MODERN DAY HONEST SMALL BUSINESSThis is one of those places our grandparents used to tell us about. When it was more than just about the dollars and providing a service with passion and care. When it was about putting a smile on a customers face and maybe even gave them some confidence when they left the lot just because they were treated with respect and also got what they wanted at a fair price. These guys are the type that want to make you invest and help them grow.Like finding the perfect sweater for winter, best experience I have had with purchasing a vehicle. Especially a used vehicle. We all know that the used car salesman gets the sleazy wrap but Scott and Alex are the exception to this rule. I cannot say enough positive things about they way they do business. I purchased a beautiful 2005 Lexus LS 430 from them and could not have had a better experience. When I checked the car out the first time after going through all the electronics the passenger window would not go back up. I let Scott know and he immediately checked it out and ordered the part. This actually worked to my advantage because apparently my loan officer at the bank was taking his time and I could have had the car bought out from under me. But, once the window was fixed and Scott was a man of his word and fought off the wolves for a few days, i finally got the check. If you are a serious buyer and have done your research and are in the market for a nice used luxury vehicle then please go check these guys out.ADVICE:I would totally recommend to call first and make an appointment. These guys are popular (rightfully so) and the lot is small and right in downtown Roswell. They respond by email or phone.TO THE OWNERS:My only question at this point is Donuts or Bagels?
Scott was super responsive and made the whole deal easy. I bought a land cruiser from Champ from out of town so we face timed the vehicle and it all looked good.Scott was on top of the paper work and made the transaction easy , I wired money and he shipped the car the next day( the car actually beat me to work). This was my first time buying a car over the internet but I definitely recommend Champ.
Champ Motors are Great! Alex and Scott were very helpful in letting me view and test drive TWICE before purchasing. The process was fast and easy and I bought an excellent car. Have already taken it to California and back three times!. They have a nice selection of foreign cars at the best prices I could find. I will be going back to purchase another vehicle soon. Would highly recommend car shopping here!!! Sorry it took me so long to leave my review!!! Thank you guys. See you soon! 👍🏽
Champ Motors has great customer service. They have very great cars. I had a problem with my car after I bought it returned it to see what was wrong with it and they fixed it with no problem with in a day. I would refer them to anybody whos looking for a great running car.
Looked at an Audi here. Customer service was poor, had to beg to let me take it 15 mi to my mechanic. We found $2000 worth of repairs needed not disclosed, including a damaged/nonfunctional sun shade ($1500 fix), screw in the tire, missing headrest, missing visor clip, etc despite the like new tag in the car. They were not willing to budge at all on the price. The car was given to me with barely any gas and apparently cigarette ashes inside. Sorry for the person who left the KFC boxes in your parking lot. Don’t worry we would not like to support your business any more than you would like to support a customer. Best of luck.
BUYER BE AWARE. PLEASE BE CAREFUL.Here is our story..We test drove a 2014 Volvo S60 and came back a few days after to put a deposit and started the process to have the bank send a check for this car.08/04 Took delivery of the car and the car died 6 miles away from the dealership. Towed it to AAA and they did an inspection and replaced the Battery and Starter a $1240/- repair08/07 Tried to pick up the car and had rattling metal sounds in the Engine. Took back to the dealership and per the dealership it needs a new engine. Second opinion also suggested a new engine to cost me approx. $6500/- The car is not operable. This car is a Junk. The dealership is selling Junk and is not willing to work and I want my money back and I am taking a legal action to get my money back according to consumer protection law § 2-711.
Nothing good to say. I would not refer them to my enemy. I purchased a 2006 Jeep Liberty from your lot on 09/26/21.1st it was the wrong wheels on the car which was dangerous had I not gotten it checked. Now on 10/7/2021 another problem. Will update once the mechanic complete his inspection .I HAD READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE BUYING FROM HERE I WOULD HAVE RAN NOT WALK FROM HERE!!!! I beg of you dont go here they have JUNK CARS AND FOR THE OWNER TO RESPOND TO THE REVIEWS BY SPEAKING NEGATIVE SPEAKS VOLUME!!!
These are cool people. Very laid back and 100% not pushy. I test drove 3 different cars that drove excellent. I wanted to buy from them but they were not willing to budge on price at all. I ended up with the BMW I wanted from another dealership with much lower miles and priced cheaper by over 2k. I believe Champ is good dealership and you will be pleased with them....I was. I just got hands-on customer service and a better deal elsewhere. I wish them continued success in the car business.
Scott and everyone there are great. I bought a 2011 Audi S4 from there for a great deal and everyone was helpful throughout my process. They made sure I had a good experience even when they were pretty busy 10/10 service.Side note: please park next door and not in the middle of the main driveway.
We arrived at the place and were very badly received with screams from the possible owner for not having a place to stop our private car. While we are looking at the cars of interest to us, we were checking the engine and the salesman was rude in saying that everything was working fine and that we could only accelerate if we bought the vehicle. He has blue eyes and white hair and is short. I dont recommend it to anyone, we would buy the car but just because of the bad service we gave up.
Living in Memphis and finding a vehicle in another state hundreds of miles away would give anyone pause or at the minimum reluctance to even pursue. Before contacting Champ motors I read almost every single Google review and come to the decision that their business is a honorable one. I was also impressed that a free Carfax report was included. I did my homework there as well and contacted both dealerships that performed service on the vehicle. My final decision was to pursue a purchase. Scott from Champ could not have been more pleasant. I asked a few questions and he freely and confidently gave answers. I asked him to fax a buyers order to my credit union and he did. Although approved for financing, a final price could not reached and the purchase did not happen. Even though I did not purchase a vehicle, I am confident that Champ Motors is a honest and legitimate business and would stand behind any automobile they sell. I will keep them on my radar for future searches and potential dealerships to purchase from.
My boyfriend, Walter, and I recently purchased a 2007 Lexus GS450h from Champ Motors. We both were very skeptical at first and thought we were going to be given the old bait-and-switch once we got there. However, we can truly say that this was one of the best car buying experiences that either of us has ever had. When we arrived, Alex, the owner, wasnt there but he had informed Scott and Kevin to be expecting us. Scott and Kevin were so friendly and personable. We didnt feel pressured at all during the entire process, which amazingly didnt take long at all. We were in and out in about two hours! We have had the car for almost two months and havent had any issues. If we could give more than 5 stars, we would. We highly recommend Champ Motors to anyone looking to purchase a quality used car. We will definitely be back. Keep up the great work guys!
I purchased a 2006 Infinity FX35 on October 26, 2019-AS IS-No WARRANTY. Scott Clark assisted my husband and I each time we came out. We test drove the vehicle on 3 different occasions before choosing to purchase it. On the third test drive we thought we smelled oil under the hood. We asked Scott about the smell and he said that a seal had been recently repaired on the vehicle and we were probably smelling residual oil from that repair. You cant expect a perfect car when you buy used, but I would definitely purchase from Scott again! After purchasing the car and driving away from the lot it completely shut-off. I was maybe 10 minutes from the lot. It eventually started and we returned to the lot. It happened to be the cam shaft sensors. Scott immediately called his mechanic! It was repaired it and we picked it up a few hours later that day. Later that week my husband took the car to his mechanic to have it looked at and the seal had actually not been replaced and there was still a small active leak. My husband called Scott to let him know and he had us bring in the car and had the leak repaired!!! This mans level of integrity blew me away! He apologized profusely for miscommunication referencing the repair. With over 100 vehicles in their inventory, he explained he truly thought the repair had been made on that particular car...but he made it right for us...Kudos to Scott! You make Champ Motors shine! I will definitely send friends, family & co-workers to you!
Great experience with the gentleman at Champ Motors! Alex and Scott were great at helping me pick the perfect car for me, especially with the huge selection of cars. They walked me through everything and had me out the door in no time, none of that being at the dealership all day mumbo-jumbo. 10/10 would highly recommend!
December 2016 I was surprised with a with a car as a Christmas gift. I had no idea where I was going until I got there over 2 hours later and after hours. We didn’t arrive until around 8:30pm or so on a Friday night. One of the owners was there waiting for us and as soon as I got out, he handed me the keys to my 2007 Lexus GS350 and told me to test drive before leaving. I was in shock because I had no idea...I had been wanting that make and model for quite some time.. long story short I’m still driving my car to this day and will be soon looking to make another purchase. Thanks
Most honest dealer in town! Myself bought two cars with Alex, years apart. Best experience! Sent three friends to him, men and women. They were a little skeptical at first, especially the ladies, due to them having no car buying experience. They are each and all satisfied. My referrals brought their friends, they too are satisfied. That alone says it all.Things are said straight and clear from the get go. No surprises, no lies, no hidden fees! Best of all, stands behind his words. Will work with you to fix possible issues, even after sale, as long as they are brought up during sale or in reasonable timeframe. Will also tell you if he cant.Average mileage is 100K (some under, some over) but cars are all clean and in good shape, in, out, body, tires, engine, and transmission. For the price, cant ask for better quality and service. Bad credit? Works with you. In house credit available with clearly stated conditions. No traps. You may have been to other dealers, but when you arrive at Champ, come prepared and... get ready to call your insurance, because you wont want to leave without your new set of keys. You can take my words for it. Happened to me, happened to friends. Been dealing with him since early 2009Highly recommend dealer.
I purchased a 2011 BMW 750 li very clean and in good shape. Alex and Scott where very helpful in answering all my questions and concerns I would highly recommend buying a car here. They will definitely take good care of you. Good people and Good cars you dont get that too often.
HA HA HA Lack of education was not enough, you are still a liar. Firstly there are no signs or directions or staff to indicate the correct parking for customers. Second, I went without an appointment because I was looking at different cars at different dealerships plus I didnt know the need for an appointment. I think its funny how exaggerated you are to say that we closed the entrance to your store and almost caused an accident. This is a serious charge. In addition to the lack of respect in which you referred to us. And its useless for me to stay here debating with you. No more thanks for your reply.ps.: I ended up going to another dealer and bought a much better car than yours.
First thing coming to mind is how professional Alex is !!! We talked about what I was looking for first from there he gave a me a tour of the car that I was interested in. No pressure No games just right to the point . An hour later I had my car and driving from the lot. I would tell anyone who is looking for a great used car that has great miles and a super trusting owner stop by and ask for Alex! when I think of Champ Motors I think of a very classic person that cares about people and that stands behind his vehicles! I have purchased two cars from Alex ! I will tell anymore stop by Champ Motors before going to another dealership and walk away unhappy ! Alex, keep up the great job....glad you are a part of our community !
I purchased a 2013 Toyota Prius with 120k miles from Alex and Scott two weeks ago. We spoke on the phone briefly and discussed the condition of the car. When I arrived the car was exactly as perfect as they described. No scratches, dents, new tires, and no mechanical issues. That says a lot for their quality used cars with over 100k miles and under $10k. They provided in-house financing due to my having recent credit issues from a divorce and business bankruptcy. Everything was quick and smooth. Less than an hour in and out. I could not be happier.
DO NOT BUY HERE!!! I bought a truck here back in the fall and I have had a ton of problems. All within less than probably 2,000 miles. Already over $1,500 and probably needs another $1,500+ or so just to have everything or most of everything working correctly. Not good honest ppl, in my opinion. When I said something I was told it was a used truck sold as is and I understand that but I also believe in being honest and doing whats right. I think these guys never learned thatUpdate: truck had a ticking sound and had to have more major work done. Had to have new timing chains and tensioners and lots of other parts. Long story short, Ive spent another $1,500 on the truck. All before the first scheduled oil change. DO NOT BUY HERE!!!
Worked for Alex upwards of 4 years. Split ways as I have decided to take other avenues in life. Loved working there. Worked for several small lots in the past and I have to say Alex and the team sells quality cars. Champ takes the time to recondition these cars the way they should be. If you do have issues hes pretty good about trying to help the customer out. Its used cars nothing is perfect but the quality of his cars are the highest I have seen in the industry for the prices hes selling them for. Great place great selection. During my employment there I purchased a vehicle as well. Had it 3 years and not one issue. Would definatily recommend anyone to purchase a car here if they are in the market for nice and reliable luxury cars.
Purchased a 2006 Passat and love it! The entire team at Champ was a pleasure to deal with and very accommodating to my schedule. I was in and out of the dealership in no time at all. Kevin went above and beyond to help me find a great car for a great value - and he is a super nice guy.Alex who did our financing did a great job explaining our options and made the financing process painless. Highly recommend!
Steve and the staff at Sky Auto made buying a car a total joy! They were very knowledgeable, courteous and fair. Steve worked with my wife and I on the price, and told us everything we needed to know about the car. Most importantly though....We bought the 04 Hyundai Elantra GT AS IS, drove it off of the lot, and decided to take it on a road trip to put it through its paces. The car was so comfortable and handled so well! We had no problems with it until we made it back from the 600+ mile drive. When we pulled into the driveway the engine light came on which upset us a great deal. We took the car to Auto zone where they ran the code. They told us it was a bad cam positioning sensor. We called Steve the next day because he said he would help us find cheap parts, and he felt so bad that we had and issue so soon that he agreed to buy the part for us and give it to us for free! That is what I call going beyond the call of duty! I highly recommend Sky Auto to anyone who is looking for a dependable and reasonably priced used vehicle...They will not steer you wrong!
Very small lot but a nice selection of very clean imports. I dealt with Scott today and he was very friendly and personable and seemed to know a lot about the cars I was looking at. Im still a few weeks away from purchasing and told Scott that as soon as we arrived. That never changed his demeanor or his attitude towards us. Ive looked at 3 other dealerships and as soon as you tell the salesman that they tend to not give you any attention or want to talk to you. When we are ready to buy this will be our first stop.
Bought a 2015 Mazda CX5 from Champ Motors a little over a month ago. Based on a bad experience I had with a previous used car dealer I asked to take the vehicle to Advance Auto to have it scan. They had no hesitation. I had the vehicle diagnosed and it came back with no issues read. Alex is real cool, same with Scott. I asked if the vehicle had a recall and they were honest about if knowing or not knowing if it did. As a used car shopper there are certain steps You must take in the process of looking at a vehicle. My Mazda CX5 was a good purchase. Got it at below Kelleys Blue Book Value Too!
Absolutely great company!! I found a car i’ve been looking for a long time on their website, I called them and explained how I lived in Florida but wanted to arrange to pick up the car. They were very helpful throughout the whole process and here I am 2 months later and i’m still loving my 2014 Audi A8!10/10 recommend.
Champs Motors was great ! This dealership helped me out a lot being my credit wasnt in the best shape. I feel confident in my purchase and would recommend this place to anyone ! I was treated with respect, they did everything I requested before getting the vehicle. They even let me take to a mechanic for a pre purchase inspection. No ?s asked ! Let me not forget to mention the deal I got ! If you are in the Atlanta area and need wheels without the credit. Definitely give Alex a call !
I recently purchased a used BMW 330i from these guys. The car is very nice, has a couple of small issues such as oil leaks and emissions system issues but these are not very big problems. Overall the car is great, I am very happy with my purchase. I feel like I may have paid just a touch over market value for the car but I am very happy with it, so no worries. The car lot is very small, all of the cars are packed in extremely tightly but you can still walk around them and get a good look. The staff is more than willing to move cars around so that you can see and test drive the model you are interested in. Despite the small size they have a good selection of high end used cars, BMW, Mercedes, Volvo, etc.The sales staff was excellent, these guys went out of their way to make sure that I was able to look at and drive all of the cars I was interested in, there were very nice and very helpful. In the end I picked out my 330, did the paperwork and paid for the car, I paid cash and the process took less than 10 minutes from start to finish. I am not sure how it would have looked if I had financed but with cash it was an extremely smooth hassle free process.I want to add a note, this is an odd thing that happened to me. I was looking on craigslist and came across a car that I wanted that was on the champ lot. The ad said to call a person named Dave, I did that and Dave told me that the car was still there and that I could come look at it. When I arrived I found out that the car had been sold a week before. I spoke with Alex who informed me that they have no idea who Dave is. So, if you see an ad for this place with a person named Dave on it, it is a scam! Be sure to speak with Alex if you call this place.
Attentive to their customers, as well as meeting their needs. If you need a good pre-owned vehicle, this is the place to go. I was a little skeptical at first, but once I started talking to Scott, he was kind and gave me all the details on the vehicle I wanted to buy.I was able to do pretty much everything via phone and texting. I do not usually place my trust on people or businesses, yet I took a leap of faith with Champ Motors, and they did more than I expected. I highly recommend this dealer. Would do business again.
I was buying a car for my daughter which led us to Champ Motors. We were greeted and taken care of by Scott. We know we got a very good car (Lexus RX350) that had a clean CarFax and we even took it to get checked out down the street at Roswell Autocenter and they recommended it based on the pre-sale inspection. We felt like we were getting a great car at a very good price! They never put any pressure and allowed us to take our time, it was just a good experience the whole way through it. Alex, the owner, is a young Russian guy that was really nice too, at first I was unsure but he was just as nice as Scott. I would highly recommend this place and I would buy from them again!
Very small used car dealer.Very strange place. Unless you show them that you have full amount in your Bank Account, they wouldnt let you test drive the car.So if you decide to go here, make sure you have your bank statement ready with the car price amount in the bank.
Prior to getting my pre-owned BMW X5 from Champ, I had visited several other car lots. However Champ Motors had the best price! Very simple and easy finance terms! And all of their cars were very clean! I am very happy with my X5! It runs very smooth and the only maintenance Ive had thus far is an oil change! When people get in my car, the first thing they ask: is it new? When I tell them its pre-owned they say, wow! I couldnt tell the difference! Brand new it would have cost me $75,000. But I paid under 15 grand! Now I know why they call it Champ Motors, because I certainly feel like a Champ after saving $60,000!
We have bought are 3rd car from Champ Mortors now and love all 3 cars. No Problems with the cars or services. Great Prices all in the range based off Kelly Blue Book and other car sites. Would recommend them to family and friends. Our last car was a 2006 CS 300 and inside and out still looked like a new car. Love it!
Check engine light came on about 50 miles after we got the car. The dealer said they may have reset it knowing the car had issues. Theres no way to know. What I do know is we paid nearly a thousand dollars in repairs in the first month, the check engine light is still on, the dealer said the transmission is on its way out and the air conditioner quit blowing cold within the year. Its a BMW and all the emblems have faded, making me think they were cheap aftermarket emblems. I suspect the dealer had to know about all the issues. What are the odds the check engine light would turn on 50 miles after we got it just by coincidence? I would seriously stay clear of this place. In fact, I dont think Ill buy from one of these types of dealers ever again. Buy from an individual and have it checked by a mechanic first.
Alex is one of the most up most trusted dealership . My experience buying a vehicle with champ motors on Roswell road was fast, easy, honest and to top it off .. They do follow_ up calls to make sure your 100% satisfied with your purchase.I high recommend champ motors for hassle free in purchasing a vehicle. They have the top cars for sale. All ways ask for Alex.
Wish I could give them 10 stars! Scott and Kevin are very down to earth and genuinely work hard to do right by their customers. Theres no tricks or smoke and mirrors like at other dealerships. Champ Motors is a very laid back place, and Scott and Kevin work very very hard to make car deals happen. Left with a nice BMW at a great price!
I recently bought a Audi a6 from them 2 weeks ago and the whole car is completely messed up. I called to explain and they proceed to say “well we’re not a mechanic” so choose wisely from buying from this place. I already need a new engine on top of spending $800 for other problems.
I went here and got a BMW 2006 325i. it runs like new and is mint condition. I love my new car!!! The guys that run the place are super awesome, attentive and helpful. Go here if you want a deal, dependable car and really honest sales men. amazing. :) I will be coming here for my second car for sure! Thanks guys! Im super happy!
The gentlemen at Champ Motors made buying a car from them extremely easy and painless, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic, which caused extra challenges for everyone everywhere in the spring of 2020. They were incredibly responsive and helpful, and went above and beyond to help me navigate the process of purchasing a car from out of state, shipping the car quickly and safely, and registering the car in my home city. The car (a 2010 Volvo XC70) was exactly as described in the advertisement, photographs, and CARFAX report, and exactly what I was looking for. Many thanks to the cool and nice guys at Champ Motors for being so responsive, helpful, genuine, and great!
I was in a bind and had to work quickly towards getting a new vehicle. I explained my senario and offered a deal which was accepted before arriving on the lot. The vehicle I test drove, well exceeded expectations, and most if not all vehicles on the lot were in excellent condition, and affordably priced. The staff was excellent very laid back, I dealt with Scott and later Alex the owner. I had in contract that they would fix my wiper blade and they did, I also later needed a bulb changed and they did, I also needed a small 6 bumper frame piece replaced and they did at NO CHARGE. Not sure if every experience is the same, but this was the best dealership experience Ive had to date.
Mike was very personable, wasnt pushy , and was very quick and efficient when getting all the paperwork done to get my loan with bank. They recommended Delta Credit Union who approved me same day with a great APR. Only thing is if you finance through them they do a standard 22% APR for 36 months, which is steep. The owner is a little stuck up, but I didnt have to deal with him. A great selection of used luxury cars all in amazing condition. Most of their cars are from dealership auctions. My car was retailed at $8,995.00 and the bank valued it at $10,500.00, so would say their prices are fair. A lot of nice cars between $7,000-$10,000 if thats your budget. Would recommend to anyone.
Inquired about a vehicle that was listed on their website, spoke with the owner (Alex) he emailed me the Car Fax and I informed him I was on my way to view the car. I texted him, and he replied “OK” when I left my driveway (not to mention, it’s a 45 minute commute). When I arrived, the car wasn’t even on the lot. The car was taken to the mechanic, he reports for a pulley, but when speaking to the mechanic, he purposely didn’t speak English (I only know because the conversation started off in English ). Typical car salesman behavior, misleading, and manipulative and when asked, could you not just tell me it was in the shop so I didn’t drive 45 minutes to waste my time in a Pandemic, his response was very snarky and obnoxious. Then had the audacity to say, what? Do you want me to pay for your gas? No sir! It’s the principle of communication, If this is the type of company you would like to purchase an investment from, have at it. I will say the other guy was very nice and trying to be accountable, but the best practice is, training, people aren’t going to allow that behavior.. Cars are everywhere. You aren’t selling cures to health problems. Best wishes.UPDATE to Business owners response: Seems as if your practices are simply misleading as you have lied stating I did not have an Appt. I did indeed and have the text messages to prove it. Kindness and generosity? The best thing for you all to do is take business classes and hopefully you would do better. Who gives Waffle House a bad review? LOL one who sits down with their family and the Waffle House is i fester with knats. Happy I did not purchase anything from it, and hopefully the 4 people that liked my comment and the 200 people that viewed it agree with me and go somewhere where the owner is more respectful and not sneaky. By the way. Found the car i wanted with no hassle. Blessings sir. Blessings.
The staff at Champ Motors is really cool and very kind people. When we arrived to look we were acknowledged very quickly and they were very knowledgeable of all our questions about the cars. When we wanted to test drive the car he handed us the keys and said, there you go! He had no questions or concerns of where we went or how far and he didnt need to be in the car. Now I will say that we werent able to get my asking price lol but we did come to a reasonable solution for both of us and I left a very happy customer with a very beautiful and reliable bmw! I had come across many rude, unprofessional, and dishonest salesmen before coming to Champ Motors but I found none of that with these good people! Try Champ Motors and hopefully youll have the same great experience as I did!
Great Group of Guys to conduct business with. They ALL were Courteous, Professional, and listened to what we wanted and what we could actually afford. Upon arrival my Partner & I was properly greeted and shown the entire lot. We had the opportunity to test drive a few cars, eventually finding what he wanted, and proud to say we left the lot Happy Customers with a Happy Purchase. Go Check these guys out - they are awesome and aim to please 💯% My partner made his purchase and I intend to be making mine soon... Thanks Guys!
This is my third vehicle from Champ Motors. They are always super friendly and help me with any issues. The quality of their vehicles is second to none. I also refferred a friend who purchased a car from Champ Motors and they have no complaints. Very happy. Highly reccommended! Thanks again Alex and Scott.
It appears that the only negative reviews on here are coming from the individuals that have gotten their cars repossessed AFTER NOT PAYING (going off of what some of the other feedback entails). Ive never had a problem with anyone at this dealership, past and present, if you pay your bills then maybe you wont be having these problems and youll get to keep your BMW(? also going off of what some of the other feedback entails)
This is my 2nd time buying a vehicle from champ motors and 6 months Bought a 2006 fx 35 infinity Best Vehicle I have ever owned not one problem with it Ive had it for 3 months now Very reliable Alex and his team were very nice and let me test drive what Ever Vehicle i wanted to and the lot Ill look Forward to buying a 3rd Vehicle from them In the near future
Drove right past this place because they have a different name out front. Owner claims he just changed the name to Sky Auto Sales but found reviews going back a couple of years as do the F ratings at the Better Business Bureau. Owner ran ad claiming car had alloy wheels but the car had plastic wheel covers. While I was in his office and negotiating with him another customer arrived and was interested in the car I was trying to buy. The owner came back in the office after he left to greet this newcomer and announced he was going to sell the car to the guy who just drove up even though I was there first and had already started negotiations. This Russian scumbag is not to be trusted. This guy also claims he has no room to negotiate because he barely marks the cars up. This was after he inadvertently let it slip that he had marked up one of the cars on his lot $2,500 above what he paid for the vehicle. Thats a pretty hefty markup for a 7-thousand dollar car. My daughter was extremely upset about the stunt this guy pulled. Buyer Beware ck the BBB rating if you dont believe me.
Staff was very helpful and courteous especially Scott who am I dealt with. Unfortunately the vehicle I was looking at had some issues when I got it inspected and I was unable to make a purchase. They were very understanding that I did not want to purchase the vehicle and I left to continue my search.
I bought a mercedes-benz from them, I have been looking for a while and was happy to finally find it for an amazing prize. The car was in great shape. Kevin was very nice showing the car and letting me do a test drive and the owner Alex was very accommodating with financing. Great place, very nice people. Def would buy a car from them again.
STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE LIARS. After it was all said in done. I purchased a vehicle for $8,000. 3 weeks later the transmission breaks down. I couldnt afford to fix a $4000 problem after dropping 8 Grand. I did what Alex Mayeske did, I called and asked, I also was laughed at and then asked to leave their property. Total loss after trading my car in? $6000!!!!!READ THIS!!!!:::: Sky Auto Sales Business Model: They go to auctions every other week. They only buy cars that are priced WELL BELOW KELLEY BLUE BOOK VALUE. They know something is wrong with the car. But as long there are no lights or the damage is covered up, then they can sell the car low enough before it becomes a problem.PLEASE. SAVE YOURSELF $6000 OR MORE AND DONT GET RIPPED OF LIKE ME. AND DO NOT BUY FROM THESE UNETHICAL JERKS.
Have to leave my second bad review to see what they say back to me..Got my Audi from them a little less than a year ago.. was late a few times on my payment going thru some things... who doesn’t? But after talking to them about when i could make my payment... and then on the phone with me said “ ok no problem “ then repossessed my car while i was at work.. only to say ohh my boss over-rid the decision. Alex does what he can for the money but if he sees opportunity to reposes your vehicle he’ll do it regardless of what promises may have been made! Watch yourself is all im saying. Nobodys perfect but if you can’t 100% be perfect id go to another dealership
Bought a car a few months ago. Finally in working order after having to spend 3 grand on repairs we werent told were an issue when we bought the car! Out of the 3 months we have had it, we have only been able to drive it about 6 weeks because its been in the shop otherwise. Apparently there are parts to another car on it that we werent made aware of because there are 2 different VIN numbers associated with the car (found that out from repair place) Wont be back!
Do not buy from CHAMP MOTORS they are a bunch of scammers the somewhat owers/co owners took my money and sold me a lemon. I recently purchased a 2007 volvo xc90 paid cash for it, when I drove it off the lot that same day Im having engine problems, coolant problems was the main problem. I had it towed back to them through my insurance to fix the coolant problem, and they say they installed a new thermostat but the car was still leaking coolant real bad and I knew there mechanic seen it leaking. I had to drive back home to south georgia with this bad leak which I to stop every 50 miles to put more coolant in the reservoir it was nothing but god and prayer that got me home safe without the engine blowing up. I know it was and as is buy, but wasnt expecting it to tear up on me soon as I drove it off the lot. So the next after I made it home I took it to a real certified ASE who only works on foreign vehicles, they was able to fix the problem the right way. Alex and Kevin are scammers and they both are shady. So be warned do not buy from champs motors, believe me the cars look good on the surface but trash on the inside. Might I mentioned Alex is a big liar, and extremely rude, Kevin and Alex shouldnt run a business, they are not professional at all. So save your money and DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM CHAMP MOTORS!!!!!!!! if it was possible to give them 0 stars I would cause thats what they are worth 0
I bought a 2006 e90 from this place. Was told it had an oil leak from valve cover gasket that had just been repaired and otherwise was in perfect condition. After a week or so noticed leaking oil, small leak no big deal, I fix stuff. Over the next 15 months I proceeded to dump roughly 5k (refused to admit I bought a lemon and Im handy) in parts into this car trying to keep it running. I replaced everything from the waterpump and thermostat to coil packs to brakes to cam shaft position sensors (one of which had been unplugged). I finally took the car to a shop when I couldnt track down a low oil pressure light to pass emissions. The shop, who I know, use, love and trust, proceeded to show me where whoever did the gasket work on the car had broken off multiple bolts in the block, which had cause oil to seep from both the head and valve cover gasket. There were also severe timing issues with the car, the chain had jumped a few teeth and had actually sheered some teeth on the sprockets. It was going to be 1000s to fix it correctly. So... I paid cash for the car + cash for the parts I swapped out + cash to the shop who looked at it.... In all I dropped about 15k cash on this car and its dead after 15 months. slickdeal!
DO NOT I repeat do not shop with these people , great con artist. You going to pay more in mechanic fees than on the actual car itself. Save your HARD EARNED money and take it elsewhere with someone who will appreciate your business and not just your dollar. Zero stars if I could those reviews have to be fake
Everybody I dealt with at Champ exuded professionalism and courtesy. The vehicle I purchased from them (although used) was not in horrible disrepair. In fact, the only thing that was faulty with the vehicle was a bad tire pressure sensor and a bad passenger-side lock motor. Those two things aside, everything was (and still is) in good-working order. Why the 3-star rating then? I found out (courtesy of the Georgia State Police) that the vehicle I bought from them was not 100% street legal. Its important to note that dealers are under no legal obligation to ensure a cars legality in GA, aside from the vehicle emissions. That being said, it still would have been nice if they would have corrected the errors that made the vehicle 90% legal, instead of passing that obligation on to me after the purchase.
Did not buy a vehicle here but felt kinda rushed when I went and the car I looked at wasnt in great shape. Bumper was glued onto frame lol but if you find something you like there I wouldnt say dont go for it.Update to their responce: I have messaging proof that I had an appointment. Not sure why that is the responce you would give. Clearly yall need to get organized. If you need my proof let me know.Second update: changed to 1 star for lying now and honestly now I will say dont buy anything from them. Also I spoke with scott on October 5th if you need the exact time we spoke.
I originally left a post being pleased with my experience with the dealers.I was buying the car sight-unseen so I had many questions. My number one concern was rust on the vehicle because it was from up north.I asked for pictures. They sent me a few pictures assuring me that they only sell quality cars and that there was only slight surface rust on the frame. After assuring me that this was the extent of the rust problem I felt comfortable moving forward.I was very excited when the car arrived at my house. I open the door stepped on the running board to get in and it almost broke off because the bracket was completely rusted through. This was obviously very concerning. Upon further inspection there was significant rust damage on almost every part of the underside of the car.I assumed we had had a miscommunication because I verbalized how concerned I was about rust. Also the pictures they sent me did not tell the whole story, by any stretch.I called and asked if they would please take the car back because they had not been forthright and how bad the rust problem was. I told them I would pay for shipping and cover any fees necessary. The owner told me that I should have known there would be significant rust because the car was from up north. I responded by telling him that the pictures did not tell the whole story. He told me, “sir we do not have to disclose all of the information to you.”They offered to buy the car back at a significantly lower price. They advertised that the tires were in good condition, however they were installed in 2009 and we are dry rotted.I took the car to a mechanic to get a second opinion and they had to jump the car off four times to move it. The battery was fine. The car was having electrical problems. My mechanic wouldn’t even take parts off because he was afraid he would not be able to get them back on due to the extent of the rust damage. They refuse to take the car back. This has been very disheartening. I have notified the district attorney of Georgia and we are filing a lawsuit against them.I’m sure they will have something to say like I didn’t have an appointment or they disclosed all the proper information. However, that is a lie.I would not recommend them, not because of the shape of the car, but because of their unwillingness to take it back and do the right thing.Below are a few pictures of rust damage that weren’t sent to me. Very obvious it is not surface rust. I just want them to do the right thing and take the car back.
Stay as far way as possible from the dealer. The owner/salesman was extremely rude from the get go when i inquired about a Mercedes CL55 on the lot. Asked if i i could test drive it after inquiring about any issues with the ABC suspension and basically insulted me and told me i couldnt and that they only let serious buyers test drive the car. Im sorry, what? I own a C63 AMG and have never in my life heard of any reputable company insinuating something like that. Biggest red flag ever from a dealer. RUN!
I went to look at an X5 and wasnt impressed. Talked to Alex on the phone and he was very nice. When i got to the lot, Alex wasnt there, and I had to deal with Scott. Wasnt a fan of the greasy used car salesman. I would rather buy from a buy here pay here place than deal with him.
I spoke with Alex on numerous occasions about a BMW he had on the lot. Having read the description on the Champ Motors website I figured I would also ask Alex for an accurate assessment (was assured the car was mechanically/cosmetically excellent) before I drove four hours to see it it in person and take it for a test spin. I was really excited to get there and see the car. Well, I couldnt believe the car on the lot was the same one in the pictures.....apparently they have an excellent photographer that does a great job of hiding all of the flaws. In my opinion, the car on the lot was a piece of crap....I lifted the hood to inspect the engine compartment (honestly it look clean)...after examining the engine I closed the hood and there were plastic trim pieces falling of the car. The tires on the car in the pics had been switched and replaced with bald ones. Overall on a scale of 1-10 the car was a solid 3! STAY AWAY FROM CHAMP MOTORS!!!
I brought my Benz from these guys , I think these guys are the best . I would definitely buy another car from these guys . Even when I was late on payments they wouldn’t sweat me about it . Alex is the man . Imma need a another Benz fa sho in about 4 months . I personally wanna thank you guys for everything .
My family walked in after a long drive from Mississippi looking for a car. The minute we drove in, we knew this was the wrong place to buy a car. All of the cars are parked so close to each other, you cant even open the doors to get in. A fool named Alex was on the phone the whole time while trying to talk to us. When we looked at the car, the car was a piece of junk. We decided to leave and drove down to Atlanta Luxury Motors. Their motto is, We will promise that after purchasing a car or truck from us you will leave happy with our great auto prices, auto quality. A huge lie. PLEASE-DO NOT DRIVE IN!! THE PLACE AND THE OWNER ARE NOTHING BUT LIARS!!!
Do not buy from this dealership, I bought a 2008 Lexus 450H Hybrid and less than a month the check engine light came on (REPLACE HYBIRD BATTERY) Scott and Alex are con artists, they reset the check engine light before they sold me the car! Now I’m stuck replacing a $3,500 hybrid battery.EDIT: YES I CAUSED A SCENE WHILE YOU AND SCOT WAS THERE WITH CUSTOMERS BECAUSE I WAS UPSET! YOUR COMPANY RESETS THE ENGINE LIGHTS IN THE VEHICLES WHICH IS POOR BUSINESS!! LOOK AT THE OTHER REVIEWS I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE! YOU WAS VERY RUDE OVER THE PHONE AND TOLD ME I HAD TO TAKE CARE OF THE ISSUE MY SELF AND THAT IT WAS MY PROBLEM NOW.THIS IS NOT A TRUSTWORTHY COMPANY PLEASE TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!DO NOT BUY ANY VEHICLES FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!
The owner (Im assuming) directed me to park in the lot of a boutique french bakery next door when i visited, which I felt was strange but I just figured that it was alright with them. I was then approached by an employee of the bakery who informed me that I was to be towed if I wasnt going to visit the bakery. And that makes perfect sense: its a private establishment that owns that parking lot and, on top of that, theirs has little space to begin with. I was also informed that this is an on going problem and there have been many cars towed as a result. And every time the owner has been approached about it, hes been nothing but disrespectful. After having to find another parking space blocks down the road, I went into the office, which was poorly kept, but not as poor as the cars he was trying to sell. When I was finally able to get ahold of him after he had been on the phone for nearly half an hour with what Im assuming to be a friend, due to the nature of what he was saying (which wasnt workspace appropriate), I had informed him that I was UNDERSTANDABLY not allowed to park next door, and he immediately just left and walked to the restaurant to complain, which I did not ask for him to do and is totally inappropriate. I left soon after. Completely unprofessional. He clearly does not care for the safety and care of his customers, their cars, or his neighbors. Save your time and money and dont give this man or his business the time of day.
Purchased two vehicles put a lot of money in both for repairs. On one I was due on November 1st on the 28th it was Repoed. The other broke down and was towed to BMW rather than fix it they took it from there. Do No Buy From Champ Motors no compassion at all. My glasses and CD s never got back.
I bought a Car from this dealer after a week of dry weather. After bringing it home and having it sit outside my garage for one night of rain i had 4 inches of water in the floorboard. I called the dealer to ask why they didnt tell me it leaked and also ask where the leak was coming from so I could fix it. The salesman just laughed at me. He seemed to think this was all very funny. Their building is rundown and their lot is unorganized. The cars are jammed so close together under Pine trees that if you open the doors you ding the car next to it. I would recommend you stay far away from this shady dealer.
Drove up from Alabama to buy my son a Bmw. This guy seemed to have a good selection and the prices were ok. They answered every question I had and allowed me a test drive and I purchased it. The process was easy. My son is happy. I would definatley recommend checking them out.
It seemed like if they wanted to sell a car they would have tried to help me I to one.....I was looking at spending 10,000 on a car and the first car I got into wouldnt even crank and was two different colors....I went up the rad to e motorsports and was helped into a very nice2011 BmW for my price walkig out the door.....wouldnt recommend this car lot to anyone
Agree, worst car dealer. Was trying to sell me a Tundra with big rust holes in the frame. 🤢🤬😤 Falling up your dishonest awsner, I dont have to get made at anyone anf you cant change the facts. You are saying this car was not for Sale or Online? I guess you forgot to look at the second picture then, I have a full report in pictures on your online ad regarding this Truck. Instead of trying to lie your way outs of this you should admit to your honest mistakes. I guess this just shows you havent learned from this. I hope non of your customers have to go true this!
Attempted to make a deal with this company off of the posted rate on an ad. The rate posted was not advertised correctly, which upset. The car ended up being $1k more than posted, which would have been fine had that been posted in the ad. Alex is a cowboy who is extremely unprofessional. I dont know how they sell cars here. They are the wild wild west here. Dont do it!
I dont usually do immediate reviews because i believe in taking time to assess the service and continual support after the sale. The gentlemen at Champ Motors deserve nothing but an AWESOME REVIEW for sure. What stood out to me was 1. I was offered a test drive 2. No pressure into buying or filing out a credit app 3. Professional straight forward approach. The year 2019 i was in the market for an older Benz and after doing my extensive research on the car I wanted, I decided to go with them (Champ Motors). The service was great, and has been great from the day i visited the dealership. Champ Motors sell quality cars and in all fairness doing your research on the car you are buying (common problems/recalls/cost of maintenance/carfax/etc) will greatly assist you in making a wise car choice. I was satisfied with the S 430 i purchased and i recently returned to Champ Motors for my second S class. I found Alex and Scott very helpful. I will return in the future if im in the market for another vehicle, and have been recommending Champ Motors.
The worst experience I have ever had, I got 2008 X5 financed by them, first with 29% interest, I had no credit record so I assumed that interest is fine, after 10 days The car started with a sound in the engine I returned the car to them so that they would fix it after 6 days they returned it to me and then a month later the car returned with the same sound I decided to start investing money, that in the end these guys would pick me up a car according to them for one missing payment, my payments were every 5th of each month I called 4th of that month explaining that I did not have a job, that they would wait for me with the payment they answered me that I had to pay a late fe that was fine for me, for day 15th they picked up a car without any warning, they didnt send me a email, any text message, any letter, I feel they assault to me
I know now why this place changes name every couple of years. the prices might look alright but you would end up paying more in mechanic cost. took the car to get it inspected and it was more than 2K worth of repairs. The owner seems very shady. I read some of the other peoples reviews and I would also stay away. The vehicle I got checked out was a VW
Bait and lie.. Go to Car Venue in Marietta.. They are great.. High end cars****please do not let their reply deter you from going elsewhere.. They had the bank on the phone saying they were going to FedEx the check!!! They started will BS excuses.. He is an ABSOLUTE LIAR. I caused no scene.. I walked out the front door saying Id take my business elsewhere (I did) .. He actually chased me onto the adjoining property where I was parked, trying to get me to come back.. 😂 😂 😂 Too bad 4 you
I purchased a 08 infiniti M35X, cream on the inside, pearl white on the outside, Both Alexey and Scott were really great to work with and like most have said they are not pushy and are willing to go beyond just selling you a car, their customer service is great and after sales experience is wonderful should you experience any issues with your car later, would highly recommend them

2021-10-28Scott at champ motors was good to work with and Kind, went out if his way to get us fix up with our cars. Have to say I was little scared to send money and buy online but Scott follow though to the end. Here in West Virginia all the cars have rust so we decided to look far. We purchase 2014 BMW X1. And a 2003 x5. Scott follow though and tried to help me with all my concerns the best he could. He let us know when the cars were headed our way. Usually the next day we had our cars. Yes I will buy again. Be sure you ask questions so you have no surprises when your car arrives.

2021-07-07Had a great experience buying my Mercedes E350 from these folks. My salesman Scott was excellent to deal with. No hard sale tactics. Down to earth and no drama. I got a great deal on the car and the whole process couldnt have been easier. Scott answered every one of my texts and calls immediately and they were extremely busy too. Everyone at Champ Motors was helpful and friendly. Id definitely recommend them.

2022-06-25Ive purchased two cars form this company and both were immaculate and very reliable. It also doesnt hurt the fact that the customer service is beyond stellar. The quality of the product is undeniable. Thanks Scott and Alex for making each experience as pleasant as the last.

2022-07-25Scott was cool and great to deal with. Not pushy and very responsive. That being said, buying a car from Champ is one of the worst decisions I’ve made in recent memory… this is on me, as I bought the car “as is”. They do not do inspections before putting vehicles on the lot. Please have the vehicle your looking at inspected by a trusted mechanic. One day after purchase, the engine light is back on (after being assured that the chip just needed to be recalibrated) ($500) and the muffler has fallen off( another $500), and it goes downhill from there… I’m not saying not to buy a car from Champ. Just saying I wish I hadn’t…

2022-08-04My shopping experience with Champs was AWESOME.... I randomly stopped by and caught Scott doing a scheduled showing with another customer- I wasnt aware of scheduling an Appt-But Scott took the time to let me look at the vehicle and sit in it and answered all my questions. Little did I know he was actually under the weather and stayed to assist me!!!Long story short I returned the next weekend test drove the vehicle and made a deal that same day. Scott was super helpful and the deal went SUPER SMOOTHLY. No hidden fees no weird random charges. The advertised price was solid. About 30 mins after test drive I was on my way home with an amazing vehicle that Ive been enjoying everyday!!!!

2021-09-22I found the entire experience of buying my car to be stress free and straight forward. I responded to an ad on Autotrader.com and test drove the car the next morning. It was even better looking in person! I had it checked out by my mechanic the following day and Champ even gave me the Carfax. No pressure sales and no price gauging. I love my new ride!

2022-05-05Bought a 2007 Infiniti M35 7 years ago from here. I am still driving the car today which has 310k miles now, bought at 160k It has never left me stranded. Just thought I would drop in and show some love. I work at a dealership now and after reading some reviews. I am blown away at what some peoples entitlement are as well as their lack of knowledge of the business. Dealerships do not mark cars up 5k. The amount of money people believe we can discount cars and still make money is ludicrous. Give the dealerships a break, be reasonable, remember their a business, or go purchase your vehicle in full with cash.

2021-09-17I want to give a huge shoutout to Alexey and Scott for making a quick and easy buying process. They gave me a very fair deal on my trade in and put me in a very nice “new to me” car! From what my experience was they want to do nothing but help put their customers in great vehicles! 5/5 would absolutely recommend!
