This place is one of THE BEST places to move into in this area, and Ive visited over 15 apartments in Warner Robins, and this was BY FAR my favorite!! On top of being BRAND NEW, the staff was amazingly friendly!! (Thanks Joyce and Marissa) If we didnt have to move to a different state, I WOULD HAVE NEVER LEFT THIS PLACE!!! Where do I start............the pool/grill area was very nice and CLEAN!! They offer a day of relaxation in front of an outdoor fireplace, or for sunny days they have great lounge chairs around the SALT WATER pool!!! The exercise room has great up to date NEW equipment!! The community is gated, which makes you feel safe, and when you drive in you have a nice shiny Sheriffs car to greet you!! :) (He actually lives on the property). The trash and mailboxes are right in front for your convenience to get to, coming in or going out. Theres a nice walking trail, and car port to wash and vacuum your car FOR FREE! The community was SUPER quiet and ALWAYS CLEAN!! I had the 2 bed 2 bath floor plan, and it was PERFECTLY SPACIOUS!! I LOVED THE SET UP!!! (And thats a make or break for me) It makes you feel really good after a hard days work to drive in here! (well me at least) I think Im running out of characters, so Im going to stop here, LOL, but I just cant say enough GREAT THINGS about this community!! OH AND DID I MENTION THE PRICE IS VERY AFFORDABLE!!! SO SAD I HAVE TO GO!!! Thanks Joyce and Marissa.

This is an update to my original review of Chatham Parke Apartment about two years ago. I am still here and could not be happier with wonderful experience I have had living here for about 4 years now. There is NO comparison when it comes to the other apartment complexes in this area! The grounds continue to be excellently maintained and every issue that residents may encounter are handled immediately by the wonderful staff here! There is something to be said for having seasoned and experienced personnel that oversee the the day in and day out of the management of apartment complexes. I have experienced, in the past, at other apartment complexes where that was not the case! Here at Chatham Parke, you have staff that KNOW what they are doing and it SHOWS! Joyce and Christy in the office are phenomenal! I accidently threw my keys into the dumpster recently taking off the trash! I called the office and within minutes, Joyce was at my door in her trusty golf cart to assist! I had my keys back in less than 30 minutes! I cant say enough about how absolutely wonderful it is to live here. This is only one of the many incidences where they stop to assist their residents with any and all issues. I HIGHLY recommend Chatham Parke! It is gated, well-maintained, and absolutely beautiful!I have lived at Chatham Parke Apartments for about a year now. I have just renewed my lease for another year. This apartment community is a step above the rest. I have rented at other apartment facilities locally, so I know the best when I encounter the best. This is the best. The management team treats their residents with the utmost care and respect. Every minor issue I have had thus far has been addressed and handled quickly and proficiently. The office staff, Marisa and Joyce, are awesome and always go above and beyond to make their residents feel welcome whether its a new resident just moving in, but just as important, continue to make their residents feel welcome and part of the family afterwards! Not to mention how high-end the decor, grounds, and security is here! I am a single mother, so safety is paramount. Never has there been an issue with noise disturbances or any other issues for that matter. If looking for a great place to live, I would highly recommend Chatham Parke!

I love living here just hit 3 years and I will be moving on soon. Ms. Joyce is amazing and super sweet. They try to accommodate tenants needs like light bulbs going out, theyll have maintenance come change them. The pool is nice. Dog park available and for the most part kept clean. Super quiet and great size apartments

My wife and I lived here from November 2019 to November 2020. We absolutely loved our stay. The neighborhood is quiet, the apartment is beautiful, and the front office staff with was always extremely kind to us. The only odd thing we experienced were a frequent number of spiders that’d show up in our apartment. But it might have just been our building. Either way, it wasn’t enough to take away how much we enjoyed our stay. Chatham is first on my list for anyone looking for an apartment.

My brother lives here. Totally bomb apartment complex. The buildings are beautiful, seem to be well kept inside. The pool is gorgeous and always kept clean, with fancy bathrooms to change in as well. The decor and greenery around the complex is beautiful. If I needed an apartment Id probably live here. The only thing I think they should do is reduce the fee to have a second cat. Its pretty damn expensive to pay that fee a second time.

I lived there for about a year and a half, great place to live. Roomy apartments, quick maintenance guy who tries to get stuff done in 1-2 days,and honest management.Cost a bit more than the others but it beats having to fight management to get something fixed.

I’m writing this review because I’ve had so many bad experiences with landlords and apartment complexes and wanted to give Chatham Parke a shout out.This is the best place I’ve ever lived and was sad to go! Ms Joyce really helped me when I was in a tough spot. All around good people. Thank you!

Great apartments! Luxury, gated apartment community with resort-style saltwater pool with grills and top-of-the-line fitness room. Marissa and Joyce do a fabulous job of keeping the property in tip-top shape. These ladies are so professional and on the ball. Front office is gorgeous, and the grounds are pristine. Its quiet here also. Hardwood floors on bottom units, granite countertops in all units. We love our bottom unit, 1-bedroom with the sunroom. Very spacious! And, Jeff is so quick to come fix any issues in the apartment. Hes great too! Any request I put in usually gets fixed within 24 hours. You really cant ask for more. Worth every penny. Nicest luxury apartments in town. Be sure to come get on the waiting list if youre interested in living here. It stays full. My husband and I love living here. Been here almost 2 years. :)

Nice pool area with grills. The facilities are only 2 years old. Gated community with police officer. No tennis courts or play areas built in. Right across the street from restaurants and Kroger grocery store. Pricey compared to other apartments for the same sq footage.

Joyce Rogers at Chatham Parke apartment has been so good to me. At first they didnt have any opening but that didnt stop her from helping me find at place to live else where. She has always kept in touch and made sure i was updated with new information. Long story short because of her I was able to live in Chatham Parke apartments. Me and my kids thank you.
