The best hamburger place you can find. Very clean restaurant. We were so impressed with the staff at this location. Highly recommend.
This was our second trip to Cheeseburger Bobby’s.I got the bucket list burger.This particular week we had hamburgers at three different burger places. Weird I know but we were traveling and that’s just what happened.The burger was ok, the bun was okThe fixing bar was goodThe sauces were great!The fries were ok but neat that they came by while we were eating and offered more free fries.NICE TOUCH!Overall three stars. Looks better than they taste!My wife had the gluten free bun and well it was on the lower 1/2 of gluten free buns we have had. Sure it’s gluten free so what do you expect. But in this case the bun was a star at max.
They sell good Angus burgers. Choose your own toppings. Very reasonably priced compared to places like five guys.
The two chili cheese slaw dogs were good. The shortest wiener, teaspoon of chili, not worth $4. 59. Ripped off on Chili Cheese Fries $4.09. We are used to getting a good size red plastic basket full of in-house cut fried potatoes, cheese and smothered with chili. We received a cardboard Five Guys peanut type tray with a Few potatoes and a teaspoon of chili and cheese. The condiment cup of slaw for the dog was good even though a cup used for ketchup. We left hungry.
The service was fast, and the burger, fries, and blueberry cheesecake frozen yogurt were awesome! Will definitely come here again!
Food was good but if you show that you serve frozen custard .and dont have any that suck .didnt want to my money to another store

Such good burgers and fries! I love the fresh ingredients out for you to fix your burger the way you like it. They were out of gluten free buns on my visit, but they have two leaf lettuce choices to wrap your burger if you choose.I have been many times and only the one time were they out of gluten free buns, which are delicious along with the rest of the food served.
Not worth the price I payed for the burger, for $5 more dollars I couldve gone to five guys and had a much better burger. The fries were also soggy. The only redeeming factor was that the food came out reasonably fast and the staff were friendly.

(Much simpler than fuddruckers, but still has a great selection)I tried the chili for kicks & really enjoyed it. I’ll probably go back, just for that reason.I’m also enjoyed their sweet tea. I just wish I could get mine to taste that way!Nice area to eat outside.Next time we’ll try the ice cream & shakes!
The chicken fingers are the best kept secret in town! love the grilled chicken sandwich too. Fries..may be the best in town. Always clean and friendly employees.
First time eating here, like what they have going on. They make your burger and you put on all the toppings yourself. Burgers are very good. Hopefully next time around Atlanta will stop in again.

Loved my second visit in two days more than my first day. My first day I had only a cone. My second day had a free classic hamburger courtesy of texting a required text to join their text alerts. Beside the fries and the managers beautiful smile, I cant think of a better experience anywhere!

This is the best hamburger anywhere around! Friendly staff! Super clean and we love the atmosphere with Christian music and sports on the TV. The owners are so nice and hard working. We highly recommend this place ♥️
The food is always wonderfully delicious! But the customer service is exceptional! Its not often these days that you see young adults with such great customer service skills as these people! I love eating on the patio!
Spontaneous stop on the way home from Blue Ridge, GA to get a bite to eat and we were pleasantly surprised by the whole experience! Greeted by the staff and owner. The food was wonderful! We weren’t sure about the way we were supposed to get the toppings but had warm staff member walk us through and brought them to the table for us. The owner even gave us samples of the frozen custard to try because we had said it was our first time there and he didn’t want us to miss out on the treat. Next time, I will make sure to order it WITH the meal!!! It was soooo creamy and not too sweet! All in all, I wish there were more stars to give them!!! Thank you for a very enjoyable break from driving!
My family ordered 4 combos at $11.+ each before tax. Spending well over $40. The food was not up to standards. The meat was paper thin. Even though there were two patties it seemed like less than the amount of one full patty. The lettuce had black spots on it and the tea taste like the machine had not been cleaned. The staff was nice however there is absolutely no love felt in the food.
The Subway of hamburgers!Place your order at the counter and once its up, you go to the condiment counter to make it your own with whatever toppings you desire. Im gluten free and they also have a gluten free bun available which while tasty, falls apart while eating the sandwich. No matter, it was a good lunch and well be back when in the area again!
Wasnt impressive. You walk up to cashier and place your order, and when the burger is ready, it is brought out for you to dress with additions such as lettuce, tomato, onions, etc., and condiments of your choice. We got the meal that came with fries and a drink, and the total price for two meals was $22.00 + change.
I came in earlier today for the first time and I had the best experience in a restaurant, the employees were extremely helpful. I love the black and blue burger with onion rings that was recommended to me by the cashier. Even though I came in at what seemed to be the busiest time of the day, I was asked multiple times if I was doing alright, the girl working even took my tray after i was done eating! This was the cleanest restaurant Ive been too in a while. I would love to dine here again!
My favorite fast casual joint in town. Their chicken sandwich is to die for, and the fresh food is noticeable and delicious. The owners are there often and are so nice (but hard to tell apart lol!) And the employees are always cordial and cheerful. Do yourself a favor and try the custard! It is SO GOOD.
Ok. So Ive been here twice now. I waited for the second visit to write a review. The good: fries, customer service and cleanliness. The bad: the burger. Both times I had the mushroom Swiss burger and both times were severely overcooked and dry.Update to review. The chicken sandwich is delicious.
The burgers were OK, not anything special at all. The fries were good which is why I gave it two stars instead of one. The bathroom was disgusting, and it worries me when the soap dispenser is obviously watered-down. The coke tasted funny and my daughters water smelled moldy. The floors and boothes were dirty. I even overheard an employee talk about the smell of the water. I would not recommend this place.
Had a delicious meal here last night. Turkey burger with Swiss cheese was outstanding and the onion rings cannot be beaten! A few of the workers here are teenagers, most are more experienced. We thought it was cool to see some teenagers “stepping up” and experienced employees training them in light of the current labor crisis we hear about in the news every day! Way to go, Bobby’s!
Staff was friendly! Burger was horrible. Overcooked beef patty. Asked for them to remake the burger and I was told the only way their allowed to serve burgers was super well done.Update:Decided to give them another try. Staff was still very friendly and the store was very bright and clean. The owner and staff worked hard to resolve any issues that we may have encounter on our first go around. The burgers my wife and I had were delicious. The fresh condiments and sides really added quality to the experience. The custard was like eating cold creamy whip cream. It was very fluffy.
We love this Cheeseburger Bobbys. The staff is super friendly, the manager is always working hard in the kitchen getting the food made and everything is always fresh and hot. The crew takes the time to check on you while you are dining to see if you need anything. Our 5yr old asks us anytime we are out CAN WE GO TO CHEESEBURGER BOBBYS PLEASE!! So, If you are in the mood for a good burger ... Come to this location.
I had heard good things about Cheeseburger Bobbys so I gave them a try today. I dont know if its just this Cartersville location, but I wasnt impressed. Their dining room is closed; I ordered online and picked it up curbside. Their ordering system lets you give a tip in advance, which I did, so it would have been nice to at least get napkins in my bag. They didnt even provide plastic utensils to spread the condiments which come in containers. The fries were bland and saltless. The burger itself was ok, but not rave-worthy. I guess Ill try the Kennesaw location to give this chain one more chance.
We came in and ordered our food. My friend ordered a milkshake with her meal. We get our food. Still waiting on the milkshake. The guy starts making the shake and gets distracted, walks away passes out food. Goes back to the milkshake, pours it in a cup. Walks away. Distracted. Passes out more food. We ask for our shake again. I finally walk up to the counter , the shake was sitting there, I said, can we have the dang shake .? It was like water. We asked for another. They finally started making the shake. Then gave it to a different customer. It took 40 minutes to get a shake. Litterly. Our meal had been finished 10 min. When you hire nothing but kids. Your business suffers. Just saying.
My husband and I were here a few weeks ago. The service was awesome. They have a great group of hard working kids there! Food is also great!!
Burger was good. Ordered cheese fries and they brought out just plain fries so I showed them receipt and they said theyd bring out the cheese for both orders. After about 10 min I went in to check I thought maybe they were remaking the fry order and the guy said oh didnt I already bring you the cheese? Umm no, thats why Im asking. So they said theyd make new fries now and bring them out. They brought out 2 new orders of fries but just one small thing of cheese. The ice cream machine was also down the time I stopped by. I would give it another shot to see if the ice cream machine is back up and see if the service was better.
This was our first time eating at Cheeseburger Bobby’s, but it definitely won’t be our last! We had a little bit of everything (cheeseburger, chicken tenders, fries, onion rings, and ice cream......every single thing was delicious and exceeded our expectations. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Overall, it was an amazing dining experience!We will definitely be back.

The burgers are very tasty and the price is very fair. If you create a account on the website you get free fries on your first visit. The milkshake is okay, nothing special. If you like bacon burgers, theirs are very good
I hate to say this but the only thing bad about this place is the burger meat. Everything else is great, but the burger meat is bland, overcooked, and just not good.
This is to date one of the best Bobby’s I’ve ever visited. Friendly staff no matter the time of day, HOT fresh food, and so fast! We usually drive past a Bobby’s just to come to this one. Both owners are always genuine and caring, they’ll help you no matter how many other guests they have.Reminds me of a burger-styled Chick-fil-A! 😁
I had a great experience at Cheeseburger Bobbys tonight. I brought my whole family in and the manager was very engaging and helpful, as well as interested in how we were enjoying the meal. I generally have a difficult time finding places with good customer service. But their service was awesome. I hadnt been in months before this visit, but now I will keep them in the front of my mind when I go out again. Thanks guys!
This was the first time visiting this location and I wasnt too pleased with my food. Ordered the mushroom burger combo and the chili burger combo, both with wi onion rings and fries (half n half) and the fries were burnt and crispy. Not tasty at all.
We always enjoy Cheeseburger Bobbys and feel full and greatly satisfied when we leave. The atmosphere is wonderful. We are so pleased To see teenagers working there. A great place to learn great work ethics !!!! Great job kids!!!!

I want to start with I was a previous hospitality trainer for Chick-fil-A- to emphasize how good quality service is so important to me. Justin and Juliann were phenomenal! They went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and cared for! The food was YUMMY as always! 10 out of 10 recommend this place! Give Justin and Juliann a raise they TRULY deserve it!
Excellent restaurant in every way! Friendly staff, super helpful. Even helped look through the trash when child thought his toys were accidentally thrown away. The food was delicious. Great for those with special dietary needs: gluten free buns, veggie burgers, wheat buns, etc. My chicken breast was juicy and had great flavor from the flat top grill. Casual atmosphere, clean restaurant and bathrooms. Family friendly. Cooked to order meals. Add your own toppings from the toppings bar. No complaints among our group of 14. Custard was so creamy and light - a must try! Cant wait to go back!!! (And we live an hour away!)

Cheeseburgers are phenomenal! The Grilled Chicken Salad is a great addition to the menu. These guys can feed the multitudes with their catering services. My customers are always excited when they know they are about to receive Cheeseburger Bobby’s. Great staff!Just had a phenomenal burger. Came back from the west coast and had a meal at “ In and Out Burgers.” The have good food and a great reputation. My meal at this Cartersville CheeseBurger Bobby’s was infinitely better. Love this place. The staff is always so kind! Ive seriously never been to a restaurant with such consistent customer service. The dining room, condiment bar, and restrooms are always clean and well stocked. The food is quick, fresh, and hot. They are great about accommodating dietary concerns.
Today was our first visit at this Cheeseburger Bobbys and it was an excellent experience! The attention to detail from the moment we entered until we left was exceptional. Everyone we encountered was kind, smiling and offered their name and assistance if needed. The restaurant was clean and well kept. Many options for toppings, sauces and seasoning for the fries. We will be back here more often!
First time ever eating at a Cheeseburger Bobbys. The burger I got was really tasty, the staff was very friendly, and the shakes we got after eating are on point. Totally worth the trip, and I recommend this location to anyone who likes good burgers.
Son rated his burger in his top 5. My chicken sandwich had an an excellent flavor and sear, but was a bit rubbery. Loved the toppings, seasoning and sauce bar (wish it had baby spinach). The fries were very good, but quantity was tiny. The sundae was delish but very rich. The staff was very attentive and friendly.
The staff was incredibly kind. My fries were a bit burnt, and the burger was just ok. Unfortunately the custard machine was also out of order. I still give it 4 stars because the staff was just so welcoming. Well done, Jacob and company.

Girlfriend went and picked up burgers ordered us two bacon cheeseburger and chili cheese fries. Our bacon cheeseburger comes with two slices of bacon and that’s it. No cheese, no lettuce, no anything. Tasted very well done, almost crunchy. Didn’t give us chili cheese fries either?? Pretty disappointed for the 10 dollar price point.Then she asks a manager (wearing a button up) “do you have hot sauce?” And he replies annoyed “yeah we do.” Without offering to hand her some, she asks may I have some please, and he grunts and hands it to her. Overall bad experience, would not recommend.
Stopped in from Alabama due to the high reviews. I was very disapointed with the food. People were nice but food tasted like store bought frozen parties. The french fries and chicken fingers were very over cooked. I really had high hopes but for 30+ dollars I really feel ripped off.
Great attitude of the employees, they really made my day! Wednesdays are .99 cent cones. But the burgers are amazing! They seem to enjoy their job and are happy you are here. I will definitely be back soon. Hope to see you there.
Less than expected. Not a fan of king Hawaiian buns. Not sure if they offer a different bun. Meat is like processed cheap cuts. The kind you would get frozen at a supermarket. Fries were very good. Cashier was slow. Customer service was good. Chefs were very friendly and helpful.Need to do something with the window shades. They let too much sun in and a wide gap on sides causes blinding spots.Store was clean and atmosphere was what one would expect from a burger joint. Music and customers were not loud.
Good burgers made to order. Love the fries- they are awesome especially since you get to customize. Custard is too rich for my taste but kids think its awesome. This location had super friendly and nice staff.

The burgers are always perfectly cooked. And I know most people probably don’t care about the burger toppings when you go to a burger place but the toppings are always so fresh. All the veggies are always perfectly fresh and make the burger even better. And the fried are always so crispy. You always know exactly what you are going to get. I am not sure if all cheeseburger Bobby’s are this way but the cville location is always great.

Great cheeseburger and fresh cut fries, but my favorite is the marinated grilled chicken sandwich. Also the beef is fresh, not frozen! Also a toppings bar, and seasonings for fries.Thank you to the cook, Aaron, and my server, Kendayln. Both knowledgeable and very polite. This place has consistently excellent burgers, fries, hot dogs, and chicken strips. We really like the toppings bar because that really makes the difference between a good hamburger and a great hamburger, and the variety of seasonings for the fries. Every place needs to have fry seasoning. Weve been to all of the Cheeseburger Bobbys in the region and the food is consistently excellent, the restaurants are clean, and the staff is always super nice, super friendly, and accommodating. Well done!

First Timer. Absolutely AMAZING service! The burgers were great with the toasted buttered bun. Also the hotdogs were really good as well, with the buttered bun...I would just like the cole slaw a little sweeter. However, a wonderful experience overall!!!
I would like to give a update. I see that I gave a review 3 years ago. That review was good. But I have to say that they have gone downhill from there. Went yesterday after church and it was not good. The burgers were dry and hard. The onion rings were way over cooked and hard. Same for my husbands food. We were so disappointed. This was our go to place for eating burgers out. We will not be going back ☹️.

Delicious, fresh cooked meat and fresh chopped toppings. A little light on choices, but if youre wanting a burger with lettuce and tomato, these guys have EXCELLENT food to suit your taste! Definitely recommend!
I ordered my cheeseburger and onion rings thru DoorDash. The delivery service was awesome but I can’t say that for my meal. I asked for grilled onions and if they were on there I didn’t see them. I had to put my own condiments on and the onion rings were far less than I expected. The only thing positive for my experience was the price was very reasonable
Whoa.. Ive had better burgers at Dairy Queen. My flip flop tastes better. Been a very long time since Ive had a worse burger. Cooked to the consistency of a hockey puck. What a waste.

My family and I make it a point to stop at one every time we are in the area. The service is friendly and the food is fresh. I love getting to make my fries and burger exactly the way that I want. Different types of fixings and fry seasonings make it hard to complain. They refill fries. My daughter dropped hers and they came with more. Free burger for joining the club is extra nice way to win me so... we need one in Gwinnett.
Since it was my cousin and I first time it was very expensive for our family. For us to get burnt burgers, fries, and buns But since we were coming from out of town and very hungry we ate it. But not worth the value

There is no other word for the food at Cheeseburger Bobbys but phenomenal. Best burger & fries out there (chain wise). Super fresh toppings and all the toppings you can imagine!Staff at this store are so accommodating and nice.

I’ve been to other locations and have had a better experience. Young man Collin took our order collected payment and gave receipt without a “Thank you”. But what really bothered me was how that same cashier went around all tables but ours asking if they needed anything. Then about 3-4 of other of the staff members stood by the register talking with no care. I regret ever stopping by this location.
Its always clean, and the staff is very friendly. The burgers are good as well as the fries. I would go just for the cleanliness to be honest.

Its just an ok burger. Kind of like a Fuddruckers but with more grease. The traffic flow in here is a bit awkward as the toppings bar is in the middle of the main walkway to drinks and bathrooms. There were a lot of people bumping into each other.However, the staff is super friendly. Everyone was very nice. And the restaurant was really clean and tidy.
The restaurant is always clean! The staff is amazing! And they have one of the best burgers in town! I also love that I can choose what toppings/seasoning go on my burger and fries, and that I can pick how much of it I want.

My mistake for coming to a bobbys connected to a bojangles. They first got my order wrong by giving me cheese I specifically said I did not want. They offer to make me a new one, but when I get up for this fresh burger its the same burger with the cheese poorly scraped off the top. On top of that, I got food poisoning not long after I left. The staff was very polite, but as I work in the food industry, I wonder if they were being so nice because they meddled with my burger (which would explain my tummy upset). Love this franchise, hate this location.
It was my first time here. They make a good hamburger and Id recommend the cheese fries. I had the black and blue burger today and I was very satisfied. The employees could use a little more enthusiasm and personality.
Not sure how you got a 2 star rating from me. Hacker maybe? Would not have known about that unless you had replied, and Im glad you did. CB is the best burger place in town, as far as my wife and I are concerned. If we could give 6 stars, we would.
Very good every time we’ve been here. This is one of my son’s favorite places to eat. The restaurant is very clean and the staff is usually pretty helpful!
We went in about 30 minutes before close and the staff were more than happy to serve us. The food was delicious, the restaurant was clean and the werent too bad either. The atmosphere was also better than some other Bobby s Ive been to. Also, they serve alcohol which is a major benefit.

They dont have mustard available with the other condiments .. they have it in plastic ramekins. The mens room was a sauna . The burger was good flavor, but the patty was too thin for the bun. The fries were cold and too crunchy.
The employees were pleasant. Safety measures are in place. Masks worn my employees, social distancing of tables, and condiments on request. I enjoyed my turkey burger.
I really enjoy eating at this particular location, the service is great and friendly and the food is consistently good. The only reason I didnt give five stars was due to my fries not being as fresh as I would have liked, they were by no means cold or past their time just not as hot and crispy as they usually are.
Good burgers and some unique options. You can add your own seasoning for the fries and there are several choices. However, this is one of multiple burger places in town and it doesnt seem to stand out enough to be exceptional for the price.
My husband and I enjoy trying out different hamburger places wherever we travel and live. Cheeseburger Bobbys in all of their locations is by far at the top of our list. Their service food and overall theme is fantastic. We jokingly thought of starting up the Cheeseburger Bobbys fan club. We highly recommend any of their locations but our favorite continues to be Canton, Georgia.
Good food, fast service, friendly staff. My only issue was that the chili on the chili cheeseburger was too thin and made the burger a bit too sloppy for my taste. It was good, but messy.
Bobby’s is always a great place to go. The food is fresh and very good. The staff isattentive and the restaurant is always clean. I also love the music.

Buzzer did not work so our food was ice cold. No offer to refire since they were closing at 8pm for Fathers day. Service was rushed and not friendly. $30 cold junk. No pride in their work, they should be embarassed and close this location. Complete waste of my money, do not frequent this location! Not worth the hype in the least.

I love this place but have been disappointed twice when ordering delivery. Every time I am missing something on my order. They do refund me but whats chicken tenders without the fries?
Patties were a bit small and flavor was not that impressive. French fries were ok.Adding our own condiments was a nice option.Ill drive a bit further to find a Five Guys next time.
The staff is always smiling and pleasant to talk to .Theyve got the kitchen down to a science, rarely making incorrect orders .The food is like lead (in a good way) its heavy and fills you up, that being said you get what you pay for: a meal .Every time I visit theres tables open, everything is clean, the toppings are fresh .Arguably my favorite resteraunt .

My experience here was amazing! I will say the atmosphere in the Cartersville location is much less burger joint than the Hiram location. Honestly, it looks like many other fast food restaurants. Howevet, the service was quick and enjoyable. Now, onto the food. The burgers were pretty good, great even, but the showstopper is the custard (similar to icecram). Its so smooth and creamy. Plus, its not overbearingly sweet, which I love.
I had the mushroom Swiss burger. It was very good. And the bun was good! I love a good bun!☺The frozen custard with hot fudge and cashews was great too. And the cashier was very sweet and helpful.
Cheeseburger Bobbys is a very nice fast food restaurant. The restaurant is clean, the employees are knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. They have outside dinning, a nicely set up condiment and vegtable island for you to dress your own sandwiches. The only thing that could be better is the space around the island is too small.
Met the owner this morning, he was very pleasant. Food was great and customer service was amazing from the time I arrived till the time I left. Thank you guys so much!

Always good food. Went in with coupons and gave them to counter staff. Ordered, paid and sat down to wait for food. Looked at my receipt...paid full price for everything. They were very apologetic and gave us a revised receipt that used our coupons. Saved $8. Check your receipts!
They are always friendly however this time not as friendly as they have been in the past and it wasnt busy at all the workers were preoccupied talking with one another and not greeting the customers however the food was good and the price was decent so we will return.
Burger was delish, fresh vegetables to load on yourself. The cook was friendly only thing I paid $10 for burger fries and a drink but my fries were like the bottom of the bag crumbs. I couldn’t even eat them. I just picked thru and ate the few actual fries that were on top and not the small crumbs. But other than that was good. Could of complained and gotten a hot and fresh order of fries but didn’t bother. Don’t need the carbs anyway.

Was driving through going back to MN looking for a place to eat, I’m not a big person on burgers but this is one of the best burger places I’ve ever been too. Very inexpensive, the employees were super nice! Definitely recommend the place, whether you are a local or just driving by!
Visited this place a few times but this time wasnt the same pumps for the mustard and other condiments were broken. One employee seemed to be lost and really didnt know what to do.
I am beyond in love with this place. Employee interact is top knotch. The food O.M.G chill cheese burger is outstanding. Im from Tennessee and Bobbys is most definitely a must stop for me now.Only issue is space its a little tight in the pick up window area. But way to go Cheese burger Bobbys
We eat here way too often! Great burgers and chicken. Especially love their veggie burger with cheese and guac. They’ve got a great crew, too, which makes the dining experience that much better!
Great food, friendly helpful staff (when I asked about a small size custard for my kids, the person behind the counter offered to split the medium or large into two cups - this is very thoughtful since most parents want to limit their kids sugar intake). Fries and peppermints brought around to your table is a nice touch (although Ive never had enough room left for MORE fries) :-)
It was 9:00pm and they were cleaning the store. When we pull up . i open there door and ask if they were close . They told us no they were not and welcome us in . We had a group of 7 . Jennifer took our order. She was very helpful . jordon help us when we got our food. Michael was the cook and it was fantastic thank yall so much

Cheeseburger Bobbys is a burger place. I have had a cheeseburger and a chicken sandwich at separate times and the burger was the better of the two. Its a little pricey for a quick burger but the quality is good, the portions are sizeable, and you have a whole bar of toppings and sauces to choose from if you wish. The custard we sampled was also good, very rich. If you like fresh cut fries then youll love theirs.

Cheeseburger Bobbys is of the chain delicious! Today was our first time eating there and it was SOOO good. I get the mushroom swiss and my hubby got the Carolina burger. We also had cheese fries & chili cheese fries. Everything was so fantastic. We even ended up buying an ice cream sundae after they offered us a free sample. We will definitely be back!

Cheeseburger Bobbys make a great hamburger. Youll need to be in the mood because there is no drive-thru and the wait will take a few minutes because they make it to order. Its worth the wait.

Cheeseburger place. French fries are like 5 guys but less greasy. They have a bar with lettuce, tomato, pickles, onions, hot peppers so you can dress up your burger the way you want it. They also have mayo, ketchup, mustard, ranch, sriracha mayo, Bobby sauce. They also have hot dogs and chicken sandwiches. For desert they have custard.
This is my favorite place to grab a quick lunch in Cartersville. The food is great, the place is always clean, and the staff is professional and courteous. The is what fast casual dining is supposed to be.

2022-07-11Came in yesterday with wife and son around noon (Sat. July 11, 2022). Place was moderately busy but started getting busier close to 12:30.If you havent been to a Cheeseburger Bobbys its basically a burger bar with other menu items.When we entered we were greeted by cheerful staff. The young guy at the counter (Blake) was professional and very friendly, and quickly took our order. We got our drink cups and sat to wait for our burgers.Burgers came out in about 5 minutes, and everything was cooked to perfection.I had the Bobbys burger, just a basic burger, with some fries. The burger was fresh and had the perfect amount of tenderness and moisture. The fries were fried to an awesome golden brown and had the ultimate blend of crispness on the outside and good old fresh tenderness on the inside. At the fixins bar I added my mandatory mustard, jalapeños and onions. All the bar items were fresh.My wife tried the turkey burger and really enjoyed it. I also tried a bite and agreed. Our son had a bacon burger and even though he wasnt hungry he finished it, since he said it was very good.I had the unsweetened tea mixed with lemonade, tea was fresh and good.All in all the place is in a great location near everything downtown, easy access from Main St., the staff are professional, efficient, and friendly, the joint is clean, and prices are on par with similar establishments, so you definitely cant go wrong. If you are new to Cheeseburger Bobbys, then definitely give them a try. If youre an old school CB lover, youll be happy with this location.

2021-09-13It’s a burger bar!!!They fix your meat and you do the toppings!It’s attached to bojangles so don’t be confused there is no drive thru. The seating is set up nicely great for kids families and friends. I enjoyed the out door seating. It’s covered with about 4-5 tables and a trash can outside. There are gloves and hand sanitizer available for you as well. I had a cheese burger and was curious about the onion rings so the cook through one in my fry batch! Very nice customer service.It is located in a great area, lots of shopping and entertainment in close proximity.

2022-06-01Nice evening out. No waiting, employees were Very friendly & efficient. Our sandwiches were very tasty & well-prepared! The facility was very clean (employees were constantly cleaning...floors, tables), and they took away our used trays, etc., so we didnt have to clean up when ready to leave. Very good job by this particular Bobbys crew!

2022-06-26First time coming here, ordered takeout, 2 burgers and 2 chili cheese fries. I got the smokehouse burger and a bacon cheeseburger for my boyfriend. The burgers were good but not amazing. The fries were terrible, maybe just a bad batch but they were extremely hard, very bland, super hard to eat to the point we ended up not eating them at all. Otherwise the service was great and fast but comparable to the nearest Culver’s I could’ve had an entire edible meal with the same exact things for the same price.

2021-07-22This was the WORST BURGER AND WORST EXPERIENCE.Today was my first time coming to a Cheeseburger Bobbys. Boy, was I disappointed. I placed my order online for curbside pickup and entered my vehicle info, etc. I arrived early and waited. When my order didnt come out on time, I called to notify them I was there. They brought it. Out. I ordered the bucket list burger but when they handed me the bag, it felt empty. I had also added and paid for loads of extras. Anyhow, I glanced in the box and it was only meat and cheese. The bacon and egg that was supposed to be on this burger was missing. Also, the blue cheese and mushrooms I added was missing. As well as the pickles. I had to go inside to have it corrected. They carried my plate to the back and added to the existing burger. They brought it back and still no blue cheese. Also, the tiniest onion ring ever on the burger. When I pointed out that it still wasnt right, they handed me my blue cheese in an open container as you can see in the picture to carry by hand out of the restaurant, knowing it was for carryout. I got back to work with my food and you cant even cut through the patties. Theyre seriously HARD AS A ROCK. So freaking weird.For $13, Im pretty disappointed in the food and service and I wont be back. No apologies were given either. Weirdest/strangest restaurant or fast food experience Ive had by far. I wont be back.

2022-06-27Cheeseburger Bobby’s is one of my favorite restaurants! The food is always absolutely delicious no matter what you order!! My personal favorite is the cheeseburger and fries meal. The Cheeseburger Bobby’s Sauce is so good it’s addictive. It is delicious on anything that it’s added to. The chicken finger meal, Carolina Burger, and Chicken sandwich are all very, very tasty! The onion rings are huge and are consistently cooked to crunchy perfection! They are some of the best that can be had anywhere!! I particularly like the Cartersville location because it has excellent service, is spotlessly clean, and has a beautiful patio. They play uplifting music. The patio is large with nearby trees. It’s shielded from the parking lot by a slatted fence that has been added above the porch railings. The temperature on the patio is always comfortable thanks to the shading, overhead ceiling fans, and patio heaters that are utilized in winter. The patio is very attractive with the addition of potted plants and hanging lights. We love this location so much that we frequently make the half hour drive to eat here even though there is a perfectly good Bobby’s located closer to us. This one is just the nicest every way you look at it. Highly recommend!
