EVERY single time I make an appointment for maintenance a week in advance they tell me we dont know if we can get it done today. Whats the point of making an appointment if you cant even fix it during the appointment? People need their vehicles. Will never be back.AlsoPaid for a full service last month on a truck I bought, paid for a coolant flush, they only did two gallons instead of the whole system and the truck was over heating a few weeks later, because they didnt flush the entire system, this ended up causing damage to the motor and I had to cut my losses and get rid of it. And on my other vehicle, I paid for them to service everything as well after I bought it, guess what they failed to see? All four sway link connectors were shot. Save yourself the time/headache and go somewhere else for maintenance.
Need new rim on my 2012 Buick Verano, called parts department. Not helpful? Sounded like they wanted me to jump trough hoops just for trying to find rim. Not courteous people will not give them my business in future. ,I am 79 year old disabled vet why is it difficult to find automotive service on this area.
I went here to trade in my 2011 chevy traverse and Ken did everything he could to get me out of it and put me in a newer vehicle and I can honestly say he was one of the best people I talked to there, along with aaron and ricky. I 10/10 recommend going here to get a car!
They are extremely NICE /NASTY they will sell u a vehicle for sure but when time come for u to get it serviced or repaired thats when u will see their TRUE COLOR if u know what I mean..so if your looking for a place to just give your hard earned money to while getting stabbed in the back THIS IS THE PERFECT PLACE FOR YOU..

These guys are hands down one of the best dealerships you can work with. They did everything they could to get me the best deal possible. Even when I decided to go another route, Aaron and Emmit sat down with me and went over everything I needed to look out for at the other dealership. They were completely transparent with every penny, and made sure the experience was something I would remember the next time I was looking for a car. They genuinely care about you being happy with your purchase, even if it isnt from them. I would recommend them to anyone.
Amazing service! If I could give ten stars I would, Emmitt our car salesman was great and Mr. Aaron in financing did a tremendous job getting me approved and happy with my purchase! First of all I want to say Tracy the receptionist in the Quick Service department is an absolute joy. Her personality brightens your day. As for the service I was disappointed there was no loaner available as I requested. I think a car wash and vacuuming the carpet should be included in any service. It was a routine oil change so there’s not much more to say about the experience.
Bennett Chevrolet is one of the worst car lots around I Had an employee cuss at me in front of my family 3 different vehicles break down with mechanical failures 2 had contracts signed locking lugnuts on the car I bought with no tool to remove them so they spent 3 days removing the front ones but left the back ones on almost a year to collect the referral fee for my co-worker and I delt with rick the manager for the most part fast forward a year later I still havent said a bad word against Bennett Chevrolet because rick said when I was ready to trade my car in he would help...all lies now Im looking into all my legal options
I was not there on the 18th as was indicated in your survey email. It was a few weeks before that. I was told that my two rear tires presented a dangerous condition yet I was not informed of this until I came to pick up the vehicle. I took the vehicle somewhere else to have the work completed since I guess you folks are not competent or just dont care. The oil leak I asked to be repaired was not completed. It is a fleet vehicle and the advisor took a picture of the maintenance card when I dropped it off. When I picked the vehicle up I was being charged for the work as opposed to the fleet company. I could go on and on. Terrible experience and I cannot envision being back any time soon.
Tracy was exceptional. Her customer service was above and beyond. Tracys enthusiasm just makes you wanna come back every single time. Its such a pleasure to meet someone that enjoys their job. I drive from Jacksonville FL to get my oil change just because of her customer service. Thank you Tracy.
Chris Overstreet and Aaron (finance) are AMAZING! I had bought an F150 6 years ago at a dealership in Marietta, GA and because the loan was poorly written, I was extremely upside down. Chris and Aaron were compassionate and worked beyond their work hours to work out a fantastic deal to get me out of the truck. Left there a very satisfied customer. They have our business forever!
We contacted the Service Dept on Nov 2021 for recall issue, and told that they would contact us when we could bring it in. We had to call back in Jan 2022 to inquire and was then casually told it would be ok.In addition, there was an additional inquiry of other issues and quoted us a price. When paying, the cost was $200 more than the quoted price. Even after “discussion” the price was still more than the quote.
Called on 12/27 to make appoint to service my vehicle. I showed up on date of service and they have no record of me ever being on the service log. They make a big deal about it was a mistake by a new employee they’ve been training. Lady goes outside records my vehicle info and I am rescheduled for the end of the week. I immediately get a call back to confirm my info and the appointment I just made. I show up today only to be informed that service cannot be performed due to the size of my vehicle. What a big change in their tune from, “yes sir, we can service your vehicle”, to acting like I was springing new info on them at the last minute. I went to the FORD dealership across the street and they were able to help me find someone who could help. Wasted the better part of two mornings dealing with these people. Thanks for nothing.
Excellent Sales Experience with Mr. Terry!! So glad my boyfriend brought me back to Bennett for another car. Mr. Terry was straight forward with all of my business needs & did not waste my time one bit. He understood what we were in the market for & did not try to push another vehicle on me at all to waste my time. He appreciated I had my own research completed & was an extremely busy mother. We told him we were searching for another Ford Explorer since mine was totaled Sunday & by Wednesday I was driving around with my new Explorer. He offered to stay late for me since he knew I was driving from my work in Mandarin & met me back in the early am to complete the process. Excellent customer service skills as well as honest & friendly. (Small town pleasure to deal with) Honesty, over any character strength Mr. Terry had was admirable. He made it simple & I maybe spent a total of 45 minutes signing paperwork. (which typically takes hours for most dealerships) I cannot thank him enough for his exceptional people skills & superb business ethics. I will definitely purchase from Mr. Terry again & am truly thankful for his overall good character.
I went in to buy a new car they didn’t have what I wanted on the lot. Brent Williams did a great job of locating what I needed and getting it brought in same day. Jason and Ricky both handled getting me financed with a great payment. I was in and out very quickly. I would definitely recommend stopping in and letting them help with buying a new or used car.

Every step of the process was great. Emmitt our salesman was very helpful and the sales manager, Rickie looked at every option to allow us to make the best choice. Also, when we told them this is what we want they did not push for more. Probably the best experience we have had at a car dealership!!

Traci was absolutely OUTSTANDING!!!! She treated me like I was the only one getting my truck serviced for a screw in the tire. She handled everything smoothly along with the couple of mechanics that helped out as well. Theres no need for me to go to Mavs or Tire Kingdom for service. I dont think I would be treated the same way. Additionally, she offered me HOT coffee that was absolutely awesome!!!! Keep up up the great work Traci and team....
Technician that worked on my vehicle needs customer relations training. Service Manager explained what was wrong and when one thing didnt fix called GM technical support and right away ordered a new computer to fix my Equinox. Called me same day fixed and had someone pick me up.
While taking a family trip driving from Virginia to Florida we had an incident with our check engine light. The team was quick and responsive and had us back on the road in 5 minutes even though they were booked solid!!! Our hero’s! Great team, kind and accommodating! Thank you from our whole little family!
It was not was not pleasing today normally Bennett will get a five star when I go to express five star but the service I received today from Ryan which I have brought my car up there to him several times for the same thing and hes been giving me the runaround saying that I need an error code from OnStar but today now you can run a diagnostic for $125 you could have ran the diagnostic a month ago in my car could have been fixed just like I told him I just need my car fixed oh you got to get an error code when its doing that again call OnStar okay it did it again you cant even call OnStar cuz the battery is dead like I kept telling him I at least took my car up there three times and talked to him and he gave me to run around so today the car stop completely had to call a tow truck went to the dealership with it from a taxi then was there from 1:00 to 5:30 time of closing did not have a good experience dealing with Ryan today.
Its a great dealership very clean inside nice people the guys in their work hard I never see them just sitting around doing nothing theyre very energetic and motivated and always have positive things to say they stay busy all the time so basically Im saying theyre not lazy they all work good great job salesman K(
Oil change and tire rotation performed. Took truck through car wash a few days later and only then realized that one of my lug nuts had been left off. I went back to dealership and they put one on but understanding proper torque patterns, that leaves me wondering if all others are properly tightened.
Thanks to David, Tracy, and all the service folks!!! They always go above and beyond. Theyre always ready for my appointments and call to keep me updated & when service is complete, etc. Never pressured but always genuine. My 1999 Corvette is well cared for by the folks at Bennett Chevrolet. I want to especially give praise Wit Rowell (Service Advisor). Wit has always gone out of his way to make sure my Corvette is serviced to perfection. I highly recommend Wit if you need you Chevy or GMC serviced.
Nathaniel Sapp was my POC and he was super and answered EVERY question I had! If he didn’t know the answer he would find it and get back to me within the hour. He gave me a straight answer for everything and broke down anything I didn’t understand, I have already recommended him and y’all to two of my friends who are in process of getting their permits. I have been to three other dealerships looking at cars, and this one has been the most friendly and helpful of them all. I am happy that I found you guys and would 100% recommend y’all to anyone looking for car.

I had to have my tire replaced. My tires has to have a key to remove the the lugs. The people that sold me my my car did not even tell me I needed a key for the lugs. When i called about it, they told me i need to buy one myself. If I had been on the interstate, I would have been in trouble
Front office staff is incredibly rude, does not communicate with customer in terms of discovered issues or timeframe in which original requests will be completed, had to take a day off from work because the job was not completed after having the car for over 5 hours (and only found out that the job was incomplete after I called twice to find out the status), had to return to the dealership a second time after I received my car to have them clean excess oil off engine after it started to smoke. I have been to Chevy dealerships in Kansas, Texas, Louisiana, and Georgia and this, without a doubt, the worst experience I have had in my ten years of owning a Chevy.
I have had my Corvette for almost 6 years and have dealt with 4 different Chevrolet dealers. Bennett Chevrolet is far and away the best. The employees are kind, caring and down to earth. Their service is impeccable. They knew that the repair l was having was very expensive and went out of their way to make sure that not only the repair was done properly, but they added other services free of charge like cleaning my car and making sure that the vehicle looked awesome. For all of you veterans out there, they give a military discount. Even though l have a Chevy dealer within 6 miles of my house, l will happily drive 22 to get to Bennett. Thank you Kevin Winch and your amazing team. Bravo!!!
Always friendly staff, They take the time to discuss your vehicle and what issues you maybe having. Scott in the Service department was very helpful, I received a phone call from Scott to discuss the options of what was needed on the Silverado and to get my permission before proceeding, he discussed the amount of each service that was needed so that I would be prepared and not sticker shocked when I returned to pick up my truck. Was another great experience at Bennett Chevrolet.A Big Thank You to the Service Team!
I went in it was very clean they called me and made contact with me on the phone gave me everything they said they were going to do pull the car up for me I took it for test drive they explain to me how everything worked on my car I have been to four other dealerships and never had this kind of service I was very impressed
I had an oil change done today. I apologise for not remembering the ladies name but she was wonderful!! The service attendant that was to take my information to set the appointment failed to do so but she took my truck in and all is well. I highly recommend her!! She went over and above. Thank You 😊
This is directed to the service department only as I had not dealt with the sales or parts department. I made an online appointment for my transmission to be checked out. I get there at the appointment time and they tell me everyone is at lunch and to come back in an hour. Okay cool no problem, I come back and get told by another dude oh no sorry they don’t get off lunch for another hour. So y’all get two hour lunches and don’t keep appointments? Awesome sauce. It’s not easy getting time off work and my car still needs to get looked at. I’ll never come here again for anything service or sales related if this is how they treat people. Incredibly ridiculous.
I bought my truck here and it was a great experience. Sales staff was very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. Its also the least expensive place around for maintenance for me and I have always gotten great service.Update almost 3 years after purchasing my truck here. I still go here for oil changes. Averaged out with rebates and loyalty program, its actually the cheapestb in the area. They also beat by far other local shops when it was time to replace my tires. Service has always been prompt and courteous. I will be coming back.
Overall experience was great.... Tripp Casey is the man . He totally helped me with my needs. I would have given a 5 or 6 star rating but its only been 1 day... I will give it a while and give my final rating but as for now Im totally satisfied and I think Ive found a car home . I almost forgot.. I took my Blazer in after having problems with the rear calipers after doing a brake job at my house. I told the service guy that they seemed like they needed replaced since they locked on the disc and would not relax. The service technician assured me that they would take them apart and clean them and it would cost less than replacing the calipers. The next day I got a call saying one of them had to be replaced and it would only cost another $200....what?! I asked why I would pay for a repair that didnt work, especially since I told them to replace the calipers and had to be convinced by them that they didnt need replaced. After going back and forth they agreed to waive the labor fees. I finally picked up the blazer after they were done with it, paid the $420 and drove home. The rear caliper that they did not replace (the one that they clean and repaired) had been riding the disc,,, I could smell burning rubber once I stepped out of the truck and the wheel was very hot to the touch. After calling the dealership and asking if they would agree to replace the caliper that they repaired at no cost (since the repair I payed for didnt actually fix the problem) I was informed that I would only be charge about $100 to replace the caliper....again they wanted me to pay for a repair that didnt work! So after paying $420 to almost get my blazer fixed I would not recommend this establishment to anyone and I will never spend another one of my dollars there.
Came in for an inspection of my windshield because of it being defective. Long crack underneath the glass and the service manager took care of me and ordered a GM windshield. Just have to wait for it to come in to be installed. Everyone was very friendly and attentive.
Could not have had a better car shopping experience! I went in to look at a car I had been wanting and originally had to leave because I couldn’t afford it. Keith at Bennet Chevy texted me a week later and made it happen for me!! He got me the car I wanted, fought for a price I could afford, and even had the vehicle delivered to my home after there was some miscommunication about the date of purchase! He has been so helpful, and communication has been open and prompt. He has done everything to make sure I am entirely happy with my vehicle. We would recommend Bennet Chevy to any and everyone! The customer service is a A+ especially dealing with Terry Ratliff. He cares about his customers. When you take your vehicle there to get it serviced and if he knows youre there and if hes not busy with another customer, he make sure he checks on you to make sure youre getting taken care of. And if you go there to purchase a vehicle he will certainly do his best in helping you get a one
Bennett Chevrolet has by far the best sales team I’ve ever worked with hands down. Eric Lyons was great when it came to helping me find the car that was right for me. Out of 5 stars I’d rate the experience I had with them a solid 10/5. Highly recommended making them your first stop when going to buy a car.
I had a bad experience taking my car here for service. Very disappointing. I took my car in because the check engine light was on and they told my I had an oil leak and something else was wrong also, it would be about $1,000. I took my car in on a Wednesday and was told to pick it up the next day. So the next day it’s almost closing time and I was not informed about my car so we call them and they tell me that they broke something in the car and never called to tell me about it. They would order the part and fix the problem free of charge. Ok no problem I’ll c ome tomorrow and get my car. The next day comes and I get no call. I call them and they again didn’t call me to inform me that they were sent the wrong part and would have to keep it over the weekend. I asked if they had a loaner car for me to use because I will have been without a car for four days longer than expected at this point. They said no they won’t have one until Monday when my car is ready. So I wait until Monday and they call saying that the car is done. I show up and pay. They did give a discount on the original repairs. I get in my car and the engine shakes like crazy and the car turns itself off. I informed them that my car was in worse shape now than when I dropped it off. They look at the car and find the problem. So now that my car has been messed up twice since I gave it to them I asked about the loaner car that I was told they would have Monday. Well he tells me that he doesn’t have one to let me use and that “I’m not they only one in a situation like this.” My question is did they mess everyone else’s car up as well? Because if not that would make my situation unique. So I went without a car for six days because they couldn’t fix something without breaking something else. I also had a phone holder hanging in my car that was ripped off and was not able to stick back on.
Corvette Owners Beware. Got the oil changed on my C7 Z06. I was watching the tech do the service and had to inform him that the car had 2 drain plugs since it was equipped with the Dry Sump Oil System (DSOS). He was not aware of this. He then put 8.5 quarts of oil in then let the car run for a few minutes to circulate the oil. He checked the dip stick then added 2.5 more quarts of oil for a total of 11 quarts. The spec calls for 9.8 quarts of oil. I brought this to the attention of the Express Service manager and they made it right in the end. If I wouldnt have been observing the work only half the old oil would have been drained out and it would have been overfilled with new oil.
Im a long time customer and I use Bennett Chevrolet-Buick for all my auto needs. During my last visit to have my oil changed, as I have done for many years. I assumed it was business as usual and that everything was fine after picking up my vehicle at the completion of the oil being changed. A few days after getting the oil changed, I noticed oil dripping from under the vehicle. I took the vehicle back to service to have it checked out. After checking the vehicle, a service mechanic said old oil had accumulated under the vehicle which was the cause of the oil under the vehicle. I trusted His judgement, only to get home and realized oil was still leaking from under the vehicle. I once again took the vehicle back to have it looked at and at that time, it was determined the oil wad coming from the newly replaced oil filter. The issue was supposedly taken cared of and my vehicle returned to me. Im currently in the process of monitoring the situation to verify that no more issues arises.

2022-06-28One of the best service experiences I have ever had. I towed my camper from North Carolina and needed to get my oil changed before I went over. Ms Tracy worked me in for an appointment a few hours later and got my truck ready to head down the road again. I am truly grateful!

2022-08-12Gotta say these guys are good. Emmit put us in a new trailblazer and we couldnt be happier with the experience. He made sure it worked completely with us, including making sure our car seat fit comfortably in the backs seat. They worked with us on trade in and pricing. Honestly gave us more than we expected on the trade. All around, the team there is top notch.

2022-06-19Emmett and Rick were caring and compassionate. They went above and beyond to help me. Emmett is patient, polite and very knowledgeable about the Equinox that I bought. My best friend was with me and he was able to help her purchase a car also. And he and Rick are helping me donate my van to the VFW. That is going above and beyond with excellent customer service!!! I appreciate them both very much. They made my car buying a lot easier than I thought it would be!!!

2022-08-14August 13, 2022 was one of the worst days of my life. My two children and I needed to use the bathroom, we stopped at Aaron’s where we were denied. We hopped across the little ditch and headed up to the Chevy store. I spotted a salesman in what I refer to as ‘the prowling stance’ I approached him and asked if we could use their restroom. He replied, “Absolutely!” He opened the door for us and lead us right to them. When we were leaving he waited for us, again held the door, and on our way out he genuinely asked about my day and what was going on. He sat there and listened to me spew my life on him for about 5 minutes. He never pressured me with car sales he never gave off that slimy, skeemy, salesman vibe. He was a super kind, super friendly, real, genuine guy! He goes by Ken Artis! Unfortunately, I am not on the market for a car right now but I will most definitely go to Ken when I am! Thank you so much for taking the time to care for me on such a horrible day!

Mark and Aaron got me out of the bad faith vehicle and into a better suited, better priced, and reliable vehicle in record time. This business aims to do right by their customers, and right they did by me. There are several qualified and knowledgeable people ready to help you find your next ride to fit your changing needs.
