This is quite possibly the worst Chick-fil-A i’ve ever been to, and I’ve given it several chances just to ensure no off days. Well every time was an off day. The chicken sandwiches are nasty and the breast are small, the sweet tea tastes like dirty water, the lemonade has more pulp than juice, nuggets, cool wraps, salads - you name it, all nasty. I truly don’t understand the good reviews smh. Word of advice - go to Scenic!
Had the absolute worst experience and was made fun of and ridiculed by employees here. Highly dont recommend this location. Im a room mom for my sons 3rd grade class and pre-ordered a medium size tray of nuggets for their end of year party (in advance. Not same day as pick up) Called the day before to verify I could pick up at 1045, even asked if I needed to go inside to pick up inside and was reassured that drive thru was totally fine. Cut to the day of, I went to pick up order. Arrived at 1035. Finally got to the window at 1050. It was packed. As usual. Was then told to go park and wait. Which if you know this location, parking would be almost impossible to get out of. I said no, I didnt feel comfortable being able to get out of and scared of getting stuck. I had to get to my sons school for their party. I had a whole bunch of 9/10 yr Olds waiting on me. Was told I need to park and wait for order. I asked why? I order in advanced. Even called to double check. Was told they made to order. Ok? I check in at 1035 ....at this point it been almost 20 minutes. I order in advance so they knew to expect me. Was told I need to park and wait because others in the line were being held up? Since when did someone elses order top anyone elses? So were they not ordering nuggets too? And being served them? Because I find it hard to believe none of them ordered nuggets. Was then told if I didnt pull up and park and wait for my order (that was suppse to he picked up at 1045, it was now after 11) that Id just be refunded and my order canceled. I then said again I need this for my sons class, theyre waiting and depending on me. To which the manager again told me she would just refund if I didnt go wait in the parking lot, in a spot I was uncomfortable being able to reverse and get out of. Then someone magically had my order. To which then these two employee women proceed to make fun of me saying its not that serous oh look shes getting stuck in the drive thru anyways and laughing. What customer service is this?!? Since when did an elementary school class order mean less than someone ordering their lunch? And why poke fun of someone not being able to reverse in a certain parking lot? I was humiliated and late for my sons class party because of them. Totally unacceptable. Highly dont recommend using them for any of your catering needs, especially not for kids.
2nd time this week management of drive-thru customers was terrible! The problem is that a customer that is waiting on their order is asked to pull up to the white line and wait. This creates the issue where 5 or 6 other orders are filled, still have to wait in the line, cant move, cant exit, because customer waiting at the white line in front is blocking the flow. CFA needs to create an area where persons waiting on an order can pull OUT of the flow of traffic while waiting on their order. Management and employees need to be re-trained to better direct the flow of drive-thru traffic.
I don’t know what’s going on but the people in the drive thru are so annoyed by everyone placing an order. Just ghetto. They don’t say “My pleasure.” They just say “You ready?” Lol. Management needs to get a better team. Saddest CFA team I’ve ever seen. The girls in the store constantly talking about inappropriate things while we can hear is weird too. Also, make sure you check your bags. They will FOR SURE leave something out & not apologize when you have to drive back around 🤦🏽♀️
I have NEVER been to a Chick-fil-A that was sooo slow. We waited in line for over 30 minutes only to be told to pull up and then into a parking space. This was while they were bring people food that ordered WAY after us. We only ordered two 12 piece meals and a sandwich meal. Nothing crazy. We will not go back to this Chick-fil-A.
Okay, I love this CFA. I go here all the time, it’s my hometown CFA (I live closer to Monroe but favor Loganville’s CFA).The service is always delightful and my order is always correct — sometimes lacking condiments, but that’s easily fixed just by asking for some extra at the window! Love love LOVE this CFA. Not to mention you can upsize the hashbrowns to a large at breakfast 👀
This location suffers from some of the typical issues---like giving sweet tea when you order unsweet and the half-full (at best) fries which seem to affect many locations.Interactions with the employees here are very hit-or-miss. Some of them are very pleasant and delightful to work with. Others appear to have the personalities of wet blankets or exhibit an obvious disdain for their job or for having to interact with customers.This is a problem I have not typically observed at CFA. Whereas many other locations employees tend to greet you with a smile, these employees often seem to want to say *ugh*, what do you want?.All of that aside, we have had some recent experiences here which go well beyond the problems shared with other locations.Most recent example---ordered 12 ct. nuggets. Inside the box was nothing but a single chocolate chip cookie. 30 mins before close so by the time you get home and realize, you cant do anything about it.Harr Harr HarrGenerously giving a second star because they havent given us food poisoning yet and thats worth something.Not setting the bar high over at CFA Loganville.For what its worth, I have worked at CFA before (many years ago).
I love Chick-Fil-AThis place they need to revamp’They are always crowded day in night out. Food is always fresh because they are always busy! They have updated the drive through but they actually need a larger space. Food is always fresh and hot just be prepared to wait.Update:Went there yesterday kind of busy but order takers were outside taking orders! The line moved swiftly the order was correct! When I pulled up it was as usual.....employees moving in a precise manner! A purpose to get the orders pushed out and done right! All while managing to acknowledge the customer in the window, communicate with each order on the orders! I was so impressed I grabbed my phone and a couple pictures. Not sure why but the males in this location don’t ever seem to work? Could just be the timing but what matter most are those who are working and pushing out good customer service! Communicating with each other to ensure the customers orders are correct also communicating with the customer in the window means everything to the customer and to you Chick Fil A! You get an A!
Chick-fil-A is an excellent organization truly blessed by God. Walk into any of their locations and you are as if you are home. You dont have to worry about the food quality you dont have to worry about this the service, and you dont have to worry about bringing family here. I will share a secret with you that I discovered today. They have a salad dressing called apple cider vinaigrette. I got one to go. They asked me how many I said I could use a box of them. This stuff is seriously good. I think first time the spirit within ever leaked its salad dressing.
This location on this day was not good the parking lot was a mess its always crowded but this was crowding at times 10 and they were having some issues and I should have left then but I went inside and the issues worse drinks on the floor my order came up my name was never called my food was cold they tried to give me an attitude when I asked for the food to be we made it was just crazy but I will try to chalk it up as just a hectic day not really sure Ill visit this location again.
Within the same dine-in visit, I got to hear a talkative executive discuss how business is booming and that this location is going to get a huge make-over soon - and I was completely ignored by staff when I just needed some sauce. I ended up going behind the counter and getting it myself. I still dont think people noticed. Pathetic customer service - but business is booming! What a joke.
Extremely slow service, I ordered two chicken biscuits in the dining room and waited 15 minutes before I received them. I usually go to the stone mountain location where they exceed my expectations, I will not be returning to the loganville store. wheres the rest of my biscuit!!
Ive been eating at Chick-fil-A for as long as I can remember and Ive never been to a location that hasnt been good until I moved to this area. I have tried to give this location a couple of chances but they always seem to disappoint. Tonight I think I was served yesterdays fries, they forgot my drink, the floor in front of the registers had what looked like frosted lemonade spilled all over the floor and no one seemed too worried getting it cleaned up. Thankfully Huey Magoos isnt much further down the road, they are always polite and serve hot, fresh food! Ill save my Chick-fil-A cravings for when Im in Duluth.
Employee standards have dropped and its a noticeable difference. I frequent this chick fil a location and over the past couple of months the drive thru staff are unprofessional, rude and argumentative when they have the order wrong. Tonight was really bad with the orange short hair girl that was running food outside. I almost got out of my car because of her loud mouth rude behavior! Do better chick fil a.
This is the second time in a row that I have been less than thrilled with the service at this place. Seems as if the priority is only on the drive thru customers. The help at the front counter appears to be going through the motions. Low energy and make me feel like I am troubling them by placing an order. This was never the case at the previous location. Not sure if there is new management or not but somebody needs to start managing what happens inside the store as well as the drive thru. Disappointed with this development.
Customer service is just like McDonald’s. They could do a lot better. All of my recent visits have had missing food in the drive thru. Fries are half empty. Employees don’t know anything about gluten free buns so beware celiacs and gluten free preference friends. The employees throw your change in your car completely missing your hand. Lack of attention and care. Drive thru time might be fast but in exchange for lack of detail and professional customer service.
I have been satisfied with my meals every single time i come here. And it doesnt matter if i dine in, carry out or drive thru everything is on point including employees. Food is always fresh & hot. And this place is so popular here in loganville, they need a bigger place or 2 chick-fil-As .
Always have some kind of issue when we visit this Chick-fil-a. It is very hard to get in and out of, not enough room for parking and drive thru. I went here on this trip just because it was the closest chick-fil-a to me before they quit serving breakfast. The cars for drive thru were wrapped all the way around restaurant. I did an app order. It took at least 25 minutes, if not a little longer from the time I got in line at drive thru till I was able to leave. Restaurant is very slow. Also, when I spoke with drive thru attendant, she said they were out of hash browns. She said they could substitute fries. Did not really want to, but didnt have much of a choice. They did not even offer to just charge the same for the fries. So not only did I not get what I wanted, but also had to pay more. Then once I finally got my order, the fries were not even full. All this just reminded me why we do not normally bother to go to this Chick-fil-a.
I have never had 2 star experience at any chick fil a and I was disappointed. Most of the tables in the dining room were really dirty, in one of my orders we had a cookies and cream milkshake and I guess they didnt clean the machine prior so we had bits of fruit..YUK!! Also I asked for my usual well done fries after we sat to eat I noticed it wasnt crisp so I asked the manager that was handling the orders if they could please make my fries well done..she said they dont do that and just left me standing there with my soggy fries. I had to put my foot down and give 2 stars..not having well done fries is my limit lol...
I am typically satisfied with the taste and appearance of my food from this location but I give this Chick-fil-A 3 out of 5 stars because of service. There has been a gradual decline, I cant tell if its management fault or the nonchalant teenage employees. I have experienced incorrect orders, a long wait when going inside for a simple order (20 minutes for one chicken sandwich no pickles), 30+ minutes in the drive thru and today there was a group discussion on whether or not to give me a refund for another employees mistake. I went back to this location time and time again because its the closest to my house but I rather patron another business where I feel like a valued customer.
I’ve never waited in a drivethru line so long. Very disorganized which is surprising for a chickfila. After I got my food realistically about 10-12mins after ordering… I couldn’t even leave the line due to the car infront of me not having received their food yet! Overall drivethru experience was about 20 minutes.. absurd.
For the most part it’s always decent service here. Lately I ask for sauces and when I check my bag there’s only 1 sauce in the bag with 2 fries and a sandwich when I ordered 4-5 sauces along with the order. Just because your store is having a shortage on sauces or whatever, has nothing to do with me give me what I paid for simple.
This is by far the most poorly ran Chick-fil-A restaurant I have been to. The layout alone is terrible and causes you to be in the drive thru for easily 20-30 minutes. Not all, but most of the employees are unnecessarily rude and do not have the typical hospitality. Every single time I have been to this location my order is always wrong. I’m never one to leave reviews but this needed to be said...something needs to change. Absolutely terrible.
I havent had the opportunity to eat out at chik fil a much lately so I was looking forward to tonights dinner. We were very disappointed. The chicken sandwich was overcooked and tasted burned. About half of the 12 piece nuggets were very tiny and tough. Square Candy caramels are bigger. The drive thru doesnt give you a receipt anymore just the list of the items in the bag. I feel like the quality and value has declined. This is not the first or only time I have been disappointed in the food at one location or another in the last year or so.
Always quality food but this time I was in line behind someone who was told to wait longer for their food. Generally the is a place to pull off to do this but not in Loganville. I had a family member at home who had just had surgery and I needed to get back. I had our food but because there was no where for the car to go in front of me, to wait for their food, I was trapped. I had to wait an extra 15 minutes because they continued to get their food incorrectly!!!! It will be a long time till I try that again. It was a cluster ......!
7pm on a Friday night. Cars wrapped all the way around the building in the drive through so we decided to go inside. The line inside went all the way around to the door. They only had 1 out of 3 registers open and in the 20 minutes we waited in line the young lady running the register managed to complete 2 whole orders. We didnt move. I stepped foward and asked the manager Alondra if they could open another register. She smirked and said sorry sir we are understaffed. Well the 20 minutes we stood there we noticed at least 5 teenage employees who seemed to be just wandering around socializing not including the 3 girls that were huddled around the Manger filling orders. All of this while the young girl running the register was in charge of filling drink orders for all of the orders she was taking. How about one of the employees huddled around the manager fill the drink orders so that the girl taking orders can take more than 1norder every 10 minutes. Anyway, my family left and we told two families that were walking accross the parking lot about our experience and they decided to go somewhere else also. Maybe you should have more than 1 adult on the clock at rush hour on a Friday night and a manager who managed more than just her 3 cheerleaders that were huddled around her filling orders. Work ethic and customer service just arent what they used to be. Thats too bad because Chick-fil-A was my favorite restaurant
I love Chick-fil-A and their impeccable customer service! I never worry about quality of food or cleanliness. But I will say this location gets our order wrong every time I go there. I avoid this location to be honest. I’ll drive farther to Snellville or Lawrenceville as these locations have always gotten everything right. Time will go by and I think maybe I’ll give Loganville another try. Nope! Never again. I’m done.
The food was delicious as always but the service was very poor. We ordered through the app. When we arrived it was packed. It took us about 10 minutes to reach the area where the take the orders. My husband told the girl that we had an app order and she said okay just pull around and tell the cashier at the tent. When we finally made our way to the tent, the cashier was confused as to way they told us that. She put it in and then we made our way to the drive up window. Then they asked if we could pull up in a parking space and wait. It took another 10 minutes to get our food. Then there was no salsa for the breakfast burritos. I would say the whole experience took at least 45 minutes. We probably could have gone to a sit down restaurant and received our breakfast fast. Please do better Chick fil a in Loganville.
Location. Location. Location. I’ve been going to this Chick-fil-A for many years and the food and staff are top notch. 5 Star all day long. However, the location of this store is not the best. The drive thru line is out to Hwy 78 and there is a police officer directing traffic most days. The staff does well handling the amount of volume but it can take a while to get your food sometimes. It can be difficult getting in and out at times. It would be nice at some point to add a red light somewhere along that stretch in front of the Publix shopping center.
As a Red member I would not recommend this location. They have the worst customer service and management I’ve ever dealt with. Every location has awesome customer services except this one. My order has been made incorrectly on several occasions (at least 5 times the past couple of months) and EVERYTIME there was no apology (on my lunch break). There’s was an occasion were I ordered NO BACON (ALLERGIC), got home and noticed they put in on there. Called the location and was told I had to return 30 minutes back to the store to get a refund. No apology on EVERY OCCASION and just blown off as if I don’t eat Chik fil a everyday.Not sure how they’re use to treating customers, but both managers have spoke to me in a condescending way as if my concern does not matter. Chik-fil a corporate needs to address this location management to get on board with the rest of the Chik fil a nationwide. After this last experience, I’ll gladly drive an extra 20 minutes to get proper customer service and good food from a better location.
I placed a catering order on wednesday to be ready on Saturday... well I went to pick it up and they didn’t even have it in the system . I was not happy at first but Onieka(I know I messed the spelling up) the manager was so nice I couldn’t even be mad. She got my order ready in less than 15 minutes and gave me all the sauces for free! Thank you to her for helping me not loose my temper!
The Chick Fil A in Loganville is by far the absolute worst one I’ve ever been too. I live in Loganville and have tried this location multiple times and they disappoint every single time. The fries are always soggy and never any salt. They always forget sauces and dressings asked for. Order a large fry and the box isn’t even full they charged for the price of a large but give me a medium amount of fries. Their nuggets are tiny and dry. All locations experience peak times and they all seem to handle it with ease and keep the line going... not Loganville. I don’t know what it is about this location but it makes me really dislike chick Fil a until I go to one in snellville, Monroe, or lawrenceville and I’m reminded why I love chick Fil a just NOT Loganville location.
Got into the drive-thru line at 10:00am, took almost 30 minutes to get to the point in line to have my order taken. Got to the point in line to order right at 10:30am and was told I could no longer get breakfast. Wow. No consideration to those already in line on-time to get breakfast. To top it off, took another 10 minutes to get out of the line. Staff did not seem to care either, just said sorry and that was it. If you are going to stop breakfast right at 10:30, how about letting those already in line know so we are not wasting our time, or keep breakfast going a little longer to at least serve those who were there on time. Very disappointed in the wait and the service level.
The girl at cash box didnt look up from her phone or even speak to me while I was in front of her. I had to ask her for my receipt and she said to ask for it at the window. I asked the guy at the window for my receipt and he said it was on the side of the bag. I had to explain to him that wasnt a receipt and I wanted mine to get my rewards. Seriously, it shouldnt be so hard to get your receipt and the signature CFA hospitality was missing at this location.
Love the food, but cant seem to understand why they never seem to get my drive-thru order correct.This morning, serviced by Team Member H. Hardeman. I specifically asked for 6 breakfast filets, two seperate eggs with twoscrambled eggs each order, and two buttered biscuits. What Ireceived, four filets, one order of eggs and two buscuits. Next time, Im going to check three times and hold up the line, which I hate to do.
2 times my order was missing a few things like straws, mayonnaise, ketchup. I specifically said the second time that I was missing a few things in my previous order, yet they messed up again, luckily I checked this time. I understand that its a very busy store and thats why I give 4 stars, but if course the food is great.
I wouldnt normally give this place such a low rating. Today, I ordered a chk sdw and an 8ct combo. The line wrapped the building, twice! My fries were hard and dry, nuggets also. No receipt, so I cant reference the ticket. It was around 5pm 9 Sept 20. Sandwich was good!
I’m currently at the restaurant waiting for my order. It’s right before lunch so they are understandably busy trying to get peoples orders. Individuals are walking in without masks and staff is not saying anything. One individual came in without a mask and for her food before everyone else and started conversing with the staff. So not only is she endangering everyone else’s life, the staff is giving her preferential treatment and she is putting even more people at risk by having conversations without a mask. The staff person she spoke to did not have his mask on correctly either.
I’m done buying food at this location! Every time we go through the drive thru they get our order wrong. We get home and either have the wrong item or missing items! Sometimes multiple wrong/missing items. And when I call back all they say is “you can come back and get it.” Well I live twenty minutes away so that isn’t a good option- especially with gas prices high. Done with it!! It’s not my pleasure to eat at this location anymore.
The customer was exceptional, as always. The employees were polite, attentive, and well spoken.I was picking up a catering order that I placed yesterday. We scheduled the pick-up for 9 am. I arrived at 8:50 am, expecting to wait at least 5 minutes, but that wasnt the case. The bag was already filled with the biscuits, and sitting on the counter. This was a little dis-concerning because I didnt know when they got bagged, so I didnt know how long it had been since they were prepared. There was also someone at the front counter who was obviously a new employee, as another employee was answering all of her questions. The new employee didnt know to inform a superior that the customer with that order had arrived, so it took a couple of minutes more to get everything together.
Chicken on Cobb salad was super dry. The worst Cobb salad I’ve had at a Chikfila. The fries were not filled to the top. Very disappointed. Understand the caution of not going in the dining area, but hate the drive thru as there’s not really an option to voice a complaint.
I’m a big fan of Chick-fil-A. And have been to a lot of different ones. This is by far the slowest one I have ever been to. Going through the drive-thru will take on average 20 minutes. They have not changed some of the drive-through practices other CFAs have like having multiple people outside giving away orders. Plan on waiting a while
I always go to this location because it is right where my job is. And a few times I’ve had issues with my order but today it was just frustrating because while I got my food and made sure everything was correct . They got my drink wrong and when I asked them for more ice and explained them that the drink wasn’t what I ordered the blonde girl handling the food out the window look at me so rude and just went ahead and gave me someone else’s drink instead of the one I ordered , as well the fries I received were literally in pieces like if someone took their time to chop them in small pieces . I get fast food restaurants can get stressful but it isn’t okay to rub off your frustrations or stress on customers just because they want their order correct .
No matter how terrible the world gets there will always be helpers, look for the helpers. I dont go out for breakfast out almost ever but I went to their drive thru a few days ago and I know I put my card in my pocket before leaving but apparently it fell out in the bathroom floor before I left. When they asked for the payment I couldnt find it I started panicking and without even noticing some lady I have never seen before paid for my order for me. I wish I got a chance to tell her personally THANK YOU and thanks to all the employees who all stayed calmed and professional even though I was accidentally holding up the drive thru line at the window when I needed to move. I felt so stupid. Had an anxiety fit and all. The food was good fresh and hot. I hope they get it back and I will definitely look a way to pay it forward!
I have never been to a Chick fil a where I had horrible customer service until this visit. I was blown away at the attitude by the agents. The young lady made a mistake in the way she priced my order and quoted me a price. I get to the window and the other young lady told me a different price after having a discussion with another employee about the situation. I was confused so I asked why my bill was different. With a nasty take it or leave it attitude I was informed that the way the person substituted the tater tots for waffle fries was wrong and it cost more money. Then asked if I wanted the food? I was so shocked and disappointed I immediately reported it on their survey. Of course nothing was done. Never again! I can go to McDonalds for horrible service!
When I go there I don’t typically have a problem. still check before you drive off though since they do typically forget stuff. I will never order DoorDash again from them because they always mess up our order and they typically leave out several things that we paid for.
This is the worse Chick fil A I go too. Today was terrible my fries were only crumbs and they were burnt along with my chicken sandwich. My chicken sandwich was so burnt that it was black around the edges. I made it home to realize this so I didn’t return the food. This was the last time, I won’t be going back to this location.
The one star is for the experience at this location you have to go to just to get to the point of placing your order and getting your food. It’s a maze of undirected traffic! There are cars entering from both sides and depending on which side you enter in it’s almost inevitable that a car entering from the other side will have cut in ahead of you in line though you’ve been waiting a long time. It’s awful an setup they have going on here and I saw 3 cars leave out of frustration during this visit. The issue was brought to staffs attention but not addressed. Food is good , customer service ok but, until they address the traffics issue I will not be back to this location
Epic fail. Waited 30 minutes for bad and cold food. Worst Chick fil A experience of my lifeand thats saying a lot for Chick fil A. Ignored in the drive thru watching tons of cars drive by while we sit and wait for our order to be taken. Asked for things specifically and those requests were not listened to. 0/10 will never come back here again.
Although the drive-thru was extremely backed up the staff was masked, fast, efficient, friendly and just amazing... This was my families first time visiting this particular Chick-fil-A and our experience here was spot-on..... Another words you dont get no service better than that Chick-fil-A there. My family and I will definitely be returning very soon!!!! Thanks again for such an amazing Chick-fil-A!! 😋😍💪👍
We ate at the Loganville GA store on 78. I kid you not the biscuit to chicken ratio was 5 to 1 in favor of the biscuit. It looked like someone had taken a then chicken cutlet and sliced it in 2. It is not the first time we received less than average food from this location. Other locations are on point but this one needs a refresher course in food prep
Unfortunately, yesterday after arriving back to my destination I discovered no dressing for my salad. I had to double back just to pick up dressing. Today, I ordered a grilled salad and it had fried chicken on it. Disappointing! The fries are no longer hot as well. :(
Terrible!!!! I might as well would’ve went to McDs for the service I received today!!! Y’all fell off completely! Need to do much better. I’m praying they open one up in Grayson so i never have to go there again! Beyond disappointed!!!!!!!! 25 min wait for them to tell me for some reason the order didn’t go through!!
The young lady who took my order while standing outside in the cold was very sweet. Once I got to the window the blonde hair lady was very rude!!! Not Chick Fil at ALL!!! My bill was $22 and I needed sauce for the chicken tenders....she acted so annoyed...I apologized for needing sauce for my food!
Always great good, always great service and with a smile. I also admire them for not opening on Sunday so employees can attend church with their family. Also they have been very generous when there have been natural disasters and they have fed victims, rescue workers, police, fire, the homeless and whoever needs food. They have a great educational program at the Truett Kathy farm. Thank you Chick-fil-A for all that you do. And I will continue to eat there as long as you are serving.
I patronize here at least twice a week. Tonight was much different than any other experience ive had here. I went through the drive through ordered, paid pull around to get my food the person passing out the food gave my food to the car behind me im watching the whole time while she digs through the bag only to realize its nit hers. The lady passing out the food brought it bk to the window they asked if it was mine as if i worked there and knew what they had going on i replied with a maybe they realize its my order i tell them i dont want it because i just seen the lady behind me dig all in it. The manger bagging food takes the food i said i didnt want bagged it up again and tried giving it to me. I worked in fast food for years i know that when something comes bk its suppose to be thrown away not bagged up again and given out. Im disgusted knowing that im probably not the only person this happens to on a daily. Ridiculous smh
I have visited the chick fil 2 times I had issuesBoth times. The first time I ordered a kids meal and the drink was flat. Looks like the person would have noticed. The second time was last friday I again ordered a kids meal the size of the 4 nuggets was no larger than a zice of a nickel. NOT LYING. It was NOT worth the money I paid for the meal.Very disappointed in chick fil a. Not worth the trip of about 18 miles round trip
Chick fa a sauce is addicting on everything. I am not a fry person but the waffle fries are insanely good. They almost overshadow anything else on the menu and a large fry for 2.09 is a solid deal. The spicy chicken sandwhich is really good as well, but order it as deluxe with bacon and cheese then add the chick fil a sauce, its outstanding. The only negative about this place for me is that any sandwich order with lettuce ends up having a crazy amount on it so i end up picking some off. The staff are really friendly as well.
This location was very crowded when we arrived with our group (6 adults & 9 kids), but the line to order moved very quickly. We received our food in a timely fashion and tables were cleaned and ready as soon as they were left. The workers were friendly and our orders were all correct and delicious! Thanks for a fantastic lunch Loganville Chick-fil-A!!!!
Food is usually fresh and tasty. Had a few instances where it was not that good, tasted dry or cold, but management would correct the problem without any issues. One thing is that their drive thru seems to be slower here than other chick fil a restaurants. This morning for breakfast I had to wait for 17 minutes (7:07 - 7:24) in the drive thru before I got my food (I started timing it because I was beginning to run late for work as I was waiting). It was busy, so obviously it will take longer, but close to 20 minutes seems a little bit excessive to me. Food was fresh and tasted good though...just be prepared to wait a while here.
This location in regards of service and quality of food is great.From an employee standpoint, the scheduling manager is absolutely fake and does not follow your availability. He will schedule you a certain time one week and a totally different time the next week. I have tried talking to the managers and higher ups to no avail. Nothing has been done about this situation and nothing will. If you are looking to work at Chick-Fil-A, steer clear of this location for sure.
New people are very obviously not trained well. There are workers who are barely trained themselves training other workers. Sequencing of cars via drive thru is lacking and the workers look miserable. Glad to see that people are wearing masks, though. I mostly have issues with the bagging of my order- Most of the time I’m missing condiments, silverware, etc.
Last time visiting this location.Ordered #3 12 count with large fries and drink. Asked for 3 packs chik-fil-a sauce. Order # 8754690What I got is 10 chicken nuggets instead of 12 no chick-fil-a sauce. Too late to come back since I live 15 min away. Wasnt going to eat cold meal. This happens for the second time.
No idea why on planet earth such a busy place is located on such a TINY lot. And I mean TINY! You can’t move an inch without almost hitting someone in the “parking” lot. The new redesign hasn’t helped the congestion issue much either. Still needs police to regulate the traffic. Move to a bigger lot so I can get chicken sandwiches without the risk of getting hit! Good food and service otherwise.
The man who took my order was very nice then it all went downhill from there. The lady who was suppose to give me my receipt was rude and didn’t give me my receipt nor come to my car. Then when they brought me my food the guy was rude also and was trying to rush me to get my food. They also forgot my sauces and extra granola. They never get orders right and always forget stuff. Never going to this location again. I’ll drive to athens instead :)
Im not sure what has happened with chick-fil-a in the last 5 years but the customer service is slowly declining. I dont know what has changed at the corporate level but its being felt. The customer service use to be A1 now its a C at best. Chick-fil-A doesnt stand out anymore in customer service like it used to. When i want fast food I eat here just because of the customer service. And its not just this location; the A+ customer service at other locations is going down as well. Soon Chick-fil-A will be just like McDonalds.
As always, the nugget meal was delicious, as well as the strawberry milkshake! And, you can never beat the service. The way you get through LONG lines is amazing and their servers are always, and I mean always, courteous and friendly. They make you feel like they are actually happy to serve you.
This Chick-fil-A in Loganville, GA is awesome! I have seen them open a third drive through line at times to minimize customers wait time. They are always courteous and professional. Other fast food places should learn from them, especially on how to train and teach their young employees on how to behave and provide excellent customer service.
I wasnt planning on eating, so I didnt have any money with me. I spent 2.5 hours changing my tire in 90° heat and felt like I was DYING. Most places charge for water, then give you a tiny, kid-size cup. I explained my situation and they HAPPILY gave me an extra-large cup of ice water and were so nice.
I am not a big fan of fast food, but this location has the right people in place. Customer service is impeccable. Apologies for a slight delay in our order. They actually ran someone to a nearby grocery store to get me some orange juice because they were out. Who does that?
I’m not big on posting negative reviews since I have been In the service industry and everyone has off days but this Chick-fil-A has always been great however in the last 2 weeks I’ve been twice and had issues both times with missing food and wrong portions I reported the issues twice and still haven’t heard back from management. This used to be one of the best but now Guess I’ll stick to the Winder one now.
3 out of the 5 times Ive been to this location, my order has been incorrect. When Ive ordered a sausage burrito, Ive either received a chicken burrito(once) or a sausage biscuit(twice). The dark haired older lady at the drive thru in the morning needs to slow down and make sure the orders are correct
Ive worked at chick fil a before, so I definitely expected better service than this. They got my order all wrong. I wasnt charged anything extra but I asked for my grilled sandwich on a regular bun and still got it on a multi grain bun. I was also put down for a milkshake which I did not order, and the drink I did order was also wrong. Would not recommend this location.
Chik-fil-as customer service just keeps getting worse. This and other locations just keep shortening my sandwiches. I personally dont think that chik fil as food is out of this world. I come here because my family like their food. I used to like their service, but specifically this location just keeps getting my order wrong. Again they forgot on of my sandwiches. The owners and managers think that people have nothing to do all day, so we have time to go back and forth. Obviously this place is run by people with low morals.
I usually don’t write reviews but i must say that this was one of the best dine in experiences i have ever had at a fast food place. The young lady working the dining room area was very attentive and kept the area spotless. She made sure i had everything i needed and gave everyone equal amount of attention. i believe her name was mikaila. If only chick fil a would hire more people with her kind of leadership.
I love chick fil a and I always have but this Loganville location was different. I tried ordering something which I always order and the operator told me that “we could technically do that but we will not do that here”. I will not being going back to this location if this is how they treat people.
Too much talking not enough focus.. the staff, “kids”, at this restaurant have messed up my order YET AGAIN! I ordered nuggets never said anything about them being grilled nuggets... now I’m all for a fun atmosphere but the fun is getting in the way of good service, that’s the MAIN REASON I enjoy this restaurant... Management needs to tighten up....
Probably the first time Ive ever been disappointed with Chick-fil-A. Ordered two bacon egg biscuits. Could barely taste anything but bread, and the biscuit had so much sugar in it that it tasted odd. Apparently there was some small amount of egg and a bit of bacon. Will never order that again!
This location is filled with clueless teenagers. I ordered a grilled cobb salad and they gave me one with fried nuggets. I sent the order back and they gave me the same salad, withe th nuggets picked off and grilled nuggets. I then noticed the salad was missing half the ingredients and I requested them and received a snarky response. I paid 9$ for a salad that was not what I asked for. So unprofessional. This location is the worst
If you choose to go inside do not expect speedy or friendly service. Plus on two of three of my inside visits my order was wrong. The drive thru is speedy, friendly and always correct. I am not sure why there is a disconnect is from inside to drive thru. Lastly dont bother to complain they do not respond to emails or complaints through the Chick-fil-a Cares website. Had they just responded I would not have posted here, but if I can save one person from going in and waiting 10 minutes for an incorrect order I have done my part.
The food is great, and they are usually pretty quick, but they need to learn how to count. I ask for 8 packs of mayo, they give me 4, I order a 12 count nugget, they give me 10. Maybe they should stop playing around, (locking each other out when they go out the back door, which yes, I saw happening), and focus on what they should have learned in kindergarten.
DO NOT EAT HERE!!!! They have a Covid case and another person who called out with a fever of 102 and they are still open and when an employee ask if they can stay away for a while because they don’t want to risk catching the virus she was told to work the rest of her shifts or be without a job this also happened to me When I had the flu back in feb and now that I’m thinking about it, it could have been COVID. I had a fever(consistent 102) I was throwing up there and was told to work dining room so I’m closer to the bathroom and when I couldn’t take being up anymore I asked to go home early, mind you I had been working that week sick and they new it and I was told if I leave don’t bother coming back by Shedrica. Andrew Greene is an amazing manager but the others are questionable, they do not value their employees they make you feel like your expendable. They don’t care about they’re employees health and they definitely don’t care about the general public’s health. Oh and the spoon they use to make y’all tea doesn’t get cleaned it hangs on a wall with lent on it. (I worked there a few months back so I know) I’ve cleaned the ice machine and it had mold all over the scooper) they have roaches too! Terrible place to work, you could die and they’d come to your funeral to ask if you’ll make it to your next shift. And don’t get me started on the fact that they have they’re employees outside when it’s storming and freezing or the fact that they only get one 10 min break a day
We usually have good service here however this particular time they totally screwed the order of I wanted a salad and it came out wrong two times my wife also ordered a grilled chicken spicy sandwich then we were informed they didnt have it and then we try to get a regular sandwich and it came out spicy it was just get being wrong wrong
14 May 2016 we used them for catering for the first time. Never again. They are going to be 30 minutes late as a minimum. They had not prepared the order. Sorry and late doesnt cut it for catering. Love their product but stick to drive through. This event was important. Not even a call to tell us they will be late. Never again.
Wife and I stopped by to grab breakfast before making roadtrip. I was very very very disappointed with my chicken burrito. 90% of it had been eaten before I saw or ate anything other than eggs. Chicken and cheese was at the very bottom of the burrito. If I had not hit the road before discovering it, I definitely would have returned it. VERY DISGUSTED! 🤨
I’ve had breakfast there twice. I pass two other chick fill a on my way to work and I will definitely go to either one of those from now on. Both times my vanilla iced coffee has tasted like dirty water and I’ve had the smallest chicken burrito and chicken biscuit I’ve ever had at a chick fill a before. I don’t know if it is just coincidence but I’m not going there anymore.
When my order was taken on drive through it started out by , we are out of chick-fil-a, polynesian sauce, OJ, no large cups. As I reviewed my receipt I notice my order was wrong, tried to have it corrected but that was a big mistake... so just decided to just pay leave it alone since and didnt ordered fries. That back fired, cuz I realized the credit card given to me was not mine it belonged to someone else and someone had mine. It took several minutes before my credit card was recovered. In the meantime Im holding up the line. Needless to say leaving was a nightmare...
Got to say the food was good. I ordered a normal chicken biscuit and it was a Chick-fil-A chicken biscuit. Disappointed that they no longer serve their Chick-fil-A platters or gravy. Also these way theyve changed the drive-thru service is just stupid and irritating and it doesnt seem as efficient as just driving up to the freaking box and paying at the window. I deliberately dont go to Chick-fil-A very often because if I dont want to go in I really dont want to have to deal with two or three people to take my order. Not sure for Chick-fil-As going with all of their changes but I dont see it helping them in the long run.
Worst location ever. I work down the road and consistently have bad service and food here. I came in the morning ordered chicken biscuit and chicken was pancake flat. Then during lunch the drive through girls were not there and waited for someone to answer the drive through speaker no one answered. Drove up to the window and told them situation and they told me to drive around again to place order. Im already at the window why cant you just take melt order?! Im never going back. This is not the regular chick fil a standard Im used to.
You cant argue about the tasty food! My beef pun intended with this place is the fact that I cannot pick up my order placed from the app at the drive through. I have to park and work into the restaurant and be in line. If that does not change, the app is of very little use.
We met a friend here at the Loganville, GA location last night (10/16/19). I brought my toddler and baby. When my husband went to take him to the playplace there was old smashed up cookie and the facility was filthy. The employee was new and did not know how to scan my app and forgot one of the items I ordered. The manager came out, did not greet me. It was the poorest service and dirtiest at a chick-fil-a I have ever experienced and I LOVE chick-fil-a!
The staff is always so polite and we are always greeted with a smile. The food is good and when we go through the drive through the wait, if there is one, is from the number of people trying to get in- not from slow employees. I am always satisfied when we come here!
Went to the location for Lunch and got a milkshake, nuggets, and fries. The milkshake cup had a hole in the bottom. Big enough to where they should of seen it before they gave it to me. It leaked in my car and all over my work clothes. I call the store back and tell them what happened and the lady seriously said “we’ll do you want to come back and we can wipe it off for you or something” what?!?!?!?? Are you serious. No! I want what i ordered. A full milkshake that doesn’t have a hole in it. Poor poor poor service!
Out of all the Chic-fil-A locations that I have visited, this location is by far the worst. The customer service is lacking the expected experience that one should receive when dining at a Chick-fil-A. In the mornings, the lady that works the drive-thru is friendly but rushes me each time I come. She has my food hanging out of the window before I even get a chance to pull up to the window. I always feel as though I am bothering the employees should I ask for condiments, napkins, straws....so on. Recently, I ordered several things and one item was missing. I was very friendly is telling the drive-thru staff that I didnt have a sandwich that I ordered. I had two different people tell me that all of my food was in the bag and that I needed to check it. I eventually became visibly irritated and told them that they could check the bag if they didnt believe me. It was after I expressed my agitation that they decided to get me the sandwich that I was missing. As someone who once worked at Chick-fil-A (way back in my high school days), I would love to see the staff take on a more genuine approach to assisting customers. Instead of saying my pleasure, it would really help if they meant it.
I just left Loganville restaurant, it did not take more than 2.5 minutes to be out of the drive thru line. These associates are amazing. Robinson was really good taking the order, the rest of the team did an amazing job as well helping my family. Great service/experience.*12:29 pmThanks!
I went to the drive-thru yesterday chicken was not cooked and food was extremely cold like it was outside and I was heading to a meeting and I couldnt turn back so I paid $9 and change for my food I should have just went through the drive-thru and give them $9 Chicken was raw partially raw and cold like it was outside check your food before you leave.
If you constantly want to receive the wrong order then Id suggest you to come to this location. If you want over cooked food with a bland lemonade then Id suggest you to come to this location. If you want to wait 10+ minutes after being told that you will have to pull ahead and theyll bring your food out, then come to this location. I continue to try this location because its closest to my house, but its not worth the headache anymore. The breakfast is usually better than the lunch/dinner.
The girl who took my order was wearing a mask but wasn’t covering her nose with it, which kind of defeats the purpose of wearing a mask. No one was directing traffic either even though it was really really crowded & there was multiple employees just standing around doing absolutely nothing. Two boys were at the pay station, i paid with the app and typically they confirm my name with me and give me a receipt but when I pulled up they just looked at me until i asked for a receipt and they told me they aren’t supposed to be giving them out (which is totally fine but they were rude about it)

Chick-fil-a can never as long as chickens are alive LOL.This review wasnt even needed there customer service nationwide and there Arnold Palmer alone is a reason for 5 stars the nuggets, chicken strips, and amazing sandwiches are just the icing to top it all off. If youve never tried chick-fil-a do yourself a favor and check them out.

2022-06-28Sooo I visit Chick-fil-A all the time. I have never written a bad review on the company. This location was by far the worst Chick-fil-A I have ever been too. I went inside to place in a order, due to the line not moving at the drive thru. I knew then it was a issue with this location. Went inside stood at the counter with employees looking at me and crowded around the drive thru window and multiple sitting at tables. Still standing there people were behind me waiting as well. I seen a manager come and I had to go ask her can someone take my order. She took my order and I waited a awhile. They forgot to put salad dressing and fries in my bag. Got my fries but and then opened my salad and I received a salad with no toppings which I pictured. I took it back to the counter and asked for the same manager (Shannon). One of the teens said is there something wrong. I said theres nothing on the salad but chicken. She then said I see one tomato and corn on the side. I looked at her and said I dont want it and I want my money back and a new salad. They had to go and find the manager again. At this time my fries were cold. So I wanted new fries. One teen was very polite and helped satisfied my needs. She had to physically go to the back and get someone to remake my salad. Also the people behind me was waiting on there food for awhile and came back to counter multiple times to ask about their food. Shannon just didnt even ask if theres something else she could do to make sure I had what I want or needed something else.This was far the worst and will not revisit this location. It was like being at a McDonalds with no customer service and dont care what was given to the customer.

2022-04-12Chic fail la Loganville was always my go to place I love their meals. But today April 11 was the worst disrespectful customer service I ever receive from such franchise. I pull up at the right line because there was 2 car in the left lane. I saw 2 people at 1 car (Elizabeth who knows customer service who assist me after I got so mad) and to know I was park at the the right lane and these two kids just stand and talk and laugh while I was there sitting in my car. I go as far as honk my hard to acknowledge them and not one came to my car. The girl with the braids(two tone) she stand there and give the attitude shake head and never came I have to go get a worker to get the supervisor and then when I pull around they was there with their lying tongue said they never see my car before and have the audacity to want to come take my other after what they just did. I was coming from school almost reach home and my husband call me to get chick fil la for my son and I end up getting the worst customer service. I’m putting chick fil la on a hold until further notice because I never ever want those kids to ever take a order from me. They need to be train properly no one have the time for kids attitude at such huge franchise.

Would have been way better if I had salad dressing and sauce and straw but unfortunately this simple task could not be completed although they did get the shake right and I truly appreciate it but it’s still upsetting…after reading the many countless reviews I shouldn’t be shocked but I am very applaud with this experience I just can’t believe this is the type of taste they want to put in our mouths…please Do better.

2021-09-09Ok, lines moves fast. Better to come pick up your food than do a food delivery. Salads are my only foods of choice as well as the frosted lemonade. pic below Southwestern Chicken Salad which was cold both salad & dressing...wasnt pleased by this at all. Especially when they grill the chicken for the lemon kake salad.

2022-06-01Look I am from Georgia so Chick-fil-A is the best thing since Sliced bread. But, sometimes this particular location is a no go for me. The closer to closing the worse the service is. It seems as if they hire younger people to work during these hours. You can tell by how long the drive through line is. The longer the line the worse the service. Ive personally experienced workers stop taking my order to speak to others walking by.

2022-05-03Although I placed a mobile order, somehow my order took a long time to be complete. This is VERY unusual for Chick-fil-A but I guess we all have better days than others, so I will visit again and hopefully, the service will back up to the experience I usually have at this location.

2022-03-25If youre hoping for that famous Chic fil A drive -thru service, alas you wont find it here. Ive noticed a staffing change and ever since this location just hasnt been the same. The food isnt as fresh and the drive-thru service has taken a massive hit. Just today I waited 15 minutes for my meal while countless cars behind me were serviced and on their way. It leaves one to wonder what is the point in having the number system if such issues will occur anyway? Also, the outside servers have lost that happy greeting and traded it in for a monotone one that I can get at any old fast food joint. So, unfortunately Ill have to stick with a 3 star review of this location until they can get it together and provide the Chic Fil A service we all know and love.
