fluid and service esc. Being a female not know much about cars I didnt know what to do...I ended up in a horrible car accident. Called them they wanted me to get it towed to them immediately I told him I couldnt police were on the way. Still going through this process will come back and update

They will have you thinking one thing but when you say ok and decide to go back up there they say another( BYRON).. then try their best to trick into getting a car from them anyway.. I was told one price, and asked 5 different ways like is that the total amount for the car he says yea. I go up there AGAIN and they asking me for check stubs Im like why you need a stub if Im buying the car and have all the cash (the amount I was told) and he say oh you thought that was the total price...like wow that was what YOU TOLD ME I HAVE THE MESSAGES ON MY PHONE THAT SAYS JUST THAT! Like really why tell me that to get me back up here and then flip it like it was a misunderstanding l, nah it wasnt a misunderstanding it was you trying to scheme and make a sale so that you can get paid. NIGHTMARE!! THIEVES!!! Sold me a car that is titled in the state of California and the owner of the VIN number thats on my car is still in possession of their vehicle I dont know how that is possible unless the company is doing illegal things to sell cars ....Do not do business with this company it is the worst to deal with. I bought a car cash paid for in November of 2018. I have not gotten a title they give me a runaround I call every other day I speak to Jeff Williams I speak to the little unknowledgeable female that took my money to begin with and for the past five months have not been able to get the car I bought cash for titles. Im reporting them to the Better Business Bureau Im suing them the transmission went out I dont have ownership of the vehicle technically what am I supposed to do with the car pay for the transmission I cant drive the vehicle because it doesnt have a license plate cant keep the car going on the road with insurance because I dont have ownership proof of ownership and they keep asking for paperwork on the car I cant produce I cant give him a title or registration because I cant do it. This company scams people. I looked up the VIN number for this vehicle its titled in California I contacted the state of California the owner has their vehicle the title VIN number all phony manufactured reproduced there scam artist do not buy a car from them!!!!!
Google really needs a no star option. They lied about fixing my AC, Selina lies about who the owner is, Mr. Williams lies about fixing the mechanical issues that are wrong.They don’t respond to the issues, Selina doesn’t even know how to send an email correctly. The owner lies on BBB. The cars are over priced & poor quality. Please run as far away as possible.

I Purchased a vehicle and not even 2 weeks later the car gave out including the brakes giving out while I was on the highway (thanking god I or anyone else got injured/killed) . I gave them a call to let them know and they told me “I must’ve trashed it because the car was fine when they sold it to me” and insisted that I pay for the repairs , which wasn’t about to happen . They don’t care about the customer AT ALL . They Are selling totaled out cars and don’t want to fix any of the future complications !!!!!!!!! I should’ve known something was off about them when I read the comments and instead of apologizing to the customers who had bad experiences, they were snapping and defending the fact that they are not a trash company lolll ! 2022-07-25I bought a car in july of 2021. The car has been in repair shops more than it has been in my possession. So disappointed. Buyer beware. Be sure to have a mechanic on hand to check over the car immediately after purchase and be sure to get a good extended warranty because you will surely have repairs from this dealership. My care is currently in the shop with a very major repair. Very disappointed

2022-07-02My experience at certified motors was amazing. I want to give a big shout out to Byron Malik and the lady at the desk that processes payments. Also, I just want to say thank you to the owner or manager for working with me to make sure that I was able to walk home with a vehicle. Byron customer service skills are very great because he was available every time that I called him during the process of buying this vehicle. He was available even after he was off work. He even went as far as getting his mechanic to teach me how to drive a stick shift. That is what I call going above and beyond. Also thank you so the mechanic that taught me how to drive a stick shift. Malik help me purchase my first car. The lady behind the desk when as far as coming back to get me after seeing that the papers i signed wrong (they were for a different vehicle) and helping me fill them (the new papers) out before I left for the day so that I wouldn’t have to come back the next day to do the same thing. That was a great observation of her.Cars deteriorate with time so of course when you buy a car from a used dealership you have to put some money in it to keep it operable.The lounge area is decent and there is cable TV for customers with a plethora of movies for you’ll to watch.If I run across anyone eat in the car in the future I will be sure to refer them to Certified motors LLC.

2022-07-15My son and I purchased a 2006 Ford , Explorer . Bad experience within the first week . We had to purchse a new battery , replace hose for radiator andTransmissiom issues.They had the truck for a month before they decided to replace the transmission . I would not recommend Certified Motors to my worst enemy . I should have ran when another customer told me to make sure that I checked everything out on the truck. Im responding back to Certified motors . The week that everything went wrong with car mention about the missing key . He told me lets take care of one thing at a time. They suspended one week of psyment but they had the car for month. They lie , lie, lie.

They will have u pay a high down payment for an old car that is only going to work for a month , give u the run around about getting it fixed So u will be paying on a car that don’t even work and still having to make ur way around to work and paying them , which they don’t except payments on line. so u would have to make ur way all the way out there every week. They are rude expecially Jordan and u can never speak to the head man Walter cause they claimHe is so busy but when u go down there he is always sitting at the desk doing nothing . They will come get ur car claiming it to be a repossession say they auction it off and it will be right back out there on there lot for the next person to experience the same exact thing … u temporary tag will expire and they will tell u it’s because the tag office is backed up and u will have to go get it urself …. 2022-05-14Recently paid cash for a car here and told management that I didn’t want the car unless they could fix the front bumper and when it came time to fix the bumper it somehow turned into my $1500 problem. This place already has 2.9 stars And I hope this review stops at least one person from wasting their time and money at what should be called uncertified motors because they are some snakes over there!!
