WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE! After trying other car lots and wasting so much time, we ended up here. Erin was amazing!! She had us in the exact car we came to look at in under 2 hours with an affordable payment! We will always come here first!!!

Believe the negative reviews you see here and run! They post cars they do not even have on their lot and tell you its in the shop but you can come see it the next week. We waited on a car for three weeks finally to be told it would be there on Monday and if we wanted it we had to come down there that day or send a money order thru Western Union ( would not take debit or credit on phone). We live an hour away and told them we could not get off work to come down there. We were assured it would be on the lot the next day. We then told them we wanted them to check and confirm that all options were in good working order and as the engine had been replaced (supposedly) we needed to know if it was a new engine or rebuilt . We never got an answer on any of it just continued promises the car would be ready the next day…every single day. Finally on Friday we were told it would not be ready until Monday. We gave up and went car shopping all day Sat. We found the same car, only newer and less miles and better service by a dealership than we had ever had. We paid cash and drove home. Do not waste your valuable time . Just go to Nalley Acura in Marietta, ask for Charles or Chris Pugh. You won’t regret it! By the way, the review we posted for them was the complete opposite of this one.
Travis, our sales man, was wonderful! He was amazing! He accommodated his schedule for us to come in when he didn’t have to do that! We love our new vehicle, if i were to get another car in the future id definitely come here and to go to him!

The service I received was absolutely terrible! It took about an hour for them to copy my ID and insurance information to test drive a car and when the lady saw that it was behind three other vehicles she said Im not moving those cars to get to that one sorry and I left she was talking nasty to some other customer on the phone the whole time I was waiting. One of those people that you know has a terrible life and takes it out on everyone else.

I guess its only fair I give at least some stars. You guys definitely pushed obtaining the extended warranty on the Jeep Grand Cherokee that I purchased 2 months ago exactly. Ive had to get the thermostat replaced, water pump replaced, cooling temp sensor...this is just the stuff that my family and I decided to do. Being that we have several other priorities in our life that requires attention, guess well head onto the other suggestions given on the vehicle when time permits (which they are pricey). I definitely understand what as is means but when you give a customer your word that things are being looked at before leaving the lot and they have to complete major work within 2 months...sort of leaves you feeling duked. Because the thermostat was said to us it was replaced when we brought it. Or how the fuse box is missing the cover, which every mechanic that has looked at it said...that is a major thing that should be covered. But hey...life is life I guess.
We purchased a vehicle 18 days ago and it is overheating. I called Dominic to inform him and he said take it to a Jaguar dealer since you brought the extended warranty. I asked him if they had any culpability to fix it since I just purchase it 18 days ago and he said.no. Do not waste your time or money on a place that doesnt stand by the reliabilityof thier products.

This place is just messed up- drove 2hrs to see a car that they told me over the phone it was available. Got there test drove the car and I loved it !! Now get this! I filled out all the paperwork And was handling him the check he leaves for a minute comes back and tells me someone had put a deposit down on this car earlier! What the hell!! Apparently nobody knows what there doing
Im an African American Police Officer and have been for over 30 years. On February 28, 2022 I visited Cherokee Auto to purchase a vehicle I saw on CarGurus. I stood waiting in this very small dealership for over 5 minutes with no acknowledgement. An older white couple came in and salesman Dominique immediately jumped to his feet and asked them if he could assist them. After learning that the car they came in to see was sold, Dominique gave them a card and invited them back if they see anything else they like. I stood watching this in amazement and he still failed to acknowledge my presence. I finally walked out, went around the building and walked in another door. Dominique was at the copier and had no choice but to pass me so he asked in a low tone of voice May I help you. I asked was there a particular door that one needs to enter to get served. After not responding to my question he asked if i was looking at a car and I responded yes and told him which vehicle. He gave me the keys and stated Dont drive it off the lot, you can crank it and look, but dont drive it off the lot. I responded by saying If I do drive it off the lot, you can keep my 2019 Corvette Z06 Convertible I drove here in. I of course decided to look else where for a car especially realizing Cherokee Auto sales cars were previous in accidents. I called and spoke with the owner Jamey Richman and told him of my experience. Jamey stated that Dominique was his uncle and was not a racist. Because I never said Dominique was a racist, I at that moment realized not only is Domonique a racist, but so is Jamey. This dealership is selling substandard previously wrecked cars to the public and clearly practices racism.

Travis is a liar the engine light came on 2 days after buying the car they rigged the light changed the price in the middle of the sale and in all the process I missed it and they cheated me out of an additional 4000.00. Do not buy from this place go some where else. They rig the cars to sale them and hide behind as is knowing what they have done truly dishonest and rip off’s.
I only gave them a 1 bc I couldnt give them a zero. I was there looking at cars for 25 minutes b4 anyone said a word to me and a lady finally did, she said 3 of the 4 cars that I wanted to see had to be repaired and the other one was not even there. Worst customer service ever! All the cars were packed in this little space and it would probably take them 45 minutes to get them out if you wanted to test drive one. Do Not buy from them!

Went here to look at a rav4 with a friend and the heat didnt work. The sales guy was nice enough, but based on his responses he knew the heat didnt work even though we told him she would have her 1 year old in the car. Thankfully she didnt buy it. We shouldve believed the reviews.
This was a good experience Ive been all over Atlanta trying to find a car with a low down payment and a good car, they had exactly what I wanted and did a deal that I rolled off the lot with the car I wanted. TRAVIS WAS MY SALEMAN and he was so upfront and honest. Thank you guys.
I will give them... they give you tons of personal attention and really want to get you a car. They also constantly change how much your down payment is for the same car. At first for my sons Cadillac it was $1500, then $2000 down. We show up with the $2000 down just to be told sorry its $2500 down. Within 36 hours of him buying the car, the car needs a new transmission. Save your time and money, buy from absolutely anyone else.
Dealt with David Mosley personally. That was my first mistake. Went downhill quickly from there. Apparently the hot car market has robbed this guy of manners, integrity, and honesty. Best of luck!

This dealership thinks they can get way with scams just because they are a dealership some one need to investigate this car lot they are taking advantage of older people, the Delear sold my grand mother a Lexus that has check engine light on with a transmission problem, then they told my grand parents to buy warranty and not to worried about the check engine light because the Lexus dealership will fix all the problems with the car in 30 days.Please don’t purchase any car from them because they are getting suedThank you for any one has read this review

1/5/2022 They have a maroon 2016 Ram 1500 Express for sale for $17,995. Their AutoCheck report indicates no accidents and no airbag deployed. However my credit union pulled the carfax report and this truck was wrecked on March 11th 2019 and the airbag did deploy. Damage was to the front, the right corner and the right side. So this truck has been rebuilt and the dealer doesnt use Carfax so they apparently dont know about it to disclose it. The finance manager has now been notified of the damage and said they will check out Carfax. But buyer beware, my credit union would not finance this truck with the history that it has.

Amy was so eager to sell my son a car that she told my son-in-law to add him and the car on our insurance just UNTIL funding went thru and then remove him after (she’s conning the banks as well). Only to call and threaten my son with a repossession if he didn’t have the car back in 90 minutes. Mind you, the bank hadn’t paid Cherokee yet. Thankfully my son was able to return the car and get the bank to deny the deal. Any REAL dealership will tell you the car has to be insured under the registered owners policy ONLY. This place is a scam. And her attitude is very poor. Now she refuses to give my son his $2500 down payment.

They have one price listed, but will charge you several thousands more, because the list price was the cash price. Car had mechanical issues, but is as is / no warranty. Dealership does have a service dept, but youll be waiting a month for them to get to you. Theres so much more, but Ill stop here.I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALER!!!
If I could do zero stars I would I had deal worked out and the sold the car from up under with a deposit sent by zelle and 5 thousand check in hand for down payment. I stay in jonesboro I had to take an hour drive two times I even offer to buy the car straight cash. They sold it to another buyer.

Tried contacting this dealership for over a week and was told yesterday that a car I was specifically asking after had sold...despite it being on the website even today as I write.The worst is that my son and I went to look at the car last week Saturday and were told that some people had it out on a drive. They didnt even listen to hear what car we were looking for.Bait and switch in action. The deal wasnt too good...but just enough too good.I had high hopes based on other reviews.

Bought my truck from them last week, couldn’t be happier. The service was ok, can’t complain with the amount of customers that walk in, and the calls. They are truly busy but they could use a bigger lot and bigger team. Other than that I got my truck and was out the door in a couple of hours. They work well with banks and can get approval fast. Only words of advice is look at what your buying and do your own history on it, will be a lot faster for both parties!They do have some good deals, not all!
Wouldnt trust anything their “mechanic” touches he cant even wear his boots right let alone fix a vehicle, the cars there are horrid and rigged to last a couple days after sale
I bought a car in July it ran fine I had to put 3,500 down and my payment is still sky high ! It was a trainee helping me get the car she never suggested a warranty I was told I had to get it myself ! It’s now November and I have a blown head gasket these cars are LEMONS ! Do not waste your time with theses rude and unprofessional people !

Absolutely adore the married couple. I got a decent deal on a Honda Odyssey. Had to buy new brakes 3 days after I purchased it. Taking it to a shop this week to see why its shaking. I would purchase again only because of the great customer service.
Stayed at the dealership until 10pm waiting on financing approval. Was told they were 100% sure I was approved they didn’t know what rate or payment yet. I said I will come back tomorrow because it was late and they would call me and have all paperwork ready so I could run in and sign and go. They didn’t call so I called around noon and was told they would call me back. I never received a phone call in fact still have not and it was days ago. This would have been the 2nd vehicle I bought there. Very disappointed in the carelessness and poorly ran office. Rodney nor Dominic called me. Unbelievable! Never go there again and will make sure everyone I know knows this.

I was recently in the market for a new vehicle. Unfortunately my rental ended on a Saturday and i was scheduled to return to work Monday so I’m was in desperate need of a new car. Luckily for me, Cherokee auto sales was one of the only dealerships open on a Sunday. I checked out their inventory and liked about 4 cars. I came in, met with Julie told her my needs and she immediately suggested 2 different trucks. She was very helpful, knowledgeable and patient while I test drive several different cars. I’m a very picky consumer and Julie was the perfect salesperson for my indecisiveness. I fell in love with a blue f150 that i had to have!! The truck was a beauty and the engine looked and sounded flawless!! I didn’t have all the necessary documents to submit at the time but they allowed me to later submit, given my desperation. I’ve since returned, submitted everything and haven’t had any issues with my truck or relationship with Cherokee auto. They even allowed me to drive the truck for a month without the gps. When i finally brought it in to have the gos installed, Erin was a rockstar at assisting me to ensure my vehicle was secured! I highly recommend and will be returning for my next vehicle purchase!
I bought my 2013 Ford Escape from Cherokee Auto almost 3 weeks ago and I am still all smiles!! Jennifer and Julie were so friendly and so helpful. The pics are of clean, well maintained vehicles. The vehicles are not cleaned and they have them sitting on the lot dirty. We drove over an hr to get to the lot, then we have to wait over an hr to get it detailed. As a business, when you purchase a car, the first thing you should do is have it cleaned. It should not be available for sale until its all together for purchase. Bad business....shouldve read the reviews before coming. I probably would have 📞 called to tell them to clean it before coming. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

I just wanted to say Thank You! My husband and I came in Monday looking for a vehicle for me. I have to say, the service we received was excellent! Id like to thank Dominic and his wife for the wonderful customer service and attention to detail. Dom and his wife, Leslie, went above and beyond, were patient, and never once pushed to make a sale. I had originally found 2 cars I liked, completely different styles (one a Pathfinder and one an Altima, both perfect as family cars), but I couldnt make a decision, even though I was leaning towards one more than the other. Dom gave us all the information (estimated payments, etc.) for both cars, including the car reports for both. A few minutes of talking it over with my husband and I made a decision. Everything was quick during the buying process. We ended up using the in house financing, and couldnt be happier with our purchase! Thank you to everyone at Cherokee Auto Sales!

I was so nervous buying a car from a used car lot. I picked up a 2016 Jeep Wrangler and I have zero regrets. We test drove it all over, and went home without it to think it over. My husband called back and was told someone else was looking at the Jeep and my heart BROKE. We called the next morning to find it was still on the lot and we drove straight there to get it. When you go in ask for the “married couple.” I spoke to Leslie (wife) previously over the phone and let her know my unique situation. She went above and beyond to make it work for me. Also the finance manager doesn’t have you waiting around for hours on a response as to if you’re going to be approved for the car not, nor does he stay hidden in a room on the other side of the building you can’t see, with the blinds shut! The car we ended up purchasing was a 2017 Malibu with no prior accidents, 20,000 miles and no previous owners. The deal was a steal! Everyone was very friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. I will definitely be back to do business again.
Purchased a car from Dominic on 9/1/2020. I had the car inspected which I recommended having any car that youre looking to buy inspected no matter where youre buying. I just took mine to my regular tire shop to check for rust and any visual issues. Cherokee Auto provided an Auto Check which is a better version of carfax. The car I purchased ended up being cleaner in person than it was on their website. Dominic was very accommodating and just an overall professional. The owner was there as well and provided some extra reassurance. I would absolutely recommend Cherokee Auto Sales to my friends and family.

I did my research on buying a new suv. I checked the CarFax on several ones. Also went to some lots to see their inventory. The last one I wanted to look at was at Cherokee Auto Sales. I noticed a 2013 red Volvo XC60 with 121,000 miles on it. When I first pulled up I was greeted by THE BIRDMAN asked what I was looking for in a vehicle. I said that I wanted to look at suvs. He showed me where all the suvs where and said please look around and pick out which ones you might be interested in and I’ll get the keys. I picked out two.He grabbed the keys. He told me about each car and asked if I would like to take one for a ride. I chose the Volvo. I drove it and fell in love with it.THE BIRDMAN sat me down and explained all my options. Needless to say I drove home in a beautiful Volvo and for a great price! Very Rude, disrespectful!It wasnt about the discount, It was about me telling the salesman I was coming up to look at the truck and it had not been cleaned since the trade in. It was still filthy and I had been asking about the truck for a week. I told her I was driving 2hrs to come look at the truck, also called on the way up. to make sure it was still available.The driver side door handle was broken, the check engine and the thermostat light was on, the tires scrubbed on every turn. I pointed all this out to the lady on the test drive, that why I asked was that the best offer. Turns out the car I wanted that was listed online did not have a functioning engine even though it was normal price. Once the owner realised that the car was not available for sale, she just ghosted me. Literally stopped texting me in the middle of a text conversation. The car is still listed online even though the engine doesnt work.
Put in a finance application for a car and they sold it to someone else. Didn’t even contact us to say approved, denied or that it was sold. Found out while looking at the website to purchase a 2nd vehicle. My daughter was crushed… who does that time people? THE ABSOLUTE WORSE!!!! I’d give 0 stars if I could.

Cars advertise beautifully on the website, but in person its a NO! Theyre scratched, stains in the carpets & seats (along with ripped & torn seats) chips in windows that are surely soon to form a complete crack; and although I am NOT A CAR SPECIALIST, I would swear that the mileage & year model, along with price just dont add up... Especially when dealing with BMW, AUDI, ACURA OR LEXUS!!Just my honest & humble opinion

2 reasons for this rating: 1) their business practices 2) their title management. Plus their communication about these two things.First, their business involves buying from auction, cleaning the car, giving it an oil change, and putting it on the lot. They dont perform ANY repairs or maintenance and all cars are sold AS IS, no warranty (not even 30 days). They sell 120 cars per month on average, so they dont care about the customer--another will be along within an hour or two. Surprisingly, this isnt abnormal for used car sales, but this is why used car salesmen have such a bad reputation. All they care about (in stereotype and with this company) is moving the car off the lot.Second, they dont even BEGIN to process the titles for sold cars until AT LEAST 30 days. Sometimes, its not until 45 days (AFTER your temporary tags expire!). This is because THEY DONT HAVE THE TITLE! Some other company holds the title to these cars and they have to wait on them to get the title themselves. Other reviews confirm this as do the sales people in the office. This means, you will get to drive your new car off the lot and enjoy it for 45 days before you have to let it sit in your driveway and not drive it. (Uber? Car rental? Youll be considering these options...)Finally, their communication over these two facts is horrendous. They hide both of them from you until you drive your car off the lot. Then, when you realize that your new car has several maintenance issues, theyre totally on you. And when you try to tag your car three weeks later only to realize that they havent sent the title, youre forced to sit tight and wait for Amber and the clearing house to get around to it.Overall, you can save money here, but it will cost you in other ways. If you buy a car here, be prepared for maintenance and repairs FROM THE START. If you are very patient and very handy, this is an OK place to buy. If you arent both patient and handy, though, you should look elsewhere for a car.

I purchased a vehicle from this dealership two months ago. I was told that they were going to do the taxes, title, and registration. Also was given a 45day tag that I could use until they processed the paperwork. However, three days before the tag expired, I received mail from the dealership. It was a check that was wrote out to the dmv, titled, and contract paperwork. Before I received this mail, I have been trying to contact the dealership and wasn’t getting any answers. I haven’t received any information from the dealership saying that they couldn’t do my taxes so this hold time I thought it was getting taken care of. I told Amber (the lady who’s in charge of the taxes and titles) that the dmv of SC doesnt do the taxes so I need the check to be written in my name so I can take care of it. She responds that I need to find out who does the taxes and she’ll mail the check with there name on it. Once I did that I realize that the dealership was over charging me 1200 dollars. When I brought it up, amber told she will write me two separate checks. One to the place I get my taxes done and the remaining balance to me. It’s been a week and a half and I still haven’t received my checks or title. Now I have to pay overdue fees for taxes and I’m in the US Army stationed in Louisiana. I’m not trying be rube but I need someone to help me out !
Unlike other reviews, the vehicle we wanted was on the lot. Our issue, we couldn’t test drive it because it needed repairs to pass emissions. Said it’ll be 2-3 weeks before it’s ready to get on the road… excuse me? WHY ARE YOU ADVERTISING CARS THAT PEOPLE CAN’T ACTUALLY BUY??!!!!
I think they should use DocuSign, so people dont have to drive back up the dealership to sign paperwork. Outside of that I had a good experience.
We came here a week ago and the service that we got was exceptional. Despite the amount of traffic of people buying cars the customer service was still good.Jennifer was the star. I live 200 miles away, sent a website inquiry and it was answered in a timely manner. I talked with Brittany and she was very helpful. Paid $80 to have a mobile mechanic check the car out and send me a report. The whole transaction went very smoothly from beginning to end. I would recommend this place highly! Remember theses are used vehicles that are bought at auction, do yourself a favor and spend the $80 to have them checked before purchasing. Vehicle was clean, had all the accessories(2 key sets of keys, bluetooth headsets, and all the manuals), and runs great I love my purchase!

Amazing customer service. The car passed a full inspection and clean car fax and listed under market value. Its a no haggle place but the price really is great. Mike, my salesman, went above and beyond helping me when I discovered issues with my auto insurance( was cancelled due to my driving record. ) The car I bought is my dads car so no issues with getting insurance at that car but my personal car didnt have insurance and Mike helped me get insurance on a car they didnt even sell to me. The finance woman was also very kind. I didnt catch her name but Ill definitely be recommending this place to my friends.edit: I had drop a star from my review. Im having to get a third temporary tag and Im going to have to still come back to get the real tag from tag office again because the dealership cant seem to get the title work together. Huge waste of my time and no one likes to hang out at the tag office multiple times.

Didnt seem very eager to sell any cars. Lot is very crowded, went there looking for three cars, one was a lincoln that wasnt there, a Cadillac that was quite worse for wear, and a Chrysler that had a huge dent in the fender that wasnt pictured. Ill pass.
I reviewed the vehicles I was interested in prior to arriving at the lot. Dominic and I had been communicating about a couple of different options. He was very honest about each vehicle. He and I weighed options on the 3 I had decided on. Without knowing much about cars myself Dominic answered all my questions and explained everything to me. They are GREAT!!!!!! I had an incident with a family member stealing my identity about two years ago and so have not been able to go to a normal dealership. I went to MANY other little car lots with no luck ( even waited over 2 HOURS at one and was basically ignored) before finally getting to this place. They were willing to work with me and my credit. I totaled my last car this past weekend that I got from here ( which was an AMAZING Dodge Charger) and I walked in just to kind of look around and they got me into another car the same day I went in. Jennifer, Mark, ALL of them are so great and so incredibly friendly. I have gotten my last two cars from here because of it and will continue to get them from here and I always recommend them to anyone in search of a good, nice car. :)
Financed a car with warranty less than 5 months ago. The car cut off on me leaving me stranded at night for hours. Unable to jump start or put into Neutral. This is just weeks after purchase. The car was towed back to Cherokee for repair. Couple weeks later it was ready for pick up. I went to get my tag from the Douglas Co. Tag office, but was told that one was not available. I spoke with the saleswoman who assured me it was there and after her research told me that cherokee auto sales would take care of it. I had to return the car so that they could fix the CEL issue for it to pass emissions. I was stranded again after leaving work for 3 hours in 32 degree weather. Next thing I know the CEL is on ..coolant is leaking...front tow equipment is missing..thermometer needs to be replaced amongst unknown issues and now I have a lemon that cannot be towed again due to the state of the vehicle. AAA advised the car is too low and unable to tow. Im 5 months pregnant and lost recently lost employment from not having reliable transportation. Id like an immediate resolution. *** Update: Cherokee Auto Sales and my finance co has responded and showed much concern. Worked to resolve my issue/ ended up trading in my car which left me upside down and the trade in has a timing belt issue. I was told that it wasn’t covered with my warranty that they forced into this trade (bring your own obd!!!!!) These cars are overpriced and unreliable. I regret my purchase.

Terrible experience, my little brother wanted his first car so we took him here. The sales man kept walking away to smoke and he reaked of cigarettes. The women inside were extremely rude and told my brother to go get a money order while i was away and he left and came back to give them a money order, they lied multiple times, the were very sketchy. Told me that i have enough in my account to afford it and kept trying to force him to buy that vehicle and they refused to show me any type of other information on it. Would never go here again.

You will not find a car here that is in bad shape. The car I just puchased was like new on the inside and outside, with low mileage. They take care of their cars as they do with the customers! There is a salesperson there by the name of Mike. He is the absolute worst under pressure. I waited a total of four hours today in between other customers. I was given the wrong price of two different vehicles. My paperwork took so long I left. There is only one person on Sunday’s. I was advised to go somewhere else about three times by Mike. I asked about the tool wrench icon on the dashboard of the 2013 Hyundai Sonata hybrid. I was told that he doesn’t know what it means and to google it. The customer service is horrible. Please do not waste your time here. You could be going to a much nicer dealership with better customer service & salesmen knowledge of vehicles.

DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALER!!! Or if you do, be prepared to spend thousands in either repairs or a new engine. I specifically went to this establishment because a close friend had purchased a vehicle that has so far ran well, with the exception of some minor repairs due to the age of vehicle, which is to be expected when purchasing a used vehicle. Unfortunately, my experience with them has not been a pleasant one. I drove 3.5 hours from Nashville to purchase a vehicle I was interested in. I should have followed my first mind and left that car there, but the co-owner Jamie assured me that outside of the obvious brake job needed, the vehicle was a sound car (1st lie) and they would not only repair the brakes but meet in Chattanooga for me to take delivery. Well at first, I was very pleased with what I perceived as a excellent customer service. That is until everything started unravelling, first the taxes werent calculated properly by their incompetent title clerk, Amber. Jennifer Baker, the salesperson that worked with stated that they would eat the cost for their mistake, however, I was left holding the bag for the $279 difference to get my tag/title. (this is the 2nd lie)Fast forward 37 days (10/19/20), I warning message pops up on the dash DRIVETRAIN MALFUNCTION. PLEASE TAKE TO NEAREST CERTIFIED BMW SERVICE CENTER. At the same time, the engine power decreased and drove like cotton was stuffed in the engine. Forty-four days (10/23/20) after I took delivery, I got the news from a certified BMW service repair shop that the I should take the car back to where I purchased it because it needs an whole engine, there was so many issues that they wouldnt even complete an oil change, fearing that changing the oil would cause a domino effect of other component failures, their estimate was $13,000 to repair. At which time, I contacted Jennifer Baker, informing her of what had been discovered, being that it had only been 44 days since I took delivery, I wanted to be into a vehicle that wasnt on its last leg. Her response was that she wasnt sure of what could be done but she would forward the info to Jamie and contact me on Monday, and that has yet to happen, when even the finance company was willing to do their part to ensure I was paying for a reliable vehicle. I tried contacting the owners WHO WANTS TO BE STUCK PAYING FOR A CAR THAT CANT BE DRIVEN? To be sure, I took the car to the BMW dealership for a second opinion, which has cost over $3k in repairing major components causing multiple oil leaks, only for them to confirm on 12/27/20 that it indeed needs a new engine, with quote of $19,000.Ive tried contacting the owners Ed Richman or Jamey Richman with no success, every time I call someone says they arent available nor has anyone responded to my emails. Now I completely understand what AS-IS means but at least sell me a product that is usable. For Cherokee Auto to not even respond or try to work with me in any way tells me that they make a practice of deceiving and selling lemons to the public. I am healthcare worker that needed reliable transportation to and from the hospital everyday, instead I have been driving a loaner vehicle from the BMW dealership for 30 days, while paying the note on a vehicle that is anything but reliable. If I had $19k or even $13K just laying around for repairs during a pandemic, I wouldnt have went to buy that piece of sh&% car in the first place. This is by far the worst experience I have had with any car dealer, not only do they lie to your face but will not stand behind the vehicles they sell. Right is right and wrong is wrong, regardless of what a policy is, there is always the choice to make an exception to ensure a customer has purchased a quality vehicle from their establishment. SHAME ON ED RICHMAN, JAMEY RICHMAN, JENNIFER BAKER, AND ALL OF THE STAFF THAT FACILITATE AND/OR FABRICATE LIES FOR THE DELIBERATE SALE OF SUBSTANDARD VEHICLES TO UNSUSPECTING CUSTOMERS WHO TAKE THEM AT THEIR WORD. GOD DOESNT LIKE UGLY AND HE ISNT TOO FOND OF PRETTY!!!

The car I got was a bargain and my sales associate was excellent, very helpful in the start. However, the car I purchased has had many minor issues they refused to replace or compensate me for. From missing parts to an oil change, the management refused to do anything or offer to pay for anything. I feel sorry for the staff working under them.Overall, they have good deals, but don’t expect management to be even a little bit useful.
Service was very fast and efficient. Al staff were very friendly and welcoming. Great place of business. Also sales associate Mike was very helpful in various ways. The owner Jamie made my time worth coming 3 hours away he gave me assurance and confidence I would leave with something I loved. Mr Ed aka (The Birdman) was all of the above.
Came into Cherokee Auto Sales looking for the car I wanted, not only did I find the car I was looking for but was treated great. Friendly environment, excellent customer service and they worked with me to get the deal that I wanted. Jamey was great and friendly and made my first car buying experience a great one! Purchased a Chrysler 300C from this dealership through a different financing company. My saleswoman Jennifer was extremely helpful and nice. Even after all the chaos I had with the car.Long story long, I drove the vehicle for about a week, before it overheated and blew a radiator hose on 400. Later, I had a mobile mechanic put the hose back on and change thermostat. Didnt fix the issues. Took it to a shop, AND had a tech friend from a dealership look at it. They all informed me I needed a new engine, and transmission (numerous trans codes showing).I simply wanted to exchange the vehicle, or have them fix it, so I attempted to get in touch with Jamie (Owner of Cherokee Auto Sales), but for about 3 weeks, I was told he was out of the office. Even when I came all the way up there to show them paperwork from the shop, they still said he was unavailable, although he was walking around the whole time (didnt know what he looked like at the moment). Liz (GM of Cherokee Auto Sales) was very rude on the phone and met me with nothing but aggression while I was being civilized about the situation.After finally getting a hold of Jamie, I had my car towed up there. He charged me $100 after diagnosing the issue to be bad wiring on the cooling sensor.Weeks of aggravation could have been avoided if the owner was readily available.
I do have to start out by saying Julie trying her hard out to work with what she had to work with!However it was not a good experience after the time we spent there and the lending companies that she was allowed to use made it very difficult for someone to get into a car for less money than the mortgage payment!
Be careful and you been warned. Spent money on cars that will last you down the road. These people know how long these cars will last. Your car won’t last long.
They were fine until I couldnt get a tag for my vehicle. I bought my car beginning of November, Ive had two temporary tags since. The second one expires today January 15 and theyre just now sending my title to the state as of Friday to be put under my name. Since my tag expires today I asked if I could come drop my vehicle off in exchange for a different one until I am able to get my tag and the lady on the phone told me its against their policy. I asked if they had that in writing and the girl on the phone told me no she doesnt believe so. Theyre the reason why I cant drive my vehicle and wont accommodate for their inconvenience.*** Update 3/01/2018I have a tag for my vehicle now. When I bought the car it had a ticking noise coming from the engine. I was told that an oil change should get rid of the noise. It didnt but I got a warranty through them and took it to the Volkswagen dealership. There are pieces of the engine sitting in the oil pan because a rod in the engine had came off which was causing the ticking sound. Save yourself some trouble and dont get a car from these people.

Jennifer was unprofessional. Didnt bother showing any attention selling me the car just busy texting. I felt like I was a bother. The car I looked at was in need of lots and lots of repair and she was unwilling to negotiate the price. Thankfully I found a car just like what they had in much better shape 3 days later.
My experience at CAS was great. Mike was very knowledgeable about car sales and provided excellent service. I was able ride away in the car I had my eyes on. Terese was very prompt, understood the urgency of me getting back to my side of town and professional. I will be referring my family and friends to this car sales company.
Jennifer is the absolute best! I would highly not recommend. I purchased a 2013 Lincoln MKZ from them my salesperson was Brittany but it was supposed to be Jennifer. And Teresa was who I spoke with in regards of the car that was sold to me with a bad rear end damage, the horn also went out, the hazard lights flashes randomly, trunk pops open randomly, when it rain the car be soaked on the inside on the carpet with puddles of water, the fog light is out, and the speakers from the radio doesnt work in the back. And when I took the car back up there Teresa told me it was nothing she could do about it. And that someone probably hit my car which I told her the same day I got the car the bumper came out within 20 mins drive home on the highway. So I contacted the Finance company to see if they could Finance we another car I was told that Teresa havent sent any information over to them and that my name is not showing up saying that I purchased a car at all! So I wouldnt recommend anyone to waste their time with Cherokee Auto Sales. They only want money and dont want to solve their problems.
Came in looking for a good vehicle for me and my kids to ride in. I was helped by Jennifer I told her my situation and I like how she kept it real with me and was able to give me options. I was able to get a 2013 Mazda 3 sport which fits my budget. I know people have certain experiences and claim some of the 5 star ratings are fake. But mine isnt. The customer service from sales to finance to even the detailers was great they made sure me and my son was comfortable in the office all the way to the test drive. I just purchased my first car from here. It was a great experience over all. It took a little long but worth the wait. The staff was very nice and helpful. I highly recommend this Auto Sales location. Ask for Jennifer Baker! We will be doing more buissnes with them in the future.
Sales rep. Jennifer was very nice and helpful during viewing and purchasing of my vehicle. She answered all my questions and was very professional while doing so. The only complaint that I have is that once I left the lot. The the key fob would not open the door and therefore I had to use the skeleton key in order to get back in my vehicle. I do love my car though.
I had a fantastic experience with Cherokee Auto Sales. Mike stayed an hour and a half past closing just to make sure I got the car I wanted. He wasnt pushy at all and I could tell that he genuinely just wanted to help me out and make sure I was happy with my choice. Would definitely use them again!

She gave me what I needed which was amazing costumer service. personally i feel she went above and beyond and gave me her direct undivided attention to make sure we found what i was looking for. Call your insurance, get preapproved before had or if Cherokee Auto has in house financing let them help, all this is based on your credit. Remember you come to them, not the other way around. If you dont see a vehicle that you like wait a week, they are always getting new one in.

2022-04-29These guys are awesome! They got me in a really nice 2014 Kia Optima at a great price, and their customer service was exceptional. Travis, the salesman I worked with, went out of his way to help me find a car within my budget, and their finance manager Amy got me a great monthly rate. This was my first time buying a car from a dealership and financing it, and they made it super easy. 10/10 would recommend.

2022-05-08I just bought a car from Cherokee Auto this weekend. Leslie took care of the entire process and made everything happen smoothly. She had the perfect balance of help without ever making me feel pressured into anything. She was so friendly and accomodating, even with all of my questions.As far as the car lot itself, they have a wide selection of vehicles. The lot is pretty crowded with cars, but you can see all their inventory online. Even when coming in person, their staff was very helpful. Many (not all) of the vehicles have 100,000+ miles on them, but I was impressed with how great they looked. Their pricing is very fair I thought. Overall, it was a great experience.
