I went to chick fila on April 9th for. The name on the order was Roxanne at 10:32 am. I got to the window and asked for extra napkins after they gave me my food. I noticed they were not a lot for what I had ordered and kids in the car. The guy at the window, I wish I know his name so he would know I’m talking about him specifically tells me they are in the bag. I said I know sir bit I would like more and he once again says they are in the bag. HE REFUSED TO GIVE ME NAPKINS. I said so your refusing to give me napkins and drove away. I have never heard of that before. Not sure why he thinks he owns those napkins and could not give me more.That was enough for me. This should be a zero….
Got a box of half-cooked floppy fries and a cold spicy sandwich today ….. ugh.I used to order my fries well done, but “we don’t do that anymore” was the reply last time I ordered those. But now, you can’t even get cooked fries, only half-cooked floppy fries. At the cold sandwich was actually spicy.Thanks y’all, Truett would not be happy!
Good quick service on Cow appreciation day. Took only a little bit longer than on a regular business day... And we went at 1pm which is still part of lunch rush. Other chick-fil-as can have a really smelly kids play area (no circulation-smells like dirty locker room) but there was no funky icky smell here and I was happy to let my kids play!
Chick-fil-A is always good theyre really expensive but the food is good they need to put the potato tots in a larger container because the money that you pay for Chick-fil-A you need a little bit more Im a Im a real stickler for my mind is worth I like getting my money worth but I will be going back
Hate to give any chick fil a bad review, but this is the only one that I have had a less than great experience. The girl that took our order was too busy talking to her friend to start taking our order. Did not ask the typical questions and when I said thank you she didnt say anything back. The person that handed us our food was nice, but again did not ask the typical questions, and did not use the typical my pleasure. Food was pretty dry. I would say it is still a step above other fast food, but just not the same experience as other locations.
I normally do not write reviews but this chick-fil-a always disappoints me. They have screwed up my order numerous times and I have found pieces of plastic in my drinks. From now on, I will be driving an extra 10 mins out of my way to go to the other chick-fil-a because they always get my order right and I have never found any plastic pieces in my drinks.
Chick-fil-A always has amazingly fast service and great food. The staff is always friendly. My daughter has me stop at a Chick-fil-A every Saturday morning when she has a softball tournament and sometimes we have to drive out of the way to get there but we love their chicken biscuits.
I hate to give Chick-Fil-A a bad review, but for this specific location I have to. I ordered a number one, lemonade, and a chocolate milkshake. I got my food and lemonade, but didnt receive my milkshake. After about five minutes, I informed a worker that I didnt receive my milkshake. Instead of getting my milkshake, the worker just went over to his friends that happened to be customers. He chatted with them for 10 minutes instead of doing his job. I finally got my milkshake from another worker. I am highly disappointed!
Fast service at this super busy Chick Fil A...personnel is great here. My issue with this Chick-fil-A location, not sure if this is happening at other stores, is that their salad I got for years which was so good with chicken and romaine and some fruit etc has just been consistently bad for the last two years now to the point that I dont order it anymore. The greens and the salad are wilted and black and gone bad, so much that I have to pick so much out that I have a half a salad at best left to eat. Chick-fil-A needs to do better with this!
We often stop at Chic films A on our trips between Florida and Indiana. The employees are always welcoming and efficient. There was a person taking orders, inside, which were automatically received by those preparing the food. It took us less than five minutes to receive our order. We had the southwestern salad which was delicious. If you have never tried the avocado ranch dressing, it is amazing. Great food and always wonderful service.
We traveled 20 minutes to the lake point Chick-fil-A at 8:45pm just for macaroni. When we arrived they said they were out of macaroni for the night. This is really frustrating because as a customer, how am I supposed to know when stuff is just going to “be out for the night.”
Perfect customer service! There was an issue with the salad I got, I came in and presented the issue to an employee and I was not only given a full refund but my salad was also replaced. They did not treat me like I was overreacting to the problem (I never want to be a difficult customer) and they genuinely apologized and offered me a free dessert as well. This is why I am a loyal CFA customer, healthy food made right and the absolute best customer service!
This location seems to always forget something with my order. I always do mobile order and just pull up to the drive through to pick it up..... They are pretty quick on having my food ready but but they always seem to forget something. For example today I ordered my son a kids meal with an ice cream with chocolate syrup and they didnt give me the chocolate syrup that I paid extra for. They also didnt give me any Polynesian sauce like I asked for on the mobile order. Other than that this location seems pretty clean and everyone is nice. The food taste okay, my Chick-fil-A sandwich was a little dry and hard. I just started ordering from this location because I just moved to Bartow County so maybe they will get better over time
Fast, in spite of the incredible number of people in the drive-thru. Food was good, of course.The other restaurants nearby looked on with tears in their eyes, hoping to one day have even a tenth as many customers patronizing their establishments. You almost feel bad for them.
Unfortunately this location did not deliver the high quality of service weve come to expect from chick-fil-a. We ordered a plain sandwich and got pickles and ordered Chick-fil-A sauce and got nothing. While traveling its important to get the correct order because a lot of times its difficult to double back to the restaurant for corrections.
I have never visited a Chick-fil-A and had a bad experience. I guess today was my unlucky day. Lady that gave me my food was rude and short with me. I ordered a large meal and received a medium. Didn’t receive my sauces and didn’t ask for them again because I already didn’t feel welcome in the drive thru so I just continued on with my day. Atleast the food was good.
This Chick-fil-a is one of the best Ive ever been to, while Ive never had a poor experience at one before. Even though theyd forgotten a small item on our order, they were prompt to recognize our order and give us the missing item. They were also very kind about it and had clear procedure across their staff line on what to do. Absolutely amazing experience and wonderful food and the drive-thru goes by so quick even if the line looks daunting.
They are no longer doing well done fries or sandwiches. Very disappointing. I spend like $400 a year at chick fil a but I swear by extra crispy fries and sandwiches. Will probably only eat breakfast here now. Also at this location the sweet tea consistantly tastes soapy.
It took 10 minutes to be acknowledged by any employee when trying to pick up our mobile order. Our order was skipped/lost and we had to wait the same amount of time it would have taken if we just ordered it in person. Very rude employees. This is our local chic fil a, but from now on I will drive further to Cartersville for better service.
I am a Chick-Fil-A addict. I always give 5 starts. They are ALWAYS consistent with stellar service and food. A few months back I pulled up to order and was devastated when I was told they stopped carrying decaf coffee. Why would you do such a thing? No decaf? Anywhere? Never again? I cannot consume caffeine but LOVE coffee. And they actually good decaf coffee. For the love of Pete, please come up with an option. I love my breakfast, but I don’t want to stop in two places. So I opt for lunch and not breakfast, unless I have time for the Starbucks across the street or QuikTrip at the corner.
Asked for extra butter on our biscuits and they came out super super dry. I also ordered drinks when in line and when I got to the window they didnt put in any of my drink orders. So I had to re order all over again. They werent busy so that wasnt an excuse. Dont think I will return to this chick-fil-a
Ok , this is soooo cool! A Chick-fil-a open for dine in !! After a long all day drive from Florida, we were absolutely pumped to find it. We went in and ordered like old times , enjoyed delicious food and went on with grateful hearts 🥰Also , the young people working there , they were great and seemed happy. Smiles all around. Yay ! Thanks for being open and making our day.
The Lords chicken is my favorite ! Chick fil a always has great service and some great people work there . I was having really bad day a few weeks ago and didn’t have enough cash for my coffee because of course I forgot my debit card at home I was short by just a few cents and the lady at the window totally covered it for me ! Love them and their new mocha cold brew 💕💕💕
Always impressed that no matter where I go, the Chick-fil-A never disappoints. The drive thru attendant was clear, concise, and never asked Will that complete your order? after every item like other restaurants. They were quick and efficient getting our order to us and the young lady who handed us our food was very polite. Thank you for upholding the Chick-fil-A commitment to quality.
Amazing staff. Last night we went to cfa and my little brother got an ice cream cone. The ice cream fell off and i caught it before it hit the floor board. I held my hand out of the window so it would drip outside. Before i could get a napkin the guy in the drive through leaned out and scooped the ice cream out of my hand. He then handed me napkins and a new ice cream. Possibly the greatest thing to ever happen to me at a restaurant. The devil works hard but chick fil a works harder.
Ordered a large amount of food and half if it was old in addition to my yogurt which had to have been sitting out not in refrigerated which is required 🤔. Im annoyed. Then when I took part of my order back i was told I couldnt have a refund for my whole order. Well duh, I only brought back part of the order why would you think I wanted or expected to have the complete order amount refunded. Other then my food not being fresh the employees were nice if that matters. 🤣
I went to this chick fil a to order a chicken sandwich and the person at the speaker said that they couldn’t make a sandwich with no pickles because the kitchen was closed it was 15 minutes before closing and also another time I order a CHICKEN biscuit and they first of all they didn’t say MY PLEASURE and they didn’t put CHICKEN this used to be the best chick fil a but now it’s just average.
We have drove thru this location 3 times. 2 out of 3 times the order was wrong once we opened it. Once they put the order in wrong and we didnt pay up charge for side. The second time we were upcharged for the fruit but the bag had fries. The food was hot and flavorful, but not what we ordered
Food was really good!! Had grilled chicken on a gluten free bun and upgraded my side to the superfood salad. With diet lemonade to drink. (Trying to eat more healthy) only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is it cost 10.65. Kinda high for the amount of food I got. But again, it was good.
Awesome! I am a truck driver and with this virus stuff all the dining rooms are closed and I don’t exactly fit in the 9’ drive thru with my 13’6” truck lol. They were more than happy to serve me my food in the drive thru even with me being on foot. Sandwich was hot, fresh and delicious. Will definitely stop again the next time I pass through here.
Always a good time here at Chick-fil-A. I am a truck driver, parked at the Loves for my break. I went across to Starbucks for Coffee and here for lunch, I was so happy to see this so close to the truck stop. The employees inside were very nice and accommodating. If/when I ever come back this way, Ill be stopping here and coming to this CFA.
Ordered sandwich with gluten free bun but was told none were thawed out and they weren’t sure how long it would take. Offered no substitute or anything to improve our experience, as would normally happen at every other Chick Fil A we’ve ever visited. The server seemed unhappy when we asked for extra fries. Manager checked on everyone around us except us. We will not visit this Chick Fil A again.
I really like this chick fil a. The employees there are always extremly nice. Its just a cheerful experience. You walk in and its clean, then you go to order and the employee greets you kindly and types down what you said amidst the appropriately volumed music behind you. Its pretty great.
Typical Chick-fil-a. Wasnt busy and i got my meal quickly. My only gripe is that i like to sit and eat. And as a chain they have every parking spot set aside for something special and do not allow dine-in, where many other fast food restaurants in this area allow dine-in and have spots for someone to at least eat while they are parked.
The food was as usual, but the service was subpar. There was at least six young employees standing around behind the counter talking, not paying any attention to the customers waiting to order or to get drink refills. There was only one person running the registers. The dining room area was very filthy with trash all over the floor and at least half the tables needed to be cleaned. Looks like you need a more responsible night manager. I love Chick-fil-A but this location needs some help.
Our travel itinerary scheduled 30 minutes for this locations breakfast stop. Our team plus 2 cocahes were served almost immediately after placing orders with the cashier. Chick-fil-a NEVER disappoints me regardless of the region.The staff was quick and efficient, just not as morning friendly as some other locations we have been to. 4-stars because there is always room for improvement in everything.
The service was extremely slow the food was cold. try to use my Chick-fil-A app were changing to a different app I have lost many points last two visits. The service at this store is getting worse and worse.stop by Thursday night stood in line for 45 minutes finally decided to go to a different restaurant. So, my mom and I are passing by and decided to stop to get breakfast. We waited in line for 3 minutes. I saw to Managers standing and talking on the front counter. They could of easily asked if we needed to order. Finally, a man Glenn Jordan, asked us if we would like the order. He was kind and friendly. Very polite.The young woman who brought us our food was not friendly.We love Chick fil la. We will probably not visit at this particular Chick fil la again. We live in Gwinnett County. Keep up the great work.
Were huge Chick-fil-A fans. I was disappointed in the service at this particular restaurant. Im okay with mistakes, were all human but we had several that we had to have fixed. First-two of the 5 kids meals we ordered with fries. The fries were missing so we had to get those. Next, we had to exchange the dressing for the wrap meal from what was provided to the avocado ranch as ordered. The quality was top notch as expected.
The staff is polite enough but I ordered a burrito and it came out almost cold the first time and barely warm the second time. I was told that I needed to order something else because their cheese is really cold and there was nothing they could do about it. So basically avoid if you want a hot burrito.
Theres always friendly faces here! They have great food excellent customer service and a very clean restaurant. Me and my sons love this place they have a big play ground for him to play on and they have seats out there for me to sit and watch him. They get your food out to u very quickly and I like that!!
I dont usually review fast food places, as theyre all the same. But this Chik Fil A is one of the cleanest, best run, and efficient ones Ive ever been to. The staff is so polite and prepared even when theyre slammed (which isnt uncommon since the Emerson sports complex is right there). Ive never had a problem or had to wait very long. The one day they had some computer issues with the registers down, they still moved everyone one through quickly and offered ice cream to those of us having to wait a bit longer.
This was really a special experience to visit this Chick-fil-A while passing through. Everyone was extremely friendly in the restaurant. The two ladies cleaning, Lupe & Maria, the FOH were greeting each and every customer that entered, giving hugs and friendly smiles (even when cleaning waste receptacles). I can tell there are the everyday regulars that visited, but management and staff treated everyone like they were regulars. The next shift had a section in the restaurant where they were having breakfast and readying for the day. It was evident management has assembled a great team that likes each other because they were all smiles and laughter, which really conveys pride and importance to the customer.Great location that takes customer experiences extremely serious.
Dont know if the food is good or not tried calling to see if can walk up to get food since I am a truck driver but they are too sorry to answer their phone doesnt even ring just straight to answering machine I will never eat at this chick fila if thats how they feel about customer service
Its a Chick-fil-A and meets all of normal Chick-fil-A standards. Quick and courteous service. Parking at lunch time leaves a little to be desired there are definitely less spaces than there are tables inside. Looks crazy busy from the outside but when got in there was plenty of tables available.
I have never had a bad experience at any chick-fil-a before today. My family and I ordered our dinner at the drive thru. Then confirmed the order with the young lady outside taking payment. Went to the window and pick-up the order. My wife and kids orders were all incorrect.
My fellow Gideon and I enjoyed the blessing of a quality meal after equipping local hotels with Bibles today. He ordered a salad and frosted lemonade. I enjoyed a #1 Deluxe chicken sandwich meal. All the staff were very pleasant and they were experiencing a fairly moderate lunch crowd.
They overcharged me. The menu said 6.25, but I was actually charged 6.78 for a #1 combo. The $1 price difference (I bought 2, one for my kid) is not a huge deal, but charging the price you advertise is basic. Getting this wrong is disappointing.The food and service were great, as usual for CFA.
Out of spicy chicken sandwiches on a Saturday afternoon?! How disappointing. Somebody dropped the ball.What they COULD have done and what most CFAs are very good about is to apologize and make it good w a small gift card. But this crew has more of a too bad so sad attitude. I will avoid this location in the future.
Good quality food. Only problem was they forgot the cookie I ordered for my son. It was fixed when I went to the front counter and inquired, but Ive never had trouble at a CFA before out of all the times Ive visited over the years. This was minor, but still a first at CFA. Miguel who took my order was very conscientious and did a great job. However the person that delivered my meal dropped the ball, so to speak, and later remembered and came to me and admitted as such. No problem, were all human and make mistakes. At least CFA employees own up to them when they occur. Very professional in handling the oversight.
Newer and clean. Great food, of course. Friendly workers. Cool outside eating area. Playground a little different than other CFAs, which made it new to the kids. Only suggestion would be to improve the order area - never know which line youre in or when its your turn.
This location has a double drive thru like many others Ive seen. However, I chose to come inside and eat.I showed up at a REALLY busy time (3:30 pm on a Friday). However, despite that the food was very good, the restaurant was clean and service was fast and pleasant.
There seemed to be about 20 employees working during my visit. I ordered a grilled sandwich and a peach milkshake. With so many people working it seems like it would have been delivered before I had to wait 15 minutes. As I was leaving, I ordered a large white peach tea lemonade to go...... this took 8 minutes.
Driving through we stopped here and Mrs. Ellen was the nicest women ever!!!! She was just a bundle of joy!!!! After 500 miles on a bike to stop and get something to eat and have met such friendly women was refreshing!!!!! Thank you Ellen for great customer service!!!!
I do not travel much, but when I do I seek out Chick-fil-A because I love the Chick-fil-A Chicken sandwich, served by associates who are respectful to me and their peers. I passed up four other eateries with hardly any cars in their lots, and had to wait a few moments to get a parking space, to support this God-honoring business and staff! 2022-06-12Excellent food and efficient staff.This restaurant was one of their newer ones by design. I really like the indoor layout with larger tables for larger groups.This location also had a playground for the grand kids. Which is unusual in restaurants nowadays. However this one appeared to be very well maintained and the kids loved it! This was a welcome relief for both grandkids and grandparents as we were traveling on an 8 hour trip.

2021-07-30Insanely busy during my visit to this location today but what was mind boggling is that they only had one register open during a lunch rush. I forgot to order a milkshake for my son and asked to add it to my order and they actually expected me to get back in line (the same one I stood in for 14 minutes before ordering) which was now even longer than before to do so. I don’t think so! (The girl was quite rude about it, which I’ve never experienced at this fast food chain and not like it matters but they lost the sale of a milkshake by expecting me to wait even longer than I did for my food and her attitude about it) Lastly, I ordered the southwest chicken salad, of which I’ve been eating for years because it used to be amazing. Not today; I actually had to ask for cheese because you couldn’t even see any on it. Same goes for the black bean and corn relish but I had already waited almost twenty minutes for my meal along with the requested cheese, and I wasn’t waiting any longer. I am going to alert management about my poor experience and lacking quality because there is no way for them to actually converse with me about it via review responses. But as you can see from the picture, hardly any cheese and it looks like it’s missing the black bean and corn relish altogether! The cup of cheese is what I had to ask for after receiving my order. It’s hard to mess up a salad but this one certainly missed the mark today. I can’t believe I paid almost $10.00 for it when they used to be around $7.00 and were much better.

2022-06-26I can guarantee they will consistently mess up my order EVERY SINGLE TIME. I literally have trust issues with every store and drive through because of this place and will not pull off u til I check everything which usually means upsetting the folks in back of em for holding up on the line. But it better than getting to my destination and realizing Im missing something. Theres literally never been a time they got my order right but I have to give myself some blame because I keep going back. Its the closest one to my house (but still kinda far) and my kids love the place so I always end up going even though I can guarantee Ill be annoyed. There was one time we got home and there was no chicken in the chicken sandwich. Like seriously how did someone manage to wrap that up without chicken!!!! What really drives me nuts is when they read the order back to you and verbally confirm EVERYTHING you said only to still not give what was said and confirmed. Its gotten to the point where I just tell my kids youre getting a classic chicken sandwich nuggets meal and nothing else because of I dare include one revision or something else, the order is surely going to be messed up. I dont know why this ONE location ALWAYS and I mean ALWAYS had issues. Ive gotten so many of those cards where you can get a free item because of the times they messed up but I wish they understood I dont care about the free items, Im cool with paying vs getting your sorry I messed up coupons to come back and be aggravated again anyway, just give me what I ordered!

2022-07-07This place was packed, I didnt even want to go in but my wife was hungry and so was I... We were met in line by a very sweet young lady, she took our order, we gave her our name, we went to the cashier, he knew our name and what we ordered, we paid, sat down and within three minutes we had our food.. amazing, I dont see how they do it.. and the food is great.

2022-06-08The staff here is friendly. Great customer service. The line isnt around the corner like most locations because they move swiftly in getting orders out. I dont like when they cant explain to you why there isnt fruit punch for almost 3 to 4 weeks, other then that this location is better than anyone nearby.

2022-06-19Usually is a good place to get food here, but this morning made me think otherwise. I ordered some food around $25 at 10am. Got there around 10:32 thinking my food would be ready to be picked up. As I am aware breakfast stops at 10:30 I didn’t think it was too much of an issue because my food would of been made between 10 to 10:30. I stood there for 10 mins patiently knowing they were busy on a Friday morning next to a sports complex. I finally had to engage conversation with one of the employee explaining I had a mobile order. He walked around for a while handing out other peoples mobile orders and refilling drinks wonder where my food was. I then asked another girl if she could find my food because I have been there for quite a time. I told her I got there at 10:32 and she shrugged and told me that they don’t make breakfast orders past 10:30 after sitting there for about 20ish minutes. I told her to just cancel and refund the money. I walked out to my car and before pulling away my chick-fil-A app gave me the “ thanks for picking up your order “ or something on the lines of that. I walked back in and asked for the manger politely. I asked him if he can refund the money and rudely he told me “ sure, I’ll get right on that “ and at that point I was close to being late for work and had no more time to continue that nonsense. Really brought my Friday morning down for a while….

2022-07-05If you are a person of color caution do not visit this place . I have never been to any Chick fil a and had a bad experience. When I went to complain about the blatant disrespect of the young lady outside in the drive-through the people on the inside said if you call we don’t care we’re the ones that answer the phone will handle it anyway we don’t care . Huh are you kidding me
